of controversy that came out of it. We're also going

National Football League. A major trade maybe happening this offseason.

the way tire buying should be. So Super Bowl fifty
seven is set. It's the Andy Reid Bowl. We're gonna
get the Chiefs, We're gonna get the Eagles, and we're
gonna break down everything that we saw yesterday. But we
(01:28):
got to start with the game last night because I
don't know if it's possible, but the NFL has got
to figure out a way to get these two teams
together every single season. That is a fantastic game every time.
It's always close, and great officiating throughout, no controversies whatsoever,
no complaints from Bengals fans or the Bengal fan base
(01:49):
at all. In the Kansas City Chiefs are on the
way to another super messages to me. He even left
a voice message at one point in time. I think
it was to the to the I guess tune of
I hope those referees go home and that at night
a little can I ask you start because um, you know,
(02:14):
and any time you talk about officiating, it always is controversial.
At times it feels like an excuse. There's car calls
that are made that help your team, there's calls that
aren't made that maybe help your team, and there's calls
that are made that hurt, you know, in both those
instances or non calls. I thought this was as poorly
(02:35):
of an officiated though conference championship weekend as the NFL
has had in a while. And I'm not saying that
for one specific team. Sincinnati had their chances that The
reality is it came down to a couple of things. Um,
the d line for Kansas City got after the Bengals
offensive front. You can't expect to not run the football
(02:57):
and sack Burrow. At many times, I expect to win
a game. I'm not narrow head down on the road.
And then and I thought my home was played gutsy.
He did exactly what he needed to do when he
needed to do it. So give that the Chiefs coaching staff,
which I thought they outcoached Cincinnati um schematically. The way
they went about isolating Chris Jones and finding ways to
(03:19):
get him on identity on the right tackle on that side,
and then even just moving him around some the other pieces.
They they they found ways of getting to Joe Burrow
and they did just a better job all the way around.
That was not the Bengals best effort compared to the
divisional round. So, um, we could talk about officiating, but
I'll just generally say this though, I thought the way
(03:43):
it was officiated, how it was communicated at every step
was awful and a bad look for the NFL. And
again I'm not saying this from caring for any team
that was involved. It was just awful, Like the the
whole miscommunication on the third down, the end up replaying.
I don't care if you were a fan of Cincinnati
(04:04):
or can't sit at that point, you should be thinking
if this happened to my team, I'd be frustrated too.
Like they read an entire play and then the officials
come back to say, well, the play before was an
incomplete pass. The clock should have stopped. Once we reset
the play clock, the game clock started as well. The
(04:26):
backline judge ran in to try to stop the play,
no one heard him, so the play went on, and
someone followed up in the press pool about what the
parotical protocol procedure is, and it's like, yeah, at some
point there has to be a rule for a fishing
Like if you can't stop a play, we can't unsee
what happened, like we can't change and the way the
game could play out. God for abid of player gets
(04:46):
hurt on that play. Like all those things kind of
get thrown up in the air. It seems like there
is a huge I don't I don't know if it's
a misstep or if there's a missing link to how
some of these calls are made. But even going the
earlier in the day, the DeVante Smith completion, that clearly
was an incompletion the way that can turn momentument a game. Ultimately,
(05:06):
it probably wouldn't have mattered, but had pretty stayed in
had you actually been up a throw a pass, you know,
maybe that does change the outcome. I don't know, but
it's or still doing this, like we still have issues
of efficient. It's mind boggling, it really is. That was
a lot. Uh, I'll say this, it was a hell
(05:27):
of a game that that Cincinnati, Yeah, Kansas City was
a hell of a game, and with with is as
poorly as as Kansas City as poorly. To me as
I feel they they well, maybe they had to play
poorly because all of the injuries that they had, they
didn't have anything for Cincinnati. It was there for Cincinnati
(05:49):
to win that game. It was definitely down the stretch.
It was there. I think I think that as it
applies to the referees when when that third down became
a third down again, and even you know, I looked
at the reason like I you know, they showed him
running in it went you know, I don't know things
happened like that. I guess I don't. I don't really.
