everybody feeling here on a Friday morning? You know, got
a lot going on, a lot happening this weekend. I
feel like something's missing though, like we haven't pointed this
out in a little while. What the hell? All that's right,

(01:23):
it's a football Friday. That's great. Yes, respect, it is

(01:44):
a football Friday here on the show, wall to wall
football conversation. Maybe some other stuff mixed in. What else
we talked We talked about Tamali's. We talked about well,
we can't say that again. We got dumped the first
time we talked about out something connected to the body
part of a moose. Yes, that is that is Yeah,

(02:05):
that is they do. Uh so we taught Yeah, there's
been lit some dabbling in. Some other discussions here, the weather,
you know, uh, Joe Montana, Yeah, which Brady Quinn pointed
out as John Harbaugh, which it is very good facial

(02:25):
structure recognition there. Although I feel like John Harbor has
got a better neck, like a better neck and his
traps are better. We look at John harbor. He's got
a thick neck, you know he does like what like
look at him, he's got like he's got a like
a thick neck, like good traps. He's like it's like
Brady Quinn back in the day. He would just like
it was always shoulder shrugs, like he put like you

(02:47):
didn't know this, LaVar, but I would hear stories from
you know, Brady's friends who grew up with him in Dublin,
the meat Wagon and Pat. They would tell me that
Brady would have like when they would be walking to
school in the snow, he would make them put all
of their belongings in a wheelbarrel with cinder blocks that
he would pick up along the way, and he would

(03:07):
do shoulder shrugs in the wheelbarrel on his way to
school in the snow. Yeah. So if you ever wondered
why Brady Quinn was so jacked, not only was it
the a s, but the shoulder shrugs in the wheel
barrel on the way to school. How accurate is that Brady? That?
I mean he could just roll with it whatever. Yeah,

(03:30):
that's fine. By the way, LaVar also apologized earlier in
the show for telling everybody to take the Seahawks plus three,
so a little honesty from LaVar. We appreciated that going down,
So LaVar made that happen. It is the San Francisco
forty Niners, your NFC West champions, which I think some
people thought the l A Rams were gonna be back
and that didn't work out. But it's the fort Like,

(03:57):
how many tea excuse me, how many teams are going
to end up with a winning record in the NFCUS
besides San Francisco Like that looked like it was a
really competitive vision. We kept hyping it up coming into
it both West divisions, and I'm looking at Seattle the
rest of the way now because they're sitting at seven
and seven. They play at Kansas City next week. I

(04:19):
just that's probably an hol Yes, they host the Jets
and then Rams, so I think they can beat the right. Yeah,
they could split out there. The question is do they
beat the Jets to get the nine wins? That's up
in the air. I think it makes their their season
interesting because they're gonna lose one, they're probably gonna win one,
and then that's the one that kind of you gotta

(04:42):
wait and see how that's going to play out. Do
you think this season is kind of a free role
for them, because I mean they're picking it. Well, no,
it's a free roll, like they're picking at the top
of the draft, like like whatever happens this year, Like
they've way I don't remember what their win total was,
but exceeded expectations I think by anybody who was previewing

(05:03):
this team. Like nobody had Seattle being second in the
division with a chance to be nine and eight or
possibly ten and seven if they win these next three games. No, yeah,
Arizona that yeah, that's that's long gone. But no, like Seattle.
Did anybody have Seattle sitting at this point in the season,
sitting at five hundred, competing for a chance to be

(05:24):
a playoff team. I don't think anybody had that. So
to me, it feels like they've completely exceeded expectations. In fact,
I think a lot of people probably expected they were
going to be in last in this division, and so
I look at Seattle and say, hey, a little bit
of a free roll. Who knows what they do in
the draft, bring Geno Smith back for you know, maybe
another one or two year deal, and then just kind

(05:46):
of rolled out there again and see what she got,
So it's not all doom and gloom for the Seattle Seahawks.
The Niners, on the other hand, I mean, did they
establish themselves legitimate threat to the Philadelphia Eagles or there's
still some doubters. I'm still aptical, but there's a lot
of people that are still very high on the forty
Niners as being a legit contender to go to a
Super Bowl. I mean, look, I think there's there's a

(06:08):
couple of things that you're skeptical of. Like Philly has
been so good this year, I mean so good that
they just haven't had that stumble and you're kind of
almost waiting for because you know, almost every NFL team
does it um, but they haven't had it. So you know,
maybe there's some skepticism or some like waiting for that
moment for it to happen because we haven't seen, you know,

