We finally got a piece of the pie.

Speaker 4 (00:41):
Jonas, damn cute that banana cream pie.

Speaker 3 (00:44):
Threw it on out after I saw it didn't need it,
old greel.

Speaker 4 (00:49):
Okay, Brady, you gotta hear this story.

Speaker 5 (00:52):
So we have the meet and greet with the folks
from Rapid Radios and they were awesome, and so we
were hanging out at this place and you know, we're getting.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
Ready to leave. No embarrassing anybody.

Speaker 6 (01:04):
Okay, he has to the place because I threw it.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
I threw it away, Okay, So so I don't want
to be offitsive.

Speaker 5 (01:10):
The guy who runs the place came over and gave
us a card and said, hey, next time you're here,
We appreciate your business. Here's a card for a free
banana cream.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
This is a yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:21):
So he's like, here's a card for a free banana
cream pie because apparently that's like, you know, one of
their signature dishes or something, and so.

Speaker 4 (01:28):
I don't even want to well okay, so LeVar.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
Was like, no big deal, I'm just just to embarrass
LeVar tells.

Speaker 5 (01:35):
The guy goes, why why do I gotta wait till
next time? Can I scatch it in now?

Speaker 4 (01:40):
I like sure? So I walk out with LeVar and
his wife.

Speaker 6 (01:43):
Hold on, are you a big banana cream pie guy? LeVar?

Speaker 3 (01:47):
I mean, yeah, like cream pass Okay? Oh boy, why.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
Are you gonna walk me into that one? Right?

Speaker 5 (02:01):
It's like taking lead to a liquor store and saying,
don't you do that?

Speaker 7 (02:06):
Okay, So I've learned like mark Ingram loves bananas foster,
like the last two weeks he said bananas foster for dessert,
and so I was like, all right, like I don't
know if that's like a thing where people love bananas foster.

Speaker 1 (02:19):
Saying black people, do you get that?

Speaker 6 (02:22):
Where you're going? I'm with you.

Speaker 7 (02:24):
You're trying to assue I did not say that, but
then the banana cream pie and I'm like, all right, like.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
I said, you a picture by away, Jonas? Go ahead,
good go cue U picture of what? Well?

Speaker 1 (02:36):
He said up top becuzch said, Chris said, when we
made Jodas took a picture of the party, Like you said,
does Jonas like acting like he's a gangster?

Speaker 3 (02:49):
What was I doing? Picture?

Speaker 6 (02:52):
I think it'd be a better conversation.

Speaker 7 (02:55):
It would be a better conversation to see what Chris
thought about Jonas.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
Well, there wasn't. She knows, you know, she knows you got.
Jonas did some type of like gang sign or something
like that in the in the picture, and it was
like kind of like, I don't.

Speaker 5 (03:13):
Know representation, I'm representing. No, I threw up the elevens?

Speaker 3 (03:18):
Is that what it was? Yeah? Stick city? Yeah.

Speaker 5 (03:22):
So so LeVar tells this guy, hey, why do I
got to wait till next time? Can I just get
it now? And so the guy comes out and he
brings him the banana cream pie. Now, so LeVar walks out.
He's real happy, He's like holding it like it's a
golden ticket, and then just never ate it.

Speaker 1 (03:41):
He just forgot out yesterday what is it about it?
I was tired, you know, I'm on this grind, like
you said, I'm in work mode. I'm in work grind,
you know what I mean. So I forgot about it
in the car. That's not really if we want to
say the truth, because when I when I am most
undisciplined about my diet, it's it's when I'm super tired

(04:03):
and it's late, super tired and it's late. And that
could have something to do with stativo or anything like that,
you know, but that that's when I had my moments,
not early in the day. So when I saw it
early in the day, you know, we saw it got
tossed out.

Speaker 3 (04:20):
So I saw that.

Speaker 5 (04:22):
There was like a sleep expert who was on with
Rogan one time who said, that's one of the fallbacks
that when people are really tired, they their diet turns
to crap, like for whatever reason, like something about the
fatigue or whatever, like your body craves bad stuff. And
so yeah, the banana cream energy, Yeah, I guess. I
mean you just put the fork down too.

Speaker 7 (04:43):
You know, I've never even had a banana cream pie
in my life. Really, No, That's what I'm saying, Like
if someone offered me one.

Speaker 6 (04:49):
I'd be like, they're really good. They're really good.

Speaker 1 (04:53):
The best one, to me, the most amazing one of them,
all of all cream piles that you will want to
put and it's delicious in your mouth, is coconut cream pie. Man,
It's like, it is freaking amazing. You get a good
coconut cream pie, you're in. I'm just telling agrees apparently.

Speaker 4 (05:18):
Yeah, coconut cream pies at Sherries.

Speaker 7 (05:20):
And they also have oh my gosh, Sherries has all
the best pies, chocolate silk.

Speaker 3 (05:24):
You know who else.

Speaker 6 (05:25):
You're a big pie gal, you know.