(06:10):
I've never been a fan of referee. So it's just
so so that's that's kind of where I'm I'm I'm
hitting right. It's like even though even though they didn't turn,
I think they got what they got they had to
end up. But it didn't matter, right, Like we could
say it didn't it didn't matter because they didn't score.
(06:31):
But what if it mattered because that was one more
play like it may have took the momentum away. It
may have it may have impacted them in a certain
type of way. I mean, it might have changed their
focus because now you gotta coach going nuts on the
sideline about what took place when he could have been
focusing in on what what they needed to do for
(06:52):
the next series that was going to take place. Whatever
it may have been, it could have had an impact
on the game. I mean, it just seemed like a
lot of flags started flying. The one the one pass
interference that where I want to say it was Apple
that that possibly was the guy who did it was
it was a touch foul. I think that one could
(07:13):
have probably they could have let that one go. I mean,
there were a lot of things that elements that we
could look at the referees and say that it dictated
the game a little bit. But with that being said,
but the Bengals defense was really giving giving them a
hard time. Like my homes had no time. He had
(07:34):
no time, and and he couldn't tork and throw the
ball the way he needed to because of how sorry
he was. I mean, give them credit where credit is due.
At some point in time, he just said, iff it,
I'm running, whether whether it hurts or not, I'm gonna run.
And it ended up ended up giving them a penalty
that that maybe decided the game. Um, right, But but
(07:58):
but with that being said, you know, Cincinnati's offense had
the opportunity to take control of the game several different
times and they did not and and not that to me,
that's what it ultimately came down to. It was almost
book ended too, because they got after him early and
then the key sack late Chris Jones second sack really
(08:18):
took a lot away from I'm glad we were mature
about that comment. Everybody I was watching it with me.
Did you see the Chris Jones that everybody started that
was most googled when he got that last Yeah, that's
that's very good. But he's fast. They they book edit
(08:39):
it with the pressure on Joe Burrow and then yeah,
once they got the ball back, Look they hit out
of bounds. He was out of bounds. I had no
problem with the So like people can say, well, you
don't make that call in that moment, all right, what
other moment are you supposed to make the call? In
the first quarter? It's allowed in the first quarter. Yeah, Like,
there's like a lot of people saying, in that moment,
(08:59):
with the game him on the line, you can't make
that call. Is out of bounce. Why why make the hit? Like,
what's the point he was going out that he was
going out about? You wanted to have an opportunity to
hit Patrick Mahomes. Let's just be honest, like a side
played a great game. It's sad that that's ultimately how
(09:21):
it's gonna end for him. But the truth is it
was a dumb play. It was a dumb play. It
was completely necessary. Cincinnati, for whatever reason, has a history
now of defensive players making dumb plays in games to
prevent them from going to super You mean like number
five and they all were number fifty eight? What's that about? Apparently? Yeah, yeah,
(09:47):
was Hefty five the linebacker? He should have worn that
he was one of them. Three. Um, he didn't say it,
and he wasn't gonna say all right, no, no, no.
I was literally last night going, oh I missed that.
(10:09):
But now I really want to hear what LaVar thinks
about this, because I don't think that's what he was
trying to say, as he sounds like he was gonna say,
I don't know familiar you sign it up? No, okay,
I mean I can effort this if you want to
find it. So Tony Romo who I think people of.
Do you want the sound though? Before you try going
(10:31):
and doing this and not doing it justice, do you
what the sound? I mean, let's do this. We can
wait and I'll find this sound so we have too.
That's why you want to effort this sound. I'll tell
you what. He's brutal. I tell you what, he's a brutal.
If we started, we turned the music, we got, we got,
(10:55):
we got to have to. We were looking at each
other like, yeah, I turned the music. We was watching
the game with the musical man. It's just yeah, listen man.
The fun thing is that there's somebody watching and listening
that gets it, and including I think Tody Romo, because
(11:17):
why would you do a commercial where you have him
dressed the way you have him dressed and he hits
the flower? Did you see that promo where he hit
the flower like he gulf the flower? I guess they
were promoting the Gulf deal with the celebrities or whatever.
