were aware of this, but I was looking up at
the calendar this morning, yes, and I'm like, okay, well,
(02:06):
yesterday was Thursday. Yes, the day before was Wednesday. Yes,
tomorrow is a Saturday.
Speaker 6 (02:13):
So what comes in between Thursday and Saturday? A football
Friday night? Friday, football Friday.
Speaker 1 (02:29):
Say it is a football Friday here on Fox Sports Radio.
And uh, normally there's a live studio audience at the
end of that song that's here enjoying everything.
Speaker 4 (02:42):
That is very true.
Speaker 3 (02:43):
It doesn't make it.
Speaker 1 (02:47):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 3 (02:51):
All right, so it's appropriate.
Speaker 1 (02:52):
Then on a football Friday, we of course start with
the topic in the NBA.
Speaker 3 (02:56):
So away we go.
Speaker 1 (02:58):
The Denver Nuggets had themselves a championship parade. You know
that was the same championship parade in which Nicola Jokic
said he didn't really want to be a part of.
And so because you came on the air the next morning,
LeVar Arrington and wore him out and criticized him and
(03:20):
were very critical.
Speaker 3 (03:21):
Of his comments that he wasn't being kind to.
Speaker 1 (03:24):
The fans and all that he was guilt tripped into
going to this championship parade.
Speaker 3 (03:29):
And so Nikola Jokicic decided to really.
Speaker 4 (03:32):
I mean, this is Fox Sports Radio.
Speaker 6 (03:34):
Yeah, I mean, it's not like people don't wake up
and be hearing what we be saying.
Speaker 1 (03:39):
Yeah, I mean they do be hearing. And that was correct, Yeah,
it was correct. And apparently Jokic shart him because here
he was at the parade yesterday.
Speaker 5 (03:49):
You know that I told that I don't want to
stay on parade, but I want to stay on parade.
Speaker 1 (03:54):
This is.
Speaker 3 (03:57):
This is amazing, this is uh.
Speaker 5 (04:00):
If you're all gonna remember there's the whole lives and
uh and when we see you guys that came out
on the streets and actually this one is for you,
love you dad, or this one is for you guys.
Speaker 4 (04:11):
So there you go.
Speaker 6 (04:12):
I won't say I'll take credit for that, but why not.
I mean I did say that. Yeah, like basically all
of what that is that he said. I mean, just
give your your fans their props.
Speaker 1 (04:24):
Man.
Speaker 6 (04:25):
The dopest thing is a is a real fan. There's
nothing doper than a real fan.
Speaker 5 (04:30):
Man.
Speaker 4 (04:30):
I'm just telling you.
Speaker 6 (04:31):
The fans that really really are true fans are the dopest.
Like the fanboys that are like fair Weather or front
Runners or wishy washy or group eat out, you know,
not so much like they're you know, they can be offensive.
They can say crazy things to try to get like
a reaction out of you.
Speaker 1 (04:53):
Or Now, would you just describe a groupie fan like
a tire just overall vibe.
Speaker 4 (05:01):
Behavior a groupie a groupie.
Speaker 6 (05:04):
Fan, I mean they come in all kinds of different shapes,
sizes and forms. Man, But I just say one one
example of what a groupie a groupie fan would be
is like, what what would be a good one?
Speaker 1 (05:22):
I mean entitled almost no groupie because groupie meaning group
like you're grouping with like famous people like you be
you know, you be sniffing on.
Speaker 6 (05:35):
So so basically, a groupie is a type of person
that will be, you know, standing there like hey, Jonas, this,
that and the other, and then say somebody else comes
walking in. That's a famous stature. It's like you're all
gone gone. Well they're not. They're not going to move
on to the next They're moving on to where they
(05:58):
believe that they can fit in the most. A groupie
fan truly wants to benefit themselves more than they are
being a fan. To the person they're a fan of,
it's like there's jay Z, Let me go hang out.
Speaker 4 (06:14):
With jay Z. What's up jay Z? Da da da man,
big fan da da da.
Speaker 6 (06:18):
But to everybody else, you're portraying like you're part of
their crew. You're part of that that that's set up.
