(01:05):
shipping for road has a protection over ten thousand recommended
installers ti iraq dot com. The way tire buying should be, Hey, guys,
we're back. We're back, Hey big time. How's everybody feeling good? Yeah? Yeah,
just everybody's excited here, huh yeah. Finishing out the new year,
finishing out the year two, everybody's happened. Yeah. By the way,
(01:28):
to the cults, have any other quarterbacks you want to
roll out this year? Try and see that work. That's good.
Question nine. Results different, man, they are in fact someone
Some would say it worse results. Some might say worse.
They're awful. It was I don't give an f type
of performance about your boy. Congratulations to the Chargers who
(01:49):
clinch a playoff spot. But yeah, the Indianapolis culture, bad
football team. Man, oh man, that's rough. Yeah, you know,
we should acknowledge the fact that this is an accomplishment
for the Chargers. I think the first thing I just
say is generally this does this make Brandon Staley safe?
I mean, this is an organization that fired already Schottenheimer
that went fourteen and two at one point in the
(02:12):
regular season and and lost I believe their first game
in the playoffs. So I guess you can't put anything
out of hand at this point for this the Charges
to do. But it seems like if you're taking the
right steps with Brandon Staley has with this team, and
if they get a win or two in the playoffs,
you haven't think he's safe, right, Yeah, if they get
a win in the playoffs, I think he's safe. If
(02:33):
they get if they get blown out like Arizona did
in their first playoff game last year, I could see
him getting clipped, especially with Sean Payton out there and
all the rumors. I think that would be the only
reason is because of Sean Payton is available and would
be interested in the job that Otherwise you can't make
sense of it when if when they exit then it
(02:58):
doesn't matter when they exit tempt again, it doesn't matter
when when the Charges exit the playoffs then uh uh.
I think if they make a deep run, it's it's
super hard to justify getting rid of of Staley under
those circumstances. Anything less than that, like like a first
round exit, I just think that they're going to spend.
(03:21):
You know, they're gonna kick the tires on if if
they can get Sean Payton, they're gonna open up on
the road. If he wins a road playoff game, there's
no chance they fire him, like if they go on
to justify it is the problem. And I gotta admit,
I mean, wouldn't you say Sean Payton is justifiable to say, hey,
we decided to go in a different direction because well
(03:43):
we could get Sean Payton and his coaching staff. I mean, yeah,
it's justifiable to me. Sold me. I mean, hello, um,
I think that's one team as far as the wild
card round that no one probably wants to play. Oh yeah,
that's a problem. They Yeah, I mean you've got the court. Like,
(04:06):
so the way it stands right now, they're going to
open up it would look like at Cincinnati, which that's
gonna be a hell of a game if if they
open up at Cincinnati. Um, but this year, yeah, they
the Chargers feel like that team that nobody really wants
(04:26):
to deal with, except maybe maybe Cincinnati. With the way
the Cincinnati and San Francisco are the hottest teams in football.
But yeah, this is the a f C playoffs are
gonna be wild. I have no idea who's going to
get the final spot, whether it's the Dolphins, and that's
a whole another topic of conversation we'll get to. But yeah,
the Chargers look good and the Indianapolis Colts do not,
(04:48):
and uh, I don't know where we stand on the
Jeff Saturday front at this point. More and more, this
game wasn't on Saturday. This was a different night. So
the only game they won was the first one to
gets the Raiders got downhill sense and check me, check
me if I'm right on this. I think the margin
(05:11):
of loss as as continually, Well maybe not because of
the Vikings game that was a close one, but his
story that should count though. That should count as the
worst of all of them. Even though the margin wasn't
that that should count as the worst of them. That's,
by the way, that's the laws that in the year
plus that we've done this show, that's the loss that's
gotten LaVar the most outraged. It's an outrageous loss. Three
(05:36):
points too, that's a lot of outrageous loss. It's hard.
It's hard to lose that game. I mean literally, like
you know that stat were like, um, if you just
come out and run the football every single play from
here on out. You know, you you probably win the game. Like,
I'm sure there's some guy who crunched the numbers on
that and did like, how much time can be taken
(05:56):
off if you milk the clock on every given one
of those players in the second half, which, by the way,
the Colts did run the football lot at the end
of that game. But still, I'm sure someone's crunch number
has been like, you know, if you just would have
done this, you actually would have just been able to
sit on the ball and won the game. Someone's probably
done that math on that Gamp. I mean, do you
think he's back. Do you think I see said, well,
(06:19):
he's going to open it up. Why. I know that
they've talked about the Rooney rule and all that stuff.