You didn't see that commercial? Oh my gosh, y'all missed
(11:37):
that one. He was dressed up. I think he was
almost dressed up like happy Gilmore. Yeah, okay, there you go.
You saw it? Yeah, I mean, did it fit the
way he calls the games. I mean, the kind of
one million dollars a year. He better dressed up like
(11:57):
Ronald McDonald if they asked him too. Of the performance
he's put together. You need to dress up like the
way you were supposed to dress after you lost that bet.
But you don't do it either. I don't never proven,
never proven, it's never proven. I don't know what bet
your don't dress like Ronald McDonald. You don't dress like
a woman. There was there was no that was a
(12:18):
full blowed surgery. That wasn't just an outfit. There was
no costume there. But nonetheless, this is two pros and

us as always on the I Heart Radio apps. So
(13:23):
we are going to uh in a little over we'll
call it little over twenty minutes from now. We're going
to get into a brand new feud in the NFL.
There's a brand new feud going on with a couple
of pretty good players in the league and they were
going back and forth. So we're gonna get into that.
Some of the details on that coming up here again
a little over twenty minutes from now on Fox Sports Radio.
By the way, later on this hour, later on next hour,
(13:44):
we are gonna have an fs R I R. We're
gonna have all the usual fund stuff that we do
here on Mondays. We take you all the way up
until nine am Eastern times, six o'clock Pacific. But we're
talking about there we go I want to talk about
though I would love to talk about it. I mean,
who wouldn't love to talk about a moment like this? Huh. Okay.
(14:07):
So there was a question about what Tony Romo was
trying to say while breaking down the action of a play.
There was a mis tackle and I think it was
Pacheco who was who got away, and uh it took
off down the sideline and there were you know, three
guys trying to make a tackle on him, and uh,
(14:28):
Tony Romo was breaking the play down and there was
all right, can I say this before before we continue?
The first person to hit him was a linebacker. The
second person to hit him was a defensive lineman. The
third person that was in front of him that missed
it was a linebacker. The fourth person that chased him
(14:49):
down to make the tackle was a dB. Okay, now
now that we've set the stage, let's now continue on,
continue on, because that that plays a that's a relevant
that's there's there's relevant to me prefacing what we're about
to talk about this, But there's only one position that
starts with that correct, correct, even if that was three
(15:11):
defensive bacts, four defensive acts, that makes sense. What else
about him is also a key element. Here's here's what
I'll say. What about I've never heard? What else? Well?
They are of the darker complexion? When when they when
they pushed, when they submit their twenty three? And me?
(15:31):
Who are herd a berto? You black dog? Right? All right?
All right? So that plays a part that Well, here
here's what I will say. Though one of them is white,
one of them is white? Who who is number fifty five?
I believe, right, I believe fifty five is a white
(15:58):
She are familiar with of stuff? Can you check you're
familiar with this stuff? All right? That's who it is? Right?
That might be his only saving grace at this moment.
But but with that being said, that we've set the table,
the initial three, the initial three. We we've now got
(16:19):
the tail of the tape. So let's go to let's
go to the copy box numbers and see what exactly
Tony Romo was trying to say while breaking this play down.
Extra yards, the tough yards to finish on the play.
Right there, you got three talked about this the best
tackling team. They don't miss tackles thoughts. Oh he was there, yeah, yeah,
(16:49):
And I don't know why I'm laughing because I shouldn't
be offended. But let me tell you something. He had
his foot all the way down that rabbit hole. Now
he might have had one out, but stepped up in
that bad boy with the other one. I'll tell you,
I'm not gonna say anything other than this, alright. This
is all I'm gonna say. And this should not be
(17:09):
an indication or an accusation, but I will say this.
If that flows potentially out of your mouth so casually
on national television, how much does it happen behind the scenes.