And then you geek out when you go to uh, well,
you geek out over the fact that you may be
able to leverage being in that group, in that setting
and that environment, like it's like all right, all right,
here's a good one. So in the days of going
(06:42):
out and hanging out in clubs, right right, you'll get.
Speaker 4 (06:44):
A table bottle service.
Speaker 6 (06:46):
You get the bottle service, right, you have all these bottles.
Doesn't even matter, doesn't even matter, it doesn't matter. But
what you'll see a groupie do is they'll come up
to you and they'll be like, what's up, Jonas, what's up?
Har Dota die, this, that and the other. And then
they'll like they'll stop, and then they'll stand there and
they'll be like, you know, vibing with the music, this,
(07:09):
that and the other. And then soon as the lady
comes to pour the bottles and re up people, they
grab a beer, they'll grab something of a cheaper status,
or or they'll jump right in like like you're like, yeah, yeah,
get me that right there. Yeah some pineapple yep, yep,
yep that right there.
Speaker 4 (07:27):
Look cool. No they won't, No, they won't.
Speaker 6 (07:33):
The true groupie is skilled in the art of getting
that drink going. And then once they get the first one,
it's like a I'm in off and running I'm in.
And you know what makes them really truly a groupie
is when you catch them and you tell them they
gotta go, and then they start talking that's on you
like ain't nobody want to be up in here with
(07:54):
you punk anyway if y'all hope y'all lose every game
from here on out, Like really, he was as my
homie like five minutes ago.
Speaker 4 (08:06):
That's a groupie. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (08:08):
See, I come from a different perspective because when we
go out and we're doing live shows, like those groupies
normally use me to get to you and Brady like,
that's normally how that goes. So I know what it's
like to have to deal with the Barnacle that doesn't
want to attach to my ship. They just want to
go straight to you and Vessel Brady like like you're
(08:29):
you're the ss LeVar and Brady. They're all about my
little pontoon boat. They're not willing to attach themselves too,
but they will with you guys.
Speaker 4 (08:38):
That's a groupie. Yeah, yeah, that's a group.
Speaker 1 (08:41):
That's that that's a that's the kind of type of
fan we're talking Barnicle, Barnacle.
Speaker 6 (08:45):
It's a groupie. They're trying to ride it. By the way,
don't be a Barnacle.
Speaker 4 (08:53):
You're a real fan.
Speaker 6 (08:54):
Man. If you're a fan of the team, be a
real fan of the team, and you being a real
fan of the team. Doesn't mean that you have to
turn on a player when he's not going to be
a part of your team anymore. Like that experience was
that experience, like people were burning my jersey and stuff
like that. It's like, why why would you burn my jersey?
Speaker 4 (09:11):
Man?
Speaker 6 (09:11):
Like, I never hated you, and I never hated this team.
I never hated this city. I didn't like if you really, like,
if you're a true fan, you're just looking at the
scenarios in the situations of the team of the franchise,
and you you measuring you wait at that stuff up,
stuff out like by the situation, and if something doesn't
(09:33):
work out, that doesn't mean you hate the player that's leaving.
You just say, you know what, I'm still a fan
of my team. I'm still a fan of that guy.
You know, I might not cheer for him when when
they play against my team, but I'm gonna be largely
in part I'll probably have a great feeling about this dude,
you know, no matter where he plays, Like so to me,
(09:54):
that's a true fan, Like true fans are the dopest
man in anyways, which brings us back to the original point.
The joker should have been there. He's the main reason
why they won that first, first title. And you give
a city that first title, and Denver is a sports
(10:14):
that's a sports place, Like they're driven by sports and
they love their sports there and they love having a winner,
and to deliver that first NBA Finals title, that championship,
you should be able to reap the benefit and the
reward of the admiration and the reverence that you receive
(10:37):
from the fan base. Because it's so funny. It's like
everybody is always from where the champion wins. It's like
every year when somebody's made it to the Super Bowl,
you're heading to a place. You're at the airport. Where
are you from. You're from the city where the team
that's playing in the Super Bowl is. NBA season, same thing,
NBA Finals come around, Oh where are you from? Same place.
