that was a goofy Sunday in the NFL. Got a

(01:33):
weird Yeah, a little good, weird, a little wild, kind
of kind of kind of a strange.

Speaker 4 (01:39):
The Beatings took the weekend off. Huh Yeah they did.

Speaker 3 (01:42):
Man.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
And the more I watch the Jets, the more I
get bummed out that Rogers isn't a part of it,
because if Rogers is there with that defense, that's that's
a scary proposition for anybody.

Speaker 4 (01:56):
In the AFC. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
Absolutely, And so see them yesterday get that win. And
I mean, I don't know what the hell Philly was
doing throwing the ball there with howe many times Jalen
Hurt said, turned it over and the strugglers that they had.
Why were they throwing the ball there in that spot
on third down? Why didn't they just run it, punt
the ball away and then force the Jets to try

(02:21):
and have to make it and make something happen on
offense when they hadn't been able to do it all game.

Speaker 4 (02:27):
You want that cue?

Speaker 2 (02:30):
You got it?

Speaker 4 (02:32):
I mean, when I think about what took place in
that game and what they were able to do defensively,
it still came back to me, what was Zach Wilson
going to do? And then looking at what what the
decision making was going to be, it was still going

(02:53):
to come back to would they be able to generate
enough offense with what was going on out there? And
they were. They were able to generate enough offense. So
then now I feel like the question turned into how
do we view Zach Wilson now? Because that's a that's
a signature win. That's like if he needed one. That

(03:15):
was the signature win that Zack Wilson needed.

Speaker 5 (03:18):
You know, I was told this by Jim Zorn back
when I was playing. There's three ways of grading quarterback play,
at least in his opinion.

Speaker 2 (03:26):
The first is, you.

Speaker 5 (03:27):
Know you're you're doing your job, but you're doing your
job poorly and you're impacting the result of the game.
So your team could be winning despite you, or you
could be the reason that your team's losing. You're doing
your job, but really you're not having an impact on
the outcome. You know, you could be doing your job
the way you're supposed to be doing but you're not

(03:49):
elevating the level of play of people around you to win.
Or in that case, you're doing your job, but you're
not the reason why your team's losing.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
And then you're doing your job.

Speaker 5 (03:59):
It's such a high level that you are the reason
why your team's winning. And I would say Zach wilson
last two years was probably the first and then this
year has now evolved and developed into the second where
you know, you Jones just said it. The ground game

(04:21):
and the defense give them a chance and he's doing
his job enough to be able to help them and
where he's not making these these backbreaking mistakes, and so
that probably doesn't sound like a big compliment, but in
the reality it is, he's grown, he's developed, he's playing
much more like the quarterback I think they would hope

(04:42):
he would be at this point, but maybe you know,
they hope to see this development a little faster.

Speaker 4 (04:47):
I have a little bit of confidence in what you're doing,
but don't have so much confidence where you f the
game up Like is that like, is that a fair assessment?

Speaker 5 (04:56):
Like yesterday, I would say that it's not about confidence.
It's more about him just being able to not put
his team in adverse positions or making that mistake when
we look back and go, yeah, if there was a
handful of things he was involved in, three or four
of those handful of things.

Speaker 4 (05:13):
Yeah, I mean he didn't turn the ball over. No, no,
no turnovers. And although he didn't throw any touchdowns, you know, but.

Speaker 5 (05:20):
Knowing, and he struggled on third down two at times,
but but again he did enough first second down at
times to.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
Be able to move the football to still give them
a shot.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
Now you want to talk about confidence, Come on, Robert Sala,
Robert Sala.

Speaker 4 (05:34):
Did you see his face when the game ended?

Speaker 1 (05:36):
Oh? Man, Like that had to be the greatest family, right, So,
Robert Sala post game, let's hear a little bit from
the Jets head coach.

Speaker 6 (05:45):
You know, through these first six weeks we've played in
gone little quarterbacks I know we haven't gotten all wins,
but we've embarrassed all of them.

Speaker 2 (05:51):
I think we can go toe to toe with anybody.

