(01:31):
tire buying should be. So obviously, we have Week four
in the NFL getting ready to kick off. Later on
tonight is the Thursday night matchup between the Bengals who
are hosting the Miami Dolphins, and it's a battle of
quarterbacks from the SEC from years ago and guys that
came out in the same draft class. And we've got
health issues and statuses and updates and all that. But

(01:51):
we must start today with a story that Brady Quinn
has been all over for weeks. In rection weeks, ladies
and gentle history, history has been made. You bet your ask.
Aaron Judge has tied Roger Maris all right for the
greatest accomplishment in baseball history. Yes, he's he didn't break,

(02:11):
he tied it. But but we're talking about it because
no one in the history of baseball outside of Aaron
Judge and Roger Marris has has done this before. No one,
I mean there there might have been a few people, actually,
but let's let's not talk about that. No one in
the recent era of baseball has been able to accomplish this.
The six ft seven two and or eighty pounded Donnas
Aaron Judge hits his sixty one home run last night,

(02:34):
and it's just incredible. I mean, I can't I can't
begin to tell you where I was when this moment happened.
And I'll remember sitting there not watching it while I
had a nice dinner with my wife last night, but
hearing about it and then going right back on with
my life like nothing that even really even occurred. I see,
I I don't. I don't believe that it actually happened.
We have proofd this actually happened. I don't buy it.

(02:55):
Give me there as far that has gone number sixty
one eight times, Roder Morris for the American League single
season record six home run to run, Judge and Blast,

(03:17):
I think to run blast and the Yankees take up
five three lead. This is history. Come on, man, history.
I think the only thing better, the only thing that
could really do that moment justice would be the Harry
Carey voice, the Harry Cary, the Harry Carey. Alright, we

(03:39):
need the Harry Carey version of this. I mean, what
was the count? Do we have the count? Can I
hear the beginning of John Sterling so I can know
how to go straight into the Harry Carey Let me
just hear the beginning. If there's any lead into this
whatso and left us high? I'm ready, I'm ready to go.
I would playoff pitch swinging the drive way back. It

(04:04):
could be head bip. He has Holy cow Aaron Judge
sentenced to history. Hi, and you know Judge spelled backwards. Hi,

(04:26):
break out to the plat blue in Toronto. The Yankees
have another stark moment while Brady Quinn is having chicken
bart dinner two thousand, four hundred and fifty six with
his wife in South Florida. Whether we're supposed to be
the hurricane that salth turned into nothing more but a

(04:48):
fart in the wind? Hi, there's your history. By the way,
forget about everything we saw twenty plus years ago. None
of that happened. Apparently none of it. It didn't exist.
That was all illusion. None of that stuff happened. American League,

(05:12):
National League, all of that has forgotten now because Aaron
Judge hit a home run last night. It's great, good
for baseball. They need some publicity. Now they do it. Man,
So we just what's just a race history, you know,
Sammy Sosa mark forguire, Barry Bonds, I get it. For
the a L. This this ties that record. You know,
we talked about that yesterday. I think I think Berto

(05:33):
thought I didn't know that. It's just I didn't care. Um,
that's a ten dollar final. But the reality is it's
just I'm sorry, Like even if he breaks it, I
just we've seen this before. If he was hitting his
you know, into the seventies, different story. Like, now that's
something I would watch because we've seen, you know, guys
go past that number before, what that looks like. And

(05:55):
I know people are gonna bring up all the p ds,
the cheating, and this is honestly, this is honestly that
the comment that Matt and Reggie would always say when
they go back to the Bush Push game or you
know when when you when you talk about a play
where it took something illegal or cheating to happen to win,
you know what, people don't forget. They don't talk about
that portion of it. They just talk about the moment

(06:16):
seeing that play. So whether it was like the bush
push or whether it was the home runs and just
the at bats for bonds, that's what I remember. I
don't think about him shoving a syringe into his body
or taking steroids or whatever the case is. I just
remember the feat that he accomplished on the field. So
it's just, you know, again, it's baseball. I know they

(06:36):
want to cover up a portion of their history. But
that's what makes baseball intriguing to me or interesting, is
that that era was one of the most fun eras
ever in baseball history, regardless of what was happening off
the field. I mean, there's a lot of guys who
if you want to go into their past or want
to bring any of that stuff up. And there was
also a lot of guys who took a p d
s and we're on the gas and I got news

