Let's give this.

Speaker 1 (00:49):

(01:32):
rack dot com the way tire buying should be. How
the hell is wyoming? Are you wearing cowboy boots as
we speak? LeVar Arrington? No, come on, man, I took
them off. Throw those bad boys back on. Let's go.

Speaker 2 (01:48):
No, they started to bite me a little bit.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
I'm telling you, I don't know how anybody walks around
in those. They seem like the most uncomfortable shoes in
the world.

Speaker 4 (01:56):
They're not uncomfortable, it just they started to bite a
little bit. Though I ain't gonna lie to you. My
pinky toa is still a little numb.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
Yeah, like you walk into or if you watch No
Country for Old Men, the way he swaps out cowboy boots.
He just walks into that store and just gets a
new pair and then just proceeds to walk out like
everything's normal. I don't get it. I have no idea
how he does it, but it seems like an uncomfortable
pair of cowboy boots. But how's wyoming? Or people already

(02:25):
fired up for what is it?

Speaker 2 (02:26):
China Day, Frontier, Frontier Days.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
Whatever, you know, frontier show?

Speaker 2 (02:30):
Well why whatever?

Speaker 1 (02:32):
Yeah, same same thing. But point is there's gonna be
a lot of a lot of people in town ready
to take in the festivities.

Speaker 4 (02:38):
Correct, Yeah, yeah, a lot of people here. I come
here every year with Paysmatic, super dope company that I
work with, and yeah, pretty dope. And they set up
a cool ass hospitality area downstairs where you can lounge

(02:58):
and meet people and network and talk, and they kind
of they pretty much buy out this whole entire hotel
as well, and like put up everybody that is supporters
of what they do. And so it's pretty cool, man,
they do it right that it's a pretty awesome time.
We jump on the trolley. They have like a trolley

(03:20):
shuttle that goes back and forth to the fairgrounds. So
as soon as I finished this, I'll i'll probably, you know,
get myself together because I did have some LeVar Islands
last night. I'll get myself together, and yeah, we'll go
over to the fairgrounds and we'll watch what's going.

Speaker 1 (03:39):
On all right, now, difference between the LeVar Islands, which,
by the way, for the new listeners out there, it's
a Long Island iced tea, but when LeVar drinks it,
it's a LeVar Island special special blend.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
Now special blend.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
Now we're not you know, like most plate great restaurants
that have a special sauce or a special blend. You're
not allowed to have that secret. Hand it out on
the air, like you don't just get to hear what's
in a LeVar Island as opposed to what's in a
Long Island. But what is the difference between the LeVar
Islands at Frontier Days and the LeVar Islands in Roswell,

(04:13):
New Mexico When you're part of a UFO parade.

Speaker 4 (04:16):
You know, that's a great that's a great question. And
and here's a here's a short, clean answer for you
and Roswell they were giving you a two LeVar Island,
you know, kind of a count.

Speaker 1 (04:32):
Right because they got that outer space liquor.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
But here.

Speaker 4 (04:37):
At that hospitality, they know how to make them and
they he makes them pretty strong and there is no
pitch count. So my eyes hurt right now, My eyes
are hurting.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
Well, I do have some good news. Well, I've got
two pieces of good news for you, Okay, bar Arrington,
this is two pieces of good news. Good piece of news. One, Uh,
there is has been a change with the Washington Commanders.
There's a major change atop the Washington Commanders. That's that's
the first piece of good news. And we are going
to have more details on that first piece of good
news right after we tell you. The second piece of

(05:13):
good news is it's a football Friday.

Speaker 4 (05:15):
All right, come on, yeah Friday, got a new once,
got a new own, got a got a new owner.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
It is a two pros and a cup of Joe
football Friday edition of the program here on Fox Sports Radio.
And yes, that is the news out of the NFL.
The big news celebrations around that NFL owners unanimously approved
the sale of the Washington Commanders from Little Danny.

Speaker 4 (05:49):
That's the best accomplished as the best accomplishment he's received
since taking.