Speaker 6 (05:53):
It says a lot about this group and how mentally
strong they are, and how much they love one another
and appreciate one another and fight for one another. You know,
we're going to continue battling. We're going to continue to
try to find a way to write our story for
this year. And obviously winning this game going into the
bye week is nice, but we had a big win
last year too. We've got to come out of the
bi week with even more intent and more of that

(06:14):
mindset and continue to find ways to get better so
we can finish stronger.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
How about that gount little quarterbacks, we've embarrassed all of them.
It's not that far off. I mean, look at look
at the list of the quarterback quarterbacks they played. They've
played well against those guys, right and plus Robert Sala
had to love that being a defensive guy yesterday, to
see the way that game played out, Like you run
the risk, you throw the ball on third down, We're

(06:37):
going to take it from you, just like we'd done
several times in that game. That's a huge win for
the Jets. Man going into the bye week.

Speaker 4 (06:44):
You know that everybody's really if you notice the overload
defenses is becoming pretty prominent. It's like been a lot
of coverage at times, like I say early on, like
you're seeing defenses try to figure out how to zone
zone these passing games. But I think looking at it now,

(07:07):
it's it's like you're choosing the lesser of the two.
Do we give the quarterback enough time by by being
in coverage and take a chance on trying to be
in coverage where we can steal the ball and have robbers,
or do we just do we pressure him? And I
think what I saw this this weekend, just from the
defender standpoint, You've seen the good defenses start to overload

(07:31):
the offensive lines, like the different types of stunts, but
not only different stunts with with the defense front, but
what they've been doing, how they're using the linebackers or
how they're adding a safety, like they're adding one too
many guys for these guys a block like even Boso
on that game winning sack. You know, they overloaded the

(07:52):
line and it seems like they're they're getting good success
pressuring guys. The new York Jets did the same thing,
like they sure Jalen Hurts. They they made them uncomfortable
and they played some aggressive football. And that's, you know,
to me, that might be the new norm moving forward.
It's it's going you're going to see a whole lot
like it's going to turn even more into a seven

(08:13):
on seven type of environment because you're going to see
a lot more man to man because these these teams
are going to start trying to be more pressure driven
rather than coverage driven.

Speaker 5 (08:25):
I thought, as much as we want to start off
with the Jets, it had more to do with Philly,
all right. I mean it's not often you see you know,
Hurts turned the football over the way he did, and
some of those you know, missed opportunities. But the interesting
thing about the Jets is we saw Rogers too. He
was down on the field throwing. He's walking without a boot,

(08:47):
without crutches, He's six weeks following a torn achilles. He
is walking now, he's got a limp. But still that
is ridiculous. And if you look at where the Jets
are right now, if the playoffs starting today, they would
not be in Okay, the AFC playoff picks would be
Chiefs with the one seed, Dolphins with the two seed,

(09:09):
Baltimore three, Jacksonville four, Bill Steelers browns now sitting at
ten is the Jets, but they're also sitting three and three,
tied with the Colts, who are right outside of the
playoff hunt. The Texans at three and three, right outside
of the playoff hunt, the Raiders at three and three,
right behind the Jets, the Bengals at three and three.

(09:30):
I mean, you've got a lot of you know, parody
right now in the AFC, and it's going to be
interesting to see how things, you know, go moving forward
and if if there's any shot whatsoever that Rogers could
be ready in time to you know, still have an
impact on this season. I mean, he said it, but

(09:52):
it would be unbelievable if that was possible. But if
they could play five hundred football until Rogers maybe give another.

Speaker 2 (10:00):
Six weeks, see what it looks like.

Speaker 5 (10:02):
I'm just saying like it could be something special in
the back end of the season if Rogers could come back.

Speaker 1 (10:06):
Could you imagine he came back in season same season
he he ripped that thing first week.

Speaker 2 (10:12):
Or that might be like the greatest accomplishment.

Speaker 4 (10:14):
You heard of comeback Player of the Year. Yeah, amazing.

Speaker 1 (10:24):
Yeah, there wasn't enough service time for him, you know,
to count as him participating this season.

Speaker 5 (10:29):
So yeah, man, those dolphins making love telling you that's
what he credited to. He he must be listening to
a lot of those dolphins making love.

Speaker 4 (10:38):
Now, Nick Sirianni, so you put the air phones on
his achulles tended? Yeah something, Susan, Man.

Speaker 5 (10:48):
What do you think that sounds like? I mean, does
Sam not have a Dolphins drop?

Speaker 4 (10:52):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (10:52):
Do you have a dolphin drop in the system? Sam,
No dolphin.

Speaker 2 (10:55):
Drop like Flipper.

Speaker 1 (10:57):
We got a Nitny lion, but we don't have a Dolphins.

Speaker 4 (11:00):
It's a Nittney lion week by the way. But easy
on that, damn now.

