Just stop.

Speaker 3 (01:58):
Stop all right. I don't get it.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
I've tried to. It was like a second wave of
a hit the super Dome the first time he's playing
the Dome, the Tero Dome.

Speaker 3 (02:16):
Oh man, the astro so so. A team that doesn't
play in a dome is the Pittsburgh Steelers. And apparently
the Pittsburgh Steelers are going to be playing yet again
with Justin Fields as their starting quarterback.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
Man.

Speaker 3 (02:35):
This calf issue with Russell Wilson that seemed like a
small deal has sure lasted a long ass time. Here
was the head coach of the Steelers, Mike Tomlin, discussing
his decision on the quarterback situation in Pittsburgh.

Speaker 6 (02:46):
As I sit here today, Russ is not scheduled to
be a full participant in practice, and so we're ready
in a plan that features Justin and his readiness. We'll
follow Russ throughout the week, and if his participation gets
to a level and participation and quality where we should
consider him, we'll we'll delve into that at that time.

(03:08):
And obviously when that happens is a component of the consideration.
But as I sit here today, he is not scheduled
to be a full participant tomorrow in practice, and so
we're ready in ourselves around Justin, and we'll stay in
that mindset until something else happens. Hypotheticals is a waste
of our time.

Speaker 3 (03:27):
So pretty clear and concise from Mike Tomlin there. I mean,
at what point if they continue to win and he
just doesn't turn the ball over, does Mike Tomlin just say, listen,
this is our guy, Like we're going to be a
month into the year.

Speaker 1 (03:44):
He's pretty much saying that already, but he'saving really think
about it. He should leave it open because you named
him the starter, right right, I mean you should leave
it open. But at the end of the day, the
man is he's going with the guy that's available, and
sometimes most times oftentimes availability is the best ability, and

(04:07):
Justin Fields is available, and this team is finding what
would be considered to be a rhythm I would assume,
I mean, Q, you tell me, But I know Justin
Fields isn't lighting the world up with the way he's playing.
But he's also in a lot of ways fitting into

(04:28):
the scheme of how they approach playing their games. I mean,
he's not doing anything to hurt them. I won't say
he's doing something to make them much better. But which
would you choose to do? And what are you getting
when you get Russell Wilson coming back?

Speaker 4 (04:46):
No idea? I mean that's the thing is you don't
know what you're going to get. At least you know
where your team's at to and Ozero through the first
two games and what this offense looks like and it
grows from here. I mean one of the reasons why,
I mean, going back to last year in Chicago, you know,
Jonas and I we talked about this a lot, like
Justin Fields has grown as a passer, Like you saw

(05:09):
from year one to the end of his time in Chicago.
His growth now, he wasn't obviously where I think other
teams needed him to be at that point, or even
Chicago to stick with him as opposed to Caleb Williams,
Which I wonder how many people are going to revisit
that conversation if Caleb Williams keeps playing this way. But

(05:30):
the general point is, you know, he wasn't obviously to
a point even through the spring and summer with Pittsburgh
for Mike Tomlin to name him the starter. So as
much as you want to say we feel good about
where we're at with Justin Fields and he could be
the guy moving forward, you obviously still want to see
more and you leave that door open, as you said, LeVar,

(05:50):
And in the event that Russell's healthy comes back and
you feel like you've got a more veteran in that
spot that can help elevate the offense. The biggest thing
sure I see is I'm telling you that calf, whatever
it is, however they're deeming it, because they're calling it
a calf, it could be something a little bit worse.
He looked terrible when he tried to move in warm

(06:11):
ups before Week one. Remember he was dressed. He was
there as the emergency, you know, third quarterback. So in
the event that he had to go and he could.
He did not look like he could move at all.
I almost wonder if there's a surgery or something that
needs to take place that he's pushing off as hard
as possible and hoping that six weeks from now, whatever

(06:33):
the case is, this thing heals up or it finds
itself some way of improving.

Speaker 7 (06:40):
I mean, it.

Speaker 4 (06:40):
Almost begs the question why you would have just put
him on IR and then you open up the roster
spot at least for the next four games.