Speaker 2 (05:54):
Over that team. Yeah, so he's going to unanimous vote
by owners.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
And it goes to the Josh Harris Group for six
point h five billion. Now, you know he's not getting
all of that six point oh five billion because he
was punished, you know, sixty million dollar fine, you know,
just just a you know a little bit of a
sixty million dollar fine from the NFL following Mary Joe
White's report, which you know, went on to say, after

(06:20):
extensive investigation, we have sustained both Tiffany Johnson's allegation of
sexual harassment by mister Snyder and Jason Friedman's allegation of
deliberate under reporting of NFL revenues by the club to
avoid it's VTS sharing obligations. So basically what happened is
there was a sexual harassment claim against Dan Snyder. There

(06:41):
was also the proof that he withheld about eleven million
dollars worth of revenue from ticket sales and things like that.
So the NFL is sort of a parting gift, said
let's make this right. You give us sixty million dollars,
we'll give you six point oh five billion, and we'll
call it square down the middle. So that is the
latest there when it comes to Dan Snyder and his

(07:04):
time and now we must hear from a member of
the Washington Commanders, the member of the Washington Commanders, the
new owner of the Washington Commanders. This is Josh Harris
talking about his excitement taking over the new squad.

Speaker 5 (07:20):
As a lifelong Washington football fan that grew up in
Chevy Chase, I'm incredibly excited and humbled by the opportunity
to serve alongside my partners as stuarts of this great
franchise on behalf of the city of Washington, DC. This
franchise is part of who I am and who I've

(07:41):
become as a person. But being a fan is not
enough to be successful. We understand that we need to
win championships, create a positive impact on the community, and
create incredible memories and great experiences for our fan base,
much like I had as a youth growing up in Washington.
To our team and the incredible fan base in Washington,

(08:03):
a new era of Washington football is here.

Speaker 2 (08:06):
It's time to get to work.

Speaker 1 (08:08):
So the good news is for Josh Harris, you can't
do much worse than what has previously been there all right,
So the expectations are pretty low as long as you're
just you know, reportedly not a scumbag, and you can
win at least a few games or maybe a playoff game,
you know, one or two since two thousand and five.
You know, maybe that'll help out the cause all the
way through. But it does seem like they are in

(08:30):
good hands with somebody who's familiar with the area, somebody
who's a fan of the organization, and somebody who at
least feels like they're going to have them on the
right path moving forward.

Speaker 4 (08:41):
I mean, for the record, that was Dan Snyder when
he took over the team. You know, he was a
super fan. People may not know that, but he was
a super fan of the team. His dad raised him
on it like it was a big thing to him.
So there there's no difference in what you just said

(09:02):
as it applies to Dan Snyder. So it's just kind
of like there's an excitement, but there should be a cautious,
cautious excitement, and it should be cautious because.

Speaker 2 (09:15):
You just don't know what you're going to get.

Speaker 4 (09:19):
And I think that that just kind of yeah, I
think you just got to keep things in the proper perspective, Right,
you expect, you hope for the best, but you know
what will it be? You just gotta wait and see.
I don't think anyone would ever thought that Daniel Snyder
would have turned out to be the type of businessman

(09:41):
or owner for the Washington team that he became.

Speaker 1 (09:46):
See I heard what wasn't RG three was the first
one to sort of call out his issues, wasn't it
RG three?

Speaker 4 (09:52):
RG three was the first one to say he was
going to write a book about it. So I'm certainly
historically documented for what I felt was the biggest issues
with with Dan Snyder in his way of running things.
And ultimately, I said, my career came to an abrupt

(10:16):
end and was put on pause in Washington, DC over
non football, non football things, non football business. It was contractual,
and it's so wild, right, Like I get called all
these things and people were even burning my jersey when
I left. But I'm sitting there telling the people, like

(10:39):
the dude does horrible business, Like he'll he'll thieve you,
he'll he'll rob you. That's what he did to me.
And it was like almost became like kind of like
a back and forth debate as to if I was
telling the truth or if I was just this disgruntled athlete.
I mean, at the time that this happened, there was
no reason for me to be disgruntled, and there certainly

(11:03):
would have been. I was at the height of my
popularity when't this happened, so it certainly wouldn't have been
any reason for me to panic and do anything crazy
because of what my rapport was with the fan base.
I wanted to be. I was on the team with
with Darryl Green. I wanted to be the next Darryl Green.

