Speaker 1 (00:01):
Get your hands together, and we're going to start du party,
a party, the Elvis Durant after Party. It is the
After Party Podcast. But this isn't the party I'm used to.
Speaker 2 (00:17):
Hey, everybody, it's a party.
Speaker 1 (00:19):
It's a new party. Okay. So we are here with
a totally different set of people, and I love it.
I've got Rachel our in house photographer, one of them. Hello, Hello, Deanna, Hi,
our digital editor. We love her digital video. What are
we video producer, video director, video director? Okay, video director,
party title. We have Andrew our community pain in the Act, absolutely,
(00:42):
and we have Diamond our gem Oh.
Speaker 3 (00:44):
I love that. Okay.
Speaker 1 (00:46):
How's everybody doing?
Speaker 3 (00:47):
Great? Good? Great?
Speaker 4 (00:48):
I was in the middle of eating my lunch, but
it's okay.
Speaker 1 (00:51):
That's Rachel. Why did you make her come here, Andrew
if she was eating her lunch?
Speaker 2 (00:55):
Because I have questions that I would like answered, specifically
about taking pictures of peace. She shoots everybody, She does
all the.
Speaker 1 (01:02):
Pot with the camera.
Speaker 2 (01:03):
Yes, yeah, yes, let's make that. I just want to
know what are some of your biggest pains of taking
pictures of people? Like, is there one thing that everybody does?
Where is there been a celebrity that's done something. You
can keep it vague, but I just want to know
some of these like burning questions.
Speaker 4 (01:20):
One thing that really gets on my nerves is when
Scary says, oh, take a picture of me in the
good light out in the hallway. Every time he's like, oh,
I know where the good light is, he brings the talent,
whoever's getting interviewed, he brings them out there. He's like, no,
this is the good light, so don't tell me I
know where the good light.
Speaker 1 (01:37):
She does know where the good light is, so this
is funny that she's bringing that up, because it's one
of the more bizarre things that happens in here. After
an interview ends, as you guys all know, there is
a solo picture with Elvis and the guests, and then
we all take a group photo. And usually after the
group photo, Danielli grab one. I'll grab one. If somebody
wants a picture with whoever the artist is, that's what
will happen. Scary will lead them to a second location
(01:59):
because he has to have what he thinks is the
good light, so he holds up the entire process to
take them into the hallway to get the picture where
he wants the picture to be and that is what
Rachel's talking about right now. But she's saying, bitch, I
know the good light and it isn't here.
Speaker 2 (02:14):
It's fine, this is good light in here, because it.
Speaker 4 (02:17):
Could be better, but thank you, it's just for for
speed purposes, Like I don't need to go take them
in the hallway for the good light. You don't believe,
but yes, normally across from a window is nice, but
it's like a hallway.
Speaker 1 (02:33):
It is a hallway and it's concrete, and it's a
second location with a celebrity, like I just that's.
Speaker 4 (02:38):
We can't have them walking ten stuffs out out there.
Speaker 2 (02:41):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (02:41):
And then it also I feel like you just kind
of could open the door or something weird where now
everybody is seeing this person out there and they want
the picture. See Rachel's like here, we freaking.
Speaker 4 (02:50):
Like another one. Let's get in line for the mean greet.
Speaker 5 (02:55):
How do you feel if you notice that someone edits
your photo when they host it?
Speaker 4 (03:00):
I won't name names. Oh, I've done Andrew has done
some side by side investigative work.
Speaker 1 (03:07):
Who does it the most?
Speaker 2 (03:09):
Uh, it's nobody that we've in here. It's someone that
I did something with. Ah, yes, and it was shot.
Speaker 1 (03:18):
A good job with the editing, like she did a
good job.
Speaker 4 (03:23):
Like I it was a lot, but she did a
good job. I should hire her as a retoucher.
Speaker 2 (03:29):
Oh wow, what it was impressive like the skill, Yes,
I don't. I think she uses like a chat GPT
esque retoucher where you can like specifically tell it to
do certain things, because like you can always tell with
the hands. She did upload a picture recently where her
hand looks like a talent, so I think that.
Speaker 4 (03:48):
Was like sometimes it'll add another digit.
Speaker 2 (03:51):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (03:51):
Oh, so she goes like all out to do these things.
Speaker 5 (03:54):
But how does it make you feel if they edit
your work?
Speaker 4 (03:56):
Well, if they do a decent job on it, I
don't really mind. I'm very particular myself about my how
I look in photos. But if they like f it
up and then they try to tag me, I'm like,
I don't want to be associated with this, Like it
doesn't look good. It's not like the quality of work
that I would want out in the world.
Speaker 1 (04:18):
So wait, do you want us to tag you? If
we post a post?
Speaker 4 (04:21):
It's fine. I'm just like I'm just saying, uh, if
someone edits a picture that I take in a way
that I don't like and then also tags me. I'm like, oh,
that's nice of you, but I don't want it.
