They call that the Chattanooga. What they call that.

Speaker 1 (00:53):
Is that the Chattanooga.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Is that where you're at right now? You're Chattanooga or
Knox Chat?

Speaker 1 (00:58):
I am in chat chat chat. Nouga nice. It's nice man.
You got me some wings last night on the spot.
I forget what it's called. I just call it the
Big pickle.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
Damn.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
Now is traveling takes all day?

Speaker 3 (01:14):
Bro?

Speaker 1 (01:15):
Coming from when you travel from the West Coast, it
literally because of the time change, it just takes all day.

Speaker 3 (01:22):
It's literally a day of travel.

Speaker 4 (01:24):
Yeah, Lee and I left, Lee and I left last
Thursday to go to Columbia, South Carolina, and we arrived.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
And got there right before game time.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
It was it was Halloween and we got there and
people were trick or treating, right, We're like, all right, yeah,
that ain't up a more time than we thought.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
It because it's also was there a layover? Did you
have a layover as well too?

Speaker 1 (01:45):
You always, I mean generally you always have a layover. Man.

Speaker 2 (01:48):
That's the one.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
It's hard to it's unless you're like, yeah, there you go.
Pickle barrel.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
Yeah, I think it's I think it's the pickle barrel.

Speaker 3 (01:58):
I believe.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
Well, first of all.

Speaker 4 (02:00):
Yeah, you got it, Sam, How the hell would you
know that the pickle barrels in Chattanooga. That's nowhere near
Iowa City. I just google Chattanooga. The big pickle and
pickle barrel came right up. And I've driven through Chattanooga,
beautiful town, beautiful town, and and I love pickles.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
Eddie Garcia does not, naw did all right?

Speaker 1 (02:21):
Did you ever eat any of y'all ever eat deal pickles?
Do you still eat deal pickles?

Speaker 2 (02:26):
Yeah? Like, if you go deep fried pickles, you gotta
go dill pickles. You have to like.

Speaker 4 (02:31):
I actually I prefer dill pickles more than like the
bread and butter sweet pickles. Like I was not a
big fan of those growing up, a little too sweet
for me. But then you get those like spicy pickles
have a little kick for you. Throw those on a
burger bite into that a little bit.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
Set up the show because I love this topic. I
love where we're going. So set up, set up show.
Let's go to where we're going, because you know this
is you know, this is the one thing that is
a positive when speaking of you know who who We're
about to speak up.

Speaker 4 (03:02):
Yeah, And I feel like everybody here is pro pickles
except for one man.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
So we will.

Speaker 4 (03:08):
This is two pros and a cup of Joe. Here
on Fox Sports Radio, it's LeVar Arrington, Jonas NOx with you,
No Brady Quinny. We will be back on the show
coming up tomorrow. Speaking of traveling, he is in the
midst of traveling, which again takes all damn day nowadays
when it comes to trying to get anywhere in the country.
But Eddie Garcia is a long known pickle hater. On
Fox Sports Radio, Eddie, what's your issue with pickles?

Speaker 5 (03:31):
Nothing except that that they're slimy and disgusting. Other than that,
they're wonderful.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
Even like a deep fried pickle. Not a fan.

Speaker 5 (03:38):
Yeah, that tells you all you need to know. There's
pretty much nothing I won't eat if it's deep fried,
but a pickle would be one of those yams.

Speaker 6 (03:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
I feel the same thing with mushrooms make me sick.

Speaker 5 (03:49):
We have my wife and I have season passes Disneyland,
and nothing makes me go oh more than they sell
Oh just giant pickles, and people are non on those things.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
Disgusting. Oh my god, it's so disgusting.

Speaker 5 (04:01):
All the things you could eat a disney Land.

Speaker 2 (04:04):
Me.

Speaker 4 (04:05):
If you're walking around Disneyland with Mickey Mouse ears and
a pickle on a stick the size of a bowling pin,
you are a loser.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
You are a full fledged five alarm loser.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
It's like making me.

Speaker 2 (04:17):
It's so gross.

Speaker 5 (04:18):
And then you smell them.

Speaker 2 (04:20):
Yeah, that's a bit much for me.

