Speaker 1 (00:01):
Welcome in, everybody. It's the Extra Point on Fantasy Pros.
I'm your host, Scott Bogman here with Andrew Erickson. Mister Erickson,
what is going on, my friend? Are you ready for
another weekend of football?

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Oh? I am ecstatic for another weekend of football. A
lot of upsets last week, a lot of big fantasy performances,
and I'm getting more injuries that we have to kind
of combat well with our fantasy lineups. But that's what
we're here for. This is where we get to flex
our analysis skills and tell you which charge is running
back to start this week.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
Yeah, of course, because we all know exactly exactly start
this week. Everybody does. Of course. I want to remind
you guys to join our Fantasy Pros Discord community. You
can chat with other fans, get access to exclusive ames,

the third Tuesday of every month, Welsh and Erickson Thursdays
at two. That would be this one right here that
I am hosting for the Welsh. So come and get
your questions answered. And be on the show at fantasypros
dot com slash chat now ericson, I know rules and
regulations mean that I have to remind everybody that we
are not asking Thursday night football questions today because this

(01:16):
show is going to come up after the Thursday night
show in your feed or the Thursday night football game
in your feed. So please know Thursday night football questions.
But with that, let's go ahead and kick it off
here with Vans. Vans, what is going on? My friend?
How are you doing?

Speaker 3 (01:33):
Hey?

Speaker 4 (01:34):
Boys?

Speaker 2 (01:34):
Has it gone good?

Speaker 1 (01:35):
What's up? Question?

Speaker 4 (01:38):
I got the old George Kittle coming back soon, and
I'm just wondering what to do with my boy for Glicia?
Should I try to flip one of them?

Speaker 1 (01:48):
What do you think there? Ericson, can you get anything
for Fergy?

Speaker 2 (01:52):
I think so. I think we had a lot of
desperate tight ends or desperate managers looking for tight ends.
I would hit up the Brock Bawers manager. Okay, do
you want to wait around for Brock buyers to show up?
Do you want to make a deal? That's what I
would try to do, but I would definitely I think
it makes sense to sell high on Ferguson you know,
I biggest production will tail off a little bit with

(02:14):
Ceedee Lamb eventually coming back, and you have a great
alternative like George Kittle, I think it makes sense to
try to capitalize on cashing out on one of those guys.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
I agree. I think you know there are a lot
of tight ends on the wire. Fans, how deep of
a league is this? Is this ten twelve more?

Speaker 4 (02:32):
It's actually a twelve teamer.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
Twelve teamer okay, So in a twelve teamer you should
be able to flip Fergie for something. I mean, it
may not be the best thing, but I don't know.
If you have Kittle coming back, do you ericson do
you want to more maybe hold Fergie? Or there are
enough tight ends on the wire where let's go ahead
and trade him and get what we can for him,
because tight ends are a dime a dozen on the wire.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
I mean, I would refially just float. I would very
much go to whoever is the worst tight end situation
in your lead, because that's what you're going to get
the most back for And if there's anything on their
roster that interests you, then I would make the move now,
even if George Kittle doesn't come back until week seven.
I think that trying to capitalize on Ferguson, especially like
Box said, there are a couple options of the waivers

(03:14):
that you can kind of, you know, piecemeal an option
this week, even if it's not like a ceiling play.
But because I don't think you want to have both
those guys on your roster at the same time, because
I think they're gonna be flip flopping every week trying
to figure out who to start, and I think that's
kind of frustrating.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
Your own headache. Yeah, that's a good, good point to
be brought up. Got anything else for us their vans?

Speaker 4 (03:38):
I think that's kind of it. I was wondering if
there'd be one of those guys would be enough to
even try to go get like a Henry or somebody.
I'm a little weak on the running backs right now.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
I can't imagine anybody trades Henry for a tight end,
especially you know, like Kittle, would make sense because Henry's
down right now. But I wouldn't do that because you know,
Henry may be down right now, but at least he's
not hurt, and Kittle is playing with the name.

Speaker 2 (04:01):
And maybe if you package one of those tight ends
with another running back on your team, an upgrade to
Henry or some of the better receiver. I'm getting to
go check out the trade central with a trade and
analyzer and that can give you some ideas of a
potential trades you can put together.

Speaker 3 (04:16):
Gonna do it right now.

Speaker 1 (04:17):
Thanks boys, you got advance. Appreciate you, my friend. Take
it easy. We got Sam up next. Here comes trouble.
What's going on, Sammy? How are we doing?

Speaker 3 (04:26):
Hi?

Speaker 5 (04:26):
You guys doing you guys?

Speaker 1 (04:29):
Go Bears.

Speaker 5 (04:30):
So I have had a few interesting things happened.

Speaker 6 (04:33):
I had a trade that I floated out there like
a week ago and it got randomly accepted, and I
was like, oh, what's this. It was David Montgomery for Deebo,
which I'm happy with it. I just wanted to see
where you guys were at. It's a super flex half PPR.
And then I also have another one where it's I'm
trying to I have CD Lamb, I have aman Ra,

(04:55):
I have Rock Bowers, I got Debo, so I'm kind
of good at wide receiver. I have Mason Taylor for
brock Bowers fill in for now, so I'm not really
worried there. So I was thinking about piecing brock Bowers
and CD for somebody, and then I just thought that
might be a little bit too much for somebody like Bijeon.

(05:15):
But I'm trying to go after Bijon and he wants CD,
so trying to figure out where the medium is.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
All right, let's hit this trade first. It was who
was it again? It was somebody for Debo, Deebo and
David Montgomery. That's it David Montgomery. So yeah, your thoughts
on that deal first, Erickson.

Speaker 2 (05:33):
I think it's a fair deal. I think I probably
prefer the Debo side in a vacuum, although I could
see the argument where hey, I'm really down bat at
running back, can you flip me Dave Montgomery? So I
could see how it works for both sides, although I
don't like Montgomery as much in this particular matchup this
week at the Kansas City Chiefs.

Speaker 5 (05:51):
Yeah, I got Debo just to clarify.

Speaker 2 (05:54):
So, like I said, so in a vacuum, I think,
because again Terry's still not back like and he comes
back like Deebo is gonna be like a top twelve receiver.
I mean, things will probably tail off a little bit.
He's also gets banged up a lot, especially in the
second half of the season.

Speaker 6 (06:08):
That's why I want Yeah, I feel like Debo is
one of those running or wide receivers that like he
makes the team better and doesn't really take much of
a share away because he has he's so versatile, like,
and they haven't really used him as a gadget much
this year, which.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
They are probably going to start because they have so
many injuries at running back soon too. So yeah, I
like that deal. What about the other side, ericson where uh,
you know, you're trying to get be Sean but Lamb
and Bowers. I don't know which way to go there,
Like obviously, I think you would have to have a kicker.
You can't, you know, an add on I should say,

(06:46):
not an actual kicker, but you have to have one.

Speaker 6 (06:49):
Yeah, I don't really have add ons that are good,
Like I have Tajy Spears, I have Kendre Miller, I
have Tracy Junior.

Speaker 1 (06:55):
And I meant for you. I meant for you, Like
I don't know that too injured players for Bejon is
a fair trade anyway, But I don't know. That's probably
your first and second round pick. I don't know that
I want to deal both of them for one player.
What are your thoughts on this deal? Ericson it's a
pretty big one.

Speaker 7 (07:13):
I think.

Speaker 2 (07:15):
I'm not sure that that deal is even going to work.
To be honest, I don't think.

Speaker 8 (07:19):
That a piece.

Speaker 6 (07:23):
That's that's what he's thinking realistic. Yeah, I'm trying to
figure it out.

Speaker 2 (07:27):
I mean, I guess you could try Bowers, but I
feel like you're selling Bowers kind of low. And I
know you mentioned you had Mason Taylor and like in
theory that could be great, but if Taylor goes out
and goes three for thirty, you're like, Okay.