If that's all I'll say is if that almost flowed out, then,
because look, I'll put it this way, I never use
(17:33):
I never used to cuss, alright, bottom line. I didn't
really start cussing in my life until Charlie Weiss came
an utter dame. And I know I'm not trying to
blame it on Charlie Weiss, but there was times when
I was like, man, he almost doesn't listen to me
unless I use a four letter word to get his attention.
Because I never cussed so from that point moving forward,
like I kind of realized like, oh, it does change
(17:55):
the tone and the feeling of a room when use
a cuss word. But like once I got into broadcasting,
I was like, well, like, obviously you're not gonna say
those words on air. I mean even with with Jonas,
Like for as long as we've worked together, I think
I almost said, like, you know, the crap word with
that once here a couple of weeks in a row,
when we first dropped in that bomb on air, Before
(18:18):
that we had in my time of doing radio, I
definitely dropped in that ball. But but you get my point,
like you, I mean, obviously you're like okay, Like I know,
I'm all radio and all that now casually worked it
in like that, Oh my goodness, bro on nationally National TV.
I understand what you guys are running one more time,
(18:40):
Berto running one. Let's let's just make sure the extra
yards the tough yards to finish on the play. Right there,
you got three. You talked about it. This is best
tackling team. They don't miss turkles. You know what's worse
is whatever word that begins with the letter end, Like,
go say it, but you gotta figure out what that
word was in your head because nickelback, that's the only
(19:02):
one that you could you can doesn't make sense because
he could have been watched the players you pointed out.
So there's preface there there, that's the preface by what
the dp he was involved. Wasn't the nickelback? It was
the safe? Was the safety? It was Jesse Bates. There
were no nickel again. Yeah, one more time. The extra yards,
the tough yards to finish on the plate. Right there,
(19:24):
you got three and you talked about this, this tackling team.
They don't miss tackles. I've said that. Hey, listen, nobody
uses that word more than me on their spirit time. Okay,
I am an expert connoisseur on using that word. Now.
I don't use the hard e er. I used the
A at the end. And that's just kind of what
my my, my, uh my slang is when I'm when
(19:46):
I'm around my home, alright, like I do use it.
Let me tell you something it was that I've said
it to that that capacity where I just it's it's
just the N, I G all right, it's the in
like what up my and I G all right. And
and the interesting thing about that is Romo got all
(20:08):
the way to the first G. He like the first syllable.
He running back one more time. He made it to
the G. He made it to the G. Extra yards,
the tough yards to finish on the play. Right there,
you got three. You talked about this is the best
tackling team. They don't miss tackles. I've called plenty of
(20:28):
homies that before time. I've just being honest, being honest.
Is there a chance he like I don't know, started
to sneeze or called like, you know, saying like maybe
there was a sound that just came out he was
he had govern his mouth last week when they went
to a live shot with him and Nance, So maybe
that happened. Man, I've called plenty of homies that my egg, Like,
(20:52):
what up? My egg? What one more time? One more time?
My egg? Yeah, we got it. We can't do it again.
Light Yeah, LaVar takes out of the red lights right
(21:14):
hold on so he can say so he can say
it on not so television more racist. This is actually
more racist with LaVar can say on radio, you're gonna
cancel me out with a dump and I'm a radio
and Tony Robo can say it on nationally televised DV.
(21:35):
This is actually more racist. Oh Man, Pros and Fox Sports.
What is coming to this, LaVar Arrington, Brady Quinn Jonas.
Not just a clock I are. I'm just trying to
make sure it is the start of the week and
we are on time right now. About that, Yeah, for
the first having like a month. We're getting ready, we
(21:56):
know super coming. Thank you, Eddie. Ready to go. By
the way, we are brought to you by Discovery. We
can talk about how complicated other banks make it to
redeem credit card rewards, or we can talk about how
it Discover you can redeem your awards for cash and
any umat at any time. I mean talk about amazing
learn more discover dot com slash redeemed rewards terms apply. Alright,
(22:16):
So two pros and a cup of Joe here on
Fox Sports Radio, LaVar Arrington Brady Quinn Jonas knocks and
coming up in about fifteen minutes from now in another
edition of In case you missed it, a brand new
feud in the NFL. We'll get into those details for
you here again fifteen minutes from now. But congratulations are
in order to the Philadelphia Eagles. Now I'm not sure
(22:37):
if they punched a police horse this year like they
did a couple of years ago in celebration or slick
down lamp Poles agree they did that. Actually Noon agrees, well,
they must have must have seen into the future and
realized that the forty niners are going to run out
of quarterbacks. That that must have been the situation that
(23:00):
was disappointing. Um felt bad. Again. I don't care if
you have an invested interest in the game whatever the
obviously for gamblers it's tough depend on which side you are.