Speaker 1 (04:21):
I used to eat them growing up. I used to
eat them growing up before they even got like boogie
with the like packaging and you actually like seal the packaging.

Speaker 3 (04:30):
You used to We used to go to like the
corner store.

Speaker 1 (04:33):
Yeah, they just have them in the jar.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
Right, just reach in.

Speaker 1 (04:36):
There and you get them in, and you get them
in a plastic bag.

Speaker 4 (04:40):
And by the way, pick by the way, by the way,
you gotta drink pickle water.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
Was there any tongs or did you just reach him
with your hand? How did that work?

Speaker 1 (04:54):
I think that the guy who would give them to
you would have a plastic glove. Okay, he put a
plastic a plastic glove on it.

Speaker 4 (05:02):
Right, like like he's giving birth, like he's giving birth
to a cow, pulling a cow out of the mom.

Speaker 1 (05:10):
Jar. You know, it was a big ass jar. It
looked when I think back on it, it looked disgusting.
But back then we'd be so excited because they'd have
the different flavors, like you have the sweeter ones, you'd
have the like really really spicy ones. Like there was
there was like three different jars, you know, and I

(05:31):
always liked the spicy one for some reason. But I
have never touched a deal pickles as an adult. I've
never done it.

Speaker 5 (05:38):
I took my nephew to a Chick fil A and
they got him a chicken sandwich, and I said, hey,
be careful, they sneak pickles in there.

Speaker 3 (05:48):
So he like they do.

Speaker 5 (05:49):
He opened it up and he saw the pickle, and
he took a company threw it on the floor, and
I said, I have never been more proud of you.

Speaker 2 (06:01):
See that.

Speaker 4 (06:01):
That's that's called good uncling. That's right, Yeah, that's what
that's exactly right. Yeah, let the let the bus boy
take care of that, as long as that's not on
my uh my sandwich.

Speaker 2 (06:09):
All right, So there it is.

Speaker 4 (06:10):
And now we've we've established some rules when it comes
to the pickle game here in.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
This I can't believe we took up some of this segment.
Don't have when this is like clearly a segment. I want,
well what this segment?

Speaker 4 (06:22):
I mean listen, uh you know, I feel like there is,
you know, a bit of a marquee matchup in the
NFL this week, and there's a couple of them. But
one of those marquee matchups involved somebody seeing their acts
for the first time, which is always a fun Yeah,
it's it's always fun seeing your ax for the first time.
Like I always love those moments because usually they're caught
off guard and I'm not like I live for uncomfortable.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
That's fun for me, Like I love all everything about that.

Speaker 4 (06:47):
And so now Ezekiel Elliott, the longtime Dallas Cowboy, is
now a.

Speaker 2 (06:52):
Member of the New England Patriots.

Speaker 4 (06:54):
And uh and Zeke had maybe his best and not
maybe definitely his best game as a Patriot last week.

Speaker 2 (07:01):
He was basically tended as.

Speaker 3 (07:03):
A cowboy in recent reason.

Speaker 2 (07:04):
Oh geez, I mean he was.

Speaker 4 (07:08):
He was basically told he was washed by the Dallas Cowboys.
They weren't going to bring him back, so on and
so forth. But apparently the impact of Zeke is still
felt there in Dallas, much like the impact of that
pickle you had growing up, LeVar. Let's take a listen
to Mike McCarthy, the head coach, talk about Zeke.

Speaker 7 (07:26):
He's always gonna be loved here, and I think he'll
you know, his love, you know, the love that he
had is still today in a locker room is tremendous.
I mean, he's probably in my time, our you know,
our time together, was clearly probably one of the most
popular players. He's a tremendous teammate and he still is.
I mean, his name usually comes up once a week.

(07:49):
So great guy, how about that? Huh, Hey, Tony Pollard, Yeah,
there's still great guy.

Speaker 1 (07:57):
Nothing bad to say about him, super popular, everybody loved him.
Positive contributor. Yeah, we just didn't want you.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
Damn, damn, damn.

