(01:28):
Cam Newton would like to get back in the NFL,
and obviously former MVP in the league had a great run,
but he hasn't. He wasn't in the league last year,
and it's been kind of a downward trend for Cam
Newton over the past couple of years. He showed up
at Auburn's pro day wanted to be show everybody you
could still make some throws. Can we pause before we

(01:49):
get to like what he said recently? Yeah, I'm more curious,
like what the consensus is, Like, do you guys think
that it's more him just not wanting to take on
a role where he's gonna be designated as a backup
and maybe the money's not right, or do you think
it's it's maybe. I mean, one of the things that
I think Cam does is he pumps out. I think

(02:12):
the videos are sweet. He puts out a lot of
good content, whether it's like an interview or if he's
working out. But there's also a lot of teams that
we've seen this before where like when you're not the guy,
teams don't want the backup to be doing that, Like
they just want you to be like a shadow, you know,
they want you to be a shadow of the guy
who is the guy until it's your turn to play

(02:34):
and then you can take over. But like, do you
think it's more that or do you think it's just
maybe more Cam and him not wanting to take a
discount or take a role that's or he's not the starter,
especially for being an MVP. I think it's more that.
I think the loudest guy in the room can't be
the guy who's not playing. You know, it's like the
buddy who's not going to fight, but he's talking, he's
running his mouth, and Cam's Cam's loud, not meaning you know,

(02:57):
in an actual literal literal about that. Well, no, just
you know, if he goes and backs up a quarterback,
a lot of the conversation is going to be about
the former MVP who's backing the up. I just think
some guys just aren't good fits for that. But that
doesn't always equate like a former MVPs or backup. That's

(03:19):
a problem that doesn't always well like Tim, Tim Tebow's
a backup. Tim Tebow's a backup, A terrible idea. I
think Colin Kaepernick is a backup. Terrible idea. I think, well, here,
here's the here's the truth. It's a fine line. Because
I've said this before. There's some guys who are great backups.
You don't know why, because they don't actually want to play, Like,

(03:41):
they don't actually want to get in the game and play.
Wait what, They just want to sit there, hold a
clipboard and make a lot of money and then they
want to keep pumping up the guy who start. I
swear to God, like this is the case. You will
find some guys who they don't want to play. When
they do want to play, they want to do in
the preseason because they know they're gonna go in there
a bunch of backups and they're gonna be able to
dice it up, put up a bunch of stats, put

(04:03):
on some good tape, and then still like the part
I mean, there's countless guys you've seen that have done that,
that have hung on for a long time buddying up
to the starter. It's just the reality when there's when
there's a solidified starter on a roster, he doesn't want
some a hole coming in and every single day challenging him.

(04:25):
He doesn't want that. He doesn't want a distraction. He
doesn't he's not trying to compete with some dude on
the roster. He's competing for a super Bowl. He's he's
focused on everything else, so he doesn't need a distraction
or someone who's not helping him prepare or help or
doing the things that he needs them to do. And
so there's plenty of guys who would do that. It's
like some of the names you just gave, like Tim Tebow,

(04:48):
super competitive guy. He wants to play, he wants a shot.
That's how he always was. Same thing with Cam Newton.
He's MVP, he's been to a super Bowl. You know,
I mean, I'm sure I can guarantee you. He said
it publicly. He knows he's better than some of the
other guys who are probably starting in today's game, and
he's probably not wrong, but other teams don't see it

(05:08):
the same way. And so there's there's a fine line
to this and organizations know it too, Like they don't
want to bring a guy in there who's gonna bring
down the mood because he's not playing, you know. They
want a guy who sits in there and he's gonna
be you know, quiet, but but speak up with something
one's spoken upon and able to, you know, help give
them some help with some of their experience and things

(05:29):
they've seen. But but taking on a much different role.
But that's just the truth of the man. I mean,
what coach or organization would want a player on their
team that doesn't think they're better than the person that's
in front of him. I mean, that would be the
first thing that you would would would throw out there.
But then the idea of it is is those names