(11:00):
It's like it's it's the weirdest phenomenon, Like, oh, Denver
is in the in the championship round. Like you'd be
walking around randomly, you'd be like, Hey, what's going on?
Oh nothing, Yeah, I'm a Denver fan. Like okay, you know,
it's like rising ties raise all all boats, all ships,
and you'll always see people gravitate to a winner.
Speaker 1 (11:21):
And by the way, Denver, to your point, really underrated
sports town.
Speaker 4 (11:25):
It really is.
Speaker 3 (11:26):
That is a great place.
Speaker 1 (11:27):
Really or anybody that's never been now, for first of all,
getting there the airport is an absolute disaster.
Speaker 4 (11:32):
That's a big ass airport.
Speaker 3 (11:34):
It's it's a nightmare and a half.
Speaker 1 (11:36):
You know, I'll fly into the into their next month,
into Denver on my way to my frontier days. There's
like some conspiracy theories about the Denver Airport, Like I
don't remember off the top of my head what they are.
I think lead to Lap was on top of that
as far as just sort of you know, just some
conspiracy stuff out there.
Speaker 3 (11:53):
Lee, what are the is this?
Speaker 1 (11:55):
Like, well, is this worthy of of unsolved mysteries music?
Because there's been some speculation that the Denver Airport is
sort of the root of a lot of chaos in
the in the world and a lot of stuff that's
been speculated about strange events and strange things that could
happen moving forward.
Speaker 3 (12:16):
What do we got there with the Denver Airport?
Speaker 7 (12:17):
Yeah, a lot of that New World Order stuff about
just kind of like symbology of weird stuff where it's
all set up. They have that huge Mustang reared up
in the front that they say is cursed, some kind
of extraterrestrial map stuff. It's it's a lot of lot
going on at the Denver.
Speaker 1 (12:34):
It's very strange, like very strange, and that's been the speculation.
I don't know what sort of New World Order stuff
it's got going on, or any sort of alien interactions
they've had, but that place is a pain in the
ass to get in and out of it.
Speaker 4 (12:47):
You had a.
Speaker 6 (12:48):
Pretty cool interaction in the Denver Airport before, did you.
Speaker 4 (12:55):
There was an alien involved the alien abduction.
Speaker 1 (13:00):
But you know with the Broncos, great franchise, a lot
of a lot of success, the Colorado aval or the
Colorado Avalanche just one fomundation, you know, uh, the Colorado Rockies.
Speaker 3 (13:12):
That course field is a great place to go see again.
Speaker 1 (13:15):
You know, there's there's a lot of stuff happening there
with the with the Denver Sports Town that is, and
also apparently the Denver Airport with there are extraterrestrials, yes,
a cursed Mustang, yes, and a big fan of Styck City.
Speaker 3 (13:30):
Yes.
Speaker 2 (13:31):
Yes.
Speaker 6 (13:32):
Stick City was laughing in full effect in the Denver Airport.
That's right, I had to check it off the bucket list. Yeah,
that's okay, Airport. Airport is no longer on the bucket list.
Speaker 1 (13:42):
Aint nothing wrong with a little batting practice, right. It
is Two Pros and a Cup of Joe here on

(14:04):

aggressively pursuing an All pro in the NFL.

a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LeVar Arrington, and

Speaker 6 (14:35):
H to the is o v to the is an
used to get it down to a h.
Speaker 4 (14:43):
Home of the Turpens. You know where that is, right, Maryland.
Speaker 1 (14:46):
Yeah, come on, Stephan Diggs.
Speaker 4 (14:51):
Oh yeah, Stephan Diggs.
Speaker 1 (14:53):
It is two pros and a cup of Joe. Here
on Fox Sports Radio, he's LeVar Arrington. I'm Jonas Knox
with you. Coming up in a little over twenty minutes
from now from the tiraq dot Com studios. We've got really,
really bad news for one of the all time greats
in the NFL. So we'll get into that for you
again a little over twenty minutes from now here on FSR.
