should be. Who the hell's fired up here on a
Thursday morning? Huh? Come on? After those Bowl games? Goodness,

(01:27):
it is damn right trying to figure out what Jason
Bean was thrown at. But they you know, we're not
gonna pick on a guy. He's in there trying to
make a play at the end. That's if you If
for anyone who didn't see that play, a little a
little controversial play called to begin with. Okay, Andy Coddle
Neck is the offensive coordinator for Kansas. See there as

(01:50):
creative as they come, you know. So Jason Bean is
the backup quarterback. However, Jaylen Daniels, so at one point
for Kansas was like a Heisman candidate. They were footing
nominal to begin the season. He gets hurt, hurt hurts
his shoulder, so Bean takes over. They kind of have
a significant drop off. Even when Daniels came back into
the season, still wasn't the same, but they would use

(02:11):
like it's really really unique, like they would use both
quarterbacks in the game at the same time. So the
play call was a reverse basically on the three yard
line and when Bean comes around once he gets the ball,
it felt like he had a blocker and then maybe
he had a window to like make it one of
those there goes Mo and he dives in the end

(02:36):
zone and instead he flipped the ball. I mean it
was I don't know who. It looked like he threw
it away. It was like a second down in gold
He's like, well, I don't want to turn it over
in the red zone and someone throw it away. Looked
like it looked like he thought he saw Lavari Anton
coming at him. He's like, and he just like back
the end zide, like that's that's the only explanation I have.

(02:59):
As he saw the ghost of LaVar Area saying out
there on the field. Yeah, I mean, between that and
the Holiday Bowl, I'd like to know who thought the
playing service at the Holiday Bowl was was up to snuff.
It was like, who who saw that and said, you
know what, that's okay to play football game on. Even
my wife was watching and she asked, why are they
playing on that. I was like, I don't know, I

(03:20):
have no idea, but there they were that that was
a fun game too. You saw Oregon in North Carolina
going at it. Congratulations to the Ducks. But yeah, I
don't I don't understand. I get it's a bowl game
and the Padres aren't playing like that's the best you
can roll out on those conditions. It just it seemed
like somebody must have missed something there. Supposedly the c

(03:42):
i F is who controls the field, so so very
very similar to Chicago Bears and their field being controlled
by I believe like the City of Chicago, Parks and
wreck or whateverever the name is for it. LaVar, are
you surprised that the c i F would be responsible
for a field service? Is looking like that. I'm not
going to get into that from that. Yeah, it's not

(04:10):
not ideal. Um. All right, So yesterday in the final
hour of the program, we talked about it's just like
a little hypothetical, you know, a little hypothetical. Hey, what
if you know, if a team wanted to make a
move in the NFL, they wanted to go in a
different direction. What if, you know, like for example, what
if the Raiders decided, you know what, we've had enough

(04:33):
of this whole Derek Carr experience, and maybe we could
save some money if we keep him healthy towards the
end of the season and we don't have to you know,
guarantee is forty million dollars or whatever it is because
of an injury. And then you know, if we could
we take a little like five point six million dollar
cap hit if we end up dealing him, but he's
got a passive physical Simply just a what if scenario?

(04:54):
What's the plan to finish out the season, Because josh
McDaniels was a little critical about the passing game for
allowing the Christmas Eve disaster at Acupuncture Stadium in Pittsburgh
and which Derek Carr threw three interceptions. Just simple hypothetical question,
just to what if. And then a few hours later,
Joshua Daniel stepped up to the podium and he had
this to say, had a good conversation with the quarterbacks

(05:16):
this morning. We're gonna go ahead and and start Jarrett
on the last couple of games of the season. Here,
none of us is happy with where we're at, but
we think it's an opportunity to you know, evaluate a
younger player who hasn't had much time to plug into Derek,
who was great. You know, he understands, uh, the scenario
that we're in and the situation and UM, very supportive

