(00:46):
and a Cup of Joe, Fox Sports. Yeah, Brady Quinn,
Jonas knocks you can hang out on. Yeah, Brady and
I can't get excited about it. Yeah, come on, man,
it's a football Friday. It's so bad. I can't going
for you. It's good, it's going good. The boys are
(01:07):
doing good. Yeah, they're ready to go. Yet. You just
try to get better day by day. Now we're not
hitting yet. When did they hits? That was the lack
of next week? Next week? Straight? Let me ask you this,
do you you learn a lot? I feel like you
learned a lot, especially at that age, about some of
these young Bucks. Yeah, yeah, you do. You you learn,
(01:29):
You learn about guys who have focus, guys who don't
have focus, guys who are willing to get after it,
and then guys that aren't. Like then you have always
you always have that one can't get right, you gotta
you gotta can't get right. And then you try to
figure out can they get right at all? Or you know,
(01:51):
is it you know, is it just gonna stay wrong.
It's just it's you do. You deal with a lot
of different dynamics, man with high school football players, but
it it's pretty cool. It's pretty cool thinking back to
when I was a player in high school and and
and just what your mindset is, because you have to
try to figure out that fine line of a brain
(02:14):
that's still developing, you know, and and they're still maturing,
but they're at that age where they're on the cusp
of being uh an adult. So it's kind of like
you gotta try to find that happy medium. I mean,
it's good. Coaching is a pretty you know. I never
thought I would be a coach, you know, and and
and it kind of happened. I had one of my
(02:34):
best friends that was one of my teammates. He was coaching,
and he was like, man, I trained. I'm cool with training.
I've trained for a long time. Um, but I just
never thought I would be a coach. But I'll tell
you what, I love coaching. It's pretty pretty cool. That
went a different direction I was. I was just curious
a by hitting, we got really in touch there. Yeah,
(02:55):
I like, you know, I like to get in touch
with you want to read some people out, I got
an answer for you. Oklahoma's bowling the ring ye first
day of PAD. I don't think that's been allowed. Probably
get a call, just let her rip from first day
of pads and just see who's who. So I was
(03:16):
hoping as the North Hills Hammer you'd be like, yeah, man,
I can't wait for next week. You know your voice changes.
You're just sitting there going I can't wait to see
who's got it, who does it? Yeah, I can't wait
to see who got it and who doesn't. For certain
you know that'll be I just I remember, like back
when I was still allowed to hit, back like in
high school, they actually let me do some of that
stuff because even dudes you're friends with your like, I
(03:39):
was just like, yeah, I'm looking forward to this today
you know, it was like that chance you got, Yeah,
you're gonna mix it up. You know, it's still it's
still that type of it's still that type of deal
where you you see who's willing to mix it up.
So it'd be fun to see, you know, we got
some guys. I got some guys. Now, we've got some
guys on this team, so it'd be fun now where
(04:00):
there are some modern day or anything like that. But
we you know, oh, come on, we almost played We
almost played Modern day and championship. Like I said, when
when Petros was on, we we lost a low souse,
you know, and they got the top quarterback in the
country and we did pretty good against him. So you know,
we're not bad. We're not bad. No offense. But I
(04:22):
had money on Los Alamidos in that game. I mean
that that would have been good money. So I just
go that would have been good money. Thought there were
matchup issues there, you know, but I never invite you
to a game. Give me a little bit more credit now,
like I'm gonna bet on high school football or at
least come on, Yeah, this isn't more masslin. You know,
(04:43):
this isn't like an actual high school game playing football
there too. Um yeah, so you guys, you already talking
about the Shawn Watson. We did it for an hour,
I Brady talking about Man. I didn't expect us to
go that deeper to him. Well, let me tell you
why I went that deep into it, because I'm not
trying to get to the go deeper. But come on,
(05:06):
it's remember he's fired up. It's five after four in
the morning. Man, Like, let's say, let's go. We got
football talk and now we got Deshaun Watson talk. Um. Now,
let's first hear from Tony Buzzby. All Right, so this
is Tony Buzzby, who represented the women who filed the
lawsuits against Deshaun Watson. He called a press conference yesterday
and he had some words for the NFL upon hearing
(05:28):
about the six games spension and then deciding to appeal
that six games suspension. We're here today with a message
to the NFL. That message is simple and hopefully clear.