(06:29):
these guys do it before. It's not like we've seen
that Jalen Hurts and Nick Sirianni, the Eagles going a
deep run with this group, um. And then as far
as the forty Niners go, my only thing is like, again,
brock pretty has done great, He's he's done exactly what
you know they've asked him to do he's done a
good job of executing the game plans. But when you
go back and you're watching everything, you're going, well, George

(06:50):
Kittle is wide open, great play design. You know, George
Kittle both touchdowns, wide open, great play design. That stuff
isn't overly difficult, right, Like, And it's not like they
haven't been able to run the football or played from
leads with with pretty in there. You know, he's gonna
be tested at one point, maybe not in the regular season,
maybe it won't be to the playoffs, but they'll come

(07:10):
a point where he's gonna have to put the team
on his back to come back in the game, either
where they're down or a too minute drive scenario. And
that's where you start to find out about him. Like,
that's that's really what whether or not he could be
the guy is going to be based upon. Can I
ask you a nerdy football question because I'm legitimately interested
in this. You've talked about that before, where Kyle Shanahan

(07:33):
will get guys open, And I remember Dave Anderson told
me former NFL receiver he played uh in Washington when
Kyle Shanahan was the coordinator there. Remember him telling me
that there would be times where they design a play
and he turned around and catch the football and practice
and there'd be nobody around him. And he's like, how
did that happen? How does Shanahan do that? Like, like

(07:53):
why is he so much better than everybody else seemingly
in the league at drawing plays up to where guys
are wide open, like Hill was a couple of times
last night. I he knows what personnel to use and
what formation or shift or motion to use to get
you in the exact look he wants. He knows how
those players are coached and based on his film study.

(08:15):
So for example, with wide receivers and then with secondary players.
At some point when you're playing in zone coverages, like
you could put guys who've got like deep third in
a bind. You know, you always hear the concept of
like high lowing a defender. Well, if you know a
cornerback has the deep third, you know at some point
he's gonna have to take a guy who's releasing into

(08:36):
that zone or that portion of the field, he's gonna
have to take him deep. And then so then and
then you start to look at the underneath coverage and
you're saying, Okay, what's gonna make a guy have to
run up to take the flat? And then I can
sneak a guy somewhere either running across the field or
maybe out of the backfield, or maybe he's in line
at tight end to be able to hit that void
between not the deepest shot and not the flat, but

(08:59):
in between where you find that that guy wide open.
He just knows how to get you in the different
coverages and give you the right personnel groupings to find
those matchups. Well, he'll get you wide open and zone
coverage and then in man coverage. Like anyone else, he's
he's got your various ways of you know, being able
to you know, run a a mesh concept, or you've

(09:20):
got you know, two or three wide receivers running across
one way and a guy running underneath the other way
and you create a natural screen for him. He's just
everyone's got those, But I think he does as good
of a job as anyone of knowing what you're going
to be in and knowing your rules of how you
coach your defensive guys and being able to then say
at this, you know, ten twelve yards downfield, this is

(09:41):
where're gonna make your move to do this and then
this guy is gonna take you and this guy's gonna
drop you off, and it's gonna create a void for
this guy coming to that space. He just he knows
all of that. He's again he's kind of drawing up
cards for the defense. You know, when you when you
learn defense at a young age like he did, it
helps you know. Then offensively, how do I tackle all
of that? That's awesome. He's fantastic man. And then they're

(10:05):
they're really fun to watch. By the way, too late
for Brock Purty to win Rookie of the Year, does it?
Probably he's creeping up the boards. I mean pick it
hasn't played that much, so maybe he's got a he's
got a spot for it. So the the odds as
it stands right now, as far as Rookie of the
Year ago, Garrett Wilson as your leader, followed by Christian Watson,

(10:27):
You've got Kenneth Walker, Chris olav and then Brock Purdy
is there. Brock pretty wins out and he puts up
some pretty good I bet he ends up winning. I
think I would say Wilson should win it as now,
so he's basically gonna win Rookie of the Year on
what seven games? Six or seven games? I mean, I

(10:47):
mean Pikett can't even be in the conversation at this point. No,
I don't think so. Sorry labar Oh, I'm not offended. Okay,
just you know it hasn't gone by the Deante Johnson
apparently not a fan of Mr Bisky that you would
like to see Mason Rudolph get a chance this weekend.
So there's that in Pittsburgh. So they got always he's
already moving past. Yeah, well, I guess Kenny pick it.