Oh no, not that he basically came out and said
that ballad for sure. I know he's going to be
my general manager, he said Saturday, maybe my head coach.
So I think that was really interesting that Ers has
planted his flag around Ballard, not because he hasn't done
(06:40):
a good job. I think he's done a pretty good job.
Maybe their strategy has been bad going after free agent
quarterbacks are veteran quarterbacks that they're trying to sign or
trade for. But I think it's it's odd that you
want to hire a head coach. You're basically saying you
have to come in and become comfortable with Chris Power
because if you're not, you're not my guy, because this
is our general manager. Like you're almost pitching holing yourself
(07:04):
into whatever head coach either has their history with Chris Ballard,
likes Chris Ballard, and you also have to think that
whatever head coach comes in knows he's going underneath Chris
Ballard as the head coach. He ultimately doesn't have finals
say so. I think it's an interesting little nugget to
keep an eye on moving forward as to who they
(07:25):
hire and how many guys actually want that job or
potential position. Given Chris Ballard's status with Jim Rsy, they
got to take a quarterback, right. I was about to say,
would you say that they're a quarterback away now today
I'd say hell no, hell no, I don't know that
i'd say that. But their defense, they've got some good players.
(07:47):
They really do um their offensive line. I think it's
the group that hasn't played up to the standard that
they've had in the past couple of years. That's the
concerning part. That game last night was not entertaining to
me at all. You did like the gifts giving at
the beginning of the game. It wasn't you. I will say.
(08:10):
It was finally a moment where you could say, dang
as a defender, yeah, you were wrong. You you lowered
your head. Mr Derwin like you you did it. You
targeted him, you know, by the way, didn't he looked
like he got dinged, like the way he went, No,
he did. Yeah. So like they were saying, oh, yeah,
he's gonna be leaving the football game, and I thought, well,
(08:31):
he might be leaving the football game. Even people can cuss, yeah,
like he got he tried to, can cuss himself. He
was hurt like he was. He was shook up. So
it looked like he shook it off. But you know,
you don't know that. You don't. You can't. That's that
we make this point every time we see these situations occur.
You cannot visually tell like, oh, he looks like he's fine,
(08:51):
he's good to go, Like he might not look like
he's fine, but he still might pass protocols and be
good to go by by protocol standard. He might not
look you know, he might look perfectly fine and camp
pass protocols and should not be allowed to continue to play.
So the way he lowered his head that looked dangerous.
It was. I mean, it's an old school woo lick, though,
I'll tell you that. I mean it's that's what you
(09:14):
call a wou lick. Everybody like it was a woo lick.
It was. Those aren't legal anymore though my day. Those
was you wanted that hit in my day, that's the
hit you were waiting like, you envisioned that hit during
(09:35):
the course of the week. A wou lick, And that
is the best, by the way, when you can get
an entire stadium to go like and to do that
is one of the most exhilarating feelings. And what does
it sound like? It's so right though it does especial
Someone's like, oh yeah, because you almost hear it before
(09:59):
you actually get yeah, everybody coming, yeah, yeah, Well the
quarterback does a lot of times. Well yeah, that's one
of those. It's not fun because that's when you hear,
uh you see that something. Receivers still be like going
(10:19):
across the middle, and everyone's watch is kinda quietly go
like they almost feel it coming, and that that receiver
just those arms almost get a lot shorter, that look
like alligator arms that he's just starts to creak it
up because he knows it's coming. So as it stands,
right now, the Indianapolis cults are projected to pick fiveth
ok if what quarterback? Because you know Houston's probably picking first.
(10:43):
The Bears are at two, and then Seattle right now
is projected at three, and then you've got Arizona in
front of him. Assuming the Bears and the Cardinals is
going to take strout right, he's gonna go number one. Now,
they would take Bryce Young, right, I mean, excuse me?