Speaker 1 (11:07):
Nick Sirianni did discuss the decision to throw the football there, Brady,
as you mentioned several mistakes for the Eagles. DeVonta Smith
had a had a terrible drop uh in that game,
and Nick Sirianni talked about just Jalen Hurts and the
decision to throw the ball and the late interception which
led to the go ahead and game winning touchdown. Here

(11:28):
was the Eagles head coach, I'm gonna have.

Speaker 7 (11:29):
To see that play again and see if there was
a something that flushed him out of the pocket. He
had to hold it for a take longer. I'm gonna
have to see what happened there. Looked like they played
some sort of cover four on that. We had that
we had a completion on that play earlier in the drive,
you know, and then I'll have to look at the
tape exactly. You know, I know Jalen's gonna want that

(11:51):
play back. Obviously, I thought that was pretty much the
only turnover that was on him though, just you know,
he's you know, we need that, we need that in
that critical time. He's gonna want that back.

Speaker 2 (12:02):
We want that back.

Speaker 7 (12:03):
You know, if the play doesn't work, we're gonna look
at ourselves as coaches first and say was that the
right play? And then you know, that's part about being accountable.
And I know Jalen's looking himself in.

Speaker 2 (12:11):
The mirror as well.

Speaker 1 (12:13):
So there you go. There's some some reasoning behind the
interception there, but nonetheless, the New York Jets get it
done and Rogers listening to it.

Speaker 4 (12:20):
There's the reason for every mistake.

Speaker 1 (12:22):
To Dolphins having sex so that he can try and
come back sooner and save the season. Be fun, man,
And look, I mean there's gonna be people will probably
throw out some more.

Speaker 4 (12:31):
Dolphins, like one of those one wow, almost one. They're
the only ones that do it for one. They do
it for the pleasure of it, right.

Speaker 2 (12:41):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (12:41):
But here's the thing that I kind of almost disagree with.
If you've ever been to the zoo, man, you see
those chimpanzees, they're going wild in there on themselves.

Speaker 4 (12:51):
Yeah, depending on what time of the year, say, they
definitely do be like you right there?

Speaker 2 (12:56):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (12:56):
Wait, wait, wait, no, no, you're right.

Speaker 2 (12:58):
Tell me that's you can't tell me that's not about pleasure.

Speaker 1 (13:02):
Have you ever seen a tortoise go at it? It
seems like they're having a good time.

Speaker 2 (13:11):
I'm sorry, what a tortoise?

Speaker 4 (13:12):
You've never heard of?

Speaker 2 (13:13):
Tortoise?

Speaker 8 (13:14):
Bro?

Speaker 4 (13:15):
I just gave it to hold on, I just gave
it to you right there.

Speaker 2 (13:19):
But I'm saying, a tortoise is gonna bro a.

Speaker 4 (13:22):
B a big ass tortoise. Here they go. Here's here's
the big ass tortoise.

Speaker 2 (13:32):
How how have.

Speaker 5 (13:36):
Both of you I've seen this and heard this, and
I am completely the.

Speaker 4 (13:40):
Darken looking up tortoises. It is the funniest as you
will hear. I mean, but and then you're it goes
to your point though, that sounds like that slow ass
turtle is enjoying them, like like they don't do nothing
else with a whole bunch of energy. But that that
groan or moan that they let out during that time

(14:04):
is real.

Speaker 1 (14:05):
My parents, my parents for some reason love desert tortoises
and we always had them growing up, and these things
would get after it and it was I mean, they
were like the Michael Douglas of of animals. It's just like,
whatever it had happened, if they weren't hibernating, I was
going to go down and they.

Speaker 2 (14:25):
Would make these weird Michael Douglas.

Speaker 9 (14:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (14:28):
Well, you know, Michael Douglas is seemingly every movie he's
got a scene they're.

Speaker 4 (14:33):
Getting real you know, yeah, one of those real aggressive scenes.
He's super known for being really aggressive.

Speaker 10 (14:42):
Yeah yeah, so so who does Maybe it's that the tortoise.

Speaker 4 (14:58):
Yeah, so funny, it's weird. That's the fun that you get.

Speaker 5 (15:02):
The ones they're like, eh, I mean, now I'm picturing
like I'm picturing like the teenage mutant ninja turtles, Like
this is what like.

Speaker 4 (15:20):
That's that's a little bit. They're a little bit more
ads now, Like we're talking real with those nunsucks.

Speaker 1 (15:28):
You know.

Speaker 2 (15:29):
Yeah, whoa Leonardo getting after it.