Speaker 4 (05:27):
I do like pie, Yes, like cream pies though, cream
pies are my favorite as favor. But I do like
pecan pies too.

Speaker 3 (05:36):
Well, there you go, there you go.

Speaker 4 (05:39):
Hey, that clears it up, Lee, what's your favorite pie?
I went to a place yesterday called Burgers and Pies.

Speaker 3 (05:46):
Okay, no, no kidding.

Speaker 4 (05:48):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (05:49):
Was it like Burgers and City.

Speaker 4 (05:50):
You've been there before? Is it a good spot? They
got booze?

Speaker 3 (05:57):
No, they don't have they.

Speaker 4 (05:59):
Do have booze. Yeah, and he just got to bring
him in. Okay, So the place that I've gone.

Speaker 7 (06:05):
To before is called Pie and Burger correct, pie and
burger Pasadena.

Speaker 4 (06:09):
Yes, okay, I did.

Speaker 3 (06:10):
I didn't know that they had boozed there.

Speaker 4 (06:11):
I was there for the pie and the burger. So
it's the home of the cheese.

Speaker 6 (06:14):
Is it actually pie or is it like pizza?

Speaker 3 (06:16):
No, it's it's actual pie that desert.

Speaker 6 (06:18):
Its excellent.

Speaker 3 (06:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (06:19):
I actually had the cream pie in my hand in
the picture.

Speaker 3 (06:23):
How about that. You'll see it.

Speaker 1 (06:24):
I just sent it through and he is throwing up sticks.
That's that's pretty dope. Come on, man, I didn't even
catch on to that.

Speaker 3 (06:30):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (06:31):
I was in Pasadena yesterday.

Speaker 8 (06:32):
I was like, I gotta get a cheeseburger because pasadenas
where the cheeseburger was invented.

Speaker 3 (06:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (06:37):
Well, he really did give you a big piece of pie,
did he.

Speaker 3 (06:41):
Huh? It wasn't big. Yeah, it wasn't big.

Speaker 4 (06:46):
You see how it was a whole cream pie, not
just I.

Speaker 6 (06:49):
Thought he gave you like the whole pie. Man.

Speaker 3 (06:51):
No, he didn't give me a little thing. It's just
a little bit of it.

Speaker 2 (06:54):
Just so.

Speaker 6 (06:55):
He really wasn't even trying to hook you up like that.

Speaker 1 (06:57):
I mean not really, and not if we really wanted
like put it out there that way.

Speaker 7 (07:01):
If he gave me what he gave you, like a
gift card or like a little coopy gave us a
little gift card.

Speaker 6 (07:06):
You know, hey, buddy, you can just keep that.

Speaker 1 (07:11):
You can keep your gift card to receive a cream
pie from you?

Speaker 3 (07:16):
You know what I mean?

Speaker 7 (07:16):
That ain't a pot. That's a piece of it. That's
a small piece. Yes, yes, you go, it's like a sampler. Yeah,
get a sample of the cream pie.

Speaker 4 (07:28):
I collected three of those coupons.

Speaker 6 (07:31):
Of course you did.

Speaker 3 (07:32):
Of course she did.

Speaker 6 (07:34):
What's wrong with you?

Speaker 4 (07:35):
Everyone was giving him to me. Yeah, they were. Weeze
gave me a stack of them.

Speaker 5 (07:43):
Okay, did Dave Weize actually give you a stack or
did you say, hey, you got me of those left over?

Speaker 1 (07:48):
No?

Speaker 4 (07:49):
I did not want it.

Speaker 3 (07:50):
He was.

Speaker 4 (07:51):
He was literally throwing him on the crowd.

Speaker 3 (07:53):
Tell him about you use them.

Speaker 8 (07:55):
I lived near the near the play there maybe yeah,
And they're open til three a m.

Speaker 4 (07:59):
So after leave the good night, you'll get me some bye.

Speaker 3 (08:02):
Tell them about the bottles though.

Speaker 8 (08:05):
Oh yeah, they were offering the They were trying to
give me the bottles of wine on the way out,
and I.

Speaker 4 (08:10):
Would have taken why well, because well because they were
already paid for it.

Speaker 1 (08:14):
They were already paid for Think about this, we might
be making progress in the Lee intervention.

Speaker 3 (08:22):
Listen to the ending of this store.

Speaker 1 (08:24):
It's a gagger because you would never think that this
would be the conclusion.

Speaker 3 (08:27):
Go ahead, Lee, Well I didn't.

Speaker 8 (08:28):
I definitely was thinking about it. But I didn't want
to be that guy. But I'm that guy. But I
didn't want to be that guy who's walking out with
a couple of bottles under my arm.

Speaker 3 (08:38):
That's progress. So you left the bottles. I left.

Speaker 4 (08:41):
It was hard for you.

Speaker 3 (08:42):
Did you think about how long did you think about
them bottles? After you left?