Speaker 1 (04:32):
That happens to me every day of my life here,
every freaking day. We just let's talk about this editing
and video stuff, Deanna. So I hate the way I
look on this camera. We've talked about it one hundred times.
I can't stand it. And as soon as I was like, hey,
could you guys start maybe just not posting me so much,
you guys start posting me more. Why is this happening?
Speaker 5 (04:52):
Because you're the most I feel like the most interesting
topics come out of your mouth.
Speaker 1 (04:56):
Oh yeah, it's very nice. It also looks like a
shit sandwich. I love it.
Speaker 5 (05:02):
Also, we're now using this new AI, so if you
see something you really hate, it might not be me now.
Speaker 1 (05:07):
So just yeah, so now who am I supposed to say,
stop sucking posing that?
Speaker 5 (05:12):
I guess you can still tell me and I'll just
delete it. AI is taking over, it taking over, and
like speaking of that, like now it's editing clips in
a way that I wouldn't edit it, and it's posting
it for us, so like now, like but everyone knows,
like I'm the video producer of the show. So like that,
you're I'm doing like this and it's not me. So
this is my kind of my PSA. If you see
(05:33):
something weird, it might not be my edit.
Speaker 1 (05:35):
Interesting, it's definitely, it's.
Speaker 5 (05:37):
Definitely actually it's definitely not my.
Speaker 1 (05:39):
Good to know. But I can't yell at the AI.
Not that I ever yell at you. I think I've
ever yelled at you.
Speaker 5 (05:43):
Know you have it?
Speaker 3 (05:44):
Okay?
Speaker 1 (05:44):
Good? First second, I was like, I'm like, stop putting.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
Hashtag stops that. It doesn't listen.
Speaker 1 (05:51):
It's just it doesn't listen. I just so yesterday came
to work, fell out of bed, hair, look like hell
really no makeup on. There were not one, not two,
but three clips of me posted yesterday, and I'm like,
here's the thing I appreciate. I appreciate that people are like, hey,
you ask good questions or you bring up a good topic,
that's awesome. Can't you just use my voice and on
my face? And then I'm like, a day like today
(06:13):
where I brushed my hair and we can use clips
from today? Can we do that?
Speaker 3 (06:17):
Okay?
Speaker 1 (06:17):
Who do I talk to? The AI?
Speaker 5 (06:18):
Bought the people who are making me use the AI?
Speaker 1 (06:23):
Comment for you. Okay, great. Last time I brought it up,
that person gave me a snarky answer and I didn't
like it. But we'll figure this out. We will get
to the bottom of it. Because I'm just like everyone
else in here looks so cute you choose everyone else.
Speaker 5 (06:36):
Yeah, well, yesterday, in particular, I didn't edit a single clip.
It was all the software. And it also is automatically
posting it, so it's not even going like I'm it's
just like going like so I was not even seeing
it like it's just coming up because it's.
Speaker 1 (06:49):
Then That's why there was a video posted not long
ago where it credited something that Elvis was saying, but
it wasn't Elvis. It was et interesting. So we're getting worse.
Speaker 4 (07:00):
Or it cuts to an empty chair.
Speaker 5 (07:01):
Yeah, I mean, hey, it's new, so maybe it don't
get better.
Speaker 1 (07:07):
Yeah, maybe positive? Yeah, maybe we could act like the
empty chair is me empty chair.
Speaker 2 (07:14):
She's been working out.
Speaker 1 (07:18):
Fleck of sand. Okay, cool. All other questions you have
for Rachel.
Speaker 2 (07:21):
Just one last question, who's been the worst person? Don't
give a name, but just like maybe hint and what
did they do that was so bad?
Speaker 1 (07:28):
Can you give a name.
Speaker 2 (07:30):
She doesn't have to give a name, okay.
Speaker 4 (07:32):
Off the record. Later I can give you the name. Okay,
Like something comes to mind immediately. It took place in
this building. Oh, just when you're here to do your promo,
just put on a happy face if you can, for
like fifteen minutes, and then we'll get you at the
(07:54):
door and you can continue on with the rest of
your day and you don't have to make it miserable
for everyone else. So this person was very rude to
the crew, not me personally, but I say, the collective crew.
You can try to guess in your head. We can
discuss actually.
Speaker 3 (08:13):
What kind of are we talking? An artist?
Speaker 4 (08:15):
An artist?
Speaker 1 (08:17):
Musical?
Speaker 4 (08:18):
Yes? Okay?
Speaker 2 (08:19):
And how are they rude?
Speaker 4 (08:23):
They were very snappy, snippy, snappy both.
Speaker 1 (08:27):
I think all of those work. How famous is this
person pretty famous? Like a list at a time?
Speaker 4 (08:34):
Was a list?
Speaker 1 (08:37):
Next? Wow? Okay, So with that we leave you with
a teaser.
Speaker 3 (08:45):
Yeah, I'll post the person's picture on my Instagram later.
