latest on two Otago by Lois status for Thursday's game

(00:22):
at Cincinnati. Apparently the Dallas Cowboys might actually have a
quarterback controversy according to some. We're also going to get
into another edition of Incasia Missed It. We've also got
the b Q News. We've got the good, the bad,
and the ugly. It's our midweek Awards and the old

(00:43):

body of them giving up a dricks. It is two

(01:50):
So we must start with the situation that is going
on in South Florida. Brady Quinn, how the hell were
feeling with her Caney and uh getting ready to tell
down and uh reportedly readeed to do a lot of
damage in certain parts of Florida out there. Yeah, I'll
tell you this much. Um. So we're on the opposite
coast obviously of where um hurricane and is hitting. But

(02:13):
this thing is big and it's nasty because even on
our side, where we're not getting the eye of it,
we're still getting some bands, and it is UH. I
would say have lived in South Florida about thirteen years.
This is probably one of the more vicious hurricanes that
I've actually been around for, to be honest with you,
So thoughts of prayers, hope everyone's you know, doing all
right or at least evacuated on the west coast. On

(02:33):
the East coast. Um, like I said, you're we started
seeing some severe weather last night. A lot of the
colleges and UH teams have have moved either from the
West coast over here to the east coast. I'm not
so sure they're gonna be able to practice and do
some of the things that they're hoping to do. I
think the Bucks actually came over to the Dolphins facility
to practice for this week. Um, it's gonna be difficult.

(02:55):
I mean, they're gonna have to be practicing indoors obviously
in the facility, but even then, um, they're not to
be able to go outside or too much. Most things
got canceled in our clothes so far today and potentially
tomorrow as well. And they're saying that it's slow moving
as well too, So it's just sitting there. It's popping
a squat and literally just dumping a lot of rain
on everyone right now. Yeah, just letting it fly, a

(03:17):
lot of wind. I saw a lot of debris and
different things flying around. Um, you know, Jonas, it's funny.
I think I saw your blow up doll. Did you
see that? Yeah? But I got you for your birthday
the one year. Well, I mean, you know, there's a
lot of very durable apparently because that thing has been
here a lot. So the fact that I could survive
also a hurricane, well, I mean the mouth was opened,
so the wind just just took it. It just absolutely

(03:40):
took that thing. That's surprise look on its face every much.
So it was it was like LaVar's look right now,
very surprised. Yeah, I don't know where it go. Blow
up doll formited to the show, but you know, why not.
It's a Wednesday. Why not let's let's let it fly here?
Serious for so long? And what's where else? Also? Now,

(04:02):
are we gonna be able? There could be some tech
people difficulties and we have to work through were uh
we're good for right now. It's just I can't I
can't guarantee that I'll be here for the entire show
at least, depending on this current connection. So we'll see
what happened now we will fight through it here. Speaking
of and and obviously thoughts to everybody out there, because

(04:24):
there are certain places they're going to get a lot
worse than others. And so I hope everybody is safe
out there and they've evacuated or at least, uh, you know,
kind of hanging out and keeping out of the harm's
way there in Florida with HURRICANEY and embarking on landfall
coming up here soon, and um, it is here unbelievable.
Uh this bird, Oh what a savage all right, so

(04:46):
it is, Um that was a blow up. Do me
up if we're happy enough to make a noise like listen,
you know, I like him Curby. Um So, speaking of
South Florida, the Miami Dolphins, now they're taking they're gonna
be traveling to Cincinnati because they're playing Thursday night against

(05:10):
the Bengals coming up. And so I saw a report
that they're gonna be traveling out on Wednesday, as opposed
to I assumed everybody traveled out the day before, but
apparently that isn't the case. But nevertheless, they're gonna be
traveling out. Yeah. But but they tried to make it
seem like that was different than what the normal plan was.