Is it Bryce? Yeah? Bryce Youngs? Probably Bryce. There's some
people who I'm telling you man, Will Levins at a
(11:04):
Kentucky teams love him. They love him. He's got the
prototypical size, he's got the arm strength, that quick, that
whipped to the arm. You know, he played you through
the season all banged up. Telling you man, there's there's
gonna be a wide ranging conversation about these guys. A
kid out of Florida, Anthony Richardson, He's gonna be a
(11:26):
young man that's got as much upside as anyone. Like
when you people start talking about like, oh, who's the
Josh Allen coomp that that kid, to me is the
Josh allencomp because he is so athletic. I mean, you're
you're talking about a runner that he's like we we
saw mo League Willis last year. Andy rich Is in
another stratosphere as far as his arm strength, athleticism is polished,
(11:50):
nous all that. Now, he's got some really inconsistent film,
but there was a lot of inconsistence things that around him.
But you can make a case for even Stroud, who's
the most accurate in this draft. It's a really interesting
draft class of quarterbacks and I think you you will
get three, you might get four that go in the
first round, and maybe even three in the top ten.
That's crazy. And we saw him Elie will As this weekend.
(12:13):
But yeah, and that might scare some teams away. But again,
Anthony richsond in my opinion, is further along. I thought
Malik Willis watching his tape was much had much more
to work on and climb and assistant he ran was
not conducive to the NFL. You see some some NFL
dropback style, you know, reads progressions, things that Anthony Richardon
(12:35):
was asked to do this year. Why do White Penn
State lose? Will have us? What happened? I mean, what
do you mean? What what happened? So Clifford didn't want
to leave the cliff dog Man, Cliff Dog was taken
over here. He might come back next year. Year. Let's
keep the party going on. Let's running back celebrated his
thirtieth birthday. I came running back. You know he might
(13:00):
come back, huh. I mean, I don't know. The quarterback
of boy and Green State might come back for a
seventy I don't know if he's gonna go back to
Boy Green which they just lost to New Mexico State yesterday,
but they he might come back for seventh years. He
saw they granted for ten not the tight end or
whatever due to injuries. Tenth year of eligibility. Really yeah,
(13:26):
tenth year. That's a lot of injuries. That's a lot,
that's a lot of times. That's a red shirt. I
mean that he's gonna be a doctor by now right.
I mean, that's that is an amazing career. That is longevity.
I wonder do you get a pension? Like did he
get fully vested at five six years? That should be
a movie, by the way, like like Van Wilder, like
(13:47):
that should basically I mean that is that that is
the biggest hustle. Let me keep getting injured. Let me
get clear, because at this point he probably doesn't play
at all. Playing that le ll you know what they
say to you know, he keeps getting older. The college
girls keep staying the same thing. Yeah, that is a
great point. That actually doesn't fly. And that and he's
(14:10):
on the football team, like that is the ultimate American
story of being a football player. I'm on the team.
I don't play, but I keep being able to play.
Like he would love football more than that guy. I mean,
and he's probably a letterman by now, right, he's letters
I would have hoped at some point. Yeah, I mean,
you gotta assume he's he's got a letterman jacket that
he's walking around with. You know that matters. He's not
(14:33):
still taking classes, right, He's got to take classes, Okay,
but but like he's already pretty much probably graduated like
five years ago, six years ago. Didn't like a liner.
When Liner went back to school was taken like dancing,
like ballroom dancing and all that. Like what kind of
class does you think this guy's taken at? Depends on
(14:54):
the school. I mean, where's the kid go to school?
He might be sophisticated staying there that long, And that's true,
he might be. He honestly came out of there with
like four degrees, and it was like, I don't know.
That's why it was a hustle to me. Let me
get these degrees, let me build these relationships. Like some
of the people that are going to hire me are
(15:15):
going to be younger than me. But I went to
do you think this will be a trend? Um man?
You know, to make it to nine ten years? I don't.
I don't think that that's a trend that will that
will happen. But you did, did you guys hear the
story of Gardner Minshew back when he was in college. Oh,
he told the story recently. Um. He talked about how
(15:36):
when he was in school, he had played in one
game and and and the red shirt rules were if
he played the next game, he he wasn't gonna be
able to come back the next year. He's gonna lose
a year of eligibility of that year, and he obviously
wanted to keep playing, and so he took a bottle
of whiskey, took a pole and a hammer and literally
was trying to smash his hand, to break his hand.