(05:51):
that you name Jonas all Right, Kaepernick, Cam Newton, Tim Tebow.
It's the presence that's what makes saying I'm I'm better
than these starters out here, That's what makes it. It
takes the stakes very high by the way, you like
how I threw Tebow in there so I couldn't they
couldn't come after me, you know what I mean, We

(06:13):
truly have made this kind of like a deal, like
you know that has become a deal anyway I mean it.
You did throw Tim Tebow in there. I mean clear
sailing from here. I'm good, But I could have went
down a road that would have been a gown that road. No,
I'm not, I'm not. I'm not. I'm gonna stay focused

(06:34):
on my point. The point is is that those guys
are a presence media wise, you know, like outside of
just being dominant presence, where guys are going to be
followers to them, not just teammates to them, They're going
to be followers all three of them. I'm going to

(06:55):
follow Cam Newton. I am a follower of Tim Tebow.
I am a follower of Colin Kaepernick. So now you're
creating an unnecessary risk of sorts. It's a risk by
by dividing your locker room because it's a guarantee at
some point your starter is going to have a poor game.

(07:17):
He's gonna have a poor showing. It's guaranteed, like it
just it happens. The moment you have a poor showing,
you know what everybody's gonna do. They're gonna be looking like,
why ain't what Why ain't Cam playing? Yo? Yo? What's up?
What Tim? Why isn't Tim Tebow playing? Why? Why they're
up against him? Oh, we know why they're up against cat?
Like man, come on, cap, like they need to play cat.

(07:38):
And then once that starts, it's over. It's over because
now you're looking at your starter like, come on dog
like it really like everybody's starting to talk. Everybody's looking
at each other, and then now your fans are doing it,
and now your your media is doing it, and now
you have a message. Isn't that kind of if you
just think about that, Isn't that kind of odd that

(08:01):
in the one place in the NFL where you don't
want to have a really, really really good player is
at backup quarterback Like that's it's almost like the one
place where you you don't want to you don't want
anybody to feel threatened, and it's at that one place
because it would cause that sort of an issue like
that's it's just kind of odd how that works because

(08:22):
everywhere else it feels like there's competition. And Brady's talked
about this before, like why did they why do they
go on the cheap so to speak? So much with
the backup quarterback. Why wouldn't you want to bring in
somebody or you know the three quarterback rule and all this.
It's like from starter from starter to backup is such
a drop off for so many places. I lived that

(08:43):
my rookie year. Brett Johnson was our starter. Jeff George
was our backup. Howitzer right now, yeah, yeah, both commented
about the backup than about that, And you're right that
man's arm was crazy, Like, I mean, here's the point.

(09:09):
Brad Johnson was a dope starter and went on to
win a Super Bowl the very next year. So it's
it's kind of like when you have that going on
in the locker room, you want to know what happened.
It's like, man, I'm cool with Brad. We were here
with Brad. We're the old guard. Like there's a new owner.

(09:29):
He's bringing in his new people. Died, I died this,
that and other guys that have been a part of
this team making it to the playoffs, doing pretty well,
trending in the right direction. They're getting they're getting unseated,
they're they're losing their jobs to the guys that the
new owner wants to be a part of that that
they want them to play. And and now you bring

(09:50):
in Jeff George, we're we're in practices, we're in OTA's
And clearly Jeff George's arm is better than Brad Johnson's,
clearly league and but but Brad Johnson is the guy,
right and the first sign of any type of trouble

(10:10):
that Norv had, he had to put the guy that
the owner won it on the team. He had to
put him in the game. It was not the right
decision because while Jeff George's arm was super dope, and
I love Jeff George, I like a lot of people
didn't like him. I thought Jeff was cool. He was
always cool to me. But the moment you put Jeff

(10:32):
George in, you lost half of that locker room, and
you took away really the leadership value that Brad Johnson
had established, like, you took it away. And and so
when you have a talented backup that's as talented, if
not better than your starter, you are taking a serious

