One more tell, one more time. Oh, it's actually getting better,
it's getting better.
Speaker 5 (01:25):
It's interesting.
Speaker 4 (01:26):
I just feel like without the grunt, it's a little lazy.
It just feels like you're just throwing like, oh.
Speaker 1 (01:31):
No, no, no, you did it with a lot more
emphasis yesterday, more push.
Speaker 4 (01:36):
You're trying to call me at you challenging me right now,
you're trying to call me out.
Speaker 1 (01:39):
I mean, I'm just saying you had a little bit
more energy with it last yesterday.
Speaker 4 (01:44):
You don't think I can duplicate that here on?
Speaker 5 (01:46):
I don't know. We'll get you one more go of it.
Speaker 6 (01:50):
Oh do you think people listening have any idea we're like.
Speaker 7 (02:00):
We're referring to I hope not. I'm not talking about
maybe where we're like your head's leading. I'm saying more
like when you hear kind of something like oh, you know,
like like like when you hear the beat and you
kind of like let out a little something. Yours just
sounds a little different.
Speaker 3 (02:17):
Yeah, it does.
Speaker 4 (02:17):
And especially if you're listening on the podcast where you
don't get to hear the.
Speaker 3 (02:20):
Music, then there's just no reference at all.
Speaker 4 (02:23):
You have no exactly, there's no context sty of it.
Speaker 7 (02:27):
How should it sound about that?
Speaker 1 (02:34):
You're it's like you are nine months later.
Speaker 5 (02:41):
Uncle Q and Uncle voar.
Speaker 3 (02:42):
But yeah, so there's.
Speaker 5 (02:47):
Got to be the best though.
Speaker 7 (02:49):
We're it's just I want to be a professional.
Speaker 4 (02:53):
I don't like when you guys try and do this
to meet.
Speaker 2 (02:58):
Did we have Fidley? Try if you put those two together.
Speaker 5 (03:11):
It kind of it kind of works out perfectly.
Speaker 3 (03:13):
It doesn't. One more time, Hold.
Speaker 7 (03:23):
Bert, let's set this up. Berto, can you play that
riff again from Still Still dre Uh? You allowed to
play that a little bit, just so you can hear
that with the finley sound.
Speaker 4 (03:37):
Like if you if you want, if you really want
to know what it's like on the streets, if you
want hip hop represented, if you want somebody who is
fully embedded into that community and likes to showcase his
abilities to relate to the audience of people who love
hearing them some Doctor Dre and love hearing the way
(04:00):
we wax poetically about some of the hip hop that
we discuss and play here on this show.
Speaker 3 (04:04):
There's nobody better to do that.
Speaker 4 (04:06):
We definitely are, Yes, we definitely are and I'm coming
up with every everything I can to try and extend
as we get ready for Ryan Finley, who's got a
throat lousing, he's ready to go.
Speaker 1 (04:17):
He's you should go first and immediately after you. I
think that that should be kind of like the order.
Speaker 7 (04:24):
Okay, can we not play the music underneath it, which is.
Speaker 3 (04:27):
We're efforting you know a little? Uh?
Speaker 4 (04:29):
We got we got top notch equipment here in Brady Song.
Speaker 2 (04:34):
By the Way.
Speaker 7 (04:36):
Studio.
Speaker 4 (04:37):
Yeah, the equipment just caught astray as we do something.
Speaker 3 (04:40):
All right, I got it right, here we go, So
what's the order?
Speaker 1 (04:43):
It's like, go first Jonas and then Finley immediately like
Finley before he even finishes.
Speaker 5 (04:50):
Then you go, kim.
Speaker 4 (04:52):
Ken LeVar, can you also go as well too, so
we can there's somebody listening and try.
Speaker 7 (04:56):
And maybe maybe we should have LeVar started because that's
how it should sound.
Speaker 3 (05:01):
And then we've got and how it drastically gets worse.
Speaker 5 (05:04):
Probably stay away from this one.
Speaker 3 (05:06):
Okay, hear the song that's go on, here we go,
Here we go.
Speaker 4 (05:11):
Let's how you grunt where we come from? Yeah, the
Tirack dot Com studios.
Speaker 1 (05:17):
Yeah yeah, come on, yeah, oh.
Speaker 8 (05:25):
That just about doing that just about doing here perfect.
It's not perfect. Two of them together is not perfect.
Speaker 4 (05:36):
That's perfect, it's not perfect. That's the whitest moment in
the history.