Speaker 1 (06:47):
I mean, and you give Justin Fields an opportunity without
the whole conversation of Russell Wilson.

Speaker 4 (06:54):
He wasn't even active last week. I don't even know
if he dressed last week.

Speaker 1 (06:58):
Yeah, I just I found you because we there was
a quote like I know, like Russ getting the Petty
Award and all that stuff, and and you know, just
El was justin right, him having to address it, or
him even just understanding and knowing that presence is there.
You put him on IR for four weeks. You're giving
this man four weeks time to say. Look, it's not

(07:20):
based off of the health of Russell Wilson. This is
purely based upon my shoulders to do what it is
that I'm going to do within this four weeks, no
questions asked. They're not sitting there like week one, Well
what about Russ? What about Russ? We like what we're
doing right now, because if Russell Wilson, if it goes
the opposite direction and Russe is healthy enough to come

(07:43):
back and he is able to play, he is doing
practices up to the coaching UH coach's standard, and and
participation is of quality. As coach coach Tomlin mentioned, that's
still a conversation. Some people do well with that. Some
people do well with that competition and knowing that that's

(08:05):
what it is. Some people they don't do as well.
And I just wonder if you give if you give
a guy like Justin Fields that type of confidence that
look you got you've already had two weeks, but you
get a four weeks of no worries of talk of
Russell Wilson other than when he's coming back, but otherwise

(08:26):
it's just you. It's on you. I wonder if that
wouldn't be a horrible thing to do. And seeing if
that takes Justin Fields, maybe his confidence level or comfort
level to be confident to a whole nother level for
the next four weeks, which could lead to what more
weeks after that, because if he's doing well, you're not
going to just pull him out, because you're not going

(08:50):
to just think about putting Russell Wilson in, you know,
because he's back off from the iar because he's not
doing anything to lose the job.

Speaker 3 (08:57):
Like he's not turning the ball over, which was a
problem Chicago, whether it be fumbles or interceptions and critical moments,
he's not like he's being careful of the football. The
defense is still the defense, and you know he sets
them up for a big matchup at home against against
the Bolts against the Chargers. By the way, you did
mention the petty game ball. So Mike, Mike Tomlin was

(09:18):
asked about the petty game ball by the media that
Russell Wilson got after their win over the Broncos over
the weekend and had this to say.

Speaker 6 (09:26):
You know, none of your businesses, respectfully, there's certain things
that go on among teams that I don't talk about.
Whether it gets out or how it gets out is
unimportant to me, and I'm not overly guarded against it.
But it's just certain things as a leader that I
talked to the collective about that. I have zero intentions
of sharing with the larger public because it's about our

(09:46):
collective and how we come together and how we appreciate
and support one another. And you know, I can't give
you all the ingredients of the hot dog. You might
not like it.

Speaker 1 (09:55):
So there we go.

Speaker 3 (10:00):
That's the that's the petty game.

Speaker 1 (10:01):
Ball up. If he would have hit him with Scrapple,
then that would have been real, real, real, deep, real dope.
You know what I mean, a lot of people don't
know about Scrapple. What's scrapple exactly? You don't know what
scrapple is. Oh yeah, see that's what I'm hard game.
That's what I'm saying. Man, he hit them with hot dogs.
Like you can relate to hot dogs. I don't want
you to be able to relate to hot dogs. You
know why, if it was ours, I don't want you
to relate to it. So it's like if he said

(10:23):
it's like pro GE's, but Prog's is in his bad
But Scrapple, you know, Scrapple is a different game. You know,
you got to be into it. You got to be
from there to know about what scrapple is?

Speaker 3 (10:33):
Can you look up scrapple. I'm more of an Ohio guy,
so I don't really bresh his food.

Speaker 4 (10:39):
And how are you an Ohio guy? At what point
ever in your life outside of one visit to Columbus, Ohio?
Are you in Ohio?

Speaker 3 (10:45):
You know? People don't even call me by my name anymore.
They just yell six to one four. Oh gosh, Like
I'm serious, Like that's a real thing. So I'm Ohio
as it gets, you know, Tartan Fields.