So we've got an update here on the d hop Tour,
(15:15):
the DeAndre Hopkins Tour. So apparently, and this is there's
a couple different layers to this. So apparently the visit
with the New England Patriots went well. DeAndre Hopkins posted
a photo of him and Matthew Judon, who, by the
way under the radar football player. One of the great
(15:35):
signings in the last couple of years has been Matthew
Judah with the Patriots. He's been even better with New England,
and that was a team who was criticized for not
spending money. Whatever they spent on Matthew Judon has been
worth every cent because he's been fantastic since he's been
in New England, and so he posts a picture of
him and Matthew Judon. Apparently the meeting went well. Reports
(15:59):
are saying, you know, there's no ill will between him
and Bill O'Brien, the offensive coordinator there, so like everyone
felt like and the Patriots from everything I've read, they
would like to sign DeAndre Hopkins right clearly they would
like to sign him and his whole you know, perspective
on it is I'll wait a little bit.
Speaker 3 (16:19):
There's no rush to sign.
Speaker 1 (16:20):
It's it's a couple of months before the season, about
another month or so before training camp, So that's sort
of where we're at. The Patriots liked him, things apparently
went well in Tennessee, but he's in no rush to sign.
But neither one of those teams is on his wish list,
So why would he be, nor should they. Yeah, but
we may now know why the New England Patriots are
(16:43):
maybe getting a little bit aggressive when it comes to
DeAndre Hopkins and wanting to sign DeAndre Hopkins. So Mike
Gerard Giardi, who covers the Patriots, He's been covering the
Patriots for a long time, longtime reporter for the NFL Network.
He pointed this out earlier in the week. So one
of the notes that he had after day one of
(17:03):
the mandatory mini camp was Juju Smith Schuster had to
be managed for the entirety of the second half of
last season with the Chiefs, practices missed, etc. That he
is still dealing with physical ailments in June is concerning,
especially as you take a deeper look at his injury history.
Remember he spoke on how challenging this playbook is to learn.
(17:27):
So apparently part of the reason why they may be
interested in having DeAndre Hopkins come to New England and
why they've been so aggressive about it is because Juju
Smith Schuster, who signed that three year deal with New
England in the off season. That also flying under the radar.
There's some issues there with Juju which would lead you
to Okay, now, if you tie it all together, maybe
(17:49):
that's why they look at DeAndre Hopkins as being a
potential valid piece of the season as they approach this
upcoming year.
Speaker 6 (17:57):
I mean, I could see why that's an approach coach
for the Patriots, but how is I'm still trying to
figure out how this situation is is attractive to DeAndre
Hopkins if you're saying, I'm trying to go play with
(18:18):
a quarterback that I can win with and we haven't
seen that really really pronounced with Mac Jones and with
this team in New England. And not to mention the
things that we brought up about Bill O'Brien being in
the mix, what is that relationship look like? Clearly maybe
(18:39):
that's not a factor in what's going on. I just
don't know. How can you see a scenario where there's
a team that's still trying to find its way post
Tom Brady era and that's where you're going to land.
It has to be bottom lined driven. I just think
(19:02):
to see this take place where DeAndre Hopkins ends up
being a New England Patriot on a team that does
not look to be a competitive team for a.
Speaker 4 (19:14):
Super Bowl bid.
Speaker 6 (19:16):
You have to be looking at it from the financial
gain of it, because I don't see I don't see
how that fits what he said in terms of where
he would want to go and who he would want
to play with, and it doesn't fit the narrative of
going to a team that is competitive right now. And
honestly speaking, even if Juju Smith Schuster was healthy. Does
(19:39):
Juju Smith, Schuster and DeAndre Hopkins form a formidable enough
duo to be able to become a worthy adversary of
the opponents they're going to see during the year, or
do they become a better team.
Speaker 1 (19:55):
I mean, I think they're a better team because it
gives Mac Jones weapons, like I think there's and also
I I think the addition of Bill O'Brien.
Speaker 3 (20:02):
Without the chaos that was you know.
Speaker 1 (20:04):
Matt Patricia, Joe Judge, all of the like, whoever was
calling plays last year, the whole thing was a disaster.
