So the situation in Baltimore is getting a little bit interesting.
(02:32):
So when Baltimore made the hiring of Todd Monkin as
their offensive codator. Didn't you kind of get the impression
that they made it seem like Baltimore and Lamar Jackson
were side by side on the decision, Like there was
they they converse with Lamar Jackson and and that he
was all on board with them bringing in Todd Monkin.
I would have to say no, just for the simple
(02:54):
fact that, I mean, get my deal done first, Like
stop doing other deals, get my deal done. So I
would say no, even though maybe some way, somehow it
could have been interpreted that Lamar Jackson had some say
or or some input on the hiring. But well, so
(03:15):
there was the reporting out there that that was kind
of the idea that Lamar Jackson was all on board
with this and he provided input and he helped, you know,
make the decision, etcetera, etcetera. And obviously John Harbas spoke
about that and said, yeah, you know, we talked to
Lamar and we got you know, his input, and like
all that stuff was being in the playoffs and yeah,
(03:36):
how the injury wasn't you know, and yeah, all of
that stuff. It seems like, you know, we're on the
same page. The same. Jonathan Jones, who covers the NFL
does a good job. For CBS Sports, says that the Ravens,
while keeping Jackson somewhat involved quote, did not fully integrate
the quarterback into the hiring process for their new O
(03:58):
c So the fact that the process me, I'm not
quite sure, but the fact that we heard one thing
and it was Baltimore giving, you know, the the angle
and the narrative behind it, and now we're hearing another
and it was Jonathan Jones who made sure to include
the quote, did not fully integrate Lamar Jackson covers the
(04:24):
NFL for CBS, but him and Josina Anderson have been
all over the Lamar Jackson stuff and they're well connected.
Brady works with both those guys, with Jessina Anderson and
Jonathan Jones, says, they're they're legit, like there's you know
that you can question whoever you want to question. But
they have their sources, they know their stuff. They do
a great job. And the fact that, like Lamar's side,
(04:47):
it feels like, and this is the impression I get
was quick to point out, Oh, they didn't completely trust
us in this process. It just leads to more weirdness
around the relationship and dynamic that is the Baltimore Ravens
in their cornerback. There's something weird going on there, man.
(05:07):
And we've seen this multiple times over the past several months,
where one message was put out there by one side,
but the other side was quick to put out another message.
And it's almost like they're playing the media and playing
the game back and forth because there's still a fracture
over the contract negotiations. Who uh there there? This seems
(05:29):
to be posturing because I don't really understand. I would
love to have heard queues uh take on what fully
integrated means into the process. Does fully integrat it mean
that he's sitting in on every single zoom call, every
single in person call, um going through the offensive playbook
(05:51):
the philosophies, is that fully integrated. I would have to
assume that that would be what fully integrated would mean.
How do you know? How do you conduct your practices? Um?
You know, what's most important for you to get done
priority wise? Is it will run first? Is it r
P O? Is it? Is it? Uh? You know, a
(06:12):
spread offense, like I think there are a lot of
different elements personality wise. You know a lot of people
have said that, you know, Lashawn McCoy was has been
quoted plenty of time saying that the reason why Eric
Enemy isn't getting hired because of the way he treats
players is that, you know, are these the things that
you're talking about in terms of fully integrated or is
(06:35):
it just does Lamar like them or not? It could
be as simple as that, right, do you like them
or do you not like them? That will determine if
we hire this guy now to to put it out
there that you haven't been fully integrated into it and
you don't have or didn't have any type of creative
association to this higher um. I don't know. I don't
(06:59):
know that you I don't. I don't know that you
find yourself having the conversation about I don't I don't
know you have yourself and find yourself having the conversation about. Um.
Where this leaves Lamar Jackson, I think we're I think
it's a foregone conclusion that Baltimore wants to have Lamar
(07:21):
Jackson back on their team. I would venture to say
that it probably means that Lamar Jackson, or interpretation wise,
Lamar Jackson wants to be a part of this team.