(05:30):
Maybe it's earlier in the day. I have no idea.
But nonetheless, the Dolphins are on their way to Cincinnati.
I don't know. I don't know how the scheduling Tuesday.
Maybe I have no idea. And and furthermore, who cares.
I mean, they're gonna be up there and we're gonna
be playing a Thursday night game. The problem is, we
don't know if Tua, the starting quarterback for the Miami Dolphins,

(05:50):
is going to be playing a Thursday night game, because
you know, he's got this quote unquote back issue and
this quote unquote ankle issue, and so his head coach
updated us on the status of his starting quarterback with
the game coming up tomorrow night. Is this like a
actual real practice on a normal week, um to, it
would be limited and he would be questionable for the game. Basically,

(06:14):
I know that he's going to do everything he can
to play. Um so I'll know if he if he
doesn't play that it literally was not possible. Okay, what
do we think the odds are to a coaches? Like?
Why do all new school coaches sound like that? These
days like a pothead. That's what he sounds like to me.
They all like Sahan sounds that way. Cow Shanahan has

(06:39):
that kind of I don't know, it's like tired, I
don't know, towards towards younger. Why sound white. Yeah, No,
it's not that that dude is mixed, by the way.
It's not it's not even no, it's not that. It's

(07:01):
just this It's like it's like when I'm talking about
the team, it's like like a hipster. It sounds like
a hipster. The coaches sound like hipster's alright, So I'm sorry.
That's just where it's me out that these dudes are
running like pro football teams, Like I don't know. It's like, dude,

(07:24):
like I don't know, you know, if two is gonna play.
I mean, but you know, we've just been talking about
it all week, and you know we're just gonna figure out,
you know, like what we're gonna do about it? Dude,
can we do? What can we do? The side by
side might be banded with Lavard and see how close
we are doing? All right, you're ready, here we go.

(07:44):
I'm just it's like it's like, really like this thing
that happens during the week, and it's like, um for
the game, It's like it's gonna be comb He's going
to do everything. I know, he's gonna do everything that
he can do. Come on, I like these some mikey
back just like a little Mike McDaniel. I mean, if

(08:06):
it's really possible, like you know, then they'll play like
I don't know, man, And there's a few of them,
Like if you pull up a couch quote, it sounds
almost identical. Some flat billars. It's it's weird man, flat pillars,
flat build hat, some flapper. I don't know what I mean.
That is a kind that is I don't have to

(08:29):
How's that? How's a flat bill hat? I wear a
flat bill hat. Burto wears a flat bill hat. First,
a flat bill hats, they bat to all hat curves,
a flat flatterer curves. Depends on the day. And if
I'm wearing glasses, because I have a two head instead
of a forehead, I have a preseding hairline, so if

(08:50):
I wear a curved hat, I can't get my glasses. Yeah, yeah,
it's a little odd, but but but point about preceding
heroline is always better than receding so just you know,
just make sure your sunset there is at it's ready
to go when you wear when you put it on.
Can I can I throw? And I don't know if

(09:11):
this is considered a conspiracy theory, but can I throw
something at you? Guys? Do you think that because the
Dolphins are so far down the road of he didn't
have a concussion, he's got a real back issue and
ankle issues, so much so that t has showed up
with the ice pack on his back to the postgame
press or to let everybody know this is what I'm

(09:32):
dealing with. Do you think that maybe Miami is leading
towards let's go ahead and let him sit out so
we don't have to catch heat from anybody who says,
a guy who was clearly concussed, we threw out there
three days later on a Thursday night game, and so
maybe they use this to kind of keep him away
from the Thursday night game against Cincinnati. Are you buying that?
I mean it makes a lot of sense, um, because

(09:54):
if the NFL is investigating it, the worst case in areas,
it's a short week. Thank you. Can we hold on
for a second, we see what's your theory again? If actually,
you know, Rady, I'm glad. Yes, here's what I was thinking.

(10:15):
Do you believe that the Miami Dolphins would be up
to the task of saying, you know what, we realize
the NFL is investigating us. We realized our quarterback hit
the back of his head and then walked around on
a stank leg right afterwards, and we tried to play
it off like it was a back issue or he's
got an ankle injury. So what we're gonna do is
to kind of get the NFL off our back a

(10:37):
little bit. Instead of sending this clearly concussed quarterback out
on a short week to play the Cincinnati Bengals on
the road in primetime, we're gonna go ahead and pull
back the reins and we're gonna go ahead and start
Teddy Bridgewater instead, because that way, the NFL is not
going to break our balls. If this clearly concussed quarterback
comes back like seventy two or whatever hours later, nineties