(05:38):
of the two young guys that those three guys of
us have worked together hand in hand all year and
you know he'll do anything he can to help him. Well,
I mean, where do you start. You gotta follow what
Q said yesterday though right like he said, we said
it when the conversation some point came up with Heineke

(06:02):
and went and it's like, why do you even bring
it up? And then boom, Josh McDaniels brings up the
quarterback situations, like okay, why even bring it up? And
even though it didn't seem believable, you know, foreseeable, maybe perceivable, Um,
he brought it up and and his prex conference and
and so we should have just followed followed what what

(06:23):
the standard protocol of we're going to bench our starting
quarterback now? And and that seems to be um how
it all played out. All right, let me lay this
out for you guys. First off, I was dead wrong
because look, Josh M. Daniel was traded for me back
when he was in Denver, and I always felt like,
regardless of the circumstances, he was always trying to be competitive.

(06:44):
This is not that move to be competitive. This is
a business move in two ways. It's a business move
to eliminate any potential chance they've got to pay the
forty point four million dollars that would be owed to
Derek or if he couldn't pass a physical. I believe
it's three or four days after the Super Bowl. Okay,

(07:06):
So that's what stated within his contract. So has everything
to do with that, very similar to why Matt Ryan's
not playing Indianapolis. Even though he's had a bad year,
he still gives them a better chance than the alternatives there.
But it's all about not having to pay him a
huge sum of money if he can't about pass a physical.
So that's what this is about. And and they obviously

(07:27):
can move on from him after the season, whether it's
you know, releasing him or potentially trading him. And we
can get to that later. But you can't tell me
that Derek Carr doesn't give them the best chance to
win football games and that Jared Stidham gives them a
better chance. I don't care that Derek Carr's leading the
league and interceptions at fourteen. By the way, right now,

(07:47):
fourteen we've seen guys throw thirty. Okay, I mean Jamis
Winston led the league in passing yards and through thirty interceptions.
This doesn't even half that, all right, And and again
he's in a new system all that stuff. So let's
you know, he's played bad, but guess what, he has
been the worst quarterback this year in that division? Has he?

(08:07):
Probably not? I think that title goes to Russell Wilson
this year. So we could say whatever we want about
Derek Carr's play. He's the career leader in passing yards,
in touchdowns. Last year in that place was a flipping circus.
You know who stepped up in front of mic every
single time, Derek Carr. That's the guy who represented that team.

(08:30):
I think this is such a bad, bad way and
move of handling this and handling him because it's unfair
for everything that he's been through. You know, he's had
the worst defense over his career in Las Vegas, not
even a number one receiver consistently until this year, and
maybe a Marie Cooper one year, and he's dealt with

(08:50):
all that crap in a bad organization. I hope he
goes somewhere where he's got a chance for success to
see what if he can do it, but too just
to at least give him the ability to have a
send off that way, because this is not the way
you treat a guy who literally reset the record books
and helped you, you know, maintain any sort of competitiveness whatsoever,

(09:13):
given all the lack of help, talent, whatever you wanna
call it around him throughout his career there. So it's
a it's an ugly move, and it obviously keeps them,
you know, not only with the ability to sign a
guy like I don't know, Tom Brady, who's gonna become
a free agent, but it also gives them a top
ten pick, and if they lose the next two games,
it was squarely give them maybe a top eight pick,

(09:34):
top seven or six pick, depending on how things finish out.
So you can see from the business standpoint why they
did it. But it's so disrespectful to me to Derek
Carr and everything he's given them. Vic Tafer of The
Athletic reported that his understanding is that Josh McDaniels and
the front office there when they had come together and

(09:55):
talked about what to do at quarterback, and they wanted
to continue with Derek carrs the starter. And this is
more of a Mark Davis move that Mark Davis stepped
in and said no, we're going to go in this
direction here. So you think that that's true, Yeah, that
that's that's because you don't want to take the blame
as a as a you know, coach, because you talk
with those players more than the owner. The owner can