Speaker 6 (07:41):
I prefer the lot longer. I want to keep him
honestly if I can. And I'm just trying to figure out,
like Jordan Mason and maybe.

Speaker 5 (07:51):
CD for Jon straight up, is that too much?

Speaker 2 (07:55):
I mean I think that's I don't think that's too much.
I don't think that's too much. I guess, like I guess,
I'm trying to hold him if I can. Again, if
you need Wins right now, he's not going to help you.
So that's something that you need. Anyone that has Brock
Bowers has to kind of like figure out. But the
thing with Bowers, I want to point out is if
the Raiders continue to keep losing games and like they

(08:15):
become sellers, they could trade Jakobe Myers. Remember he demanded
or he requested a trade right before the season started
so he could get dealt. And then you're looking at
brock Bowers as like trade Tucker Deandrey Thorton is like
the guys for targets and then offense. And if he
comes back healthy, like remember what happened last year with
Kukinakua when he got hurt at the beginning of the year,

(08:38):
but not like, how is he going to be when
he comes back and then she came back and just
like melted faces right like so not again, not a
one for one comparison, Withers, but.

Speaker 5 (08:47):
I mean young players, they tend to do it kind.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
Of, especially if he's not injured anymore, because clearly he's
been battling a knee injury every game he's played this year.

Speaker 5 (08:56):
Yeah, I just want them to rest him and I'm
going to go stand in that trade now.

Speaker 8 (08:59):
Yeah, thank you guys, you got it.

Speaker 1 (09:00):
Sam, appreciate you, my friend. Uh, this one in from
bot Skogman. I don't know where this came from. Erickson,
But he says, what are you gonna do with Marvin Harrison?
If Kyler Murray doesn't play in your week?

Speaker 2 (09:13):
Start Marvin Harrison. I'm gonna start him.

Speaker 1 (09:16):
You're still going to start him with with Brissette.

Speaker 2 (09:20):
Yeah, I think I'm looking at this in a very
different way. Hasn't the thing with Marvin Harrison been the
fact that Kyler's been his quarterback? Hasn't been been like
the issue like you know, I'm like being dead Serien.

Speaker 1 (09:31):
You know what, as soon as I said two weeks ago,
I'm done with Harrison, now Kyler Murray has a nice
connection with him. So I think maybe it was just
waiting for me. But I understand what you're saying. Yeah,
that is It's It's true.

Speaker 2 (09:44):
I mean, look, we saw last year who helped Brian
Thomas bull up. Wasn't Trevor Lawrence, It's Mac Jones. I
just I would be open to the idea that, oh,
well maybe he can be better. I mean, it's not
like the matchup is going to be bad. I mean
they're playing that the Cardinals. Yeah, they're playing the Colts.
The Colts don't have good corners, like the Colts have
been blowing teams out, but I don't think their secondary

(10:05):
is really that great. So if Jacoby Brissett they're dropped
back to throw, I don't think he's afraid of slinging
into Marvin Harrison Junior. They keep talking about trying to
get in the ball more. They're down to their third
straight running back. If they're down by I mean I
they're getting killed. Like what else are they gonna do?
They're gonna feed Marvin Harrison and Tray McBride. So I
don't think it really changes, honestly, like what I would
do with Marvin Harrison Again, if I wasn't starting him anyway,

(10:27):
I would probably not start him. But I think that
he's probably a wide receiver.

Speaker 6 (10:31):
Two.

Speaker 1 (10:31):
All right, well, look, great question from our favorite bought
bot Skogman. So excellent. Then, Bucksman, what's up my friend?
You are up next? What do you got for us?

Speaker 9 (10:42):
Hey?

Speaker 1 (10:43):
Going well?

Speaker 2 (10:46):
Good?

Speaker 9 (10:46):
I just got three questions here, three quick coins. The
first two regarding the same team Standard League.

Speaker 5 (10:52):
Who do you for RB?

Speaker 7 (10:53):
Two?

Speaker 9 (10:54):
Would you start Rashaut White or Recordollo?

Speaker 1 (10:58):
Question? Yeah, I think it's Rico against Dalla for me
with no Juba didn't practice yesterday. I haven't seen yet
today as we're recording, but doesn't seem like he's going
to be up. I'd go with Rico again. Revenge game, right,
Let's go.

Speaker 2 (11:10):
Buckle up, dude. Rico is in on the revenge game
like he's the one talking.

Speaker 1 (11:13):
About he's ready to go. He wants some revenge. What's
number two?

Speaker 10 (11:21):
All right?

Speaker 9 (11:21):
So number two in that same in the same league
for my flex spot, would you start Rashot White in there?
Or Tedoro McMillan or Jamar Chase.

Speaker 1 (11:33):
I think I'm still going Jamar, but I understand a pivot.
Are you are you pivoting there, Eric sent or are
you sticking with Jamar Chase as well?

Speaker 2 (11:42):
I think I'm going with t MA Mac In the
standard league, he's playing out. I mean, if he's ever
gonna score a touchdown, we to be this week, right?

Speaker 1 (11:49):
Yeah?

Speaker 10 (11:51):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (11:51):
I really steady eight plus targets in every single game
he's played. I mean, even if Bryce Young gets benched, boom,
you get Andy Dalton in there. Let's go.

Speaker 3 (12:00):
Ricks.

Speaker 1 (12:00):
It's all about the backup quarterbacks today. I like it.
What about Joe Flacco going to Cincinnati? Then, if we're
talking about guys in weird spot, I want.

Speaker 2 (12:09):
To talk about that that when I'm not nearly as
optimistic amount.

Speaker 1 (12:14):
Oh that is. I love it, but that's because I'm
a Steelers fan. All right, man, what's no bucks Man?
What's number three?

Speaker 9 (12:22):
Last question? So I'm in another league, super flex league,
and I lost Neighbors and Pearson in this league, so
I'm weak at receiver. I have I have Tedor McMillan
and h Rashi right some way for him to come back,
and then I have both quent and Johnson and Keenan Allen.
I sent a trade to a friend. I have James Cook,

(12:43):
So I offered James Cook for Buka. My running backs
I would have left would be Javonte Williams, Rico and Cuba.
And they're a shot white.

Speaker 5 (12:53):
Which shot would you want to be on the rest
of the season.

Speaker 1 (12:55):
Oh, that's a good one. James Cook for Buka rested
the year? Ekson, Where are you going? I think I
still like Cook just barely though, right, I mean book
has been so good. Yeah, I'm with you. Yeah, it's
definitely Cook because Cook is going to score a million touchdowns, right.

Speaker 2 (13:12):
I just feel really good about Cook's floor that he's
offering every week. The Bills offense is a jugger. Not
I know, he didn't have a great game against the Patriots,
but that was like the one week that the Bills
didn't score thirty points, as they always they score thirty
points every single week.

Speaker 1 (13:28):
But yeah, but it's James Cook.

Speaker 2 (13:30):
Yeah, yeah, I think that he's like I think he
just looks like he's like, he just looks better. He
looks like a like a full fledged three down running back.
He looks way better than he did like his first
couple of years in the league. They paid him. He's
their guy, and yeah, I think his floor is is
really really high in the Bills offense. So Buka like
there's always the you know, when the other receivers come back,
if they come back, whether that matters or not, I

(13:51):
mean I think it probably probably end up not really mattering.
He's just he's just that good.

Speaker 1 (13:56):
I think. I think the big question here, Erickson, is
is your breakdown enough to convince bucks Man to trade
a mega egg Buka so bucks Man will win?

Speaker 2 (14:08):
Think Oh I would just keep him?

Speaker 1 (14:09):
Yeah, yeah, are you trading uh? Are you trading it?
You were trading away Agbuka to get cooked?

Speaker 8 (14:14):
Correct, No, I'd be getting a Booker for a receiver.

Speaker 2 (14:19):
Bucks Man, what do you I mean, just keep your
bucks Man.