Speaker 1 (05:42):
That is not the whitest moment in the history.
Speaker 3 (05:45):
I know what else it is.
Speaker 5 (05:47):
It might be the most provocative.
Speaker 9 (05:48):
But.
Speaker 6 (05:51):
Overall, LeVar, if you had to score those two at
a skill of one to ten, where we're.
Speaker 1 (05:56):
Getting there, I mean, for the purpose that it would
serve in real life, I'll give it a full ten
in a hip hop ten. In the hip hop world,
I gotta give it a two one.
Speaker 3 (06:10):
That's uh, just a regrettable moment here.
Speaker 7 (06:13):
Oh my gosh, it is dominating team of the last
ten years is Brian Finley and his cellmate Jared from Subway.
Speaker 1 (06:21):
You gotta add Jonas Knox, now, no, you don't. We
got Jonahs Knox to that.
Speaker 7 (06:27):
Man.
Speaker 5 (06:27):
Hey, hey, Burdo, did you get it in order? Like?
Speaker 1 (06:31):
Did you get that? Did you f eight that with
Jonas and Finley together? Like together, that is the best.
Speaker 3 (06:37):
Oh yeah, yeah. We don't need to play that ever.
Speaker 5 (06:39):
Again, boy, I tell you what, man.
Speaker 4 (06:45):
You know, we don't need to play that ever again
because you don't want to make people sensitive about stuff
like that coming out, And I'm just wondering, Okay, the
hip hop, Well, are the representatives for c J. Stroud
are they sensitive to this story that came out yesterday
according to Kevin Seaffert of ESPN, that Houston had quarterback
(07:05):
Bryce Young and defensive end Will Anderson ranked ahead of
c J. Stroud and they actually weren't sure what they
were going to do just two hours before the draft.
So I don't know, and I hate to keep bringing
up this point, but I hope you're proud, Brady, because
you really put things in flux for the Houston Texans
with some of the some of the stuff that came
out before the draft, because apparently just two hours before,
(07:28):
which is what three o'clock Pacific time, five o'clock local
time in Houston, they had no idea what they were
planning on doing last Thursday in the draft.
Speaker 3 (07:36):
Of course, Well, if.
Speaker 7 (07:36):
This is not going to get any tread or any
any sort of attention in the news media, and here's why,
Because David Mulugeta, the agent for CJ. Stroud, he's already
done his deal.
Speaker 5 (07:47):
Right.
Speaker 7 (07:47):
The sweetest revenge, right is success. Yeah, and c J.
Stroud got drafted number two overall. That's all he was
really doing, which he didn't do Jack Squat, It was
actually his athlete. It was CJ. Strou that did. So
the reality is it doesn't really matter how the things
were constructed. I think the point Kevin Seffert was making
(08:09):
is just how that number one pick and really the
end of the season, what was the Texans Colts game? Yeah,
is that way which ended up flipping it? How much
that impacted the way this whole thing went because it's
it's assumed that Bryce Young would be in Houston had
(08:31):
they had the number one overall pick, and instead when
you look at then how Chicago, who was sitting there
with the number one pick one to move the two,
then want to move the nine after things kind of
fell through with those negotiations and wanted to trade back twice.
It just ended up being Carolina who then traded up
to take their guy in Bryce Young. So look, hindsight
(08:55):
is kind of irrelevant at this point because the picks
are made. Each team's moving forward in their own way.
I think the only thing that could come back to
bite Houston is and this is the one thing people
are being critical about, is the amount of draft capital
that was given up to go get c J. Stroud
and Will Anderson, which seems to be you know, maybe
(09:20):
two people within that organization were both made happy with
those two picks. If you guys catch what I'm saying, yea,
because clearly, and I could imagine it was Demiko Ryans.
He's looking at Will Anderson going this is a Camus prospect.
We can't afford to not get this guy as part
of our team, and so they had to trade up
from twelve to three with Arizona to go get him. Now,
(09:43):
most people will say, like, that amount of draft capital
you gave up to go get him, you'll never be
able to make that up. As I said before, I
don't care about draft capital. If Will Anderson ends up
being the player you hope he's going to be, none
of it matters. But then it came out that Houston
kind of was justified the move by saying, well, we
had to lock in on CJ. Stroud at two because
(10:05):
he's a quarterback. But that's really how we associate the
draft capital we gave up to move up to take
Will Anderson because we didn't think we could have done
it the other way around, which is a bit odd
to think that, like they could have drafted Will Anderson
and traded up, you know, with Arizona at three, unless
there's other bidders. You know, we don't know what was
happening behind the scenes. But again, hindsight's twenty twenty. At
(10:26):
the end of the day, Houston got a franchise quarterback,
they got an edge rusher, and that's where they're moving forward.