But I do think them adding those pieces would obviously
help Mac Jones. I also think if DeAndre Hopkins went
and signed with New England, this would be such an
indictment on Deshaun Watson. And here's why all we kept
(20:28):
hearing about in Houston was it's Bill O'Brien and he's
the reason DeAndre Hopkins was traded. And he had to
have a sit down with him because he was worried
about losing control of the locker room that DeAndre Hopkins
had too much influence, And he talked with DeAndre Hopkins
and he told him that according to Michael Irvin. The
(20:48):
last time he had to sit down with a player
and have a conversation, it was Aaron Hernandez, which is
always fun. When you're compared to a guy who's a murderer,
that's always fun. I mean, who doesn't like that in life?
And then they trade way DeAndre Hopkins. Everybody brings out
the violins for Deshaun Watson and talks about man Bill
O'Brien did him dirty? And what's going on if all
(21:10):
these years later, DeAndre Hopkins not only doesn't mention his
close friend Massage Watson among the quarterbacks he would like
to play with again, but then goes and signs a
deal with an inferior team as it would seem in
New England, and goes in plays for Bill O'Brien, who
(21:31):
was the villain in Houston. I gotta tell you that
might be the biggest indictment of Deshaun Watson all off season.
Speaker 3 (21:38):
That would be a bad look. Tell me how, because.
Speaker 1 (21:42):
Like, wouldn't you want if everything was so great with
Deshaun Watson, why wouldn't you want to go play with him?
Speaker 3 (21:48):
Like if that was so great?
Speaker 6 (21:49):
See, but I don't think Massage Watson erases what Bill
O'Brien said in terms of this is the type of
conversation I've had to have, and this is the last
person I've had to have it with.
Speaker 1 (22:00):
But the narrative coming out of Houston was the problem
was Bill O'Brien not Massage Watson and not DeAndre Hobbs.
Speaker 6 (22:08):
But I think part of the problem that was being
reported was that Bill O'Brien was trying to put this, well,
the then the formerly known Deshaun Watson in a position
to be a leader in the locker room, not not
get statistics larger than your football statistics.
Speaker 1 (22:29):
Off the field, what are you talking about? I mean
what he gets racking up completions. His percentage is the
attempts most relaxed guy in the league.
Speaker 4 (22:39):
What do you do? I mean, one hundred percent relaxed rating.
Speaker 1 (22:44):
By the way, if he has a not anywhere on
his body the rest of his life, I got to
know what happened. Who was working on him, Edward scissorhands
like I got to know what happened that many massages.
You should have no issues en ailments the rest of
your career at all. Ever, But oh man, point, the.
Speaker 6 (23:04):
Point the point is is one if if that is
indeed the case, then we'll I guess we'll know shortly.
But I just I just don't see there being any
type of real feeling towards Bill O'Brien if I'm Deshaun Watson,
so if I'm going there and that man is going
to be my coach again, either they had a conversation
(23:26):
where Bill O'Brien kind of gave or they've seen each
other during the course of that time where Bill O'Brien
was able to give some type of reasoning behind what
took place and they let you know, things kind of
be what it's going to be. And when you know,
if I see you around, I see you around and
they're they're on those type of terms, or it's the
bottom line because it's not Mac Jones. Mac Jones has
(23:48):
not done enough at this point to say he can
go in deep waters and take this team to to
an NFL super Bowl. And if you want to say
it's is Bill O'Brien, I mean Bill Belichick. It's been
a little bit too long to just say it's Bill Belichick.
Like this team is really going to have to work
(24:10):
to find itself back at a top of of their division.
They're going to have to really work to figure out
how to win the way that they were winning during
the Tom Brady era.
Speaker 4 (24:22):
So that's a your way back.
Speaker 6 (24:24):
To There's a lot of reasons why Deshaun DeAndre Hopkins.
DeAndre Deshaun is kind of massage is massage is easier
to c and it's and it's very very you know, accurate.
So you know, anyway, DeAndre Hopkins does strike me as
(24:47):
the type of guy that A would want to win
at this point and B want to play with with
a team and with a quarterback that is superior to
the ones that he's he's already played with, and that
probably includes this massage Watchington.
