Speaker 4 (01:25):
All right, So we have this fine.
Speaker 1 (01:28):
System that if there are and Brady, you can kind
of take the reins on this.
Speaker 4 (01:35):
What are the fines for for each person?
Speaker 5 (01:39):
Well, I mean it's kind of continued to grow and
build over the course of our show. But usually for
Jonas it's a It's a number of things. It could
be you being passive aggressive, which reveals itself in the
form of like heavy sarcasm.
Speaker 3 (01:56):
It could be you being a weenie.
Speaker 5 (01:58):
We've noticed that before, you doing what's called a guest suck,
where you suck up to the guest that we have on.
Speaker 3 (02:06):
It could be any of those, and I'm sure there's
some others as well.
Speaker 5 (02:10):
LeVar, any sort of reminiscing or self proclamations that he makes,
or any sort of complaining there's sometimes there's some complaining
that's involved in that too, or any sort of self suck.
In that case, I pretty much get fined for who
cares which somehow I'm way ahead. I'm double the amount
(02:33):
of fines than LeVar. And the only reason I'm ahead
of Jonas is because he lost his last appeal. And
then Patty's speaker, Patty, Patty's scared of LeVar. So every
time he does something during our show where he demonstrates
how scared he is of LeVar, will you give him
a fine?
Speaker 1 (02:51):
It's so ridiculous, that's fair.
Speaker 5 (02:55):
So the current fine amounts, I'm at forty dollars. LeVar
is at twenty, Jonas is at forty five, which is
actually eight hundred and twenty one points sixty two pesos,
and then Patti Sweeka is at ten.
Speaker 6 (03:08):
Yeah, Jonas should be at like one hundred and fifty
dollars or what what do you mean for what? Well,
let's get get much grace from bort from Britain.
Speaker 5 (03:18):
Order in the court, Order in the court, let's start
today's appeal injection.
Speaker 1 (03:22):
I don't know why, you know, I'm a little fed
up with you attacking my friend. You know, like we
have a we have a ten year bond that you're
trying to dismaye and another time.
Speaker 5 (03:32):
Mister mister Knox, you'd like to appeal today? Yes, you
may proceed.
Speaker 1 (03:37):
Okay, thank you, your honor Dom for your time and
the opportunity to defend myself here in the court Earlier
this week, when we open up the show on Monday,
I was trying to do a couple of things. I
was trying to let the listeners know that we are
going to definitely talk NFL, but the prior was college
(04:01):
football based on the storylines, based on the results from
Sunday's game, the best games all took place on Thanksgiving
and on Black Friday. So because of that, I felt
like college football was the story. But I wanted people
to know, don't worry, we will talk NFL, but there
are bigger issues at play here to open up the
(04:22):
show and open up the week on Monday, and I
also wanted to infuse a Dave Chappelle joke that we've
talked about on this show before and it sounded like this,
So we are going to sprinkle in some NFL crack
on Johnson throughout the course of it.
Speaker 2 (04:40):
That's going to be ten dollars for what.
Speaker 6 (04:42):
That's ten dollars, and it might be the quickest fine
of the year.
Speaker 7 (04:48):
What it might be the quickest one.
Speaker 6 (04:50):
I thought we were all agreement on thision.
Speaker 7 (04:54):
No gentleness, it's the way you said it.
Speaker 4 (04:57):
It's the way Dave Chappelle track on them, John know what.
Speaker 6 (05:01):
I know what the reference was, but it's the way
you referenced it in terms of what the conversation was
on the text message. That's correct. That was that was
a direct shot back at Q.
Speaker 2 (05:16):
Was it was not.
Speaker 7 (05:19):
It was a direct Let the Q.
Speaker 5 (05:21):
Let the record show this is not all of the
conversation that took at that time. There was much more
conversation before Jonas even implemented this passive aggressiveness, which is
why he feels the need to defend himself. Mister Arrington,
since you're on the other side of this, do you
have any evidence or anything you'd.
Speaker 3 (05:40):
Like to uh, any remarks you'd like to make.
Speaker 6 (05:42):
Well, I give you some remarks. I don't need any evidence.
The evidence was just presented your honor. I mean, we
were looking at the show run down and you made
it a point to let Jonas know he doesn't like
talking college football, and there were some bigger stories that
were in college football. Then we're in the NFL, and
(06:08):
that's what he started the show off with, like we're
gonna sprinkle some like some crack on him like and
it was a feeble attempt to basically passively aggressive, say
we're going to talk college football instead of the NFL
because I'm getting attacked, I'm getting made fun of, and
(06:31):
all of these other things by you guys because you
think that all I want to do is talk pro football.