Speaker 1 (15:33):
Whoa that's what they meant by kung fu. Yeah, so
it is. Uh so that'll uh that's our look back

We'll tell you which team that is, and it's yours
next here on FSR.

LeVar Arrington, Brady Quinn, Jonas Knox with you here. Coming
up in we'll call it a little over twenty minutes
from now from the tire rack dot Com studios. There
is somebody in the NFL that is capitalizing on something
you all use. All right, we'll explain what that is
coming up again twenty minutes from now here on FSR.

Speaker 3 (17:00):
So, what the hell was.

Speaker 1 (17:02):
That last night from the Buffalo Bills against the New
York Giants. I mean, the Giants throwback helmets were sweet nice,
It was awesome.

Speaker 2 (17:14):
But can I tell you a little secret to.

Speaker 5 (17:20):
I mean, I don't know if you did this stuff,
but I always talked to or tried to talk to
my receivers and dbs and it's a little trick that
can somebodys help you.

Speaker 2 (17:32):
You know what color you should always wear of gloves.
Let's take a guess.

Speaker 5 (17:40):
Not always white unless the other team's wearing white. You
should always wear the color of your opponent if you're
a dB, if you're a receiver, you always want to
wear white shoes if you can. And the reason being
is if you're toe tapping close to the sideline, like
that's how you can always make it harder for the

(18:01):
officials or harder for TV to tell whether it's a
receiver trying to catch a ball at you know, inbounds
versus out of bounds or touchdown or for a dB
if you happen to be I don't know what the
final play of the game, grab it onto a little jersey.

Speaker 2 (18:16):
It's a little more difficult if you got that white off.

Speaker 1 (18:19):
Yeah, that was a terrible non call.

Speaker 2 (18:23):
Is terrible.

Speaker 5 (18:24):
I mean, you can't expect to get that called two
times in a.

Speaker 1 (18:27):
Row, even if it's a penalty.

Speaker 2 (18:31):
It was quite as bad as the one before.

Speaker 5 (18:34):
The one before, Like there was no play by Bernard
at any point in time on the football.

Speaker 4 (18:39):
That one.

Speaker 5 (18:40):
You were kind of like, all right, I could see
how it could either be missed or just kind of
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (18:45):
They didn't seem as agreedous as the first one.

Speaker 1 (18:47):
The part that bothered me with it was the fact
that if it was a quick grab, I get it.
He added his hand on the jersey the entire time
that Waller was running the route. It was seven yards
he had the hand on the jersey and I was
not so price they didn't call it because, yeah, it
seems like they wouldn't want to make that call twice.
But I don't know.

Speaker 4 (19:06):
Man, before the half, let's talk about that. Oh man,
let's talk about that call.

Speaker 2 (19:12):
That that's on Tyrod though, no doubt about it. You
just can't do that now.

Speaker 5 (19:18):
I would say you could also put on the coaching
staff or why would you even give him the option
because it wasn't like he checked to it.

Speaker 2 (19:25):
You know, it was an alert. So it's a little different.

Speaker 5 (19:29):
Like they're giving you a play call with two calls
in it, so they're giving you an option within.

Speaker 2 (19:35):
That play call.

Speaker 5 (19:36):
If he checked to it, that's one thing that's not him,
like going over and do it. But he he looks
at his point. I saw him an alert alert, like
going to that next play. I have no idea why
he decided to do it that way.

Speaker 4 (19:47):
You definitely should have thrown for the end zone, though, right, like,
you got to throw. I don't think you like what
other like, I don't give a if I see a
three man front that far away. I mean, listen, I
don't know. I don't play offense, but I have called
offenses as a coach. Damn right, I'm I'm throwing. You

(20:08):
gotta throw the ball for the end zone and then
kick the field goal or get the touchdown one of
the two. Don't throw an interception. Either we got either
we have a touchdown or we don't throw it away.
We kicked the field goal. Done, done? Like, how do
you run the ball in that? And by the way,
Saquan was not having success running the ball, It was

(20:28):
not they were stopping the run. So why would you
call a run in that situation?

Speaker 1 (20:32):
Now, just like we talked about Philly throwing the ball
that led that resulted in that interception lad that.

Speaker 4 (20:39):
Led to their loss.