But I would also say in hearing what we're hearing, Uh,
A sensible conclusion could be they're preparing for life with
(07:44):
Lamar Jackson or without Lamar Jackson, is what I would say,
because it's almost like they wanted to make it seem like, oh, yeah,
he's still our guy, that's still the plan, don't worry everybody.
In fact, we just hired a brand new offensive coordinator
and we did with the blessing of Lamar Jackson, and
Lamar Jackson saying not really like let's let's slow down here,
(08:06):
and it just still goes back to until they get
a deal done. It feels like they're going to play
this game out in the media just like they were doing. Look,
you can't deny that John Harbaugh sounded frustrated towards the
end of the year at times. Well he was over it. Yeah,
he wasn't just frustrated, he was over it, like I
(08:27):
don't know how to answer it, you know. And then
then the whole you know, the cryptic type of back
and forth through social media and and him not being
aware of some of the things that you know, Lamar
was saying or what he was posting. It was just
kind of more or less you're trying to figure out
where does this all go? How does this all end?
(08:49):
And I would again, sensibly speaking, you can only do
so much as as an organization to get a deal done.
If that deal doesn't get done, then you you certainly
have to continue on. The show goes on. So the
(09:10):
posturing that's taking place in terms of who is going
to get what they want, I would say in the end,
there's a strong possibility that they get a deal done
with Lamar Jackson. But I also feel as though, if
for some strange reason that they can't get to the
same he's so you know, committed to one side and
(09:35):
they're so committed to the other side that they can't
get a deal done, I would be interested to see
what that looks like ahead of the draft. Like we're
having conversations about what's going on with Justin Fields in Chicago,
but I'm I'm wondering, is there a team out there
(09:57):
that's desperate enough to take on the idea of generating
a trade for Lamar Jackson and giving up that. I mean,
if look think about it this way, if I'm if
I'm Chicago, I'm entertaining that if I'm to Houston, Texans.
I'm entertaining that. Who's the next team up Arizona? No,
(10:20):
who's the next team, I'm entertaining it. Who's the next
team Seattle? From Denver's pick, I'm entertaining it. Who's the
next team up? Detroit from the Rams, I'm entertaining it.
Who's next team up? Raiders, I'm entertaining it. Then it
goes Falcons Panthers, and then finished entertaining with Philliate Tan
who's got New Orleans pick? I'm entertaining it all the
(10:43):
way up to the Philadelphia Eagles and if I'm the
New Orleans Saints. I mean, so, you have a plethora
of teams that would entertain a way to try to
figure out a trade to get a franchise he is
a franchise quarterback. You have enough teams out there that
would be in knee of that type of quarterback. I'd
love to know how far apart they are on a deal.
(11:04):
I would love to know, like what is the because
if it's all about the guaranteed dollars that are like
if he if he is absolutely steadfast, I am not
signing a deal unless it's fully guaranteed, like Deshaun Watson
I don't think they're getting anything done. And I think
what's gonna end up happening is that Baltimore is just
going to franchise him and then keep keep you know,
(11:26):
spinning the barrel and and just say all right, like
we're just gonna keep playing this game like we can.
We can do this with you for the next couple
do you that. I know, I don't think they want
to do I think it would get so ugly, and
it would and and there's not a guarantee that hardball
can survive a disgruntled Lamar jacks And and also, look,
(11:47):
Dallas could have played that game with Dak Prescott. They
didn't want to do it. That's why Dallas finally got
a deal done. You were in Washington when they played
the game with Kirk Cousins. They franchised in multiple years
in a row, like they walked away from that thing.
And okay, well at least we don't have Kirk Cousins.
And both these situations are tremendously different because Lamar Jackson
(12:08):
is on a higher level than both those quarterins. So
think about that, you're playing that game with two. You know,
Dak Prescott is a franchise quarterback, Make no mistake about that.
And so and no, you don't have to argue it.