Like it was so passive aggressive. It was easily passive aggressive.
It passes the test. He did it very quickly into
the show, and there you have it. He's guilty. Like
that was passive aggressive approach to saying let's talk college
(06:53):
football and not talk pro football because Jonas likes to
talk pro football while you guys think that or bigger
stories at the college level.
Speaker 7 (07:01):
It's passive aggressive.
Speaker 1 (07:03):
Your honor, Your honor? Can I can I just say this?
I think this there's some confusion here. I was looking
out for the listeners and letting them know what was
coming up on the show. I think that's where LeVar
got confused.
Speaker 7 (07:17):
Telling to sprinkle some CRAF.
Speaker 4 (07:19):
But I think.
Speaker 1 (07:22):
In the court, I think I think that there was
some confusion there because LeVar is not used to having
listeners on Saturday. So because of that, I was I
was thinking about what.
Speaker 4 (07:36):
I'm trying to listen.
Speaker 1 (07:37):
I'm trying to get to the bottom of this and
let everybody know this is on the up and up
and I and I want this to be fair and
balanced because I respect your decision either way. I'm just
letting you know that that maybe there's some influence, uh
you know, from somebody that you may or may not
be spending some time with in Las Vegas this week.
I'm just letting you know like that, that maybe there's
some there's something else going on there.
Speaker 7 (07:58):
I don't weak too, I don't want to.
Speaker 1 (07:59):
I don't want to accuse anybody of anything, but maybe
there's some behind the scenes stuff going on there, uh
that that maybe there's some favoritism at play. Again, I
don't want to make any accusation.
Speaker 6 (08:09):
Favoritism, y'are the ones that top gun up, top it
all the time, Like there's no favoritism here.
Speaker 7 (08:16):
This favoritism towards you. You should be up to like.
Speaker 6 (08:18):
One hundred dollars in fines and you've been getting grace.
This one you shouldn't get out of. That's all I'm
gonna say, Your honor, you in the court, you shouldn't
get out.
Speaker 7 (08:28):
Of the.
Speaker 3 (08:32):
Order in the court.
Speaker 5 (08:33):
I have I have heard both both of your statements,
and I am ready to rule. It is of my
opinion and the Court's opinion, that one Jonas Knox is
indeed guilty of passive aggressive in regards to not wanting
(08:56):
to talk about college football. Yeah, mister Knox, you will
also receive an additional five dollars fine for a failed appeal,
which brings your total now to fifty dollars.
Speaker 1 (09:12):
Okay, my total in fines in this show is fifty dollars.
My truck couldn't get seventy five if I sold it
right now. This is like, I don't I don't have
this type of cash to be able to At what
point are we am I going to be Judge Fairley?
Speaker 7 (09:29):
Oh my gosh, that's in that.
Speaker 5 (09:31):
Mister Knox. This case the courts adjourned. The verdict has
been given to you. You could bring this up at
another point. We expect you. We expect you to pay
your full amountain fines, pay it, come the dinner at
Super Bowl for two pros.
Speaker 4 (09:47):
And will be able to appeal.
Speaker 7 (09:50):
I do it.
Speaker 5 (09:50):
There will be other opportunities for appeal, Mark, but at
this point in time, there's no further discussion to be had.
Speaker 1 (09:58):
You know you're fifty, You know your honor at the
at the risk of being called five oh. I just
for the record, if we want to play this back
in the midst of your and again, I respect your decision.
I may not agree with it, but I respect it
because you do you do it in an honorable way.
Speaker 4 (10:13):
There was a.
Speaker 1 (10:15):
You're fined bitch comment by lebar in there somewhere like
like like fifty dollars bitch, Like there was somewhere in
the midst that it just took place just to get
at the risk of five oh and ratten anybody else,
I could have sworn that I heard under your ruling
pay it bitch or something along those words.
Speaker 3 (10:34):
From that might have been actually for me. That might
have been actually for me, Joe.
Speaker 7 (10:38):
But what are you talking about? What are you going for?
Speaker 1 (10:40):
I just think that you know, at some point some
other people need to be held accountable for their action.
Speaker 6 (10:45):
What was I supposed to be held accountable for? On
on you being found guilty.
Speaker 1 (10:50):
I think it's rue. I think it's rude to call
me a bitch on the air. I'll be honest with you.