(06:57):
for you. They didn't all hit seventy three home runs,
all right, And they didn't hit seven plus home runs.
And it's not condoning anybody taking steroids. But if you're
gonna make a bunch of money off promoting the sport
when you were a dying sport because of the lockout
in ninety four, and you're gonna sell it and promote
it all all while knowing and I find it hard
to believe that nobody had Major League Baseball had any

(07:18):
sort of an inkling that somebody was was juice in
or taken something to try and get an edge, all
while knowing all that they made a bunch of money
promoting it. They made a bunch of money selling T
shirts and getting everybody to watch, and then after the
fact they condemned these guys to say, oh no, none
of that counts. You're not going into all our hall
of fame. They helped you write your articles, they helped
make your sport relevant again, and now you're gonna distance

(07:40):
yourself like, oh, I don't know who those guys are.
What do you mean you walked into the liquor store
with them before they robbed the place? What do you mean?
And now you can act like you don't know who
they are. I don't buy it. It's a bunch of crap.
Was let me tell you something I can remember. I
can remember. I mean, I'm always in college when when
that took place, and I could remember where I was

(08:03):
at every single time one of them hit a home run.
And I'm not even I'm not a baseball fan, like
I keep up with it in the news, but I'm
by no means an avid baseball fan. But I kept
up with I was glued to the to the two
to see what was happening with with Sosa and McGuire.

(08:25):
And the cool thing about it was the camaraderie that
was was a part of it. You know. It was like,
it's crazy because it created a thing, a deal where
it was like where you pro so So, where you
pro McGuire, And it really didn't matter who you were
pro pro four because you were pulling for them to

(08:48):
kind of get it together. It was like even if
I'm like, all right, I like I like the way
I like the way Mark McGuire looked like for me,
I like the way Mark McGuire looked I don't know
I that he just looked like bro. He he was
an impressive looking dude. I mean he was impressive so
effortless like it was just that boom, yeah right, But

(09:11):
then his whole punch you in the chest when he
got to to home like when he when he circled
because he didn't run fast, but he circled around the bases.
He get home, and then he'd do that that that big,
big dog like punch you in your ribs when when
he got to home plate. And then when Sammy so
so would do it, he had that hop you remember

(09:32):
he hit it, and he had that hop going around,
I mean, and and he was just low to the
ground and he was just explosive out out of there.
And man, that was just wild watching it. And then
and then the whole Barry Bonds deal. When Barry Bonds
did it, everybody knew that Barry Bonds as a natural
swinger is one of the outside of like Kenn Griffy Jr.

(09:53):
And maybe a couple you know, old school like Tad
Johnson and stuff like that. You know, I think I
got that right, Williams there, it is Williams Johnson. That's
just the same thing Johnson Um. Yeah right, So I
mean the swing and listen, I knew small Berry Bonds

(10:14):
um versus big Berry Bonds. Can I can I make
this defense for Barry Bonds? Like, as a male, as
you get older, like you do, tend to get like
your head tends to get a little bigger, like yeah again, yeah,
I don't think it shrank again. I think maybe he
lost a little bit of weight because he needed to

(10:34):
put on weight. And by way, you could tell Burnos
triggered by this because he's like, oh no, man, they
were cheaters. Its like again, hey, hey, Burto, next time
you start not gonna help about your bats beat at all? Right, yeah,
especially especially already a great hitter. Here's the thing, Burto,
You're still gonna put the bat on the ball, Like
that's the still got great if he had already hold on,
if you were really great, gonna help you, right, yeah,

(10:57):
yeah great, if it didn't Brady Anderson right from the order, Berto, Berto,
do you want to do the rest of the show? Solo?
Was that you wanted just to go? Let me ask
you this. If you're a linebacker and you do steroids,
does that help you make the tackle? It does not.
That's the reality. It's like you still you're talking about
some different apples and oranges. Not. It's it's it's about

