He said, oh yeah, just you know, ignore it. Well
I can't studio hotline. I could love to what do
you want to patch him through?

Well, you know, from that over to this congratulations to Spain.

and selected. But Spain gets it done, man, And you
could tell Spain was really really concerned that that was
going to end up going to PKS because they dominated
the entire match, couldn't get the first goal.

Finally an extra time they're able to deliver.

And you know, Argentine, I had a couple of shots
late MESSI had a couple of opportunities, but Argentina comes
up short. And congratulations to Spain on the on the
World Cup Championship in New Jersey. Viva Espagna. Now did
you see the There was footage of the Argentinian fans.

that were trying to cross the turnpike to get to
the stadium because they were they couldn't figure out how

Little interesting area to navigate it. And I'm sure the
traffic was ridiculous, had to have been. Oh and and
and they shut off roads and streets in New York
and New Jersey like nobody's business, bro, And don't care. Yep,

roads shut off. But this is the best way to
get to where we're going. Don't matter. But sutting this
road off is going to set us back at least
twenty another extra twenty minutes. And we're right here.

No, matter what, it's Super Bowl every year. Every remember Phoenix.
What a pain in the ass it was to get
to the convention Center to Radio Row in Phoenix, and
we weren't that far from it. We shut everything down
around the outside, so you're trying to navigate through all
of it. Same thing in Miami and the Super Bowls
in Miami and there's these big events, they go into

panic mode and they start shutting down clear path roadways
to try and and then they'll send all the ride
shares over to one location. So if people are trying
to get it right out of there, it's a giant
pain in the ass.

But if you're going to take a flop, though, take
a flop the way I Do took it yesterday when
the dude collided. Yeah, that was that was I mean,
that might be maybe the most memorable. I mean, the
goal was dope, you know, came off the homie, hited it,

I actually this is there was a guy who was
a Mexico fan. He was wearing a Mexico jersey and
he was cheering for Spain at the game. So the
Argentinians around him were yelling at him, and so the
guy pulled out a red card on the fan.

He reached into his pocket and pulled out a red
card and gave all red card. That's pretty cool.

So that's pretty cool.

It's overall, I mean, this was, you know, a pretty
successful event. I was also surprised. If I were to
say to you, who would who would be most likely
to get the World Cup Final, I'm kind of surprised.
It wasn't so far like I would have thought that
that would.

Have been the direction they would have gone.

You know, they obviously had the I mean one of
the two, right La or New York one of the two.
Speaker 2 (08:35):
Yeah, Miami got the third place in a big.

Few months, a couple of months for New York City,
New Jersey. You got to say New York, New Jersey.
I mean, basketball is purely New York, but the New
York Giants do play in New Jersey. So it's just
kind of odd, still kind of odd. The only team

that plays in New York is the Bills, and that
ain't even New York. That's like somewhere else. What do
you mean it should just be called Buffalo Buffalo or
Buffalo Canada, something like that. That doesn't feel like New York. Why,
it just doesn't. It doesn't feel like New York.

New York City and Buffalo are two different It's just
that's two different planets, not even the same plan.

expanding internationally like we have we already have.

The way they named these places right, like it's the
New York right, so it's like York right, like a
York town right when they were coming over here and
naming stuff like the New York States because everything was new,
you know what I mean, Like, yeah, at what point
did the new just it's just going to be New York.

and I were just talking about New Mexico. There's nothing

we talked about, you know, just sort of these sights
and sound from England and Argentina and what that looked like.

It felt like England and Argentina and Spain all at
once in Redondo Beach, still going hard. Oh, I parked
my car.

Into a big ass puddle of vomiting. Didn't didn't know
it until I got out. No, it was really bad
and it was too late, and then I bent over
and my my top hat came off. No, luckily it
didn't fall and it didn't fall in into the vomit.

going bad out. What time of day was this right
before the game started, Right before the game, the morning time.
People had just Redondo beach was on fire. Bro good god,
the beaches, the beach cities were on fire. It was

pretty dope. We went down on to the beach because
Penn wanted to go surfing. She's a surfer. So we
went down to the beach a couple of times, more often,
two times more than what I would go, which we
went two times, two times more than I would want
to go. But but since it was her birthday, I
loaded and I do it right, Like I get the

big big boombox, the JBL party box, I load up
everything into this this, you know, a wagon, and we
go get it in man and this. We had a
good time. And we had a good time. But you
could tell that a lot of the people that were
there weren't from here. You know, there were a lot

of locals, but you could tell there were a lot
of people that were not from here. So, I mean,
you can assume my assumptions were especially by a couple
of them had I felt like it was a safe
assumption that they were probably from like somewhere from South
America or you know, from Spain.

Now what would lead you to that? Ask? Okay, oh yeah.