Speaker 6 (10:53):
You think it's rude for you to get fined, I
think it kind of it's rude for you to call
me that I said you got found.
Speaker 1 (11:00):
Name calling should not be allowed on this show. First,
do we have the evidence of this? Did he say
pay the fine, bitch or something along those lines.
Speaker 7 (11:08):
I believe so one second, one second this you believe? So?
Speaker 5 (11:12):
I mean, at this point, I'm gonna find you for
wasting more time on our show with it.
Speaker 7 (11:15):
Thank you, thank you.
Speaker 6 (11:17):
You're about to get You're about to get the judge
fine because.
Speaker 3 (11:20):
You're actually gonna have to pay for something for once.
Speaker 4 (11:22):
Jonas, all right, all right, Bush, what do we have?
Speaker 3 (11:26):
Pay your full mountain fines? Hey, come the dinner at
super Bowl.
Speaker 7 (11:31):
It may have been underneath there. Let me play it
one more time.
Speaker 5 (11:33):
Okay, No, pay your full mountain fines. Hey, come the
dinner at supers.
Speaker 4 (11:42):
You can't hear it.
Speaker 7 (11:43):
And the glove does not fit you must we must
be acquitted.
Speaker 4 (11:50):
This is just.
Speaker 3 (11:52):
Food. Does not.
Speaker 4 (11:55):
Take it?
Speaker 1 (11:55):
Tomali's out of my kid's mouth. You guys ought to
be ashamed of yourself, all right?
Speaker 8 (12:01):
So ridiculous?
Speaker 3 (12:14):
All right?
Speaker 1 (12:15):
So with that being said, have you guys noticed a
theme that has currently taking place?
Speaker 4 (12:22):
And I don't.
Speaker 1 (12:22):
I was thinking about this with Albert Breer yesterday and
we didn't have a chance to ask him about it.
But it does feel like when Ben Roethlisberger makes the
comment about, you know, maybe Tomlin should go to Penn State,
and then you've got James Harrison saying, uh, I think
there needs to be a change. It does feel like
you've got former players who played for Mike Tomlin multiples
(12:47):
now who are coming out and all saying it's time here.
Speaker 4 (12:51):
This has run its course. And is that just by accident?
Speaker 1 (12:55):
Is that is that just you know, coincidence, or is
there maybe rumble that a you know, this conversation is
a real one now because it's been a long ass
time since we've looked like the Steelers of old based.
Speaker 6 (13:09):
On the Hall of Famers, that's two future Hall of Famers.
It has to be considered a real conversation. It can't
be just glazed over. And he was in a conversation
with another another Steeler, and and uh and and Joe Hayden.
Speaker 7 (13:25):
I just he's in a tough spot.
Speaker 6 (13:29):
Mike Tomlin is in a tough spot because he has
had great success in what he's done as a Steelers
head coach, but the results aren't as high a level
as the fan base will want and and now it's
coming out as as much as alumni of the team
(13:49):
would want.
Speaker 7 (13:50):
So, I mean, getting spanked by the Bills the.
Speaker 6 (13:53):
Way that they did in their their last game, and
the season kind of looking the way that it's looking,
and Aaron Rodgers doesn't look like he's going to make
it through the season, and the defense is not the
type of defense that Hayden and Harrison were on. It
doesn't bote well from last year to this year in
(14:16):
terms of the conversation of it being in favor of
really really supporting Tomlin and moving forward with the team.
Speaker 7 (14:25):
Just there's just been enough.
Speaker 6 (14:27):
Topics that have popped up with this team that would
make the conversation a more real conversation, more real now
more than ever.
Speaker 5 (14:37):
I mean, I'll be real. I think it's disrespectful. I've
said this a little bit yesterday. But for a guy
who's never had a losing season, who's won a Super Bowl,
And I'm not saying that like college football is the
minor leagues, I'm not taking that approach to it. But
who in the right mind thinks that Pittsburgh couldn't trade him.
He's that valued, He's done that good of a that
(15:01):
they could get back something in return to a team
that wants to hire him. I mean, they don't need
to release him or go their separate ways. If this
is the end of the road, they can trade him.
Any team would be happy to have him. And I
would say this for a franchise that's to have what
three coaches? And how long? I mean, honestly, it would
(15:24):
have been sixty years, yes, since the sixties?
Speaker 3 (15:28):
Are you kidding me? Where do they go next?