(15:57):
You could get a medical red shirt from the basic
story he said. He said he did it. He took
a big poll, was hammering his hand, couldn't break it.
Another big pull, sort of hitting his hand again, couldn't
break it. Try one more time, he said, you know
this is good enough. I want to lud to think
like he was trying to impress the ladies. You tell
(16:19):
me who loves football more, that guy or the guy
who's going to college for ten street years. The one
for ten straight years does not love football. He he
loves something else. I just wonder what it is. Yeah,
what do you think it might be? Don't know, I
do not know. I could take a couple of stands
at it. But yeah, Van Wilder and the ages don't change.
(16:45):

Quinn Jonas knocks in the here you can hang out

By the way, coming up in about twenty minutes from
now in another edition, I'm in case you missed it,
somebody who's usually in trouble in the NFL is back
in trouble. He's back in trouble again, and this will
probably hit close to home to a certain member of
this show. We'll just put it to you like that.
(18:43):
So we'll see little tease for you here twenty minutes
from now. All right, so let's go ahead and take
a look at let's see here Nathaniel hack It. Yeah,
that'll that'll wrap that up. So Nathaniel Hackett's done. The
Denver Broncos made the decision yesterday that Daniel Hackett is
uh Donzo as head coach of the football team doesn't
(19:05):
through a season and uh maybe not the most surprising
thing in the world, considering whatever the hell that bag
of turns. He rolled out and the Broncos rolled out
on Christmas day and then the fight on the the
skirmish on the sideline with Brett Rippon and Dalton Risner
and all that stuff that took place. Uh, disastrous season
(19:27):
feels like this Probably not that I can't think of
everyone's trying to put it as urban Meyer as being
a worse one year head coach. I don't even think
it's close. I think Nathaniel Hackett and this one and
done is the worst in recent NFL history as far
as the coach goes. I don't even know who who's
close to that, like maybe Bobby Petrino in Atlanta. But
(19:50):
this was a disaster from the get go, from week
one on and it just never got better for the
Denver Broncos. I will echo that for this reason. I
think when you look at the fact that the Broncos
weren't seeing that was kind of on the cusp the
playoffs and he basically got in there his head coach,
And not that their defense took a step back, and
(20:11):
I think they kind of held their own for the
large part of the season until their most recent loss
of the Rooms. But offensively, I mean it wasn't anywhere
even close. The clock management, the game management by Hacket,
it was awful early. They bring in Jerry Rossberg, who,
by the way, falls into the best position of anyone.
(20:32):
Guy wasn't even the staff before the season. Now he
ends up being the Internet head coach. I mean, we're
well for him, um, but if you think about like
where the Jags were when urban Meyer took over, it's
not like he was taking over some playoff you know,
bounder or contending team and it was gonna take some
time and they pulled out the from underneath. In this case,
(20:54):
this was a roster that I think everyone would admit,
even that the head coach they fired, they were a
quarter back away. They were right there. You brought in
Nathaniel Hackett for that reason to be able to get
this off playing at a higher level and with a
guy like Russell Wilson, who you not only traded for,
but you take on this big contract, and it never
(21:14):
looked anywhere close to what I think they needed it
to in order to ultimately be competitive not only in
that division, but just as a f C playoffs team,
given how much competition there is in that conference. And
Nathaniel Hackett's a nice guy. I think he's a smart guy,
and this is his first crack and being coach. I'm
sure he'll get another shot at some point someday. But man,
(21:37):
he's got a world of changes and kind of looking
at himself in the mirror and figuring some things out
moving forward, because this was a disaster with the team
that was primed to go to the playoffs, and I
think it's gonna be incredibly damning if whoever comes in
next turns this team playoffs inam the next year, it's
(21:58):
only gonna speak volumes about his his lack of readiness
and maybe just overall ability to be a head coach. Uh.
I'm gonna first take my victory lap, because you guys
do know I enjoy taking my victory laps when I
get them. Um, let's take it with you. I think
you asked a question not too long ago, would he
get fired in season? Would he make it out of
(22:20):
the season. I didn't think he would, and I told
you he was going he was out of there. Thank you,
thank you. I know that isn't I know, I know
that isn't on the sound sheet or anything like that.