(10:58):
I don't even know if it's necessary risk. You are
taking a serious risk by having that type of a
talent on your bench behind as a backup. Like that's
just even if they were the most humble dude in
the world, even if they were like just because Tim
Tebow is a humble dude. I mean, so if you're
talking about they're loud and this and that. What Maybe

(11:20):
the guy isn't loud, but if his game is loud,
if his game is good, if he's got a game,
you're putting yourself in in danger having that type of
guys your backup. I think people can misconstrue like actions
and words. Right, there's guys who are verbally loud, and
there's guys whose actions create noise, and that's those are

(11:43):
both things that again, an organization doesn't want, you know,
they don't want that out of their backup. Again, they
want to be a shout out. They want to be
like Peter Pan's shot out, he's gonna fall, He's gonna fall.
To start around that, that's it, and be able to
go in there and be serviceable. But Jonah said, I
didn't mean to distract from comments good conversation because it's
it's it's an interest. It's interesting the teams that he

(12:05):
laid out that he'd be willing to back up or
the quarterbacks if you wanted to back up. So, according
to Cam Newton, the list of quarterbacks that he would
be willing to back up our Deshaun Watson, Lamar Jackson,
Justin Fields to a Tuggabyloa, Malik Willis, Jalen Hurtz, Aaron Rodgers,
Josh Allen, and Sam Howell and including the rookie I

(12:30):
mean not every last one of them is all black.
I mean I don't have the greatest TV in the world,
but Josh Allen doesn't appear any or Sam Howe. But
um but there, but there is Uh. He did list,
you know, some of the rookies coming into the NFL,

(12:50):
quarterback Cam Newton, the rookies that he would be willing
to back up CJ. Stroud, Bryce Young and Anthony Richardson
a little bit everything Black, Brady. I mean Will Levis.
Let me tell you something. They're gonna be rioting in Lexington.
If Will Levis's name is not pop ups, he's too

(13:15):
jacked up to be to be good at quarterback, mind you.
One of the most jacked up, the biggest Adonis that
I've ever seen and played against, is Cam Newton. Oh
my gosh. No one said that about Cam Newton when
he came out, But apparently Will Levis is too jacked up.
I mean, Cam's won an MVP, He's won the NFC Conference,
He's won a lot of games, played a lot of
good football, but apparently, you know, jacked up. I just

(13:40):
that whole thing, the whole narrative, man. And you know,
it's funny like it comes from agents. It comes from
other players, agents trying to knock down other guys so
their guy can shine, which is like so high school gossipy,
like clicky, just immature and stupid. You know, like there's
enough of an opportunity for all these guys to get drafted.

(14:02):
You don't need to bad mouth other guys and make
stuff up that other teams said. And it's just I
hate that narrative. I do. It's kind of a if
he's looking if he really wants back in the NFL
that bad, why eliminate the opportunities else thirds of the league. Yeah,
it's like to me, I just feel like he's backing
up Milik Willis, so he wants to be third string

(14:22):
in Tennessee. Yeah, I mean Belik Willis at the starter there.
I mean it's is that how that? Yeah? Back up
to the backup for the backup in Tennessee apparently, Yeah,
a lot of but it did seem like there was
a theme there. I don't know for for some of those,

(14:43):
as Labar pointed out, wouldn't be clear. Labar pointed that
I hope, I hope he does get an opportunity to
get back. I love Cam Newton first off, and by
the way, he is one of the better thirty two
quarterbacks right like bottom line he is. I know his
game might not be the same as what it used
to be, you know, because he's not as young, maybe
not quite as as mobile as he used to be,
but the reality is he's right. He probably is better

(15:06):
than some of the guys out there playing, and I
hope someone gives himn opportunity or I hope at least
he takes the opportunity to take something that you know
is maybe against what he wants, but to help him
have an opportunity to them prove himself and prove himself right. Yeah,

the way, I think they're teeing off at Augusta National
coming up a little over five minutes from now. I
think I think that the first tea time was seven
forty two. I think it's seven thirty if I'm not mistaken.