(11:23):
And I was well on my way, you know, until
a contract issue takes place. And like I said, I've
been saying it all along, like look, I'm all I
want is my vindication acknowledged.

Speaker 2 (11:38):
That's all I wanted.

Speaker 4 (11:38):
Because I'm sitting there telling people the entire time, and
it's like he's upset, he's upset, he's disgruntled, he's discronling,
he's upset. He's well, now now you realize he wasn't
just doing it to me. He wouldn't. He wasn't just
doing it the players. He was doing it the owners.
He was doing it. You know, whatever he was doing,
he was It sounds like he was truly running a monk,

(12:01):
and all I did was talk about it. I mean,
people got upset about it, but I was bold enough
to talk about it, and and I certainly did not
associate with the team because of him. So and as
it applies to me personally, I feel I feel hope.

(12:22):
I feel hope for for the fan base. I feel
I feel hope for the former players. I feel hope
for myself that there's the possibility that I could reconnect
with with that community like I would I would love
nothing more than to be able to to, you know,

(12:45):
kind of revisit the relationship. But with that being said, Jonas,
it's been a really, really really.

Speaker 2 (12:53):
Long time for me.

Speaker 4 (12:55):
And the one thing that I would say is what
Josh Harrison his group is going to have to to
understand and realize is that the fan base of the
Washington Commanders is a fan base that's a fiercely loyal
fan base, and all they want to do.

Speaker 2 (13:12):
Is see their team succeed.

Speaker 4 (13:13):
Really, it used to just be just beat Dallas and
then everything else like well, well, stomach anything else.

Speaker 2 (13:21):
Just beat Dallas.

Speaker 4 (13:22):
I don't I don't know that it's still that way now,
but it's been a tremendous fan base. But he's going
to have his work cut out for him because you're
talking about a truly long time. Almost a quarter century, right, yeah,
twenty twenty three, twenty three years, I.

Speaker 2 (13:40):
Believe it was.

Speaker 1 (13:41):
Yeah, so just under a quarter century. I mean, I think,
and we made the point yesterday a little bit for
people that are new football fans who are maybe a
little bit younger, and not that we're old, but maybe
a little younger, and don't recall how great that organization was.
There was a real conversation about who was the team

(14:03):
of the eighties, Like there was like a real discussion,
and there was a handful of teams that were in
the mix. The Niners get all the credit in the world, obviously,
but Washington was right there. Man, oh yeah, I mean they've.

Speaker 4 (14:16):
One of their Super Bowl teams is considered to be
the best Super Bowl team in the history of Super
Bowl team.

Speaker 1 (14:22):
I mean, they were fantastic, they were well run, they
were well coached, they had great I mean, say what
you want about Joe Gibbs, but I don't know that
I that I can think of a lot of other
coaches who won a Super Bowl with three different quarterbacks.

Speaker 2 (14:34):
I think he's the only one.

Speaker 1 (14:36):
Yeah, And so they were a great fan base, the Hogs,
a great organization, Oh my, it was, and it was
awesome like that was. There was a tradition, and that
tradition sort of went sideways, not sort of, Actually it
went sideways the second Dan Snyder took over, and it
has never been the same. And so it's it's kind
of neat to be able to think that if that

(14:58):
really was the pro and that problem's gone, that there's
some hope that you could go back to what it
was back then. And I wonder, just from another standpoint,
does this mean that Ron Rivera can breathe a sigh
of relief just a little bit, because my feeling was
going into this year, he's got to do something or

(15:18):
else he's on the hot seat. And I wonder if
with all the turnover that took place, which was a
major issue for the Washington franchise, that there was a
head coach fired seemingly every year, a new quarterback, so
on and so forth. You can go down the list,
you know all that. Like I wonder if Josh Harris
at least wants everything to be stable for the moment.

(15:39):
You know what, Ron Rivera, don't worry about your job.
Everybody relaxed. Do what you do, will reevaluate. Maybe there's
a grace period for Ron Rivera, and maybe that buys
him a little bit more time than he would have
had had there been no change atop the Washington franchise.