Speaker 1 (08:48):
AI is just gonna post it. We're gonna make it
up like this was actually Bob Marley.
Speaker 4 (08:54):
Or like negative things. How about like something asked me
a question where I can give you like a positive answer.
Speaker 5 (09:00):
How about what's your favorite like shoot you've ever done
for iHeart m hmmm.
Speaker 4 (09:05):
Well there's so many because I've been here since I
was born. Basically, like, not to be annoying, but anytime
that I get to work with the Jonas brothers, because
that is like why I wanted to get into this
field in the first place. That has come up a
few times during my course, uh working here. So yeah, I.
Speaker 5 (09:26):
Traveled so many places.
Speaker 4 (09:27):
Oh yes, that okay. It was a really cool place
to travel to that it was for podcasting, not like
artists specific. But I went to Qatar.
Speaker 3 (09:38):
Oh wow, that's cool.
Speaker 1 (09:39):
Had a good time.
Speaker 4 (09:40):
Yeah, awesome, Like when would I ever get to Qatar
otherwise I don't know. It wasn't on my list I
go to, Like I would never have guessed I would
go to Qatar. That's so cool and now I can't
wait to go back.
Speaker 1 (09:56):
And there's a lot of cats. There's a lot of cats.
Speaker 3 (09:58):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (10:00):
It was like after my like shoots were done, I
would just go out exploring in the streets, like the
cats were everywhere.
Speaker 3 (10:07):
Wow.
Speaker 4 (10:07):
I went to the mom and bought cat fun and
was handing it out.
Speaker 1 (10:11):
Had a good time.
Speaker 4 (10:14):
Yeah, we're handing out.
Speaker 1 (10:15):
Okay, Dion doesn't like animals, especially wild animals.
Speaker 3 (10:18):
Oh, she knows, because I don't like her dog.
Speaker 4 (10:22):
Dog is like, he's not a wild animal.
Speaker 3 (10:26):
Literally looks like he could bite a chunk out of
my calf. And these are huge calves.
Speaker 1 (10:32):
Here's a little asenji. And he's so soft and sweet.
You're crazy.
Speaker 3 (10:36):
Yes, ask Andrew how soft and sweet he is? How
about that?
Speaker 1 (10:39):
Oh, is that the way you touched No, I was
not touching your dog's private Rachel, I've heard this story
from numerous people.
Speaker 2 (10:49):
Andrew Diamond. Diamond is numerous sources. Diamond is every source.
She's the only source.
Speaker 1 (10:55):
She made her voice sound like Nate and Josh And
what did.
Speaker 4 (10:59):
He do to you? What did you do?
Speaker 2 (11:00):
Nothing? I was petting Oscar on the stomach. And Diamond
does not know biology, so she's like, oh my god,
you're so close to its penis and it was very
cool biology.
Speaker 4 (11:09):
I didn't bite you. No, No, you probably liked he
liked it.
Speaker 3 (11:13):
Yeah, he probably did like it, Rachel.
Speaker 4 (11:15):
He licks it.
Speaker 1 (11:16):
And Andrew's wearing a shirt to that, says lover boy.
Speaker 4 (11:20):
So we love it.
Speaker 3 (11:22):
Andrew.
Speaker 2 (11:24):
Can I win?
Speaker 3 (11:24):
No, No, you can't win.
Speaker 1 (11:25):
Not here Oscar on that day. Oscar will be back
when you're shooting.
Speaker 5 (11:32):
No, he like jumped into my garbage can and I
had a horrible I throw away the yolks, and then
he stepped in the yolk and it was like it
was so messy, Like I can't even tell.
Speaker 1 (11:40):
You I apologize on his I can't wait till he
comes back.
Speaker 3 (11:47):
There are a lot of things you need to apologize
for when it comes to Oscar on or on Oscar's behalf.
Remember when he was sad that you went Andrew, pay attention,
remembermember when he was sad about you going away or whatever,
and we stayed with him.
Speaker 4 (12:04):
I say, leaving the area.
Speaker 3 (12:06):
Yes, and he cried for like fifteen minutes. He he
was a good boy, very I'm like, you are not dying.
Take He is dramatic, yes, yes, a very dramatic dog indeed,
And that is why Andrew, you wan't to.
Speaker 4 (12:22):
Bite your cat. Here we go.
Speaker 1 (12:24):
He's not a fighter. He's a sweet guy.
Speaker 2 (12:25):
He's very sweet whatever boy.
Speaker 1 (12:28):
Yes, him and Andrew are so suited sicko.
Speaker 2 (12:31):
Here we go.
Speaker 1 (12:31):
Okay. On that note, shall we say bye with people
with that visual?
Speaker 2 (12:35):
What do you how do you usually end these we say.
Speaker 1 (12:37):
All right, until next time, have a really great day.
That's actually not how we end it. We ended differently
every single time we say bye, okay
Speaker 2 (12:45):
Bye Elvis after party