Speaker 4 (08:09):
So let me ask you this, do you think Bill
Belichick strikes you as the emotional type to where he
knows the storyline and everything that goes along with it
and he's gonna just, no matter what, pound the rock
with Zeke as often as he can. Or because Belichick
reminded like he he strikes me as somebody who knows
all the storylines, knows all the drama, and that would

(08:31):
make Zeke in inactive the day of the game, like
forty five minutes for yeah, he's inactive. Like Belichick doesn't
care about any of this craft, like he's trying to
win a football game. And if he doesn't, this is
the same guy who cut a player like an hour
and a half before the Super Bowl. I was like, ah,
we need that, we need that roster spot. The guy's
like wait what, Malcolm Butler's sitting on the sideline. So

(08:53):
for everybody hoping that Zeke's gonna have this big celebratory moment,
and Jerry Jones is already hinted at that we're gonna
have something to honor Zeke Elliott there at this game.
I can't imagine Belichick's going to buy into any of
that emotion and try and lean into it at all.
I just don't see it happening.

Speaker 1 (09:08):
Uh. Well, well, Zeke is is a vet and he's
been around for a while. When you leave a team,
you could still love that team, and he could eventually,
depending on how much longevity he has somewhere else and
still he'll still do. He'll probably go back, you know,

(09:29):
he'll go back to Dallas. He'll be a part of
the organization to some degree, some capacity in terms of
just visiting, being a part of alumni weekends, different things
like that. But as of right now, as an active player,
you think that they chose Tony Pollard over you. You

(09:49):
think that you were diminished and minimize because they felt
like they found a better option in the guy that
they have planning and position right now. And I could
assume that out of any game that Ezekiel Elliott will
play this season, that this game in particular would be

(10:10):
the one that he wants to put his best foot
forward and show Jerry Jones and the rest of the
team and the coaching staff that in his mind, they
made a mistake, you know, letting him walk. You know,
there were a lot of reports out there that he
was trying to, you know, continue to maintain being a
Dallas cowboy. Didn't want to leave. Who would want to
leave being a Dallas cowboy? And if you're Ezekiel Elliott,

(10:33):
why would you want to leave Dallas. So now he's
been forced to leave a place that drafted him, He's
built his popularity from all things I've seen and read
and heard. He's best friends with Dak and their besties.
I think that played out a little bit on hard knocks.

(10:54):
So I think there are a lot of reasons why
Ezekiel Elliott could have, you know, feelings that he's harboring
that aren't such positive feelings towards towards Dallas. But I
think that's largely you know, a thing with with players
when they have a real, real tie to a team,
when they get let go. I know, for me, when

(11:15):
I left Washington that those games were xed off on
my calendar and I was extra extra motivated, as if
I needed anymore, but I had extra motivation to go
out and have a good game against my former team.
I just want to beat them. I didn't care about
who saw it in terms of like if Daniel Snyder like,

(11:38):
I didn't like Dan Snyder, I didn't like Joe Gibbs,
I didn't I didn't like any of the coaches really
on on the coaching staff. So I just wanted to
get that win and to be able to to take
that with me, you know. I think that's how former
you know, players of their former teams sometimes, you know,

(12:00):
depending on how you leave the team. I think that
that's generally how you feel. You just want to have
a really good showing. I didn't even care if I
had a good game. I just wanted us to win,
you know. And so that's, you know, I'm sure that's
how Ezekiel Elliott is approaching the week.

Speaker 4 (12:16):
I mean, I think Dallas is going to stomp them
out this week. I man, if you're a team like Dallas,
who people are talking you're one of the better rosters
and better teams in the NFL, and you go into
Arizona and you defecate all down your leg in front
of the Cardinals fans and the Cowboys fans there, and

(12:36):
you're there, You're being ridicule culed all week long because
of how you played like the next week you're at
home against the Patriots. I think this is going to
be a disaster for New England.

Speaker 1 (12:48):
What's their injury report look like? What's their injury report
look like? Yeah, dude, Lee, do we have that? Can
we effort that? Like who's who's in and who's out.

Speaker 3 (12:56):
For for Dallas?

Speaker 2 (12:57):
On which side for Dallas.

Speaker 1 (12:59):
For their offensive Saturday?