Every victim of sexual assault is watching Robert Goodell and
the NFL right now. This idea that Mr Goodell is
(05:50):
going to hand it off to someone else independent, we
don't buy it, Mr Goodell, What will you do? It's
never too late to do the right thing, and that's
what these women and those watching are expecting. Thanks much.
All right, there he is, and I believe we called
him Robert not Roger. But again, simple mistake. I mean
that happens from time to time. Remember when j Gruden
(06:12):
called Kirk Cousins kurt Um all those times in a row,
and uh, look at me. The mistakes, you know, listen,
I said it was scuttle bugg and not scuttle butt
earlier in the show. Things happen, people make mistakes. You're
not going to judge him for that. But the Roger
Goodell news is that he appointed former New Jersey Attorney
General Peter C. Harvey. I'm tired of these middle initials,
(06:34):
all right. So I'm just gonna say I feel like
we we save those, apparently now for NFL disciplinarian officers
or arbitrators and then like assassins. Right, yeah, that's pretty
much the only time the middle initial it's not good
enough though it's not. It's not it's not legit enough
because they had to go get another middle initial person
to get the results that they want. So you know,
(06:56):
you always this This is where I'm like, I just
I can't look at today's society and not ever shake
my head every single time, like there's always one idiot
out there. And so I don't know why, but I
saw a comment and it was about the whole process
of how this has worked, and someone had said, like,
of course the NFL would have to go to another
(07:18):
male to just disregard the verdict by a female, and
I'm like, Okay, what hill is this person dying on
right now? They're going to another person because they felt
like the punishment she dalled out wasn't punitive enough, Like
is that like it was? Was? That was the thing
you wanted to say. They're like, you're you're fighting for
(07:38):
all you know women out there, yet you're you're gonna
die on this hill because the NFL is like, no, no,
we feel like Deshaun Watson should be suspended longer than
what he actually is for his actions against women. Like
it's the whole thing is like I just I can't
believe some of the opinions you hear from people from
time to time, and people actually think that, like they
actually think that way. It blows my mind. It and
(08:00):
it's one thing to think it, it's another thing to
tweet it like sometimes just say it back to yourself
and if it sounds ridiculous, just don't tweet it, like
just like don't. Yeah, this is this is the time
the NFL is reflexing its misogyny right now. It's because
they want to, you know, just completely disregard Suell Robinson's decisions. So, no,
that's not the case. Here. The speculation that's been thrown
(08:22):
thrown out there, and I know Dan Patrick was mentioning
this that he had heard from some sourcing on this
that the NFL's original request is they wanted a full
game suspension, but they would have accepted or full I'm sorry,
full season suspension, but they would have accepted a twelve
game suspension and a ten million dollar fine. That that's
(08:44):
sort of the number in the ballpark that we could
be looking at. I don't know. I mean, you know
what's funny about the fine, however much it costs, if
you think about it, he wouldn't if you took that
fine money based upon what he made last year. It
(09:04):
doesn't even really touch what he's going to make as
as a Cleveland Brown well please contract told last year.
So so in terms of what like it's hold is
in like, I don't know that he actually ended up
making anything off of unless what he was paid going
into the season. I believe that was That's something that
something I read last year had had said that at
(09:26):
some point. So, but he did get his guaranteed money
for for that season though, for that contract, yeah, previous one.
So it's kind of like if you took two million
dollars off of him, It's like, all right, you're taking
two million dollars off of the season I sat out.
So if I'm Deshaun Watson, I'm like this, this fine
really doesn't even touch my new contract in my new
(09:48):
in my new state. So take to take the fine,
pay the money, take your your your suspension. And it's
more putitive than you think, though, right, Like I Jonas
can maybe look this up, but I don't know what
he was making last year, what his guarantees were. But
you've gotta remember, like, Okay, so he signs with a
forty five million dollar signing bonus, right, that's only two
(10:10):
and a half in the day, and then you're taking
ten off of that, so it's it's a bit more.