(16:13):
Lead we have confirmation at least actually Lead Lapp joining
us live from Augusta National. Leave. What is the update?
Latest I read was seven thirty Eastern time. Due to
the due to the weather, they pushed times up. Oh
they're pushing times up. Yeah, so the weather is going
to have a fact. Tell us a little bit about
what you see while you're at agast in regards to

(16:35):
outside the gates, inside the gates. What's the difference there? Ly,
I don't know. I can't see into the gates. Unfortunately,
I'm on the outside. Yeah. Well, oh, is that is
the outside of better place for you to be to
find maybe what you're looking for. Yes, I prefer being
on the outside. That's that's where I like to hang out. Yeah.

(16:57):
And if everybody understood, lead understand what that really truly meant. Yes, yeah, yes, yeah,
when he's on the outside of the fits you know, Leroy, Leroy. Uh.
So there's there's that. So we've got, you know, the masters,

(17:17):
which should be teaing off here shortly and then uh
coming up a little over about twenty minutes from now,
we're gonna have another edition of over Unders, a Friday
tradition here on Fox Sports Radio. By the way, at
the end of your first year, Discover credit cards automatically
double all the cash back you've burned. That's right, everything
you've earned doubled. Seriously see terms and check it out
for yourself at Discover dot com. Forward slash match so um.

(17:38):
The recruiting budgets have come out. The recruiting expenses around
college football. How much teams have we're spending in twenty
twenty two. And they also there's a comparison on CBS
Sports uh and what they were spending average wise the
previous five seasons. And I got to give a shout

(17:58):
out here. I mean, I think this is this is
really something. Here, shout out to Arizona State who spent
four hundred and sixty one thousand dollars and change in recruiting.
I just think that's a real commitment to football and
the Arizona State Sun Devils are back well in comparison
to Georgia, who spent four point five million. Yeah, I
would think one takes football a little bit more seriously

(18:21):
than the other. So yeah, there is I mean, it's education, man,
Like you know, school is not about the athletic program.
It's about the education. Yeah. No, so let's just keep that.
And I mean, I'm being honest, like I'm not even
being facetious. I'm I'm definitely saying the truth. But the

(18:42):
crazy thing is is that it does sound wold to
hear four hundred, like four hundred grand, Like, really, you
spent four hundred grand. Georgia spent four point five million,
in Arizona State spent like two hundred bucks at a
gift card and said, you want to come play here?
So that's that's kind of funny. Taking care of no expending.

(19:05):
Everything's on official visits. We are one point four million.
How bad it? Huhs? Not enough? Yeah, they're spending, baby,
they're spending. There's a lot of debating going on around
that too, like that's still three million off from Georgia.
Did you think about that? No one's spending as much
as Georgia, My goodeness. Texas A and M. What's Texas
A and M spending even more than Texas A and M?

(19:27):
They were at uh yeah, yeah, Texas A and M.
Well that's on the books, well said I just under
Texas A and M just under three million, followed by
Tennessee and then Alabama who's at two point three million. Yeah,
they've been active. So I mean, or did you guys

(19:48):
ever think that it would come to a day in
college football where you would know a how much these
schools are spending on recruiting, and b that it would
be in upwards of four point five I have million
dollars in some places like Georgia. If you ever think
that would be the case when you guys are playing
high level college football at Notre Dame and we are
Penn State. I'd love to know, like what these numbers

(20:10):
look like in comparison to the past, because you know,
back then, like a lot of recruiting now is like
social media based, right, It's like making sure that you're
you know, putting out good content all this stuff like
that that doesn't it doesn't cost that much if you
have like an in house team. I mean, var maybe
you look at it differently, but you know, back in

(20:32):
the old days, like I feel like guys like had
to spend more to go out and travel and be
on the road and be in a car and like,
you know, try to find guys like so much, so
much film and a lot of these like seven on
seven teams and and just camps and satellite camps they have.
Everything is so much more accessible. I'm just curious, you know,
if it's more of like the lavish things they're doing

