was a lot of people that were ready to write
off brock Party. That's it, he's been exposed. Who you're
(01:16):
talking to?
Speaker 4 (01:17):
Well, last week, what's that?
Speaker 3 (01:19):
He did play a little bit better last week? Kah,
of course he played better last week, and he played
lights out and perfect this week. It just feels like
some people ran to the hot take gun and started
firing off rounds. Well, just you know, there's a lot
of people out there who want to call brock Party
a system quarterback, that he's just a product of the system,
and whatever you want to There's lots of people out there,
(01:40):
you know, media type folks on social media. Everyone wanted
to find a flaw with the guy who was the
last pick in the draft. And it seems like the
bye week has done them good because San Francisco looks
like they got a dialed up and roll and yet
again those forty nine ers.
Speaker 4 (01:55):
Okay, that's how you're going to leave it?
Speaker 3 (01:56):
Yeah, just like that.
Speaker 4 (01:58):
I really can't thinking you're going to say you know
who that person is or something.
Speaker 5 (02:03):
You could say me, I would say that I was
starting to feel a sense of skepticism towards Rock Party
and towards this team. I mean, he had multiple games
with with three interceptions. I mean, he did struggle. I
mean I did take into consideration that Debo was out,
McCaffrey was still nursing the old bleak injury, and uh
(02:28):
Trent Williams was down as well. I did take that
into consideration. But I did feel some level of should
there be a concern here for if Rock Party is
maybe losing losing his mojo?
Speaker 3 (02:48):
Is he is he?
Speaker 5 (02:49):
You know, is there something that is the magic? Is
the magic gone?
Speaker 3 (02:54):
You know that it's fair to be skeptical, but I
mean there was you know, I think people we were
ready to just well, this is why he was picked
last in the draft. This is why now all his
flaws are coming out. It's like you forget also in
the midst of all that he was concussed. Okay, now
when that happened, whether you know that that you know,
played a major role in him throwing the path, It
(03:14):
might have, It might have.
Speaker 5 (03:16):
I mean I thought it was more impressive that they
destroyed After looking at Jacksonville this past weekend and the
beating that they dished out, Like I thought, it was
more impressive seeing them bounce back and and really demolished
the Jags the way that they did.
Speaker 3 (03:33):
I mean, I wasn't.
Speaker 5 (03:34):
I wasn't so I wasn't so high on Like, Okay,
they beat up on the Bucks, like I kind of
expected that they would beat up on the Bucks. But nonetheless,
he still showed out.
Speaker 3 (03:45):
In the game.
Speaker 5 (03:46):
So I mean, but you know, rock Purdy is is
definitely it could have been something to that that the
lingering effects of of him having those concussion symptoms or
having a concussion played a part in what was going on.
Speaker 3 (04:04):
At least it appears that could be it. Now. Yeah, really,
look damn good.
Speaker 4 (04:09):
We're seeing the MVP conversation.
Speaker 3 (04:11):
Let's go ahead and question pipe that up here real quick,
real quick.
Speaker 4 (04:17):
Let's le go ahead.
Speaker 3 (04:18):
So brock perty currently sitting at twenty to one on
draft games. So he is behind Patrick Mahomes.
Speaker 1 (04:28):
You have a little sprinkle sprinkle, little salt bay on that.
Speaker 4 (04:33):
Okay, I'll put it this way.
Speaker 1 (04:34):
He has he's leading the league I think in QBR
after the perfect rating for this past game, I'm pretty sure's.
Speaker 4 (04:40):
Leading the league.
Speaker 1 (04:41):
And completion percentage as well. I mean the numbers aren't
overly gotty, but like the eighteen touchdown passes. I guess
if you look at the past couple of weeks with
this team back healthy, with Trent Williams debo all all
you know, all cylinders go, He's very capable of putting
up some stats down stretch that maybe put him into
(05:01):
that conversation.
Speaker 4 (05:03):
I'm just saying, they got what seven games.
Speaker 3 (05:05):
Left, Yeah, and you're looking at the usual Like, so
Jalen Hurts right now is the favorite un DraftKings Lamar
Jackson's behind him, and then you've got Mahomes Tua and
c J. Stroud. Those are the players that are ahead
of Rock Purty.
Speaker 5 (05:20):
He gets to go ahead to head with Jalen Hurts
next week off of a short week, which could play
into Rock parties into his advantage. I mean, I don't
know how much that plays a part and choosing you
know who the MVP is going to be, but I
mean it certainly can't hurt if you have a showing
where you do more in the game than the person
(05:41):
that's up for the MVP awards, same.
Speaker 4 (05:43):
Awards He's got Philly in two weeks two weeks.
Speaker 1 (05:47):
Yeah, they've got Seattle this week on the short week,
they've got Philly.
Speaker 4 (05:50):
But it is back to back weeks on the road,
which is tough.
Speaker 3 (05:54):
And you've got you know, Smith dealing with the elbow
injury that he suffered from Aaron Donald's and yesterday that.
Speaker 1 (06:01):
Ball did that not feel like it was in the
air foreverything that was That was one of those ones
where I was like, oh, how is this not going
to be an interception?