And then he's paying out a lot of these settlements,
and so it's it's probably hitting him more than he thinks.
I think. Here, here's what it is. It's the fact
that people know that with the suspension, with the way
the contract would structure for this year, he's not being penalized.
It's not hurting him. And that's what it means. They're
(10:31):
trying to say, look, we don't want him to be
able to screw at this issue by pushing all his
money to bonuses and a signing bonus and having a
seven thousand dollar salary for the season that's barely gonna
be hit or he's gonna make his money it is
in this contract in his first year because the suspension
is not playing a role. So I think they're literally saying, look,
(10:54):
we we agreed to hire Suel Robinson as part of
this process. That was what the collective bargaining, you know,
came to you with the NFL and NFL p A.
We don't agree with her verdict, though, and that's why
we're appealing this because from our side of things, it's
not punitive enough. This was unprecedented and we want to
make sure that this will never happen again, and if
(11:14):
it does happen again, we have an idea of what
the punishment should be because again, and LaVar you said
earlier this week, it's not about whether it was criminal
or not, because they believed that based under the Player
of Conduct policy, he broke he broke the rules, he
violated women. There was there was assault there to a degree,
(11:35):
not physical necessarily, but it could be mental in nature,
and even even I think based on their definition and
the Player of Conduct policy, it was still there. So
they believed the punishment should be much harsher than what
Suel Robinson had had, you know, come to a conclusion
on at least in this first circumstance of using her
as the NFL disciplinary and officers. So, I mean, look,
the fine is gonna be part of it. I think.
(11:56):
The other thing is that week twelve. One of the
rumors while they're saying that, is because who do they
play in week twelve? Houston, Texans, if I'm not mistakenus,
and they don't want him going to Houston. They don't
want have to deal with that circus, and so they're
trying to make sure that if he comes back, it'll
be for week thirteen. The The interesting thing is even
if the NFL p A decides to um put a
restraining order. If they file a lawsuit against the NFL
(12:20):
and they follow restraining order, the six game suspension will
still play out. This then determines based on what happens
with now the arbitrator, who Roger Goodell has kicked it to.
Based on their punishment, it will determine does he play
in Week seven or not. I think that's the most
interesting thing of all this is if the nfl PA
(12:41):
decides to go that route, or if Deshaun Watson nfl
p A just kind of bite the bull and say
we're willing to deal with whatever. You know, the NFL decides,
or this extends that window again for another settlement, which
they could settle on twelve games and a ten million
dollar fine. Can I just ask a question, and maybe
(13:01):
I'm crazy or off or something, I don't know, but
you appeal it? Is there? Are they able to appeal
it again? Or is this it? This? Is it all right?
So what if this guy comes in and says the
exact same thing as Sue L Robinson. Yeah, that's it.
(13:22):
That's the punish But but we we do know that
that's not probably gonna happen. I mean this guy's got
close ties to Roger Gerdell and that well, that's the
deck stacked. Yeah, the deck stacked against That's where I'm hitting.
So we're talking about this is an because this is
still another independent person that they're bringing in. Is now
is he a recommendation person as well? Or is he
(13:45):
that's the first What what he decides would ultimately be
the punishment. The only thing that stands in the way
is if the NFL p A files a lawsuit against
the NFL for this. Well but but but that's that's
what would trump whatever decision that he comes up with. Right,
But what I'm saying is, but he's acting as an
(14:07):
arbitrator or or reckon. Okay, so he is an arbitrator
in this one. Okay, all right, That's what I was
trying to understand. And and and he's an arbitrator that
is being independently, but yet it's connected to the NFL
to be appointed to to do this case. Yeah, I
mean yeah, I mean, look, even Suell Robinson, who's the
(14:28):
NFL just playing an officer. It was mutually agreed upon.
But look, this is one of those deals where if
you're a fan of you know, Deshaun Watson, the Browns,
or even if you're like, hey, I kind of side
with with Watson in this whole process is messed up.