Speaker 1 (10:56):
They're really in there investigating what scrapple is?

Speaker 3 (10:58):
Yeah, what is scrapple?

Speaker 5 (11:00):
Also known as pon haas the traditional mush of fried
pork scraps and trimmings and one with cornmeal and wheat flour.

Speaker 3 (11:09):
Yeah, so basically having ga I feel like we've talked
about this before, scrapple, bab, I don't remember this me neither.

Speaker 1 (11:17):
That's a real thing, That's what I'm saying. You don't
want to know how it is, but I don't freaking know.
That's just what came out.

Speaker 5 (11:31):
But the uh, it looks like spam. The men of
Nites and Amish love this stuff. Apparently the Amish like it. Yeah,
it's Pennsylvania, Dutch ponjas.

Speaker 3 (11:40):
Oh they know about good food.

Speaker 1 (11:41):
What do you ever have a Dutch apple pie?

Speaker 4 (11:45):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (11:45):
Man, you're missing on man, Come on cool, show me
a working lamp inside some Amish guy's house.

Speaker 1 (11:53):
You right back for him.

Speaker 3 (11:56):
It's not racist. They don't use electricity. They're racist. Why
are you judging, judge just because we plug stuff in?

Speaker 1 (12:04):
Hey, they'd be having some fine horse carriages, man. I
mean you see one of their like Bentley or or
like sports car carriages. Them joints be fire and the
horse connected to it. Whoo. Yeah, I mean that's real
horse power.

Speaker 4 (12:19):
We fake it.

Speaker 1 (12:21):
We say horsepower horses, you know, but it's really an engine,
you know what I mean, that's right, real horse half all.

Speaker 3 (12:28):
With that, do it the hard way. I'll wash my
clothes in a machine, you know, I'm not gonna do.

Speaker 1 (12:32):
You ever been to Amish country? Q? You got you
guys got homage countries in in Ohio to.

Speaker 4 (12:38):
Right, yeahs restaurants before you.

Speaker 1 (12:41):
I mean I went to Shippensburg to to do the
uh to do the state championships in track. That's I
don't enough. They still do that in pH in Shippensburg,
but I went there. It's pretty interesting.

Speaker 3 (12:52):
Man.

Speaker 1 (12:52):
Being an Amish country man, you know, makes you it
makes you really really think about like what life could
really be like in the olden days, like literally the
olden days, like before our days of even knowing what
the olden days, they.

Speaker 3 (13:06):
Would think your phone is a UFO. They have no
idea what's going on.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
They know, and they don't want to know what's going on.
You don't watch that that stuff on TV. They know
what's going on.

Speaker 3 (13:15):
We take something. They don't watch the NFL, they don't count.
They just don't want to be a part of it.
Shouts out to y'all man cool.

Speaker 5 (13:21):
You know who has a huge Mennonite population. Belieze was
in Belize, Really lots of Mennonites out there.

Speaker 7 (13:28):
Did they buy believee?

Speaker 4 (13:29):
Is that?

Speaker 7 (13:30):
Why?

Speaker 4 (13:30):
Did they actually like click on the link online, keep
buying a.

Speaker 3 (13:33):
Proper you can do that, but they would.

Speaker 4 (13:36):
My favorite thing ever is when the countries, yeah, come buy, like,
just come buy anything in our country, buy us up.

Speaker 3 (13:41):
I looked into it, did you, Yeah? I went and
visited Belize, looked property.

Speaker 4 (13:46):
Yeah, what was it like?

Speaker 3 (13:48):
Beautiful place?

Speaker 1 (13:49):
I'm sure you thought it was did you plan on
coming back or did you know? Are you ready to
settle down?

Speaker 3 (13:57):
But you're telling the truth here. They got like in
the middle of the pond trees on the front of
a tractor with a banjo. Yeah, yeah, I mean all right,
I mean.

Speaker 5 (14:07):
Them and the tapers. You know how you have a
deer crossing, they have taper crossing signs.

Speaker 1 (14:13):
Interesting. Interesting, and belize I'm sure I'm just stay away
from it, but I do have a great read that's
relevant to what I was thinking that point.