Speaker 4 (08:46):
I'm still thinking about those bottles.

Speaker 5 (08:51):
Be like, hey, you know, I bet I better change
of heart?

Speaker 3 (08:57):
Are those bottles?

Speaker 6 (09:00):
Why?

Speaker 7 (09:01):
Why do I picture like Sarah MacLoughlin coming on and
in the like those bottles still sitting there.

Speaker 1 (09:10):
It's a bottle of split screen. Though the bottles are lonely,
so is Lee.

Speaker 5 (09:16):
A bottle of kil a bottle of Cami's just sitting
there with you know, flies buzzing around it.

Speaker 1 (09:21):
I will say this, our rapid radio peeps, they know
how to get it in. I'll tell you that we
weren't sitting around uh playing bingo. I tell you that
we was getting it in. Hell, Yeah, we was getting
it in. I'm talking about Yeah, we was responsibly getting
it in. But Q Rapid Radios cats, they know how
to do it. It was a very very strong, very

(09:44):
very amazing happy hour with those guys. And then they
came and kicked it with us.

Speaker 3 (09:48):
Yeah, came in studio. Good dudes, shouts out, good dudes.

Speaker 4 (09:52):
So that leads us to this what Deshaun Watson.

Speaker 5 (10:00):
Oh No, Apparently Tony Busby, who's representing the Uh.

Speaker 3 (10:05):
He's the gift that just keeps on the woman who.

Speaker 5 (10:07):
Well, he's the one who's got the most knowledge at
this point on the whole thing. Tony Buzzby, who.

Speaker 7 (10:12):
Represents he's at his own altercations with Watson.

Speaker 4 (10:17):
Tony Busby, why son you know Tony?

Speaker 5 (10:27):
Uh?

Speaker 4 (10:27):
So he represents the latest accuser.

Speaker 3 (10:30):
Uh.

Speaker 5 (10:30):
He says that they will be scheduling a meeting with
the NFL in the next couple of weeks. He says
they also have two additional witnesses and a pertinent video
to go along with it. So I just I kind
of get the feeling maybe this whole thing is gonna
uh not end well. For olda missagmy Deshaun Watson in

(10:53):
the Cleveland Browns.

Speaker 3 (10:54):
Go ahead, Q.

Speaker 4 (10:55):
I mean we have still got Brady there. We have
a little glit.

Speaker 3 (11:00):
Somethingmight have pop. Seemed like there was a glid.

Speaker 1 (11:02):
I'll say this, I did hear it too. I'll say this.
We've never heard that before. We've never heard this before.
There is again, I'm not gonna put this on the Browns.
I'm just gonna say somebody who has a very very
strong vested interest in the Browns and is able, is capable,

(11:27):
is orchestrating this. That's all I'm gonna say, because it
just there's no other exit that this Like the name
of this exit is get the Shawn Watson off of
the Cleveland Browns team without having to pay him.

Speaker 3 (11:43):
That's the exit.

Speaker 1 (11:44):
It's exit number two's exit number two, number one, Exit
number two, that's what it's labeled. And I don't know
who it is, but my golly, they are good at
what they do because we have never never heard witness
like key witness and evidence. It's just all been allegations.

(12:09):
So the fact that this type of information is surfacing
now they trying to get from under that somebody is
giving the Cleveland Browns the artillery to be able to
get I wonder what they be able like and it's
probably not, it's probably not, But I just I wonder,

(12:32):
because this did happen when it happened like like we said,
happened what they said twenty twenty. Yeah, yeah, it happened before. Now,
I wonder if this turns out to be true and
this rabbit hole has a bottom and it hits, even
though it's a deep one, it hits. I wonder if

(12:52):
Cleveland is able to retroactively go after moneys that they've
paid within the contract already based upon him not being
forthcoming with that information before they did the deal, not
just get from under it, but actually have grounds to
go back and try to get money back and recoup

(13:14):
money back because he was not clear on giving them
all of the scenarios or all of the cases that
could have came against them. It's pretty deep. If you
asked me, I mean, I'm again, I'm no legal person.
I'm just using exercise of my own common sense. But
I would think if you've done a deal of this

(13:35):
magnitude and you did it deceptively when they asked you
a specific.

Speaker 3 (13:42):
Question that applied to what it is that is now
in question.

Speaker 1 (13:47):
Again, there has to be some type of protections or
some type of grounds that they can go after what
it is that they've already paid because that deal was
done in deception, it was not done in good faith.
That's that's to me. I think this is I think if.

Speaker 3 (14:08):
I'm Deshaun Watson, I don't know, man, Golla goheack Coupe.

Speaker 6 (14:12):
I just keep going back to the timing of it,
like why now, why? Why is this video? Why is
this lawsuit? Why is this all coming up now?

Speaker 7 (14:21):
If it was around the same time as the other
twenty two lawsuits and allegations, it's the same attorney. You know,
he had to have known about it. They're saying they've
got a video, So okay, I mean, if this is
such damning evidence, if this is something I mean to
the conversation we had earlier in the week, why not

(14:43):
try a criminal conviction?