Blame the NFL p A, Like, don't blame don't blame
the NFL. Don't blame Roger Goodell. This is the NFL
p A, this is the union. Not understanding that no
(14:50):
matter how this stuff goes with Suell Robinson, they always
have the trump card because it goes right back to
Roger Goodell. And even though he's not gonna actually sit
in and be the one to ultimately decide this, he's
gonna appoint someone who's in his back pocket. Yeah, that's
that's gonna basically give him the recommendation. It's like saying
Dan Snyder is not running the Washington Commandos right now.
(15:11):
He could be in a yacht in the Mediterranean for
all I care. But you don't think he doesn't have
communication with people back in the DC area. It's are
sitting there going, yeah, this is how I want things run,
even though I'm not I'm not able to like that's
how that all that works. That's the part that's that's
so hilarious to me is when people are talking about
how unfair to Shaun this is not fair in the
NFL is grooving everything, dude. They negotiated this, This was
(15:33):
part of the c b A and it was part
of the one of the last things that they got
done before the agreement got done. And you're stuck with
it for what the next eight years. And by the way,
like not the lop on the NFL p A here,
but if you ever had leverage, right, if you ever
had as much leverage they had it going into the season,
(15:54):
you had COVID going on, there's a lot of people,
a lot of players who weren't sure what to think,
They weren't sure they wanted to come back and play him.
They were given the opportunity to opt out of it.
I mean, you literally could have as a union, you know,
as the player's side of things, said we don't feel
like it's safe to play right now, and we're gonna
take a stance and we're not going to unless all
these measures that we want are met. And whether you
(16:16):
believe that or not about COVID, you could have used
it to hide behind to get these other things negotiated.
And instead they didn't do that. Because if you if
they would have said that back in before the season.
I think most people are reasonable, and they were, like,
I get it. I don't really know too much about
COVID either, and and I don't know that I want
to go back to work either, right, Like most people
(16:38):
would have understood, and they wouldn't. It wouldn't have been
a pressing issue, and they could have got a lot
more a lot more things accomplished. But even in that instance,
you allow the NFL to once again ultimately control what's
gonna happen at all of this. And and like, I'm
not advocating for a lesser punishment to Deshaun Watson. I
got six games. That's what shocked me was swell rob
(16:59):
it and who who's a woman that she wasn't as
harsh as I thought she was going to be, given
the nature of his acts and and and the fact
that she agreed his actions were egregious. He violated the
player of Conduct policy three different you know occasions, and that,
by the way, that was only on four of the
girls that were presented by the NFL. Like we forget
that there's there's twenty four lawsuits. I mean, they didn't
(17:21):
dive into all those. She picked four of the I
think ten that were presented to her. I mean, there
was literally another four teens she could have picked. So
to me, it's it's crazy that there's any criticism whatsoever
of this entire process, because the criticism should be directed
towards the NFLPA. Do you think she keeps her position
as the Okay, I'll be interested to see what they're
(17:44):
appointed arbitrators rules. Will it will it fall in line?
I think that's the coolest entertainment part of this for
me is will he fall in line with what the
NFL wants or will he do the independent you know,
let me me take my time like Sue l did,
and and come up with what it is that he
(18:05):
believes is you know, right by bye, I guess the
what is it? The lay of the land, the word
of the law. You're talking about, Peter C. Harvey, Yeah, okay,
I just wanted to be clear. Peter C. Harvey, I mean,
I know it's Pete. That's just me I call him,
you know, Yeah, it's two pros, two pros and a
(18:25):
cup of Joe. Here on Fox Sports Radio, Brady t Quinn,
Labar s Errington technically are yeah, sorry, but your middle
name is sticks. It's not no, it's not listen, that's
the nicknames. Okay, well listen. Well that's what I call you.
Mann's up. L s A huh yeah, l s a uh.
(18:48):
We're brought to you by Discover. We could talk about
how complicated other banks make it to redeem credit card rewards,
or we can talk about how we Discovery you can
redeem your rewards for cash and any amount at any time.