(11:19):
anything that plays a role in yeah, helping you do
your job because you're a bigger, faster, stronger. It doesn't
actually make you skillful just just because of picture does stories?
Can you throw faster? Sure? Can you put over the plate?
If you can't put over the plate, it's not gonna matter,
does it. Like, no matter how we want to talk
about p d s and and and particular in baseball,
because it's gotten the biggest rep about it. We don't
complain when we watch a triple Crown winner that was

(11:41):
juiced up the entire time running around a racetrack. We're
rooting that thing on the whole time and until they
get popping. Oh no it never happened. Oh no, it
could have been that. I just I think the whole
argument is like it's just to me. We we only
want to talk about it when we look back and go,
oh yeah, this is a big issue. I mean, baseball
is juice and up baseball back then, too, were they
not Yeah, they were doing at home run Derby's. They

(12:03):
were doing a regular season. And didn't they die and
mess of the baseball? Last year? Was it? Last year?
The year before the people were complaining about the baseball
but then if you're a big baseball fan, why is
that not a point of contention? Then, burto like, why
don't baseball fans care about that? We're talking about Start
with you, Bady, We're talking about I'm just asking like
it all plays a factor, does it not? It does? Okay,

(12:24):
we're talking about the pitchers. Eric guy was a guy
who was complete garbage and the starting pitcher, and then
he started the star was he became the best closer
in basement. He was checked for him, for him, I'm
glad he turned the career, his career outd LaVar. He
didn't have even have gills anymore. They just like his
skin healed over it. There was nowhere anymore the juice

(12:44):
to go just jacked straight to his neck or even
the whole going straight to two wooden bats, right, didn't
they like they were talking about how the ball reacted
on an aluminum bat versus a wooden bat. Those guys
are a louting a bat. I mean, but the pictures
there was a moment where they were using aluminum beat right, yeah,

(13:09):
And the miners are they still using aluminum bats and
the miners and okay, miners know, but college baseball they
do because you just see the clean clean, which honestly
makes it fun because someone can be down eight runs
and they can have a one run come back and
a rally bats like the next three batters all hit
dogs and like next thing, you know, you're like, oh,
all right, yeah, listen, I just hope you know, Aaron

(13:32):
jud I just want I'm glad to be a part
of history. That's all, you know. I'm not gonna let
it divide this show. I'm glad to be a part
of history. Here. Let me ask bird, oh this, if
we got say five years removed from Aaron Judge, or
six years removed from you know, maybe ten years removed
from Aaron Judge breaking the record and it came out

(13:53):
that he was used on performance enhancing drugs, would you
still would you still be okay with it or it
you turn your back on what Aaron Judge did? Yeah,
Roger Marrius will Be then would still be the king
in the National League, American League American Um. Hey, listen,

(14:13):
going back then was doing greenies. I mean it wasn't
a big deal it is. Going back then, I was
doing anything. Yeah. Look, I think a moral of the
story is, uh, don't test last night. Thank god, we
have to break in from coverage of other games to another.
He still do What do you mean he just tied it?
He still do. Yeah. And also the guy who had

(14:38):
the ball, I didn't realize how close I didn't realize
how close that fan was to make in the catch.
What was his name, Frankie Liz. Yeah, that's a guy's
name is Frankie lasagn Yeah, which I think is the
name of the place Brady was having dinner out with
his wife last night, the Italian Place. The cool thing
is sometimes I'll say that, you know, like, hey, what
what was your mom's maiden name? I still the guys
that uh in college, just so I can go get

(14:59):
a u is Italian meal from their families. I just like, oh,
your last names like spaghetti or something like that. But
now that you know there's like a frank a little
song out there, you can use that. Yeah and uh,
and you show that. They put the close up and
the slow motion. It's literally on his glove and he
lost it. We're looking at six figures at least for

(15:20):
that guy, and it's all gone. I got to go
over a rail and catch him. That. It's like having
a winning lottery ticket and then somebody comes by and
blows your arm off. He can't he can't leverage. He
can't leverage selling the glove that touched it in real time. Yeah,
that's true. That isn't part of history. That is true.

(15:40):
How much can I get for this raw? The way?
It can't be. I mean it can't be more expensive
than the next one, right, I mean maybe maybe he
gets the next one. He's gotta go on. You should
have gone on like that guy at the Bears game.
We used to receive anybody, let's one. I used to
like football. I was fairly confident that the ball, it's

(16:06):
like a two story drop. The guy just falls, falls
all the way to the ground twenty feet. So I
try and catch some home run ball. He was falling
for a long time. That was a long drop. That
was awesome. If you can run in the air while
you're falling, that is a long drop. That's a long drop.