(10:58):
six hours later to play a football game in prime time.
Think yeah, I mean that is some good stuff from
Landing Done. So are you buying it? Oh? Yeah, sure,
I'm buying it. Yeah, you know, I'm not buying he's
going to play. You think he's gonna play? Yeah, I

(11:20):
mean what was here. It's a great theory. Though he's
limited in practice. That was the latest, so he was
upgraded to limited in practice. I just if he doesn't play,
we know why. I think, Yes, it's not the back,
then it's not the back if he doesn't play, And
it's not the ankle because he finished the game. By

(11:42):
the way, he's got bionic ankles, like he's got those
ropes or those bike chains you referred to at the
point in both ankles. Like, my understanding is it's it's
gonna be kind of hard. The you have to get
in there with some w D forty figure out a
way of getting those things greased up. I don't think
he's gonna have any issue. Do you guys have screws
in any part of your body? Yeah? I don't have

(12:03):
many crews. I have like these, Um they look more
like a staple, but it's more like two staples put together.
It's like what one looks like. And I have like
two of those. I got like, so, where do you
have your screws in our form? You have screws in
your form way too active way too active. So then

(12:25):
let me ask you this. When you go through like
a metal detector in an airport, do they shows pat
me down? That's where I came up with All mammal.
They'd be patting my ass down every time I get
patted it down. Every time I got ma oh, they
pat everything, They pat everything, They rubbed it down like

(12:49):
like a man tow after this. You know, wow, is
my nickname, Deshaun Watson? What is the metal in your
arms have to do with all mammal? Um? So you know,
rid Man said lifting my shirt up? All mammal? Right,
so I have to like lift my clothes up and

(13:10):
all kinds of stuff that where they're patting me down,
it's because I said, I I set the whole imaging
deal off every time I go in there. So so
every time they're touching on me, it's funny because it's
not because I had to pull my clothes up or anything,
but the way they be touching on you. I'd see
their faces why they were touching me, and they'd be

(13:31):
looking at me like god, dang, you know it's like
yeah man, all mammal. Yeah, yeah, that's true. Story. So
every time you go through a mettal touching you like
this mean, so basically you're telling me the guy who

(13:52):
recognized you and I went through the Miami Airport. It
was like, oh yeah, it's all like he was he
basically fell you up. He probably if he was like
saying it to you in that voice tone like oh yeah,
just al, he touched me. I would see if you
would have asked me, if you would have given me
a hundred guesses as to where the nickname King of

(14:14):
All Mammals came from, I never would have guessed that
that a guy carrying around a metal wand popped up
because you have bolts in your forearm, and he started
feeling you up afterwards, just to see what was happening. Right, Well, hey,
you know the things you learned, I mean, who would
have known? But that's the great part about this show

(14:36):
is like you tuned in and you discover something every day.
And speaking of which, we could talk about how complicated
other banks make it to redeem credit card awards, or
we could talk about how we discovered you can redeem
your rewards for cash in any amount at any time.
I mean, talk about amazing learn more discover dot com,
slash redeemed rewards terms apply alight. So it is too pros.

(14:59):
It is sugar to snow flurries. It's two Pros and

the old p Petro's Papa Vegas is gonna stop by
that coming up an hour three. Coming up next though,
we are going to get into the story that keeps
on giving somebody. They just continue continue to try and
sell you on one of their players in the NFL.
It's yours right here on fs are be sure to

(15:41):
catch live editions of Two Pros and a Cup of
Joe with Brady Quinn, LaVar Arrington and Jonas Knocks week
days at six am Eastern three am Pacific on Fox
Sports Radio and the I Heart Radio. This is like
an off day background song no Worth Hills High. I've

(16:03):
been doing all like the the football workout, power, clean squats,
all that stuff. LaVar storms in. It's his off day
and he says, I want to forty five plates on
each side of that bar, kicks the guy out of
the squat rack and just stands in front of the
mirror and dust curls. Well, that sounds like ripping out

(16:25):
sets of eighteen Yeah, yes, yes, the paint who looks
good at the beach, bitch. I don't know if I
say that just getting jacked. I did look jack to

(16:47):
the gills back in high school though, Yeah, slim fit though,
you know I was slim bit Yeah yeah, man. It's
like Keno the days and then how does that work? Yeah,
Kino and a little little l an. I don't know
where it all went. I got away from me, man.
That is by the way, two pros and a cup