But you just want to see like the best take
on the best, you know, like do you want to
see both teams at full s rank in a good
game like we saw it last night and we didn't
get to see that. So that that was what was
(23:21):
so disappointed, because you know, as talented as both these
rosters are worker or are, and I think we kind
of what thirty players who are either Pro Bowl starters
or Pro Bowl alternates between the two teams. That's ridiculous.
Like absolutely, you could literally have a team between both
those rosters in the Pro Bowls in the league, right, yeah,
(23:43):
at least my Pro Bowl numbers and all that this year.
But then to have the Lynchpin essentially being like, hey,
if you don't have a quarterback like that, it doesn't matter,
like and and San Francisco with pretty going out and
then eventually coming back, but obviously couldn't throw the football.
I think you threw what one passed through a screen.
It would have been nice to see them at least try.
I mean, we're in the NFC Championship game. I mean,
(24:05):
I don't care if it looks awful. It's gonna look
better than whatever the hell you're trying to do with
McCaffrey back there throwing passes. But that it was disappointing.
I mean, credit the Eagles, Um, they were gonna win
that game probably regardless. You know, their offensive line with
the way they can run the football and control the
game is rare. I think Kansas City is gonna be
up against it because they've got a huge challenge. But um,
(24:27):
they've been the best team in the NFC all year
and they've got a ton of talent. I mean, how
Rose Smith the ways built this roster. Nick Sirianni and
and his coaching staff, the way they put those guys
in positions to succeed. Um, they are a tough, tough out.
Uh so it should be a lot of fun. But
we should acknowledge it's not just the Andy Reid Bull,
it's the it's the Kelsey Family Bowl. You guys who
(24:50):
who are future Hall of Famers could square off for
the first time. That's pretty neat, pretty cool. Hey cannot
throw this one out at you guys, and and asked
this question, Um, no, okay, I'm all for it. I'm
not gonna be like, I'm just kidding. Man, you don't
have to when he play the clip in the first place,
so he might be leaning towards Tony Romo. Well, I mean,
(25:11):
I'm just saying I'm just playing. I'm just saying them Nichols.
Nichols was playing some football. That's you know, it is
what it is to go back to that class that
he's gonna have to He's gonna have to acknowledge that
and like make a statement. I think you think so.
I mean, it's probably gaining traction. I'll tell you that
(25:36):
at one point I looked and there was probably I
forget how many views or whatever it had, but it
was in the heavy thousands, and I'm going this is
this is gonna be enough where he might have to
make a statement about this. You know, when I heard it,
I was like, man, I've been needing the wing myself.
Wean myself off as saying the words so much that
(25:57):
I was like, man, Tony Romo gave me, like, uh,
like a way of like altering it, like I'm just
saying nickels from here on out, like what up my nickel?
And I'm gonna be all right with that. You know,
I'll be good with that. I'll be all right with
that because it's not the word, you know, it's not
the words. So I'm I'm thank you, Tony, thank you
(26:20):
Tony Romo for giving me that that that opportunity to win. Yeah, Tony, Yeah,
God how many times, I mean even even the fourth
down the fourth and one day threw a deep to
Jamar chasing double covers, like who they're not gonna go
for this? Oh they are? Oh my gosh, it's like,
(26:40):
come on, they're going to motion them and well here
we are, Oh they are, Jim, I haven't run I
don't know, Jim, what do you think I haven't run
cover to all game? Now he just throws that cover
two in there, and it made a difference they would
running cover to the entire time. Hey, we're we're running
to the entire time. It's funny too. I noticed this.