Speaker 4 (13:01):
Give me one said, let me just double check on that,
because I know obviously they've had some offensive linemen that
have been banged up.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
So that's and that continues to be my My thing
is is if their offensive line is banged up, if
they got two or more guys that are.

Speaker 4 (13:19):
Questionable, everybody's question everybody's questionable at this point, the whole
offensive line. So like like Tyron Smith starting center, Zach Martin, like,
everybody's questionable at this point.

Speaker 1 (13:31):
If they're if those dudes are not playing and playing
at a high level, they will take it on the
chin again. They will take it on the chin again
because when they don't have when they don't have the comfort,
and when Dak doesn't have that comfort, you can do
like you got judon on the other side of that ball,

(13:51):
you got some guys that can get after the quarterback,
Dak will make mistakes if he's under duress, if he's
not comfortable, if they can't establish the run, Dak will
make mistakes because they're going to try to win the
game in the air. And if there's one coach that
you got to say you're most concerned about in terms
of being able to scheme it up and be able

(14:13):
to take advantage of those moments, it's Bill Belichick. So
while I'm kind of with you and thinking that Dallas
will get back on track, you know, they come back home,
like you said, they may throttle New England. But there's
just this thought in your mind, isn't there like just
like this this seed of doubt in your mind where

(14:35):
it's like, but what if New England wins this game?

Speaker 3 (14:42):
Well, I like that's what I'm thinking.

Speaker 4 (14:43):
I mean, I think if New look, there are six
and a half point underdog going on the road here.
I just I see this as Dallas being I don't
know if rejuvenator is the right word, but they look
at last week and ago we got embarrassed like that.
It wasn't like they lost last second. Man, they what
does that?

Speaker 1 (15:03):
How does losing to a team which, by the way,
Arizona is not as bad as people think they're. They're
just not They're not as They're not as bad. And
this is not a tanking team.

Speaker 4 (15:16):
And if we're gonna be honest here, not only did
Dallas lose, Dallas got their ass whopped. That game wasn't
close last week. That was that wasn't a close game.
And Dak did not play well. I don't know of
anybody that did play The defense got got destroyed at
certain moments. I mean, especially running the football. I think
Arizona had like over two hundred yards rushing, Like I

(15:36):
just can't imagine Dallas rolls out that again against New England.
It just it's hard for me to picture that.

Speaker 1 (15:43):
I just I think New England is a team that
has the potential to be to win to win games.
This is a team that has the potential to win games.
And I would not be surprised if this was a
game that because of the way they're able to defense

(16:03):
and frustrate and create create mistakes from Dak. I would
not be surprised if they were able to win against
against Dallas. I just I wouldn't be shocked. I would
not be shocked and so and not being shocked means
that I think that's more of an indictment on the trust.

(16:27):
And again, I just don't have trust for Dallas's offense.
I just don't. I've said it from day one. I'll
continue to say I don't trust Dallas's offense. And if
their offensive line is as banged up as it appears
to be, where guys are coming in and out of
the games or not playing at all, I mean, Jonas

(16:47):
like this is, you'd have to assume that this is
an average team on offense with with some weapons. You got,
you got cdee Lamb, you got you know, you got
Tony Pollard. You know you got some guys that you know,
you got the tight end.

Speaker 3 (17:02):
I don't.

Speaker 1 (17:02):
I don't remember his name off the top of my head,
but you know they got some guys.

Speaker 2 (17:07):
Jalen Ferguson, that's the guy.

Speaker 1 (17:09):
They got some guys. There's another name that pops up
too at that position. But but they just, you know,
they just do not.

Speaker 3 (17:21):
Give me confidence.

Speaker 1 (17:23):
After that that that game against New York, I was like, Okay,
they looked really really.

Speaker 2 (17:29):
Jake Ferguson, why do I call him Jalen Jake Ferguson.

Speaker 1 (17:32):
That sounds better. I don't know.

Speaker 2 (17:36):
Uh damn.

Speaker 3 (17:38):
I guess they all look alike you.

Speaker 2 (17:39):
Oh Sam, We're going to take that.

Speaker 4 (17:42):
What do you mean by they thank you?

Speaker 3 (17:46):
But he's white, isn't he?

Speaker 2 (17:48):
What do I call him?