I'm not really sure how this plays in anything. I
think a lot of teams probably had Bryce Youngest, the
number one overall quarterback. Carolina was the only team in
position actually take him.
Speaker 5 (10:42):
I just wonder if it's going to work.
Speaker 1 (10:45):
You know, in Houston, they have had a plethora of
talent throughout the years. I mean, you had a star
warth an anchor, a pillar of the team and of
the community. On your defensive side of the ball, you know,
you had some dope ass linebackers.
Speaker 5 (11:05):
In fact, you had some.
Speaker 1 (11:08):
Good football players all the way across the defensive front.
For a time in Houston. You had defensive backs in Houston,
you had a quarterback in Houston. You had a franchise receiver.
In Houston. You've had a franchise running back in Houston.
(11:33):
You've had You've had all pro. You've had an all
pro I believe, and I don't want to speak out term.
I won't say this, but I'll say you have had
so much talent throughout the years in Houston. And while
they did, they did win their division the same times
they win.
Speaker 5 (11:52):
Some stats to put.
Speaker 7 (11:53):
You put this in perspective of what you're saying though, Yep, Okay,
since twenty ten, who do you think has more winning seasons?
The Houston Texans are the Dallas Cowboys. Houston the Texans.
How about trips to the playoffs then Texans, Texans easily?
How about playoff wins? The Texans Texans. So I don't
(12:16):
know that most people would think that, you know, as
far as how successful their organization has been at least
the state of Texas has compared to Dallas when.
Speaker 1 (12:23):
They found a way to f it up. Yeah, I
think that's the point I'm getting at. What did did
I mean Bill O'Brien did it? I mean he detonated.
Speaker 7 (12:35):
Who do we.
Speaker 4 (12:35):
Want to say Bill O'Brien was the fall guy. Bill
O'Brien got the blame. And I'll bet if you look back,
if you look back, O'Brien, What do you mean.
Speaker 5 (12:46):
Who you want to say?
Speaker 7 (12:48):
You know, there was an incident with some some tables
and a towel.
Speaker 1 (12:51):
Yeah, I mean they weren't good when that, but when
that all came out, they weren't good.
Speaker 5 (12:58):
I'm saying they were.
Speaker 1 (12:59):
They were pretty they were still decent before all of
that came out. Yeah, but I mean I think that
was like the final nail in the coffin.
Speaker 7 (13:07):
He was their franchise, QB. You know that that was
you know, when you when you have to move on
through a year where he can't even play, he's not
gonna play, and then he gets traded away, and now
you that's kind of led them to obviously that this
this draft year.
Speaker 4 (13:20):
You know what's funny about the coverage of the Houston
Texans if you were to ask people, and maybe this
has changed slightly, but I'll bet if you were to
ask people, what were the two moments that were signaling
sort of the end or who was responsible for the
end of the Texans run, they would point to Bill O'Brien,
and then they would point to them trading DeAndre Hopkins
and then maybe maybe they'll get around to Deshaun wattson
(13:43):
go into the grab lab two hundred times. You know,
maybe we'll get around to that, but at some point,
nobody ever wants to just call out the fact that
it was Deshaun Watson derailing the organization, which is one
well they got rid of.
Speaker 1 (13:53):
They say they got rid of Deshaun Watt or a
d hop because they wanted to clear up the locker
room to be led by Deshaun Watson. I mean, that's
what was being reported when they let him go. So
I mean, to me, I just I think the team
started to go off the rails before we got to
(14:16):
the Deshaun Watson debacle.
Speaker 5 (14:19):
And my question would be.
Speaker 1 (14:21):
What has changed within the organization where we should have
the confidence and a new coach and draft picks that
seemingly can be franchise guys for you when we've already
seen it play out at the highest of high levels.
In terms of the type of talent that you had,
(14:44):
I mean, you did have a like call it what
you want. Whether you're a Bill O'Brien fan or not.
I'm not, but it doesn't matter. He was a hell
of a coach for the Houston Texans and they still
found a way to f it up. What says any
being different about now?
Speaker 5 (15:02):
You know what I mean?