Speaker 6 (14:45):
Why civil? And why? Now?

Speaker 1 (14:49):
That's why I was asking him cute like because again
and I don't know what happened in the Bill Cosby case,
but weren't there, like, wasn't it civilly handled before it
became criminal?

Speaker 6 (15:01):
Like it could be in reverse.

Speaker 3 (15:02):
It generally is is criminal before civil right.

Speaker 1 (15:06):
But it could be civil and it could lead to
I mean, I think I'm not I don't know, but
if that's why I was asking, could it lead to
criminal or not?

Speaker 3 (15:14):
But what's that?

Speaker 6 (15:17):
I said, I'd have to look into Bill Cosby. I'd
rather not, but well, you.

Speaker 3 (15:20):
Don't have to look into it.

Speaker 1 (15:21):
But I just I mean again, I thought that's what
it was, like people were going after him civilly, and
then it turned into I'll.

Speaker 7 (15:28):
Be honest though, man, like that news about Bill Cosby
was like the most disappointing thing.

Speaker 3 (15:33):
Wasn't it? Because I love Jeal Growing up, you know,
I loved the Cosby Show.

Speaker 6 (15:38):
Now that's what I'm saying. I love the Cosby Show.

Speaker 7 (15:41):
I remember growing up watching that, you know, and I
was young, but like it was still a great show, right,
And but he was he was like one of those
figures that you know, I don't care who you compare
him to, but like he was like one of those
like father type figures that everyone watched on TV. Like
he seems like a great guy. It seems like the
type of guy you'd want to be your you know.

Speaker 3 (16:01):
Yeah, Meanwhile, he's a skull at your mom.

Speaker 4 (16:05):
Dang, Lee, what do you you've got some infall on
Bill Cosby.

Speaker 8 (16:08):
Uh No, just on the fact that whether or not
they're just saying something, whether or not they're deciding to
go criminal or civil is in uh, some cases, with
extenuating circumstances, the identity of certain people involved can remain confidential.

Speaker 9 (16:20):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (16:21):
In this case, she wants to be you know, Jane Doe.

Speaker 8 (16:23):
She doesn't want to get her identity unfortunately, you know,
it would be unconstitutional for witness to remain anonymous during
court trials.

Speaker 4 (16:30):
Hmm.

Speaker 3 (16:31):
I don't know how that didn't clear anything up, though, Yeah, that.

Speaker 6 (16:34):
Didn't clear because you can get a core for civil
or criminal.

Speaker 3 (16:37):
Right.

Speaker 1 (16:38):
But I'm just saying generally speaking from what i've like,
good update though, lead.

Speaker 8 (16:46):
Like, generally speaking, she wouldn't be She wouldn't be able
to testify anonymously. So why would you go to a
criminal court where you'd have to have, you know, more
burden of proof?

Speaker 3 (16:57):
Yeah? Take that.

Speaker 1 (16:59):
Yeah, but there's still criminal, there's still lawn.

Speaker 6 (17:04):
If it's civil, you'd have to get a core for it.

Speaker 3 (17:06):
You can still remain as a John Doe.

Speaker 4 (17:10):
You wouldn't be able to prove it as easily.

Speaker 1 (17:13):
Your identity can. Believe bro, I was a part of
the Penn State stuff. Believe you me. You can go
into a criminal trial, a criminal court and speak under
the protection of anonymity like you don't. They don't have
to disclose if you if you testify, it doesn't mean
the public gets to know who you are.

Speaker 3 (17:35):
They can protect your identity. So I mean, I'm what
I'm asking. My question is I'm just trying to help,
it's all My question. My question is.

Speaker 1 (17:46):
If it's a civil trial, can it lead into a
criminal trial, which I feel like if there's enough evidence
there then now an attorney says, yep, we're taking that
and we're going to push to see if this can
be turned into If there's enough evidence, enough proof, that's
is we can make this a criminal trial. Because if

(18:08):
that's what happens, if that's possible and that can happen,
then Deshaun could be in some serious trouble.

Speaker 5 (18:14):
Well, he should be arrested for being a moron and
butchering two hundred and thirty million dollars guaranteed because he
didn't give out himformation but he did.

Speaker 1 (18:21):
Well that's fair. But like I said he didn't even remember.
Because again the point, this is the point I made yesterday.

Speaker 7 (18:28):
Can Oh, here's why you're hearing about all the civil
lawsuits with Cosby. Sorry, I'm reading up on an Okay,
most of the sexual assault allegations against Cosby had fallen
outside of the statute of limitations for criminal prosecution, so
that was why they went civil first.

Speaker 1 (18:45):
But they went civil and then it turned out it
turned into them taking it into.

Speaker 3 (18:52):
Criminal correct, because he ended up doing time find it.

Speaker 6 (18:56):
I'm trying to read through this now he ended up doing.