(10:16):
do whatever they want. They don't, for the most part,
not really have to take those pullets. I I don't
know that I believe a lot of that. That's a
bad look if if that's what it is. Um, here's
my thing. Like I said about coach Slah and how
he handled Zach Wilson situation, people respect you more if

(10:37):
they feel like there's some genuineness connected to what it
is that that's taking place. Derek Carr has not played
well and and and that's just it is what it is.
The team has not played well. If if Josh McDaniels
wants to be in preservation, self preservation mode, or even
team preservation mode by saying, I wanna, you know, identify

(11:02):
what we have in our young talent and and this
is the direction we're going in. Can't I can't say.
I'm I'm terribly like set off by it. And I
guess he did say that. I guess he did say it,
and in his press conference. I'm not terribly upset because

(11:23):
they're not going to make the playoffs. They did have
a disappointing year. And I think what's more more in
in debate than anything else is if Josh McDaniels has
the ability to be a head coach. I think that's
the biggest question right now. And to make a move
and make a decision that almost in a way, it

(11:45):
places the disappointment of this season at at your quarterback's feet.
By by benching him the way that you did, I mean,
are you benching everybody else on the team? You know?
The one thing that I've always find to be kind
of curious is, oh, we're gonna bench him so we
can see what our younger talent has. Well, you have
that at every position So are you going to do

(12:08):
that with with everybody? Are you gonna do that with
all your starters? Like, we're gonna just bench all our starters.
It's been a disappointing year. You know, we all could
have did better. We're we're going to test out some
new talent and see what we have on this team.
We're gonna activate guys off the practice squad roster, We're
just gonna we're gonna play. We're just gonna play all
younger players and see what we have on our roster.

(12:29):
And in theory, that should be how you handle a
situation like this. It's not pinpointing one position, the most
important position, the leader of your team, the pillar in
your community, the guy who has has been there and
has weathered all the storms with this team. But that's
what he did, and and so to me, the team

(12:52):
has underperformed. You have underperformed as a coach. If you're
doing self preservation, just you're not gonna say I'm I'm
not doing as a hey coach, So you know whatever,
whatever for the rest of the rest of the seasons.
This is a focal point of placing the blame solely
at deir Car's feet and saying this season didn't go

(13:14):
the way that it went because of poor play by
our quarterback. That's what it says to me. You're you're
you're trying to give yourself a little bit more time
by yourself, a little bit more runway. If you're to hey, coach,
what's the move for car Because there's gonna be suitors, correct,
I mean, there's gonna be teams out there. They're gonna
be interested in wanting to acquire Derek car I would
imagine because if you look at the other options that

(13:36):
are out there, Tom Brady, he's significantly younger than Brady.
He's got, you know, more more left in the tank,
so to speak, than Tom Brady does like some of
the other veteran options that are out there, it feels
like there's gonna be a market for Derek Carr. But
if that's the case, what what what is the Raiders
move here? Is it you go and bringing a Brady
or are you trying to move up in the draft

(13:56):
and try and get one of these teams who's looking
for a quarterback, whether it be Indianapolis or somebody else
that's picking in the top five of the draft. Because
you want to take one of these young quarterbacks. It
feels like if that's the If that's the case, then
all of a sudden, whatever you've been building in Las Vegas,
now you kinda are throwing it all in the hands
of a younger quarterback. I'm just curious to see what

(14:18):
their plan is, like, what the move is this offseason
for the Raiders as far as where they go in
this direction, because I can imagine it's probably not gonna
be Jared's did him? But who knows, maybe wows him
in the final two games of the regular season. Maybe
they want to roll with Jared's did him. I'm just
curious to see what their move is next to quarterback
because if cars not it after you gave him a
contract extension this offseason, what's the plan. It just feels

(14:42):
like we're born back to the same old mess that
they've been for the last twenty years. It just that's
that's what stands out to me in regards to you know,
victafor reporting that what's Mark David's decision, Well, that's two
bad decisions then, because you extend to them and now
you're just gonna go ahead and bench them. And and
by the way, for a guy who you know, was
was everything for this organization last season, which, mind you,