Speaker 4 (15:53):
I don't have any ties to him, and I don't
think this takes any other pressure away from him. I
think maybe it even puts more because you're talking about
probably most likely it's going to be a group that
aggressively wants to see the success and see the fortunes
of this this organization turn change and turn around. So

(16:17):
if that's the case, if they don't feel like he's
their guy, then he's not going to be their guy.

Speaker 2 (16:23):
And I think I don't.

Speaker 4 (16:25):
I would rather address anything that is addressable as early
as possible.

Speaker 2 (16:32):
Wouldn't you? Why would you want to prolong it? Like
I'm not, I'm not.

Speaker 4 (16:36):
Really worried about stability just yet. I'm just getting I'm
just getting this team.

Speaker 1 (16:41):
I think just from the standpoint that the issue there
in Washington that they consistently had was there was always turnover,
like oh, another new coach another new quarterback, another new
this and I just wondered.

Speaker 4 (16:53):
You think that this is a little different though, Like
I would think that this would be perceived different because
it's a new ownership, a new ownership group, and like,
just like this new ownership group marks a new beginning,
I think that you could really sell the fact that
if this team doesn't have a tremendously you know, successful season,

(17:16):
that a new beginning at the leadership position of running
this team would be at the forefront of that. Now,
I don't know what that means for the GM, you know,
I don't know what that means for everybody else. Will
they clear people out? Will they keep people around? You know,
I don't really know what's going to happen. But I

(17:37):
don't think that when you're when you have fallen into mediocrity.
As far as this organization, not just the team, as
far as this organization has has fallen into and how
fractured it is, they just have a lot of work
to do in terms of building the culture, and that

(18:00):
if that means getting rid of a hey coach, then
I don't see how he's off limits.

Speaker 1 (18:04):
To be honest, it's two pros and a cup of
Joe here on Fox Sports Radio, LeVar Arrington, Brady Quinn,
Jonas Knoxy. Yes, we are having some technical issues with
Brady Quinn. We hope to have him here joining us shortly.
Here on a Football Friday, we are gonna have the
usuals for the next three hours. We're gonna have another
edition of In case you missed it, We've got some
over unders. We've got you in and you out. It's
all yours, a three hour edition of a Football Friday

(18:26):
here on Fox Sports Radio. But there's real optimism in
a place that you wouldn't expect in the NFL. And
we'll tell you where next.

Speaker 3 (18:36):
Be sure to catch live editions of Two Pros and
a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LeVar Errington and
Jonas Knox weekdays at six am Eastern, three am Pacific
on Fox Sports Radio and the iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 1 (18:50):
It's two Pros and a Cup of Joe. Fox Sports Radio.
LeVar Arrington, Brady Quinn, Jonas Knox with you here. Coming
up in about twenty minutes from now from the tire
rack dot Com studios, We're gonna a discussion about a
special way to celebrate a huge moment for one franchise
in the NFL, so a special way to celebrate. We'll
get into that for you here coming up in about
twenty minutes from now here on FSR. Are you guys

(19:13):
ready to hear something that you never thought you would
hear before? Like this has been a lot Okay, long
time since we've actually heard anything like this before. Real
optimism for the Detroit Lions. Real optimism. This is a
franchise that's going to be kicking off the NFL season
to open up the year against the Kansas City Chiefs.

(19:36):
Now they're a seven point underdog as of right now
on courtesy of DraftKings. The best part about that is
that you there's probably a few people within the Lions
organization who themselves will bet on that game based on
reports from earlier to four seasons. Okay, so that's that's
the best part. The second best part is they just
keep adding talent. The Detroit Lions just keep adding talent.

(19:56):
They go out, they add Mims from the New York Jets.
They bring in Denzi Mims. This is a guy who
wasn't working out with the New York Jets. He was
a second This is why I'm hot, right, Yeah, Yeah,
that Mims. I mean he's fired he's fired up apparently
to be a Detroit Lion. The Lions are fired up
to have him and apparently Brady Quinn. They did not
have to give up a whole hell of a lot

(20:17):
to try and make this deal happen and add some
depth to the wide receiver room that could use some
depth because again, apparently a couple of those guys like
to gamble a little bit. So the Detroit Lions have
real optimism going into next season.

Speaker 6 (20:31):
And they should. You know, Denzel Mims is a second
round kick. Some talked about it maybe being the back
end of the first round, and things haven't worked out
quite as well during his time with the Jets.

