R you're listening to Fox Sports Radio.

Speaker 1 (00:39):
I can't believe I've never seen Thirteenth Warrior man Con.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
I don't even know when it came out.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
It's kind of disturbing.

Speaker 3 (00:44):
Actually, Lee, could you read the review for Thirteenth Warrior,
the Rotten Avocado or whatever it's called, and also the
uh the like the experts the critics reviews of it,
so we can just see exactly what we're looking at here.
I don't even know. I Lee seen it.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
He hate Lee seen it. It's a good movie.

Speaker 4 (01:05):
It had been a long time since I've seen it,
So I don't have a consensus review, which they sometimes
put on Rotten Tomato. I have one saying, let's read
a rotten one all in all proved to be a
cinematic outing that was definitely unlucky for some on taper.
That description undoubtedly seems ridiculous, but remember that The Thirteenth
Warrior does best when it makes the ridiculous seem cool.

Speaker 3 (01:28):
What I'm showing a six point six rating out of ten.

Speaker 4 (01:31):
I was directed by Michael Crichton.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
Thirty three percent Rotten Tomatoes for audience rating summary four
point seven. Let me help.

Speaker 3 (01:45):
Are you trying to bump the numbers?

Speaker 1 (01:46):
UF? I just bumped. I just hit five stars.

Speaker 5 (01:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:50):
Atmospheric, great sets and costumes, but thin plot. That's the consensus.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
The plot was thin, but it's a warrior movie. It
didn't need to have a thick plot.

Speaker 3 (02:01):
Good music.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
It's great music. And Bouvi is the man. He's the
man likes just bottom line. You know what, I'm convinced
to watch it. I am watching it today. I'm putting
it on. Yeah, you gotta watch it Amazon.

Speaker 5 (02:15):
You have nothing else you could be doing, right, we
go to t.

Speaker 1 (02:20):
B Even if you have something else to do. If
you stop to watch a movie today, try to find
thirteen four year I'm going to do.

Speaker 5 (02:28):
It as well. I'm going to.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
I'm really going to do this.

Speaker 3 (02:35):
By the way, how's that not a drop in the system?
Can we not get Chris rock right after you got
all right?

Speaker 5 (02:43):
I've been told it's budgetary issues. That's would have been told.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
Oh snap, right, oh snap.

Speaker 3 (02:54):
Two pros and a cup of Joe here on Fox
Sports Radio.

Speaker 1 (03:00):
Was everything but pro just now.

Speaker 3 (03:02):
Yes, I have my Quinn.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
Yeah, I got nervous in my spirit. Yeah, Brady's a
thirteenth Warrior now the fourteenth black smoke. Brady don't want
that black smoke. He won't turn back white smoke. Racist damn.

Speaker 3 (03:28):
Right, So we we we continue on with the the
coverage of what the hell happened with the Shadoor Sanders
old number twelve for the Cleveland Browns, even though members
of his camp were not pleased with the number that
was assigned to him. But Tom Brady was on the
Impulsive podcast with Jake Paul excuse me, Logan Paul, my apologies,

(03:54):
and he had this to say when asked about the
Shadoor Sanders slide.

Speaker 5 (03:58):
Elephant in the room Sanders, what happened? Tom? Why did
he go so late in the draft.

Speaker 6 (04:04):
It's a good question. I was I wouldn't have part
of any evaluation process or to each otherwise I know,
well everyone's got every you know, that's a problem with
media is everyone can just say whatever they want. I
actually texted Shador because I've known him very well, and
I said, dude, like, whatever happens wherever you go, that's
your first day, Day two matters more than the draft.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
I was one ninety nine.

Speaker 5 (04:26):
Yeah, so who could speak on it better than me?

Speaker 1 (04:29):
Like what that really means?

Speaker 5 (04:31):
Use it as motivation.

Speaker 6 (04:32):
You're gonna get your chances, go take advantage of it.

Speaker 3 (04:35):
So he had no input whatsoever in this whole discussion,
like because that is the part that's and I remember
when we kind of kicked this idea around because LeVar
throughout in leading up to the draft, like, there could
be a slide if he doesn't go to this team
or that team, there could be a slide. And my
thought was, well, if Tom Brady has this relationship with

(04:58):
him and they don't take him, then is that saying something.
And they didn't take him a bunch of times and
still took They still took a quarterback in the draft,
so it's not like they were reversed to taking a
player at that position. It just feels like, why wouldn't
they have been the one to jump at him if
that was the case.