Speaker 1 (17:48):
Ja?

Speaker 2 (17:48):
Where did I get Jalen Ferguson from?

Speaker 1 (17:50):
Because because you're thinking about like, you know what, eighty
eight percent of the National Football League when you said
his name.

Speaker 4 (17:58):
Was thinking to Jalen Water? Easy, how I could confuse
the two if you've seen him?

Speaker 1 (18:02):
Yeah, yes, and saying right, I just I And I'll
pose this question to you, Jonas. Do you trust Dallas's offense?
Do you trust them today with what you know whatever,
like the injury reports, whatever it is, going into this

(18:26):
week's game against a coach like Bill Belichick?

Speaker 3 (18:29):
Do you trust that group today?

Speaker 2 (18:33):
Yes? Because I have to wow because I picked them
to go to the Super Bowl.

Speaker 1 (18:38):
Well, there you go.

Speaker 4 (18:39):
I am pot committed. So I'm team Dak baby. I
believe it is two pros and a cup of Joe.
Here on Fox Sports Radio, LeVar Arrington Jonas Knox with
the Here. You can listen to this show as always
on the iHeartRadio app. So coming up next here from
the tire rack dot Com Studios, somebody with brutal on

(19:00):
in the world of football, and some people are not
happy about it.

Speaker 2 (19:04):
We will get into that for you here on FSR.

Speaker 8 (19:07):
Be sure to catch live editions of Two Pros and
a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LeVar Errington and
Jonas Knox weekdays at six am Eastern, three am Pacific
on Fox Sports Radio and the iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 4 (19:21):
Two Pros and a Cup of Joe, Fox Sports Radio,
LeVar Arrington, Jonas Knox with you here. Coming up in
less than twenty minutes from now from the tire rack
dot Com Studios, we are going to have another edition
of Over Unders as we get you said, for Thursday
Night Football, kicking off later on tonight the week four
action in the NFL. So that is a Thursday tradition
that will be yours here again, coming up less than

(19:43):
twenty minutes from now. All right, so, LaVar Arrington, let's
talk about old school. Let's talk about some old school
stuff here because Dion Sanders, who is the talk of
college football and for everybody talking about the flash and
the sizzle and primetime all the other stuff that comes
along with it. Dion Sanders is old school and he's

(20:04):
taken an old school approach. So Cormani McClain is a
five star flip from Miami before the season, this is
big news. They got him to leave the Hurricanes and
leave that situation and come over to Boulder, and so
there was a lot of buzz about it. But he's
barely played. He was an act of the first couple
of games of the season. He's barely played as a

(20:24):
colorade of Buffalo and so Dion Sanders was asked about
it recently and he just let it fly as to
the real reason why Cormani McClain, the five star recruit
stud flip from Miami, hasn't seen the field much since
being in Boulder.

Speaker 8 (20:42):
You mentioned last week that Cormani seeing the field was
up to Cormani.

Speaker 4 (20:48):
I wonder if you could elaborate on what you want
to see him do.

Speaker 1 (20:51):
Did he help his case studying?

Speaker 6 (20:53):
Prepare, lady studying, prepare, be on time for meeting, show
up to the durn meetings. I understand what we're doing
as a scheme. Want to play this game, desire to
play this game, desire to be the best in his game,
at practice, in the film room and on your own
free time. You do know that I check film time
for each player up under week Thursday. I need film

(21:16):
time from the whole staff so I can see who's
been preparing. And that's just not about commanding, that's about
a multitude of them. So if I don't see that
that you would be a food to put somebody out
there and they're unprepared. Can't do it, won't do it,
can't do it. I'm old school. I'm sorry.

Speaker 2 (21:32):
Did Oregon help in that regards?

Speaker 1 (21:34):
He got out there late? What a score? Shoot? I
started to put you out there at one point.

Speaker 2 (21:42):
God, Xander's letting him fly. Now.

Speaker 4 (21:45):
I have seen some people have some issue with the
fact that why would he air this player out, you know,
publicly like this? Why would he take this stance? And
it kind of reminds me of something you remember a
couple of years ago when we first started doing the show.
You remember Brett be That was right, Yeah, there was
go ahead and jump. So Brett Beelaman.