Speaker 3 (14:26):
Hey, by the way, Eddie Garcia, this is the Garcia Bowl.
The Chargers your wife's team, and the Stairs your team.
You're gonna be out there, correct? I can't imagine you would.

Speaker 1 (14:47):
Nice.

Speaker 3 (14:48):
Was it like, is it Washington Boulevard Plaza?

Speaker 1 (14:51):
You stand at the plaza.

Speaker 7 (14:52):
It's the it's whatever the Charger's Tea hotel is.

Speaker 1 (14:55):
So yeah, that's why. And know what you're talking about.

Speaker 3 (14:59):
The Charger are staying out there.

Speaker 1 (15:00):
They stay where stay Where the Steelers stay? You know

reving of the engine, you're not.

Speaker 1 (15:57):

mecas Right, I want to read this coming up next here,
I want to talk about this.

Speaker 3 (16:38):

Speaker 9 (17:23):
Well, you know what it's called over promise. You should
be good at it because you've been over promising women
for years.

There you go, over Promising, and remember you could see
on YouTube, but definitely join us. Listen Over Promised with
Covino and Rich on the iHeartRadio, Apple Podcasts or wherever
you get your podcasts, Two Pros.

Speaker 3 (18:04):
And a Cup of Joe Here on Fox Sports Radio.
This show sponsored by DraftKings. Stay tuned because you'll hear
more about DraftKings and all it has to offer throughout
the show. DraftKings, the Crown is yours. DraftKings. They offer
you opportunities to make some money and apparently the Tennessee
volunteers have come up with an idea on how to
make some for their athletes. So beginning in twenty twenty five,

(18:26):
all sports will have a ten percent talent fee attached
to tickets, and football tickets will have an average increase
of four point five percent on each ticket, and so
that is going to be used to help their NIL
fund to help pay their athletes. There at Tennessee, so
Oklahoma State tried the QR code last I heard the

(18:47):
NCAA stepped in and said, no, we're not doing that.
But this way Tennessee has said, no, we sell about
one hundred thousand tickets to football games. That's going to
help make up some of the difference here if we
need to make these guys a little bit more money.

Speaker 4 (18:58):
So do the math on it. So let's say, for example,
and I sent you guys a breakdown of just an estimate.
Let's say the average ticket price is fifty dollars. Okay,
you'd be bringing in five million in revenue per game
with one hundred thousand seat stadium. So you start doing

(19:20):
the math on this and you're like, all right, adding
ten percent of that, alright, that's half a million every
home game. Let's say they have seven home games, that's
three point five million. Additionally, now they can spend on
student athletes. This will be a model that will be
replicated by every single school. And when we talk about
parity or the lack thereof in college football, this is

(19:43):
one example of that. Look at, for example, Tennessee Stadium,
Michigan Stadium, Penn State Stadium, Ohio State Stadium. As compared
to everyone else. You know, all those stadiums I just
mentioned over one hundred thousand seats. So there's going to
be a huge gap between just even the ticket revenue,

(20:04):
which there always has been, but now the ability to
take a portion of that ticket revenue and devote it
towards student athletes. All those schools now could have a significant,
a twenty thirty forty percent advantage every single game of
taking the ticket revenue or and ten percent of that
and devoting it towards student athletes. That's huge in the

(20:28):
grand scheme of maybe being able to get your star
quarterback like Nico yame Lava. There's a bunch of other
you know, other ways this could go. And I do
believe this is going to is going to be deemed
you know, uh, legal and they're gonna be able to
do this. So it's look, Tennessee has been at the
forefront of ANIL for a long period of time. Their

(20:49):
program is done as well as anyone. That's one of
the reasons why I personally believe there might be the
top team in the country, if not top two three.
But everyone else will look to replicate this. It is
brilliant and it is one of the ways what the
house an ncaa settlement that is still coming to a conclusion.

(21:12):
Once that's finalized, this is the sort of thing you're
can see a lot of schools do. I like it.