Speaker 5 (15:31):
And I'm not sitting in like Mike Tommels that hot
name or maybe at the time because this is so
long ago. At this point, you know almost twenty years
that this transition happened. But I look at it and
I just say, any team would be lucky to have
Mike Tomlin as their head coach in the NFL. And
so I don't care if it's Cleveland, if they move
(15:52):
on from Stefan's game. I mean, he's another good coach
that should get hired somewhere else immediately. I mean some
of these plays. Now, I'm I've said it before. I'm
not in favor of change for change's sake, But if
this has run its course, then that's how the Rooneyes feel.
And that's how all these other people feel who've been
around it, and they just need someone to come in
there and change up the environment.
Speaker 3 (16:13):
Whatever the case may be. You know what I mean.
Speaker 5 (16:15):
He will be a tradable asset for that franchise. So
to hear his name thrown into like anything other than
an NFL job, to me is bonkers, Like it's crazy.
He's the type of guy that you like, players wish
they could play for. So I understand like the thought
(16:38):
behind it for some people, but it almost comes off
as a diss Like I don't know if there's beef
between Ben Roethlisberger and Mike Tomlin, But when you hear
him throw his name up like that, it's almost like,
oh a right, Like what he like he needs to
go down to the college level?
Speaker 3 (16:52):
What are you talking about here? Yeah?
Speaker 4 (16:55):
You never heard Tom Brady talk about Belichick like that.
Speaker 5 (16:58):
Ever, No, by the way, like you don't hear people
talk about Sean Payton like that.
Speaker 3 (17:02):
You don't hear people talking about any.
Speaker 5 (17:04):
Other NFL coach that's well respected, like Sean mcfay Like
what okay?
Speaker 3 (17:08):
Like if you want to step down, I was getting.
Speaker 5 (17:10):
Into college, Like I mean, seriously, think about it of
the head coaches who are currently coaching in the NFL
and have won Super Bowls, Like, did they you hear
that about John Harbaugh? No one says that when they
know when the Ravens are struggling, all I should go
down to college. Like it's seriously, it's disrespectful. That's why
it almost comes off as I don't know if it
(17:30):
was meant to be a slight by Ben, but it
kind of feels that way.
Speaker 7 (17:35):
Mmm, why do you think that is?
Speaker 3 (17:39):
I mean that, like I said, I don't know. I
don't know the relationship. I don't know how things happen.
Speaker 6 (17:44):
I'm just saying all the examples you gave, not one
of them was Mike Tomlin. I'm just saying there says
there's something. Is there an underline underline reason here?
Speaker 4 (17:56):
I don't.
Speaker 1 (17:56):
I don't think Roethlisberger has ever been totally cool with
sort of the way like he always kind of hinted
towards the end, like I mean, even well advanced of
his actual retirement that you know, maybe I'll just retire,
Maybe I'll just be like he like if that guy
was on this show, he'd be fined out of his
ass too. For being as passive aggressive as he was,
(18:19):
and he's been really critical and he's kind of complained openly,
Like he made a comment about, you know, Aaron Rodgers
got to you know, got to Pittsburgh and he got
DK Metcalf and got this and all I got was
a center, So like he just made comments like that.
So from Roethlisberger, I kind of look at it and go,
all right, well, that's you know, that's that's a guy
(18:39):
who's been frustrated with the organization, maybe because of the
way he feels like his final years went with the organization,
so he's taking it out on him. But then when
you've got James Harrison also take also saying it, and
it just feels like the noise is getting louder and
louder around it that more and more people are talking
about the possibility, And I just wonder where's that coming from?
(19:00):
Like where, because if he's this beloved player's coach, why
are former players of his speaking.
Speaker 7 (19:06):
Like our guys?
Speaker 6 (19:08):
Let me ask this, are guys not allowed to like
and and listen when you're giving examples.
Speaker 7 (19:14):
Of Belichick, who else did y'all say? Who else?
Speaker 3 (19:20):
John Harbaugh?
Speaker 6 (19:23):
I just I just feel like and and looking at
older like when you think about Bill Belichick. I mean,
guys weren't doing podcasts as much as they are now
now in terms of now, And I don't know all
of the podcasting shows that are are out there, but
(19:43):
I don't I know this. Ben Roethlisberger is a very
very respected and beloved player, historical player for the Steelers.
So is James Harrison, and they had podcasts and they
talk they talked these issues. So maybe maybe those I mean,
I wouldn't say the Patriots. They're relevant enough to have
(20:05):
guys that I'm sure are doing shows that could do this,
But I don't know that the Rams would have somebody
doing a podcast show where they're sitting there and they're
talking talking about Sean McVay the way that James Errison,
Joe Hate Kelly Stafford.