Speaker 4 (06:09):
It's it literally.
Speaker 1 (06:10):
Felt like like time stopped and everyone like just froze
and like turn.
Speaker 4 (06:16):
But Evan Brown.
Speaker 1 (06:17):
Evan Brown made the play of the day. Not that
it helped them in a winning but it helped it
not become an interception. If you look at what he did,
there was like a.
Speaker 4 (06:26):
Group kind of all standing like almost like when you're
little kids and they throw up the ball and everyone's
trying to catch it.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
He just tackled everyone like he took everyone else so
no one could touch that ball.
Speaker 4 (06:36):
It was awesome.
Speaker 3 (06:37):
Seattle just can't win in LA, like they can't beat
the Rams and Allen. I think they get into it
like like one inside look I had Seattle. I agree,
that was.
Speaker 1 (06:45):
The worst PI call I've ever seen in the end zone.
They they gave the Rams that there was a defensive holding.
That was an awful call. There was that DPI in
the end zone that like gave the Rams kind of touchdown.
Speaker 3 (06:57):
Is that the one on Puka?
Speaker 4 (06:59):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (07:00):
Yeah, where he tripped He literally fell on his own
feet running through and yet they called a DP like
there's it's not even close.
Speaker 4 (07:07):
I believe. I believe Withersman was in coverage.
Speaker 3 (07:09):
Strange things happened at the world's largest gazebo, you know,
But Aaron Donald getting through that line of skirmmage and
hitting that man the way that he did, making him
throw it like that.
Speaker 4 (07:20):
Was the game. The game definitely turned when when Gina.
Speaker 5 (07:24):
Went out, I mean, Locke came in and just Aaron
Donald is a man eater.
Speaker 4 (07:29):
You know.
Speaker 3 (07:29):
My favorite part about that too. So Aaron Donald's on
the ground seeing where that ball is gonna actually land,
and an offensive lineman comes over and Aaron Donald just
starts fighting with him while he's on his knees, like
not even way he is. He's got to be the
most violent player in the NFL. He is in a
skirmish every single week, and somehow every week he makes
(07:50):
an impact play.
Speaker 5 (07:51):
Because they'd be looking at him like, why can't I
be the one that whoops his ass? Like every week
they probably be looking at him like, wait, he's nowhere
near is Like I see him on film. He's giving
up at least sixty seventy pounds to me, like I
should be able to whoop his ass today. And then
you start to realize that something's wrong and that's the
(08:15):
way Aaron Donald carries it. You're looking at him like
there's no way he should be able to whoop me away.
He's whooping all these other dudes, and he's looking at
you like I am going to prove to you why
I am Aaron Donald. Yeah, he's still doing it. It's
kind of crazy, man, because the rams stink. But that
man quietly on everything. That man is quietly having another
(08:37):
defensive MVP Candiacy year Like what that was?
Speaker 1 (08:42):
That was a bad beat though, Like, because here's the
problem with the way Seattle and the Rams. That line
went during the course of the week. So earlier in
the week, Seattle was giving it point and then it
ended up settling roughly in some books on a point
and a half. So depending on where you got it,
Like you're looking at that last field goal thinking like
(09:02):
I either need this obviously to cover the number if
I got it earlier in the week, or I'm just
you know, I'm hoping I'm or I won or whatever
wherever settled at, or I'm hoping they get this just
to be able to get a win. But the way
that the last the fourth quarter, the final plays like
all shook out. I mean someone's swallowing their cigarette, you know,
(09:23):
choking their cigarette, walking on the casino on their sports book.
Because that was just that was hard to endure if
you had Seattle.
Speaker 3 (09:29):
I saw it. That was part of my Knox Locks, which
I know is important to bring up here. I saw
it too, Seattle plus two at that point. So so
you were just hoping for a push. I mean, I'm kid, yeah,
I'm just you know whatever. I mean, I'll take what
i can get at this point, because what.
Speaker 4 (09:45):
Were they have? Sixteen seven right then? Gino Smith went out?
Speaker 1 (09:48):
Yeah, and then Drew Locke comes in goes two for
six with a pick, and like they just couldn't get
I mean it should have should have had another one
when the boot got batted down. I mean, it was
it was like this is this is how you lose bets.
Speaker 3 (09:59):
I don't know what. I don't know what to make
a Seattle I really can't figure them out there. They're
right there in the mix.
Speaker 4 (10:04):
Either of these teams going anywhere.
Speaker 3 (10:06):
I think Seattle is going to make the playoffs, but.
Speaker 4 (10:09):
I feel like they're both kind of like in the mix.
But I don't know.
Speaker 3 (10:14):
Yeah, it's just it's unfortunate. Also, I wanted to bring
this up because I know we you had mentioned this
in the notes, because I did want to get your guys.
Speaking of quarterbacks, the Jordan Travis injury. We talked about
the hip drop tackle last week and after the Florida
State stud he's pretty gruesome injury and it's done. Do
(10:35):
you think this should impact how the College Football Playoff
Committee votes on Florida State?
Speaker 4 (10:42):
Well, they already said it, but but I don't.
Speaker 3 (10:44):
I don't like that should I don't. It definitely shouldn't.