(11:09):
If there's some question about who's going to play and
it's not pick it. Deonta Johnson said he'd like to see, uh,
Mason Rudolph get his chance. You know, that's always good
for the locker room. Of course, why not, you know,
just do you speak openly? Never there's never been problems
in pictures. Yeah, but i'd be The good thing is

(11:30):
Deonta Johnson is not locked in his house, uh, you know,
avoiding cops like Antonio Brown is. So there's that. There's
that going on. Um, all right, so do we have lead?
Do we have the updated numbers on business? Is booming.
Do we have the updated numbers on some over unders.
So we've got this is everybody, get ready, buckle up.

(11:51):
This is the spin cycle. Leader lap is gonna put
us in because somebody's getting screwed over as we recap
this time to put your money where your mouth is.
I have been life game. It's over under Hiley. So
going into this week, Brady Quinn was in the are

(12:11):
we were tied, and then LaVar was how many games back?
LaVar was quite a ways back, but he's uh, he's
closed the gap a little bit. He was, uh, three
games behind you, Jonas. Jonas, you were, well they're tied. Yeah,
we were tied, Brady and I were tired. I believe, yes,
that is correct. See this is here we go again
like this, this is this is what we're doing here.

(12:32):
It's every time, every time. All right, So what happened
last night? All right? Well last night we always ask
total points forty three? Jonas, you correctly, we're the only
one who hit the under on that one. Of course,
what a pessimist. By the way, I thought that I
thought they were going to score when they broke away
on that third and short. I thought he was going
to score, and then I realized that wouldn't have matter

(12:53):
it anyways on the over under. So unless you teased it,
you know that then he got screwed. But which you
like to do from time to tide, a little bit
of a tease, you know. Huh. So Jonas just went
to the league go ahead. We had passing in rushing
yards by Geno Smith at two fifty eight and a half.
This was close. Jonas even called a shot at passing

(13:15):
thirty nine rushing. In fact, it came in at two
thirty eight passing eighteen rushing for a total of two
fifty six. The pros hit the unders on this one. Jonas,
you went with the over. That was INCREDI so they
were off by two yards, that is correct? Is Q
is tied? Come on, LaVar alright? Rushing and receiving yards

(13:38):
by Christian McCaffrey was at one nineteen and a half.
He had a hundred and eight on the ground, thirty
in the air for a total of one thirty eight.
He hit the over again. The pros hit that one.
Both took the over. Just took the leave. By the way,
he seems a lot healthier in San Francisco. For some reason, well,
because I don't know, maybe there's more to do. Maybe
it's a long distance relationship off the field. Oh baby,

(14:00):
that I was thinking that there's just more to do.
You know, you get out, you're at the trolley's, you know,
you go hang out. And we just say if that,
if that's a long distance relationship, he's an idiot. I mean,
come on, man, I give him my career. What's the
over and under on how long they last? Long distance?
Not long enough? Six months being the number. Here we
go over under, Oh come on, yeah, they'll hit the over,

(14:24):
they'll hit the over. Yeah. Are you better? Yes? Yes,
let me look into that here, I just double check.
Let's see looking all right? Sale, where we at on that?
Just go ahead and the next sure clear my search history.
So what was the result on that, lady again right now? Well,
Christian McCaffrey did hit the over on that. So the
pros are up to one on you jonas uh number

(14:44):
of quarterbacks that take a snap for the Niners. Brady,
was you were correct that the quarterback that started the
game with end the game that was Brock LaVar. Brady
and LaVar, that is correct. You both had the over
on that under under but you both got that one
and then temperature I kick off. We had at four
and a half. That was right at that temperature. It
was a hovering between forty and forty one. So that's

(15:06):
a I said under. We all said under on that one.
So it really doesn't matter. So I'm one, I'm I'm
two behind Jonas. Now correct, you are two behind Jonas,
Q is in the lead one. Well, Brady actually has
a two point lead on Jonas because you have the

(15:27):
two lead. Yes, that is correct. The pros went three,
three and two. Jonas went one and four. See, I
knew it. So I was the guy who was going
from one behind. I'm one behind Jonas. Then you are
three behind Jonas? How much? Because you picked up two
games on me and you were five games behind. I
thought I was three games behind. Yeah. Again, that's where