Speaker 4 (20:23):
That's a podcast, Okay.
Speaker 7 (20:27):
I just I don't.
Speaker 6 (20:29):
I think it hits harder and it hits home because
those same criticisms may have been talked about, may have
been put out there in those markets that we brought up.
I just think it's more relevant with a team like
the Pittsburgh Steelers, especially with the personalities who have said it,
like if it's anybody else that's saying If it's a
reporter that says it, nobody, I mean, maybe they'll pay
(20:51):
attention to it, but not with the same type of
h like this. Does this have validity? Should we be
entertaining this? Does this now become a larger conversation when
James Harrison and and and Ben Roethlisberger come out saying
what they're saying at one becomes a bigger and a
realer conversation it because it has to.
Speaker 5 (21:13):
And look, let's not I'm not going to do the
whole because you you said one of those coaches all
having common all stuff, I realized all the other coaches
I stood out there. No, but but but also it could.
It's a big college job. It's in the state of Pennsylvania.
I get people trying to make the natural correlation. They
see Belichick go down there, they say, well, if Belichick
(21:33):
did it right, who we arguably you know, if you
arguably as the greatest head coach in the NFL of
all time, or at least one of them, then you'd
say there, all right, Well Tomlin could too, right, and
they're obviously getting paid a lot of money too to
go down to these schools and do this. So there's
a lot of thoughts to like why someone would say that,
But I still sit there and just go like, I'm
still shocked Belichick said North Carolina, and by the way,
(21:55):
I will be shocked Belichick stays at North Carolina based
on this is all gone. But for Mike Tomlin, his age,
his run of success in the NFL and everything he's done,
I just like he could be traded to another franchise.
And you could have said the same thing about Belichick
that he probably could have been too. But you know
(22:17):
that's I guess for a conversation for another day. I
look at this and I just say, it's to me
disrespectful to a guy who's done everything he's done during
his time in the NFL to not think that he's
not going to immediately get hired somewhere else. Just how
I feel. And I don't think people are gonna be waiting.
Nobody speaking of waiting, don't wait to start your fitness goal.

LeVar went two and four and I was one and four.
So that brings us to our year total. Jonas is
back up the five hundred. Congrats Jonah. Yeah, the bar
just drop well below five hundred. Now forty seven so well,
(25:05):
it's a four to sixty six win percentage, and I'm
still at forty nine to thirty one the sizeable marginhead
of you Jonas and LeVar.
Speaker 4 (25:15):
Yeah, well, listen.
Speaker 7 (25:16):
There, I'm just here anymore.
Speaker 4 (25:17):
I'm sad. I just sell your text, right, all right, sweet?
Speaker 7 (25:24):
All right?
Speaker 4 (25:25):
So bursh, what do we got this week?
Speaker 7 (25:27):
All right, let's kick it off with this one?
Speaker 2 (25:30):
Colts and Jaguars.
Speaker 12 (25:32):
The Colts are a one and a half point road
favorite here, a big game for the AFC South.
Speaker 7 (25:38):
Jonas, we will start with you.
Speaker 1 (25:43):
I just I will take Indianapolis. I can't trust Jacksonville,
and based on how they've complained about me saying I
don't want them in the playoffs, I'm just gonna ride
that horse until it bucks me. So I'll take the Colts,
and I'll take the Colts minus one and a half.
Speaker 5 (26:01):
Brady, this line looks funny to me. Look sas Gardner's
got a calf injury. I don't think he's playing this one.
Daniel Jones is playing banged up, and the Jacksonville's kind
of found something.
Speaker 3 (26:12):
So it looks funny.
Speaker 5 (26:14):
It leads me to think I should probably go with
the Colts. Be in the road favorite here, but I'm
gonna go money line Jaguars.
Speaker 7 (26:23):
All right, LeVar, how you feeling that money line in
the Jags? Okay, okay, all right, all right? Next up here,
let's go to the AFC.
Speaker 2 (26:34):
North Steelers and Ravens.
Speaker 12 (26:36):
Ravens are favored here minus five and a half. At home,
Aaron Rodgers was full part. It's been in practice yesterday,
so it looks like he'll be good to go. Brady
will start with you. This is a tough one. It's
a bigger number than I thought for this matchup. Neither
teams have been great this year.
Speaker 5 (26:53):
Baltimore's dealing with some injuries, Patrick Queen, Derek Harmon up front,
James Pierre two in the concussion protocol.