(16:26):
I don't know how his knees handled that. Yeah, that
was that was fun. Monday Night football, remember that all right?
It is two pros and a cup of Joe Here.

Shadow of that look at my life and real love
nothing because I've been losing and laughing so long. Even

(17:31):
my mama thinks that my mind is gone. But I
ain't never you treated like that. Yeah, alright, many years
old yeah, said, yeah, I just I just found that
out just now when you said that. Yeah. Wait, kind

(17:53):
kind of figured that when you're saying, what a freaking
buzz kill that was? Wait, did you really not know? No?
I didn't know, so you you started singing you had
no idea that he had passed, had no idea y'all
just did that. Oh hang on there, Johnson, I'm gonna
get it together now. I ain't gonna get it together

(18:16):
on that. That that one that that jeez, somebody could
have warned me. I mean, I was kidding there. I
was raised about it. God, I'll be down with the
p A guy. By the way, he's not from p
a is. I think it's pronounced Monison a monescent. Yeah, yeah,

(18:40):
that too, could be Menesson. He from that's where he
was born. Yeah, that's where he was born. Yeah. Oh wow,
it's part of Westmoreland County. You know. But again I'm
just you know, just talking p A here, just what
he was from West A. Yeah, well it's where again,
he was where he's born. I think when he was young. Yeah,

(19:00):
he's yeah, I just thought he was in l A guy.
You know, it's the you know, Monesson Pennsylvania. It's where
he was. Yeah, they played football and men damn right. Well,
of course Pennsylvania, man, It's what we do in Pennsylvania.
We played football. We put fries on our sandwiches. That's
what we do. Okay, that's interesting. Well, shouts out to

(19:23):
Coolio man. Jeez, yeah, he's in the Gangster's paradise for
real right now? Great point two pros and a cup
of Joe here Fox Sport Radio. If you if you
were playing bingo at home and you had P. E. D.
S and Coulio on your bingo card, congratulations, you are

(19:47):
too up. Early in the show, as we get into
U Week four of the NFL. Before we get into that,
I don't even want to finish the seconde like, I
want to go crown the corner like thanks, Paradise, Like, well,
let's let's let's keep it up beat here. We are
brought to you by Nitza. Any first responder will tell
you never try to beat a train after breaking it
can take a mile for a train it completely stop.

(20:07):
So when you come to a rail crossing stop because
trains can't. We are going to have another edition of
Incaction Mystic coming up later on this hour, But we
do have Week four in the NFL coming up. It
is flying by already at week four the National Football
League season, and we've got a Thursday night tilt, a
battle of draft picks from a couple of years ago,
some top five quarterbacks drafted. It's gonna be to Uh,

(20:29):
it's gonna be Joe Burrow. It's gonna be in Cincinnati.
They played each other in the SEC and an epic
shootout Alabama L s U during l s US perfect
season two ago, and throw for throw with Joe Burrow
with those bike chains in his ankles before he suffered
the hip injury and all the other things that went on.
I cannot wait for this matchup. We just hope the

(20:49):
two is actually gonna play, all right. We hope the
two is gonna be out there and play. Uh gut
feeling is two a tog of Bloa, the starting quarterback
from the Miami Dolphins later on tonight and Incinnati, are
we gonna get some Teddy Bridgewater time? Um? I don't
think you kind of go about things the way they
have this week and not think he's he's gonna try

(21:10):
to play. Um, the number of states pretty static, right,
It's been somewhere between three and a half four and
a half somewhere there. Um, I would have I mean,
I'm not sure it's gonna move that much if Teddy goes.
And Teddy's actually been great against the spread historically in
his career. He's one of the top quarterbacks as far
as uh, you know, basically being able to cover the
spread when he's starting. So for all your gamblers out there,

(21:32):
it's probably a good side if you like the Dolphins
at plus there and a half. But I don't know
that they would have went the way they did this
week talking about everything with it being a back injury
not a concussion, and him being questionable. I think that
a lot of guys questionable, by the way, I'm Xavian
Howard's on that list. Toront arm instead, I believe is
on that list a ton of guys. So we'll see.