(20:55):
when they get on campus where a lot of the
spending comes from, and then and how much is really
compared to in the past. I mean, I think most
you know, to the first point, you know, he'd be
curious to know what the really all in number is
over the table and under the table. Yeah, that's that's
what I'd be interested to know, because I mean, in
the end, right, these donors are letting teams use their

(21:19):
jets to travel and you know, whatever it may be
the housing component. They may be staying out of Airbnb
instead of a hotel, Like there's just the and the
entertainment aspect of it is probably even better, you know
than being at at a hotel in some of these scenarios,

(21:40):
you know, to to to say a million dollars or
to say four million dollars, Like if you really think
about it, like these these teams are generating like an
upwards of like sixty to seventy to eighty million dollars
a year year offerer, like what their football team does

(22:03):
during the course of a football season. Like if you
put that into proper context, those that that money and
we could like go into the semantics or the details
of where all of that money has to be distributed
in where it has to go. But if you really
think about it, that is a minuscule number to the

(22:23):
return that each one of these institutions are receiving off
of that investment. You get a five star, you get
a fourth star to come to your your your school,
that four star, that five star, or even a kid
that is lesser it wasn't on the radar, that way
ends up being the next you know, Brady Quinn, your

(22:45):
return you're probably making up that one million just off
of what T shirt sales, like, think about that a
jersey sale. You're making that money up off of just
sales of apparel. So to me, it's it's a minuscule

(23:05):
number when you think about the returns that come with
getting these types of brands and these types of athletes
to come to your school. Between twenty seventeen and twenty
twenty two, Georgia spends sixteen point five million dollars in recruiting.
So and now look up how much that Georgia football
generate during the course of that time. And that's I mean,

(23:27):
they want a couple of national championships in a row.
So I mean, I guess you could say, yeah, that
was worth it to the sixteen point five if that
was if that was the I in the suite next
to where the governor of Georgia was at when they
played Ohio State, and if you would have saw the
way him and his security was jumping around in that box.

(23:48):
I can guarantee you and everybody that's connected to that
school has a vested interest in them doing as well
as they've been doing. Everybody, what do you mean, Oh,
they was jumping around. They could have been playing a
house of paint up in that day set over there,
the way they was jumping around. Yeah, I mean he's
not lying. I mean it really does, like high times

(24:11):
raise all boats. You know that that that's not about
just impacting you know, the University of George's athletic program
or the university itself. It impacts Athens in Georgia. It
impacts Atlanta to a certain degree, and all the Georgia
alumni networking around that. I mean, there's there's so many
businesses that are tied to it. Think about all the

(24:34):
corporate sponsorships. You know, they get greater exposure because now
George's that's at the top of the college football world.
I mean, there are so many things you can point
to that you know they're able to again get a
get a greater return on their investment. And so to
LaVar's point, like it seems like a lot of money,
but when you think what you get out of it

(24:55):
in the end, it's it's good money spent, right, I mean,
more programs should be investing into recruiting the way Georgia has. Now,
I don't know that you're ultimately going to be able
to get always the same result. You know, Georgia's got
the ability to just recruit in state and get a
ton of talent, you know, just from the Southeast region
or just in the state of Georgia. And that's I mean,

(25:17):
we can get into the weeds with this, Like Georgia
has some of the best coached football and the best talent.
Because of that, they have legit programs in high school
and junior high bringing these kids up. They're all well coached,
well prepared, you know. So that's that's a kudos to
the parents, the families obviously, the culture that's in that

(25:39):
state for the game of football, and how those coaches
bring up kids. Because it's not just Georgia who's getting
kids from that state. Like everyone's trying to coach kids
out of Georgia because the programs are so darned good.
And if you want, you know, again to get into
that region of the country where there's a ton of talent,
there's a ton of speed, like that's where you go,