Speaker 1 (20:41):
I mean, the Bills won the game, so you know,
probably doesn't get as much coverage. But why is Josh
Allen throwing the football there on the previous possession on
third down when they were in field goal range. Anyways,
they ended up missing the field goal, but why was
he throwing the ball there? And stopping the clock. If
you run the ball, that you is would have had
to use their final time out and you would have

(21:02):
at least like put them in a more difficult spot.
But they threw the ball. It resulted in it was
a bad throw and you know, didn't get a lot
of help from I think it was Dawson Knox. No
relation after that played, Yeah, no relation. Yeah, of course
you had to bring up knocks. You thought maybe there's
a chance like knocks just you know, trying to pick
and choose here. But why right there are you throwing

(21:25):
the ball? Why not just run it? It seems like
this is happening a lot, and we've talked about like
the game management of coaches or teams late. I don't
get it.

Speaker 5 (21:37):
I think we've gotten no point now where we're getting
like overly aggressive with how we're.

Speaker 2 (21:42):
Looking at the analytics.

Speaker 5 (21:44):
I mean, I'm not saying that it wouldn't be refreshing
to see a team in that position is run the
football and punt, but they're trying to end the game.

Speaker 2 (21:52):
I mean that's the truth, Like that's what they'd say
to you. So I just.

Speaker 5 (21:58):
I think it all depends on that how that coach feels.

Speaker 2 (22:02):
They want to handle.

Speaker 5 (22:03):
It's kind of like what I told you all last
week about like gambling or betting, Like I sometimes I
make bets because I feel like if and when I lose,
it won't feel as bad. Like I almost feel like
there's like a degree of this with coaches making decisions
as far as like how they want to go win
the game, but in the opposite way, they're like, no,

(22:24):
we're going to win and we're gonna do it this
way and I'm.

Speaker 2 (22:27):
Gonna feel awesome.

Speaker 3 (22:28):
So it's ego.

Speaker 2 (22:30):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (22:31):
I mean, it's I don't know if I call it ego.
I just think they want to try to take control
when they have control to go win a game.

Speaker 1 (22:40):
It's just I didn't understand you were going to kick
the field goal anyways, so like why not run the
ball and you know, you make them call the time out,
you try the field goal.

Speaker 4 (22:52):
If you miss it, yeah, you're still in the same as.

Speaker 2 (22:54):
The other thing is.

Speaker 5 (22:55):
Every time you call play, you're not thinking about it
not working.

Speaker 4 (22:59):
Truth, you know what I'm saying, Like it's not going
to work.

Speaker 2 (23:04):
Yeah I'm calling this.

Speaker 5 (23:05):
That's the chance if you call a play in that scenario,
you're calling it because you're trying to go get the
first down. You're trying you know what I'm saying. You're
trying to you're anticipating it being a completion or Josh
Allen finds a way of scrambling up and getting down
and not.

Speaker 2 (23:23):
Throwing it all together.

Speaker 5 (23:24):
You're not you're not thinking about it being intercepted or
being incomplete.

Speaker 2 (23:30):
So I always look at it like, well, yeah, I.

Speaker 5 (23:32):
Can see how they make that call, but they're also
not factoring in like the downside risk in that of
what could happen and when when you look at how
the end of the game played out, I mean they
did the Bills needed the benefit of the officials in
order to get in the position that they were in
the final plays. I mean that I don't know what
time I was thinking when he ran and he you know,

(23:56):
it was like I'm not sure if he thought he
could get in the end zone.

Speaker 1 (23:58):
When he saw that, like and it was like, oh yeah,
the clock.

Speaker 2 (24:02):
It's like, what do you just throw it away? Like
you don't even have to continue running. You can literally
you're out of the pocket. You could just you can
just go throw it away.

Speaker 1 (24:12):
Bad decision making, Yeah, but you know what I do
like though, weather is starting to play an impact. We're
starting to get to the point of the season where
you're starting to see weather have impact on games. Looked
a little chili last night. Looked a little chilly in
and around college football this weekend.

Speaker 4 (24:26):
That means we're going to be chili.

Speaker 1 (24:27):
God, that's what I like.

Speaker 4 (24:28):
I hope y'all know we're going to Columbus, uh this
week We're doing show on Friday for you guys at
the graduates. Yeah, it's a great point.

Speaker 2 (24:36):
Are you gonna be yelling out we are.

Speaker 4 (24:39):
Already you've experienced a Q Now this is Columbus, Ohio,
So you know, I'll make sure I know what my surround.

Speaker 2 (24:46):
Style territory around hostile.

Speaker 4 (24:50):
Yeah, hostile, but I certainly will. We are where we
are is appropriate.