Speaker 5 (05:18):
I think there's a lot of reasons why they didn't.

Speaker 7 (05:23):
Look, Pete Carroll's the new head coach there, he's trying
to set his culture, his environment, everything that he wants.

Speaker 5 (05:30):
So I am.

Speaker 7 (05:31):
Sure on the way in he said to Tom Brady,
Mark Davis, whoever was a part of those conversations with
their prospective head coaches, I'm not taking this job if
I can't have final say on the roster. And that
means the draft, that means free agency, that means resigning guys,

(05:53):
all of it. So John Spyzek maybe close with Tom
Brady and he might be in that position, but I
would assume it's ultimately Pete Carroll's call. So if you
look at the moves they've made since Pete Carroll's taken
over as head coach, they bring in Geno Smith, that's
his hand picked quarterback. They bring it comes from Seattle.

(06:13):
He was just with them. He's gonna start building the
type of environment and culture that Pete Carroll thinks that
Las Vegas needs, and so everything's gonna then feed from there,
and again not saying that Shador Sanders will come in
and be divisive or be the type of guy that's
not gonna try to play along with the culture of

(06:35):
the team. But if there's any questions, if there's any
doubt that he would be the type of player that
would do that, he's off the list. He's not a
part of the conversation. I think that's one of the
more underlying things about his drop that not many people
have touched on, is the culture and the environment of

(06:58):
a team and what a coach wants, and with the
leader on that team one, you know, they want guys
to fall in line behind them, especially rookies, where you've
got to earn your stripes. You've got to earn everything
with those veteran guys, those veteran players, because the second
you know, a head coach or someone in that position
brings in a rookie that's going to take away from
all that unless he's got extreme talent, right, extraordinary talent

(07:23):
in some way, those veterans are gonna get lost too,
because they're gonna be looking at the head coach, They're
gonna be look at the general manager going what did
you guys do? Why do you guys bring in this guy.
So to me, it all starts with looking at Pete
Carroll as the head coach, having complete control of it,
and him saying, this is not the type of guy
we want to bring in to our locker and our environment.

Speaker 5 (07:44):
Now that may change in the future.

Speaker 7 (07:46):
I'm sure they did all their due diligence, but at
this juncture, that's probably where he's at. And the other
thing on top of all this is, yes, it's Tom Brady.
He's a limited partner. This is Mark Davis's and it
doesn't matter what Skip says, I don't care any wait
in that, if Tom Brady says.

Speaker 5 (08:05):
He wasn't involved, he wasn't involved.

Speaker 7 (08:07):
And by the way, if Tom Brady was involved, especially
to the degree that I think one day he will
be when he's probably a majority owner of that team,
I think he's going to be in every single meeting.
I think he's going to look at every single thing
that's taped, everything else, a single thing that's reviewed, because
he understands the importance of the quarterback position, and he
understands the importance of not missing on guys. Because he

(08:29):
probably looks at his career and says, well, all these
teams missed on me, and so I don't want to
be a team that waits for a guy that I
feel like could be the greatest of all time. And so,
knowing his work ethic, knowing how he is, I'm sure
he's going to be intricately involved in every one of
those meetings, especially with quarterbacks and playing a very active role.
And so if he wasn't involved, and he maybe even

(08:52):
even said to him, look, I've got a personal relationship
with him, I need to recuse myself of any involvement
in this, not only with you know, Chadoor, but maybe
with the position altogether because of how sensitive it was
to him, especially when you have a personal relationship that
happens all the time in business.

Speaker 5 (09:10):
Hey someone have a personal Yeah, okay, you need to
leave the room.

Speaker 7 (09:13):
Like you can't vote, You can't be a part of
this because we can't allow anyone to make an emotional decision.

Speaker 5 (09:18):
This is a business decision. That's kind of how I
see it.