Speaker 1 (25:04):
And Albert Breer pointed out yesterday that this may come
down to he gets through the process and in a
month or so or whatever it is, he decides, you
know what, forget about the money I want to win.
Maybe I go somewhere for a year, I have a
really good year with a team like Kansas City and
Patrick Mahomes, and then I try and do this thing
all over again, which could be similar to what OBJ
(25:26):
did in Baltimore. Felt like if I go there, this
could be a place I could revitalize my career on
a one year prove a deal and then go.
Speaker 6 (25:32):
You know the difference between OBJ and Baltimore and DeAndre
Hopkins in Kansas City or in New England. What's up
the natural grass? You know, he would be different. He
would really be putting himself in a position where he
doesn't get injured as much if he played in New
(25:54):
England or Kansas City, because well, they have natural grass,
but they do have artificial in Baltimore. And speaking of
artificial turf on football fields, it caused thirty two percent
more non contact knee injuries. And well, American grass sea
company Pennington is on a mission to ban turf fields
with their hashtag flip the Turf movement. So go to
(26:15):
Pennington dot com slash flip the Turf now to learn more,
sign the petition for teams the hashtag flip that turf
to real grass. That's flip the turf, not flip that,
you know, but I was just saying, flip that flip
that flip that flip that flip that it's Friday night,
Well it's actually Friday morning.
Speaker 4 (26:36):
It feels like Friday night.
Speaker 1 (26:37):
Yeah, but for our friends listening, like in Bangladesh on
the iHeartRadio app it's actually yeah, I think it's Friday night.
Speaker 4 (26:43):
There you go.
Speaker 1 (26:44):
So it is two pros and a cup of Joe
here on Fox Sports Radio. We are going to get
into this conversation about some bad news for one of
the all time greats in the NFL. Did want to
mention this though, we've been discussing the fiasco that is
Hard Knocks. They've got fourteen qualify. You've got the Bears,
You've got the Saints, you've got the Commanders, you've got
(27:05):
the Jets. Everybody but the Commanders have publicly come out
and said we don't want any part of this. It
feels like the Commanders would be a little bit awkward
considering all the Dan Snyder ownership stuff that's going on.
If that was already solved, I feel like they would
be the team that we'd go with. But apparently, according
to the Detroit News, HBO reached out to the Lions
(27:27):
about running it back on Hard Knocks this year. Now
there's no word as to whether or not the Lions
have accepted, but the fact that you're going retread because
nobody wants this. We're entering into Pro Bowl territory where
you keep trying to put a band aid on a
gunshot wound, and at some point you just got to
call it. You just like it's over. Like you could
(27:49):
move on from hard Knocks and nobody would give a rip.
There's enough reality TV football shows that are out. That
new Quarterback show on Netflix is supposed to be fantastic.
I don't know what they're doing with last I've ever
heard of it. Yeah, there's like some court it's called
the q oh QB one or no, it's I think
it's called like the Quarterback or something. And it follows
Kirk Cousins, Patrick Mahomes.
Speaker 4 (28:11):
And on Netflix.
Speaker 1 (28:12):
Yeah, and it's coming out in quarter and Marcus Mario
did see that, and it's coming in July and apparently
it's fantastic.
Speaker 6 (28:19):
What would make it fantastic? Well, quarterbacks can only be
so entertaining. I mean, I hear you, especially Kirk, you're
following the wrong people. If you want personality, you got
to follow the linebackers or the receivers.
Speaker 4 (28:31):
Something in the corner. Tell me about it.
Speaker 6 (28:33):
But you got to make sure you have fall guys
available for for the camera crew, for the people that
are involved, because it's just become incriminating.
Speaker 4 (28:41):
You've got to have a fall guy. That's right, Chris
Carter is here.
Speaker 3 (28:44):
It's been a while since you've heard from Chris in
this time slot.
Speaker 6 (28:46):
So so I don't know how good that show could
possibly be, just saying.
Speaker 1 (28:51):
By the way, that still amazes me that Chris Carter
told a bunch of rookies you got to have a
fall guy.
Speaker 6 (28:58):
If you all got a crew, have to have a
fall guy.