Speaker 1 (21:17):
I think it makes sense. I like it. I'm at
with those people. To the NIOL people, I guess there's
different levels of it. But I mean the more I
would say, the more the schools are are allotted opportunities,
you know, I guess clear lanes so to speak, as
to what their involvement can be in creating new ways

(21:41):
of generating, you know, cash for the athletes within the
NIL space. I mean, this is one of those ones
where you say, that's that's kind of you look at
it as a no brainer. I mean, ticket prices generally
go up anyway, right, So I mean if you take
it up a couple percentage points to be able to
support the athletes, then almost in a way, it says, listen,

(22:03):
we're going to put those those fees in in the
tickets and and now that experience that you're paying for,
you're you're actually really truly investing in improving the product
that you're going to come represent and come support when
when you come to the game. So I think it
has a lot of you know, a lot of positives

(22:25):
to it where it doesn't make you feel like the
usual where people are just always begging for money. Like
I think that that's the one thing that has really
really made fans like very just just fatigued about the
whole nil situation is just the amount of begging that

(22:47):
is being done to try to get them, you know,
squeeze the fan for more money. You know, this is
kind of it's interesting. But I think this is pretty
creative and I think that you know, it's I don't
find it to be egregious or find it to be
kind of offensive that that would be a part of it.

Speaker 3 (23:07):
I mean, you got to come up with ways to
make money. And if they've got this advantage, you know,
has discussed the one hundred thousand plus stadium and all that, which,
by the way, Brady, you've said that's the most wild
atmosphere to play a game. Incorrect.

Speaker 4 (23:21):
I wouldn't describe it as a wild atmosphere. I'd say
it was the loudest. I just thought that place when
it gets when it gets ripping late afternoon, early evening,
that is as loud as you'll find, just the way
it's constructed, the amount of people that are there, and
those fans are nuts, you know, Tennessee volunteers fans, and
you know it like you are nuts, you're crazy about football.

(23:44):
I distinctly remember. I mean that was one of my
top schools. That was like my top four. Tennessee was
in there. Phil Former was the head coach at the time.
They had a lot of things rolling and I'd gone
down there for a visit and my mom came with me.
I was there with another running back was from the
Columbus area. His mother was with us as well, and
I remember we went in for an academic meeting and

(24:06):
my mom started asking questions about where's the business school ranked,
And my my friend's mom started asking questions about that
as well, and there were many answers. It was like,
I was like, what already? Sure, it's like all the
dorms over here, the right across from the football facility,
that's where they'll stay. And they just didn't seem like
it was prioritized quite as much. And my Mom's like, yep, Nope,

(24:28):
not coming here. You're not coming here. I mean, immediately
before I could even have any say whatsoever in the matter,
I was just trying to cross it off the list.
But it just that place was all about ball and
I'm glad to see they're getting back to that now.
They got a big one this week. But it's that
that program has been building up through the Anil era.

(24:49):
You know, this iteration of Tennessee has been a kind
of a leader, if you will, in the college football,
in the college sports, you know, space.

Speaker 1 (24:57):
That was one of my man's final schools.

Speaker 4 (24:59):
Too, braiding a still shot, still shots.

Speaker 1 (25:03):
I mean, I really, really, I really liked Tennessee and
I like the coaching staff. Man, I tell you, you
don't really realize how many phenomenal not just really good
play They've had a ton of phenomenal football players come
through that program. Now, yeah, a ton of flunk of them.

(25:26):
So yeah, I mean that was that was my top
two for for him. And you know, I don't want
to ruffle any feathers in my community, but I'll tell
you what, for the sake of him having his own
little deal and and creating his own deal Tennessee, man
Banks is a dope. That's a dope decordinator that they
got and he's a Penn Stater. I was like, man,

(25:48):
he's a Penn Stater. He coached at Penn State. Like,
you know, he's this guy, you know, you get.

Speaker 4 (25:54):
I'm still I was still a little bit surprised. Yeah,
was still a little surprised. No disrespect to the water
and not taking take selfishly. I think Jonas and I
thought maybe get invited to some tail gets.

Speaker 7 (26:06):
And things down there.