Speaker 1 (09:24):
Can I address the elephant in the room, please? The odds? Yeah, yeah,
it's black smoke. The odds are not in favor for
Shador Sanders right now. Just let it sink in the

(09:47):
odds are not in favor of Shador Sanders having a
productive career in the national football There have been exceptions,
and Tom Brady is clearly easily the best example. Some

(10:10):
could throw out Kurt Warner, he was stocking grocery store.
You know what is it called what are those things
called high V?

Speaker 3 (10:20):
I think it was a high V grocery store.

Speaker 1 (10:22):
And it was bagging groceries. I thought he was stocking
the shelves. There you go to see.

Speaker 3 (10:26):
I'm more of a pickley wiggly guy myself. But again,
teach her on.

Speaker 1 (10:30):
Here's the point, man, It's just the odds are not
on his side. And how how this shakes out and
how it plays out could end up being a very
very triumphant, you know, motivating, inspiring story. But make no

(10:54):
mistake about it, he's not He's not poor. So he's
not going to be a no grocery store. I can
guarantee you that he's not going to be bagging groceries.
You're not going to have a poor man's story that
made it. This is not pursued a happiness. It's just
not whatever it is that that happens. Chadoor is pursuing

(11:20):
a dream, they want to be professional ballplayers, and I
think that's very clear, that's abundantly clear. But is Shadoor
Sanders going to be fine if it doesn't work out
in football? I would assume that there is nothing in

(11:41):
this world that Dion Sanders wouldn't do to make sure
that any one of his children are fine moving forward
in life. So football is it would be a great
thing if it happens for him, but it's not the
end all tell all. This is not a kid from
the inner city that came from the muck of the

(12:01):
mud and needed this. That's not the scenario here. And
I'm just being honest. If we took Shador Sanders name,
and I'll pose this question to you, guys, if we
took Shador Sanders name off of the draft pick and
said that you have a team with Deshaun Watson, with

(12:24):
Joe Flacco, with Kenny Pickett and a draft pick that
came before you in a ladder round and Dylan Gabriel
before you were selected in the fifth round, and you
take the name off of it, do you think he's
even on the roster by the time you get through

(12:48):
through many camp, through training camp. I'll tell you for me.
I know. I pose the question to you, guys, I say, no,
I don't think he makes it to the roster. If
I'm addressing the elephant in the room, I do not
believe Shador Sanders makes it onto the roster in Cleveland.

Speaker 5 (13:12):
I'll leave it to y'all.

Speaker 1 (13:12):
I mean, now the elephant. Now the elephant has been addressed,
all right, I mean that's i'd say that.

Speaker 3 (13:19):
Now it's been addressed. So the undertaker is back this morning?

Speaker 5 (13:22):
Yeah? Is that a stick's pick?

Speaker 1 (13:25):
Go ahead, go ahead right now?

Speaker 5 (13:26):
Sticks picks?

Speaker 1 (13:27):
Damn And you know I would say this.

Speaker 7 (13:31):
I mean, here's the thing is before Well, I think
you're wrong. Including Deshaun Watson as part of it does
not matter. He will not be on the active roster.
He will be on IR. So the decision on how
many quarterbacks you're going to keep on the active roster
when it comes, he doesn't.

Speaker 5 (13:48):
Factor into it at all. So you really work with
four quarterbacks.

Speaker 7 (13:51):
So it's between Flacco, Pickett, Dylan Gabriel the third round pick.

Speaker 5 (13:57):
And Shador Sanders.

Speaker 7 (13:59):
I think between like, I think Joe Flack would be
much more app if he doesn't win the starting job
to be able to sit and be the backup.

Speaker 5 (14:09):
Until he gets his opportunity.

Speaker 7 (14:11):
So I think regardless of what happens between Kenny pick
and Joe Flacco, he stays. It's Kenny Pickett that I think,
because of where his career is at. I could see
if things don't work out, where he doesn't start, maybe
he says, release me or trade me, let me go

(14:31):
somewhere else to a quarterback needy team and try to
play somewhere else. I could see that scenario of plying out.

Speaker 1 (14:40):
It is hell, why not why not sit and wait
for for him to fall apart. Damn, I'm going to
get my opportunity.

Speaker 7 (14:47):
And here's the thing is, I'm not saying that that's
not potentially the scenario. Well, you'd have to think that
if they drafted two quarterbacks behind you after trading for you,
clearly they you know, they.