But I'm gonna take my victory lap on that one.
I said he wasn't gonna naked delly. Why is that
a lot to cut you? That's all good, all right,
that's first, thank you, thank you, thank you. Especially this
(22:41):
late in this season, I was like, we'll just let
him finish it out and then we'll just figure it
out in the off season. And it's like, oh my god,
it's gotten worse. Here's why it's worse than than Urban,
in my opinion, is because you have unproven commodity in
your quarterback when you're coming in, like or the hype
and the excitement of getting Trevor Lawrence and getting uh
(23:05):
Urban at the same time presented a lot of excitement
and a lot of intrigue. And Jackson was picking number
one for a reason. They were terrible. Johnsonville was not good.
They were not They were not a good team in
the wins, lost column um and and then the idea
that you were going to have to develop a a
(23:25):
a phenomena quarterback um in the early early on of
their career. Whereas this was, to Brady's point, this was
a a very very competitive team. Their defense was built
built well. They had allotmy you've got three or four
receivers on on that roster, you know, to two of
(23:48):
which you could probably you know, alternate at at the
one the one receiver position if you really wanted to.
So to me, looking at where they were at and
and seeing where they are right now, you know, not
only does a lot of it, you know, fall at
the feet of the head coach, but it falls out
(24:08):
the feet of Russell Wilson. And I find it to
be interesting. Whoever comes in there is going to have
to figure out what is the balance of of your
team in terms of what are Russell Wilson's limitations as
a QB. Because now, just like we always bring up
(24:29):
Tom Brady and Bill Belichick, well you know what Tom
Brady could have went off and the exactly what Russell
Wilson did this year nothing right. And and so when
you think about it, did Russ have a bad enough
season where it put things back into perspective for him?
Maybe you took for granted the things that the coaching
(24:50):
staffs were doing to to minimize what your your ailments
were as a quarterback, your shortcomings as a quarterback, and
now is all out for consumption in a season where
you know you were brought in, you were given a
big contract. They told you you could cook and this
is what you came up with, you know. So to me,
(25:11):
I wonder if that next coach can can go to
Russ and be like, listen, man, like we're gonna do
it this way. This is how we're gonna do it,
and Russe will be more open to doing it to
try to salvage you know what what took place this year.
You don't want to have another year like this. You
just don't. If you're Russell Wilson. You can lean on
the fact that you've been two Super Bowls. You can
(25:32):
lean on the fact that you won one. You can
lean on the fact that you got a large contract.
But can you lean on the fact that you are
a guy that that knew how to get it done
and you left because they didn't trust you, or you know,
the the idea of them not buying into you the
way that you wanted them to, and you go to
to a team that seemingly did by the way they
(25:53):
paid you, and they had two pieces and you couldn't
have success. So I just wonder if that next coach
is going to have the opportunity to speak to him
in a way where you get a different rust than
what this coach did. You know, you get a more humbler,
humbler Russell Wilson, you get a more open Russell Wilson
to what it may be that they need to do
(26:14):
in order for them to be able to take steps
back forward into being a winning team. So Sean Payton
reportedly is putting together this all star coaching staff and
he's already taught how that came out, by the way, Yeah, yeah,
you know, it's weird. These things have really stirred up
a lot lately. I don't know why that is. Like,
have you guys seen Schefter's tweets lately? It just it
looks like, all right, um, who's the agent for Sean Payton?