Oh man, Yeah, didn't have to look and stand and
didn't have to look forward, just look around.
Speaker 1 (14:03):
Yeah, real estate there. You know, if you're buying a property,
you got to have a big back porch. So man,
that makes sense.

It lives up to.

The discussions like there's something different, you know, like how
they tried to like make that at one point time
in history, they were trying to say, you know that
black guys could jump higher than white guys because they
had like this extra muscle in their back. You remember that. Oh,
it was like in like the nineties or something like that.

They were trying to say, like these scientists or these
four scientists, they were like, oh, they got an extra
muscle on their back a bit, can I get that implant?

Well, let me just say this.

If it was black people having an extra muscle in
their back to be able to jump higher, Spanish women
have an extra two muscles in their back to look
the way that they look. Yeah, and it couldn't be

and it's crazy because you know the whole BBL thing.
You can tell if somebody went down the BBL trail
versus they just have a very nice, well shaped body,

I'm not. I just have eyes that work, and my

on the beach, let me ask you this, what are
you supposed to look at when you're sitting on a beach?
That that would be the better question. When you go
sit on the beach, like Lorena, you know, Patty Jonas,
when you go sit on the beach, what are you
supposed to look at? Because you can only look at

the water for I don't know. For me, when I
look at the water too long, for some reason, my
eyes get weird.

So I have to start well because I try to
find like whales and sea life. And I love watching
the pelicans. I love watching the pelicans. It's my favorite bird.
But what else are you supposed to look at? So
you start scanning what's around you on the beach. I
see the kelp on the beach. You know, you see
you know the oil, you know, chunks on the beach

from from the oil that gets into the water. You
see all that, uh, and you see some ass.

I mean it also depends on which beach you're going to.
There's certain beaches out here where you could see some

a creeper. And when and I looked at her, she's like, no,

all look the same. Every last one of them looked
kind of like the same, like a Ricky Martin or

they were a singer. Yeah, they all look like they
were a singer. It's like if you would have took
all of them and put them collectively together, it was

James is still an active basketball player, playing at the
highest level and is a media mogul. He has a
agency company through through his own boy. He's got a
money management company through his own boy. He's got he's

got multiple he has multitudes of businesses that he and
his team and his brand has created and they're all successful.
He has been just as dynamic and just as as

successful and breaking down walls and creating more opportunity. As
it applies to looking at athletes as just more than
just brands that go out there and shoot a basketball
or dunk a basketball or run up and down the court.
Lebron James is a bona fide businessman. So when I

see him do the things that he does, I don't
just take it at the value of this is a
basketball player that's that's in the twilight of his career
and he's waiting to make the decision. There's always going
to be a rhyme and a reason and something connected

to why Lebron James is doing what he is doing.
And for that, I give the man his propers because
there's no one that even measures don't even come close
to what Lebron James has been able to build as
an enterprise and as a brand, both on and off

of the court.

Yeah, his need to navigate and also live in the
social media era, which is a completely different universe.

And ain't got banged up yet. As famous as he is,
he ain't got banged up by social media. Yeah, ain't

nother side of a lot other a just.

It would have been the end of a lot of athletes.
It would have been the end of their careers. But
so it was a lot of the things that were
socially accepted or just ignored back then are one you're

going to jail. Career killers and their career is over
one and it's not even up for debate, Like that's
a it's an easy one. It's an east. And some
of the names, some of the names you'd be like Dan,
like like that's my favorite player, Like he was my

hero or something to that. Cats be messing up behind
the scenes. And you know who hasn't or at least
hasn't gotten out. It's Lebron James. No.

waters through all of that. I just think that we're

the right move, it better be or it's just going

traffic was ridiculous, had to have been. Oh and and
and they shut off roads and streets in New York
and New Jersey like nobody's business, bro, And don't care. Yep,

roads shut off. But this is the best way to
get to where we're going. Don't matter. But sutting this
road off is going to set us back at least
twenty another extra twenty minutes. And we're right here.

No, matter what, it's Super Bowl every year. Every remember Phoenix.
What a pain in the ass it was to get
to the convention Center to Radio Row in Phoenix, and
we weren't that far from it. We shut everything down
around the outside, so you're trying to navigate through all

in Miami and there's these big events, they go into

panic mode and they start shutting down clear path roadways
to try and and then they'll send all the ride
shares over to one location. So if people are trying
to get it right out of there, it's a giant

the dude collided. Yeah, that was that was I mean,

he was cheering for Spain at the game. So the
Argentinians around him were yelling at him, and so the
guy pulled out a red card on the fan.

He reached into his pocket and pulled out a red
card and gave all red card. That's pretty cool.

So that's pretty cool.

It's overall, I mean, this was, you know, a pretty
successful event. I was also surprised. If I were to
say to you, who would who would be most likely
to get the World Cup Final, I'm kind of surprised.
It wasn't so far like I would have thought that
that would.

Have been the direction they would have gone.