Speaker 5 (15:03):
Think enough of you to trade for you.

Speaker 7 (15:04):
But if they're drafted two quarterbacks behind you, not enough
to say that you're gonna be definitively the guy at
any point, like, you gotta earn it, try to beat
out Flacco, and then you gotta hold on to it,
which is tough to do. So I just think in
his situation. He might be saying like, well, maybe there's
not that much separates from him and Dylan Gabriel, him

(15:24):
and shad Or Sanders, So he might want to try
to look to go elsewhere. And that's one scenario that
could play out. There's also the scenario that Shador outplays
Dylan Gabriel. I mean, I'll be fully honest about it,
like I thought Shadoor based on what I watched on tape.
If you're talking about just a pure football player, is

(15:45):
a player that translates better to the NFL game than
Dylan Gabriel's game has. You know, there's gonna be some
limitations with Dylan Gabriel giving a side giving he's gonna
have to play in the shotgun given you know, he's
gonna have to, you know, do some different things if
he's ever gonna be under center. I mean, one of
the things that you kind of miss on Kevin Stefanski
is he comes from the coaching tree that they love
the outside zone running scheme. And so if you want

(16:07):
to really be effective with the outside zone running, you
got to play under center. You have to be able
to give the running back those angles. You have to
be able to give play action boots, all that, a
shot from shotgun, they're just not as effective.

Speaker 5 (16:19):
When you have a short quarterback.

Speaker 7 (16:21):
You can do those things, but you really have to
get him away from the line of scrimmage. So it's
a lot of deep drop. So it's a lot of boots.
And Dylan Gabriel can do all those things, but we
still need to see him do all of that. I
think Shador is very capable of doing that as well.
But to me, he's not as limited with a lot
of what he'll be asked to do just because of

(16:41):
his size. And I know there's not a huge difference.
It's not like he's like six foot six and Dylan
Gabriel's five foot six, but the difference between the two
is is significant.

Speaker 1 (16:54):
And I know he is a little DoD I met
him at the Hall of Fame dinner in Vegas. He
is a he's a little dude.

Speaker 5 (17:02):
Yeah, he is a little du five to eleven, right.
He feels probably at you that he's a little dude.

Speaker 7 (17:07):
Brouh, Yeah, and so that but that concerns you, right
because you're sitting there saying, okay, can he see I
mean I was almost six foot four.

Speaker 5 (17:15):
I think three six, three and seven eight or whatever.

Speaker 1 (17:17):
The combine, and you still are going to have moments
you're blind throw you gotta make sure, yeah, you gotta
try to see.

Speaker 7 (17:22):
I mean, I Ryan Tucker early on in my career,
big dude, big old dude out TC out of Texas.
Like I mean, when you drop back, you forget that
dude's sitting at six foot four, six foot five, six
foot six, and then the dude he's going up against
is easily six foot four, six foot five, six foot six.

Speaker 5 (17:39):
That's just on their tackles.

Speaker 7 (17:41):
You have two massive bodies that you sometimes have to
find throwing lance or you have to be able to
throw a ball with timing in rhythm to a spot
that you better hope and believe that your receiver is
going to be at because of his routes based on
timing and precision. So there's all those things that make
it difficult for a guy that is shorter to be

(18:01):
able to see it and especially play from under center.
So look as far as how this plays out.

Speaker 5 (18:10):
Well, again it doesn't matter.

Speaker 7 (18:12):
I'm just saying, as far as how this all plays out,
they'll get the battle, they'll be able to have the
opportunity to get reps.

Speaker 5 (18:17):
My biggest issue with all of us.

Speaker 7 (18:19):
I'll keep saying this is for the Cleveland Browns, for
their fan base, everyone as a whole, this whole quarterback
you know, conundrum does not seem conducive to winning football
games in the toughest division in the NFL. Like having,
I mean, four different guys are gonna be splitting reps.

(18:40):
You're trying to get them all ready, and maybe you
say it it's a black on picket.

Speaker 5 (18:44):
That doesn't give me much confidence.