(21:55):
But even if he plays, I just I wonder how
healthy this team is gonna be Um given last week's game,
for his Buffalo short week on the road, it just
it seems like it's it's a recipe for them, maybe
you know, laying an egg. I think he's gonna play
Um and and how effective will he be. How effective

(22:16):
will this team be? I don't know, but they've had
some pretty pretty big wins and and and they've they've
put together some some interesting, interesting string of games. So
I think Tua, as long as they're saying that that
medically he's cleared to play, which that's seemingly what what

(22:39):
is still taking place right now, they're still maintaining, you know,
that that he he has handled the baseline testing the
right way, I think you'll play. I think he's just
one of those types of guys, like he's a hard
nosed type of guy. He's he's a perseverance type of guy.
He's he's a ritual type of guy. And and I

(23:02):
think that, you know, all of those things that he
has in terms of his convictions are things that you
would say they're probably gonna leave it up to him
in terms of how he feels as to if he
if he you know, plays or not, since they're saying
it isn't a medical you know, basically a medical deal
where he's deciding. So it's a matter of if his

(23:24):
pain tolerance is there or if his ability to be
able to do it is there, to perform, to to
know the plays, to you know, have timing, you know,
different things like that. So I think he plays personally.
I think he plays so U NFL Senior VP Jeff Miller,
he said in talking about this, and the investigation is

(23:44):
going to take, as we mentioned yesterday the day before,
a couple of weeks for them to finish up with.
But he was saying that so far, it looks like
the Dolphins have followed the concussion protocol when it comes
to to going in it at the half or going
into the locker room to get checked on and coming
back after looking wobbly and all that. So then what
the hell happened? Is it as simple as yeah, he

(24:06):
had a back issue and and his ankle, Like if
they followed everything, if the independent neurologist was there and
was checking him out as well too, and if it
looks like no, everything was good to go, why the
hell was he walking the way that he was walking
after he popped his head on the turf like that?
What happened? Like? Best guess? Anybody want to just throw

(24:27):
out best best guess here? Well, if it was a
back issue, you know, you could have some issues you
know walking, maybe that the nerves down your legs and
all that people get sidicaust I think that would be
a little quick to have sidica after, you know, suffering
a back injury like that. Maybe it was that if
it was a head injury, yeah, you probably get up

(24:47):
a little woozy, a little. I mean again, I can
only speak from my experience when I had concussions. Um,
I remember like getting up and kind of shaking my
head like that, like man, like you got your bell wrong.
Like that's that's the best way of describing it. And
and a couple of times like wanting to kind of
stay down an extra be just to kind of catch
my breath and make sure I could if I was
gonna stand up, I was gonna be able to actually

(25:08):
walk around. So it's hard to explain how that wasn't
a concussion the way they have, but they've they went
through all the proper protocols. And I'll just leave it
at this, Like, as an athlete, you can say and
you can direct them whatever direction you want, whether you
want to say it's a head injury and neck injury,

(25:28):
a back injury, and and that's why you were stumbling,
that's why you reacted like that. And if you just
keep that, you know, you keep that company line. It's
hard for them to say otherwise. That certainly is not
why he was stumbling around the way that he was.
But I would say I don't know enough about a

(25:49):
concussion a concussed state to to speak on it educated
Lee in terms of can you can you bang yourself
your your head? Can you can you? Can you knock
yourself loose? Can you? Can you see stars? Can you
you know, ring your bail? Can you do that? And

(26:11):
and react the way that to a did and it
not be a concussion? I don't know. I don't. I don't.
I'm not a scientist. I'm not you know, I don't know.
I know it well enough. I'm not versed on it
to be able to say, okay, that was a concussion. I, however,
do know that when I have can cussed a quarterback. UM,

(26:35):
I would not know for myself because I never have remembered. UM,
I do remember getting concussion. I told the story about
it against Carolina Well that one too. I got concussed
in that one, But I don't really I just remember
everything being weird after I hit Brett Farve and hit