Speaker 2 (24:55):
For what sounds like when you say the real we are.

Speaker 4 (24:58):
Well, in the moment, it sounds much better.

Speaker 2 (25:00):
You know.

Speaker 4 (25:00):
It's like you know, i'd say we are you know,
but you know, in the moment when I'm with you
guys and we're in the spirit of everything, I'm be
like we are and everybody responds. I mean, it's I
give it to them three times and then I say
thank you, and then they say you're welcome, because we're
very cordial people as well.

Speaker 1 (25:19):
Now, Lvar, you've been very critical of the way Penn
State fans travel from time to time.

Speaker 4 (25:24):
I was very shocked and surprised that when I talked
all the trash that I did with you guys during
the week leading up to the Iowa game, that we
had very few It was like literally one percent one
percent Penn State fans at that show gate.

Speaker 1 (25:39):
I mean, this is a much better Penn State team.

Speaker 4 (25:42):
This is a much better team.

Speaker 1 (25:43):
I mean, what's what were we thinking the percentage wise
of that of the shoe.

Speaker 4 (25:48):
Well, Ohio is much closer to PA than Iowa is.
We had the big thirty three. There you go. You
know we played that in PA, though I don't think
it's ever been played in Ohio.

Speaker 2 (26:00):
I think you're right. I'm not positive, but I'm pretty
sure you're right.

Speaker 8 (26:04):
It was.

Speaker 4 (26:05):
There was a p A creation, Yes it was. It was,
and we just wanted to show good a.

Speaker 2 (26:09):
Lot of good things created in Pennsylvania.

Speaker 4 (26:11):
I mean, steak cases.

Speaker 2 (26:14):
Hers, She's Philip ches steak rolling rocks, that's right, giggling.
First off, before p A Pottsville.

Speaker 4 (26:24):
Yes, it is Pottsfield.

Speaker 2 (26:26):
Got York pepper rock I was disappointing.

Speaker 4 (26:30):
Pepper, you got pepperin patties? You got you got York
bar bells.

Speaker 2 (26:34):
You know, Oh you know what else I was thinking?

Speaker 5 (26:36):
You know the hell you guys put the fries on
your burgers, burgers and sandwiches and stuff like salads.

Speaker 4 (26:43):
Yeah, that's everything.

Speaker 1 (26:45):
That's a I never thought of that. York pepper and
patties are from p are you never thought of that?

Speaker 4 (26:49):
Oh there you go.

Speaker 1 (26:50):
My god, that's a great call. That's a good candy steak.
M Dix are from p A two.

Speaker 2 (26:57):
Yeah, I'm pretty sure they're from everywhere, LeVar, But.

Speaker 4 (27:03):
That's I mean Dick's Sporting Goods. It depends. Dick's Sporting
Goods is a p A. Dix. Great call, you know
for all your your sports shopping needs. Lee, can you
confirm this? Are you looking it up? Is Dix is
Dix a p A p A company. I think it's

(27:23):
only in Dix m p A Yeah, Yeah, I'm just
saying there's not as many of them in California. Well,
I mean, regardless started in p A.

Speaker 1 (27:37):
Yes, yeah, I want to hear you say it thumbs
up on radio.

Speaker 4 (27:42):
Where the headquarters is but it was founded in New York.
Oh oh wow, that sucks. But the headquarters is in
because the guy who created dicks is from where? Where's
he from?

Speaker 2 (27:53):
Dicks exists in?

Speaker 11 (27:55):
The Stack is from? Uh, I'm not sure where Dick
Stack is from. I'll look that up.

Speaker 2 (27:59):
Yeah, look, I'm sorry. His last name is Stacked.

Speaker 1 (28:01):
Is he relation to Robert Stack?

Speaker 4 (28:03):
Dick Stack?

Speaker 1 (28:04):
Oh man, that'd be sweet if he was related to well,
why wouldn't it be Stacked his last name?

Speaker 4 (28:08):
You think about it. If his last name was like
and though, that would be funny stacking. If his first
name was Stacking, then his last name? What he's from
New York? Is he from New York? Well?

Speaker 1 (28:25):
Then, by the way, a round of applause for wi
Fia over there.

Speaker 2 (28:32):
Yeah, the rundown didn't come that fast. This is this
is coming out.

Speaker 4 (28:39):
I certainly thought that the creator of Dix was from
from Butler, PA. But I guess I'm.

Speaker 2 (28:45):
Eating ross dropping that bus this morning? Did you?