Speaker 7 (18:46):
When you look at Cincinnati, is there any question about
who the quarterback is Joe Burrow? No, you look at
Baltimore's any question the quarterback is Lamar Jackson. And by
the way, two of the best maybe to ever do
it when it's all said and done. And then at
Pittsburgh we're probably gonna be looking at Aaron Rodgers. So
it's like, when it comes down to it, like that's
what you're going up against. I just I feel like

(19:06):
it would have been better off if they were definitive
about one of these guys being the guy, and then
they look at two guys didn't work out, go somewhere else.

Speaker 1 (19:15):
You got two guys that can come in right now
and play for your team that have played in the
AFC North and one has a Super Bowl in the
AFC North. You got two guys, how many reps? And
keep in mind, is as little as five to eleven?
Is they took that man in the third round. They

(19:38):
took him in the third round. There was a whole
entire round that went by before they took Shador Sanders.
A whole entire round went by after Dylan Gabriel was
selected by the Cleveland Browns, a whole entire round.

Speaker 3 (19:57):
So can we just get it.

Speaker 1 (19:58):
I don't think there's gonna be enough balls and reps
for both of them young boys to make that roster.
I don't see it.

Speaker 5 (20:10):
I don't sticks picks.

Speaker 1 (20:12):
There you go.

Speaker 3 (20:14):
So you're calling it?

Speaker 5 (20:15):
Are you including the practice squad as part of it?

Speaker 1 (20:20):
I do not believe when it's all said, you're not
gonna answer my question. Are you when all of the
dust and the smoke.

Speaker 5 (20:32):
Clears, does practice squad cows.

Speaker 1 (20:38):
Chedor Sanders will not be on the Cleveland Browns team?
Damn he will not be in Cleveland come Week one
of the new NFL football the start of the football season.

Speaker 5 (21:03):
Does the practice squad count.

Speaker 1 (21:06):
Did you hear what I just said. He won't even
be in Cleveland, not even on the squad. Okay, he
won't listen what I'm telling you. He won't be at
a hotel, he won't be in in a house, he
won't be in a moattail, and he won't see a mouse.
And it won't be in Cleveland.

Speaker 5 (21:28):
Okay.

Speaker 7 (21:30):
Here's the one thing that is an interesting question I'll
ask both of you is sometimes when you get so
remember there's like the initial cut where everyone has to.

Speaker 5 (21:39):
Cut down to fifty three men.

Speaker 7 (21:41):
However, what usually happens is nothing matters until the Week
one roster for that first game. That's when you ultimately
see what the roster will be for the rest of season,
because there's some guys that'll keep after that initial wave
of cuts to stash on the roster, and then they'll
like released right before week one to be able to

(22:03):
then put them on their practice squad or figure out
a way of still keeping them as a part of
the organization they really like. Well, you do that with
players that you're worried about people snatching them off of
your practice squad. So that's why I asked the question
about practice.

Speaker 1 (22:19):
Squad, he's going to land on a team, But I don't.
I don't. It's not gonna He's not going to be
in Cleveland. He will land on a team that's my
And you think the prediction is he gets cut and
he goes somewhere else, And you want to know why
that's my reasoning. It's not because oh you're throwing shade
at your door, Oh you're hating on your door.

Speaker 3 (22:42):
No, I think there's a lot of racial undertones. To
be honest with you, from where I'm sitting.

Speaker 1 (22:47):
I would love to know the stat on a fifth
round pick that ends up being on a roster, even
the practice squad that had a round draft pick in
front of them and two free agents that had to
battle it out for the starting job. Because those two
draft picks are not going to battle it out in

(23:09):
the beginning, in the initial to be the starter of
this team. I do not see that that is not
realistic in terms of the National Football League, and especially
not in the AFC North. I do not see them
getting enough reps, and generally speaking, a late round draft

(23:30):
pick to a free agent do not get enough reps,
not even and let's be clear, even if they do
get reps even if they do play in the preseason.
You will see a guy that had a tremendous a
tremendous preseason that was an undrafted free agent. You will

(23:51):
see a guy that was a late round draft pick
that has a tremendous preseason and they still get cut
because it's a numbers game, and the numbers game does
not fall into the category of of of advantageous for

(24:12):
a fifth round pick, especially and this is key, especially
out of position where it's only one. This isn't a
receiver where there's there's what what does a receiver room
have six of them? Something like that?