(17:08):
of Joe here on Fox Sports Radio. I think you
to Berto's got John Claude Van dam On one of
the TV's uh apair of briefs. What movie is this? Berto?
Which one is this? Yeah? Yeah, blood Sport. They've been
playing blood Sports one. Dude's got the biggest pecks you've
ever seen? Yeah? Was it Chungly? Whatever is? I mean,

(17:28):
we're gonna let this okay, we just left this fly
apparently I've never seen this movie. I've never seen Blood Sports.
Are you kidding me? I was watching I was watching
Film Man. You know Hungly was he was? Actually? Yeah,
you know he was famous with Bruce Lee. Yeah, yeah,

(17:51):
it was tongue. What was it? Uh? Bolo? He was
bolow in? Uh entered the dragon is a tie. He
just looks like a good bad guy. You know, he's
a guy I would agree. Didn't John Claude van Damn
get beat up in a bar? There was some guys. Yeah,

(18:12):
in real life, some guy beat him up in a bar.
I swear to god. There's some guy in New York,
like a well known he like became a celebrity because
of it. He was always on Howard Stern. He beat
up John Claude van dam in a bar. So you're
saying Sean Claude van dam was so disliked that everyone
cheered for a guy because I guess he tried to
get be tough with this guy and this guy smoked
him in some bar in New York. I'm telling you

(18:35):
I'm not making that up. That's a real story. I forget.
Why can't I think of the guy's name. But he
made the round. He was like, let's go live. I
know who the guy is that beat up John Clan
Van dam inside or lead a laughter the latest lea.
I believe that's Chuck Zito. That's right. Yeah, we'll look

(18:56):
it up. Beat him up in a bar. So there's that,
all right, two pros and a cup of joe here
live from the entire act studios. I have no idea,
so we are we are going to He had too
much champagne and he wasn't himself that night. Son. Oh yeah, well,
I mean look, Van Damn's a hero of yours. Uh nah,

(19:20):
more like sly baby Stallone. Okay, that was more of
a Steven Seagal guy. Growing up, Segal was weak. Yeah,
I mean, I don't want to have to attack the man.
I mean he's the only a lot right now, you
know I supposed to do. He was an actor, boxer, pugilists, bodyguard,
martial artist, stunt man. So I mean you know there's

(19:45):
that whosal Yeah, No, Chuck Zito, Uh, Steven Seagal was
for real man. Let me tell you something. He's for
real and real life. You know he did he does
that cop stuff in real life. Well until you see
him actually do some of these video eos with these guys,
and it's basically they're they're like stunt douvils. They're just
like flying all over the mat and a krol the

(20:06):
tournament somewhere just you know, not not not real authentic.
But hey, you ever watch TV evangelists, man, hey, man,
you know it's like it's out there, it's a real thing.
Well you mean they're not telling the truth, they're just
looking for money. Televangelists. Will you bring that television of

(20:28):
evangelist energy? And they just follow the hell out. You know,
it's a little interesting. I love where the people go
on stage and then faint, just fall out. He throws
his hand towards them, they just fall out faint. Yeah,
that's great. Two pros and a cup of Joe here
on FS are coming up in about fifteen minutes from now,
somebody in the world of football has been bailed out.

(20:50):
They've been completely bailed out. We've got the details for
you on that story again fifteen minutes from now, in
another edition of In case you missed it. So of course,
Jerry Jones a very very complimentary of his backup quarterback,
Cooper Rush. He was, you know, talking about his backup quarterback.
He loves to talk about his backup quarterbacks and try
and sell everybody on every guy in his roster. But
it's not his backup quarterback. Well yeah, I mean it's

(21:12):
a starter, starting quarterback. Yeah, I mean it's his quarterback.
Say anything, his quarterback. Okay, William Phil so do you
because call me crazy here, But if Dak, because the
the story coming here that the fair all fair cannot
cannot dispute any of that. But the story, the story

(21:34):
coming in is that Dak Prescott is eyeing a return
in week five. They're playing the Rams, all right, So
they've got Philadelphia in week six. Now, you know, playing
against Washington this week is a long shot, but with
your backup quarterback, you're already to know if this timeline
follows and you can get him back for that Philly