Speaker 4 (28:49):
I gotta keep my head on a swivel break. I'm sorry, Bud.

Speaker 2 (28:52):
Hell yeah, I'm taking your ass out.

Speaker 1 (28:53):
Yeah, well, listen, if you're going to take him out.

Speaker 1 (31:15):
For that, we turned it over to our executive producer
lead Di Di Di digit.

Speaker 12 (31:20):
Last Good morning, fellas, Good morning everybody, bar Brady, all
you guys out there, guys, in case you missed it, yesterday,
Jamar Chase was rocking some new uh, some new jewelry
a chain that was supporting seven eleven of course, because
he's always open and if you're if you want to

(31:42):
get yourself a little bit of that chain yourself, you
can actually get it through the seven eleven UH site
because this is a marketing deal between Jamar Chase and
seven eleven.

Speaker 4 (31:51):
Good for him.

Speaker 11 (31:51):
You can get this benefit one hundred twenty dollars on
the website.

Speaker 1 (31:54):
Who didn't like a seven eleven You know, who doesn't
like a seven eleven feeling?

Speaker 5 (32:00):
That's gonna send by the way, Haylee, hey, I feel
like that's gonna send a different message depending on who's wearing.

Speaker 2 (32:09):
It, you know, like if you.

Speaker 1 (32:13):
I see what you're saying, Yeah.

Speaker 5 (32:15):
Like Jamar Chase saying he's always open for business.

Speaker 4 (32:19):
But if you're different it depending on where you are
in life, that could.

Speaker 5 (32:24):
Yeah, like I'm not a football player and I'm like
signifying the people that i'm and I'm always open for business.

Speaker 2 (32:32):
Like it just looks a little dicey, like.

Speaker 1 (32:36):
If the missus probably could get arrested if the missus
comes home with a with a seven eleven.

Speaker 4 (32:40):
Eleven, Yeah we got some. I'm like, well, where have
you been well for business?

Speaker 2 (32:46):
Yeah? Right, I've got to go on a girl's trip. Okay,
where are you going? Open business?

Speaker 1 (32:54):
By the way, how if you guys said the guess,
how many seven eleven locations do you think there are
in the United States?

Speaker 4 (33:01):
Again, then there's a.

Speaker 2 (33:02):
Lot there is.

Speaker 5 (33:04):
Off the top of my head, fifty eight thousand.

Speaker 2 (33:08):
Okay, I'm six hundred and forty two.

Speaker 1 (33:10):
All right, I'm gonna go. And it's funny you brought
that up. I'm gonna go fifty eight thousand, six hundred
and forty one.

Speaker 4 (33:18):
I'm going to go forty two over your forty one Okay,
what is he just said?

Speaker 1 (33:24):
Brady said forty two.

Speaker 4 (33:25):
You can't take forty two. I'm wanna say forty three?

Speaker 5 (33:27):
Then all right, Oh wow, we are we are so
grossly overestimated.

Speaker 4 (33:33):
How many locates?

Speaker 5 (33:34):
Nine thousand, four hundred and eighty eight is that the
number I'm seeing?

Speaker 11 (33:37):
Thirteen thousand?

Speaker 2 (33:39):
That's still This is according to.

Speaker 5 (33:42):
In the United States September nineteenth, twenty twenty three.

Speaker 11 (33:46):
Yeah, I'm seeing what you're seeing now.

Speaker 4 (33:47):
Yeah, I would have thought there'd have been what happened there? Well,
I don't know.

Speaker 11 (33:50):
I see also something here saying thirteen thousand US stores.

Speaker 5 (33:55):
That's like on their website. But I don't know how
accurate that is because when that.

Speaker 4 (33:58):
Was let seven to eleven, you know, I mean, there's
one right down that I wrote, get thosefles.

Speaker 1 (34:04):
By the way, have you seen who hangs out in
that parking lot at this time?

Speaker 2 (34:07):
Dude?

Speaker 4 (34:08):
Seven eleven?

Speaker 1 (34:09):
Walk by there, just go hey, junkie, and everybody will
turn around seven.

Speaker 5 (34:12):
By the way, lead that thirteen thousand includes Canada.

Speaker 11 (34:17):
Count Okay, because I'm also seeing, yeah, twelve thy six
hundred operation throughout the United States.

Speaker 4 (34:22):
And another thing, I.

Speaker 1 (34:25):
Don't know who thought of seven eleven. But whoever it was,
it brilliant and the parking lot is never in good
condition ever, like there's always like stuff breaking.

