You confused Gene Hackman with Gene Smart because she was
in a show that had part of his name.
Speaker 3 (05:42):
Yes, that's it. God, he's poor thing. I heard him
the other day. He's hacking his way.

But I think we'll go ahead and swing the spotlight
over to my wife early for a random thought. What's
on your mind? On you?
Speaker 3 (06:33):
Are we one hundred percent sure? We were meant to
be awake in the winter, Like shouldn't we be hibernating.
Speaker 2 (06:38):
We're not bears. We need to function, and if we
weren't await in the winter, half of our life would
be gone. If you think about it. We got to
be awake and enjoy life down arrested, you would be Listen, listen.
Here in southern California, we're blessed because we really don't
have winners.
Speaker 4 (06:56):
It's been cold.
Speaker 2 (06:57):
We have like crisp little mornings eve outside right now,
many seven degrees in such it is not.
Speaker 3 (07:01):
It was fifty seven when I got here.
Speaker 4 (07:03):
Nope, and the low last night was like forty two.
Speaker 2 (07:05):
Yeah. No, it's gorgeous and sunny. Omar Courtney Lopez. Not
for another helpful life What you got for us today
in Courtney's corner.
Speaker 3 (07:12):
Honey, Well, here's a helpful hack to help you tackle
those household chores you despise the most, which is probably everything. Okay,
So for chores that you don't like, like washing a
big pile of dishes, set a timer for four minutes
and tell yourself that you will do it for four minutes,
and after the time goes off, you can stop. If
you want to. Giving yourself an out makes it feel
(07:34):
less cumbersome. Even if you quit after four minutes, you
can pick up later. But typically you'll just keep going
because getting started is usually the hardest part. This is
also what I do with putting away laundry. What I'll
do is I'll go, Okay, every time I walk into
the closet, I'll put away a pile.
Speaker 2 (07:52):
I like that and keep going.
Speaker 3 (07:54):
Sometimes I leave, I put away a pile and I leave,
But then I go back and I do more, and
it really helps because it doesn't feel like I have
such a hard day of work.
Speaker 1 (08:05):
Yes, spread it out on with Mario dot com for more.
Mario Lopez returns in a moment.
Speaker 2 (08:11):
Mario Courtney Lopez was some quick buzz for Ed Sharon

Speaker 2 (09:25):
I never watched that either, Claire, it was it was
more dramatic with teen angst. We were probably too young,
sort of like Dawson's Creek with Claire Danes and Jared Leto.

Speaker 3 (10:10):
One Saved by the Bell Baby number one.
Speaker 2 (10:15):
That's pretty cool for a little Saturday morning show. All
the other shows, it.

Speaker 2 (10:21):
Well, irony is it was a Saturday morning show and
all the other ones are all prime time.

It's just well, yes, with the butter, but it's just
so soft. It's like eating air, kind of soft and flaky.
In whatever you're eating, wted eggs or whatever. It soaks
up all the little juices or with coffee.

Y'all mar Courtney Lopez in health and fitness. For one
of the things you'd want to improve in the new year,
then perhaps you should get a dog. New study found
that walk on your dog helps you move better and
keep limber, which is important as you get older, you
should know especially important. The results show that older folks
who walk their dogs regularly were steadier on their feet
and less prone to falls. Well, you know what, my
(13:46):
mom and dad are proof of this, and they go
for long walk. They do go dog for long walk. Then, yeah,

We'll be right back, almar Courtney Lopez. Just off time
and last thing, I ran across something on Instagram that
made me laugh and it's perfect since it's Throwback Thursday.
It turns out that David Silver, the character that Brian
Austin Green played on nine O two and oh back
in the day, sounds exactly like another TV star when
he sang on the show one of my all time
(14:17):
favorite characters, Cartman from South Park.
Speaker 3 (14:20):
I meet ju, I meet you in This is awful.
They put this on the show.
Speaker 2 (14:36):
Hey you got you Seriously, that was me singing. It
was totally awesome.
Speaker 1 (14:40):
I love it.
Speaker 2 (14:41):
Oh gosh, that was real. And he does sound exactly
like Cartman. I wasn't trying to be fine. He literally
sounds like and Cartman. I love that singing not so much,
by the way, I forgot that he's saying because I happened. No,
Brian from all those years, he was really into rap. Yes,
he was a big rapper.
Speaker 1 (15:00):