Speaker 2 (20:41):
But but some of that could be attribute.

Speaker 6 (20:43):
To just kind of what he's gone through, whether it's
it's changing coaching, whether it's you know, changing quarterback, whatever
the case may be. He's got a clean slate, he's
got a new destination where I think Ben Johnson, their
offensive coordinator Detroit, he'll figure out a way of using him.
And if they gets the training camp and they find
out that he's his damage goods and he's not gonna

(21:05):
be able to make their roster, he's not gonna be
able to help them out.

Speaker 2 (21:07):
The Jets don't get a pick back in return.

Speaker 6 (21:10):
I mean that conditional pick is whether or not he
makes the roster, So the Lions could potentially give up nothing,
you know, just a trade to get mems if it
doesn't work out. So you know, you can kind of
get a sense for first off, what the market was.
I mean, most teams probably just were gonna let him
go become a free agent. But now you've got a
conditional pick where, hey, if he works out, great, you

(21:33):
get a good player and really good value, and if.

Speaker 2 (21:36):
It doesn't, it doesn't cost you a draft pick.

Speaker 6 (21:38):
So for the for the Lions, I think they're a
really good spot here adding on additional you know, roster
help and talent.

Speaker 2 (21:46):
But at the same time they're doing it in like
a very.

Speaker 6 (21:49):
I don't know, modest and kind of the right right
roster building that you'd want to see at this point.

Speaker 4 (21:56):
I just think Denzel, I mean, it's a I will
say it's just an average move. I don't I don't
think that they significantly you know, or anything to that
like is a depth like I think it's a casual
approach to this one, and I don't think that you
get too carried away with this.

Speaker 1 (22:14):
Yeah, Denzel Mims catching astray this early in the.

Speaker 2 (22:17):
Morning from I mean, really, this is why it's not hot.

Speaker 1 (22:21):
You know.

Speaker 2 (22:23):
Do you all remember that song or no?

Speaker 1 (22:30):
Yeah, I'm fairly certain it's got about as many lyrics
as that Antonio Brown banger that came out a few
months ago. You remember that one?

Speaker 2 (22:37):
Is that before or after he started playing?

Speaker 1 (22:40):
Yeah, bittness boomings?

Speaker 2 (22:42):
I think that was before the team bitten a booming.
That probably the update on that team, By the way.

Speaker 1 (22:48):
I don't I don't, I don't believe.

Speaker 2 (22:52):
But there's still a team though, right, they just need
a new hole lead.

Speaker 1 (22:55):
Can we get an update on the Albany team and
whether or not they're still existence or whether or not
Antonio Brown ran them into the ground. By the way,
we are going to rank our worst owners in the
history of sports coming up later on in the show,
and spoiler alert, maybe Antonio Brown might be appearing on
that list. Just want to let people know. Coming up

(23:15):
an hour three of the program, so we'll effort the
Arena League team that Antonio Brown ran into the ditch
with lead to laugh coming up here momentarily, But Lebar,
you don't, okay, if you just looked at the team
that you called a game for two years ago, the
Detroit Lions, I'm telling you, But if you were to
go back then and say, in less than two years,

(23:37):
this team's going to be favored to win their division
and going to be an odds on favorite to be
a playoff team and really make some noise, and on
top of that end the career of Aaron Rodgers in
Green Bay at home. That Detroit Lions team, if somebody
told you that, would you have bought into that? Would
you have bought stock into that? Based on the people
with the lines you spoke to calling that game against

(23:58):
the Browns.

Speaker 4 (23:59):
Company, quick answer is no, you don't. They've just been
you know, very bad for a while. They haven't shown real,
real signs of life. And it still gives me, it
still gives me pause to to kind of go all
in with him, because I still think they have yet

(24:19):
to show it to that degree, to that capacity.

Speaker 2 (24:22):
But I will say it's not it's not.