Speaker 5 (24:28):
Six seven with practical Okay.

Speaker 1 (24:30):
This is not one of those multi you get a
lot of guys in the room, so it's like, oh,
you know, you can give him time. It's not that
position there is only one. There's only one quarterback, and
you can't you cannot hide him as as a slash stowart.

(24:54):
You can't put him at kick returner, you can't put
him at receiver, you can't use him as a dual
threat guy where you move him around. He's a quarterback.
It is it is not feasible to think that the
position of where he got drafted that he will be

(25:16):
with the Cleveland Browns, and I'm taking the name. I'm
removing the name. I'm not saying this based off of
the name. I'm saying it based off of what history says,
what the way things are done. That's what I'm basing
this off of. That's what it's based off of, not
sha Door Sanders being a fifth round draft pick after

(25:39):
there was a third round draft pick that came before
you and two free agents brought in and you need
a starter in the AFC North. That's what I'm basing
it off of. Well, Shade, I promise it's not Shades,
just it's just truth and he needs to be prepared
for that.

Speaker 3 (25:56):
It is Two Pros and a Cup of Joe here

Be sure to catch live editions of Two Pros and
a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LeVar Arrington, and

Speaker 1 (26:24):
I was been watching it the other day, yesterday. I
was been watching it Sunday, Sunday, and yesterday you're watching
got huh yeah yeah, yeah Sunday, not yesterday. It's fricking Thursday.
God dang, the week went fast. I was binge watching
it over over the weekend. I'm still good or no,

(26:50):
and you are exactly right, Jonas?

Speaker 5 (26:54):
What God segue to our next subject?

Speaker 3 (27:02):
I don't know, I mean for that, Yeah, that's that's true.

Speaker 1 (27:04):
I'm just I'm just looking at what you putting in
the chat. You know, am I wrong? No?

Speaker 7 (27:10):
No, no, no, you are not definitely not wrong. You
know what else You're not wrong about that?

Speaker 1 (27:15):
Listen.

Speaker 7 (27:16):
So I've dealt with back pain myself, so I know
the right mattress makes a difference.

Speaker 5 (27:20):
Matches from sleep.

Speaker 7 (27:21):
Sleep experts will help you find the perfect bed for
your unique needs. LeVar get matched that mattress firms Memorial

Speaker 5 (27:31):

to be starting.

Speaker 1 (27:36):
Starting to do this?

Speaker 3 (27:38):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (27:40):
Is he is?

Speaker 2 (27:41):
He is?

Speaker 1 (27:41):
He is?

Speaker 5 (27:42):
He is?

Speaker 1 (27:43):
He is?

Speaker 3 (27:43):
He do two pros and a cup of joe here
on Fox Sports Radio. By the way, I have more
troubling uh news for somebody this offseason in the NFL.
We'll get into that for you about twelve minutes from
now here on FSR. Somebody else wants in on the action.
That somebody is the city of balt More. The Ravens
would like an opportunity to host the NFL Draft. We

(28:05):
obviously saw the success that Green Bay had with it,
the success that other cities have had with it. It
was announced that Pittsburgh's getting it this upcoming year, Washington's
getting it the year after that, and according to Todd
Karpovich of The Baltimore Sun, the Maryland Stadium authorities exploring
the possibility of hosting the Draft in twenty twenty nine,

(28:25):
twenty thirty or twenty thirty one. And if you're a team,
an East Coast team, or a team that's never going
to get a Super Bowl, why the hell would you
not throw your name in the hat to host the Draft.
It's become next to the Super Bowl, the event to
want to be a part of, and based on the
fact that it gets bigger and bigger every year, it

(28:47):
seems like Baltimore apparently once in on the action, and
they're thrown out three different years to try and make
that happen.

Speaker 1 (28:55):
I wonder would it be warm enough if it were
warm guess because it is spring. If it's warm enough.
I think Baltimore is a fun play. I mean it's
Baltimore is almost in some ways a mirror image of Pittsburgh.
I think that's why they hate each other so much.