You know, they obviously had the I mean one of
the two, right La or New York one of the two.

Yeah, Miami got the third place in a big.

New Jersey. You got to say New York, New Jersey.
I mean, basketball is purely New York, but the New
York Giants do play in New Jersey. So it's just
kind of odd, still kind of odd. The only team

ain't even New York. That's like somewhere else. What do
you mean it should just be called Buffalo Buffalo or
Buffalo Canada, something like that. That doesn't feel like New York. Why,

It felt like England and Argentina and Spain all at
once in Redondo Beach, still going hard. Oh, I parked
my car.

Into a big ass puddle of vomiting. Didn't didn't know
it until I got out. No, it was really bad
and it was too late, and then I bent over
and my my top hat came off. No, luckily it
didn't fall and it didn't fall in into the vomit.

going bad out. What time of day was this right
before the game started, Right before the game, the morning time.
People had just Redondo beach was on fire. Bro good god,
the beaches, the beach cities were on fire. It was

pretty dope. We went down on to the beach because
Penn wanted to go surfing. She's a surfer. So we
went down to the beach a couple of times, more often,
two times more than what I would go, which we
went two times, two times more than I would want
to go. But but since it was her birthday, I
loaded and I do it right, Like I get the

big big boombox, the JBL party box, I load up
everything into this this, you know, a wagon, and we
go get it in man and this. We had a
good time. And we had a good time. But you
could tell that a lot of the people that were
there weren't from here. You know, there were a lot

of locals, but you could tell there were a lot
of people that were not from here. So, I mean,
you can assume my assumptions were especially by a couple
of them had I felt like it was a safe
assumption that they were probably from like somewhere from South
America or you know, from Spain.

Now what would lead you to that? Ask? Okay, oh yeah.

Oh man, Yeah, didn't have to look and stand and
didn't have to look forward, just look around.

The discussions like there's something different, you know, like how

four scientists, they were like, oh, they got an extra
muscle on their back a bit, can I get that implant?

If it was black people having an extra muscle in
their back to be able to jump higher, Spanish women
have an extra two muscles in their back to look

versus they just have a very nice, well shaped body,

No one has ever achieved what he has achieved on
and off the court at the same damn time. It's
not even close, meaning business wise, Jordan, multifacet it wise, No,

what's Jordan's resume as a player on the court. What
was he doing off the court? Well? The shoe brand, Okay,
I mean that's that's not That's that Michael Jordan did
a movie or two, a music video.

James is still an active basketball player, playing at the
highest level and is a media mogul. He has a
agency company through through his own boy. He's got a
money management company through his own boy. He's got he's

got multiple he has multitudes of businesses that he and
his team and his brand has created and they're all successful.
He has been just as dynamic and just as as

successful and breaking down walls and creating more opportunity. As
it applies to looking at athletes as just more than
just brands that go out there and shoot a basketball
or dunk a basketball or run up and down the court.
Lebron James is a bona fide businessman. So when I

see him do the things that he does, I don't
just take it at the value of this is a
basketball player that's that's in the twilight of his career
and he's waiting to make the decision. There's always going
to be a rhyme and a reason and something connected

to why Lebron James is doing what he is doing.
And for that, I give the man his propers because
there's no one that even measures don't even come close
to what Lebron James has been able to build as
an enterprise and as a brand, both on and off

of the court.

Yeah, his need to navigate and also live in the
social media era, which is a completely different universe.

And ain't got banged up yet. As famous as he is,
he ain't got banged up by social media. Yeah, ain't
nobody popped out on him that that just ruins his
his brand, ruined his his career. Nobody's I mean even
popped out on on oning Kobe, you know what I mean,
there was a pop out.

the truth. You hear you hear Michael Jordan and some
other athletes. I don't know if Jordan has said this,

or social media wasn't around when I was playing, because
it just there's what we would have seen a whole
nother side of a lot other a just.

It would have been the end of a lot of athletes.
It would have been the end of their careers. But
so it was a lot of the things that were
socially accepted or just ignored back then are one you're
undoing in these and and today's world. Yeah it's your undoing.

going to jail. Career killers and their career is over
one and it's not even up for debate, Like that's
a it's an easy one. It's an east. And some
of the names, some of the names you'd be like Dan,
like like that's my favorite player, Like he was my

hero or something to that. Cats be messing up behind
the scenes. And you know who hasn't or at least
hasn't gotten out. It's Lebron James. No.

waters through all of that. I just think that we're
winding down on this. Uh, he'll have a decision at

Everybody's trying to set the stage. Oh, it better be
the right move, it better be or it's just going
to blow up. It's going to blow up. Hello, there's
not a decision he's going to make that's going to
be more entertaining than y'all waiting on him to make

be a much quicker conversation. It's going to change too.
What does it look like for that team and what
are they going to do? And how is it going
to work out? And then you move on from it.