(27:04):
Anytime they pop up a stat on the screen, it's
like it's the first time you've seen it, or the
first time. He's like, oh, yeah, yeah, they're really good.
Chris Jones, this is the first time he's ever got
a playoffs sack. You know that. He's like, yeah, dude,
he's one of the best defensive players in the league.
He's got somehow for as many times they've been the playoffs,
(27:25):
he'd have a postseason sack. Until last night he had two.
Like that's something that you should have talked about before
the sack took place, the first one and the second one.
But it literally like Jim Nance had to acknowledge it
and he's like, wow, oh my god, I can't believe that. Yeah, yeah, Tony,
he's guys. If there was a picture next to give
zero FS, Tony Romo's face would be one of the pictures.
(27:49):
Is one of the examples. What they gotta say. He
gives zero. He could care less. He does having a
good time. I'm here be entertaining hate him guaranteed. Now,
man they paid him. He's got to get you know,
his golf swings in during the week. He can't be
bothered to look at these games commercial alright, so listen,
here's my question for you guys. All right, my question
(28:11):
is with Brock Purdy, if there's another quarterback, say I
don't know, say Jimmy Garoppolo is in the game, does
the pressure get to Garoppolo the same way it got
to Purdy Or is Garoppolo aware of where the blitz
is coming from? Is that? What do I mean? In
(28:35):
my mind, I was like, Okay, you gotta know that
they're going to pressure Purty. You gotta know that that's
and we said it, you know, obviously this is this
is the way that you're going to have an opportunity
to win. Is you gotta pressure them? And and listen,
I thought they did. I mean, I'm not gonna say
outstanding against against Dallas because I think Dallas had success,
(28:57):
but they definitely got more results, like they landed home
a little bit more. But it was nonetheless there was
still pressure a week before. What makes the difference? Way,
you guys, fail made the difference? I mean, I mean
because it was twofold. I mean, obviously the quarterback position.
I mean, when Josh Johnson got in there, you could
tell they were very limited in what they could do.
(29:18):
And that's what happens to have a backup go in
who hasn't even been there the whole year. And then
obviously when party came back in, you're like, okay, they
can't even throw. I mean I would I would have
rather seen them go wildcat with McCaffrey. But what slipped
unto the radars he was dealing with the calf injury.
So it's not like you could really exhaust him out there,
and you can't throw or do much anyway even with him,
(29:38):
So they were just so limited at that point offensively
once the injuries took place. I mean, like, if if
Garoppo is there, he diagnoses quicker, he's got a quicker release,
so he's getting the ball out quicker anyway. But if
their defense, speaking of the forty niners, if they can't
create more negative plays, which they couldn't they by the way,
they didn't versus Dallas. They had one sack versus Dallas,
(30:00):
and Philly's got a better old line. You know, they
only had one sack last night. Eric Armstead had it.
I mean they limited Bosa. He got leg whipped on
the sidelines. What's even in the game, but he gets
he's getting almost taken out. It was just not the
forty Niners day. And that's the like when you see
a player you're arguably your best player gets legged whip
on the sideline and he also is out for the game.
(30:21):
You're going, this is this is just not your days
packing up, get back to San Francisco. Bad spot. Also,
there was a stretch there where they seemed like they
were getting a defensive penalty every play and they were
already up against it with the injuries. It just was
roughing the punter. Like there was just so many calls
that they needed at that point. Once you're starting quarterback
(30:43):
goes out, they needed a lot to go their way,
and it really never did. And we could talk about
this more at length earlier, but the NFL p A,
in the NFL more than NFL p A did this
to themselves, like the whole third quarterback designation that they
got rid of, which which A allowed you. So just
so people at home understand, you used to be able
(31:03):
to dress forty five. Now you can dress forty six.