(15:49):
this funny math comes in. It's never when I had
said that. Right at the beginning of this segment, I
had gotten ahead of myself. I was looking at the
current score. I mean, I think Lee's cooking the books here.
I quit, like, come on, I'm not doing it anymore.
I'm sorry you were within one one week. I don't

(16:10):
care you picked up two games. Why are you gonna
walk away? Now you're making progress. I don't understand what
You're gonna be very happy later in this hour, I'll
tell you that. Now about there was a real tease,
like I'm unbelievable, I'm resistant to it. Yeah, check your phones.
Uh so, I mean there's that there's something else that's

(16:32):
cooking long distance, my ass. Ah Man, good for him,
Man that Christian McCaffrey already got his big contracts, successful
family NFL star man, oh man, things are things are
phenomenal for Christian McCaffrey. Al Right, it is Two Pros

(16:55):
and a Cup of Joe here on Fox Sports Radio.
I got problems that of them. Wait all right, so
coming up, we are going to take a closer look
ahead to a rivalry game this weekend in the NFL,
but it could be the beginning of the end of

(17:17):
one team season. Surprisingly enough, we'll have that for you
here on Fox Sports Radio. Be sure to catch live
editions of Two Pros and a Cup of Joe with
Brady Quinn, LaVar Arrington and Jonas Knocks weekdays at six
am Eastern three am Pacific on Fox Sports Radio and
the I Heart Radio app. Oh Yeah, two pros and

(17:43):
a cup of Joe. Fox Sports Radio LaVar Arrington, Brady Quinn,
Jonas knocks with the You can hang out with us
as always on the I Heart Radio apps. So coming
up in about twenty minutes from now, we're gonna spread
them picks against the spread in the NFL this weekend.
We got some weather game hims. We've got all sorts
of fun stuff in the National Football League this weekend,

(18:03):
So we'll get into that for you here on fs ARE.
By the way, fellas, I don't know if you know
this or not, it is time to stop treating your
groins like junk. Introducing the Gillette Intimate Pubic Hair Trimmer.
It's a gentle and easy shade from America's number one
trusted men's grooming brand. Show your pubic regions scrict which
you let intimate the best a man can get. All Right,

(18:26):
So we've got ourselves a divisional matchup in the NFL
this weekend. By this week and I mean Saturday night,
four thirty Eastern time on NFL Network. We've got Ravens
and we've got Browns, and we've got Huntley back in
the lineup for the Baltimore Ravens. Tyler Huntley is back.
He has been cleared of concussion protocol, which means Lamar

(18:48):
Jackson is out. And so we get the Ravens and
the Browns. Cleveland right now in most places a three
point favorite. You could get it down to two and
a half in some spots if you shop around nicely
for word, But the Cleveland Browns are a three point favorite.
Is this the game that Deshaun Watson starts to look
like the Deshaun Watson of Bold because he hadn't looked

(19:10):
all that hot the previous two weeks. It's a tough
one to do it against, right, I mean it's you've
gotten eight quarters, now you've got one touchdown to show
for it. Maybe there are some glimpses or flashes of
him looking like he's getting back into the flow of things,
but tough defense to do do it against. Um. But yeah,
I think if if you're a Browns fan, like the

(19:32):
biggest thing you want to see is just him looking
like the quarterback at times he was in Houston, And
if you can have one of those sorts of games,
and that's all that matters, Like, forget this season and
this is all about the future, and we're trying to
win on a high note where you can go into
the officeas to say, we feel like we've got our quarterback. Now,
it's just about continue to build this roster to be
able to sustain injuries, overcome them, and then help our

(19:54):
defense out because that's the side of the football that's
that's honestly struggled the most. You know, this season when
you when you look at they're playing the numbers, that's
the side of the ball that kind of I guess
was disappointing. M hmm. I don't. I don't think I'm
looking for him to be this this click the switch

(20:14):
overnight and become uh sensation that he was. It's just
not realistic to look at it that way. What what's
more realistic is that he gets his legs under him
a little bit more. The speed of the game starts
to slow up for him a little bit more now

(20:34):
that he's getting, you know, acclimated to game speed three
games in. So I look for him to be better
just based off of repetition, He'll he'll be better, But
to to assume that he's going to be a world
beater and be at the form that he was when
he was, you know, at the top of the league
as as an elite quarterback. I don't I wouldn't expect that,