Speaker 3 (29:03):
So stupid, it's so stupid.
Speaker 6 (29:07):
You got to have a fall guy. You don't need
to be in participating in whatever's going on. I mean,
that's really what it comes down to.
Speaker 1 (29:13):
That's like somebody saying, if you're going to drive drunk,
just do it when nobody's looking.
Speaker 6 (29:17):
Oh that's cool. No, you got to have a fall guy. Yeah,
whenever you have what happens happened, you know, you just
gotta jump out of the car. Oh man, you know
I did that once before. What So I had a situation,
what took place, something happened, But I had a fender bender,
(29:40):
and and and so I didn't have I didn't have
my license at the time, and so I saw a
cop like two three cars beyond where the fender bender was,
and I jumped out of a car and my fall
guy jumped into the driver's and I went running for
the police officer's car and caught it. Caught the police
(30:04):
officer's car and was like, listen, man, I'll tell you
right now what happened. Turned his mother sucker around and
let's get this handle.
Speaker 4 (30:14):
And he did.
Speaker 6 (30:14):
He turned that car around, and everything I said was true.
I did not tell one lie. I just failed to
mention the fact that I was the driving. I thought
you were gonna pull the Lance Briggs. Did you ever
hear that Lance Briggs story? Allegedly this is allegedly Lance
Briggs when he was playing for the Bears, he might
have gone out and you know, had himself a couple
(30:37):
of you know, is that the story.
Speaker 1 (30:39):
Where he just left the Lamborghini there is he might
have gone out and had a couple of throat burners
in downtown Chicago. He was driving back to his place,
he crashed his Lamborghini on the side of the road
and then just bailed. Now nobody saw him run. But
all that happened was the next day cop showed up
to his house and said, your lamberg he was crashed,
(31:01):
And he said got really, what are you.
Speaker 4 (31:04):
Thinking, man? I was driving home yesterday.
Speaker 6 (31:08):
I was driving home yesterday, man, and I saw a
car on the side of the road where all these
cars were parked overnight.
Speaker 4 (31:15):
It was obliterated.
Speaker 6 (31:18):
Oh yeah, like somebody was driving late night, was fired up,
drove straight down the side of that car. Jack the
side of that car up. The tire wheel was all
jacked up. This car was tore up, and you could
tell by the way that it was bent in that
the person hit it kept going, kept going bam, pulled
(31:41):
off of it and just kept going. It's hit and run.
There was a person that came out to their car
yesterday that had no idea that their car had been
obliterated on the driver's side.
Speaker 4 (31:53):
That's terrible. They're not terrible. That sucks.
Speaker 6 (31:56):
They hit that car so good. It looked like like
a on It's like a tow truck would have dropped
it off right there and said, have have your insurance
cover the rest of it. Type of deal it was.
But you could tell it was a hit and run. Yeah,
I don't do that. That's crazy, man, that's crazy.
Speaker 1 (32:13):
Plus, and don't do it if you're driving on some
tire rack tires you know, that's a bad look for
them as well too, because you know, and we're not
well put up with that.
Speaker 6 (32:21):
I'm sure that was probably why the tires still actually
still had air in it and looked like it could
be operationals because it was tire rackt YEA tires.
Speaker 4 (32:30):
Probably We're not.
Speaker 3 (32:30):
Going to condone that behavior though from the tire.
Speaker 4 (32:32):
But the rest of that driver's sad was tore up.
Speaker 1 (32:35):
Yeah, just not going to condone that behavior here from
the tirack dot Com studio. That right now, that's right,
all right. Coming up next though, I don't even know
what that means. We are going to we are going
and it was on it wasn't on natural grass, it
was on it was on asphalt. Yeah, definitely not coming
up next though, we are going to have a discussion
about some bad news for one of the all time
(32:57):
greats in the NFL. We'll get into that for you.

Good morning LeVar.
Speaker 3 (34:47):
Was that Todd.
Speaker 6 (34:53):
Shut up?
Speaker 4 (34:56):
Really? Good well?
Speaker 2 (34:57):
Guys.