Speaker 1 (14:22):
No, he's trading cook to get egg Buka.

Speaker 2 (14:26):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, Okay, okay, I mean yeah, I mean
I guess we're gonna have to pay to get them.
And I would say, like Chris Godwin was on the
injury report this week with a fibial injury, which kind
of like a weird injury to like, so I have
like on like the Wednesday injury report. So I don't know.
For some reason, in the back of my mind, I
just feel like we're never going to see Evan's got
winning a booka on the field. At the same time,

(14:48):
I don't know, I just have that feeling in the
back of my mind because those guys are older, they
get banged up, and so yeah, I think it may
be us being or those that are concerned about like
Buka and other receivers and man being a moot point
where it literally didn't matter at all.

Speaker 1 (15:01):
So all right, bucks bat, So that's probably the price
he gotta pay, is your best running back, freg Buca.
But he seems worth it right now. So great questions,
my friend, Let's see who we have now we have.

Speaker 11 (15:14):
Salt ericson what a what a great look for Drake
May on a Sunday, Right.

Speaker 2 (15:20):
Oh yeah, Drake May.

Speaker 1 (15:21):
Finally let's go all.

Speaker 11 (15:23):
Right, I will put them in the chat Lax half
PPR Michael Carter or Zach Sharp.

Speaker 1 (15:31):
I'm gonna go Carter slightly on that probably gets a
bump if there's no Kyler Murray and Sharps and Walker
are still splitting.

Speaker 2 (15:40):
I'm gonna go with Zach Sharviney. I like, I like
Seattle on the road this week against the Jaguars. I
think the Jaguars can get run on a little bit.
We saw Kareem Hunt have a good game against the Jaguars,
and I just I don't think my car is very
good and that just scares me. In a matchup where
they're not facing the Titans at home anymore.

Speaker 1 (16:00):
They get on the road to Mercado, any touches this week.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
I guess that's not I guess that's not really my
concern because I just don't know, like what, how good
is the Cardinal's office going to be anyway? That's true,
that's my main concern. Where sharbona a man like the
Seahawks aren't going to get shut out against the Jags,
and Charbonne gets a lot of red zoned opportunity. So
in half PPR, I'd rather roll with with sharbon A
and the excellent question. Play's the most apps on the

(16:25):
on the on the on the Seahawks. It's super frustrating
because he averages three yards to carry and Walker averages
like eight point five. He scores all the touchdowns. But
I mean, we saw this with Kaream Hunt. He did
the exact same thing last week, not like the sexiest
running back and gets the touchdowns. So I'm gonna go
with Sharbone here.

Speaker 1 (16:41):
I will. I will just let you know that rankings
currently have Sharps at thirty one and Carter at twenty four.
Kind of a bigger gap than I imagine there.

Speaker 2 (16:52):
But I think that's aggressive on Carter. I think I
guess for me, I mean, it's just a completely different
situation than last week. Remember the Cardinals were like eight
and a half point favorites at home against the Titans
and now they're seven and a half point underdogs on
the road against the Colts.

Speaker 1 (17:10):
Yeah, my rankings are now twenty seven and Sharps at
thirty one, So I have I have Carter closer to
you know, or actually an RB three not an RB
two this week? You understand at twelve men, I like Sharvion,
I got anything else?

Speaker 12 (17:23):
Salt?

Speaker 2 (17:24):
All right?

Speaker 11 (17:25):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I put some really nasty quarterbacks for
you guys to rank in the check because the ore
is sitting on my ir We got two a Rodgers
and Gino real winners.

Speaker 1 (17:37):
Two of Rodgers and Gino this week, ericson what do
you got on those.

Speaker 2 (17:43):
D You just can't play Gino?

Speaker 3 (17:48):
Get half?

Speaker 2 (17:49):
I would just play to at least they're playing at home.
So like that's like the thing with the Dolphins is
you have a semblance of hope offensively if they're at
home or they're playing a bad team. Now you don't
get both this week because playing the Chargers. But they're
playing in Miami, So I'll go to it.

Speaker 1 (18:03):
Yeah me too. I mean, I you know, I'm a
Steelers fan, but Aaron Rodgers against the Browns. Browns defense
has been pretty legit so far this year, and I
don't know if you could pay me to start Gino.
So yeah, I think I'm going to it as well.

Speaker 9 (18:18):
Okay, cool?

Speaker 11 (18:18):
And then just more general, like you know, I've got
these high upside handcuffs on my bench since the draft,
like Ali Gordon and r J.

Speaker 2 (18:25):
Harvey.

Speaker 11 (18:26):
I'm wondering like when y'all I guess drop or give.

Speaker 8 (18:28):
Up on them.

Speaker 11 (18:31):
There's people on the why who are like Sean Tucker,
who's kind of in the same spot with Rashaun White.
I know people are talking about Dontavian Wicks, but I
don't know if Watson's twenty one day window changes that
at all.

Speaker 13 (18:39):
So what's kind of the longer term?

Speaker 8 (18:41):
How long are you holding on to those guys?

Speaker 1 (18:43):
What do you think on that one?

Speaker 2 (18:44):
Ericson, I think that I'm going to be holding those
players just compared to the people that you mentioned, Like
I'd rather have Gordon Harvey than Sean Tucker and don
Tavian Wicks. But running backs of me getting hurt like
every single week, right and especially with the two guys
in front of Gordon and Harvey. JK. Dobbins, we know
he has never played I can't remember last time he

(19:06):
played a full season. And Ivon ah Chan we know
kink of banged up too, So I would keep those
guys and Sean Tucker again, he is the We're shot
White handcuff now, but when Bucky Irving, he goes back
to RB three and then his value is nuked at
that point. So I would just keep the guys you have.

Speaker 1 (19:21):
I'm in the same spot. They suck, but they still
they suck with more upside, so I would stick with
them for now. And you know, I just think the
upside is there for those guys, and it's kind of
not with some of the guys on the wires, So
sticking with them, Salt, You got anything else or is
that everything for you?

Speaker 11 (19:38):
Well, now y'all got me stressing about h Godwin on
the injury report. So if Godwin's out, am I gonna
flex Carter? Or are we gonna put Sterling Shepherd up as
the next baker feeding targets to someone?

Speaker 1 (19:51):
Definitely Carter in that one.

Speaker 2 (19:52):
So Carter?

Speaker 14 (19:54):
All right?

Speaker 11 (19:54):
Perfect, Thank you guys so much.

Speaker 3 (19:55):
I appreciate it.

(20:37):
the Fantasy Pros app check it out today. All right,
we got Sammy aces, Sammy, what's going on?

Speaker 7 (20:45):
Hey, guys, I'm in a PPR fourteen team league. It's
a word trade that got accepted debo. I'm giving away
debo and getting Nico Collins, so I think that's a win.
Hopefully you guys agree. But that's putting me in a

(21:06):
fricky spot this week with my lineup.

Speaker 15 (21:09):
So I need to figure out my double flex position
and my options are Rabeon Henderson, Damison Williams, Jalen Coker,
or I could pick somebody up from a waiver. Some

(21:32):
of the options there are like Isaiah Picteco or Men's
or Wics or Lounges.

Speaker 2 (21:41):
Yeah, you don't have to go through the waivers.

Speaker 3 (21:45):
For me.

Speaker 2 (21:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (21:46):
Yeah, Trabon and GMO for me as well. I know
they've been frustrating, but they're big play guys, you know,
so you're hoping for the big play and then a
little bit more volume for both. But they have way
more upside than the other guys you mentioned. So I'm
with ericson JMO and Trebion.

Speaker 15 (22:04):
For me, great, and my debot for Nico it.

Speaker 1 (22:09):
Is totally win. Yeah. I love Debo, but Nico is
a true number one, So excellent deal for you. My
friend Sammy, very very good way to work the trades there, DVR,
what's going on, my friend?

Speaker 2 (22:25):
How are you doing well?