Speaker 4 (24:27):
A tremend relation to say that that the Lions should
be favored in that division. I mean they you know,
the Aaron Rodgers thing in Green Bay. He's not there anymore.
I don't know what they're going to be with Jordan Love.
So that's a team that's probably vulnerable this this coming season.
You take away Dalvin Cook from that, that that Minnesota offense,

(24:50):
I think we're going to find out how good again,
how good is Kirk Cousins Really If he does not
have fifteen hundred yard thousand yard production from your running back,
that's that can be significant to the success of a quarterback.
So I don't know what you're going to get out
of out of Minnesota. And then you look at the Bears.

(25:13):
The Bears look like they could possibly improve and be better,
but I mean the verdict is still out on them
as well. There's just so many tremendous question marks in
the North, in the NFC North, that I just I
don't find it to be outlandish to say that that
Dan Campbell and what he's done with that coaching staff

(25:34):
and with that team should be favored to the North.

Speaker 2 (25:37):
What yeah, yeah, I mean.

Speaker 1 (25:41):
You know, Didny wear like a racing helmet to one
press conference early on? I believe he did. He wore like, uh,
like some racing helmet and more like an F one
race F one. I'm almost positive. Can you look that
up as well too? We're piling on the region.

Speaker 6 (25:55):
The problem is, like, that's not really the proper helmet.
I mean, Detroit hosts some NASCAR events on Fox. If
I'm not mistaken, right, I mean you kind of think
you missed the boat there.

Speaker 1 (26:03):
Yeah, well maybe it was Nascar. Maybe it wasn't F one.
I'm not quite sure.

Speaker 2 (26:08):
Okay, so maybe you missed the boat on that one.

Speaker 1 (26:09):
I could have. But that's the best part about this show.
It just gets cleaned up on the podcast afterwards.

Speaker 2 (26:14):
So that's we're talking about that on the podcast.

Speaker 1 (26:18):
All right, so lead the lap is efforting. Two things
here on the show. Welcome to Welcome to a football
Friday in July.

Speaker 6 (26:25):
Let's just go aw creaking. An update on the British Open.

Speaker 1 (26:28):
Okay, all right, let's get an update on the British
Open as soon as they come back from commercial. Eddie,
do you have an update on the British Open right now?
Is there anything going on?

Speaker 4 (26:37):
Hell?

Speaker 7 (26:37):
Yeah, I have an update on the British Hell yeahs Eddie. Well,
we have a new leader from yesterday. His name is
Brian Harmon. Yeah, he's an American and he's killing it today.
He through ten holes, He's four under for the day,
eight under for the tournament. He's got a three stroke
lead right now.

Speaker 1 (26:56):
How about that?

Speaker 2 (26:57):
Have you guys watched any of this?

Speaker 6 (26:58):
I know you're not begging to go, but like people
who are hitting into the bunkers, they're like hitting backwards
or sideways out of them because it's impossible to hit
towards the hole out of the bunkers that they created.

Speaker 1 (27:09):
Can I tell you what the Open Championship? No, no, no,
this I've always felt this way about it. The Open Championship,
or the British Open, as I like to call it,
because it pisses people off who are blowhards when it
comes to golf, is my least favorite of the majors
because I think every every course looks awful like water

(27:32):
the course. I want to see green. I don't want
to see weeds water the course and have people dress
in a standard fashion that we would see at some
of these tournaments in America.

Speaker 6 (27:44):
Are you are you referring to the fescue, I mean
it's it is water.

Speaker 2 (27:48):
I mean they get a fair amount of rain there.

Speaker 1 (27:50):
Weeds apparently apparently there's something in the rain out there
that kills plants because I see a bunch of brown
when I look at the at the conditions there.

Speaker 6 (28:00):
Well, I mean, not to get no conspiracy theory, but
Bill Gates would probably know something about that. I'm just saying,
put some stuff in the atmosphere to get whatever rain
result we want.

Speaker 1 (28:13):
I just I think, look, you guys have walked golf
courses in America, and I'm sure Brady's walked him internationally.
But LaVar, you've played golf in America.

Speaker 2 (28:21):
Don't the course I've played golf outside of America.

Speaker 1 (28:24):
Okay, well listen. Don't the courses in America look better
than the ones in Europe? I think they do.

Speaker 4 (28:29):
I mean, I'm not an expert on this, I'll defer,
but whatever, it's.

Speaker 1 (28:37):
Golf, Labar, I'm not an expert on anything, but I
still talk about it.