But I know it's done that way. I just don't
like it.
Speaker 4 (10:54):
So let me let me play out though. Why Like
there's no need for.
Speaker 1 (10:57):
It to come in to impact anything yet Tay Roademaker
came in, they played well enough, got a big win.
I mean they were down thirteen to nothing the NAU
to start that game. So if there's anything that's more
concerning is the fact that, like you got down early
when when Jordan Travis was in there, Like, it's obviously
not a good situation when you're, you know, on what's
(11:18):
supposed to be quote unquote bye week for you. You're paying
those schools coming and play you, and they're up two
scores on you early, and they've played a week's schedule
the entire season. They've only got one ranked win against
LSU to begin the year. So it's already hard for
Florida State to make a case if they don't go undefeated.
And then now you've got a backup quarterback in there
(11:39):
that we have to wait and see. But if you
go back to twenty fourteen, when Ohio State won the
first College Football Playoff National Championship, it was Cardell Jones,
They're down to the third string quarterback. So Cardell came
in won the Big Ten Championship huge versus Wisconsin, and
then played great once they got into the four seed
in the semi final and the national championship to win it.
So I mean, it definitely factors into the College Ball
(12:01):
Playoff Committee's decision, but ultimately, you know, will lead them
to not put them in.
Speaker 4 (12:07):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (12:08):
We have to still wait and see how the rest
of the games go. If Tate Roademaker goes in and
they beat the crap out of Florida next week, who
doesn't look like they're gonna have Graham Mertz, and then
and beats the crap out of you know, Louisville and in
the ACC championship game, which gives them another ranked win,
then they're probably going in if they're undefeated. Like, I think,
the toughest thing is if you look at the College
(12:28):
Ball Playoff Committee's criteria, they only bring into like the
various the various measures of how they compare teams when
they feel like the two teams are close.
Speaker 4 (12:39):
And if you're looking at a Florida State.
Speaker 1 (12:42):
Team that's undefeated, it'd be hard to sit there and
put a one lost conference champ over top of them.
That being said, like it also would be hard to
watch an Oregon team that if they went on to
win the Pac twelve that means they beat the team
that beat him earlier in the season on the road
by three, they'd have more ranked wins and you'd arguably
have one of the Heisman finalists, if not the Heisman
(13:04):
winner in bow Knicks.
Speaker 4 (13:05):
You're gonna leave him out.
Speaker 1 (13:06):
Of the college Football playoff because you're gonna get an
undefeated team from the Big Ten.
Speaker 4 (13:10):
You're gonna probably get Georgia ends up winning the SEC.
Speaker 1 (13:13):
There's two and then you've basically got you know, Oregon
or the Pac twelve champ in Washington's undefeated Florida State
who could be undefeated, and then Texas with one loss,
and and if Texas wins the Big Twelve, they might
have the best win of the year beating Bama in
Brian Denny. So that that's where it gets a little stickier.
Tricky I think is when you start looking at the
(13:34):
other three teams playing for those two spots. You've got
basically two teams with one losses that probably have a
better resume than what Florida State has and they're not
playing with the backup quarterback.
Speaker 3 (13:45):
Yeah, it's that was just a bummer to watch. It
was awful and awful there and just well, forget.
Speaker 4 (13:52):
That its senior day, dude, Yeah, your parents are there.
Speaker 5 (13:54):
I do hope that people just listen to what Q
just said though, like he was really hitting up with
some game right there, Like I mean I was, I
was really enjoying that, s man.
Speaker 1 (14:04):
I mean, let me ask you this, Could you leave
a guy for the Heisman like back for being the
playoff I mean it'd be tough, right.
Speaker 3 (14:13):
It be tough. Well, if I was the playoff committee,
I'd say, yes, I'm gonna leave them off. And then
when they say, well, how could you do that, I'll say,
why don't you ask Dan Lanning why you didn't kick
a field goal at the end of the first Alfagans Washington?
Speaker 4 (14:23):
I know, I know those fourth down decisions.
Speaker 5 (14:26):
Did you just hear what Jonas just said? Dang putting
your bullys, just putting them up on gang?
Speaker 3 (14:31):
Yeah, God, that I do.
Speaker 1 (14:34):
I do want to ask this because it was a
senior day for a lot of places, and I was
like thinking to myself, because now you're getting like sixty
your players.
Speaker 4 (14:43):
There's like a seventh year player, eighth year, ninth year
not quite not quite, but like, do they participate in
every senior day?
Speaker 1 (14:52):
Like I wonder if the parents like the first one,
they're like, all right, son, I'm so proud of you.
Speaker 3 (14:57):
The third one, it's like.
Speaker 4 (14:58):
In the fifth one, they're like, all right, we didn't
get it.
Speaker 3 (15:01):
Can you graduate already?
Speaker 4 (15:03):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (15:03):
The sixth one they're they're just like, Okay, we're not
gonna come to the game, all right, Like.
Speaker 3 (15:07):
We'll be there in the stands, right, we always got
that one. Though.
Speaker 4 (15:11):
I'm a proud mama. Yeah, my baby, he's graduating.
Speaker 1 (15:15):
You know what I'm saying that, Like like high school,
it's like that's definitive, like like that's it.