So is Kirk Cousins, He's they're both franchise guys. But
(12:29):
the one thing that that Lamar Jackson will be able
to use, and it is legitimately uh a coin, a
a rabbit in your hat, a card up your sleeve,
is that he's been a league in MVB and he
ultimately was the catalyst of hardball keeping his job in
(12:52):
the Baltimore Ravens team there their fortunes, they were a
very average team for for a time there. Lamar Jackson
came in and once he got into the game, that
team became a competitive team all over again. The man
wins m v P of the league. And I just
think that there is a lot of leverage. There is
a lot of value in that. And if you want
(13:13):
to say, well, you were injured, you didn't finish the
season this year, you were injured a couple of times,
you know, over the last couple of seasons, and that
gives us reason to pause. I think that that's now
when a Dak Prescott, you know, and others may come
into play. They paid Dak Prescott off of you know,
that was a horrific injury that took place foot almost.
(13:37):
I mean, it was definitely going in a different direction,
and they still awarded him a major, major, major league
large contracts. So I think where Lamar Jackson is now
is he's not going to it's seemingly not going to
compromise what he wants, which is seemingly a fully guaranteed contract.
(13:58):
And if he doesn't get that, then you'd have to
assume that the Baltimore Ravens will try to get as
much value out of a moving on, which, by the way,
seemingly is I keep using seemingly because seemingly is very
seemingly appropriate to this conversation. Um, it doesn't seem like
(14:19):
teams are married to the idea of just keeping a player,
no matter how big the name, no matter how famous
or popular they are. It doesn't seem as though they
are married to the idea of giving in to that
player just to keep them on the team. That is
a different There is a different approach two to that
(14:44):
that aspect of doing contracts and keeping players, especially when
they're dealing with injuries multiple years in a row. Well,
they're in your mobile quarterback and there's that whole discussion
as well. It is Two Pros and a Cup of Joe,
Fox Sports Radio, still over paying for a razor and
this economy gross. With Dolly Shave Club, you can get
a top shelf shave at a regular shelf price. Dollar
Shave Club is available at a store near you in
(15:04):
the men's razor aisle. That's it. That's the ad, all right.
So coming up next, there is a situation in the
NFL that is getting a little bit more interesting by
the day. But if something doesn't happen, a bigger question
now arrives, we'll get into that for you. It's right
here on fs ARE. Be sure to catch live editions
of Two Pros and a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn,
(15:27):
LaVar Arrington and Jonas Knocks week days at six am Eastern,
three am Pacific on Fox Sports Radio and the I
Heart Radio. Yeah. Well, sticks, you know, MTV just old
school retro videos just make you believe that there were
just better times, like nineties. I wish millennials and Gen
(15:52):
xers there's a generation after that, isn't there? Yeah? What
is it? I don't know, Jen Loser, Jen TikTok I
wish they could experience the early How about the entire nineties?
Pretty sweet? The entire nineties, I think the nineties were,
(16:13):
and maybe maybe late eighties, like late eighties. When I
think about the eighties, I just think everybody did blow.
I don't know why. It seemed like a really I mean,
you lived in California, so like that, like you go,
you're watching eighties movie, You're like, oh, yeah, the broom eighties.
(16:34):
All of the nineties was kind of a cool, cool time.
But MTV makes you feel that way. I don't know
that it was all the way that I'm just saying MTV.
When you watch MTV, it just makes you remember like
in the nineties, it was like a video culture. Like
everybody watched music videos, right like everybody people became famous
(16:57):
off of music video. That was your Instagram. That was
your Instagram. Because remember like when Nirvana came out and
they were dressed in flannels and all that, everybody started
wearing flannel. Well, Nirvana had already watched people wearing and
the best the best part is is when Kurt Cobain,
when that album When never Mind got released, which became
you know, they became billionaires or whatever. It is off
(17:18):
that album. That night it was released, he was sleeping
under a park bench in Seattle. That's crazy, you know,
somebody walked by them and said, no, I'm not giving
you a couple of bucks. It's got the biggest record
in the in America with the video that got released,
and because of that video, everyone started wearing flannel shirts
(17:38):
like criss cross when everyone started turning their clothes around backwards.
