easier than you think, or as easy as thinking, at
least according to a new study. I don't know about this,
but new research suggests that vividly imagining a workout and

muscle strength by activating the same brain pathways as real exercise. No,
so they're identifying with going to the gym but not
actually going.

combine visual with actual training, you'll get better at resulting.

Now you know, I gotta imagine myself doing it while
I'm doing it.

In all seriousness, because I've been hurt a lot. When
you do imagine working out or training in particular, like
if you're going over certain jiu jitsu technique or boxing technique,
it does kind of help. It stays sharp in your mind,
so when you do jump back into it, it's more
applicable and you're not as rusty as you think.

activate the group muscle, like you would think about that
muscle that you were activating as you're doing it.

Even if you're injured or hurt, you.

Should still come to jiu jitsu because just visually seeing it,
you're still training your brain and you'll it can be

muscle strength by activating the same brain pathways as real exercise. No,

recovery when movement is limited. It does prove how powerful
focused thought can be influencing the body. Obviously, if you
combine visual with actual training, you'll get better at resulting.

Now you know, I gotta imagine myself doing it while
I'm doing it.

In all seriousness, because I've been hurt a lot. When
you do imagine working out or training in particular, like
if you're going over certain jiu jitsu technique or boxing technique,
it does kind of help. It stays sharp in your mind,
so when you do jump back into it, it's more
applicable and you're not as rusty as you think.

activate the group muscle, like you would think about that
muscle that you were activating as you're doing it.

Even if you're injured or hurt, you.

Should still come to jiu jitsu because just visually seeing it,
you're still training your brain and you'll it can be