Speaker 1 (22:05):
Is not a Joe Clark, is not a Joe Clark approach.

Speaker 4 (22:09):
Basically, So Brett Beelama, the head coach of Illinois. He
was criticized because he aired out his offensive line and
just basically said, we don't.

Speaker 1 (22:20):
Have you want to go there, And their next game
was against us and they beat him.

Speaker 3 (22:25):
Well, I wasn't bringing the overtime game.

Speaker 2 (22:27):
I wasn't bringing that up.

Speaker 4 (22:28):
It was just there was a lot of people saying, man,
what's Brett Beilama doing. That's old school mentality. You can't
do that in today's day and age. And man if
I recall last year Illinois finished higher in the rankings
than they had in the previous ten years, Like this
is so whatever Brett Beelima was doing, something about it work,
and something about it kicked in despite what everybody on

(22:49):
the outside said. And there has been some people who
maybe don't like this approach from Dion Sanders, but I
love it because this is how it would be back
in the day. If you weren't playing up to snuff,
you'd get exposed and you'd get called out old.

Speaker 1 (23:03):
You know, I think I think I'm gonna start here.
The first things first is there's nothing that people are
going to absolutely like about what Dion is doing.

Speaker 3 (23:15):
There's always the people who have a.

Speaker 1 (23:17):
Problem with Dion are going to all have problems with
coach Prime, that's let's let's just first establish that so
nothing is going to be done correctly. If if you
if you air on the side of you know, keep
family business in inside like details or whatever it may be,

(23:40):
inside the locker room, inside the meeting rooms, that's fine,
but there's also there's also the idea you have to
understand that there's a standard and a culture that he's
building there. And when you start to bring in a
lot of high profile recruits. We just had this conversation
not too long ago about what the transfer portal and

(24:02):
NIL money and what it's doing to college athletics. You know,
nowadays you have guy they'll come and that's saying I
don't feel like working out today, and they might not
work out, And so you're dealing with you're dealing with
the idea of privilege at the college level. You're dealing

(24:25):
with compensation at the college level. A guy comes to
a school, he's making say seven hundred thousand, three hundred thousand,
five hundred thousand dollars, and it's through the community in
which that player is participating in college athletics, they have

(24:48):
leverage that they did not have before. And so I
think if you're asking me, why did Dion Sanders say
what he said, he's basically letting you know. For all
of y'all that might think that, like when you hear
the name prime Time and all these different nicknames that
or these different ways of explaining who Dion Sanders is

(25:12):
as as the character, as the person, as the player,
whatever it is, the coach, whatever it is, how you
want to characterize him.

Speaker 3 (25:19):
The dude is always about his business.

Speaker 1 (25:25):
He's super meticulous, super intelligent, uberly highly intelligent. And so
if you're asking me what he's doing right now, he's
setting a tone. Yes, we're going to recruit the best players. Yes,
we're going to go after the best guys. But let
me tell you something. If you think for one second

(25:48):
you're going to come to Colorado and cheat the process
and buck the system and not prepare, he's right. I
used to do the same thing as a head coach
and high school. I looked at the huddle, the app huddle.
When you use it, you can look at how many
times somebody logs in and the amount of time that's

(26:10):
elapsed on them watching film. Now, why you can't guarantee
that they're using it? Like based off of the time,
like you can have somebody else log you know, logging
the time on your device on your account.

Speaker 3 (26:25):
But the bottom line is.

Speaker 1 (26:27):
Show you care, show you care, and show you're prepared.
Like he said, if you're not prepared, if anything, you
know that Dion Sanders is being scrutinized. He's being watched
very closely. He's got a lot to prove, and he's

(26:49):
not going to put somebody in there that's not putting
in the time to be prepared to play. Let alone
that if you're not showing up the meetings and you're
not showing up on time, you know, the most important
asset we have is time. So when you're late for
meetings or don't come to meetings at all, you're disrespecting

(27:11):
the most precious asset that everyone else has. And you
know what message you're sending to the rest of the players,
the rest of the coaching staff that they don't matter.
Their time doesn't matter to this player. And so when
you're sending that type of message, maybe the question should
be instead of why is Dion airing him out, maybe