I mean talk about amazing learn more discover dot com,
Slasher deem rewards terms apply. All right, it's coming up next.
There is something that you love, you absolutely love, and
one coach in the NFL just spit in your face.
(19:12):
We'll tell you why next year. N f s are
be sure to catch live editions of Two Pros and
a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LaVar Arrington and
Jonas Knocks week days at six am Eastern three am
Pacific on Fox Sports Radio and the I Heart Radio.
Two Pros and a Cup of Joe Here Fox Sports Radio,
(19:32):
Lamar Arrington, Brady Quinn, Jonas not to be here. You
can listen to. This show is always coming up. Twenty
minutes from now. We're gonna have another edition of Ober Unders.
I can I can hear those hips? Sorry, yeah, yeah,
those those hips don't lie. It's my it's my eldest
daughter's sixth birthday today, birthday, big sloan, Yeah, birthday. She
(20:00):
is she gonna get dad's hype or mom's hight, mom's hype.
She doesn't know it yet though she's feeling pretty good
about herself. That's all us. But you think her her
little sister, uh tig is that's is growing up growing quick. Yeah,
it's gonna be a tough conversation about that's all right though, um,
(20:22):
not not that big of a deal. I mean she'll
she'll be an athlete regardless, So there's that. Can you
already tell their athletes? I mean they've got you and
they've got a you know, an Olympian because their parents.
I feel more like I could tell when they're not
an athlete. So probably not the best person to ask
right now, but yeah, I mean you want to weigh
(20:42):
it on this because I feel like you can. I
was just weighing in on the quick little reference I
hit you with. Either went over it or missed it.
Yeah no, no, no, no, you said you said Brady's
hips don't lie, I said, but but somebody's it's gets
that that reference. I'm more into, you know, I guess entertainment,
(21:06):
you know, you know that whole entertainment thing where oh yeah, okay,
I just figured I keep I keep putting it out
there until you caught on to it. But talking about
the issues that she might have had. Listen, sometimes we
got a shop at a different aisle, you know, and
you just gotta pay your taxes. Oh yeah, there's by
(21:27):
the way, is she gonna go to jail for that?
That's that's what I'm here, and oh wow, that's what
That's what's being put out there rough rough here. A
lot of famous yeah, a lot of famous people getting
that that clink noise. Yeah, I thought I am Becky
from Full House was bad. Imagine Shakira in jail. Bummer?
(21:48):
What a bummer happens all the time? Soccer players? Yeah,
was it? Yeah? Ronaldo Messi, Yes, he had a bunch
of issues. Him and his dad got popped of that.
There's like forty something million dollars they didn't pay taxes
on missy or something like that. Yeah. So, by the way,
that'll conclude our coverage of soccer on this show. So
(22:10):
thanks for making an appearance for the first time in
two and we will move on entertainment. We did. We're
multifaceted on Hey, we're like a pinata here, take a swing. Yeah,
you never know what comes out. Um, you guys would
hear disrespectful Bill Belichick at Patriots training camp. So fantasy
football season is here. It's right around the corner, and
(22:32):
a lot of people are getting geared up for their drafts.
And then you've got Bill Belichick, the greatest of all time,
who first is going to lay waste to anybody who
plays fantasy football. And then afterwards, because a lot of
us were upset about this, we've got some follow up
questions for Bill Belichick. So here was the Patriots coach.
My friends and I watched a lot of football, more
than our mom's would like, and we're obsessed with fantasy
(22:55):
football even though you don't let you don't play. Do
you think it's a good or bad for the NFL? Yeah, honestly,
I don't really have any opinion on that because fantasy
football doesn't mean anything tonight, Like we're just trying to
win games out here, and so I don't know who's
who's not who wins, who doesn't like. I don't really
care about that. I just care about whether we win.
(23:16):
So yeah, I got have fun with that. Did he
just call the kid a nerd? Basically? Is that basically
what he just did? Oh my god, I've got I've
got a football team to coach. I don't care about Basically,
I don't care about your question, buddy. Yeah, I mean
I'm gonna answer it because if I don't all look
(23:38):
like a jerk. But I'm gonna do it in a
way that basically calls you a nerd for playing fantasy football.