Speaker 3 (22:27):
Yourself doing great?

Speaker 1 (22:29):
What do you got for us today?

Speaker 3 (22:31):
We got my mic working so happy on that one? Yeah,
great question. CD plus Piersaw for Ted and Rice half PPR.
Weird situation. Every one of those is my number four
except CD. Who would be my number three?

Speaker 1 (22:50):
What do you think on that one? Ericson, I'll let
you go first.

Speaker 2 (22:54):
CD and Piersoll for Ted or sheet writing.

Speaker 3 (23:04):
And Rice.

Speaker 1 (23:06):
I still want lamb in piersol, but I understand getting
the other side like there's no injury risk on the
other side, so outside.

Speaker 2 (23:13):
Of you know, I feel like this, I guess like, well,
I guess McMillan, he's going on it's actually not injured
at all.

Speaker 1 (23:20):
Better than be knocking on what over there? Eric'son? I
got too many here.

Speaker 2 (23:26):
Yeah, this one is really tight. I feel like this
one's close. It's a good trade, I think for both sides.
I could see the argument for both sides winning, and
you're getting the Rice I guess.

Speaker 3 (23:37):
I would be getting actually the CD side. Okay, right now,
Tet's my receiver for behind and Buca Jason and Drake London.

Speaker 1 (23:48):
I mean, just go for the upside. Then just get Lamb,
right If McMillan is your four.

Speaker 3 (23:54):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, and a two receiver too, pluck Yeah,
got Lamb and.

Speaker 1 (24:00):
Wait on him. That's what I would do.

Speaker 8 (24:01):
Yeah, and then same league.

Speaker 3 (24:03):
The other option I'm considering is packaging Etn and Ted
or Ambuca for two. If anyone those two, I'm benching
Junkins right now.

Speaker 1 (24:17):
I better be getting an upper excellent player, right gentle,
Only two players get genty.

Speaker 2 (24:24):
The Raiders' vibes are just terrible, even though like he's
the Raiders have a pretty good scheduled US this season
for running backs and Genty's all they have left.

Speaker 1 (24:31):
So yeah, maybe Genty and an add on a bench player.

Speaker 2 (24:36):
Yeah, I continue beating that or Derrick Henry.

Speaker 1 (24:41):
It's tough to know like who to target, but at
least float them and see what offers you get back.
Do that?

Speaker 3 (24:48):
Awesome?

Speaker 1 (24:48):
Thank you guys, you got a TV. I appreciate you.
All right, who is next? We got the Red Beard?
What's up? Red Beard? How you doing? My friend?

Speaker 5 (24:56):
I'm doing right, y'all? How are y'all doing?

Speaker 1 (24:59):
Doing great? What do you got for?

Speaker 2 (25:02):
I got two questions.

Speaker 14 (25:03):
I just saw the Dalton Kincaid, He's I got talked
and dun Dalton can Kagan and he just popped up
on the jury reported about a no contact Jersey.

Speaker 5 (25:14):
Uh sho would you play if he's out this week?

Speaker 16 (25:17):
A J.

Speaker 14 (25:17):
Barner or Harold Bannon are on the waiver?

Speaker 1 (25:23):
That's a good that's a good debate there except going
Barner who keeps scoring touchdowns? Or fan and who keeps
getting targets?

Speaker 2 (25:31):
Uh? Can I go behind door number three? I like
Hunter Long a lot this week. Hunter, that's a great matchup.
Who just who I just think it's a really good matchup,
so I would go Hunter Long. I think he's an
underrated player. He was with the Rams with Gladstone. I

(25:53):
brought him over for the reason to Jacksonville. Strange is
obviously going to be out after reserve. So although like I,
I guess for me, it's like, if you already have
Fanning on your roster, I would probably just start him
because I don't want necessari want to drop fan in, right,
But you're just looking to add someone just for this
one week because you like have using Kincave and honestly,

(26:14):
who won't surprise me for long? That's a pretty productive game.

Speaker 1 (26:17):
I like the long call. I gotta be honest, though,
it could be any of these tight ends that you start,
and I think they're all kind of in the same bucket, right,
Like I think, if you if you want the floor,
take fan in for the targets, if you want the upside,
I would probably start Farner along with the touchdowns. So
that's how I would order it.

Speaker 14 (26:37):
My second question is going to be a consolidation question
to alleviate a spot for another tight end. Who do
you think I need to put together with Pollard? Potentially
there's a guy that's zero and five and I'm five
and zero. Who do I need to put with Pollard

(26:58):
to try to go after for George Pickens? I got
on the lower end of my receivers. I got uh DK,
Matthew Golden, Vonte Smith. Those are all ones that would
either be rotated in the flex.

Speaker 12 (27:16):
Or on my bench right now.

Speaker 1 (27:18):
I think Eric Ericson, you think Golden gets that deal done.

Speaker 13 (27:22):
No.

Speaker 2 (27:23):
I mean, if I'm an er to five manager, I'm
not trade George Pickens for Tony Poard and Matthew Golden. Yeah,
so why would I trade away George.

Speaker 1 (27:32):
Pickens for reason? I have to have depth to get
out of this hole. I don't know, but like I
think you're I don't think it works either. I think
it's a little light, but.

Speaker 2 (27:44):
I think I think you gotta do. I think it
has to be Metcalf like this, if this guy needs
to win. Now, Metcalf's already had his bye week, he's
the number one. He's not gonna lose. You know, there's
no one coming back in the Dallas offense. So it
would probably be Metcalf and Collard because, yeah, that that's
where I think gets it done.

Speaker 1 (28:03):
If you really want picking, try golden first. Uh, and
if it doesn't work, saying, fine, I'll give you that
calf you know, do one of those.

Speaker 5 (28:09):
Because I'm definitely deeper.

Speaker 14 (28:11):
I'm definitely deep at running back. Pollard's like my number five,
maybe even number six when Buck he comes back.

Speaker 1 (28:18):
Yeah yeah, I would, uh yeah, add on to that
and see if you can get picking. So but yeah,
I lay low ball and then go from there.

Speaker 5 (28:26):
So all right, sounds good, Thank you, you.

Speaker 1 (28:29):
Got a red beard, take it easy.

Speaker 7 (28:31):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (28:31):
Speaking of trouble, here comes mctanda. What's up? Mc tanda.
How are we doing? My friend?

Speaker 2 (28:37):
Good?

Speaker 1 (28:37):
How are you folks doing great? We got for us
all right?

Speaker 17 (28:41):
So uh, in a full PPR league there, I offered
Christian McCaffrey and Brian Robinson Junior for Dustin Jefferson and
Ja c M.

Speaker 3 (28:54):
How do you feel?

Speaker 1 (28:56):
Mmmm? I want I want the Jefferson and JCM side
because I think that McCaffrey's gonna end up getting hurt.
But you know, here we are, week six, he's still
not hurt. He had a million carries and everything seems
to be coming up McCaffrey, So I would want Jefferson

(29:17):
in JCM. But I I understand wanting McCaffrey since he's
the best player right now. What are your thoughts on
that one?

Speaker 2 (29:23):
Ericson, I think I agree with your sentiment about kind
of valuing the situation. I think that every week that
goes by with McCaffrey, like, you know, maintaining this thought.
I mean, he's on pace for four hundred and forty
two touches like it's it's it's just like something eventually
is gonna give. And yeah, look, I think that if

(29:48):
you're looking to move off of McCaffrey, I think that
this is the exact deal you want to get back.
You're getting a Justin Jefferson who has been a stub
this year despite having like not the greatest quarterback play.
I mean, he's basically just showing when I'm in this
offense like I'm going to eat no matter what. It
doesn't matter who the quarterback is.