(26:37):
All right, that guy sends him a copy paste email
and then Schefter just posted Do you think it just that? Literally,
it's it's so complimentary and so over the top about
whoever that is. It could be Sean Payton, it could
be anyone he's breaking news on, like this player suffered
an injury, but given the fact that he's got wolverine
(26:58):
blood in the system, he will be back faster than
any human being in the history of human beings that
is dealing with this particular injury and surgery, like it's
it's this, it's such an over the top thing he's
been doing lately. And Sean Payton was the first way
I noticed. I was like, really it going well, my god, like, oh,
he's putting it in an All Star to Okay, I okay,
(27:18):
that's thanks. Thanks. Than by the way, the fact that
big Fangio is going to be his defensive coordinator, you
can go ahead and next the Broncos out of the
potential suitors for for Sean Payton, what about Daniel but
but but by the way, hence the reason why that
Adam Scheffer didn't put that as part of it, because
obviously Sean Payne's eight wants to make sure that all
(27:41):
parties are open to potentially bringing in Sean Payton, you know,
getting Sean Payton as their head coach. Meanwhile, you would
think that logically, yeah, it wouldn't make sense to have
big fans you come back his infensive coordinator, unless he
really wanted to say, all right, I liked working here
and nothing living here enough, I'll go ahead and take
a lesser role to come him back. I mean, he
he obviously had the defense playing at a high level,
(28:03):
so maybe it wouldn't make some sense. But clearly Sheffterd
didn't include that dan Quinn very very he interviewed last year.
Let me let me throw this out there at you.
Whoever goes as the head coach, it's all about what
LaVar just brought up. It's all about Russell Wilson and
maximizing and the defense has been playing well now for
a while, whether it's Vic Fanjoe or either under Nathaniel
(28:26):
Hackett overo who's the you know d C. Now I
guess he turned down their head coaching job because he's
gonna interview for other head coaching jobs. But my point
is this, even if it's dan Quinn, who that offensive
coordinator higher is matters as much as anything and that
and that's kind of the odd thing about it is,
do you go on this again because you need to
(28:46):
get Russell right, And even if you hire the head coach,
everyone's still gonna be like, Okay, great, you know you
hired a great guy. Who's the offensive coordinator? You know,
how are we going to fix this offense? Like it's
still the biggest question depending on who you hire. So
maybe you lean to more an offensive minded guy, and
maybe you limited the guys who've had prior experience, so
you don't go through the issues you had with Nathaniel Hackett.
(29:08):
But then you might miss a guy like Shane Stikeen
and Philly who's done a heck of a job there,
you know, calling place to them and escheving things up.
So I think the Broncos are a little tougher spot
than maybe people think in regards to how they go
about this hiring process where they bring in because it's
all about what Russ. It's all about how he's going
to react, because he's got the cards. You've got the cards.
(29:30):
It's Two Pros and a Cup of Joe here on
Fox Sports Radio. Coming up next, there's somebody in the
NFL who's usually in trouble. Well, they're in trouble yet again,
except this one is going to hit close to home
for one member of the show. We'll tell you what
that is right here. Ont fs are be sure to
catch live editions of Two Pros and a Cup of
Joe with Brady Quinn, LaVar Errington and Jonas Knocks week
(29:51):
days at six am e sting three am Pacific on
Fox Sports Radio and the I Heart Radio. Two Pros
and a cup of Joe. Fox Sports Radio. We were
just talking about this. Yeah, it was something along those lines.
You ever have you ever been to one of their concerts.
(30:13):
I can't imagine that. I know where you're going with this. Well, okay,
So Cypress Hill had like a joint venture with this band,
Fear Factory, this metal band, and so I was at
this concert and they brought out be Real from Cypress Hill,
and like almost without even having to tell people, everyone
(30:36):
just lit up and it was there was so much
wheat in the air I had to get out of
Can you believe it? Yeah, just not my thing smells
like skunks. Everybody was left handed, was just left it up. Uh.
It is two pros and a cup of Joe. Fox
(30:57):
Sports Radio, Navar Arrington, Brady Quinn, Joe A stock for
the here by the way, coming up top and next
hour a little over ten minutes from now, we could
have a real problem for one team who now all
of a sudden has a quarterback problem moving forward as
we head into the postseason. So I'll have that for
you here on Fox Sports Radio. But right now it's
time for this. Sometimes you can't get to everything in
(31:19):
the world of sports or entertainment. Good thing. The guys
are here to bring you in case you missed it,
And for that we turned it over to our executive
producer Lead Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do
Do Lap, Hello, Fellas Lap. You want a quick random
Lee story related to what we were just talking about.
(31:40):
In high school, I filmed a documentary on paintball teams,
and one of them was the Stone Assassins, which was
be real paintball team that of course interview real the
most random human being and most have been the most inaccurate.
They were really good. They made it too. Yeah they
won the championship tournament, but they were inaccurate his stuff.
(32:01):
What made you come up with that idea for a documentary?