Speaker 3 (18:58):
Time off of it.

Speaker 6 (19:00):
Do that.

Speaker 1 (19:01):
So anyways, I'll continue. But but the question I would
did I lose my thought that? What's what was the
question I was about that? Okay, this is the point
I'm making.

Speaker 6 (19:12):
No, I got it.

Speaker 3 (19:13):
I got it very quickly. Here it is. Here's here's
what I was going to say.

Speaker 1 (19:17):
This now goes outside of the parameters of I was
getting a service performed by someone who would be considered
to be a massage therapist.

Speaker 3 (19:27):
Right now, this was I was on a date.

Speaker 1 (19:32):
So now the danger of Busby and this this young
lady who's bringing this to the light, it's now exposing
an entire different category of person. Right, So now what's
going to happen is the possibilities he might have not
even been thinking.

Speaker 3 (19:48):
He might have been thinking in his head, these are
all the massage therapists that I've used.

Speaker 1 (19:53):
He wasn't thinking in his head all the women that
I was dating and that I was messing with, that
I wanted to perform the same services, which, by the way,
most of these girls, or some of them, weren't even
massage therapists.

Speaker 3 (20:07):
I just wanted them to act as that.

Speaker 5 (20:08):
Oh wouldn't that wouldn't that be a dead giveaway that like, oh,
you know, she doesn't work in that field, so this
doesn't you know?

Speaker 1 (20:14):
So now, so now every every person that he's dealt
with in that regard could now look at themselves in
the mirror and be like, did he just did he
do the same thing to me? I'm calling Tony Busby?
So there might be like a hundred more two hundred more,
who knows, Because now he's cross categories. People are sitting

(20:37):
there looking at like, so I didn't have to be
a massage therapist. I mean I didn't even have to be, Like,
it wasn't a situation where he was hiring me we're
talking about just dating. Think about that, man, that's a
slippery ass slope there, bro Yeah, slippery there.

Speaker 3 (20:53):
Anyways, did you get did you get to to Cosby?

Speaker 6 (20:56):
Well?

Speaker 5 (20:56):
And according to uh yeah, according to Brady Quinn and
that that weirdo is going to be lifting the Lombardi
Trophy at the end of the year.

Speaker 6 (21:04):
Oh wow, yeah, Well there's a lot of football left
they played boys.

Speaker 7 (21:10):
Yes, there was three class two felony charges of aggregate,
aggravated and indecent assault that were filed against Cosby and well,
these incidents occurred I guess in January two thousand and four, right,
so they fell within the timeline and they weren't outside
of statute limitations.

Speaker 6 (21:30):
So that's why he was He was convicted criminally.

Speaker 7 (21:33):
However, there was a mistrial and that I was back
in twenty seventeen, so he was actually trialed first, I believe,
criminally before civil I.

Speaker 5 (21:41):
Who knew that Bill Cosby and Banana Cream Pies were
going to end up in the same segment on this show.

Speaker 5 (22:06):
We do have an update on what is happening in
a contract discussion for a star player and his form
and his current team.

Speaker 4 (22:15):
We'll get into that for you right here at FSR.

Speaker 9 (22:17):
Be sure to catch live editions of Two Pros and
a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LeVar Errington and
Jonas Knox weekdays at six am Eastern three am Pacific
on Fox Sports Radio and the iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 10 (22:31):
Hey Gang Listens, Jay Glazer, host of Unbreakable, a mental
wealth podcast, and every week we will have on leader
from sports entertainment like Sean McVay, Lindsay Vaughn, Michael phelf,
David Spade, got Fiemmi, and also those who can help
us in between the ears, anyone from a therapist to
someone like Ed Milett for John Gordon.

Speaker 6 (22:52):
We've all been through some sort of adversity to get
to the top. We've all used different tools.

Speaker 10 (22:57):
Listen to Unbreakable with Jay Glazer and Wealth podcast on
the iHeart Radio app, Apple podcasts or wherever you get podcasts.

Speaker 5 (23:09):
So maybe the big game this weekend. In the NFL,
there's some good games, but we got Bengals Chiefs always
a fun matchup. Cincinnati is one of the few teams
that's had some success against Patrick Mahomes, which, by the way,
well I'm hoping I got him to go to the
Super Bowl, So I'm kind of popping shared at this point.
You know, you know team has had the most success
against Mahomes the Colts, and I don't know why the Bengals.

(23:35):
Bengals have had some success, but the culture another one.
So the Cincinnati Bengals have some wide receivers.

Speaker 3 (23:43):
In the news. Also, apparently Joe Burrow.

Speaker 5 (23:46):
Picked up a water bottle wrong, and some people tried
to do a deep dive on that, like the way
he grabbed the water.