Speaker 1 (30:06):
Wentz That's right, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (30:08):
So Wentz McCarthy. It doesn't matter, like he's going to produce.
So I like getting him back and jcm it feels
like you're buying high. But the Commanders have the number
one easiest schedule rest of season for running backs he's
facing the Bears this week. He's been an absolute monster
with Jayden and Daniels. That was something that kind of
flew under the radar two with his usage. He didn't

(30:29):
play a lot in the two games that Jade Daniels
didn't play, so that that was kind of interesting. But
then when Daniels comes back, he's immediately entrenched back as
the RB one in the Commander's offense. I think that
he is a He's like a superstar in the making
with ACM the rest of the season. So I think
right now it seems like you're I feel like you're
selling those guys at their peaks, But I think this

(30:52):
is a good return. In like a month from now,
you maybe be like, wow, I'm not really glad I
made that trade. So I think both sides can win here.
But I think that you're getting ahead of something. You're
selling high on McAffrey, which I think is a sharp
move to.

Speaker 1 (31:05):
Make same right there anything else mcdonne.

Speaker 12 (31:10):
The last the other trade I had there in another
league there was I moved Ceedee Lamb and JCM funny
enough there for jamiored Gibbs.

Speaker 8 (31:20):
Do you feel like that was enough value or did
I give up too much.

Speaker 1 (31:23):
No, I think that was fair. Like you're giving an
add on on top of an injured player, so I
think that's a fair deal. What are your thoughts on
that one?

Speaker 2 (31:32):
Ericson guys like Gibbs, I don't think that you feel
like you're always gonna overpay for them quote unquote. But
if they put up those thirty forty point games for you,
it doesn't matter what you paid to get them, because
those win. You're your weeks, so.

Speaker 1 (31:49):
Same, you got it. McDon to appreciate you, my friend.
Let's see, we got herbs and cheese up next? What's
up herbs and cheese? I would do with my friend.

Speaker 13 (31:59):
Suck guys, got a few questions for you real quick,
Kamara if he ends up playing this week, or Chase Brown.
It's full PPR and you also get a quarter point
per Carrie.

Speaker 1 (32:09):
I like that one, so say it one more time.
Say it one more time Herbans and cheese.

Speaker 13 (32:17):
Kamara or Chase Brown? And then full PPR and quarter point.

Speaker 1 (32:21):
Per carry Kamara against your Saints and Chase Brown at
the Packers. What do you think? Ericson GIMPI Kamara or
Chase Brown on a week offense? Against the Packers.

Speaker 2 (32:33):
I think, man, I was ready to be like Camara,
but like I don't. I don't feel nearly as confident
now that I'm actually thinking about it. The Patriots are
actually a good I mean, both matchups aren't really great.

Speaker 1 (32:50):
I'd say go with the healthy guy, right, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (32:53):
That's true. If Kamara is banged up, he's in more
of a committee versus Chase Brown, who's not really in
the committee. And I don't know how good Joe Flako
is going to be. I'm not optimistic, but I feel
confident that Chase Brown might get more targets than Kamara
because Kamara's targets have been really up and down this year.
The Patriots don't have a good pass rush, so you
don't necessarily expect Spencer Rally to check the ball down

(33:14):
a lot. He doesn't do that really much anyway. So
I think I'm actually going with Chase Brown just given
the optics of this scoring format full PPR, and the
fact that you're getting points or a quarter point per carry.
I mean, Chase Brown's gonna have more carries than Kamara probably, Yeah,
So I think that just kind of pushes me towards
Chase Brown. It's a good question, though, and I'm kind

(33:35):
of like rethinking you had them right.

Speaker 1 (33:37):
Ask tomorrow. The answer might be different on that one,
for sure, but I agree with you. I just think that,
you know, it makes a lot of sense knowing that
Kamara has this ankle thing now that Kendrey Miller got
more carries last week. But if that was the case,
then I would just expect they seem pretty comfortable with
Kendrey Miller, right, So I think they just give Kendra
a little bit more. And I think if you're the bank,

(34:00):
your strategy with that horrible defense should be to control
the clock. So I think I just think Chase Brown's
gonna have a decent amount of volume, even if it's
ineffective volume, right, even if it's twenty five touches for
seventy eight total yards, if he gets in the end
zone a time or two, that'll just be pretty significant.

Speaker 2 (34:17):
So also too, Chase Brown, he's not a plotter, yeah,
so he could always you know, he just makes a
guy miss. Maybe if anything, getting more targets, getting him
in space, maybe that can kind of help him generate
some big, big explosive plays for the Bengals. So I think, yeah,

(34:39):
I think it's Chase Brown.

Speaker 1 (34:41):
Yeah, and we know Joe Flacco's favorite move sixty yard
hail Mary pass interference down to the one Chase Brown.
There you go, that is.

Speaker 2 (34:48):
That is true? That is true? Yes, Chase Brown. Maybe
he's really the actual winner from this, Joe flat.

Speaker 1 (34:54):
The more we talk about yeah, the more we talk about.

Speaker 2 (34:57):
This, the more it's none of the receivers there are
actually gonna This is actually just Chase Brown. He's gonna
smash now, which is good because I know that a
lot of people draft to Chase Brown because we all
thought he was gonna be good.

Speaker 1 (35:08):
Can you imagine if oh Flacco gets hurt and they
have to go back to Browning immediately, how hilarious?

Speaker 2 (35:15):
I mean, the thing is like Jake Browning, mean, he
alay gets another shot. He just has to realize, Hey,
I just got to take more risks because that's all
Joe Flacco. Let's just rip it.

Speaker 1 (35:22):
Seriously, just chuck that thing. I mean, throw it down there.
Somebody will get it. You have Chasing Higgins, put it up,
someone will get it. Anything else, serbs and cheese? What
else you got for us?

Speaker 2 (35:33):
Yeah?

Speaker 13 (35:33):
A couple quick ones, Ken Walker or Keenan Allen in
in a flex spot this week.

Speaker 1 (35:39):
Still Ken for me. I think he's more likely to
score a touchdown. What do you think?

Speaker 2 (35:42):
Ericson, Yes, Ken Walker for me.

Speaker 13 (35:46):
And then last one, if Jilly Cocher's acted this week,
I might have to play him if QJ is out,
but I'd have to pick him up off waivers. Would
you drop Manongai or DJ Giddons first, I'm not the
owner if that makes a difference on dropping Kittens Giddens.

Speaker 1 (36:03):
Yeah, because mona guy is getting run and I think
he might be better than Swift already, so I would Yeah.

Speaker 2 (36:09):
I would as like a PSA to everyone you know
looking for stashes. I would try to make sure that
there's none of these bears rookies are on the waivers.
Luther Burdon, Colson Lovelin, kyleman On Guy. We see this
all the time with teams that go into their bye week.
They come out and then the rookies have bigger roles,
especially under a new head coach with Ben Johnson. He

(36:30):
picked all these guys to be part of his offense
for this year. It would not surprise me if one,
if not all of them have larger roles out of
the bye week, So if you have space on your roster,
try to hold them at least through week five or
through week six to get an idea of Oh wow,
now Luther Burton is the starter over Alamanni Zukiis, which
wasn't the case heading into the bye week. So that's

(36:50):
just something to keep in mind.

Speaker 13 (36:52):
Would you then start anong guy over r J Harvey
as my last fleck spot in that.

Speaker 2 (36:57):
League, because again it's speculative, like I can't guarantee you like,
oh yeah, well, he's gonna be the starter this week, Like,
unless we get more concrete information about that, I'm not
gonna throw him into the lineup. I mean r J Harvey.
He's facing the Jets right and if they're winning by
a lot of points, he should get run in the
second half. So I would still start r J. Harvey,

(37:18):
but you want to at least hold Manungai see if
his role changes.

Speaker 1 (37:22):
Yep, I'm right there, game exact answer. So appreciate yourbs
and cheese. Great questions, man, these questions have been killer today.
You guys are doing a great job producing the show
for us, so all we have to do is answer.
Appreciate that everybody, plumb, What is going on? What can
we do for you? Going once? Going twice?