Speaker 2 (28:41):
Why not let's do this. Let's let's go ahead and
get back on the saddle. Let's go ahead and get
back on the saddle. Leavar, how is shy? Don't you? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (28:51):
Lvar? Are your feet?

Speaker 2 (28:53):
How's your feet? How shy?

Speaker 4 (28:54):
An?

Speaker 2 (28:54):
My pinky toe is numb? Okay?

Speaker 4 (28:58):
The boots so I don't think it necessarily is from
the boots. We got a bulkhead seat on one of
the legs of the flight, and you know, it's just
that can be hard on you when you're tall, you know.
And I think the way I had to sit it
and maybe my pinky toe go.

Speaker 1 (29:17):
Now my think, did you wear the boots on the flight?

Speaker 2 (29:20):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (29:20):
Yeah, I wear the boots all day.

Speaker 2 (29:22):
It war them all day, and I'll wear them. Well,
I won't wear them all.

Speaker 4 (29:26):
Day today because I'm gonna go work out when the
show's over, but I might wear them to my workout.
I might wear them in my workout. You know, we'll
little man, we'll see.

Speaker 2 (29:36):
I don't know. I was going to wear them to
the gym.

Speaker 4 (29:39):
Take your day, but the pinky toe is numb, so
I might change my mind on that. So there you go.
But Cheyenne is dope. I got here great, warm reception,
even though it was late. When I got here, it
was like a whole day of traveling. I don't understand
that I left after the show and didn't get here
until like ten o'clock, but it is what it is.

(30:00):
I'm here now, and yeah, the hospitality room was was
super fly. Man, just too many, too many long islands?
Man in top shelf too, that'll do it too. Yeah,
I feel better right now, Like first, first few minutes?
How many a little bit? How many a pitch count?

(30:21):
Because I'm starting to feel like I'm like a drinker.

Speaker 2 (30:25):
But I'm not. I'm really, I'm really not what I'm
starting to sound like. You feel like I sound like
a drinker? You know?

Speaker 1 (30:33):
Well you know it's we do I don't you think
we don't. We don't get a lot of big time
guests here on this program, but Lebron James is joining
us here to address how many LeVar islands have LeVar
Arrington had last night in Wyoming? Not full, not five,
not six, not seven. I mean, is he onto something there, LeVar?

Speaker 2 (30:55):
I mean maybe.

Speaker 3 (31:00):
Jamb straight and the Corona double.

Speaker 4 (31:02):
Absolute hard you saw me. I don't know how he
saw me to give that that report.

Speaker 1 (31:09):
Oh man, well a little bit.

Speaker 2 (31:10):
He could be touching on to something.

Speaker 1 (31:13):

Speaker 8 (32:16):
It's me three time pro bowler LeVar Arrington and I

on Game?

Speaker 1 (32:57):
I don't know who's not.

Speaker 2 (33:01):
M h.

Speaker 1 (33:06):
Man. This is a terrible song.

Speaker 2 (33:09):
It was a good song when it first came out.

Speaker 1 (33:11):
Yeah, it was fly.

Speaker 2 (33:13):
As the kids would.

Speaker 4 (33:14):
Say, I don't know who's hot who's not.

Speaker 1 (33:18):
And by the way, my favorite part behind the scenes
is Sam saying hold on, hold on, don't come back yet,
hold on, hold on, just so he could play the
Belichick drop. It was all that that was the reasoning
for the pause.

Speaker 6 (33:32):
I don't think Sam gets enough credit for the montage
of drops that he's able to play together along with
the background music.

Speaker 2 (33:40):
He deserves a round of applause forself.

Speaker 1 (33:41):
You know, round of applause for Iowa Sam. Courtesy of
Iowa Sam.

Speaker 2 (33:45):
You notice the difference, like you really do work in
the show listening you notice the difference with Iowa, Sam's on.

Speaker 1 (33:51):

Speaker 2 (34:40):
Lee.

Speaker 1 (34:42):
Lap.