Speaker 1 (23:52):
I don't ask Rayer about it because it was like
literally they like it was a report on it, like
like is there something and it was the way, like
you got to put it the way they framed it, right.
They showed a couple clips of him shaking his hand
on the field like he's shaking his hand and like
squeezing his hand like something was wrong with his hand.
And then they dovetailed that into him grabbing the top

(24:15):
of a water bottle and flipping the water bottle as
if he couldn't hold his his hand wasn't strong enough
to hold the water bottle.

Speaker 5 (24:22):
Maybe correctly, maybe we've reached the point where we've got
too much coverage of the NFL, Like that's pretty.

Speaker 1 (24:27):
Of a stretch, a stretch, I know, but it was.
I mean, but it had to be asked because it
was reported. I know, I know, it's weird.

Speaker 7 (24:35):
It's a great point, though, I do think we're hitting
that tipping point with the NFL where it's like, all right,
we're trying too hard to make up stories, whereas like
that's the one nice thing about college football is just
so many teams. There's always a storyline, there's always something
crazy that was said or done or whatever, and so
you don't have to force it.

Speaker 6 (24:52):
It just it comes to you. So like this week,
I mean, obviously.

Speaker 7 (24:56):
The Colorado Colorado State, that rivalry the game last show,
all the hype around that that's not even like one
of the top matchups, but it's a rivalry game, It's
one that would be fun. But anyway, there is concern,
legitimate concern about Burrow the wrist and everything else that
goes along with that, and especially when you consider Jamar
Chase seems somewhat ineffective last week to Higgins obviously is

(25:19):
dealing with the hamstring issue. You know, I think if
you said, okay, Cincinnati versus Kansas City in Week ten
feels a lot different than Cincinnati versus Casey in Week two.
Given the struggles of Joe Burrow to start off this season,
we talked about his struggles to get things going early
in his career so far in the NFL in weeks

(25:40):
one and two.

Speaker 5 (25:42):
So the situation with Jamar Chase, according to James Rapine,
by the way, former intern here at Fox Sports Radio,
in this morning show slot back in the day. Well, James,
so he works for a Sports Illustrated now. He said,
the reason the Bengals and Chase didn't come to terms
on a deal was because Chase didn't like the structure
of the guarantees. He wanted him sooner and Cincinnati wanted

(26:04):
to pay him out by twenty twenty seven.

Speaker 6 (26:06):
What does he make of that they don't have the
cash man. I keep trying to explain this to people.

Speaker 3 (26:11):
It's not me.

Speaker 7 (26:14):
They just don't have the cash, you know. It's like
it's like Lee going to the liquor store. You know, Hey, sorry,
credit card machines down.

Speaker 6 (26:21):
Hey man, you don't have the cash though. Do you
do a tab there?

Speaker 8 (26:27):
Lee?

Speaker 6 (26:27):
I do?

Speaker 2 (26:28):
Do you really know?

Speaker 4 (26:29):
I don't, but I but you could. I could if
I wanted to.

Speaker 3 (26:36):
Don't start tabs, Lee.

Speaker 1 (26:38):
Remember if you got to start a tab that you
don't pay at the end of your stay, that's called
a bill, you know, Like you don't want.

Speaker 4 (26:47):
To walk out on and owe it. It's not my style,
but I could if I wanted to.

Speaker 3 (26:52):
Don't do it?

Speaker 6 (26:52):
Please? Do you feel like that's a good thing that
they know you so well that they would give you
a tab.

Speaker 8 (26:59):
I'm a neighbor man, I'm a good customer.

Speaker 4 (27:03):
What do you want me to say? Yeah, it's not
like he's going to disappear. Yeah, they know where I live.

Speaker 1 (27:07):
If you can't afford it, then you ain't going to
be able to afford it later, and then all you
doing is a crewing bro.

Speaker 3 (27:11):
You don't want to do that, man, That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (27:13):
That's not my style.

Speaker 1 (27:14):
Yeah, you don't want to do that. You don't want
to do at that guy, Yep, no debt stay debt
free on the tabs brouh.

Speaker 5 (27:23):
So Brady as our contractual insider here when it comes
to the NFL and how these deals get done. When
you see an organization say we want to not have
to pay the guarantees until twenty twenty seven, that just
tells you they ain't got it, and so we're just
at a standstill basically, Like that's where, Yeah, they.

Speaker 6 (27:41):
Don't want to pay him the cash that he wants
up front.

Speaker 7 (27:43):
As far as the signing boats, that's part of it,
and probably ultimately how they need to make this work
under the cap, although I'm sure they could find a
way of making it work.

Speaker 6 (27:51):
But it goes back to the initial conversation.

Speaker 7 (27:53):
If there's a concern over Joe Burrow's wrist, You've already
given him an extension, but I'm not sure you want
to restructure some of his deal if you do have
a legit concern that he may be impacted by this
long term and he may not, you know, come back
for this and be the same player after the risk injury.
I mean again, it's it's only a one game sample
size this year, but it didn't look great. So if

(28:17):
that's a concern, it's like, well, we usually would go
back to the quarterback to help the situation and restructure
his deal to make more cap space, but that's not
probably gonna happen at least this year.