Speaker 1 (15:02):
Like, what would make anything different about now? Because one
thing that I know I've endured or or experienced as
a player, coaches aren't going to be able to change
a cultural.
Speaker 5 (15:16):
Jacked up place.
Speaker 1 (15:19):
A culturally jacked up place is not going to be
fixed by a coach, and for what it's worth, it's
not going to be fixed by a player either. So
to me, I've looked at the culture of Houston and
I asked this, I asked the question, how do I mean,
how does this change?
Speaker 5 (15:38):
How is this any different? Does it? Does it? Does
it change? Is it different?
Speaker 4 (15:42):
You don't think the Demico ryans because like look at
the Giants for example, when Dave Ball got there. It's
a completely.
Speaker 1 (15:48):
Well ran organization. Though that's that's all. That's that's not
a good as.
Speaker 3 (15:52):
They were atrocious for years, though.
Speaker 1 (15:54):
They were fatigue years. But when a team is bad,
you can fix a team. When an organization's culture is broken,
that's a much different proposition, so much different proposition. I
played in Washington and New York, so I got an
opportunity to see the inner workings of how the titsh
(16:15):
and Merror family run that organization. It is a finally
it is as finally ran as a standard of how
you run an organization as you will come by. So
you're talking about fixing the product. You're not talking about
fixing the culture. In Houston or a place like Washington.
You're talking about you have to overhaul an entire an
(16:40):
entire culture of an organization, not the product that's on
the field. And that's a very that's very different.
Speaker 7 (16:46):
Well, I would, I would just go back and see this.
I mean, I don't. I don't know that I necessarily
agree that the Houston Texans ourn expansion team. I think
you look at a lot of expansion teams that the
NFL has created. I mean Cleveland for example. I was
drafted there, and granted it's under different ownership now, so
(17:06):
I can't speak to that as a player only from AFAR,
But when I was there, when Randy Lerner had taken
over their team from his dad out Learner, from everything
I was told it was a different feel because of
how his dad running versus how he was running it.
So two completely, you know, different thoughts on how that
impacts the rest of your organization. I mean ownership matters.
(17:30):
And you look at Houston, for example, since it's really
become a franchise in the NFL, I think a lot
of them have had a harder time competing consistently. I
would actually say the Bill O'Brien years were the years
that you can make the case they actually they did compete.
I mean they were winning the division, they were going
to playoffs even at times despite the quarterback play. And
(17:52):
when they got Watson, that was kind of that moment
where you said, Okay, now they've got a coach that's
been able to do a lot with less. Now they've
got their franchise quarterback. This thing should take off for
years to come. And then it fell apart for whatever reason.
And it's hard to touch on exactly why that is.
I don't necessarily know that, you know, a coach or
(18:17):
any one person can change. And I think collectively as
a group, it's gonna take all parties involved. It's gonna
take Demiko Rants, it's gonna take CJ. Strit it's gonna
take Will Anderson. You know, you kind of have to
build up all these pieces. And I think more than
any of that, more than all the people, it's gonna
take it's gonna take time. And that's where I'm curious
to see how much time the McNair family will give
(18:40):
Dmiko Ryans to steer this ship. I mean, they're coming
off to one and duns it just fired lovely smith
that for one year. They just smarted David calif after
one year, David Cauli, who didn't even have any head
coaching experience before. It's like very similar to my comments
about Michael Bidwell and Steve Wilks. It's like, dude, you
hired the guy and he never coach is a head
(19:00):
coach before, and you're going to only give them one year.
I mean, no one's gonna be able to turn around,
you know something that is broken, which I think Bill
O'Brien's last year they went what four and twelve? Yeah,
I mean, no one's gonna be able to turn that
around in one year's time. If you can, okay, great,
but is that sustainable or how many guys have been
able to do it in one year's time and then
(19:22):
be able to make that sustainable. It's really hard to do.
This whole entire league's built to create parody with a draft,
with scheduling, everything else. That's encompassed in it. I mean,
I just I feel like whatever happens next in Houston,
it's it's gonna be a slower build than maybe some
people want to realize. It's gonna take time to get
(19:43):
the roster it needs to be, but it's getting there,
and you've got to give Demiko Ryan's time. You have
to give nic Cassario time to build up the roster
the way they'd like to and not just move on
after one year. So I'm hoping that's the case for
the players and coaches, everyone involved, that they can be
there for more than a year.