Speaker 4 (15:19):
You're just moving on. Last year.
Speaker 1 (15:21):
In college though, it's like, all right, is he gonna
participate again in senior day and then a third time?
Speaker 3 (15:26):
Like?
Speaker 1 (15:27):
How does mom and dad view that? You know, how's
the player view? Like if I was a six year player,
I feel like in college football, I don't know, I'd
probably just be like yeah, man, like still here.
Speaker 4 (15:38):
You know. It's kind of like Van Wilder, but you know,
still here.
Speaker 3 (15:42):
And who's the guy for Miami the tight end? Is
it Cam?
Speaker 4 (15:45):
Now?
Speaker 3 (15:46):
Cam? What's his name? That's that's going for like an
eighth year. He's playing his eighth year and he's gonna
apply it again next year? Is he going to play
again next year?
Speaker 5 (15:54):
Because he had so many injuries he was Yeah, Cam McCormick,
it was COVID and all the injuries.
Speaker 3 (16:00):
He's like thirty eight. The guy's still in caring. She's
my I'm thirty am tang Well seven. It is Two
Pros and a Cup of Joe here on Fox Sports Radio,
LeVar Arrington, Brady Quinn, Jonas Knox with you. So coming
up next here from the tiraq dot Comton Studios, You're
going to hear one coach in the NFL, who uh.
He's fed up, tired of it, tired of being asked things,
(16:21):
tired of being asked the same question over and over again,
and he is going to let it fly right here
on FSR.
Speaker 2 (16:26):
Be sure to catch live editions of Two Pros and
a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LeVar Errington, and
Jonas Knox weekdays at six am Eastern three am Pacific
on Fox Sports Radio and the iHeartRadio app.

Hey what's up everybody?
Speaker 5 (16:42):
It's me three time pro bowler LeVar Arrington, and I
couldn't be more excited to announce a podcast called Up

Speaker 3 (16:49):
What is up on Game?
Speaker 6 (16:50):
You asked along with my fellow pro bowler TJ. Huschman
Zada and super Bowl champion. Yep, that's right, Plexico Burus.
You can only name a show with that type of
talent on it. Up on Game We're going to be
sharing our real life experiences loaded with teachable moments. Listen
to Up on Game with me lebar Arrington, TJ. Houchman's
(17:12):
auDA and Plexico Birds on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts
or wherever you get your podcasts from.
Speaker 5 (17:22):
Yeah, mat of art, about ten pounds lighter.
Speaker 3 (17:34):
Man, get too many of them, Mocha lattes, drop the
kids off. Huh nah, that wasn't kids, man, What.
Speaker 5 (17:44):
That was was grown as adults, grown ass adults.
Speaker 3 (17:49):
Hey, it is two pros and a cup of Joe
here on Fox Sports Radio. Okay, you know we were
definitely lighter than we were about ten minutes ago. Absolutely
are we are quick. We're moving like caller Murray right now.
Got out in a hurry. Gez gout my ass. You
get out in a hurry. You got to get the
gout out. You were up out of that chair in
(18:10):
a hurry, out of there. Yeah. So it is LeVar Arrington,
Brady Quinn, Jonas Knox with you. We are going to
have in about twenty minutes from now another edition of
You In or You out here live from the tire
Raq dot Com studios. We know what was out for
LeVar just a moment ago.
Speaker 4 (18:26):
We know what is in.
Speaker 5 (18:27):
Now, and it's conversations with yourself while you're in the laboratory.
Speaker 3 (18:36):
Coming at you next. So the LA Chargers just continue
to packing laboratory conversations. They continue to find ways to
lose games. This appears like the end of the road,
or at least yeah, it's going to the back end
of the Brandon Staley era in Los Angeles, head coach
of the Chargers, and after the game another disappointing loss
(18:58):
to the Green Bay Packers yesterday, Brandon Staley he's tired
of hearing the same old question. He's tired to have
people questioning his ability to call plays on the defense.
And here was the Chargers head coach.
Speaker 7 (19:10):
I have full confidence, like I've told you, and like
I told you from the beginning, I have full confidence
in our way of playing. Full confidence in myself is
the play caller, and the way that we teach and
the way that we scheme. Full confidence in that we
got to bring this group together and do it consistently. Okay,
and that's where it's at, so you can stop asking
that question. Okay, I'm going to be calling the defenses. Okay,
(19:33):
so we're clear, so you don't have to ask that again.
Speaker 3 (19:36):
Geez. I mean, listen, it's not his fault that quick
you upset for that. They're dropping balls at the end
zone and fumbling at the goal line, and you know,
Quintin Johnson drops that that pass late in that game
yesterday at lambeau Field. Those aren't his faults. It just
feels like Brandon Staley's the easy fall guy here. Somebody's
(19:58):
got to take the blame and it's not going to
be just in her not that he played poorly, but
you got to look around and it's easy to point
to Brandon Staley. That's it easy.
Speaker 4 (20:06):
Someone's got to take the fall, right.