(15:03):
as a playoff organization in large part because of him,
and took all the bullets and stood him there for
the media and try to handle everything as as best
you could with grace. You know you now just said yeah,
you can go home, like you don't need to be
a part of the state in the last two weeks,
and and maybe Derek Carr was was so ticked off.
He was like, I don't want to be around you guys.
This how you're gonna, you know, handle things, And that's

(15:25):
what I'm sort of hearing from some of the guys
who've been around the organization. It's just a bad look, man,
it really is. I think for Mark Davis if that's
how he's handling it, but even for Josh McDaniels, because
you would have to think that you know him and
Ziegler obviously their general manager had had to have come
up and said, hey, Mark, we want to make sure
you're aware of this and and this is the risk

(15:46):
that you would run. You know, by the way we're
drafting ninth currently, we we could be drafting the seven
or six s pop if we lose the next two games.
So let's go ahead and make sure we can do
that in order to preserve our future and what we
feel like it's gonna be best for this roster. I mean,
and for a guy who walks around with doll hair
calling it a bad look for Mark Davis, that's saying something,
you know, like that really is saying something. So it's

(16:08):
unfortunate for Raiders fans. And and sorry, Burto, I know
you're disappointed with this. Before Burto says, they think he's
gonna say, good, get out of you want to want
to take guesses what you guys? All right, let's guess
what Burna is gonna say. All right, so you got
bum Brady, I'm gonna say about damn time? What do

(16:29):
you got LaVar? Oh no, no, okay, I don't know.
Well that died on the vine, all right, So Burto,
what is it? I don't care. That's kind of close
to what I said. Yeah, so Burto, you're okay, losing
the last two games to get a better draft kick,
then they're not gonna make the playoffs. Yeah, I get

(16:49):
I get that, but this so then you lose the
next two games, you get a better draft pick. Do
you really trust them to draft a guys who would
change the fortune of your franchise, or you back Tom Brady. All, uh,
it's not John Gruden is doing the drafting, right, So
obviously it was John Gruden the old administration doing the draft,
And yeah, I would definitely be worried about it. So
I want to see what Brad Zieler can do in

(17:11):
the draft. Are you? Are you on the Tom Brady
your bandwagon? You think they're getting a side up? I
think they're gonna get Tom Brady or I think it's
gonna be Jimmy g one of those two guys, and
then they'll probably draft the quarterback. What about Josh McDaniels.
I'm not on the job. I'm not on the Josh
McDaniels train, but I want to see what he can do.
But I want to see what I want to see

(17:32):
what Brad Zigler and him could do in the draft.
See how about that? Trying to be positive Josh McDaniels.
His track record speaks for itself, but we gotta see
what he does with a different quarterback. What about this though?
You get Brady and you get drunk and then Gronk
all of a sudden starts to roll out a new

(17:53):
club in Vegas. Do it? Yeah, you got the whole
family out there, fist pumping, rusting curls working on the
Statue of Liberty. Uh, New York, New York. Just I mean,
come on, man, Burt, let's make this happ whole Gronkowski

(18:13):
family like ground climbing up the side of the luxe
or and doing like a crowd dive off it. I mean,
come on, this is this is perfect for the Raiders.
You guys might not win any games. Yeah, thank you
Derek Carr for your service, but you were pure trash
lasts only give up eighteen points during that stretch, and

(18:38):
they've been they've been better than last six games. Hey.
By the way, if Gronk comes in, So now you've
got Gronk, you've got Foster Morrow, and you've got Darren Waller.
I mean that's a hell of a three headed monster
and tight end Adams Hunter renfro Yeah, come on, man,
anybody out there like this year. Yeah, but let's not
talk about that. Derek Carr, not at all. Kid. Let's

(19:00):
give Derek car more excuses. Yeah. Yeah, I mean, honestly say,
I'll go as far as eye has injuries, right, everything,
that they've had the worst defense since Derek car has
been there. That's not even debatable. It's fact. They're thirty
second over the period of time that Derek car has
been there, they've had the worst defense. Yeah, yeah, let's