(27:36):
the question should be why doesn't this mean more to
a five star you're a five star player, Why doesn't
it mean more for you to be more at this
level than what you're giving right now. And it sounds
as though and I could be wrong, but my whole

(27:56):
thing is knowing how Prime is. If this was If
you're saying this is a kid that just doesn't he
doesn't know any better, Prime, ain't air an him out right.
This must be this, there must be And I don't
want to. I don't want to put words in his mouth,
So I want to be careful to say I'm speaking

(28:16):
on what I would think if I were a coach.
I'm going to handle a kid that needs to be
taught and they're coming from a place of genuine I
just don't I've never done this.

Speaker 3 (28:28):
I don't know what to do. You know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (28:32):
But when you're not showing up the meetings, when you're
not showing up the meetings during this and you're late
for stuff, that is to me you don't care. And
I'm going to I'm going to show you that that
you know what our standard is our standard, and that's
what it's going to be.

Speaker 6 (28:46):
Like.

Speaker 4 (28:46):
I remember my high school coach telling us, Hey, you know,
if we're getting on you, it's because we think you're
you're you could do better, Like we think there's more
there and that's what we're getting on you. You like
be worried if you don't hear from us, because and
then we like, oh, he's a lost cause, like there's
there's nothing we could do. He's just not good and
it's not worth our time to try and invest to
improve or try and change. And so the fact that

(29:08):
he did make the you know, go public with this
one asked about the question, I totally agree. Like the
people like get get it twisted at all, you know,
Colorado's all about the flash and the sizzle and all that.
Deon Sanders have been pretty brutally honest about Hey, listen,
we're coming. We're not there yet, but we're trying. We're
going to get there, and there's gonna be a lot

(29:28):
of work that comes into taking over a program that
won one game last year.

Speaker 2 (29:33):
They were awful, and so.

Speaker 4 (29:35):
They've all I think he's also put them on the
map from a popularity standpoint to where it's like, if
you don't think there's other players around the country that
see the attention and the notoriety and the spotlight Colorado's
gotten and wouldn't be interested in playing there, you're crazy.
So if you're a five star or not, nobody's job
is secure if you're not willing to put in the work.
And he just basically called out the player for it

(29:57):
as you.

Speaker 1 (29:57):
With it, and you're using him as for what it's worth.
I mean, he put himself in the position to be
used as an example. But Prime is using him as
an example to say to the other people that they're
going to recruit. Don't come here thinking that you're not
going to conform and go by the rules and follow
and trust the process.

Speaker 3 (30:17):
Don't come here.

Speaker 1 (30:18):
Yeah, because if I'll bench, if I'll bench a five
star for that, then I'll bench your ass too.

Speaker 2 (30:23):
Yeah, totally agree.

Speaker 4 (30:26):

Speaker 9 (32:41):
I have been losing you you Alan low lifetambling Genuary.

Speaker 2 (32:46):
It's over under all, right, lead the lap. How do
we do last week? Now?

Speaker 4 (32:51):
For those of you that are just tuning in, No,
Brady Quinn, he will be back tomorrow. He's in the
midst of traveling cross country, which is a nightmare for
anybody at this point. So how did we do last
week on our over under from week three?

Speaker 10 (33:03):
Yeah, we'll go one by one. Well, actually we'll start
at the end here, because everybody took the over on
rushing and receiving yards for Christian McCaffrey, which was set
at one twelve and a half. He had eighty five
rushing thirty four receiving, which equals one nineteen. So everybody
correctly hit the over on Christian McCaffrey. Now we'll start
again at the top here. We had the game total
at forty four. The Niners won that game thirty to twelve.

(33:26):
So just hit the under. And of course LeVar was
the only one who took that under on that one.
Good job bar passing touchdowns for Rock Purdy was one
and a half. Jonas and Brady took the over on
that one.

Speaker 3 (33:36):
He did have two.