Oh man, that's did we get him? On? Though? I
think we have coach Belichick? Yeah, we pulled a couple
of strings and uh and we do have coach Belichick
joining us here on Fox Sports Radio. Bill Belichick is here.
I mean, Brady, I don't want to. I mean, you
don't play fantasy football. I dudes, I don't attack. Do
you go first here? Okay? I mean, well we'll coach.
(24:01):
I mean, first off, thanks for take the time to
join us here on on two PC o J. I
wanted to ask you, you know, one question I've had
for a long time, and you had this you know,
former player Tom Brady, And then I know you don't
talked about him too much and being complimenting him too much.
But what about Gizella's wife? I mean, is would you
say she's hot? I mean, was that how you describe her?
What would you say? I don't know who's who's not? Well,
(24:25):
your eyes don't work, coach, Yeah, I mean, come on,
this is not it's a little a little troubling here. Um.
I did have a follow up, obviously, the hot news
in the NFL. Coach, speaking of hot, is the Deshaun
Watson situation. Um, what is your thought on Deshaun's fetish
and also some of the poses that he got into
while on these massage tables. Yeah, honestly, I don't really
(24:47):
have any opinion on that. Okay, well that kind of
I mean, that makes things a little bit difficult here.
That's pretty pretty interesting, you know, Coach Belichick. Uh, you
know a lot of people have it that you need
to put names and titles on who's going to be
your offensive coordinator and your defensive coordinator. And you know,
(25:11):
I was just wondering, Uh, do you plan on doing
that anytime this season? Yeah, honestly, I don't really have
any opinion on that. All right, Well he's not really
talkative this morning. Coach, you're a pad mood. I mean,
I just you know, here's the thing, like, I know
you're all about different causes, and you know, it's a shame.
What's happening to these these greyhound race tracks where you
(25:33):
know now they're no longer allowed to race that they
didn't think about this. Now all these these dogs are
out there with no home, and meanwhile, you know they're
they're just they need they need an owner. They're gonna
get euthanized. I mean, come on, coach, I have a heart,
you know, don't you. Aren't you passionate about this sort
of thing. I don't really care about that. Oh my
god Jesus, the way that would be talking about puppies, man,
(25:54):
that would get you. Fine. Um, now, I I did have,
we are several questions. So I feel like now is
a safe time to get into this. Coach. Um, my
draft is in a couple of weeks. I've got the
fifth pick in the draft of the defending champion. It's
a PPR league. Should I go best quarterback available, wide
receiver or running back? What do you think? Fantasy Football
(26:16):
doesn't mean anything to mek you. Wow. I hey, coach, coach, listen, listen.
I mean that's kind of cruel the way you're talking
to Joe Nats that way. But I got a real
question for you know, us coaches. You know, we do
this coaching thing. And I was just really to myself,
like the other day, I was like, I'm gonna go
(26:37):
out here and I'm gonna inspire my guys, and what
better way to do with the Bill Belichick way? And
I went out to the guys and I said, you
know what, we're gonna play like the Patriots today. How
you feel about that? Coach? Yeah, I have fun with that.
So dismissing this guys, this, I mean, this is about
(26:59):
the like, can't you have a little bit of respect here?
This guy? Coach? Alright, how about this? I know you
like food. I mean I'm thinking about going to out back,
think about getting some ribs, maybe a blooming onion? Uh,
what do you? What do you think for lunch today?
Ribs and blooming onion. We're just trying to win games
out here. He just doesn't know, he doesn't care. This
(27:22):
is ridiculous, Sorry, coach, I do have This is serious
subject here I want to get into because obviously these
are a couple of ladies that have been connected to
NFL players. All right, so let's just let's have at
it here battle of the Olivia's Olivia Mann Olivia Culpa?
Who do you got? I don't know who's who's not?
Who wins? Doesn't like? I don't really care about that
(27:45):
of coach above. These are two rocket ships. I mean,
can we have a real conversation about it here? I
don't know who's who's not? Doesn't get it? Okay, good God?