(20:57):
but I do think that this this Cleveland Browns team,
they're they're kind of they're up there, down there, they're
kind of, uh, you can't consistently say that they're consistent
at being good, so, but they are. They are a
good team at times, and and and so they're very

(21:18):
capable of having the type of game where it's it's
a it's a successful game against the Ravens, and and
that they can win the game against the Ravens. And
how much of that do you look at the play
of Deshaun Watson. I don't know, but it's not like
this team isn't good enough to be able to have
a good showing against the Ravens team. By the way,

(21:40):
this is Deshaun Watson's first game at home. So the
previous two games were on the road, obviously with Houston
and then against the Cincinnati Bengals, So this is his
his home debut there in Cleveland. Brady, what sort of
response are we looking at from the Browns fan base?
And they're gonna be supportive, They're gonna be critical here.
Oh no, they'll be they'll be supportive. We'll be supportive.
I think they'll be hopefully excited, you know, to see

(22:03):
if they can get a win, you know, h you
know probably. I mean I wouldn't say too excited, you
know that with the NA build to stand up, but
they'll be excited. I mean, now, you can't get into
this game for seven dollars, right, So there are tickets
to this game for seven dollars. So I don't think
when a lot when a lot of people thought Deshaun
Watson's making his home debut in Cleveland, that you could

(22:25):
get into this game for seven dollars. But but you
can't get into this game for just a few bucks
here and get to watch the Browns and the Ravens
take part in a nice little Saturday night battle. So
are you so? Are we surprised that this is kind
of where we're at with this team, that tickets are
cheap and fans are kind of whatever? I mean, I
don't anticipate there's gonna be anybody who's got a massage

(22:46):
table out like they did in Cincinnati last week. For them,
it would be tough to a de robe on a
massage table with the frigid temperatures that they will be
in Cleveland at this point, so it has actually limited
this thought ironically enough, did you don't know when they
drafted Tim Couch, they put in like it was almost
like a wind screen on one end of the stadium,

(23:08):
because literally the stadiums up on the water, like you
get that lake effect and you get the wind and
all that, and they tried to limit the amount of
wind so you know, the passing game, which that's why
you take Tim Couch, Um wouldn't be as impacted by it.
And I always thought to myself, like, all right, that
was kind of like a cheap solution. The really more
of a band aid. Why not just gonna get a

(23:30):
dome like that stadium has been around so long now.
If I'm Jimmy Hasslem, and I'm clear, I'm the city
of Cleveland, and I want better attendance and more people
coming this time of year, dude, get a dome. Get
like a retractable dome, so you know during the summer,
during the earlier months like August and in this you know,
September and all that, you can open it up and

(23:51):
the fans can enjoy it. But for a quarter fridge
of temperature like this, like it's not quite as bad. Like,
I think that should be something that a lot of
those North and teams should look at. And I know
it's outside of really what any of the team's NAFC
North has done, but especially for Deshaun Watson, who played
in a dome for the entirety of his career up
until this point, it would probably be a huge get

(24:14):
for him and for them if they want to maximize
the ability of Watson familiar with dome. Um the whole
boy um. You know, I'll say this. I think that
it's a nice stadium. It's definitely a nice stadium. Look

(24:34):
at the stadium. Um, if they were to add a dome,
I think that it would improve things dramatically. Like you said,
I mean, I mean they couldn't add a dome. They
would have to literally they had to build one, like
they have to. Yeah, they have to build the whole thing.
Yeah that was you know adding was going to go there. Yeah,

(25:01):
just want to be a good Gamely did I get
dumped that I get dumped again? Yea. Anyways, Uh, it's
too late anyways, But you know, I mean, could could
they do something you know, eventually at some point to
where if a team doesn't want to dome, they just
have some retractable canopy that would just go over the top.