Speaker 10 (33:37):
Yeah, correctly predicted that passing in rushing yards for Daniel
Jones was at two fifty seven and a half. He
had won thirty seven passing five rushing for a grand
total of one two. Brady and var you guys had
the under on that one. Good job on you guys.
And lastly we had who it would have more yards
Darren Waller or George Kittle did Waller ninety to twenty. LeVar,

(34:02):
you were the only one who correctly predicted that one. Again,
and you are separating yourself from the pack. You went
four and one, LeVar, Brady went three and two. Jonas,
you went two and three. We got a grand total. LeVar,
you have a two point lead on Brady and even
more so on on you Jonas.

Speaker 2 (34:19):
Screw you, Lee? Are you guys want to really play?

Speaker 1 (34:22):
That's not a big gap from Brady, But come on,
a man, take it where you can get it.

Speaker 4 (34:26):
Man, All right, let's let's go lead. Now it's time
for the real season. Enough with this preseason crowd.

Speaker 3 (34:31):
That's right.

Speaker 10 (34:31):
We got Week four Lions at green Bay. Baby grand
total game total over unders at forty six. If you
guys want to know where Brady is, I've hit him up,
he has responded, he has taken the under of forty six.

Speaker 1 (34:47):
Yeah, I'm taking the under as well.

Speaker 2 (34:52):
Hold on, Lee, I have some I printed out a
bunch of notes on this.

Speaker 1 (34:55):
I want to make sure.

Speaker 2 (35:01):
I'm gonna take the Underly, everybody taken the under?

Speaker 3 (35:07):
All right?

Speaker 2 (35:08):
What have we got next?

Speaker 1 (35:09):
All right?

Speaker 10 (35:10):
We got passing touchdowns for Jared Goff at one and
a half.

Speaker 2 (35:13):
Brady has taken the over.

Speaker 4 (35:20):
Go ahead, Jonas, I will take the under. Green Bay
can't stop the run. They seemingly have never been able
to stop the run. And I feel like Detroit's gonna
pound it, pound it at lambeau Field, So I think
Gobf will throw a one touchdown, but no more than that.

Speaker 1 (35:37):
I'm gonna take the over.

Speaker 10 (35:40):
All right, you guys, Moving on, we have passing in
rushing yards for Jordan Love at two point fifty and
a half.

Speaker 2 (35:45):
Brady has taken the under on this.

Speaker 1 (35:50):
I'm gonna take the under. Has he drown for more
than two fifty this season?

Speaker 2 (35:56):
Yeah? Three, a couple of times?

Speaker 1 (35:58):
Correct?

Speaker 4 (35:59):
Yeah, I'm gonna take the over. So now you're changing
it up. Well, now I gotta look it over now,
I gotta look at my notes again. Hold on, we'll
take the underly.

Speaker 3 (36:19):
Do you say so?

Speaker 2 (36:20):
At Green Bay?

Speaker 1 (36:21):
All right?

Speaker 10 (36:22):
It was a little slick last game, all right, guys.
Sacks by Aiden Hutchinson in this game is out of half.

Speaker 2 (36:28):
Brady's taking the over.

Speaker 1 (36:33):
Go ahead, Oh man, I'm gonna take the under.

Speaker 2 (36:38):
Right at a half? That is correct?

Speaker 4 (36:42):
Well, I mean, look, if he was, if he was
going against Iowa, I definitely think then.

Speaker 2 (36:49):
Hey, everybody remembers that Big ten championship game.

Speaker 3 (36:53):
Everybody remembers this past weekend.

Speaker 2 (36:56):
I'm gonna take I'll take the over.

Speaker 10 (37:00):
And lastly, you guys with mister Al Michael's calling the game,
complaints by Alan Michaels about the city of Green Bay
at a half.

Speaker 4 (37:08):
Brady has taken the under. I'll take the over. Come on, Al,
you got one in you. There's enough material there. Come on,
there's enough material there. It's basically like a pilgrim community
with cheese lying around. Come on, let it fly out.
People complaining about this guy like making a couple of

(37:30):
jokes about some of these cities.

Speaker 2 (37:31):
He's at nothing wrong with that.

Speaker 4 (37:33):
I'll take the overly, can't make any complaints about green
Bay Lee.

Speaker 2 (37:37):
Are you gonna be sober enough to keep track all
these I literally have to go to an event to
drink minimum