(21:54):
game in week six and say, worst case scenario, you
lose your next two. If you were to tell Dallas
you gonna go five hundred while das out, aren't you
signing up for that? Wouldn't you say so if there's
a potential that you can go three and one and
give him extra rest if they beat Washington this week,
and give him extra rest and have him back for

(22:15):
that big divisional game against Philadelphia. The idea that they're
trying to rush him back this soon, I just I don't.
I think Cooper rush has actually bought you time to
be able to slow play this as opposed to what
they're trying to do right now. I don't know why
there's a rush to not just make sure that Dac
is a hundred percent and I don't think he's been
able to practice at full capacity to know that. And furthermore,

(22:38):
I think one of the things you gotta worry about
is it's gonna limit what you can do as an offense.
I don't know that Deck's gonna feel hunter percent comfortable
being under center and taking snaps, and it might take him,
you know, a little more time to feel comfortable doing that.
And so if you have to live a hundred percent
and shotgun, what happens if you gotta run up there
and do a quarterback sneak? Are you to do like

(23:00):
some of these college schools too? And I'm love are
I'm sure you see this in high school where they'll
just take a direct snap and shocking that run forward
for the quarterback sneak, which looks stupid. I mean, in
all seriousness, like there's gonna be scenarios that come up
where you either want to be under center for something,
or you might need to be under center and he
might not feel comfortable, you know, you might have to,
or it might be there's something he has to adjust to,

(23:22):
depending on how it feels having a pennis thumb and
all that. So I just I'm curious how this whole
thing is gonna work out because I don't think there's
any rush to come back, and if he is rushing
to come back, it's maybe because he's feeling a little
bit of pressure. Right now, there you go. I'm glad
you ended with that, because that's a hell of a
segue because to me, I think the rush is more

(23:42):
on Cooper Rush's performances and Dak Prescott not wanting to
fall victim to the way he got his job in
the first place. And and that's a very real thing.
Like listen, I sit on the show the other day
like there was like kind of like you felt like

(24:03):
this old school unwritten rule that you're not supposed to
lose your job, do you know while you're out on injury.
But I mean there's no there's no loyalty and trying
to win and and trying to get uh, get things
going and keep them going, especially if you're the Dallas Cowboys.
I mean, you're That was one of the more entertaining

(24:25):
Monday night football games and Dak Prescott wasn't even in
the game. It wasn't entertaining for a half of our
I was entertaining to me. I mean, hey, you know,
I'm just saying I enjoyed the first half more than
I did. To say, I think the first half second
half up to be asn't entertaining as it was. He
didn't get it. He didn't grow up on defense like that.

(24:47):
He's from Ohio. He doesn't, He couldn't he can play
that game. But you're right, we are. We're from Ohio
where we're used to more scoring. You know, we're not
like guys from from Pennsylvania. You don't score as much,
if you know what I mean. They played defense in Ohio. Yeah,
we don't pay a lot more. They're just scoring more
of ours. Fair they scored more than Pittsburgh the other week,

(25:13):
so it's all right, hey, listen. The bottom line is
Dak Prescott is a very very well compensated football player
that did not come out and and in fact, people
thought that Dallas was going to struggle after seeing the

(25:37):
way they played with him in the game. You're hearing
all of of these these analysts and experts out here
talking about and this is the kiss of death, if
you ask me, they need to use Dak Prescott the
same exact way they're using Cooper Rush when Dad gets back.

(25:57):
I'm like, whoa, Because if that's how you're thinking, then
you're basically saying that the way Cooper Rush is playing
is so high level and it's so good that whatever
it is that you're doing with him, you need to
do that with with Dac because Doc wasn't playing like that.