People literally started turning their clothes around imus thing in
the world and everybody started doing it. I mean every
trend was started by a music video. I mean, it
is interesting, and now it's instagram the worst song in
(18:05):
the world. You had news anchors doing it, like when
they're doing weather reports. Oh my god. I remember. I
remember my mom seeing news anchors doing being like this
is so stupid. I know, I don't get it. It
just never made any sense. I mean, Instagram and social
media was definitely taking advantage of by Vixens, But Vixen's
(18:32):
ultimately came from videos like you can see a million
in one people like throwing it out there, swimsuits other things.
But the original was music video video vixens. It's kind
of interesting, man, how things like kind of evolved progresses. Yeah, man,
(18:57):
and what's the what are you The next evolution is
going to be like any years from now? I don't know.
They say history repeats itself, like robots with g strings on.
Imagine like seeing a robot. You know, they did say
that they have created that type of technology. There's a
technology now weird you can purchase. Let me tell you
(19:18):
this right now. I want this on record. If I
ever see a robot wearing yoga pants, I'm out of here.
And and I don't know what out of here means.
I'm gone. I will find some other place to exist
where I don't have to deal with this crap anymore.
You've got crap falling out of the sky. You got
you got robots and yoga pants. You've got people doing
(19:40):
weird stuff all the time. You've got road rage into
the robot here, dude. Well, first of all, you don't
have to have road rage incidents because those robots with
the with the leggings on will probably be driving your car.
Let me tell you something, will be driving you around
a burn Oh do they look like a person though,
or do they look like a robot? I don't care.
(20:02):
I don't I don't want to have to plug you
in to have a conversation, okay, or to try and
to try and have a little fun. Berno, does that
doesn't that doesn't doesn't that now take away like any
type of errors or mistakes like oh I made a mistake,
(20:23):
Oh I didn't perform well or whatever it may be.
Doesn't that limit like, you know, we we don't have
to worry about nine months later. I don't have to
go to the doctor and get a shot in my ass. Oh,
whatever it may be, you're gonna keep moving the goalpost
because then it's like, okay, well all right, so there's
gonna be no more airs. It's like, yeah, but there's
an air with this. What if there's a glitch. What
(20:44):
if they shut down the power grid and then you
can't use any of that stuff. You can't get mono,
you know not you know, you can't get any of
those things. If it's a robot, right, I'll take now
if there's a malfunction, now you know, you might lose
a body part or so, you know, something could happen.
But I'm just saying I'll take my chances. I don't
(21:05):
want any part of it. Man, it's getting too weird.
There's cars that drive themselves. Now, there's some video of
some woman dressing cold. Can you imagine that? Out cold?
Knocked out? For anybody out there who's ever fallen asleep
at the wheel or you've like dozed off, it's the
most frightening feeling in the world. There is no greater
(21:28):
high in life than when you finally wake up after
you've dozed off. There's not a shot of espresso or
a Grahama cocaine anywhere that would wake you up, Like
when you wake up and realize, oh my god, I
just fell asleep on a freeway, I wouldn't know. You've
never dozed off on the road. All of those well
I have fought sleep on the road, but I just
(21:49):
don't have all of those examples, as you know. Yeah,
I'm just saying, I mean, you went to the measurements,
you went down to the detail of the measurement, just
saying they're like when you wake up after you've dozed
off on the road, you're never more. I will go
because I hit the I hit I hit the guard rail. Yeah,
(22:13):
the center divider. It was what is the car the
car po lane. Luckily it was like one o'clock in
the morning. There was nobody there the center divider and
and and then I called my dad and my brother
and I was like in my twenties at this time.
And they came right and they're like, before this I got.
I got in my car like a dumbass, right, I
get on my car and I have no hazard lights on.
(22:37):
I got the car and him look him like, why
is this car like not slowing down on the and
literally at the last second the car just moves out
of the way and avoids hitting me because my dumbass
didn't have my hazard lights on. Oh man, yeah, it's
if not for rumble strips, I'll say I might have
had some some bad endings. They do work and then
(23:02):
knocked out. I never heard of mine. When I hit
them joints, it was like grabbing what, like how many dogs?