(26:56):
the ground or whatever happened. I don't really know. For
some money afterwards. No, he didn't say that that he
was building a U you know, a place for volleyball
and stuff like that. He didn't. I don't recall that
at least um and and asking would it be reported.
I just remember him looking at me. Him and Bruce
Smith looked at me and go figured two two future

(27:17):
Hall of famers are are standing over me, and they're like, yeah,
come get him. I do remember that. And it was
like candy Man Land, you're man who can make de
sign ride everywhere the candy Man can. Like their their
faces were big, like they were waving, like they looked
like big stick figure people. Like it was weird. Man
Like the my brain went, it was weird what I

(27:40):
was seeing and what I was hearing. But I just
don't know. I'm not well versed enough to know to say, okay,
I saw concussion symptoms taking place. No one should downplay that.
You should not try to sidestep that. What would have
been the better way of handling it would have been
to say it did look as though he had exercise

(28:06):
concussion like symptoms in that moment. That would have made
more sense because then now you can lean on science
and say but we went through the proper protocols, and
and actually in the midst of all of his stumbling
and and being you know, appearing to be concussed, after

(28:27):
all of that subsided, it was indeed his back or
something else that was more sore or coming out or
injured coming out of the whole situation, versus just saying,
you know, this was something totally different and it was
not concussion um related. I think that that's and and

(28:48):
I don't know that they did that, but they certainly
didn't address it from a concussed standpoint, and I think
that that was where it created this whole conversation. So
when you're when you get concussed, you're more susceptible to
get another one, especially right after, correct Is it kind
of like that? Alright? Okay, So because I know that,

(29:10):
like in fighting, they'll put him on like a medical
suspension if somebody gets knocked out, they're not allowed to train,
spar have any contact, workout for a significant amount of time.
If he goes out later on tonight, I'm not wishing
this or hoping this and not speaking this into existence
and he takes another hit, would be a serious conversation.
I'll tell you that if he came down and it

(29:32):
was a concussion that ended up being the injury tonight,
you know, that would be a conversation. That's going to
be a bad look if if you potentially get two
in the matter of what three four days, I mean,
if he does the same exact thing and they say
he's not concussed, that's a bad look. Yeah, So it'll
be interesting to see how that plays out. It's Two

(31:00):
And I'm like this, it was only a kiss. He's
taking him and he's taking a dread. These guys are
still alive, right, yeah, yeah, the killers. I just want
to make sure. What I want to know is how
this became Like Michigan's song, I don't know, doesn't ann

(31:25):
Arbor kind of an uppity up Mormon community. These guys
are Mormon, so that's why I'm just wondering. They're Mormons.
And look, it's killing me because it seems like it
would be it would be more appropriate like b y
U games. You know what I mean, Let's see turn

(31:45):
it intosy. You know I'm tiring, I Brady, I'm sent
away from this. What do you mean? Okay? The is
cool calling me open up? Mikeer. I mean you asked

(32:05):
the question. I'm trying to get to the bottom of this.
Stuff right, it's important. It's like the song don't I
don't know what you all along right now? Well, look
you're gonna be in Iowa. Iowa. They play back in
black correct when they come out. So what I'm trying
to say is slip Knot is an Iowa based band,
and they don't play slip Knot, but they'll play a

(32:27):
band from Australia. Doesn't make any sense. I think you
gotta get But it's a good pop up song, right,
Like like this song, I don't really get out. This
is supposed to energise fans. I mean, la bar is
get excited, but I don't I like this song for
some reason. I don't. I don't know. I've always liked
got some good energy to it. They're good band, you know, hey,

(32:50):
by the way, just for for the sake of the conversation,
I know we're in a different segment, but you can
get a spinal cord concussion two by the way, so
maybe you know. But I'm pretty certain even the mauter ones,
like the not so bad ones are like that's that's
a bad injury. So hopefully, hopefully we don't try to

(33:14):
justify later on that that too had a spinal cord injury.
Spinal cord uh, you know, concussion or everybody's got priorities.
I just hope Cincinnati, I mean to all, that's awesome.
I just hope Cincinnati's three and a half points better
than Miami. And I tell you that right now, some
priorities there could be spinal By the way, we are

cup of Joe here on Fox Sports Radio, coming up
top of next hour a little over ten minutes from
now from the entire rack dot com studios, we are