Speaker 1 (26:07):
I'm just saying, yeah, I was a little shocked and
surprised somewhat because I thought that. Yeah, but you know,
I mean he is LeVar Arrington, the second going to
Penn State. Yeah, I mean, it's it's a it's you know,
in a show, you have characters and you have you know,

(26:28):
main characters, and he he has the opportunity to kind
of go in right away and he just he he
believes in legacy. He's a legacy kid man, Like, he
really really buys into it. He wanted Notre Dame to
recruit him because of because of the show, like he was.

Speaker 4 (26:42):
Should hit a Marcus man.

Speaker 1 (26:44):
You know, I don't get involved, but he's clearly he's
obviously aware of who you are and has watched your
film at length and and like talks about you and
as like, well, what do you think He was like, well,
they're not recruiting me, you know, you know that would
have been pretty cool though too.

Speaker 4 (27:04):
It's their mistake then, man, Yeah, I mean that's the
ultimate reality. That's their mistake.

Speaker 1 (27:08):
It's just, you know, it is what it is. You know.

Speaker 3 (27:10):
By the way, Tennessee's playing Alabama in a couple of weeks.
You're excited, you want to go, Well, no, or they
have a graduate in Knoxville, Yeah, they do so actually
October nineteenth, so a couple of home games from now,
they're playing Alabama. The lowest ticket price is four hundred
and seventy four dollars for that game. And if they're

(27:32):
going to increase the price on their tickets next year, yeah,
this is going to make them a grip of money
for games so good for them. I still wish the
QR code was was allowed. I just think that that's fun.
And Mike Gune tried but apparently not the case, and
the NCAA stepped in. So Tennessee, congratulations, You're going to

(27:52):
make a lot of money for them. And look, I
don't know if alcohol sales go towards all this, but
I can't imagine if they're super serving booze at that stage,
that's bringing in some revenue as well too. So it's
good to see college football take center Stadius.

Speaker 1 (28:07):
But we did.

Speaker 3 (28:08):
We did bet while you were gone, LeVar. We were
taking our pick. Where do you think man Man ends
up going UCLA, Penn State, and Tennessee. I did choose Tennessee.
Brady took fence day, so he got it right. Aga
we are, I said, we are, Yeah, two pros wrong
with two pros and a cup of Joe. Here on
Fox Sports Radio, LeVar Arrington, Brady, Quinn, Jonas Knox with

(28:31):
you coming up next year from the Tirack dot Com studios.

Speaker 2 (28:34):

the ugly.

Speaker 1 (28:38):
They're yours.

Speaker 2 (28:39):
Be sure to catch live editions of Two Pros and
a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LeVar Errington, and
Jonas Knox weekdays at six am Eastern, three am Pacific.

Speaker 1 (28:50):
We'll get to the West. Stroke it to the woman
that I love. Bet come out. I'll be stroking a Yeah,
come out, I'll be stroking. The man answered something.

Speaker 4 (29:06):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (29:08):
Four forty six. Damn, I hate you haven't made love.
I mean that's what we are. The Late Late Show
or maybe early.

Speaker 3 (29:26):
It is Two Pros and a Cup of Shoe here
on Fox Sports Radio.

Speaker 1 (29:30):
Oh my gosh, oh man Lemar dude was blind? Who
this dude that was singing this song, Pam Clarence Carter blind.
I mean, if you see the video, you'd be weaking,
you'd be weak. What're going on? Clarence?

Speaker 3 (29:50):
Good for him?

Speaker 1 (29:51):
He signed his line on you.

Speaker 4 (29:52):
How'd you know?

Speaker 7 (29:53):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (29:54):
How does he know? We're gonna take love making advice
from this guy?

Speaker 1 (29:57):
Yeah? I mean they say their senses are are way different,
all right, Well, you know, and he strokes it.

Speaker 3 (30:05):
I'd like to get a glimpse first personally.

Speaker 1 (30:09):
Maybe you're better off not.

Speaker 3 (30:11):
I mean, I'm not going on IG Live unless I
can get a glimpse. I'll tell you that right now.

Speaker 1 (30:15):
Dang, but was that true? Is Clarence? Was he blind?
I know he's long gone from now, but did you
look that that fun fact up?

Speaker 3 (30:22):
I believe he was sunglasses?