This guy a coach. You know, all the stuff that
was taking place, and you know Miami while Tom was there,
(28:08):
and you know, you and Tom had your moments. I mean,
but you you had a lot of great moments. And
I was just curious, do you wonder if the Dolphins
are going to do well this year? Do you wonder
if Tom Brady will do really well this year? Coach?
What you think? Let's care about whether we win? He's focused,
(28:34):
you know, yeah, he's he's lazer. It is training camps
and I I get that, but Coach, I gotta ask
you something. Um, you know, this is one of those
times we're in training camp. You don't get many luxuries.
You know, sometimes it just it feels good after a
long practice, you know, nice hot shower or something like that.
Sometimes you when you gotta go to the restroom though,
you know, yeah, number two can get a little messy.
(28:54):
What's your thoughts on dude wipes? Do you do you
use dude wipes that I've been heard that Jonas knocks
are post here. He's he's categorized them as a breath
mint for your butt. Um. Do you have any thoughts
one wipes? And do you use them? Jeez? Yeah, honestly,
I don't really have any opinion on that. Oh, that
kind of kills it, all right, I mean that your lostime, Coach.
Let's get to something that's really important. Coach. Obviously, I
(29:15):
know what you're doing tomorrow at ten am Eastern times,
seven o'clock Pacific. It's the Jonas Knock Show, fired up
about the two hour extravaganza that starts your Saturday morning, right, Coach,
I don't really care about that. Thank you? Okay, thank you? Yeah.
I mean, this guy is like trying to feed a wood, alright,
(29:36):
can I can I ask one more? I mean, Coach,
it's my daughter's sixth birthday. I'm not even gonna try
to ask you our kid to sing Happy birthday to her. Um.
I feel like that that's probably too much of an ask.
But um, I mean, look, you like the bull, right,
I mean we might take her to go bowling. Would
you like to come with us and go bowling for
a six birthday? Yeah? I have fun with that. It's
(30:01):
a coach. I did have just one last one for
me here. Um, obviously going to see the in laws
this weekend. Um. Uh, it's another kinconnetta. Um. You know,
huge language barriers there. Uh and uh, just any any
thoughts on my um teenth Kinciannetta of the season and
(30:21):
just sort of being the only white guy in the
entire building. Yeah, fun with that, thank you. I do
you know? I had one more question for for coach Belichick.
You know, coach, Uh, you know, I really I really
feel like, you know, my my my wife is hot,
(30:42):
you know, and we go out and I just think
that she's pretty hot, and I feel like, you know,
because of that, I'm a winner in life. I mean
should I should? I feel confident about who I am
and how I'm winning in life. Coach, I don't know
who's who's an doesn't. I don't really care about that, LaVar.
(31:02):
That is disrespected the whole family. Alright, let's pre jacked up, coach.
I mean I thought I was winning in life. Man.
Good luck this season, coach, Yeah, you know. I mean
we did our best. I mean, thanks to Lee for
for booking a guest officiate necess early in the morning.
Just incredible works, but not the most friendly. I guess
(31:24):
I'll just put it nicely and pass on the opportunity
to get involved in talk radio. I mean, Jesus, coach,
come on, some of us need this, all right. It
is Two Pros and a Cup of Joe here on
Fox Sports Radio. Coming up next, it is another edition
of Over Unders, and there's a little bit of controversy.

Two Pros and a cup of Joe Fox Sports Radio
LaVar Arrington, Brady Quinn Jonas knocks with you here on
fs ARE. You can hang out with us as always
on the I Heart Radio app. Coming up top of
next hour, we're gonna get back into the NFL conversation.
I don't know if this is actually a confirmed but
there is some speculation that there could be an ulterior
(32:54):
motive as to why a move was made in the NFL.