Speaker 7 (34:57):
In case you missed this, Dion Sanders still having a
medical issue, guys, In case you missed Deion Sanders is
still experiencing significant problems with blood flow to the to
his left leg. He's already, of course, had two toes amputated. Well,
(35:17):
he's allowed a camera crew to document his meetings with
medical teams at the Colorado Football Facility, and then the
latest revealed footage. You could see the innerch exchange between
them where they say he could be in danger of
losing his left foot in his next medical procedure.
Speaker 1 (35:33):
Jesus man, man got some prayers, man, and you played
with him. He had foot issues while you were like
a turf toe issue. Yes, toe was hurting him. Yeah,
I know, I wonder if it was that same foot,
but his toe, the turf toe, was pretty significant for him.
I was surprised he was able to continue on with
(35:56):
the Ravens, you know, but.
Speaker 4 (35:58):
Yeah, he had. He had a serious, serious turf toe
deal going on.
Speaker 1 (36:03):
It's also I saw another layer of this where he
had he's got a toe that's dislocated and he walks
around in constant pain.
Speaker 3 (36:14):
So he's got the two toes that have already.
Speaker 1 (36:16):
Been removed, he's got another one that's dislocated, and he
can't really stand up for long periods of time because
he doesn't feel anything on the bottom of his foot.
But what he does feel are like sharp, like the
whole thing. It like it sounds like somebody that deals
with diabetes and you get to a point to where
you have to have Yeah, like my buddies. I have
(36:37):
a couple of buddies whose dads have diabetes, and one
of them had lost a leg, another one's lost both legs,
and it's just like, step by step you lose part
of your.
Speaker 3 (36:48):
Body and part of yourself.
Speaker 1 (36:49):
It is terrible, man, And I think this is prime time,
Like this is one of the greatest football players of
all time, one of the most exciting players of all
time and he's running the risk of losing his entire
foot for the season.
Speaker 3 (37:02):
That's terrible.
Speaker 6 (37:03):
That is terrible. Yeah, I hope it works out for
for prime Man.
Speaker 4 (37:07):
You know. That's that's unfortunate.
Speaker 7 (37:09):
What else we got, guys, We've had plenty of updates
on Antonio Brown over the last several weeks. Well, in
case you missed it, the National Arena League has just
since yesterday kicked out the All the Empire, the team
that Antonio broke. Brown is the majority team owner majority
owner of quoting after an emergency conference call that they
have not paid their league O dues as well as
(37:31):
the lines that he has been right, well, no, he's been.
He's been fined, but they also owe operation. But and
he hasn't paid the last correct couple months of that
or fines.
Speaker 6 (37:43):
But yet he was calling out saying that the owners
didn't have enough money to be in that league and
that he's leaving that league to go to the USFL.
Speaker 4 (37:51):
Right, so he's the AFL AFL. There you go.
Speaker 1 (37:53):
So he's a tenant that just hasn't paid any of
his bills or rent and just refuses to pay. So
he's like, yeah, whatever, what he was like, yeah, all right,
that's good. It's good for all those players.
Speaker 6 (38:02):
And he did the interview with his shirt off, by
the way, Yeah, it's good to speculate he could have
been fully butt naked.
Speaker 1 (38:08):
Yeah, it's and also good for the fans of Albany
who have got to sit there and go, okay, well
that was fun to go to on the weekends. Now
that's gone because that guy didn't pay his bills. That's fun.
Good for him.
Speaker 4 (38:19):
There you go.
Speaker 3 (38:20):
What else we got?
Speaker 4 (38:21):
Guys?
Speaker 7 (38:21):
USA beat Mexico handedly three to zero and one sided
game at Allegiance Stadium to advance to the Conkakoff National
League Finals. But the refs did call the game early
because of anti gay chants and then right police were
called out because of fights between fans outside of the stadium.
Speaker 4 (38:37):
Oh wow, this is the end.
Speaker 1 (38:39):
Laws are are Mexican and they take their soccer very seriously.
Speaker 3 (38:44):
I'll just put it that way.
Speaker 1 (38:45):
If you've followed this, not surprising.
Speaker 4 (38:49):
Where are you going with this?
Speaker 2 (38:52):