(19:21):
let's give their defensive pass. I'm not giving their defensive pass,
and I'm just saying that it's okay, But burto it's
been the worst defense over his entire career with the
Raiders that he's been there seconds and then the worst
Derek Carr has played in his career, which is not
that bad considering again, other quarterbacks have thrown in the season.
But the way, but can we just say, well, we

(19:44):
just say also, by the way, that's a good point.
Can we also give a little bit of credit and
a round of applause that fourteen interceptions is now the
leader in the NFL? Because back in the day, it
really remember Eli Manning through like twenty two and that
wasn't a shorter see Eason Brett Farve through like twenty two.
Guys are thrown into twenties all the time. Four teens

(20:05):
were at four teams. By the way, it's gonna be
where we end at least for car because he's not
playing the last But by the way, go look at
Aaron Rodgers stats right now and compare with the Derek carrs.
They're not You can think for Derek Carr about him not.
It's a new system. Howcome mag Jones was good last
year as a rookie under that system? On there? Josh
mc daniels, was he good that last year, but he

(20:27):
was better than all those other rookie quarterbacks. He played
pretty well in it. But they also had a lot
of things going for them. Were they running the football
better last year? Too? Was their offensive wasn't their offensive
line play watch off like the leader in the league? Yeah?
And also the Raiders offensive line was actually worse laster
than it is this year. He's been stacked more times

(20:48):
last year. I'm asking the question though, that wasn't wasn't
the Patriots offense better last year? But was it due
to a lot of other things too? That they had
a more consistent running game, better offensive line play? I
think the whole thing is unfortunate. I mean, man, I
don't even care that there is to the board like

(21:11):
six games ago. So yeah, and that's the most important
thing here. All right, let's start wasting eight dollars to four.
You can't you can't be a baracco if Derek. It
is Two Pros and a Cup of Joe here Fox
Sports Radio, LaVar Arrington, Brady Quinn, Jonas Knocks, and you
can hang out with us as always on the I
Heart Radio app. So we're gonna take you all the

(21:33):
way up until nine am Eastern times, six o'clock Pacific
coming up next though basically later on tonight. It's kind
of a waste of time. It's kind of a waste
of time in the National Football League. We will explain
why that's coming up here on Fox Sports Radio. Be
sure to catch live editions of Two Pros and a
Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LaVar Arrington and Jonas

(21:53):
Knocks week days at six am Easter three am Pacific
on Fox Sports Radio and the I Heart the North
Hills High I mean, why not seven plates on each side?
I mean, why not a little combination plates of food,
a little squat I mean these days, I mean, I'm

(22:19):
glad Burdos with me. He understands my daily struggle in
my battle stop. You look great. That's why I delivered
so many Tamali's to me. And by the way, lavari
a tune. Who is gonna be bouncing around the country
going from bowl game to bowl game? It's the life
of a Hall of famers. What that is? Peach Bowl?

(22:39):
Rose Bowl? How you want a dog? Close casket? So
I'm talking about all right? It is two pros and
a cup of Joe. Here Fox Sports Radio, Lavarrington, Brady Quinn,
Jonas knocks thieves. So we have kind of a different
setup for the show today. Coming up in about fifteen
minutes from now, we are going to do over under its.
Normally we do in case you missed it, but we

(23:00):
got over unders coming up later on. We've also got
some picks against the spread, last opportunity this week to
pick against the spread. I am hearing some reports that
we will mix in the college football playoff games as
well too, in those picks against the spread. Cop Yeah, listen,
Bullapaloosa and over unders and in picks against the spread,
how about that they'll sprinkle it in there. Um alright, So,

(23:23):
speaking of picks against the spread, a lot of people
like the Dallas Cowboys coming up later on. It is
Thursday night football. You've got the Cowboys. You've got the Titans,
and you're look at it and you go, well, these
are two teams. So the Cowboys already in the playoffs.
Tennessee is trying to battle for the postseason. And you
think of yourself, all right, well, I mean, this is
a great game. Al Michael's there's no way he's gonna