(26:20):
Their offense was struggling. Now you see an emergence of
the running game. The running game was there, the passing
game opened up, and you're sitting there and you're looking
at it and it's like, this offense has this one
word um continuity. It looks like there's continuity with what's
going on out there. And then here it comes the

(26:43):
owner of the team doubling down on the fact that
he loves to have a quarterback controversy. So he's making
it abundantly clear to him, winning means more than anything else.
So if I'm Dark Prescott, I'm I'm one percent filling
that pressure. I'm gonna come back out and I'm on
some Rodney a Lot type stuff. Man, cut the thumb off,

(27:06):
they'll throw the ball. They're probably not going back in.
So what's the plan. You cut the thumb off and
then you're throwing two hands, or you just switch the
lefty Listen. I don't know, but the alternative could be
more dire in terms of playing on the field. I
don't know. I don't know. I mean, like cutting your
thumb off to throw football is like trying to wipe
your ass with a straight jacket on. It doesn't feel

(27:28):
like it's gonna happen. You know, a lot to work
around there. I don't I don't think that you'd be
able to do that. Yeah, probably not. I just go lefty,
straight jacket. I don't know. I mean, like you ever
wonder that, like these guys are throwing in the show,
all right, listen, never never in my life. I would
like to have a straight check to let me tell
you something. You give me a bullet cheerios fifteen minutes
for you throwing in a straight jacket. We're gonna have

(27:49):
an accident and it's gonna be messy. And those honey
nut you know what, not not the normal kind? Now?
You know what kind honey? Now? Is that because the
milk and the board because they sold cheerio doesn't make
sense that I seemed like a nice, wholesome, healthy breakfast nut.
I never went back to find out how the crime

(28:10):
was committed. I just addressed the crime and realized that
doesn't work for me. So I'm not a little bit
of sugar on regularly A long way though it does.
That's such a good call. It is a good call.
There's a lot of serials I think you could throw
in that category, though, corn flakes. I was gonna say total,
Remember total, total, total was like basically eating cardboard. Yeah,

(28:33):
remember grape nuts. Grape nuts? Yeah, alright, so let me
fruit fiber. That would absolutely destroy Jonas I would I
would vanish. I mean like that cannot off the movie powder,
like literally just vanish into the sky at the end.
Of the movie. You would never would be the kid
off the movie Powder. It would be Powder. You would

(28:54):
be Powder, just completely disappear. Um, So what is how
far is the gap between Cooper Rush and Dak Prescott.
Let mean, come on, cumber Rush is barely played. I mean,
how do we really know their favorite this weekend? He's
they're probably gonna be three and oh beating Washington right now.
I'm not saying you know that that that's foregone conclusion.

(29:17):
Their three point favorites at home. Does a neutral on
a neutral team, Yeah, because for those of you out
there that are uninformed, they consider home field advantage in
most places three points. So the fact that the line's three,
what they're saying on a neutral field, this is an
even matchup. But I think all they're all they're telling
you with that line, in my opinion, is that Cooper

(29:39):
Rush isn't isn't detrimental to the team, right, He's not
winning them the game. Like if if they were a
three and a half a four point favorite, like I
would attribute those points to them saying no, no, we
think Cooper Rushes actually have helped elevate this team to
where they should beat the Washington Commandoes. When if it

(30:00):
was less than that, I'd be saying, all right, if
it's too you know, one and a half something like that.
Now he's a little playing a little bit of a
detriment to this team. So I think the line is
telling you something. He's he's played well enough for them
to be able to win. But you take away Tony Pollard,
you take away Zeke Elliott, then it might be a
little bit of different, different story as far as what's
gonna happen. But he's been able to deliver the ball

(30:21):
down field and it's opening up those run lanes for
for I mean, Ezekiel Elliott had space that we hadn't
seen him have and maybe over two seasons. It's it's
it's just it's a by product of rush. I think
that's a that's a byproduct of you know, them running
the football well and stacking the box to stop them.

(30:42):
Where once you get past that first line, there's no
one else out there. If I feel as though all
I have to do is stop your run, then it's
going to be hard for them to run. They've been
able to run better. I mean, if you look at this,
the stats would not back that up to pull him
up man, because I can guarantee you that Ezekiel's his

(31:04):
output has been better since Cooper Rush has been in there. Correct,
But that doesn't mean they're not stacking the box. Yeah,
I mean he's making them pay in the past, and
we haven't seen that. I mean, I'm just saying we
haven't seen that with Doc. Doc has not made you
pay in the past. And not to mention that just
from the excitement they've been like the number one passing

(31:26):
offense the past couple of years. Yeah, it's it's it's scute.
That's that's a scuge stat it's excuge stat Like he
gets garbage time stuff. He's got a lot of high
rating ranking type of things he does statistically, and they
don't win. I'm just saying they have one with Cooper
Rush and and and the way that they have done it,