Speaker 6 (28:28):
And right right here, right now, Oh, I did who
I was gonna ask? Lead? By the way, Lee, do
you feel like my characterization of you is unfair?

Speaker 4 (28:36):
It could be a little intense sometimes, but I appreciate
your intense.

Speaker 6 (28:41):
You describe it as hey Man, like that's intense.

Speaker 4 (28:45):
Oh the hate man. No, hey Man's right on part.

Speaker 3 (28:48):
But the alcoholic chronic alcohol. So what's intense?

Speaker 6 (28:54):
I never said alcoholic full.

Speaker 3 (28:55):
Blown blown alcoholic.

Speaker 4 (28:57):
Damn No. I appreciate your your analyzation of my uh
what your his? What of you analyzation? His analys.

Speaker 8 (29:08):
I make it or sometimes well you gotta be careful
when you when you're going down that road right there,
Lee is analysis. I appreciate it. Geez no, I take
it in.

Speaker 4 (29:19):
I love it. Brady did there?

Speaker 6 (29:24):
Yeah? Yeah, just uh, con hey.

Speaker 5 (29:37):
Man LeVar going right through the back door to get
that one. I don't understand, uh, Lee, I think I
think that sometimes is intense.

Speaker 3 (29:52):
Hate him, hate them.

Speaker 6 (29:56):
Did I see a false report on that that was
gonna fire standing Sharp? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (30:00):
I think he'll be back after the weekend. He made
wasn't have been on his show.

Speaker 6 (30:04):
I wasn't the only person to get hit with that.
I should say, get full.

Speaker 3 (30:09):
You gotta be careful.

Speaker 4 (30:16):
Yeah, it was a fake report or something like that,
or about surprising.

Speaker 1 (30:20):
Yeah, did you did y'all see the the link I
sent y'all about that I did about Paul Pierce.

Speaker 6 (30:27):
It was kind of funny.

Speaker 5 (30:29):
I mean, Paul Pierce did go to uh social media
and uh kind of call out the hypocrisy and the
fact that he got clipped because he had a stripper
party at a poker tournament or something, and Shannon Sharp
apparently was uh, you know, at the batting cages with
uh with somebody on I G Live and everything's going

(30:50):
to be fine, joke about it, and he's back after
the weekend, apparently.

Speaker 7 (30:53):
Look, I'm not a social media ficionado, and I know
you guys probably spoke about this at length yesterday, but
I I still don't understand how that happens, Like it
still doesn't make sense to me how you could leave
your ig live open, especially if you've never used it
and aren't sure how to use it like it just
it doesn't seem like it's it's possible for that to happen.

Speaker 4 (31:13):
Jason Whitlock has some theories on it, you know, send
those over to you guys.

Speaker 1 (31:18):
Oh, I know he's been waiting for something like this. Oh, now,
that's so much meat on the bone. For real, for real.

Speaker 4 (31:24):
Jason Whitlock posted a video of him eating Wendy's with
his phone on the side, and it said I accidentally
went live on IG during my lunch break. I'm embarrassed
and in shape.

Speaker 6 (31:37):
Someone sent me that it was pretty funny.

Speaker 4 (31:43):
Well, hey, come on, Bengals, let's get it together, all right.

Speaker 1 (31:47):
Oh, somebody to get it ESPN situation and Bengals, I
mean Bengals.

Speaker 5 (31:53):
Oh geez, some people on the show are counting on
you for God's sake, you all right. So so coming
up next, we are going to take a closer look
ahead to week two in the NFL. We're going to
spread them our picks against the spread right here on FSR.

Speaker 9 (32:10):
Be sure to catch live editions of two pros and
a cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LeVar Arrington and
Jonas Knox weekdays at six am Eastern, three am Pacific.

Speaker 4 (32:22):
It is two Pros and a Cup of Joe. Fox
Sports Radio.

Speaker 3 (32:26):
Boy Bradyle Boy.

Speaker 4 (32:29):
Jonas Knocks with you.

Speaker 5 (32:30):
Coming up top of next hour a little over ten
minutes from now, there's a trend in the NFL. It
got even better for one side of the football, one
aspect of football last night. We'll explain why that was
coming up a little over ten minutes from now before
we get to our Picks against the Spread. The way,
reminder this shortly after the show, our podcast will be
going up, so if you've missed any of today's show,
be sure to check out the podcast. Search two Pros

(32:52):
wherever you get your pods. Again, be sure to follow,
rate and review the podcast. Search two Pros wherever you
get your podcast. You'll see this show post stid right
after we get off the air.

Speaker 9 (33:02):
Five lines, not those kind of lines, five picks, five spreads.

Speaker 2 (33:11):
Time for Picks against the spread.

Speaker 4 (33:14):
Jesus, uh, you crap off? Like, what is the Food
Fighters movie? It is the Food Fighters? Maybe Studio six? Jonas,
do you mind all right? It's a crazy scene.