(23:44):
get piste off calling this game on Amazon, only to
find out that it doesn't really matter for the Titans,
you know, like this game it really doesn't matter, So
they're resting like eight players. Derrick Henry's doubtful. Obviously, we
know the Ryan Tannehill situation, and so Tennis he goes
into this game and they're just kind of like, kay, whatever,
let's try and get healthy for Week A team because

(24:04):
they're gonna play Jacksonville and that's gonna be for the
a f C South Crown. So we'll watch it because
it's football. But it kind of is a little bit
of waste of time. Like it feels like Dallas is
the only team here that's got something to lose because
Tennessee and the way they're playing this for next week's
game against Jacksonville. That's what it feels like. I would
phrase that they have something to gain. There's nothing Tennessee

(24:25):
can gain in this game. Everything is on the line
for them week a team when they play Jacksonville, and
that's gonna be for the division and a shot to
get the playoffs. So that's the only thing that matters
for Dallas. Though they still can get the number one
overall see in the NFC, they can still win the
NFC East. All that's there for them. They've gotta win
out and they obviously need help, I believe in order

(24:45):
to get the number one overall see, they need San
Francisco and Minnesota drop one of the next two. They
need Filly to drop the next two um and then
obviously what they would have to win out. But it's
it's still a possibility to this point. You know, we
don't know that Jalen Hurts is gonna start this week,
or if the Eagles would be even be able to
beat the Saints if Minshew's starting, So it's still out

(25:06):
there for him. That's why I think a lot of
people think if your Dallas, you know, the win last
week was great, you beat Philly, it was a tight
game to a degree against Garden Minshew. If you really
go back to the last three games. They should have
been beaten by Houston that was a close, close win.
They got beat by Jacksonville and which then they have

(25:30):
a close win over a backup like you kind of
need that dominating performance. Do you not, like, do you
not should you beat a team on a short week
that's not playing Derrick Henry that's gonna have a backup
quarterback that hasn't even thrown for over a hundred yards
so far. I mean, shouldn't you pound this team if
your Dallas, just to make sure you can build that
momentum going into Week eight teams? Yeah, But if I

(25:51):
were to ask you, like LaVar, if I were to
ask you, there's one team in the NFL that's gonna
have a major letdown in a spot like this, who
which team would you guess that would be? You would
say it would be Dallas. But it's not. But it's not.
It's not well, I mean, that's just their track record.
They're they're gonna let you down. Um listen. But I

(26:11):
don't think as this week, you know, I don't think
it's against this outfit. Derrick Henry is the catalyst of
this team. You don't play Derrick Henry. You can expect
them to lose to any team or look at the
worst team in the league. They would probably beat Tennessee
with Tennessee's current team. So I tend to I felt

(26:34):
like last week was that week they needed to have
a show me game. I just think they need to
win this game. Just win, because again, you do need
help to be able to to get UM the division.
You do need help to be able to get that
number one seed. I think it's a long shot for
them to get that number one seed UM, but to

(26:56):
continue to win to win out UM. I I want
to say it is important, but I just don't see
them getting the number one seed. So at this point,
it's just get in and and for what it's worth,
they may end up getting a more favorable matchup going
in as as a wild card versus going in as

(27:19):
as a number one. I mean, I guess you get
a bye week. Yeah, but yeah, I mean, but still
you're gonna get a pretty It's possible you get a
favorable first round, like you know, first round matchup against
Tom Brady and Tampa Bay. You're gonna discredit the seven
and eight Buccaneers like that. How dare you, I actually am. Yeah.