And I just run over home. Definitely, Although you know
what the new Rumbull strip is in California, Mountain Lions.
(23:23):
I saw a blood staining on on the highway. On
the way in here, I was like, man, the first
thing I thought of was dang, yeah, somebody you know.
I I got some great advice from a cab driver
in Pittsburgh, and he told me, I'll never forget the
guy's name. I met him one time in my life.
His name was Mohammed, and I just remember because he
(23:45):
gave me the best advice. I was talking to him
because he was he was giving me a ride to
the airport, and he was talking about how long his
shifts were, and so he would drive like twelve hour
shifts and just to try and make money, and that
was like his only source of income. I was like,
so when you're driving, like, how do you stay awake?
Because if you drink a lot of coffee, you're gonna
have to make a lot of bathroom stops, and so like,
(24:06):
what do you energy drinks? He goes, No, he pulls
out a bag and to bag of sunflower seeds and
he goes, I pop a couple in my mouth at
a time, and that's why I stay awake. I was like, why,
he goes, because you're so concentrated on trying to get
the seed out that it keeps you awake. So I'm
telling you work. I used it. I'm telling you it
(24:26):
works because you're all those things. Those things, but it
can only be a couple of sunflower seeds because you're
concentrating on trying to get the seed out of the
sunflower seed. I'm telling you works. I used your concentration
to keep your eyes open, so you don't that isn't
enough motivation for you to keep your eyes open. Ain't
no gutting dang sunseeds. Sunflower seeds gonna keep your ass
(24:47):
from falling. I tried it when I drove cross country.
I'm telling you who hypnotized you broke? That's like there
are certain people that their brains can connect to to
simplify things. You he told you something, your brain immediately
configured itself to say, you know, or calibrated itself to
be like, dang, like this really works, Like yep, this
(25:11):
really works for somebody else, that ain't gonna work Like
for me. That ain't gonna working. Man telling you, I'll
tell you the the most effective thing I've ever done
and trying to stay awake when it is literally go
time to go to sleep is sticking my head out
of the window. That's the way I rolled that window down.
(25:32):
Your dog, yes, straight dog like tongue tongue wagon just
facing the air. You weird that must look for somebody
were right out the window lar Arrington. He's got his
mouth open to swallowing air freeway, air driving. Awake, awake.
(25:57):
Once I've fallen asleep, and I did mean to fall asleep.
My eyes went went down, and I did not want
nothing like literally, I did not even know I went
to sleep. My head is going out. I'm either pulling
over and and like I told you, I'll go into
like a I'll go into either a restaurant or or
like a Walmart or or home depot, and I'm I'm
(26:20):
gonna get in that parking lot. And if somebody kind
of cops come say what I was, I'm I'm I'm tired.
I just need a second. Yeah, I slept. I took
a couple of naps in uh, like a Walmart parking
lot or someplace like that, because they're more spacious spaces,
got more room you find like like a home depot,
or don't run up on my car, you know what
I mean. But but if I if I feel like
(26:42):
I can make it, I'm putting my head outside of
my window. Now. That's because generally speaking, the only time
you're gonna be that tired is crazy crazy crazy late
at night or crazy crazy crazy early in the morning,
and those two kind of run together. So the air,
no matter if it's like a hot if it's going
to be a hot day or not, that air is
(27:04):
going to be very brisk at any point in time,
no matter where you are, I would assume, and that's
always worked for me. Well, whatever you're driving, make sure

ask you this though, because this thing is feeling a
little bit odd. So the Eric b enemy situation in
the NFL where he's got the chiefs who are letting
him go talk to the Washington commandos about their open
offensive coordinator position. Apparently he's going to stick around and
(27:47):
talk further with them on that. And you've got the
chiefs that are letting, you know, willing to go do that.
You've got other people that are talking about why does
he need to go to Washington to try and uh,
you know, do a lateral move, you know, is to
get a chance to play call when other coaches haven't
gotten a chance to play. Let's just say he doesn't
get just for for conversation's sake, let's say Eric B.