(26:00):
and so it's really a credit. So I think all
involved in in, you know, helping these young men become
absolute stars in the game of football. But you know,
it's it's so short sided when people are like, oh,
my gosh, they're spending all this money and yeah, you
should be spending more money on recruiting two because look
at the results that they're getting. Yeah, it's like although

(26:22):
Texas A and m's kind of the other side of that,
I guess, And I just I gotta know, is Brian
Kelly cheap? Is he did? He have a reputation for
being cheap at Notre Dame, Like he would walk into
the linebacker lounge and leave like a you know, a
four percent tip or something like that on his bill.
I'm just wondering because from two thousand and seventeen, the
previous years, the five years before Brian Kelly got there,

(26:44):
the average spending for LSU and recruiting was a little
over nine hundred and eighty two thousand dollars, and then
it plummeted to seven hundred and forty two thousand. So
I'm just wondering where the extra two hundred thousand dollars
went and I'm trying to figure out if Brian Kelly's
responsible for that, you know, I mean, I can't speak
to that. I don't think he was ever viewed as
being cheap during his time in South Bend. And some

(27:07):
of that may be more due to, you know, a
change in athletic director or philosophy there at the university
border regions. I mean, you never know, there's so many
layers to most universities, Like it really is a bureaucracy,
Like it is hard to get for people to get
stuff done. It just they moved slow. Man. They're like
a gigantic freighter ship. You know. Oh you know all

(27:29):
those freighters you would see remember back during COVID when
like if you ordered any furniture, they would just send
you a photo of it, like it was just in
the ocean, Like there was there was a cargo ship
container that just fell in the ocean. Somehow, every single
person that ordered like something from Ikea or anywhere else,
your furniture was in that that that piece of shipping container,

(27:51):
Like it was the same photo that service everywhere, and
like everyone's like, oh yeah, sorry, it's it's supply chain issues.
All these freighters keep losing cargo containers to the ocean.
Sorry about it. Your your couch, your chair was in there.
It's it's it's essentially like turning one of those ships.
Like to get anything done in most universities, it takes

(28:11):
so long just to be able to get that thing
turned ten degrees in the right direction. Yeah. Well, listen,
Georgia has a turn and they've got back to back
national titles, and that's looking good. Sixteen point five million.
They've smart know what they call Kirby smart in in
the northeast. What's that? Kirby smart? That's that's a good point.

(28:32):
That is a good point. It is clam chatta, It
is a two way. What I don't know. I went
to Boston, which I totally didn't even say it correctly.
I can't even I couldn't again do it again. Clan chatta?
Did you say clan shouted clam clam clam chatted like
he said clan. No, I think that you didn't. You didn't. No, No,

(28:57):
I swear to God, that's what I thought you said.
Not too far, Okay, play it back. I swear to God.
I thought you said clan, not clan clan chatted. Damn,
I don't know how you got that complete role reversal
from I guess the beginning of this this hour we
got Cam Newton doesn't want to you know, back up

(29:17):
any you know. Okay, now we're going to opposite direction. Yeah,
that is the opposite direction. It is U two pros
and a cup of Joe here on Fox Sports Radio.
We are gonna have some over unders here coming up shortly.
But for all the latest from around the world of sports,
we turn it over to the man himself, Lam chapmaned
Garcia stop, Eddie us not much. Just check out the

(29:40):
weather forecast there at Augusta. It's not not looking good
for a little bit later on. But how much did
Fresno statespend in recruiting last year? Eddie? Do we have
the update on that? I don't see it anywhere listed
here to look into that, but yeah, hopefully some of
the alumsl chipping there. You know, Aaron Judge got a
new deal not too long ago, I mean, Paul George,
Derek Carr got paid about a little bit boys, And

(30:06):
how much do they charge for those try tip sandwiches
when you go there? Probably about ten bucks? I mean
come on. You know what the problem is, Eddie, is
like the guys who like came through Fresno estate when
they didn't have the resources. They weren't like that wasn't happening.
They look back and they're like, well I didn't need it.
These guys don't. These kids don't need it. You know.
It's a little harder I think with those guys. Yeah,