Speaker 3 (27:01):
So oh man, I'm gonna.
Speaker 5 (27:05):
Go with the Steelers plus five and a half. I
think they'll be able to keep this one close. I
don't think they can win it, though.
Speaker 7 (27:13):
LaVar, what do you think? Uh?
Speaker 6 (27:15):
I think that this is the type of week where
all of the speculation, the loud noise and talking. This
is when Mike Tomlin is probably at his best and
getting guys to rally. I'm a money line of Steelers
whoa Wow. Wow, I'm blown away by the Ravens. They're
they're they're a pedestrian team as well. So I mean,
(27:37):
it's not like I'm saying something that's crazy.
Speaker 3 (27:40):
That sounds crazy, oh crazy to me.
Speaker 6 (27:43):
Okay, I mean your record is good, so that's good.
All right, you're trying to make up some ground here too.
Speaker 1 (27:52):
I'm gonna take the Steelers getting the five and a half.
I don't think Lamar Jackson's healthy. I don't think he's
gonna work close to being healthy, and he just not
look like the same player. I know that's feel good
week because Mark Andrews got a new extension and.
Speaker 4 (28:05):
Blah blah blah, but they do not look good at all.
Speaker 1 (28:08):
And I don't think anybody in that division should be
favored by five and a half over anybody else, even
the Browns.
Speaker 4 (28:16):
I will take Pittsburgh, and I'll take Pittsburgh on the road.
Speaker 7 (28:19):
Okay, all right, let's stay I agree with that.
Speaker 6 (28:22):
I agree with that. Jonas, that's well, put.
Speaker 8 (28:25):
What up sticks, Let's stay in the North for.
Speaker 7 (28:28):
The next one.
Speaker 2 (28:29):
Bears and Packers.
Speaker 12 (28:30):
That's right, the Packers are favored at home here minus
six and a half.
Speaker 7 (28:35):
LeVar, what do you think.
Speaker 6 (28:38):
It's Bears team is surprising me. Minus six and a half,
the Packers are favorites.
Speaker 7 (28:46):
Yeah, that's right.
Speaker 6 (28:47):
Yeah, that I'm a that's a large that's a large
number I'm gonna take. I'm gonna take the Beers on
this one, on the points and take the points.
Speaker 3 (28:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (28:56):
I was gonna say, if you're watching, if you were
watching Thanksgiving, the way the Bears offense operated too, how
balanced they were running the football too, like that version
of the Bears wins.
Speaker 7 (29:08):
Man.
Speaker 3 (29:09):
That's a big number.
Speaker 5 (29:10):
I feel like I'm gonna be going against what my
intuition is telling me because I don't think that line
should be that big. But I'm with var here. I
think the Bears keep this one close, to keep it
within that number.
Speaker 3 (29:22):
So it goes.
Speaker 7 (29:25):
Chicago, Jonas what you think?
Speaker 1 (29:27):
Yeah, this is a tough one obviously, you know the
rivalry and just sort of the dominance the Packers to
make the Bears several years probably my life.
Speaker 4 (29:35):
I just I'm not. I mean, he's gonna take the Bears.
Speaker 1 (29:38):
My life's trying to look at my researcher.
Speaker 4 (29:44):
I'll take the Bears getting six and a half points
in this game.
Speaker 5 (29:47):
There you go, Okay, shocking Bears.
Speaker 4 (29:52):
What happened? What happened to the bed? Did we run out.
Speaker 8 (30:00):
All right?
Speaker 2 (30:01):
Next up here, Mark Texans at Chiefs.
Speaker 12 (30:03):
Yeah, the Chiefs are favored at home here minus three
and a half? Oh jeez uh, Jonas, kick this one off.
Speaker 1 (30:10):
Kansas City has burned me so many times, and there's
always a hook that gets in the way. There's some
sort of a hook with Kansas City. That half point
is a real pain in the ass. Houston looks like
a team in the AFC that you don't want to
play right.
Speaker 4 (30:25):
Now, based on CJ.
Speaker 1 (30:26):
Stroud getting healthier, based on their defense and the way
that it plays. I'm gonna take Houston getting three and
a half points here on the road. I was tempted
to go money line, but I'll just take the three
and a half because I know the Chiefs backs are
up against the wall.
Speaker 7 (30:41):
Yeah, okay, Brady.
Speaker 3 (30:44):
I'm feeling very similar to Jonas here.