I had a friend who was in a paper on
a paintball team, a professional paintball team, and we did
a documentary on on the rise of professional paintball. How
did that go? Whatever happened to the rise of it?
Because I haven't heard about it? Yeah, yeah, I know,
I guess it kind of died out. No, I'm sure
it's It's actually a pretty big industry, or at least was.
(32:25):
Lee's the most random owned assassin. He's the most random
person in the history of sports radio did a document
Paintball Team. Every his Hale assassin, I've worridly for ten years.
Every single time he's got a new story, he's never
thought to bring up at any point during the show,
like just do the most random little If you were
(32:47):
at that concert showed us was that, would you have left? No?
I would. I would have been right in the left
handed too. I've been to a Cypress Hill concert before. Yes, okay, alright,
fellas in case you missed it. Um, the Commanders are
planning an event this uh, this January one against the Browns.
(33:07):
Are gonna be honoring the Hogs. That's right, the offensive
line from the latest eighties early nineties of ours Commanders.
The only problem is the Hogs are suing Dan Snyder saying,
this is a brand new franchise, brand new team. We
don't want them affiliating themselves with the Hogs. We want
our compensation for our blood and sweat. Yeah that. I
think the Taylor families should do the same exact thing, though,
(33:30):
because what they're doing is they're they're leveraging. They're leveraging
the most beloved aspects of what it represents to the
fan base to try to get through this, like it's
very disingenuous what they're doing. What they're doing is disingenuous.
So if you're gonna use the Hogs to try to
get people to come or take the attention off of
(33:50):
other things, then compensate them. Some speculate they might be
unveiling a new mascot which may be associated with the Hogs.
Again really so that's why this has been sparked up. Yes,
they want to get this out or they don't have
about they don't have one. They used to have the Indian,
(34:11):
but now you can't do the India. We're just gonna
they died too a few a few days left in
the year. We just can't get out clean, like we
gotta thank you Jesus. Well, that's why the Hogs want
to be paid, because you know, you can't use what
they were. You can't say their name. I mean you
can say that, yeah, you can't say the work. Well,
you can't say the pork. You can't say bacon. You can,
(34:35):
but again, that is what the team is associated with,
the Hogs. You know Joe Gibbs. They already tried Joe
Gibbs as a good will deal and brought him back.
You know, he had to end up leaving. And now
they're you know, they're just trying to reeling. Man, what
was with the guys dressing up like women? I wonder
(34:56):
if they still do remember that? Well, that's the Hogs.
The Hog Gets was like a fan group that would
go to games and they would everything. They would dress
like women, and they would wear pig snouts. They would
sit in the crowd like big big Bertha dresses like
like the big old Like, yeah, I can't I can't
imagine why they're struggling to get people in that plane,
(35:17):
you know. And just so people understand that, I'm not
being a total total hater or jerk about it. If
they just did things the proper way, it would be fine.
If you want to if you want to leverage Sean
to to your your you know, your game, then just
do it properly. If you're going to to leverage the
Hogs and and use them to you know, try to
(35:39):
get things moving, then do it properly. Playing it properly.
Speak to the right people, make sure that everybody is
is in in the know and understanding of what's going on.
And it's very clear they don't do that, like very
You're very disjointed saying the Sean Taylor statue was unacceptable. Yeah,
I mean, I mean our statue with the bannequts a mannequin,
(36:05):
like they just they just unveiled Drknovitski's uh statue. That's
a statue with a step back. Yeah, that's a statue.
You know that that right there? You know what they
did they removed the curtain from it. You know why,
because they only needed a curtain. Yeah, you know, there
was no display case. I've never heard of a statue
(36:27):
being in a display case, have you know, it's supposed
to be a statue about the statue. And then they
were just like, oh no, we're gonna throw this together quick.
Let someone that want to go down to the dealers
down the street and grab a mannequin a department store.
And then now if you do a statue, is like,
oh my bad. You're right, we should have did a statue.
(36:49):
So here it is. By the way, that's one of
Brady Quinn's top movies. Mannequin definitely one of my top movies.
But I think you know a certain era, yeah, you genre,
She's not wrong. Within it's like where it's science. What
was the song that was in That was the famous
song We'll get It. Fox Sports Radio has the best