(28:10):
Enemy doesn't get hired by the Washington Commanders to be
their offensive coordinator. What does he do just go back
to Kansas City. Well, he hasn't lost his job. I mean,
generally speaking, if you interview for a job while you
still have another one, you can go back to it.
Generally speaking. The whole this whole thing is weird, Like
what what are we not being told? There's something about
(28:31):
Eric B Enemy. That's that's the whatever your conclusion is,
there's something about Eric B. Enemy. It can't just be
skin color. I mean there's something. There has to be
something about Eric B Enemy. I didn't say black Air
B Enemy. Uh. There's probably another er Eric B Enemy
(28:56):
out there probably, so just there's got to be, don't
You can't make the entirety of this all about race? Now?
Is he being judged differently like over some things that
may exist that may have not have been took into
(29:17):
consideration to the level that it has with Eric B.
Enemy based off of race. I could possibly see that,
you know, the things that happened back in if if
if people are saying they're holding that against him, and
they haven't done it with other people who have had
situations in the past, they're not doing the same thing
with that that person in particular. It's been a little while.
(29:39):
It could be there could be some some some racial
you know, I guess what uh profiling so to speak. Possibly.
I just think at this point, it's almost because it's
it's it. It's been so long, and there's been so
(30:01):
many people that are going in a different direction from him.
It's like the it's turned into a publicity deal where
you have so many other people that are coming to
his aid in his defense every single time his name
is mentioned, but it's still not enough. If it's one
(30:25):
thing I've learned about the NFL, the NFL is is
very reactionary. If their clientele, their public, If something happens
and there is an outcry and and and literally people
are are tremendously outraged and up in arms, they will
create a campaign. They will address that. I mean, look
(30:47):
at what they did. Look at the hoops they were
jumping through to try to get Kaepernick back into the league.
There was so there's so many things that you can
talk about the you know what is it no more
the no more campaign uh, to the military approach. Uh.
There's so many different things that the NFL does in
(31:11):
order to try to combat what could come their way,
especially when it has to do with you know, issues
such as race, gender, you know, military, those different things.
Even incentivizing teams if they have a minority coordinator who
gets hired, you get traffed commination. I mean Flores just
(31:31):
got rehired. Yeah. And and honestly, if you could say
if there's one minority coach that you would say would
would have their handsful and getting judged fairly and getting
an opportunity to coach again, it would be Brian Flores
burned multiple bridges. I mean, I'm taking I'm taking y'all
to court, basically called John Elway a drunk. I'm taking
(31:55):
y'all to court. And he's a defensive coordinator, yeah, which
means that he and he's ultimately he has interviewed for
head coaching jobs this past year. He's ultimately still on
the track in the trajectory to be a head coach again.
There is something here. It's about Eric b Enemy don't
(32:15):
know what it is, don't care to try to figure
it out, but to continue to make it purely based
upon his color, the color of his skin. I think
that that is that that's run its course. There's something
there's something more there as to why uh an owner
has not pulled the trigger on on hiring him. Coming
(32:38):
up next, we do have confirmation for you. We've got
proof that something did actually happen in the NFL, and
it's yours right here on fs ARE. Be sure to
catch live editions of Two Pros and a Cup of
Joe with Brady Quinn, LaVar Arrington and Jonas Knocks week
days at six am Eastern three am Pacific. Hi, this
(32:58):
is Jay Glazer. And you may know me for the
world of football or fighting or even shows like hbos Ballers.
Well you don't know is for my entire life. I
have lived in something I refer to as the Great
depression anxiety. So now I'm coming out with a new podcast, Unbreakable,
a mental health podcast with Jay Glazer where each week,
well we talk about mental health. I hope to describe it,
(33:20):
give it words. Listen to Unbreakable with Jay Glazer on
the I Heart Radio app Apple Podcasts or wherever you
get your podcasts. Two pros and a cup of Joe.
