in summer. Workouts you can show that you're willing to

get out there you had a good. Spring, oh there's
a buzz around this, player this, player that, player and
you get into the spring game and then the fan
base is able to see those. PLAYERS a lot of
those players are new players because you've graduated players them
going into the league or whatever it, may or just moving.

QUESTION i think there are three teams in The National
League east with a legitimate claim to being A World
series contendent of The braves if they just have more
health than they did a year. Ago The, mets of,
course just Added Juan. Soto they have had some injuries this,
spring but still a really good, team really, Deep lon
don't they ended up bringing Back Pete. Alonso and then The,

phillies who we know their ownership and their front office
are always committed to. Winning SO i think those three,
TEAMS i look at The National league as being where
a lot of the talent resides right now In Major League.
Baseball The, cubs of course are playing The dodgers right.
Now they've made a lot of steps this. Offseason they
brought In Kyle tucker from The Houston astros in a

really high profile. TRADE i think over in The American,
league we could be due for a, surprise whether it's The,
guardians whether it's the team Out. West maybe The mariners
have a healthy season with their pitching it and are
able to Get Julio rodriguez to bounce, back or perhaps
as a team out of The East, DIVISION i love
The Tampa Bay rays right. Now SO i think that

with the injuries The yankees have sustained and the injuries
The orals have, sustained there is a there is a
pathway for teams in The American. League SO i THINK
i think The National league we know a bit more
about the, contenders whereas in The American, LEAGUE i think
that that is the league of surprises right. Now and

a lot of people have is the third place team

represent The American league in The World. Series that would
not surprise me at, all just based on how much

has come out and said subsequent to that that he

has no plans to sell the, team and so the stalemate.
Continues there's been no progress on a new deal In Saint,
petersburg AND i don't think there will be, one at
least as long As sternberg is the. Owner could they
potentially could The rays and the city Of tampa across
The bay work out a deal whereby they could build
it Into Hillsboro. County perhaps obviously that now that now

they're going to be playing In Hillsborough county In tampa
at The yankee spring training, facility and maybe that provides
some kind of background for there to be a conversation
about potentially a ballpark in The Ebor city, area which
has been discussed in different ways for. Years this, topic

around for a. While what is The ray's? Future AND
i think it's inextricably linked to the future of the
game BECAUSE mlb wants to, expand they want to get
to thirty two, teams to be able to have whether
it's four divisions of eight or eight divisions of, four
and realignment and growing the game and bringing in some
expansion fees and grow the. Business there's a lot of
things they want to have. Happen but you cannot expand To,

nashville To, raleigh To, Portland, oregon To Salt Lake. City
you can't expand to those places unless you know where
the long term home with the raise is going to.

might say that making sure that The a's have their
stadium built In Las vegas which is still it's committed

vegas so there's a lot of work that has to
be done. There that they're going to play it At

and put the roof back on it when they realize
that they're not going to be hosting The rays there
In Saint pete for much more than a couple more.
Years so it is a very tenuous circumstance that is

is the gateway to actually getting what you, want which