(25:22):
They could just throw it on there. You think like
something like that, maybe, yeah, just throw a towel over
the top attable, Yeah, just throw a yah I cat
I can use for you. Those ones don't retract anymore.
Oh no, no, they're absolutely not. That's uh, then it's

(25:42):
like a manhole cover. Um, what were we talking about.
We were talking about the Shawn Watson's debut in Cleveland
coming up on Saturday. You know, do you find it
to be a bit interesting that the stories are not
intense connected to Like, there's not he's it's not even
a headline anymore. It's not even really a conversation, you know,

(26:05):
it's just well the part we were just kind of
touching on a little bit. It's not like the outrage
of it. Isn't there the kind of you know, coverage
of it like that. It's it's just it looks like
it's dying on the vine, honestly, which is very I
think I found it to be. Even like the follow

(26:28):
up of like Buzzby saying that the you know, the
settlement people, the ledged we're going to be at the game,
even that follow up there was like nothing. It's like nothing,
you know what I mean. So it's just like it
when in the midst of the NFL season, like once
we get and started getting back to playing, like everybody's

(26:49):
outraged initially and then it's like whatever. I remember the
Michael Vick's story had people protesting outside the stadium and
like a few weeks later you got a hundred million
dollar contract, was like whatever, you know, But I mean,
but at the least you saw coverage there was there
was real outrage connected to Michael Vick when he came Now, granted,

(27:11):
Michael Vick was convicted right like he did time and
he you know, there was a lot of like real
graphic evidence that would lead people to be in total outrage.
I just found it to be curious that there isn't
a real outrage connected to Deshaun Watson right now. It's
really not. And I'm not saying that. I'm not saying

(27:34):
it for good or for bad, like I'm not saying
all people should be condemning him. I just thought it.
I found it to be a pretty interesting observation that
there isn't there's no no you know, report or sixty
minutes report, Yeah, there's there's there's like there's no like
Barbara Walters coming to see him or you know, anything
like that where I don't know even like that was

(27:58):
around for years. Sixty minutes is getting someone to go
in there and interview him and like do the whole
like ticking clock tick think by the way, hold on,
hold on, Jonas, do it. Do the Brant gumble voice,
but with the ti ti ti ti Ti ti ti.
I'm Brant. Now a story about a man who had

(28:21):
urgent and a man who couldn't put those urges down
even for the sake of a football. But it's still
got him two and thirty million dollar contract in the NFL.
This is sixty minutes. Great job. Ticks were really good too,

(28:42):
by the way, trying dude, I was get out of
breath and you did very well, Burt jumping in there.
That was a great That was a great little exchange
right there. Like whatever happened, I mean, it depressed me.
Sixty minutes got me depressed as a kid because it
meant that football was over and school was the next

(29:02):
day and that was. It just really got me miserable.
And like every time I would hear I forget who
the guy's name was, the older guy who was there
for years, who was on sixty minutes. But every time
I heard like that voice and that show come on
and the ticker got me depressed. It's really bothered by it.
There's that. That's all right? Who was that late? Yeah?

(29:25):
Mickey Roony, Yeah, Mickey Rooney, not Mickey Rourke. Yeah, definitely
the other day man he was getting physical. Yeah, you know,
but do you hear the story about Mickey Rourke that
the reason he ended up having to get plastic surgery
is because he took a time away from acting and

(29:45):
wanted to be a boxer legitimately wanted to be a
boxer who was training with Freddie roach K. He would
like go like spar with legit boxers and he got
pieced up all the time, and so his face, his face, Yeah,
his face got mangled like because he would be fighting

(30:06):
these legit fighters. And then when he decided he had
to go back to acting, it was like he didn't
look the same anymore. Get all this plastic surgery. Horrible reason,
that's like horrible. I don't buy it. Well, I mean,
if you wondered, why would he smiles? It looks like tupperware.
I'm just telling you that's what I don't know. It
was finally packing. I was around back. But but there

(30:31):
is that, So so there we go. Also, if anybody
was wondering, we got Vikings Colts coming up tomorrow. If
you're wondering how does Kirk Cousins Mr. O c D
do outside of the you know, Sunday one, good news
for you. Kirk Cousins stats on Saturday too, and O
winning record five touchdowns no interceptions about that. So Jeff

(30:57):
Saturday is going to get pieced up Tomorrow's what that means.
The secondary for indis played really well this year. They're
actually pretty good, man. I don't know. I think I
think Dalvin Cook and Alexander Madison might go off. By
the way, how many cornball Jeff Saturday jokes because the
game is on a Saturday are gonna be made? What
do you think over under at least a half? It

(31:17):
has to be at least one bad comedians. Indeed, all right,
it is two pros and a cup of joe here
on fs are coming up next. We're gonna spread them

(33:28):
teased earlier this hour, some good news for one LaVar Arrington,
the college Football Hall of Famer. What do you got
for us? What do you have? Well, LaVar had had
quite a good week last week on Picks against the Spread.
I wasn't here, but I'm here to give the good
news that LaVar continues to hold onto his fantastic leading