Speaker 2 (37:41):
A second favorite fruit?

Speaker 1 (37:43):
All right, we're gonna move you to back on the line, plumb.
Just raise men again if you want to come back.
Before we get to the next question, we'll remind you
guys about the fantasy pros. Twitch out of Bounds with
Joe the Welsh and myself returns to Twitch on Mondays
at two pm Eastern The Welsh and Bogman and spend
two hours tackling your fantasy questions and we play a

(38:04):
game of Madden at noon Eastern each Tuesday. That was
an hour this week. Our structure is we answer questions
for an hour and then we play a game or
two of Madden. And I got to get back on
this because Welsh beat me twice the last time we played,
so got to get back on that. Seth and Debro.
We'll be here on Thursdays at one pm Eastern and
Fridays at two pm Eastern. We've also got a fantasy

(38:26):
football Q and A for you every Sunday at noon Eastern,
and last we recap Sunday's action at seven thirty pm Eastern.
Head over to Twitch dot TV Slash Fantasy Pros. Give
us a follow so you never miss a stream, and
ask your questions live. When was the last time you
played some Madden there?

Speaker 2 (38:42):
Ericson might have been at Joe's house last year, and
I remember vividly because I got up on him seven
nothing or fourteen to seven with an Isaiah Bachecko touchdown.
I hit the gritty and then I got out.

Speaker 1 (39:02):
It was all over after that.

Speaker 2 (39:04):
Yeah, No, I hit the gritty and then immediately it
was all downhill from there.

Speaker 1 (39:07):
Hey, you know, at least you got to hit the gritty.

Speaker 2 (39:09):
So yeah, it's all the matters.

Speaker 1 (39:11):
That's right, Surge. What's going on? What do you got
for us?

Speaker 16 (39:15):
Appreciate it, guys. I'll get three here for you. First
one up Jordan Mason rest of season because I'm looking
at their schedule and it seems favorable for like the
actual early down running back. But obviously we've seen Scott
in this like receiving role in How does Jones factor in?

Speaker 1 (39:37):
What are your thoughts on Mason for the rest of
the season, Ericson.

Speaker 2 (39:41):
I think that he kind of had a bad runout
when in terms of like the scheduling and opportunity, so
they're on a bye week this week, they have cuugh
tough matchups coming out of the bye week. I think
they have the Eagles. I'm pretty sure that's not ideal.
And then by the time the schedule like really gets
easier Aaron Jones coming back, So on one hand, the

(40:02):
offensive line should get healthier, but I think it's just
going to be him in a committee. I don't know
how much receiving upside he has with Jones, and you know,
Scott still also involved as pass catchers, so I think
that he's a fine candidate to trade away. I know
I have n't a lot of spots, but I think
he's probably like a back end RB two flex play

(40:23):
rest of season unfortunately.

Speaker 8 (40:28):
See Yeah, I think that that's probably where I would
need him if I need him, is maybe a flex
on a bye week or something. So thank you. Next
one is Ted or Diggs rest of season still.

Speaker 1 (40:40):
Going to be teta raw for me. I think I
love the fact that we've seen Diggs be better specifically
last week, but still McMillan for me, what are your
thoughts on that one?

Speaker 2 (40:51):
Erickson still tet traw McMillan for me, I still think
that he hasn't hit his ceiling. He's shown a really
high floor for the first five weeks of the season,
eight plus target in every single game that he's played
this year, just hasn't scored a touchdown yet. The big
game is coming for him and it could be this
week against the aforementioned Dallas Cowboys. So yes, GIGS is
a fantastic the last couple of weeks, but I think

(41:13):
McMillan hasn't even hit his ceiling yet, So teamac.

Speaker 8 (41:16):
For me, all right, thank you.

Speaker 16 (41:18):
And then the last one is a quick trade option.
I put my wide receivers and running backs in the
chat here. I have a lot of options and I
can't start them all, so I'm kind of looking to
consolidate here and I'm looking to go after CD. Do
you think digs and TET for CD is too much?
If I can still start Jamar, Chase and London every week?

Speaker 8 (41:41):
And then the.

Speaker 16 (41:42):
Other option could be if I go get Worthy for
Scataboos straight up and then flip Worthy and either TET
or DIGS for CD.

Speaker 2 (41:53):
So essentially stick with the tetoro and digs right right.
But if you're saying if you gain do the other
trade where you're essentially just going to be trading Skataboo
for So it would be Skataboo and Digs for Lamb
essentially like assuming that you can do the Worthy thing,
but you're basically trading away Skataboo.

Speaker 1 (42:13):
And yeah, that's true.

Speaker 8 (42:16):
Yeah, that was my original offer.

Speaker 16 (42:18):
And he's like, I don't really want a running back,
but there's another team that I could maybe go do
one running back for a receiver for and then pair
them with Digs to go get Lamb.

Speaker 8 (42:27):
So is that the way that you guys would suggest
going Well, let me.

Speaker 1 (42:30):
Ask you this ericson if you're doing this deal right,
would you rather just do Tet and Digs and then
keep Worthy or would you still rather go Ted and
Worthy and keep digs.

Speaker 2 (42:42):
Tet and Worthy and keep Digs, Because I do have
some concerns about Rice coming back, okay, with how that
affects Worthy, So that's yeah, okay, I think a good
time to sell Worthy.

Speaker 1 (42:52):
Yeah, I think it could be. I'm I don't think
I would have been with that had Worthy not been
hurt Week one, but I am at this point in
the year, So yeah, I think I would. I think
I would do that trade if I were you specifically
because of the guys that you can start, uh while
you're waiting on CD.

Speaker 16 (43:10):
So, so I guess, Bogs, I have your permission then
to trade away Scataboo.

Speaker 1 (43:16):
I guess if you have to. I actually kind of
think it's a good time to sell iye on scataboo
because I have legit concerns about this Giants offense with
no neighbors. I mean, he just he adds so much.
They're going to stack the box and they don't have
especially this week with Slaton down. I mean, I think
the Giants offense could get ugly. So we'll see Dark

(43:36):
should open them up. But uh, if you have to
trade Scataboo, I guess now you know what if you're
trading scataboo and a deal to get you worthy or
to get you ceedde lamb, excuse me, find find a
way to do that deal. That's what I say. Even
though I'm the biggest Scataboo guy in the world. So,
UH still like CD lamb way more so.

Speaker 8 (43:55):
Appreciate its guys, appreciate it.

Speaker 2 (43:57):
I just wanted to say one thing too with Jordan Mason,
just want to read off like so they're on a
bye week, they have the Eagles at home, and then
it's at the Chargers at the Lions, and then you
have Ravens and Bears. Those are both home games, so
those are good matchups for Mason. But by the time
we're in week ten, Aaron Jones is probably back. So
that's kind of what I meant with It's like, if

(44:19):
those are right out of the bye week, he'd be like, yes,
like this is perfect Mason, Like he can be in
Army one right after the bye week. But besides, the Chargers,
met Eagles and Lions aren't necessarily the best running back
matchups and it just is unfortunate. Now he can still
produce in those games, but not to the level or
ranking that we had him right after Aaron Jones got
hurt when he was what he was at arby three
against the Bengals that week, which is just going to

(44:41):
be hard to project when Jones is back.

Speaker 1 (44:43):
Yeah, I mean, I think, you know, Mason is definitely
a little bit better than I thought he was coming
into the year, but I'm the schedule it doesn't do
him favors, so like to earn that extra playing time,
It's just going to be an uphill battle. So let's
go back to Plumb. Plumb says they got there. They
got them, Mike working again, so we're bringing you back up. Plumb,

(45:06):
are still are you with us? Plum? There you go? Oh,
it says, uh, you just need to unmute your mic.

Speaker 10 (45:11):
It says, sorry, my first time doing this. I'm learning
as I'm going.

Speaker 1 (45:16):
We got you. Yeah, so you're here.