Speaker 4 (20:01):
At this point, it's Two Pros and a Cup of

Speaker 7 (20:53):
Are you gonna do it after Today's where you're saying, Jonas.
Speaker 3 (20:55):

I probably not, okay, Yeah, probably five thirty, just depends.
The wife's a little under the weather, so gonna get
after it. Yeah, Burdo, come on?
Speaker 5 (21:06):
What time you.
Speaker 3 (21:09):
Come on? Berto?
Speaker 7 (21:10):
Apparently it's not starting you know who?
Speaker 6 (21:12):
You know?
Speaker 7 (21:12):
It's gonna get after it.
Speaker 1 (21:13):
Lee and Todd and I would love to hear Lee
and Todd do the challenge.
Speaker 3 (21:19):
Hmmm, that wasn't interesting? Do the what the challenge? I
don't want to go together again?
Speaker 7 (21:26):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (21:27):
Absolutely? Yeah.
Speaker 9 (21:27):
I think we're gonna but we might make it a
Margaritaville today for some uh some Margis.
Speaker 4 (21:32):
By the way you talk that makes sense, margis some Margis.
Speaker 3 (21:44):
I've heard marks.
Speaker 4 (21:45):
I've never heard Marghis before, never heard Margis never before.
By the way you talk about whitewash, Margarita Field Bill
feels like that's some Uh, I don't know that they
celebrate Sam to mile there.
Speaker 9 (21:57):
You know, we wouldn't even be doing it forcing go
to myo. It would just be doing it for you know,
Todd Lee.
Speaker 4 (22:03):
Yeah, but you could do I mean, you know you've
got isn't there star Wars stuff at at Universal Studios?
Speaker 9 (22:10):
Well, Guardians of the Galaxy opens today, So it's kind
of like Star Wars. We got our Star Wars on
yesterday and then another Galactic adventure today.
Speaker 4 (22:19):
They're making another galactic adventure. Okay, all right, listen.
Speaker 5 (22:24):
I mean.
Speaker 3 (22:28):
It's Todd.
Speaker 4 (22:28):
I'm not going to question Todd that question him never again.
When is Todd going to start drinking or is he already?
Speaker 10 (22:34):
Oh?
Speaker 9 (22:34):
I mean it's happening as we speak. You just got off,
just got off from the bar at the good Night Yeah,
he's uh, I'm sure he's still going.
Speaker 5 (22:41):
It's at the bar at good Night.
Speaker 4 (22:44):
Todd's singing Vicente Fernandez is before he goes home a
rifle and a berau. So it is two pros and
a cup of Joe. Here on Fox Sports Radio, LeVar Arrington,
Brady Quinn, Jonas NOx with you. So we are going
to have another edition of over Unders coming up here
fifteen minutes from now, an interesting glimpse into the future
and some of the weekend plans potentially of some of
(23:05):
the members of this show, so.
Speaker 3 (23:06):
We'll have that for you here.
Speaker 4 (23:07):
But this is a story out of the NFL involving
a top ten draft pick that would be Peter Scarronsky
of the Tennessee Titans. He had an interesting conversation with
Dan POMPEII of The Athletic in which he said that
Falcons head coach Arthur Smith was unimpressed with his answers
at the combine. In fact, he said it he was
(23:30):
telling Peter Scarnsky, your answers are boring me, and he
seemed to be staring at his computer the entire time.
So apparently that was a little bit of a signal
that maybe Arthur Smith and the Atlanta Falcons would not
be a destination or would not be a team that
would draft Peter Skoronsky. Thus he ends up falling later
and I spoke incorrectly. After the top ten, he ends
(23:51):
up going number eleven overall to the Tennessee Titans, But
nonetheless he finds a home but definitely not the Atlanta Falcons.
And another story coming out of these combine interviews in
which a team does something that on the outside seems
to be a little bit odd during an interview process,
and Scarronsky you took note of it apparently, So there's that.
Speaker 7 (24:11):
I mean, here's the deal. All these prospects are so
well prepared for the interview portion. When you talk to
scouts or coaches, you know, head coaches, general managers, there's
I mean, any question they give these young men they've
been prepared to answer that they really have. For the
most part, it's more shocking when you actually get anything
(24:33):
in an interview nowadays because they're so well trained and
prepared for this. I mean, they are people who when
it comes time for the for the NFL Combine, they
have coaches who go out for about six weeks. They're
paid extremely well to coach up all these prospects like
that is a legitimate career option for people in this
(24:53):
in that you know, time of the year and in
that world. And so what you're seeing how coaches and
you know front office, you know, folks in the scouting department,
how they're trying to react to that is they're just
trying to do something to get the player off their game.