Speaker 5 (34:37):
Also holes I'm seeing apparently Speedway considers themselves as part
of seven eleven corporates.

Speaker 4 (34:43):
Oh really?

Speaker 2 (34:43):
Why you probably that?

Speaker 5 (34:44):
That's why you probably see that number inflatedly because they're
they're combining the too.

Speaker 1 (34:48):
Yeah, you know, interesting fun to guess though. Let me,
I just got to put some lotion on real quickly.

Speaker 2 (34:54):
What's the best thing from seven eleven is the slurp?

Speaker 4 (35:01):
I mean that's the big gold Okay?

Speaker 2 (35:03):
Is it the coffee or is it their food?

Speaker 4 (35:05):
All right?

Speaker 1 (35:06):
I used to love the coffee. They had a dark
Mountain roast. It was greatly. You would love it too,
It's I I was a big fan of the coffee.

Speaker 4 (35:16):
Would like it, and I go right, all right, but
LaVar out, thank you.

Speaker 1 (35:21):
I don't know. I'm sorry about that. It'd be more inclusive.
But remember remember growing up?

Speaker 4 (35:27):
What you remember?

Speaker 1 (35:28):
I remember my my older brother would bring home because
I love w w F.

Speaker 4 (35:34):
There would be w s.

Speaker 2 (35:37):
Yeah everyone does.

Speaker 1 (35:38):
There would be w w F characters on the front
of the big gold cups and so he would collect
him and bring him home. So I'm gonna go big
gulp over a slurpey and I'm not a big slurpy.
I think icys are better than Slurpe's.

Speaker 4 (35:52):
Uh, historically speaking, I gotta go with with the slurpee
historically starpees or it. Yeah, I mean you do. I
used to do all the flavors and because it was
such a big cup, so it was like, you know,
you do all the flavors and it's good. Slushy's slush.
He's always hit the spot.

Speaker 5 (36:12):
I don't know why, but to me, it's like the
Big Gulf, only because now it's branded as Big Golf
on the side of it, where it didn't used to
be like pack the day you go get like a
big string and it used to say that, but now
ever since that's like been what it's called, it's it's
what how it works now.

Speaker 11 (36:29):
Yeah, best best food is maybe the chimmy chunga. I
don't know if you get.

Speaker 1 (36:34):
That every Oh yeah, Todd makes you get it. What's
you got a gun to your back? Like you get
a chimmy chung an hour to get shot?

Speaker 2 (36:45):
Take this.

Speaker 4 (36:49):
Tod's got a revolver in your mind.

Speaker 11 (36:51):
It's Todd's order the top of Chico and some chimmy
chunk is.

Speaker 4 (36:57):
Unbelievable.

Speaker 1 (36:58):
Yeah, that does not surprise me whatsoever.

Speaker 4 (37:03):
What else we got, guys?

Speaker 11 (37:04):
In case, I guess that Ravens went over the Titans
in London because it was so early here on the
West Coast specifically, see you later, Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 4 (37:11):
Well.

Speaker 11 (37:12):
Roger Goodell spoke at a fan forum in London, saying
that it has been discussed about the likelihood of having
a Super Bowl. Uh yeah over there in London obviously, uh,
far away from it.

Speaker 2 (37:24):
But go for coun we just put a team over there.
Could we stop with like, I want to do a
Super Bowl?

Speaker 5 (37:30):
And I know that eventually means you would have a
Super Bowl if you have a team over there, But
just get it over with.

Speaker 2 (37:37):
Isn't Jacksonville right now better in London than at home?

Speaker 3 (37:40):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (37:40):
They found something because they're a much better team after
playing there and back to back weeks, they found something.

Speaker 4 (37:46):
They got their groove going for sure.

Speaker 1 (37:48):
I mean I just called yeah, okay, I mean, look,
the super Bowl is ours. Why should we have to
share it?

Speaker 4 (38:00):
I mean, after all this time trying to get away
from the Crown were just going running back, go.

Speaker 5 (38:04):
Right back, We go right back, no taxation with a
representation that was y'all.

Speaker 4 (38:11):
I mean that's not where I came. What do you mean, Well,
I thought we are.

Speaker 1 (38:16):
What happened?

Speaker 7 (38:17):
We are?

Speaker 2 (38:17):
Yeah, we happen. We are.

Speaker 4 (38:19):
Once I was here, once he was here. You know,
I had to work through a few things.