Speaker 14 (45:19):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (45:19):
I just had a quick question for you boys.

Speaker 10 (45:21):
I have the problem of having too much good on
my team and I don't know who to start this week.
I'm in a ten man ten man super flex with
an additional flex instead of a defense. So right now
my starting receivers are JSN and Davante Adams, and then
for my flex, I'm between George Pickens, T Mac or

(45:41):
quin Shawn Judkins.

Speaker 1 (45:44):
Good question here, are who you going between Pickens, T
Mac and Judkins this week?

Speaker 2 (45:49):
Erickson, I think it's gotta be Pickens, right. You only
have so many weeks you can start him without CD Lamb,
so I think you just have to take advantage of
those dak is playing so well right now, and it's
a good problem to have. I mean, you have three
great options, but I would go with Pickens yeah, Judge
Jakins the other one, Yeah, that's the one. I was

(46:10):
the other one I was contemplating. I definitely would do
Pickens over Team AC. Same, it's both wide receivers. I
have him ranked just higher than than Team ACT this week.
I'm trying to see the bear. And so the other
thing too, is like, and Bob correct me if I'm wrong,
the Steelers defense shouldn't shouldn't be as bad as it

(46:30):
was start the year because they're getting guys back.

Speaker 1 (46:32):
Well, if Derek Carmen came back in that London game
and you saw the run defense improve a lot, so yes.

Speaker 2 (46:38):
So so that's one thing like to point out about
their their season long stats. Oh, like they're they're so
bad against the run, Like I don't know if that's
nessa going to translate. Now, Judkins, it doesn't really matter
with him because he just gets so much volume and
he's good. But they're not like a punching bag. I
would say against the run.

Speaker 1 (46:54):
It's Almo's got a pretty good history against UH rookie
starting quarterbacks as well.

Speaker 2 (46:58):
That's also true. So I yeah, I think I think
it's Pickens.

Speaker 1 (47:01):
Like, yeah, I'm okay with Pickens. I love. I love
Judkins because he's getting so much volume right now, right, yes,
war yeah, yeah, So I think I would lean maybe
slightly towards Judkins, but Pickens has a great matchup, no
CD Lamb. The upside is all there for Pickens. So
with the rest of your lineup being great and this

(47:21):
being a flex spot, give me the upside. I'll roll
Pickens as well.

Speaker 10 (47:26):
Okay, and then just another lineup question. Because I have
all that good, something bad had to happen and I
have brought Bowers, so I'm looking for some tight end help.
I picked up Godare last week and he ended up
scoring for me. How do we feel about him tonight?

Speaker 3 (47:41):
Though?

Speaker 1 (47:42):
Goddard? Yeah, I mean Goddard is a good option, specifically
against the Giants. Teams like to pass against the Giants
because their past defense is horrible. They've had injuries to
the linebacker corps already. H I'm I'm good with Roland Goddard.
What do you think ericson?

Speaker 2 (47:58):
Yep?

Speaker 10 (47:58):
That's fine, okay, yeah, because my my next best option
would be THEO Johnson on the waivers. And I'm just
I like the touchdown upside, but that's just about all
he has.

Speaker 1 (48:08):
Well, yeah, well he actually led the Giants in first
reads last week, but we're not supposed to talk about
the Thursday night game because it is going to come
out after that. So oh, that's right.

Speaker 14 (48:19):
I apologize.

Speaker 1 (48:22):
They're fairly even too, so I got her, uh theo Johnson.
It's kind of a coin flip, so I am fine
with you sacking with Codter. I would do that as well.
So thank you, plumb, great question.

Speaker 2 (48:34):
Great call. Dogs. We were so right Dallascott.

Speaker 1 (48:37):
Oh my god, look at how right we were. We
were so good on that tight end call. It's amazing.

Speaker 2 (48:42):
Johnson just like dropped three balls in the end zone.

Speaker 1 (48:45):
Can you believe he did that? I can't believe he
did it, the thing that he did. Man, crazy, awesome,
dev what's going on? Awesome? What's up?

Speaker 18 (48:53):
Hey, guys? Hear me?

Speaker 1 (48:54):
We got you all right?

Speaker 8 (48:57):
Awesome.

Speaker 18 (48:59):
I put the team in the chat just to help
make this clear. Got a couple of questions. It's a
super flex and I have a limit of only three
quarterbacks here, so I've lost Lamar for at least definitely
this week, and I think they're going to called him
out until after the bye, so I'm not getting him back.
Till after I guess week nine, I get him back.

(49:20):
So last week Tee Law pulled one out for me.
I couldn't believe he played the best I've ever seen
and by tripping into the end zone for me, that
worked out great. But I can't trust that. So I
see that mac Jones is on the wire, and right
now in my league he's still listed as zero points
because he's not technically the starter, so I could grab him.

(49:44):
So I guess my question is would we trust mac
Jones to start this weekend next to kind of get
me through? I think actually Lamar is by week seven,
so I only needed like for a couple of weeks.
So I guess my first question is mac Jones someone
I can rely on for a couple of weeks?

Speaker 1 (50:03):
What do you think of that? Ericson, are you relying
on mac here?

Speaker 2 (50:07):
I think you could. I mean in a super flex,
you just haven't pick him up like regardless, Like he's
a starting quarterback that can be, but he can only keep.

Speaker 18 (50:14):
Three Yeah, I would have to drop te Law to
make that happen.

Speaker 2 (50:18):
Oh then no, sorry, he can't do it. Yeah, I
just doesn't have longevity, Like I look, I get some
people like want mac Jones to be the court like
it's not gonna happen. Like I don't think it's gonna happen.
I think they're going to go back to they paid party.
I think they're going to go back to him when
he's healthy.

Speaker 18 (50:35):
Right, I would only need it for a couple because
I have Drake May and Lamar is my main quarterbacks, right, Solater.

Speaker 1 (50:41):
You got to keep Lawrence?

Speaker 2 (50:42):
Is gonna be Okay, what are you gonna do? Like,
because like what if another quarterbacks gets hurt, like you
need to have another guy that's gonna be Mac Jones's
value could just evaporate if he's not playing.

Speaker 1 (50:51):
And I know you said you can't trust it, and
I'm not And I'm not going to sit here and
try to uh sell people on Trevor Lawrence this deep
into his career. But I'll tell you something that I've
been saying for his entire career is let him run.
And they finally did and they beat the Chiefs. So
maybe they're gonna put more of that in the game plan.
You saw Baker do it with Liam Cohen in Tampa Bay.

(51:13):
So I think they're gonna add that rushing element to
just give them another piece in this offense because he
did it in college. I don't understand why Meyer and
Doug Peterson never let him run. It just made no sense.
So hopefully Cohen is releasing the rains on that a
little bit.

Speaker 2 (51:27):
So.

Speaker 1 (51:28):
And he's just a guaranteed starter in a league where
you can only keep three, you drop him. He's like
number one waiver priority for somebody.

Speaker 18 (51:34):
So yeah, that and that's been holding me back on that.
So one thought I have is like, I have a
tube in my IR, so at some point they're gonna
mark Lamar's out, I can swap him into my IR
and then do like, if I can wait that long,
I'll is mac Joe still.

Speaker 5 (51:50):
A starter over t Law this week? If I can
make that happen.

Speaker 2 (51:54):
Yeah, So, like Lamar doesn't count as one of your
three quarterbacks if he's on injury.

Speaker 18 (51:59):
Exactly, I can pop in the eye R and then
I open up.

Speaker 8 (52:01):
A QB sto.

Speaker 2 (52:02):
Yeah then yeah, just do that. You should have started
with that.

Speaker 5 (52:04):
Yeah, well it's not it's not available yet.

Speaker 2 (52:07):
Well yeah, you can do it, do it?

Speaker 19 (52:09):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (52:09):
Yeah, So well and here's why I here's why I
didn't start with that.