(33:55):
going to get a major update on a quarterback situation
in the n f L. But right now it's time
for this. Sometimes you can't get to everything in the
world of sports or entertainment. Good thing the guys are
here to bring you in case you missed it, and
for that we turn it over to our executive producer
lead did lap the lap fellas. In case you missed this,

(34:19):
there might be a new scandal ahead of this game.
Somebody might be in trouble as a fan apparently was
filming the practice of the Miami Dolphins as they were
practicing at Knippert Stadium, where the Cincinnati Bearcats play, and
was posting it on Twitter. Play by play. I don't
play back play, okay, I mean you have to expect
that to be the case when you're on the road

(34:40):
and you're practicing an open, open spot like that. So
so people know Knippert Stadium, students will be like walking
by two class while I mean they could walk right
through that thing. So it's not surprising. It's it's literally
down there in campus and um, people can see what's
going on. I'll ever forget um. Josh McDaniels brother Ben

(35:04):
McDaniels went down. I think it was him and Adam Gaze. Um.
They went down to work out a wide receiver who
was at Cincinnati, and I remember them telling me the
story that I can't think of who the player was,
but he was so beloved. Every single rep they did,
there'd be like some different kid would be like, hey, Jonas,

(35:24):
what's up? What's that man? Like? He literally said he
would break the workout with the Broncos at the time
just to say what's up to like every single person,
And there was like constantly people walking through. I'll try
to think of the player's name. But he was like
a fan favorite. Everyone loved him and because they didn't
work out there in Nipper state him on the field
they like in terms of two hour workout and it

(35:44):
probably should have been half an hour. So is this
is this any sort of advantage at all? Or is
this much to do about nothing? Must do about nothing.
I'll be able to adjust. I mean, once people start
seeing what you're running, you still gotta you know, defense
has got just the offense has got. I mean, Dame
is all about adjustments for what execution and execution at

(36:08):
first execution. For what it's worth, Since this came out,
the line actually dropped, so you know, I went from
four to three and a half on DraftKings. So I mean,
maybe it's not as big a deal if somebody is
trying to play it up to be on social but
he has more to do with the fact that they're
expecting to it to play either. There could be that too,
But I mean that would go against the point I

(36:29):
was trying to make with that all through, and because
I didn't think it all the way through, I'm just
gonna stick with this player. Yeah, the guy that ago
how long ago? I think it was Marty Guilliard, all
from Cincinnati. Yeah, you want to know why I remember

(36:50):
Marty gill from Cincinnati. That's what? Okay, but this is
this is what I remember his name because when Brian
Kelly left Cincinnati to go to Notre Dame, Marty Gilliard
was the most open about how piste off he was
with the way that Brian Kelly had handled the situation.
And I'll never forget his name. And I think Marty

(37:11):
Gilliard ended up Yeah, he was at Cincinnati. He buried
Brian Kelly, either on Twitter or something like that. I
remember that. That's why is when you say the name,
I like he had those um the stylish sunglasses on
the see like baseball players where they backwards Hallett like
he was he was done up, like saw some jewelry

(37:31):
on for the workout, Like it was very much like
it was like a presentation. He knew, you know, he
was stunned out there, and I guess like, hey, I'll
see you over there. Like he'd be like yelling out
of people and they're like, all right, Marty, can we
just run a slant route? Like, can we just quick
get this over with? At some point? That's great? What

(37:54):
else we got, guys? Following the loss to the Titans
and their oh and three start a leadership group were
the Raiders held led by Derek Carr and Max Crosby,
held a players only meeting. Thank god this early in
the year. Huh yeah, thank god. I mean, hey, speaking
of bern are you, are you a fan of Josh McDaniels.

(38:17):
I mean, um, like, I wanted to give him the
benefit of the doubt, but I think the way it
is tani in it with the Broncos and the way
it's started with the Raiders, I'm not on Josh McDaniels.
Do you know why he got fired with the Broncos. No,
I don't for cheating. They got caught filming practice when

(38:39):
we were over in London. Oh my god. I mean
maybe he had had too many. Yeah, he was an
assistant for a long time, so you know, maybe there's
some reasoning behind it. I don't think it's all gone
for the Raiders, though oh my back. Fox Sports Radio