(33:48):
above both you, Jonas and you Brady. Alright, so what
what was his record last week? Last week? LaVar went
Actually he went too and three, but he started off strong.
He uh, he correctly addicted that, yes, you did, you did?
So what did we go? What? What was Brady? And I? Well,
Brady went three and two and Jonas, you had an
awful week. You were one and four. So Brady did

(34:11):
better than LaVar, But it was a good week for LaVar.
LaVar holds onto his lead and trying to prop him
up here. See what I'm talking about, See what I'm
talking about. We're talking Yeah, well you guys, you guys
are tearing me down. I was trying to build him
up here. Well listen, look, Brady pointed this out. Need
your charit easily? Wow? All right, I'm sorry Brady, pointed

(34:32):
out some of the flaws and Lee's judging. How far
ahead am I? You have a three point lead on
both Jonas and Brady. Alright, nice Jonas and Brady. You
guys are tied coming down this game? Like this game?
Brady was surprised? Are you? I went one and four
last week and I picked um? I would say that's

(34:52):
kind of been the normal about the time that I've
known you certainly have been during this lifetime. But that
one was a great one. All right? Leave, So what
do we got, fellows? We have three games on Saturday.
We start with the Colts at Vikings. Vikings are three
and a half point favorites at home. Brady way the
three and a half? Yeah, I'm taking Vikings alright? And Jonas?

(35:15):
What do you take that? Minnesota? Come on, man, Kirk Cousins, please,
we just gave you the numbers. Two and o five touchdowns,
no picks on Saturday games. How about that. It's a
little research here. I like it, all right. We got
Ravens at Brown's next on Saturday. Browns are three point
favorite at home. Brady, where are you going on this?
I'm gonna lay the three points. I think the Brownies

(35:36):
get a nice win here. Deshaun Watson starts surround into
shape it into form, Jonas, what are you thinking? Um? Yeah,
this is there's such stiff competition with this these picks.
I'm trying to I'm gonna go with Cleveland. I will

(35:57):
take Cleveland as well too. I'm not confident on but
I will take the Cleveland Browns in this spot. LaVar
Ravens at Brown's minus three, Who do you got? Yeah?
I'm taking Cleveland, all right, you guys. Last game on Saturday,
we have Dolphins at Bills. Bills are a touchdown favorite
minus seven at home. Brady, what are you thinking? Bills
lay the seven points? Gosh, I feel like pretty chocky

(36:18):
right now, LaVar, what do you think on this game?
We'll take in Miami on this Lord? Alright, Hey, you
know I'm gonna chalk it up to Lee. Give me
the Bills minus seven. I think this is gonna be
a route. I think Miami's in trouble and this snow
globe game we're gonna get. It's gonna be fun entertainment

(36:38):
and a bad look for Miami. Miami's going to cover,
all right. That's the three Saturday games we move on
to Sunday. We're gonna go Cowboys at Jaguars. Cowboys are
four point favorite on the road and at Jacksonville. Brady,
what do you got? I like what the jack has
been doing lately. I'll take the whole underdog. Ye, I'll
take the points. I think it's gonna be a supper game.

(37:00):
People think concerned about that old line holding up though
versus Mica Parsons. But I'll take the points. LaVar, where
are you going? Yeah? I'm taking the Boys, taking the Boys.
I'm gonna go with Dallas as well too. I find
it hard to believe they're gonna look like that bar
bag they did last week against Houston then roll out
another stinker against Jacksonville. I will take Dallas minus the

(37:21):
four points here, Lee, Alright, another NFC East match up
here between the Giants at Commanders. Commanders are four and
a half point favorites at home Sunday Night football. Brady,
where are you going? Um? It's a tough one. What's
the line of four and a half Commanders? I'll wait
the four and a half coming off the bobble little

(37:42):
extra rest too, So what do you think of? LaVar?
We'll go with the commanders on this. God, it's such
a Homer pick. Yeah, you know what I mean. I'm
gonna go with dump truck Nuts himself. Ryan day Balls. Yeah,
give me, give me day Balls. Getting four and a
half points on the road against wash Rington. I'll take that.
Lee there. It is our pets against the spread. Hey,

(38:05):
we did it, guys. Yeah, we spread them big time
on a football Friday. We did it. Bar, what's the
matter with you? Man? Fox Sports Radio has the best