Speaker 9 (34:42):
Good morning, everybody, Good morning, Jonas, too morning, LeVar, good morning, Brady,
Well guys, In case you missed it, Washington, DC, flap Shopy, Hello, everybody.
Commanders fans are celebrating the Dan Snyder's selling of the
the Commanders by morning, Brady. There's a local Washington DC

(35:06):
brewery out there, you guys, called the Old Ox Brewery. Well,
they're celebrating the cell of the team with a new
beer called the Bye Dan Beer, which is an IPA.
Owner of the brewery, mister Chris Burns, describes it as
a more bitter I pa which encapsulates the Commander's fan
experience over the last twenty three years. That said, there
is some citrus in the beer which might represent some

(35:27):
hope for the future.

Speaker 1 (35:29):
Some mosaic maybe you know, some citra sounds.

Speaker 6 (35:34):
It sounds just like a bad I pa, is what
it sounds like? Yeah, now I would summarize his tenure there.

Speaker 1 (35:42):
What is the abb on that? If they release the
abb Mike, I'm gonna guess anywhere between a six five
and a seven five.

Speaker 2 (35:49):
It's like a three because we're like in Utah or something.

Speaker 1 (35:53):
Yeah, what is with that?

Speaker 3 (35:54):
Come on?

Speaker 2 (35:55):
I don't know.

Speaker 6 (35:56):
I had a conversation last night was someone about that,
and they were like, yeah, it's a little bit of
a buzzkill. Everyone's everyone's trying to drink like twenty beers
just to get a little bit of a buzz.

Speaker 1 (36:05):
Yeah, it's fun. You know, you make more money that.

Speaker 2 (36:08):
Way, if you know.

Speaker 4 (36:08):
They only give single shots in uh Utah really singles.

Speaker 1 (36:15):
Yeah, no double poor.

Speaker 4 (36:16):
I was like, let me get a double. They were like, yeah,
we don't. It's stayed long. We don't do doubles. And
I think the proof is different too. It's not even
like your normal proof that you did. I think that
could be wrong. It's been a while.

Speaker 1 (36:30):
That's unfortunate.

Speaker 9 (36:32):
You know, I have found it. It is a seven
percent abv Indian pale out.

Speaker 1 (36:36):
All right, a little set, little seven percent, not like
a little uh seven percent throat burner to get your
weekend started. Courtesy a Van Snyder and a new IPA.
You know, just throw that in there.

Speaker 2 (36:50):
What else you guys?

Speaker 9 (36:51):
We did have an update on the Antonio Brown Well,
I guess I could call it an update as of
a month ago. We had reported it earlier that uh
Antonio Brown and the team had been expelled from the
National Arena League. They had This was a day after
Antonio Brown had said that they were planning on joining
the Arena Football League, which is set to relaunch next year.
But I've looked at the sixteen teams that they have announced,

(37:11):
and uh, the Albany Empire is not amongst them.

Speaker 2 (37:14):
So not amongst them. Yeah, that's what happens. You make
other owners extremely bad, right, So what you're saying is
his team has no home.

Speaker 9 (37:22):
That is what I've seen right now on the Arena
Football League website. The Albany Empire is still there, but
they haven't updated the teams yet for next season.

Speaker 2 (37:31):
Wasn't wasn't there like a payroll issue and coaches and
players weren't paid or something.

Speaker 1 (37:35):
I think he owes players like five hundred bucks or
something like that like that. I swore, No, I think
he like he like took five hundred bucks from him
to do something and like they never got them got
the money back or something weird like that.

Speaker 2 (37:49):
I thought it was a little more than that pot.

Speaker 9 (37:51):
Yeah, I mean, you know, he wouldn't give them five
hotel room keys.

Speaker 1 (37:55):
And yeah, very very By the way, how do you
guys feel about hotel room key cards as opposed to
old school keys. I was in a hotel recently and
it was an old school video I'm just telling you. Yeah,
nice little throwback, you know, reminds me of hinds me
of growing up in Ohio. You know, you want to
stay at like at you know Vaso and the hotel
there you have nice little hard key that you stick

(38:17):
in the door and open the lock.

Speaker 2 (38:19):
You know you don't get a key there. You know this.
You stay there one time and you get a normal key.

Speaker 1 (38:23):
Card I demanded a key. What do you think about that?

Speaker 2 (38:26):
That's wrong with you?

Speaker 3 (38:28):