Speaker 1 (20:08):
We talk about this all the time, and it's unfortunate
because in most cases ownership groups, they start listening to
everything on the outside and the public perception and pressure
mounts and it ultimately forces them into making decisions that
(20:30):
go against you know, the decision they made.
Speaker 4 (20:33):
A year, two years, three years ago. In some cases.
Speaker 1 (20:38):
I mean, that's one of the things that's that's Probably
the most surprising is if you're an owner and you're
a front office and you're going through multiple head coaches, Like,
at what point in time do you look in the
mirror and go, well, maybe it's me, Like maybe I'm
not good at making decisions on who should be our
head coach or who should be our general manager, or
(20:58):
maybe I'm meddling too much to a sport that like,
I didn't make my money in this sport, Like that's
not how I was able to buy a franchise or
purchase a team, Like I think it happens way too often,
and there's certain organizations that continually find themselves not competing
when they should. And I think a lot of a
(21:20):
lot of it has to do with the consistency of ownership,
like like, well, who's ultimately going to be responsible ownership group? Yeah,
it's hard to put your finger at them because you
don't get to see them play on the field on Sundays.
You don't get to, you know, talk to them afterwards
and listen to their explanations for why they did this,
why did that? You know, hear all the behind the
scenes stuff. So because of that, it makes it that
(21:42):
makes it hard to make them a target. So the
target always ends up being the player, quarterback usually or
the head coach or one of the top coaches, right
the defensive coordinator, offensive coordinator.
Speaker 4 (21:53):
So look, he's in a tough spot.
Speaker 1 (21:55):
Clearly, this team with Herbert, with the ross they have,
they need to win games. You know, lose Bosa to
a foot injury yesterday, that's a only gonna hurt them
now moving forward.
Speaker 4 (22:03):
But he, uh, it's just they haven't won enough.
Speaker 1 (22:06):
Whatever you want to point to, they haven't been able
to bring it all together. Maybe that is Brandon Staley's
you know, fault. But it sounds like if he's gonna
go down, he's gonna go down swinging.
Speaker 4 (22:15):
He's gonna be the one calling the place.
Speaker 3 (22:16):
But there's only two teams in the AFC with a
worse record than the Chargers. It's the Titans and the Patriots.
Speaker 1 (22:23):
Dang it, doesn't it feel like they're a much better
team than both those teams.
Speaker 5 (22:27):
Yes, TJ says it all the time when we're talking
about it. That's his biggest disappointment of a team. I
gotta agree, They've got to be the biggest disappointment of
a team in the National Football League.
Speaker 3 (22:40):
In terms of season, try having them as a Super
Bowl pick. Oh God, did you really?
Speaker 4 (22:45):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (22:46):
Can we also point out though this was Jordan Love's
best performance as a starting quarterback.
Speaker 4 (22:51):
That is true.
Speaker 3 (22:52):
Let's not take anything.
Speaker 1 (22:53):
Give him some love. The TD throw to Dobbs. I
mean that's the sort of like they've lost a lot
of close games. I think as a four to six
loss of have been like a total eleven points. Yeah,
it had been in games and they just have not
been able to connect at the end of games. So
give Jordan Love a lot of credit man like that.
And that's look as a quarterback, especially your first year starting,
(23:14):
when you can make a throw like you did the
Dobbs to go ahead and you know, put them ahead
and help them win the game, that's where, like all
those tight games at the end start to change, because
you've got that sort of you know memory where you're saying, like,
I've done it before, I know I.
Speaker 4 (23:27):
Can do it again. I can replicate that. So I
was happy to see that for Jordan Love Lee.
Speaker 3 (23:32):
To lapse a resident Green Bay Packer fan, Lee, has
Jordan Love done enough for you to finally get off
his back and maybe go purchase yourself a Jordan Love
jersey for the holidays.
Speaker 8 (23:42):
I've thought about getting myself a Jordan Love jersey. I
never had an Aaron Rodgers jersey. Actually, weirdly enough, that
is odd.
Speaker 9 (23:48):
That is odd.
Speaker 4 (23:49):
I mean, arguably the best player in Packer's history.
Speaker 3 (23:52):
But that's all right kind of weird.
Speaker 8 (23:53):
So, like, who else would be in the conversation right now, Lee,
to get a jersey? Yeah, if JayR would be playing baby,
but he hasn't been playing this season. Aaron Jones obviously.
Speaker 9 (24:04):
Is out, it would probably be it would be a
Jordan Love jersey for sure.
Speaker 3 (24:07):
Let's see and listen. Then, well, a couple more of
those performances and lead to lap will be wearing a
Jordan Love jersey. The lap Yeah, so that is the
crocs that's shrunk Yeah, it's shrunken crocs. That still happening. Yeah.
Speaker 9 (24:23):
I tried to stretch him out. I couldn't do it,
but that was.
Speaker 3 (24:26):
A that was an early kick.
Speaker 4 (24:28):
Lee.
Speaker 3 (24:28):
Were you having cocktails during that game or no?
Speaker 8 (24:31):
During yesterday's game, Yeah, I was just telling Brady about this.
Speaker 9 (24:34):
No, I was not. Actually, unfortunately, the end of the
game was interrupted.
Speaker 8 (24:38):
My uh, my place was being flooded by a kitchen leak?