(30:27):
that's too bad. That's possible. You make a couple of
phone calls Eddie and like, get this shit. You know what,
as soon as I get done with this little update thing,
I'm on the phone absolutely. So he basically just told
you to do Jonas Is, please let him do that.
That's what he just told you. All right, I understood.
So yes, sir, you got it. Thank you la. The
eighty seventh Masters getting underway or as we speak right now,

(30:47):
although there is rain and thunderstorms in the forecast for
a gust a little bit later on, but heading into
today's second day of action, the three way tie the
lead between Brooks kept John rom and Victor Hobland kept
cool at eight eighteen Eastern time, Rom at one eighteen
Eastern time, and hopevilln at twelve at forty five Eastern Time.
In the NBA, we had the Suns beating the Nuggets

(31:09):
one nineteen to one fifteen. Phoenix now eight no with
Kevin Durant in the lineup as they knock off the
top team in the West. The Thunder beat the Jazz
one fourteen ninety eight. Oklahoma City is a half game
up on Dallas for the final playing spot in the West.
They also over the tiebreaker over the Mavericks for Utah.
With that loss, they're eliminated from the playoffs. In the NHL,
the Bruins beat the Maple Leaves two one in overtime.
Boston eats two wins in its final four games of

(31:30):
the season to set a new mark for wins in
a single season in ancial history. We have the Cracking
over the Kyoties four to two, Seattle clintinga playoffs bot
in just its second year as a franchise. In baseball,
we had four games postponed because of bad weather. Six
games were played, including the Braves walking off with the
seven six win over the Podres. Atlanta off to a
six and one start on the season. Giants beat up

(31:50):
on the White Sox sixteen to six. Dodgers to beat
the Diamondbacks five two, Red Sox over the Tigers six three.
Rockies get by the Nationals one nothing, Colorado pitcher Kyle
Freeland and two relievers combining in that shutout. Washington falls
to one and six on the season, and the Royals
are off to a one and six start. They lose
at home to the Blue Jays six to three. Now
back to LaVar Arrington, Brady Quinn, and Jonas Knox and
attire Rack dot Com, Fox Sports Radio Studio. Thanks any

(32:12):

(33:38):
I know you're lying, low life, lad, It's over under
all right, Lead to lap. What the hell we got?
How did it go last week? By the way, it was,
Mick speG You know This is going to be the
first time in a month we've had all three of
you guys together, So that's wow, that's super exciting for
the pack. It was a split between Brady and LaVar

(34:00):
last week. You guys, M do you guys you about
Well that makes sense. We're all three back together and
Jonas is still you know, coming from behind. I waked on.
I mean, I mean I was gonna sit in the
bottom winning. I mean, wait, not ahead. Well, I don't know, okay,
all right, well I'm sorry, pause, Okay, I'm not going

(34:22):
to you know what. I was mad because I missed
the the over under. I think it was the National
Championship game, that was correct. You took the H I
wanted to. I guess I took f AU. I wanted
to think they would win it, or at least get
the championship game. Oh so you took the over in
the UH in the Natty. Yeah, I wanted to take
the under because obviously I knew Yukon was gonna win.
It was just a matter of, you know, the other game,

(34:44):
and I thought Fu could make it. We had over
under on seatings at nine and a half, and that
was if San Diego State and Yukon made it, which
they did. So that hit the under which LeVar had hit.
And then, um, you know Caitlyn Clark had put forty one,
forty one points against South Carolina. Yep, Brady got the
over on that one. Lamar called the under on Kaitlin
Clark against South Carolina and she absolutely I mean little yeah.

(35:11):
And then I actually showed up to the Dodgers game
to check on Burto and how many beers he had
had at the game. He hit the he hit the
over on three and a half tallies. Yeah, of course
he did. I do not believe that early in the season.
I do. He told me. He told me how much
it cost, because we talked about that offline for a
little bit. He was walking out of the stadium with
one of them, but I count that isn't wait a
second he was. He was kind of stammering as he was.