But what that rule allowed you to do. It doesn't
matter if it's six. You got to dress a guy
who was inactive. So if if you got forty six
who are dressed down, he's he's forty seven player dressed
and he'd be a quarterback. And what happened would be
if you got a player knocked out of the game,
like Josh Johnson was right with a concussion, you could
(31:25):
then basically make Josh Johnson inactive and substitute in that
inactive player to make him act. There's a form and
all this. I literally he was activated one time. I
think my rookie year with this happened, and I saw
the whole process. They got rid of that, and it's
one of the reasons why now teams keep less than
(31:45):
three active quarterbacks on their active roster, so it's usually
two and a guy on the practice squad. But if
you're in that like you used to never have that issue,
you at least had a quarterback who could go in
there and throw and go try to make some plays.
But because that singular change, it's really impacted teams, especially
this season with all the injuries that we've had, uh
(32:06):
two quarterbacks this season, So I hope they look at
bringing that rule back. It's Two Pros and a Cup

to Laugh. Hey, fellas well, in case you missed it,
we got some some Twitter beef for you. Giants. Defensive
lineman cave On Thibodeau during the Niners loss to the
Eagles last night, took the Twitter said this way this
game is going, we might be better than the Niners.
Well after the game, Joe Staley and Eric Armstead took
(34:39):
uh took offense to this. You're a flash player gets
bodied by average tackles. Don't let the New York media
affect you too much. Tibodeau coming back, Adam, who are you? Bro?
Joe Staley enough for you to respond, congrats on your
four sexes here, Bro, that's huge, unbelievable numbers. Eric Armstead
also responding, don't do that, bro, I watched y'all film.
In case you're wondering wondering the Niners and Giant It's
(35:00):
to play next season? Oh man, it wasn't. Joe Staleley
like uh, Pitt into the Hall of Fame at some point.
I mean, he is a six time Pro pole player.
I think he was a three time second team All Pro.
I would say Cavon tiboda would be lucky to have
the career just Staley had. Tibodeau has kind of in
(35:23):
the venturing towards the really unlikable guy in the NFL.
Like he he shoots his mouth off a lot. I mean,
he fits a New York market style of player. Yeah, yeah,
he's he's he's flaying just to start fourteen games in
the four sacks, that's I mean, but that's you know.
Greg Lloyd said it. I did an interview on with
(35:43):
him not too long ago, and he was on what
network work. He was doing a very He had a
very very animated response to what people think is really
good and even close to elite these days, and basically
these guys out here getting or fat I think four
was the number. He's like four or five sacks in
the season and they're getting paid millions of dollars. He
(36:07):
said a lot of explicitives, not not like romos, but
he said a lot of explicitive uh, explaining four sacks.
It is interesting though, because you kind of put him
into the conversation with I mean Trayvon Walker, who had
three and a half right he started fourteen games. I mean,
Hudginson was the one that everyone's like, oh, we don't
know what the ceiling is though, you know that's what
(36:28):
everyone said. Remember when Derrick Thomas had seven in a game.
But but I'm just saying that Hudginson end up having
nine and a half this year. He was an absolute stud. Um.
You know some of these other young cats who got
draft in the first round, they were kind of find
their way, like Karl Loftis had I think he had
one at least half sacked last night. He had six
in the regular season. But um, yeah, I don't know.
(36:50):
I always think players should subscribe to the theory, like
get to that point before you can talk talk. Yeah,
I would agree with that. What else we got speaking
of trash talk? Keeping with this game, In case you
missed this, Nick Bosa's brother Joey Bosa spotted by Eagles
fans heading into the stadium. Take a list to give
this anything. This is so stupid. Are you snaptouting your
(37:16):
little buddies the guy who's not playing today? How are
those fines Bosa because I can apport broke bit. I
(37:40):
love Joey Bosa. You know what the fun thing about
that is both sides, Like everybody could jump on him,
right sat Franka jump on him. The Eagles could jump
on him, like everybody could have jumped on They're supporting
his brother. He's wearing nighter's gear. He's got He's one
of those throwback starter jackets like Burrow. The Chargers playing
(38:07):
fine going. I was Joey Bose would have beat their ass.
I love Joey bos Good for him, You broke bitch.