(31:47):
it's just seems to be more of an impressive way
of looking at it to me. That's what it looks
like to me, because they don't. I just haven't seen
this with that. I haven't seen this with that. It
can also be that our expectations are lower because when
Dad got that contract, it was like, oh, then then
you better perform elite and if he hasn't done it,
Like we came into this thinking great, I'm not putting

(32:11):
it on that. I'm putting it on the fact that
Cooper Rush came in. He was delivering the ball. Guys
are catching the ball, They're making plays, not always crop.
They did drop one, but he came back and made
an excellent one. At the end of the game. The game,
ce Land pointed to himself, Let everybody knows, my god,

(32:34):
we just pumped the brakes. It's been two starts. Let's
be real. I mean, did I think he should be
in the m v P conversation personally? But if you
want to just carried away on calling him an m
v P. But I will say this, Dak Prescott's trying
to get that ass back out there on the field.
I'll tell you that you don't want to lose your
job this way. They keep winning, they winning. I just

(32:56):
I get it. I just have a hard time believing
that we're looking at this offense that has been a
top ten at a minimum passing offense under Dak Prescott
for however many years now. I mean, I just I
don't know, I'm not It's two starts let's not blow
this thing out of the water. I'm blow all the
way out, all the way out out of the water.

(33:18):
It's like it's cheers all the way out. I feel you, man.

(35:26):
Doo Lap the lap guys. In case you missed Texas
texts overtime win over Texas this weekend. You might have
missed the fans storm in the field, which resulted in
the Big Twelve handing out a fifty dollar fine to
Texas Tech. Uh. Fans quickly stepped up, saying they would
front the bill, but instead Loving based City Bank has
stepped in and paid it in full, bailing out everyone involved.

(35:49):
How about that fifty grand Huh? Can we just talk
about how dumb this is? I mean, honestly, this is
what makes college football great. You know, in professional sports,
it's not like you get people really storming the court
or storming the field. You get that in college sports.
Those are memories those students will take with them and
fans forever. I mean, when's the last time you know,

(36:12):
you've you've had like a Texas team that was you know,
ranked or feels like they're back and then you knock
them off. I just I hate the fact that the
conferences feel the need to actually find these schools for
allowing these people to have fun, Like, what's what's at
risk here? What? What's what's the danger of all this?
By the way, you want to know how back Texas is.

(36:33):
You can get into the game this weekend for three dollars.
That's how back Texas is. So you know they do
have like standing room only tickets, so that's probably what
that is. Anyway, whatever it is three bucks. And look,
I'm not gonna be watching it because I'm gonna be
watching on go into the game. I'm gonna be watching
on Fox Sports one, channel to nineteen for you direct
TV subscribers, Big Fox guy over here, what do you

(36:56):
be watching on Fox Sports one? That's gonna be the
Texas game Texas West Virginia this coming weekend, seven thirty
Eastern Times preview on that one. Yeah, listen, really really
love what what Dana Holderson has done with the West
Virginia Mountaineers. And I know, Jesus, I know, of course
do you even know where Dana is now? Houston? Okay,

(37:18):
just making sure, But didn't they play like two overtime
games to start off the year? Yeah, yeah, and he
lost a second one. The way, if there's one coach
that looks stressed all the time. It's probably Da Hogerson.
Did you imagine him happen to go through just multiple
overtime gimes? Back to Matthew McConaughey said that the movie Gold,
where they asked him where he got his look from,

(37:39):
he said it was from Dana Holgerson like that that
that was inspired the look in that movie. So the
good stuff there? What else would god le guys? In
case you missed it, there's been a viral campaign for
the upcoming movie Smile. You might have seen fans in
the stands creepily smiling, staring at the camera. Have you
guys seen this? It's a little weird, stupid it. So

(38:00):
this is all. I thought it was a spoof at first,
like a joke. When have you seen the commercials? So
it's all it's all a campaign for this. It's all
a campaign. I actually saw the movie last night. All right,
what's the movie about? It's a creepy entity that follows
you around until you, uh, off yourself? What do you mean?

(38:20):
That's what it's about? You off your okay? And then
it passes along. Alrighty. Then Fox Sports Radio has the