(35:35):
He was, hold on a second. So Berto walked out
of Dodger Stadium with a beer in his hand. Oh yeah,
good for him. Just think twenty four hours, right, uh huh,
gotta get your money's hanging out at the playground with
the with the family. We all walked out together at
the tolly in hand sweetly. Yeah, oh, you guys did
actually hang out. We met up and walked out together

(35:56):
as Dodgers won that game. Yeah. Never, he gets far,
not every everybody like you do here during the show
or no, was it was a breezy night, so you know,
but nobody cut straight breezy night in there every night?
Yes it is. I come in, I come in from
using the bathroom, and LaVar's got a shirt over his
nose because Lee and Bernos took shots out of it
as they walked through. I mean, Roberto doesn't sound healthy,

(36:20):
that's all. You had a ten for ten on Splash yesterday.
I gotta say that, when do we got this this week?
We got some masters over under his fellows. We have
Tiger Woods birdies in round two over under his set
at three and a half m over supporting Tiger here.

(36:44):
Too much, too much negativity when it comes to Tiger
Woods lately. What time is TF I have that here
efforting twelve fifty twelve fifty four pm Eastern Time, along
with Victor Hoblin and Xander Shoffley. It was Shoffly yesterday,
didn't he I don't know. I saw I remember him

(37:07):
seeing him walking off the course of shoff anyway, Um,
I'm gonna take the over as well. I hope he does.
I mean I need him too. I've got him in
our whole, our whole deal. And what did LaVar take
in course? He did? Yeah? Well, there's about the stuffing there.
There's nothing there to see here, nothing to say all over. Now.

(37:31):
As it stands right now, only one live golfer is
in the top ten, that being Brooks Kept at the
top of the leader board. Uh. Number of live golfers
that finish in the top ten at one and a half,
other notables being Cameron Smith, Dustin Johnson, Phil Micholson and
Patrick Reed. There take the over there, I'm gonna live
it up this weekend. Him take the over under kept
goes on one playing well right now? And Leavar you

(37:54):
said under correct? All right? Number of teams from Texas
that make the NBA playoffs. This could be the first
time in NBA history that no team from Texas makes
the playoffs. Dallas is one game behind. They need OKAC
to lose their final game and they need to win
out two games against Chicago and San Antonio. So number
of teams, a number of Texas teams that make the
playoffs out a half. I mean that schedule for the MAVs.

(38:17):
I'm gonna go and take the over. They're playing better
at soon now, so yeah, I'll take the over. Guys,
UFC two eighty seven this weekend, yeah, versus out of
lead over. So yeah, you have C two eighty seven,
four and a half rounds between between Pedeta and out
of Sanya. Who is that Pedetta, Alex Paeda? A lot

(38:40):
of people say Pereira Tin, correct, it's Putta and Israel
Adisanya Brazil put I'm gonna take the under and take
the under as well too. I'm gonna take the under
as well. Finally, we keep this rolling. Trades for Aaron
Rodgers this week by this time next week and a half.

(39:00):
Say it again, trades for Aaron Rodgers aren't trade for
Aaron Rodgers next week at what? By this time next
week and a half and a half and a half.
So what does that mean? Under means what there's no trade? Okay,
that's what I'm taking. I'm gonna take the over. I

(39:22):
think they get this done. I'm gonna take the over
because I hope they get it done so we can
move on here. Just stop being honest. I want to
nothing against anyone involved. I just I want us to
move on. I want us to be able to then
talk about the I want this for for Jets fandom too.
I mean they did say they sewed last year. They
did sign Tim Boyle. I mean there's that, you know,

(39:45):
that's that's something for the Jets. Uh So, yeah, I'll
take uh I'll take under under under under under under
under under under under under you did take undressive? Yeah? Yeah,
why are you so impressive? Ah gus. Fox Sports Radio