Speaker 18 (52:13):
So I have a five running back limit in this
league too, so it's like you're you're in this league.
You're you're playing with an anchors, and Woody and Manongay
are on the on the wire, and I'm wondering, do
I drop one of my guys to pick up either
Woody or monong guy or just leave me that alone?

Speaker 1 (52:29):
Just dump Hunter Henry because you have Tucker Craft.

Speaker 18 (52:32):
But I have a five running back limit so that
doesn't matter. Yeah, the limits are killing me here. But
this is like one of my first leagues ever, so i'
haven't played with these guys forever.

Speaker 1 (52:42):
It's a it's a good but wait a minute, but
aren't we dumping Hunter Henry to pick up Mac Jones.

Speaker 2 (52:47):
No, well you're no, you're doing he's dumping a running back.

Speaker 1 (52:51):
I think, oh, we have to dump a running back.

Speaker 18 (52:54):
I would have to dump a running back. But Shuba
back on the on my bench to make room for
Lamar in the Yeah, this is chess.

Speaker 8 (53:00):
We're playing chess here.

Speaker 1 (53:01):
Then it's Kendry Miller, so like that that's the last guy. Yeah,
because you're not dropping Sharvin or Trevon Anderson. You dump Kendry,
You dump Hendry Miller. Uh, stick Lamar on the I
R and then switching and then pick up Mac Johness
for Hunter Henry. Yep, that's what I would do.

Speaker 18 (53:18):
And then one one final question this league, and this
will be an easy one. I promise I have Shakir
on my bench. Yeah, both Cocher and Borne are availed
on the wire. Would I grab either one of those
over shak Heir?

Speaker 1 (53:30):
Nope? No, Si, that's it all right.

Speaker 8 (53:36):
Dev appreciate you guys.

Speaker 2 (53:37):
No other no other wide receiver anchor limits.

Speaker 18 (53:41):
Uh, there's six, but you know what, I can't have everything,
so there, I'm fine.

Speaker 1 (53:47):
I mean, I'm only one guy named Khalil on a
team at a time, I believe. All right, So we
have five minutes left, four people. We're gonna go lightning
round here on the questions because I do have to
get out here right on time. So Ronan, you're up first,
my friend, What you have for us?

Speaker 13 (54:08):
Just to start for my two flex positions? Carter etn
Sharvionna or Dobbs in a half PPR.

Speaker 1 (54:15):
League, Carter in Sharps and Dobbs how many just toot?

Speaker 2 (54:25):
And then probably it was Dobbs Carter and then so
probably party of Sharon.

Speaker 1 (54:33):
I now, i'd go eat n Carter, but we're well.
Ericson is higher on Sharps and I'm higher on Carter,
so but I would definitely go et In as well.
So appreciate it. You got to run in. Appreciate you,
my friend Moon. What's up, Moon, Moon Moon?

Speaker 2 (54:55):
Hey?

Speaker 13 (54:56):
Can I hear me?

Speaker 1 (54:57):
We got you?

Speaker 3 (54:58):
Okay?

Speaker 16 (54:59):
Cool?

Speaker 20 (55:00):
I made a trade a couple of weeks ago for
Derrick Henry. It was Skataboo and Dobbins, And of course
my trade department taunted me this last week's saying, are
you happy to be that trade? I think down the
road they'll have more positive game scripts. I see two
games against Cincinnati or playoff time. Am I being delusional?

Speaker 5 (55:19):
Or do you think he's gonna have a little bit
of a balance back?

Speaker 1 (55:21):
I mean, you probably overpaid a little in that deal,
specifically if Skataboo is going to be the starter for
the Giants the rest of the year. But Dobbins breaks down,
I think you're right. I think come playoff time, you're
gonna be happy that you have Derrick Henry.

Speaker 2 (55:35):
What do you think Ericson, Yeah, I think this guy
might be seeing a different tune later in the year,
because I mean victory laughing after one week great, you're like,
oh yeah, like really glad you made the trade. Well,
like you know, well you could set him your fantasy
football championship after week seventeen and see how it feels
about that.

Speaker 1 (55:52):
Is this your first day? Yeah? I mean that feels
like a first day move because it seems like the
universe will humble you whenever you do stuff.

Speaker 2 (56:00):
Yes, yes, exactly, that's couldn't Yeah, that perfect way to
say it.

Speaker 1 (56:04):
Thank you Moon, great question, my friend, Thank you, you
got it. Let's see, we've got rice pudding. What a
great name, rice pudding? What's going on? Looks like your
mic is muted?

Speaker 3 (56:17):
There we go.

Speaker 1 (56:17):
That's how fellas, what's going on? Putting?

Speaker 13 (56:19):
How we doing doing well?

Speaker 1 (56:21):
How are you great?

Speaker 21 (56:23):
Let's got It's got a few quick ones here for you.
So Haskins or Sharbonne in my second flex positions Charboney
Overhacking Hampton. I got Hampton, so he's down Shares.

Speaker 1 (56:37):
I think I'm gonna go with Haskins. But you know what,
you know what you have in Sharps. That's what I'll
say there. So maybe I might go to the upside,
but you know what you have in sharps so okay.

Speaker 3 (56:48):
And then uh, what is that.

Speaker 8 (56:54):
Gatabu or Henry who or Henry scataboo it'scattaboy.

Speaker 1 (56:59):
Scattaboo or Henry I'm going Henry yeah.

Speaker 5 (57:02):
Okay, yep, okay, and then scattab.

Speaker 1 (57:05):
Or kamars kamaras maamed up got to be scataboo.

Speaker 21 (57:09):
Okay, and then that's it.

Speaker 5 (57:13):
Thank you, guys.

Speaker 11 (57:14):
I appreciate it.

Speaker 5 (57:15):
Great dad.

Speaker 1 (57:15):
Guys are killing about the lightning round here. Appreciate that.
H DIVI one.

Speaker 19 (57:24):
Not even a question, just so thank you for the
trade earlier of Ted plus rice for CDM parcel because
I just shipped him.

Speaker 3 (57:31):
And got puka.

Speaker 1 (57:32):
Ok let's go, let's go. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (57:36):
This is uh.

Speaker 1 (57:37):
I always mentioned this metaphor or whatever, but it's like, uh,
what was that game that you played in elementary or
middle school where you start out with a pencil and
you have to trade up and whoever traded for the
best thing at the end of the month or whatever
was the winner. Somebody in my class got like all
the way up to like a car with that start

(57:57):
with a pencil and started. I was like, how did
you do this? Like, you know, you can't wrap one
hundred dollars bills on the pencil, you know what I mean?
And but yeah, that.

Speaker 19 (58:06):
Is yes, I feel like I just did that. So
now my four receivers are and I always I'm a
receiver fan, so Tuka, Jason, Jery London and oh Man.

Speaker 1 (58:19):
All right, well, good luck rest of the Yeah, my lord,
great work VVR. And by the way, if you guys
want to buy any of DVR's essential oils, he's going
to start selling them pretty soon here I think, because
uh he is a snake oil salesman. But hey, that
is everything for us today. On the extra point, Erickson,
let everybody know what you got coming up, uh and

(58:42):
what they should be looking for, uh going into week
six from you.

Speaker 2 (58:46):
Yeah, just all the content. You have the Beyond the
Wave wire piece already. On the Fantasy pro side, you
have the betting pros primers coming out week for every
single game, the primetime games, more shows, more podcasts for props,
everything to get you set for Week six. It'll be
in the discord answering more questions throughout the weekend. Check
out the rankings. The rankings are doing really well this year.

(59:07):
Myself fits and Deebro are all ranking really highly. I
think Debro's in the top five through five weeks, so
shout out to Debro crushing it with the primer as
always fits doing great job as well, and I'm just
trying to not embarrass myself.

Speaker 1 (59:19):
There we go.

Speaker 2 (59:20):
So yeah, so good stuff coming around the coming up.

Speaker 1 (59:24):
All right, excellent. I'm going to be on the YouTube