Speaker 5 (30:48):
I feel like, are we battling a little bit that
thought that hates the Chiefs at home? Yes, come on,
they'll figure this thing out. The problem is their offensive
line is pretty banged up right now. I believe Josh
Simmons is out and I think Jwan Taylor and Tray
Smith are both in question two, and this is not
the defense you want to go up against with that
(31:08):
front with some backups playing. So to me, it's like
this offense has struggled to really take off. And Stroud
look good, man, He's looked good since he's come back.
So I'm gonna take the three and a half points
in Houston.
Speaker 6 (31:21):
All right, LeVar, It's the last time I'm gonna give
my belief to the Kansas City Chiefs, so they can
do with it what they want to do with it.
Speaker 7 (31:29):
I'm taking the Chiefs to cover all right.
Speaker 2 (31:34):
One more here Monday Night, Eagles and Chargers.
Speaker 12 (31:38):
The Eagles are favored on the road here minus two
and a half. Brady, you can't kick this one off.
Speaker 3 (31:47):
Again.
Speaker 5 (31:48):
I hate taking road favorites, but it probably will feel
like a home game for the Eagles.
Speaker 3 (31:55):
And I don't know what to make of the Charges.
I feel like they're up there down, They're up there down.
Speaker 5 (31:58):
But that front versus an offensive line that's sustained a
lot of injuries this year, I think that's the difference.
So I'm gonna go ahead and lay the two and
a half points in the Eagles.
Speaker 3 (32:06):
Here on the road.
Speaker 7 (32:08):
LaVar, how you feeling the Eagles will cover Jonas?
Speaker 4 (32:19):
I find it hard to believe.
Speaker 6 (32:20):
Why you laughing? Y'all want it long. I'm not going
to give you all long expen nature right now. I
don't want to do this.
Speaker 4 (32:27):
I'm really not going to do this.
Speaker 1 (32:30):
I find it hard to believe that the Eagles, who
got bitched on Black Friday in front of their fan base,
with extra time to prepare against a banged up Justin Herbert,
who I'm assuming he's going to play based on the
fact that as Herbert, but maybe he's not. I find
it hard to believe that they're not going to respond
to be ready to go in this game like that.
(32:51):
That seems far fetched to me.
Speaker 5 (32:53):
So once you've seen that, that's baked into the line
that Herbert's not gonna play, or if he is, he's
going to be really impacted by it.
Speaker 1 (33:02):
Yeah, I think somewhat. If he's out, I still think
it would probably drop a little more. I just and
we talked about this before. I he can't trust the Chargers.
I mean one week think so who do I like Philly?
I said, I like Philly minus two and.
Speaker 3 (33:19):
At it wasn't very definitive. It sound like you're waivering there.
Speaker 4 (33:21):
Oh, there's no wavering definitely.
Speaker 5 (33:23):
Well I didn't, I would did sound like you're waivering.
It could have been waiting. By the way, speaking of waiting,
no more waiting, Jonas. Your goal is start now. It's
take your workouts around the world with Nordic Track and
I fit save big on treadmills.
Speaker 3 (33:33):
Bikes, rollers, all that stuff you love.
Speaker 5 (33:35):
To get into and you can find it all Jonas
at nord track dot com, nord to track.
Speaker 3 (33:38):
You could train anywhere, but explore everywhere.
Speaker 12 (33:41):
Hell yeah, all right, so those are our picks bursh
that's right, and just adds up. Fifteen minutes ago, Tom
Pellisero said that justin Herbert is trending in the right direction.
Speaker 3 (33:50):
All right, we'll get Yeah.
Speaker 5 (33:51):
He was wearing a brace on his left hand I
believe obviously had surgery, but has like some sort of
brace around it to protect it. It is is off
throwing hands, so outside of falling on it, you know,
using it as a stiff arm shouldn't impact too much.
I would imagine they'll be in shotgun solely unless he's
able to take a snap with that end. But I
believe he's got some with the surgery he had in
(34:14):
the splint he's got I would think they're in shotgun
almost the entire the entire game.
Speaker 1 (34:18):
That will definitely be a road game for them, though
that's not even a question at this point with the
way that place works. So yeah, listen, those are the picks,
and I feel great about it. And I think based
on what happened this past week, I think momentum is
starting to build in the favor of the ever Man
(34:39):
to try and make a run at this whole thing.
Speaker 7 (34:40):
So there you go.

So Google has.
Speaker 12 (36:09):
Yeah, dude, Google has released their year in Google uh,
the top searched people, the top search trends, and among
the top ten most searched people worldwide this year is
one Shudur Sanders, Yeah, bracking the top ten, joining the
likes of.