Speaker 5 (33:26):
Try not to get distracted, all right, So try and
get it all right? So, how do we do last weekly?
How bad of a beating today?

Speaker 6 (33:34):
Is awful?

Speaker 8 (33:36):
Yeah, that's a little bit of a preview of what
we got coming up here. We had a Friday night
football between the Packers and Eagles where Jonas and LeVar,
you guys correctly predicted that the Eagles would take this one.

Speaker 3 (33:48):
Of course, Uh, of course we did.

Speaker 6 (33:51):
Moving on, how you feeling about?

Speaker 3 (33:54):
Of course I did.

Speaker 8 (33:55):
I feel pretty bad. It's obviously it's better than it
could be. And of course it's weird that these stories
keep coming out. They're like, hey, he's Jordan Love only
missed his second practice. He might be available for the game, obviously,
not expecting that it's.

Speaker 6 (34:08):
An M sales frame, like they said, three to six weeks.
I have no idea why the thing he's going to
play this week?

Speaker 8 (34:13):
Yeah, exactly, Well, Brett Farve would have played, obviously. It's
a different story a long time ago. Guys, Brady, you
were the only one who took Caleb Williams to win
in his debut. I don't know if he had much
to do with it, but you were the only one
who took the Bears.

Speaker 7 (34:25):
I wrote that game off since I started watching it,
So that's actually I forgot I picked them.

Speaker 4 (34:31):
Okay, Yeah, I think LeVar and I were on the
right side.

Speaker 1 (34:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (34:34):
I was like, that's a pretty right there.

Speaker 6 (34:37):
Yeah, use your Pete Frisco.

Speaker 3 (34:39):
Go ahead. I'll give them.

Speaker 4 (34:40):
By the way, I am going to ask Pete every week,
which game were you on the right side?

Speaker 3 (34:43):
I think you lost.

Speaker 8 (34:45):
Yeah, Jonas, you're the only one who took the Vikings
as a road favorite versus the Giants.

Speaker 4 (34:51):
Good job there, the lack of the century. The Giants stink.

Speaker 3 (34:55):
God, I mean it's confirmed that they stink. But go ahead,
Joe in Var.

Speaker 8 (35:00):
You guys were the only ones who well, you guys
both took Dallas to beat the Browns. Of course, Brady's
bullish on his Browns. I know you didn't want to, Brady,
but uh yeah, yeah, but you did get the You
did get Sunday Night Football, correct, along with LeVar Lions beating.

Speaker 2 (35:14):
The Rams over time.

Speaker 8 (35:16):
So it was it last week between Jonas and LeVar
three and two, Brady two and three right behind him.

Speaker 5 (35:21):
God, if Stafford would have completed that pass on third down,
that game's over, damn it.

Speaker 6 (35:25):
Yeah, all r right, Knox Slocks went on in three,
So let's get to it all right.

Speaker 2 (35:30):
Way two, We'll start where we dare you.

Speaker 8 (35:34):
We'll start the same place we did last week, where
the Packers were four point favorites before Love's injury, but
now they are four point underdogs, Colts three point favorites
at lambeau Field.

Speaker 6 (35:45):
What was old talk about four points four point three?

Speaker 8 (35:48):
Oh well, no, Packers were four point favorites. Now the
Colts are three point favorites.

Speaker 3 (35:53):
No, I'm taking the Packers.

Speaker 4 (35:54):
Yeah, I would take green Bay getting the points.

Speaker 6 (35:57):
I'm gonna take the Colts.

Speaker 3 (36:00):
I'm taking the path first, one line.

Speaker 6 (36:04):
Body line. Make sure we appreciate that yet.

Speaker 4 (36:06):
Who's starting for green Bay?

Speaker 9 (36:08):
Is it?

Speaker 4 (36:08):
Don mccowwie, looking forward to it.

Speaker 8 (36:12):
Raiders at Ravens largest spread of the weekend, Ravens eight
and a half point favorite.

Speaker 5 (36:16):
Oh Baltimore, Oh my god, they'll be They'll be up
eight by eight an hour before kickoff.

Speaker 3 (36:24):
LeVar Wi, This is a hard one, but I'm gonna take.
I'm actually going rat with Dallas on this one. You
take the points of Baltimore in Vegas.

Speaker 6 (36:35):
Yeah, Baltimore and Las Vegas. I would take Baltimore, by the.

Speaker 3 (36:38):
Way, come on, we got to say that.

Speaker 2 (36:39):
Cowboys, Cowboys.

Speaker 5 (36:40):
Six point favorites, Cowboys, Cowboys, Cowboys, Cowboys.

Speaker 8 (36:46):
Bangles at Chiefs, Chiefs six point favorites Bengals, Texans six
and a half at home Sunday night football against the Bears.

Speaker 3 (36:54):
Yep, I'll tex Farris. I'll take the Nopes. I'll take
the first. There we go. Oh Man, m h.