You know, they're trying to do something that either you know,
brings their guard down or throws them a curveball. They
(25:13):
kind of get out of their canned response that they've
prepared in all these different scenarios. And so I think
anyone who's played for Arthur, who knows Arthur, knows he's
a good dude, and he's just probably trying to get
Peter Scarronsky to react and try to get out of
his comfort zone to see if he could get him
to show some true colors. So I wouldn't read too
(25:34):
much into this. I think. You know, we've heard through
the years the crap that coaches and scouts and so
forth will ask, and some of it sounds awful, But again,
these most of the coaches and people there, and I
can't speak for everyone, but a lot of the coaches
and people i'd always been around the various teams I
played for, they're good guys. They're good people. They're just
(25:56):
trying to throw these kids at curveball. You know, they're
trying to see what what they're really about, see if
they can get them to react, see if they can
try to you know, force a little bit of adversity
in some way, even in an interview, just to see
how they react to some of it. If they're they're
kind of poked and prodded to get a sense for
who these guys are. So it creates headlines and and
you know, people may be upset about it, but I
(26:18):
just I know that's what's happening behind the scenes for
a lot of these teams and people trying to figure
out stuff with these prospects.
Speaker 4 (26:23):
You mean to tell me that if Skeronsky didn't answer
those questions or put on a better show, they wouldn't
have taken him over Bjeon Robinson.
Speaker 7 (26:30):
Yeah, no, I mean Jean was a top five overall prospect.
Speaker 4 (26:33):
So okay, that's what it felt like.
Speaker 5 (26:35):
I don't know that I had much to add to it.
Speaker 1 (26:37):
I mean, I think guys can truly be a hole
sometimes I will say that.
Speaker 5 (26:43):
I mean, I don't know.
Speaker 1 (26:44):
Maybe maybe what you're saying Q is right, but I
don't know, maybe maybe he was being an a hole.
Speaker 5 (26:49):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (26:50):
I don't know him, so I don't I don't really
have too strong of an opinion on it, but I'd
say it's interesting that he'd do it to a Northwestern player,
you know, and it's kind of like a well, what
are you trying to prompt them into doing or what
are you trying to to to get out of him?
I mean, he's kind of he's probably going to be
one of the sharpest dudes that that gets interviewed. He's
(27:12):
he's probably going to be pretty solid. And it would
probably be a safe assumption just knowing what what institution
that he was coming from and the position grouping that
he was connected to. So unless there was some type
of reports that came out on him.
Speaker 7 (27:27):
I think I know what it was. It's just that
he's trying to pull out that Polllock personality, you know,
That's what he was trying to do. He was trying
to see if the Ski gets Ski out.
Speaker 3 (27:38):
Of Scarrons, to find that inner meat wagon.
Speaker 7 (27:41):
That's right, that's right, find that interesting, find that Polllock personality.
You know, Steven, get him repped up, Steeve, you get
that mean streak that you see on film. See if
you get that the hulk to emerge, if you will,
that's Ski to come out.
Speaker 1 (27:54):
If he would have pushed some parrogis in front of
him while he was having that that conversation. I might
get it.
Speaker 7 (28:02):
That's a check. Isn't that a check? Is it? Yeah?
Speaker 3 (28:06):
I believe can we look into that. I believe.
Speaker 7 (28:11):
Some sausage put them together. I know the general you know.
Speaker 4 (28:17):
Steelers Steelers polka song is that's Italian, that's Italian, that's Italian.
Speaker 5 (28:25):
Not quite that.
Speaker 4 (28:26):
I've never heard of it in a book of Bepo. I'll
be honest with you, I've never heard Steelers Polka.
Speaker 7 (28:32):
You will not find a bigger book to Beppo fan
than one.
Speaker 3 (28:36):
That's all I got.
Speaker 4 (28:37):
The other Italians all I got. The other Italian restaurants nearby.
I'll suck so Boka to Bepo is the only thing
that's halfway decent. I don't have to tell you, man,
do my best.
Speaker 7 (28:46):
Lee.
Speaker 3 (28:47):
We got an answer on that.
Speaker 9 (28:48):
I'm seeing Polish all right, So they are Polish stuffy,
he knows.