(27:41):
You know, it's funny. You can make the same case
um for the other other conference in the FC, Like
right now it Chargers and Ravens are jockeying for the
number five positions. Ravens are currently in that spot, but
everyone wants to be that five seed because if you
do have to play in the wild card round, you
get to play against the winner of ThEC South, which

(28:03):
is you know, Tennessee, the Jacksonville jack What's with the
South's Like, can't they figure this out? Like why are
the South so so much worse than every other division
in football? It's really depressing. Like, you know, if the
Raiders played in this any South this year, they probably
would wanted to visit damn right, they would have their
car be going to a Pro Bowl right now. I
don't know about that. They're bad. I don't know they're

(28:27):
that bad. Well, Alberto's fine because uh, you know, he
was looking at somebody's Instagram before the show. He's a
good I was was pretty top heavy, we'll say this
year yeah yeah, the top two. Yeah we're the top two.
The bottom two were the bottom two. Yeah, it's too bad.

(28:47):
It is too pros to cut with Joe here on
Fox Sports Radio, LaVar Arrington, Brady Quinn, Jonas knocks with you.
So for those of you out there, you degenerate, flunkey
gamblers that are looking for some action right now, we're
seeing the Cowboys is a twelve point favorite in most places,
twelve to twelve and a half. That's incredible. I mean
I watched saw it at ten at one point um
and it's crept up two tens. So that was yesterday.

(29:10):
That's crazy. Yeah. So I mean, like like having to
depend on Dallas to cover you on a twelve point
spread is really a vulnerable position to be in. Like
that's be but it probably will that you imagine if
they lose. I mean, for anyone, for anyone who watched
the last week's game versus Houston, all right, they could

(29:32):
not do. I mean, Derrick Henry still want it for
over twenty yards. It's just Milik Willis is not ready
and he really struggles. They're just so one dimensional. If
you eliminate Henry and the way the defense is played
now it's just it's ben't bill battle. It really will
be there should be, but against the NFL, you never know.

couple of Joe Fox Sports Radio, Navar Arrington, Brady Quinn,
Jonas knocks of the Here. You can hang out with
us as always on the I Heart Radio apps coming
up top the next hour, little over ten minutes from
now from the entire rack dot com studios. We do
have one team in the NFL who is putting the
fate of their season potentially in somebody you wouldn't expect,

(31:22):
So we will get into that for you here again
a little over ten minutes from now on Fox Sports Radio.
Over right, now, it's time for something we do every
single week, but with a little twist. It's called this
time to put your money where your mouth is. You
know you lion life. It's over under alright, so obviously

(31:43):
moving stuff around normally this is engase you missed it,
but we've got over unders. We've gotta get to Lee
had last week, go what do we get? Last week
was quite a turnaround for Jonas. Jonas had a four
and one week which brought him neck and neck in
the tie with you, Brady, you guys have a four
game lead on LaVar. Quit. Come on, LaVar, you can't LaVar.

(32:05):
You had a good week last week as well. You
were three and two. Yeah whatever, Hey, who picked for
me last week? In this? You did? Uh? Yeah? If
you did it? I think you did. Sure, I mean
hesitating because it wait a second head for you. I mean, yeah,

(32:26):
Brady pick last week? Yeah? You Usually when I have
an awful week, either just go side I side with
Jonas or Lee picks. It's one of the two. Yeah,
that's so insulting. That's so disrespectful to me, knowing how
successful I am as a sports better, you're gonna air
me out like that and tell a lie on the
air like you're gonna you're really going to do that now?

(32:46):
And you're ten games below listen, ten nine? What's the difference?
You know what I mean? All right, Well, that's fine,
but there, you know, season's not over yet. We got,
you know, a few more to play with. But the
point being, fight lead to lap and and lead to
lapse calculations. I do not need to be questioned here.
It feels like Lee was on the up and up

(33:07):
with this, and I had a very dominant performance last week.
It feels like I'm finding my stride here and LaVar
still within striking distance. You know, shut up, Jonas Cheez,
don't know. Don't try to play me, don't don't don't
play me close like that, Jonus. Okay, I'm going, but
I'm going to lead the lap. All right, you're only

(33:28):
five games behind. You gotta say that I rolled the
r on my name though, you can do it. I'm
all right, I'm I contribute now. Alright, alright, let's go, guys,
we gotta We're gonna start with Thursday football between Cowboys

(33:51):
at the Titans. Passing yards for Malik Willis nine and
a half. I'm taking the under. Yeah, that line has
been so bad. Micah Parsons. She might have two sacks
in the first half, but it depends how much they throw.
But but they've got a throw, right, I'll take the over.