Speaker 3 (24:44):
What why didn't we get to that?
Speaker 4 (24:46):
An io R?
Speaker 3 (24:47):
What are we talking about?
Speaker 4 (24:48):
Well, I mean, Jonas, did you did you know this?
Speaker 3 (24:50):
Jonas? No, I didn't know. Okay, tell us what happened? Lee, Well,
want to.
Speaker 8 (24:54):
Know on the bottom unit of a three story spot
and everybody was doing the laundry at the same time
on Sunday, man and in the fore.
Speaker 3 (25:01):
Going there, damn it, Brady took it from me. Yeah,
I knew.
Speaker 9 (25:04):
Yeah, I rushed through that one.
Speaker 3 (25:07):
Did you say you say?
Speaker 1 (25:11):
I heard you check the podcast.
Speaker 3 (25:14):
I was so busy moving him along as I missed it.
I just got Johnny ringo. Brady was too fast to
the draw.
Speaker 4 (25:21):
Damn it.
Speaker 3 (25:24):
I mean I heard it, and I know exactly what
he said. I don't want to hear it again.
Speaker 5 (25:28):
That's That's really what I wanted, because I want to
really laugh at it like a bunch of hooligans on
this show.
Speaker 4 (25:35):
Was the biggest one, King King Slappy over here.
Speaker 3 (25:42):
King's so so it's the leak upstairs? It is?
Speaker 8 (25:46):
Yeah, all it's all the washing machines were going at
once in the what's.
Speaker 4 (25:51):
The odds that everyone's doing.
Speaker 3 (25:54):
Sunday?
Speaker 9 (25:55):
Yeah, it's Sunday in the fourth quarter.
Speaker 4 (25:57):
Man, right, is that like everyone's lodging day like Sunday, Like,
so you're time to catch up?
Speaker 3 (26:01):
Yeah, I mean how many tenants?
Speaker 8 (26:03):
Well there's forty six units, but there's only two floors
worth of washing machines above right.
Speaker 5 (26:10):
So hell yeah, they were using that washing machine. People
was waiting to use that washing machine.
Speaker 8 (26:14):
There was four okay, so there was four washing machines.
I was running upstairs and ending everybody's washing machines.
Speaker 4 (26:20):
Like unplugging the washing machine.
Speaker 3 (26:23):
Yeah, I was.
Speaker 9 (26:23):
I was opening them up and stopping their loads.
Speaker 4 (26:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (26:26):
Hold on, man, we're stopping there. Yeah you guys.
Speaker 1 (26:31):
Pause, what about so hold on, hold on a second,
just because you're sick and kitchen overflows.
Speaker 4 (26:39):
Yeah, you're then stopping there. They're logs is all gonna
smell like mildew.
Speaker 8 (26:43):
Now I don't care that my kitchen smells like my
kitchen smells like their mildew.
Speaker 1 (26:49):
Did you see any of these people when you're yeah, yeah,
I didn't know whose it was until they came back
around by explained the situation.
Speaker 9 (26:55):
But what they say to you, they you apologize to.
Speaker 4 (26:58):
Me, Well, well they apologize. There's still the laundry. They
didn't mean to.
Speaker 8 (27:02):
Yeah, I know, I know I was, and I apologize
to them too, But it was an unfortunate situation to
finish their load.
Speaker 3 (27:09):
Man, you had to go and stop it.
Speaker 4 (27:12):
It was a good thing. They can get half their
load done.
Speaker 3 (27:14):
You went hat a cigarette afterwards. It was fine. Everything
was fine. It was a good thing. I was there.
Speaker 8 (27:20):
Was supposed to be at the ram Seahawks game, and
I bailed on the game, So.
Speaker 9 (27:25):
It was a good thing. I was at at home
caught it.
Speaker 3 (27:27):
Well. Listen, that's a bummer.
Speaker 5 (27:30):
But uh, I mean, anytime you don't get to finish
your load, that's definitely a bummer.
Speaker 3 (27:37):
I hear you. Two pros and a cup of Joe
here on Fox Sports Radio. Now, it is time for
the progressive play of the day from the twenty five
play Action. Young throws the boy intercept it. That's a
thirty yard line tup.
Speaker 9 (27:51):
Me down the left side is playing touch it the five.
Speaker 3 (27:54):
He did it again.
Speaker 6 (27:55):
He did it again, undercut the first down pass, and
Duran Bland said, I don't think I've scored.
Speaker 3 (28:03):
About two weeks. Duran Bland his fourth pick six of
the season that courtesy the Cowboys Radio Network. Yeah, I said,
so that's just ballhawk. That's just by definition, he's a ballhawk.
Speaker 1 (28:16):
Well, but you know, dodge some people to get in
there and make it happen. But remember when Treyvon Diggs
went down, we thought, man, this is this could be
like an achilles heel. As their secondary building match up
Bland has played, it looked ridiculously well.
Speaker 3 (28:30):
Yeah, it looked real good. Yeah, it's been awesome to watch.
Speaker 1 (28:32):
On the flip side, that's Bryce Jokes' third pick six
in the last three games.