Speaker 7 (28:54):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (28:55):
I mean I get some things right. I guess something.
I mean, I'm a Pittsburgh kid. You know, I'm messed
up the steel or Poka you should have.
Speaker 7 (29:04):
Are you saying Arthur Smith should have brought some perogies.
Speaker 5 (29:07):
Put him in front of them.
Speaker 7 (29:09):
Yes? And then when Ski went to go grab one
just pulled away from him.
Speaker 1 (29:13):
Just or give him, give him a counterfeit and see
how cooly she really is.
Speaker 7 (29:20):
Wow, test out is if he's test out is ski?
Speaker 3 (29:24):
By the way, what is it? What's in?
Speaker 5 (29:26):
It depends?
Speaker 7 (29:27):
It's stuff with like like a potato, ground cheese. You
can do it with fruit.
Speaker 1 (29:33):
It could be onions, cover kinds of different directions. So
it is just a dumpling, yeah, basically.
Speaker 5 (29:41):
Yeah, it's like, yeah, it's like a dumpling.
Speaker 4 (29:43):
Yeah, yeah, dumplings.
Speaker 5 (29:45):
Are good man. It depends.
Speaker 7 (29:47):
It depends on the dumpling though, it's more. It's more
it's more breaded.
Speaker 1 (29:54):
Like it's like it's it's not that far. It's an
that far into it.
Speaker 7 (30:01):
It's not.
Speaker 1 (30:01):
It's but you can I mean you can fry them,
you can bake them, you know, you can steam them.
Like it just depends on Like me, I like regular potato.
And this is how I grew up with my Polish
friends and how they prepare them, like preparing them.
Speaker 3 (30:18):
Yeah, are Errington Ski?
Speaker 5 (30:20):
You know?
Speaker 7 (30:21):
I like.
Speaker 3 (30:22):
Levarski.
Speaker 7 (30:24):
Arrington is a good name, but Arrington Ski would also
be a good name.
Speaker 1 (30:28):
We had to drop the ski just to make sure
we we we fit in, you know, when we got
to America.
Speaker 4 (30:33):
If you just just kind of if you flopped, if
you flopped your names and went Errington Levarski. That sound
that's a legitimate Polish name, Arrington Levarski.
Speaker 7 (30:42):
I wonder if there's a kind of think that's kind
of dope.
Speaker 1 (30:45):
Actually, yeah, I think that's a new and I think
that's a new product on our T shirt.
Speaker 7 (30:51):
I also think that is now that is the name
when you check into hotels, buddy, that's that's.
Speaker 3 (30:57):
Uh huh yeah, wait you're Errington LeVar.
Speaker 7 (31:03):
Who he talked to yo ass?
Speaker 1 (31:07):
Yeah, I like I like to steam them in onions,
like with butter, butter and onions and and you you
like you simmer them on and then steam them on
on top of the the you know, your your stove.
That's that's they come out pretty good, man, pretty good.
Speaker 4 (31:24):
Is the meat Wagon a big PROGI guy? I mean,
maybe he could chime in on this at some point
or is he not a part of the diet.
Speaker 7 (31:32):
I don't. I don't know that that's part of the diet.
He probably had them at some point in time in
his life, but I'm not sure the that ski which
this actually brings to like this question. I mean, LeVar
you grew up around them. You're talking about how you
like to prepare them. Did the proge is not make
it out to the West Coast.
Speaker 5 (31:49):
I've made pro pro prog since I've been out here,
but there.
Speaker 7 (31:53):
Are not many prog shops around there.
Speaker 5 (31:55):
I don't, I don't.
Speaker 1 (31:55):
I don't hear a progs out here. Yeah, I don't.
Not pargy though, Yeah, see that it's that's an evolution
because it's not. It's they're not. It's kind of weird
because they they kind of look exactly the same A
progy kind of looks the same as an empanada.
Speaker 3 (32:13):
I love how we chose.
Speaker 1 (32:14):
In fact, if you if you fry the pargy, it
would probably it would come out like an Yeah.
Speaker 4 (32:21):
I just I love how we chose syncle to my
break downs on this show.
Speaker 7 (32:28):
It's not our fault. I mean you picked the article
with Peter.
Speaker 3 (32:32):
Yeah, I look, I'm just you know, it's a strong name.
Should have been should have been a Chicago Bear. But
of course you do that.
Speaker 7 (32:41):
We we found out. Now we've got Arrington Levarski.
Speaker 3 (32:44):