(34:14):
You know, our friends listening on the zone in Nashville.
I'm showing some support from Elik Willis later on tonight.
He's a great kid man. He just he needs more time.
You know, he's he's up. He's dealing with tough circumstances.
You know, one would have helped him, is A. J. Brown.
I think that might help. Yeah, at some point. What
else we got? All right, a little foreshadowing from you, Brady,

(34:36):
their number of sex from Micah Parsons out a half,
dealing with the hand injury over the fact that it's
so low it's kind of kind of strange. Yeah, I'm
gonna take the under. Do you think it's that? And
the fact that Nick Vos has locked up the defensive
player of the year. Oh, you're already calling it. I
mean he should have had three sacks last week. I'm

(34:59):
taking the all right, all right, guys, a little change
of pace. We got some Bowl action. We're gonna start with. Yeah,
Minnesota versus Syracuse in the Pinstripe Bowl at Yankee Stadium.
Over under in this game is forty four. Oh, that's
a tough one. So Shan Tucker, who's been leading Russia
for Syracuse, not playing in this one. So a lot
of pressure on Garrett Straighter, who's actually he's not only

(35:22):
the second leading Russia, he's their quarterback more of a
dual threat. Guy. Uh, Minnesota is really good against the run.
Mohammad Ibraham, who I believe is still scheduled to play
this game, should be able to carry the loads. So
I'm gonna say, God the weather to be a factor,
I'm gonna say it's the over. I'm going with the ore.

(35:44):
Minnesota took part in the lowest scoring game of the
season in college football that the quarterback play has been
a's been a carousel. But again, it's at Yankee Stadium
and there's a lot of runs that are scored there
with that short porch. I'm gonna take the over here, Lee. Alright, fellas, Oh,
Oklahoma versus Florida State in the Cheese At Bowl over
under in that game is cheese. It suck. Berno, that's

(36:07):
the thing you've ever said. I'm taking over on this one. Um.
Dylan Gabriel back in familiar confines used to play a UCF.
They're in they're in Orlando. Um, I think Florida State's
gonna win this. I'll say I'll take the over. By
the way, who's the kid that transferred from Oklahoma State

(36:29):
to Oklahoma yesterday? They've got people off up. Yeah, how
about that old strategy. You know, I'm gonna go across
across state. It's gonna gulam pretty interesting. Um, you know what,
because it's cheese it's and they're you know, without a doubt,
that number one crash in the world. There's no such
thing as a cheese It's it's just cheese at crackers

(36:50):
or cheese. It okay because because it's the cheese At Bowl,
I'm gonna go ahead and I'm gonna take the overly
because you can never have too many cheese. It's think
does he and she's she's a crackers doesn't mean that
the game will be too cheesy to walk. Yeah, let's

(37:17):
one fellas. We've got Texas versus Washington in the Valero
Alamo Bowl. Sixty seven and a half is over over.
No Pi, Sean Robinson, No Roshan Johnson, Quinn, you were
just gonna have to light this thing up. Kitlin to boar.
Washingtons did a great job. Penics is one of the
most prolific passers. Texas defense is struggle a time. So

(37:37):
I'm gonna take you over. By the way, Penox has
got a hose out him. Huh he does. His arm
is good too. H My gosh, I don't even act
like you weren't trying to go. That guy's got a
rope on him. I'm gonna play the long Bowl on this,

(37:57):
I'm gonna go with the over two yea. Well, based
on the new information that Brady handed out, I gotta
take the over. I mean I was unaware of this.
I still end up. That is the type of scouting
you get from the face of big new Kickoff Brady Klan.