Fox Sports Radio, LaVar Arrington Jonas knocks with the here
coming up top the next hour. A little over ten
minutes from now, We've got an update. There's been a
(33:42):
change made for one team. It's actually kind of a
big change for one team in the NFL. But it
could be too little, too late. We'll tell you who
that is again a little over ten minutes from now
from the entire act dot Com studios here at Fox
Sports Radio. But right now, it is time for our
progressive play of the day. Um pressure love to one
(34:05):
end zone in completely Juju Smith Schuster couldn't catch up.
There's a flag at the ten. Hang on, there's a
penalty prior to the past holding numbers. Funnily, I don't matter.
That's worst case scenario. You'll see James Bradberry. They're gonna
say he grabs him. He's got his left hand on
(34:26):
his back. I don't know, Mike, listen. I think on
this stage, I think you let him play. Obviously my
homes thought he saw it. I think I don't know.
I think you let him play. Finish this thing out
I don't love that call. I mean, I think you
got to see the whole thing. It seemed to be
at the initial break he grabbed the back of the
jersey and pulled it. If we see that, I think
that is all that is. Fox TV on the call
(34:48):
that you're progressive play the day. Progressive is making things
even easier. They will help you bunder your home and
car insurance together so you can save I'm both learn
more Progressive dot com or on Progressive And you're probably
asking yourself, well, that was from last Sunday, why would
that be the progressive play of the day. Well, we've
got confirmation that's why, because NFL Films release some footage
(35:09):
from that play itself and they show that there was
a clear hold on that play. So all you people
out there at the law offices of Bitch and Moan
that want to complain about the call being made, it
was the right call. It was clear as day that
was a hold. They got it right. Unfortunately, it may
have kind of killed the suspense for the conclusion of
(35:30):
the Super Bowl, but nonetheless NFL Films confirming what we
talked about on Monday and throughout the course of the week. Yes,
it was a hold. You may not like it, but
they made the right call. It could always be a
right call. That's the thing about it. God forbid, they
did the right call there. You know, they got it right.
They did the right thing in that moment. I think
(35:51):
the people's problem with it who have a problem with
it in some cases is maybe it should have been
being the right call all game long. If it wasn't
the right call all game long, why did it turn
into the right call at that moment in time of
the game. I think would be people's contention of of
what took place. And also it will tell you and
(36:14):
we you know, brought this up before when everyone was
pointing out the final play against Cincinnati, and there's still
people who want to claim that it was a bad
call while you know, he wasn't all the way out
of bounds and they're looking at these different these different
camera angles and he may have flopped man flop or not.
He got Patrick Mahomes was hit while he was out
of bounds late in the game. Like just again, I
(36:38):
just think it's the timing of it all that just
makes it strange. It's not that it was right or
wrong to me. I just think that the timing. Now
that that out of bounce flag. I mean, there are
a lot of people that say they shouldn't have been called.
That's that's that's one of the most egregious uh flags
or fouls that you I mean, that was not even
(37:00):
up for debate. But that past interference one or whatever
it was called defensive hole, whatever it was, that one
was a little it was a little curious. Sometimes it's
a little curious to stay focused when sitting next to
Jonas Knocks in the studio talking about man trying to
I mean, maybe it's not some flower seeds that keep
(37:20):
you up a real conversation. Maybe you just need to
be listening to the news and and getting you know,
by the way, somebody did reach out on on Twitter
and say that, uh, the sunflower seed trick does work.
Yeah about that? Huh you want a sunflower seed while
you're driving to stay away and when somebody comes back
and sue one of y'all for uh something that took
(37:43):
place with somebody who tried it, I don't want any
connection to it. And by the way, you fanish sunflower seeds.
I love sunflower all right. So now now what do
you go do you like the regular Do you like
the lightly salted cool ram any of them. I'm cool
with any of them. Favorite sun flower seed, David, some
flower seeds. Yeah, but like yeah, like the barbarber is
(38:07):
pretty dope. I can't any more. Look the pressure. Yeah. Yeah,
there's a lot of salt, man. You gotta get the
lightly salted kind of. They're just not as good, just
not as good as Yeah, you spit them out on
the ground or in a cup the ground. Yeah. Fox