Speaker 7 (36:30):
Kendrick Lamar, Jimmy Kimmel, that bar Pope Leo four. I
told you he's the one that moves the needle. That's
y'all that'd be talking.
Speaker 3 (36:38):
And you want Watson to come back and play.
Speaker 5 (36:40):
Meanwhile, some of us are pounding the pavement for staying
the perfect time.
Speaker 6 (36:44):
It's not about me pounding the pay pavement, pavement. It's
about a business move. That's a business move to play Watson.
I thought that Shador Sanders should have been the starter.
Either let him go or or start him, is what
I said from the beginning. So he's a polarizing figure,
you know, and people.
Speaker 3 (37:03):
Just betrayed for Lvar. You just drafted the fifth.
Speaker 5 (37:07):
We're gonna let him go, Hey, let him go start
in all seventeen games.
Speaker 6 (37:11):
That's correct, That's correct, And there's your reason right there?
What what what burst just hit you with? Y'all stink anyway,
you're stunk with every single quarterback that went in there? Anyway,
why not put him in as a starter and reap
the benefits of the coverage you want.
Speaker 7 (37:27):
To receive as a team. Right, I'm just saying.
Speaker 6 (37:30):
I mean, maybe because he's not good enough, Maybe because
the Browns aren't good enough.
Speaker 7 (37:37):
Damn, let's start there.
Speaker 1 (37:43):
I can't argue that, you know, listen, verse is what
it is. Who else is on the list?
Speaker 7 (37:54):
You said put it that way?
Speaker 4 (37:55):
Kendrick?
Speaker 12 (37:56):
Yeah, the top five is Kendrick Lamarson to Jimmy Kimmel three,
Pope Leo the fourteenth is fifth. A couple of legend
murderers doors number one. Uh no, Chadur is number seven.
He's actually behind Uhbob Suri Siia Vanci, who is a
(38:17):
Indian cricket player. Oh wow, so Sad is actually not
the top athlete. Uh ay, Bob got him this year?
Speaker 3 (38:24):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (38:25):
Well listen, Sorry, what did you say got a cricket
He couldn't just be a cricket player.
Speaker 12 (38:31):
Ybob, Bye Bob, what are you saying the top cricket player?
Speaker 7 (38:36):
Bye? Bob? Suriyavani?
Speaker 2 (38:39):
Im not?
Speaker 7 (38:42):
Are you off your man?
Speaker 12 (38:44):
India's most searched person. He is a cricket player. Oh
he's fourteen years old. Wow, okay, fourteen years old. Why
aren't we talking about this guy more?
Speaker 3 (38:56):
That sounds like talk about cricket. That's everyone's researching for
a fourteen.
Speaker 4 (39:01):
Year old Afar Afar is only fourteen?
Speaker 6 (39:05):
Yeah, whoa, he's all boy.
Speaker 8 (39:10):
And other news.
Speaker 12 (39:16):
New Zealand police have recovered a Faberget pendant after it
was stolen six days ago. Why did it take them
six days to recover this Faberge pendant? Because that's how
long it took to pass through the system of the thief.
That's right, the man who stole it swallowed it and
they allowed the Faberge pendant to just pass through naturally
(39:38):
through his system. This was not to hurt, right it
probably It doesn't look to me that big, but yeah,
it's it's about the size of a thumbnail.
Speaker 7 (39:51):
Oh and it's a dude. Yeah, not a hurt.
Speaker 12 (39:55):
Yeah, talk about it. It is worth nineteen thousand dollars.
It is uh is actually inspired by the nineteen eighty
three James Bond filmed Octopussy.
Speaker 7 (40:06):
When which.
Speaker 12 (40:08):
Octopussy in which a jewel smuggling operation involves a fake
There you go, so it's been recovered.
Speaker 7 (40:18):
I mean, I remember that movie.
Speaker 6 (40:28):
Roger Moore was an Octopussy.
Speaker 7 (40:33):
He was the main character in Octopussy.
Speaker 4 (40:36):
And how long did they have to wait? Six days?
You said six days?
Speaker 7 (40:40):
It took six days for it to reappear.
Speaker 6 (40:42):
So they had to monitor his stool for six days.
Every single one. God, that's crazy man, crazy.
Speaker 7 (40:53):
With a lot of money. That is this one.
Speaker 3 (40:55):
It's kid in there, Bob, just checking in. All his
duchies were still up.
Speaker 2 (41:01):
Oh, hops, hops,