And it's gonna get real dicey here top of next hour,
So we'll have that discussion for you here. It's gonna
be an issue. I feel like we might get into
some trouble, to be honest with you, So that'll be
happening here right now. Though, it is time for a
very controversial edition of something we do called this Time
(33:19):
to put Your money where your mouth is Ryan life
and it's over under all right, lead to lap our
executive producer. We got two to recap quickly. We got
last weeks and then we also have to recap last
night's game. We did it over under on, So how
are we looking on both? That's right? Two additions here. Well,
last week, Jonas, you had actually taken that round two
(33:42):
to one, bing uh, correct that there was that even
about well, there would be a punishment on Deshaun Watson.
Both you, Jonas and Brady got that correct. LaVar was
bullish on Penya winning by decision. You got that one
and Penya over Nunez and seven. Sorry, I was sorry.
It is just what we're talking about baseball and titled
(34:03):
Wow title changes at SummerSlam. Jodas was correct that there
would be under one that is well deserved. Berno mean
that was like Michael Scott on the offensive, I was
your talent's come base bosses in my friends said one
name and then almos a sudden, I'm supposed to remember
everything that's happened in the past week. What's next? The
(34:26):
last name Lopez is a boxer play baseball. Yeah, by
the way that you know, I'm not, but like one
of the sports going on right now, we're Berno, no joke.
If you want to, if you want to, if you
want to surprise somebody and pretend that you know boxing,
just say, do you see that Garcia Lopez fight this weekend?
(34:46):
Guaranteed Garcia and a Lopez if our fighting this weekend.
I'm telling the truth, truth telling man. Boxing is a
big part of the culture. But seriously, did you see
the fight? Yeah? Um, what about the game last night? Well,
the game last night was interesting because Brady almost swept it.
(35:06):
He took a four to two lead. He killed it
last night. Yeah, but that doesn't count though, that's right.
It doesn't count well because no, because the game was delayed.
So if it's delayed, then it wipes out the entire result,
doesn't Why do you find a better thing? What do
you mean? Like you could have said, well, I don't know,
(35:28):
I mean, I mean the field wasn't congealed, so it
wasn't the proper playing. Yeah, I just feel like that
that wipes everything out. So so basically last night was
no one void and uh and we're just right, was
void because Josh McDaniels, Dad, Tom McDaniels who's a high
school coaching legend in the state of Ohio, spells his
name with an H after the tea that but I
don't know why. I just every time I see it,
(35:49):
I'm like, I want to call him bomb. I know
it's Tom. I want to call him bomb every time
fan of the H after the tea. It just I
feel like, yeah, this is a cutdown version of Thomas,
and we just went to Tom. It's crazy about that.
My dad's middle name is Thomas, spelled with an H J. Yeah,
but yeah, but that makes make sense. It's Tom when
(36:12):
you remove the A s and you still keep the
age Thomas without the ages Thomas. You know, like sense
I see where you guys are. Yeah. It never we
talked about, like, hey, that's my dad, you know. Yeah, alright,
that's so weird. Alright, what do we got this weekly? Alright,
you guys this week after appeal, number of games suspended
(36:35):
for Deshaun Watson twelve and a half over under. I
think it's twelve. Wait, does a settlement count if they
settle on twelve, does that still count as twelve? Yeah? Whatever?
The final tally? Yeah, I mean obviously this is the end.
So so this is and over for me, because there
(36:56):
there are no appeals. By the way, speaking over, I'm
over this whole thing. I'm done with it. Speed it up, NFL,
let's get this figured out. You were like the one
bringing it on, like lighting the fire every night and
stoking it up to our off season. NBA, I mean,
what do you want? League is entertaining? Oh god is it? Uh?
(37:20):
Speaking of speeding it up? Rapid fire here, Jimmy g
trades by this time next week out a half under alright,
we got Dodgers Padres in a three game series. Watching
the Dodgers over under one and a half. Padres are
taken two or three my pods. We got a UFC
match between Thiago Santos and jammahall hilled rounds in this
(37:42):
match two and a half. What I'll under under Thiago,
he's got a haymaker, bricks for freaking hands, rounds, gloves.
Brady always points it out over all right, I'm going
to Greece and Spain this week. Number of social media
posts by me by this time next week at a half.