Speaker 1 (30:25):
Yeah, I believe. Anyways, By the way.

Speaker 3 (30:29):
Uh, two pros and a cup of ye here on
Fox Sports Radio, I just want to say, uh, Lee
the lap because Brady gets a kick out of these stories.
So we were talking about, uh, somebody brought up Knotsbury
Farm or we were talking about Knotsbery Farm as opposed
to Magic Mount just theme parks in general. Because Lee

(30:49):
and Rayner are going to Disneyland this weekend. And so
I was like, okay, well you know what about not
spay together together?

Speaker 1 (30:57):
Man? Going to that's like a normal thing. That's a
normal thing for now.

Speaker 3 (31:02):
You guys are yeah, it's just you guys, right, yep,
don't make it weird.

Speaker 1 (31:05):
Guys. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (31:06):
I did not make it weird and just didn't know that.

Speaker 5 (31:08):
It's just saying, I mean, you guys are invited, for sure,
I would if you all came.

Speaker 1 (31:12):
I'll be in state college.

Speaker 4 (31:14):
Thanks, thank you.

Speaker 1 (31:16):
So, but two kids enjoy So.

Speaker 3 (31:19):
Lorena pointed out that knott Sperry Farm has like this
meal plan. So if you go to knot Sperry Farm
like people for fifteen dollars a month. Some people would
just go there to eat and walk around the park.
And Lee Li says me. He goes, oh, listen, I
have a Universal Studios pass. I go there just to
walk the stairs. Like, no, you don't, Lee, And he's like, well,
I get a drink at the bottom first. They literally

(31:42):
have beer carts. Every flight is there.

Speaker 1 (31:44):
They do have beer cars.

Speaker 3 (31:46):
That's why you walked the stairs. Got nothing to do
with exercise. I go to the Island New Bar, which
is at the Jurassic Park.

Speaker 5 (31:52):
They have some very good tropical drinks, and so it's
quite if you know Universal Studios, they got humongous stairs.
So yeah, you get your steps in.

Speaker 1 (32:01):
But I'll take a drink when I go.

Speaker 5 (32:04):
I mean I earned that drink, Yes, true, I like
to I like to earn my drinks.

Speaker 3 (32:09):
Yeah, I'm with you. So there we go.

Speaker 1 (32:13):
But if you feel about that queue going on that day.

Speaker 4 (32:19):
I'm not trying to make it awkward for them.

Speaker 1 (32:21):
I think it's normal Friday night a day, It'll be
so great, great, great, great, great.

Speaker 3 (32:28):
Hey, I got news for you. I got news for you.
So Lee hung out with Iowa Sam. I'm assuming probably
hung out. Question was that a date? Well, I think
it's a safer date hanging out with Iowa Sam and Roberto,
because that would have been problematic.

Speaker 4 (32:45):
Well not really, maybe for Lee, but the issue here
is more for Raina. So, Raina, I mean you realize
what you're getting yourself into with Lee. Yes, there could
be a fair amount of babysitting involved. Yes, it's happened.
I'm passing out on one of the tables and me
taking a picture of him.

Speaker 3 (33:05):
It's very possible. I usually fall asleep during Pirates of
the Caribbea because it's so that's a good right to
sleep on time.

Speaker 1 (33:11):
How long is the rat It's.

Speaker 4 (33:13):
All supid minutes.

Speaker 3 (33:14):
You can do it.

Speaker 1 (33:15):
That's the one where it's on the water and you
go all over. Yeah, okay, nice.

Speaker 5 (33:20):
It's actually pretty long. Pretty long, right, it's like twenty minutes.

Speaker 1 (33:24):
Interesting, I know, you get a good twenty minute nap.
You'd be sleep soon as you sit down.

Speaker 3 (33:28):
Oh roxy to sleep, Pawny, Well, listen, if you'd like
to get caught up on anything while you're taking your
nap you can listen to the podcast. It'll be posted
shortly after the show. Search two pros where ever get

it again. Just search two pros where ever get your podcast.
You'll see the show posted right after we get off
the air top of next hour, a little over ten

(33:50):
minutes from now. The old pe Petris Papadacus is going
to stop by right now though, it is time for this.