(29:15):
It's because they're kind of the same. They're like they're
water driven, you know, mill driven industries that you know
obviously ran their course. They don't they don't do the
steel mills and all kinds of stuff like they did
back in the eighties and the seventies anymore. And a

(29:36):
lot of the parts have become depressed parts of the area.
So but the nice parts are very nice. The nice
parts of Pittsburgh that aren't touristy, they're very nice. The
same thing goes for Baltimore, like where the power plant
and all that stuff is, like in the Inner Harbor
or whatever. There is a lot of nice attractions in

(30:00):
that downtown Baltimore area, So it could be definitely could
be a nice destination for for the draft. It just
seems like maybe my biggest concern would probably be the weather.
You know, is it going to be raining? I would
think that that's that time of the year where you
could run into there being a lot of showers, and

(30:22):
I would assume a lot of the activities that would
be surrounding the draft would most likely be outside.

Speaker 3 (30:29):
I mean, it's almost May. You got to deal with
Weather's that much of an issue. I mean green Bay got.

Speaker 1 (30:34):
A little bit April showers. It's April, though, isn't it.
When when's the draft? Early May a late April? It
might be a lot of rain, man, that's you know.
But again, but it's still a lot of attractions in
downtown Baltimore. I remember they did a what was it

(30:55):
a kickoff opener, like for the kickoff of the season.
They did this big, big activation and it was Baltimore
playing in the first game, and I remember going to
it and it was really nice, like the way they
had it set up, the fan experience, it was really nice.

(31:15):
And a lot of things are centralized, so I think
it could support Baltimore could support it. They got enough
hotels in that area for a draft, and I think
that they do a lot of events in Baltimore too,
So I think they could do it. I don't think
that that would be a bad idea to do it
and do it in Baltimore.

Speaker 3 (31:36):
It's a good idea everywhere. Buffalo should want to do it. Yeah,
I mean the Rams just went just announcer going, where
is it Maui? They're taking their Maui for.

Speaker 5 (31:45):
Their mini camp.

Speaker 7 (31:46):
By the way, call mean is like the biggest fan
of Sean McVay and less sneed like for making that happen.

Speaker 5 (31:53):
How cool is that?

Speaker 7 (31:55):
I mean, I've never been to Hawaiian like to go
and be able to like play football hang out there,
that'd be unbelievable.

Speaker 3 (32:02):
Listen, I told you we got an open invitation from
our fine affiliate Fox Sports nine ninety out there. They've
said that's not true. That's true, And not once have
you ever said anything else. I just say stuff said
to God. I I've talked to them multiple times. They
have They have given me the heads up, let's let's
try and make it happen. Get you guys out here.
I mean, I don't know if we got to do it. Look,

(32:23):
we went to Ireland for a football game. We couldn't
go to the Hawaii opener. I think they're playing Stanford,
you know, go catch up with Frank Reich, who's a
head coach for some reason, like that's you know, it
feels like it would be a fun time out there.
I'm just saying, it's it's the offers there. If the
Rams can do it, I think we could do but
Oka or you know what they could do throw the

(32:45):
draft in Hawaii. I mean, you ripped the Pro Bowl
out of their cold dead hands. At least you could
do is give them the draft, like give them that instead,
like as a little make good. So there's options there,
But the draft any like it's it gets bigger every year,
And I didn't realize that part of the like the
reason why they initially moved it out of New York

(33:06):
is because there was a scheduling conflict at Radio City
Music Hall and they couldn't have the draft at that time.
They're like, all right, so we'll move to Chicago, and
they kind of stumbled upon how successful it's been.

Speaker 1 (33:19):
Do you think they did it calmly or did you
think they did it with an attitude? How dare you
not give us the schedule that we want? Or do
you think they was like, oh, no worries. You know
it's the nutcracker or you know.

Speaker 5 (33:34):
What could be a conflict with the NFL draft.

Speaker 1 (33:37):
You know is Lion King On on Broadway.

Speaker 3 (33:40):
They said there was some Easter event. I think I
saw like there was like an Easter event and there
was a scheduling conflict.

Speaker 5 (33:48):
Is this real?

Speaker 3 (33:48):
I swear I read I read it yesterday. Do you
look that up?

Speaker 1 (33:53):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (33:53):
I don't know if they were doing like an egg
hunt at Radio City Music Hall, but there was some east. Okay,
So Lee's got the the informations here on Fox Sports, right,
he has got it despite what he says, he definitely
has the information here Live on the Air does lead
the lap. Who's got the information here?