Speaker 3 (28:37):
That don't look good. He's just getting them all out
of the way this year and then everything will.
Speaker 4 (28:40):
Be I hope.
Speaker 1 (28:41):
So, man, I hope he has like a Trevor Lawrence
second year bounce back. This has been a really, really
tough year.
Speaker 3 (28:45):
Yeah, it's not going well for the Carolina Panthers, but hey,
you know, the Bears have their pick, so keep on
keeping on if you're a Bears fan. But that was
a courtesy of the Cowboys Radio Network. Now it's it
is time for the progressive play of the day. As
you just heard there, and progressive is making things even easier.

Eastern time, three o'clock Pacific, same time, same place. We'll
be looking back on Monday Night football and it's a
(29:49):
good one. What do you mean why you look at
me like that?
Speaker 4 (29:54):
What do you mean?
Speaker 3 (29:55):
I don't understand. You gave me like a weird look?
Speaker 2 (29:57):
Man?
Speaker 3 (29:57):
What are we good?
Speaker 4 (29:58):
Yeah? It always gets weird.
Speaker 3 (29:59):
Look you sure we got I don't know it's so
weird about it?
Speaker 4 (30:03):
Just looking.
Speaker 3 (30:04):
It just felt weird. Man, I didn't look at you
like that. Style?
Speaker 5 (30:07):
Did you turn to look at me like that? It's
my style made me uncomfortable, my guy? Yeah, all right,
but I'll let you know that well.
Speaker 3 (30:13):
I mean you should feel good. This is your Super
Super Bowl pickage.
Speaker 5 (30:16):
Yeah, this is this definitely is. It's a great preview.
I'm excited. I'll be posted up watching it. You know
it's good.
Speaker 3 (30:23):
Yeah, it's gonna be still alive, staying a laugh, stay
in a laugh. It's one of those games where they
don't really need it to get into the Taylor Swift stuff,
but they're probably will. It's just like it's so unnecessary.
Speaker 5 (30:36):
Jalen Hurts is dating someone famous that's about to go
on tour. It maybe not as big as well, clearly
not as big as Taylor Swift, but someone that you
can get behind and pause, someone that you could support
and and really really uh feel like you know, this
is really a rivalry.
Speaker 4 (30:53):
That is someone that you could help make flood you
know what.
Speaker 5 (30:58):
That's right, that's right where Lee is not going to
leave to go stop people's loads.
Speaker 3 (31:05):
Jeez, by the way, uh, unbelievable.
Speaker 5 (31:10):
I'm just saying I mean it would make for an
amazing second storyline subplot.
Speaker 3 (31:16):
As a stands right now, courtesy of our friends are DraftKings.
The Kansas City Chiefs are three point favorites, and later
on tonight I like that. Yeah, I like that Philly
getting three value?
Speaker 1 (31:28):
There can I throw out this question? Is the winner
of this game the best team in the NFL?
Speaker 4 (31:34):
Yes?
Speaker 5 (31:36):
Yes, yes, don't say no, yes, yes, but yes, but
both flawed?
Speaker 3 (31:44):
They're both.
Speaker 4 (31:46):
Who's not flawed?
Speaker 5 (31:49):
They're the least flawed of everyone. Even though Casey isn't
as explosive and as an offensi as they have been,
they still find ways to be better than everyone else.
Speaker 4 (32:00):
Let me throw in two other teams. Though we tend
to forget Troy did beat Casey.
Speaker 3 (32:04):
They did.
Speaker 4 (32:06):
So.
Speaker 5 (32:06):
Detroit has some some losses that are questionable too, though.
Speaker 3 (32:10):
Man Jared Goff was brutal yesterday like he was still
found still one. Well, they were playing the Bears, I
mean they played them hard.
Speaker 4 (32:18):
Talk about I mean, did we talk about that cover?
I mean, you've got the ball.
Speaker 1 (32:24):
D right, If if Aiden Hutchinson just drops on that
football for that's a cover, Darnell worse to push. I
don't even know if Darnell Bright meant to, but it
should have worked out in the end for the Bears
to cover that number.
Speaker 3 (32:38):
Do you think Jameis and Williams was pissed? Do you
think he was throwing a fit afterwards? Going what do
you have some set about? We won the game? Yeah,
it's that was what.
Speaker 4 (32:49):
Some people want to beat expectations.
Speaker 3 (32:51):
You know what a complete meltdown that was.
Speaker 4 (32:54):
But they still won.
Speaker 3 (32:55):
Yeah. So yes, my answer to your question is, yes, Joe.
Speaker 4 (33:00):
Is still in the fact. Obviously the other team you're
throw in the conversation.
Speaker 3 (33:03):
Look, I still think Dallas is gonna have something to say.
Speaker 5 (33:05):
Dallas is looking wow, Dallas still yeah, Dallas is looking
pretty good. Before you're admitting it now, I told you
I was like, we we took that into kirktailed it
into the Michael Parsons uh V five E twelve vomit
dyl Yeah, but I was, I was like, I had
it in my mouth when I was trying to get
out the fact that Dallas really looks pretty good right now, Like.
Speaker 3 (33:30):
Dallas looks good.