Speaker 2 (33:58):
There are some good things that happen, and there's some bad,
and then there's some downright ugly things. It's time for good,
bad and ugly.

Speaker 3 (34:08):
All right, lead the lab, who's got what?

Speaker 1 (34:10):
Well?

Speaker 5 (34:10):
We start with what we do every single Wednesday, we
start with the good, and this week it's back to
Brady Brady.

Speaker 3 (34:16):
What is good this week?

Speaker 4 (34:17):
Oh man, I was a weird for this? Oh no,
what was good this week? Not quarterback play in the NFL,
that's for sure. Where David Tepper's deciding to the bench
Bryce Young the number one overall pick after it only
being in the NFL for what a year and a
couple of games?

Speaker 3 (34:36):
Do you want to switch with me? You want the ugly?
I'll take the good?

Speaker 4 (34:39):
No, the good for me was actually the rebound of
Notre Dame.

Speaker 3 (34:42):
All right, y.

Speaker 4 (34:44):
Awful loss tos Ago Throtto. People asking about my well being, Okay,
you're okay, and I'm like, ah, yeah, I rolled my
They're like no, no, no, Notre Dame. I'm like, what what
do you mean? They're like, they got beat by Northern No,
but go yeah, I moved on, man, Like I think
I might have like tore something in my my ankle.
I've got like four kids running around. There's a lot

(35:06):
of other things that I'm focused on at this point
inside of my life. Yes, it's disappointing. I love my
alma mater, I love Notre Dame. But they'll move on.
They got Purdue and they took care of business, beat
the doors off of them, and I think hopefully.

Speaker 1 (35:20):
Uh.

Speaker 7 (35:21):
It's kind of like that uh, that segment.

Speaker 4 (35:23):
In Super Troopers, you know, when they're they're shooting at
the hit movie. Actually the bulletproof of a cup or
whatever it is, Chassisy's wearing trying to test it out.
I mean it is Wednesday, and he goes, uh, he
goes he's looking at the target. He goes, well, what
about that little guy? Saw that little guy don't worry
about that little guy. We are stroking to the east
kind of like that versus Northern Illinois. So the good

(35:46):
was Notre Dame responding pounding Purdue in West Lafaia.

Speaker 3 (35:50):
I swear to God, I'll pistol with the next guy
who says Shenana. Oh okay, hey, Farvar, what's that place
you like? All the doopy stuff on the wall. You
guys talking about Shenanigans a great movie. Well, you can't
have good without the bad, Lvar, what was bad?

Speaker 4 (36:06):
Did he? Oh?

Speaker 1 (36:16):
Hold on? Take that?

Speaker 9 (36:18):
That?

Speaker 1 (36:18):
Oh? Did he? Oh? Did he? He did? He definitely
did he?

Speaker 4 (36:24):
He did.

Speaker 1 (36:26):
I'm just curious as to will any athletes get implicated.
It could be bad, hey man, But anyways, I would
just leave it at diddy.

Speaker 3 (36:39):
I don't know if you get worse, but from bad
to worse was ugly this week. Oh, I mean it
was ugly the first week. It's got even uglier this week.
The Bears offense is just dreadful. And we can get
into a deeper dive on rookie quarterback play and all that,
but their offense is brutal. The offensive line couldn't protect
Caleb Williams. They don't even try and run the ball.

(37:01):
Good news is they're playing Indie this week and they've
got the worst run defense in the league. But just
to see the way this thing was all put together.
They built on the outside and then realized, oh, we've
got a problem inside apparently, And so now Kayleb Williams
is having to wear it. So hopefully he makes it
through the season in one piece. But yeah, that's my
ugly for the week. So there we go. I'll get

(37:21):
you on that. Clarence Carter's still alive, by the way,
eighty eight years old, Oh is he?

Speaker 1 (37:25):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (37:25):
Dang dang la Bari tried to kill him.

Speaker 1 (37:27):
All I thought he was gone. Man, they'll stroking, He'll
stroking to the east, to the west. I'd be stroking,
That's what I mean.