Speaker 1 (34:11):
He doesn't? Why exist? It has not gone up yet. Look,
hasn't gone up yet.

Speaker 5 (34:17):
It wasn't.

Speaker 4 (34:18):
Yes, it was an easter Easter themed event with Radio
City Music Hall that ended up derailing it.

Speaker 1 (34:25):
Beck in what year was this fifteen?

Speaker 4 (34:31):
Yes, that's all I see is Easter themed event. I'm
trying to figure out what the event is.

Speaker 1 (34:35):
That's crazy.

Speaker 3 (34:36):
By the way, if you're Radio City Music Hall, you
should just say, hey, Easter money, take a walk. Okay,
it's the NFL.

Speaker 1 (34:43):
That had to be some powerful people. Tell me event,
tell me which one makes more money. That's all I
want to know.

Speaker 3 (34:50):
Yeah, depends on who's side and the eggs.

Speaker 1 (34:54):
Dang, that's true, man, Yeah, it had to been some
some powerful people had the eggs. Man, my son.

Speaker 3 (35:04):
Didn't get a dime in his eggs from the easter, buddy,
this year, not a dime. Got some Payeso's just not
a dime. Two Pros and a Cup of Joe, Fox

reaction out.

Speaker 1 (35:30):

not the point.

Speaker 5 (35:35):

interesting offseason for Tyreek Hill. His exit meeting with the
Dolphins or his final comments led people to believe that
he wasn't happy there, and he walked back on that,

(37:02):
and then there was other discussions from their GM and
their coach about well, you know, we're hoping things work
out with Tyreek, et cetera, et cetera. And then there
was that you know situation that took place with his
I guess wife and their baby on a balcony, like
just sort of all sorts of stuff out there about
Tyreek Hill. And then lo and behold he went ahead

(37:23):
and had a second procedure on his wrist.

Speaker 1 (37:26):
And he posted she was going to say on something else. No, No,
I mean I wouldn't be mad if he did.

Speaker 3 (37:38):
Yeah, getting pricey these days. But so now it's a
second surgery.

Speaker 2 (37:45):
Now is this?

Speaker 3 (37:46):
So my understanding is he just got screws removed. So
there was the initial surgery and these are just to
get the screws removed. But you guys have always told
me that surgery is surgery, like if they got to
open you up, they got to open you up. But
it does feel like this has not been the ideal
offseason for Tyreek killing the Dolphins.

Speaker 7 (38:05):
Surgery to his wrist, correct, Yeah, not his legs? No, Yeah,
I think he'll be good. Yeah, I think he'll be
all right. I mean, his main attribute is his speed,
and so if it was something to his knee, his ankle, achilles, whatever, hip,
it'd be one thing. But what he does allows him

(38:27):
to separate and it creates enough separation in space where
I think he'll be fine, He'll be able to rehabit.
I don't think this will be a debilitating injury for him.
I think what stands out more is, hopefully the sound
we have of him talked about his top five quarterbacks
in the NFL, and the guy he's throwing on him
is not one of them.

Speaker 5 (38:45):
Say, could I right my top five quarterbacks?

Speaker 1 (38:49):
Lamar Josh Pat Obviously no, this is no order, by
the way, Maker Mayfield.

Speaker 5 (38:57):
And Joe b Joe shisty too.

Speaker 3 (39:00):
How about that Baker Mayfield over to.

Speaker 1 (39:03):
How about no Tua? How about no Tua? Tongue of ala?
Hey man, he's I mean what he what he said that? Uh?
He was happier with Tua and Tua's accuracy versus Pat Mahomes.
Now now it's Pat and I hear no Tua. Heh

(39:26):
no bad. He just real out here.

Speaker 3 (39:29):
Wollyeah, get real, getting real out there, all right?

Speaker 1 (39:34):
So, uh, that's a shot of shade. That's a shade
grenade right there over.

Speaker 3 (39:38):
Under season and a half Tyreek Hills with the Dolphins.
I'll take the under the and feel comfortable with it.
Under bar.

Speaker 1 (39:52):
Yeah, I'm gonna go with the under sticks picks