Speaker 4 (33:33):
There you go, are you no? Not? Because you just
don't I don't.
Speaker 3 (33:38):
Want to admit it. Okay, Yeah, I don't want to
admit it. By the way, how about the LeVar Bowl yesterday?
How about Tommy DeVito slicing in Bison, Washington? Just going
give it away at all? That veto geez? All right,
So before we get to another edition of You and Out,

Speaker 2 (34:11):
Two pros and a cup of show.
Speaker 4 (34:13):
What even enough? If they're in at least or.
Speaker 3 (34:18):
If they're out a Lee Blapp, what do we got? Guys?
Speaker 9 (34:21):
We were just talking about it.
Speaker 8 (34:22):
Monday night football between the Eagles and Chiefs, and obviously.
Speaker 9 (34:25):
Obviously in on that.
Speaker 8 (34:27):
Obviously ESPN is gonna be a little upset that Taylor
Swift and the family ain't showing because she had a
concert in Rio de Janio. She had to reschedule her
Saturday show to tonight Monday night because of record breaking
heat and Rio Desannario one hundred and forty degrees fahrenheits
wait what one hundred and forty forty.
Speaker 3 (34:47):
Degrees, didn't a fan?
Speaker 9 (34:48):
Die fan died?
Speaker 8 (34:50):
Yeah, Friday night and temperatures were still record breaking Saturday,
so she decided to move that show.
Speaker 4 (34:55):
She wasn't taking that private jet.
Speaker 9 (34:57):
If you'rewhere, well, still taking that private jet.
Speaker 8 (34:59):
But guys, are you in or out on if you
had a content you're going to on a Saturday, would
you go.
Speaker 3 (35:06):
To it on a Monday?
Speaker 9 (35:07):
If it was real, we'll go.
Speaker 4 (35:16):
Rockets.
Speaker 3 (35:19):
It's a little bit out there, you.
Speaker 4 (35:24):
Stop.
Speaker 3 (35:28):
You gotta go to go to concert on Monday. I
imagine the loser who would rather go to a concert
than watch Chiefs Eagles on Monday night football? Can I
throw up this question Taylor Swift?
Speaker 4 (35:39):
Though? Can I throw out this question you? Guys? So
I some friends of ours askedes, Hey, you want to
go to a to a comedy show. I said, yeah,
of course, you know what we're talking about. They're like,
oh so it's all right, yeah great.
Speaker 1 (35:50):
They're like, but we can't sit up front, even though
the tickets are pretty reasonable, because we don't want it to.
Speaker 4 (35:55):
Be a target.
Speaker 1 (35:56):
And I'm like, yeah, that is kind of that area
where like when you go to a comedy show you
kind of got to be careful where you sit, you know,
like you want to be close to see it, but
you also don't want to be too close otherwise you've
become part of the show, right.
Speaker 3 (36:09):
I don't you feel like that's kind of a hacky
move from comedians like that they don't have enough material
ready to go, They're got to pick on whoever. But
that's just kind of their Isn't.
Speaker 4 (36:19):
That just engaging the audience attacking?
Speaker 3 (36:22):
But it's like, you know, it's just kind of the material.
Speaker 4 (36:25):
Yeah, actually, I don't mind it at all. I'm just
saying like, I don't want to be that guy.
Speaker 3 (36:30):
Yeah, I don't.
Speaker 1 (36:32):
I went to a Kat Williams or a comedy show
one time, and uh, me and my buddies really stuck
out at that particular comedy.
Speaker 5 (36:41):
You know, Cat Williams goes, how many black people we
got in the house, how many white people we got?
Speaker 4 (36:50):
We were like it was like shot in a flashlight
in a dark road. We stood out there. We stood
out man.
Speaker 1 (36:57):
We Uh but anyway, it was it was a great show.
It was a great show. His first his first tour
in bit was awesome.
Speaker 3 (37:06):
Cat Williams as funny as hell man. Kat Williams talking
about getting beat up by that fourteen year old. Oh wow,
he doesn't talk about that.
Speaker 4 (37:14):
I don't know about that. He talked that was his
first his first commy tour was great.
Speaker 9 (37:19):
What else we got, well, guys? From Taylor Swift to Shakira.
Speaker 8 (37:22):
She reached a deal with Spanish prosecutors for the first
day of her tax fraud trial, where she was facing
up to eight years in prison after she failed to
pay up to fifteen million dollars in in income tax
in Spain. She read dollars and yeah, she ended up
paying her seven seven million dollar fine.
Speaker 1 (37:39):
And can we like I feel like, especially.
Speaker 4 (37:43):
As a we get it, Jonas, we get it.
Speaker 1 (37:45):
But there's a lot of like things that go on
when you're touring around, like all these different countries taxing
and stuff.
Speaker 4 (37:51):
I feel like it'd be hard to keep track of
all that.
Speaker 1 (37:54):
We kind of take a fire agree like she wasn't
probably being deceitful. It's just it's hard to keep track
when you're international all around, always never cover.
Speaker 3 (38:01):
But that's a whole lot to miss. She can do
whatever the hell she wants far as I'm concerned. Yea, yeah,
we get a chance, did I mention I was in yeah,
Well i'm out.
