(01:08):
on Fox Sports Radio, we've been talking about Braday Night
football here, all sorts of fun stuff. Yeah, I'm certain
we're going to talk about Uh, coach Naggy because you know,
Jonas teased them didevable. It's unbelievable. You guys got one.
(01:29):
And you know when Jonahs teases someone, you know, we
gotta we gotta go with it. We gotta talk about
it with some some you know, some radio formattics here.
You know, it just works. Guys, you got something you
gotta you definitely have toss one of the places in
my mind where they truly pay off the tea. Tell
(01:50):
me about that. Oh just take that. Yeah, yeah, it's
very very bizarre situation through and through. Um. Alright, so
so here we go. Uh, the Chicago Bears, um, who
(02:12):
put together one of the worst offensive performances in recent history.
In fact, I think it was the lowest. It was
their worst offensive performance since one. I think it is
one of the as far as statistically goes Um. I've
been watching Chicago Bear football for thirty plus years. That's
the worst offense I've ever seen them put together. And
(02:33):
they've rolled out some garbage and that that was as
bad as it got. And then to find out that
justin fields after the game on top of all of this,
had to get X rays on his throwing hand because
he got banged up and not surprising. I mean, but
that wasn't from the game, because the game is surprisingly
really slow to just fields, So that he wasn't banged
(02:56):
up from the game had to been something else, because
you know, he told us that moved slowly. Can I
defend justin fields in this one regard? I think that
quote was taken a little bit out of continent because
because the full quote was he said, you know, when
you play against our defense and practice, they give us
such a good look that everything seems slow in comparison,
(03:18):
and but very interesting. But he also he also acknowledged
the difference between preseason and regular season. He did also
say that in that interview, which didn't get caught up
in the headlines. But I don't know that this had
to do with the speed of the game like this
this game had. It was it was more of a
lack of game planning, a lack of scheme. And here's
(03:43):
here's the comparisoner, here's the correlation on my draw. Okay,
in the preseason, remember when we talked about how he
got obliterated. All right, I believe it was against the
Buffalo Bills. It was the Mits Robiskie Bowl, his triumphant return.
Played awesome that game, but what got lost all of
it was fields got blown up off of the edge,
(04:04):
like help it popped off all the big hit. Yes,
it's literally something out of a movie. They brought that
same exact pressure later on in the game, and the
confusing thing for me was and seeing the same front,
same look, everything was there was no adjustment made, not
(04:25):
by the offensive line, not by the running back, not
by justin fields, obviously not by the coaching staff, because
no one at any point in time said hey, we
need to address this, and so all parties allowed that
same play to happen again. The difference was he got
the ball off quicker, and they brought a similar pressure
to that later on, same thing off the edge, a
(04:48):
little different front, a little different look, and again no
one addressed it. So my concern then was, all right,
either it's preseason and they don't want a game plan
and do that and maybe that that's the issue, or
they're just being that negligent with it exactly right, Well,
that's that's where I'm like, that's where you're handing, right,
(05:10):
that's where you're going. Because he's like in the NFL,
what usually never happens is the obvious. And so if
you're going with the Browns, like what should never happen?
Garrett should never be free to rent, never ever be
able to get four and a half sacks in the game.
Man Clowney might end up with double digit sacks if
they play the Bears again for the first time in
(05:30):
his career. They won't. But yeah, I'm just come on, man, Jesus,
buster balls here. I mean, can't we have some fun here?
But they won't listen trying to have some fun here,
I'm trying to. So no, So there was so you're
you're there're saying there was no there's no adjustment. There
was no adjustment, there was no game plan, there's nothing.
(05:52):
It's like they hung the young man out there to
dry and put him in a terrible situation. So like
Matt Naggy can talk about how bad the offensive performance was,
but it's you, it's him, it's you. He fired everyone else.
You could play it on who's gonna play it at
this point. That's true. Um, now Matt Naggie did. Now
there's some hope, all right, So uh for what well?
(06:14):
I mean, because you know, at least she got options
because you know he does have options. I mean, he
got Nick Foles is still there, Andy Dalton's on the roster,
and you have Justin Fields. Naggy spoke yesterday about the
potential of of the starting quarterback this EPILO. They are
all three under consideration right now, you know, in regards
to where they're at. So we'll just have to kind
of see the next couple of days. We know we're
(06:35):
Nick's at health wise, but we just want to keep
an eye on on Justin and Andy. So so now
Nick's name is in the equation is wow. If I'm
if I'm a if I'm a Chicago Bear player, I'm
sitting at home somewhere like this guy, then that's it.
I don't need to say anything this this guy, it's
(06:57):
bad man, just bad. He does bring up our third quarterback,
our third string quarterback. They're all up for as an option.
We know Nick's health is good. Of course, you know
Nick's health is good. Nick, don't play what you're telling
us the obvious? So what what what's the what do
(07:18):
they do? I mean is this is this? Is this
going to get to the point to where they're going
to make a move in season because there's a lot
of people calling for Naggie's job. There's a lot of
people that are saying similar to what what Brady is
saying that how how is this? How is this good
for justin fields? It's your future quarterbacks. It's terrible. This
is how careers are constantly ruined. I mean, that's just
(07:40):
that's the look at Stafford in Detroit. His entire career
he was able to at some points overcome it. But
now he goes to a good team and a good
organization and he's up there and the m v P consideration.
You get to appreciate his greatness. There's no qualifiers. It's like, Wow,
(08:01):
it's a good football player and he's making his team
really good. Wow. Imagine that Like in life, how many
how many levels? Like Brady, did you play? Of course
you're Ohio. You play youth football? Right, How cool was
it to just be appreciated for being a pretty cool,
(08:21):
good young football player that was on a pretty good
football team when you were growing up? It's pretty cool, right,
same in high school? Right, you went to high school,
good high Then you went to college, same exact thing, right.
Can you imagine how the hell does it change once
you get to the pros, I just don't understand. I mean,
I grow It's like, man, it's like this makes sense.
(08:43):
One plus one equals too. You're a good football player,
You're on a good football team. I appreciate the good team.
I appreciate the good players on the team. And then
you get to the league and it's like it's in
like depending on where you go, it is an impossibility
for that to be your reality, right that is, I mean,
(09:03):
that's a mind blower. And now Justin Fields is in
the He's in the thick of it, like that's the thick.
Zach Wilson in the thick, Trevor Lawrence in the thick.
And it's like to think, like Trevor Lawrence has a
fighting chance. Sali is a good coach? Can he surround
(09:24):
New York? Probably not. I don't know. Zach Wilson is
probably in the same such set up situation as as
Justin Fields. And both of them are in the same
situation as say a as you mentioned Matthew Stafford. Go figure, man.
The crazy thing about Stafford two is look at Sam Donald.
I don't exactly. I don't know that anyone looked at
(09:46):
him as a Hall of Famer. He's got really good stats.
I don't even know if he cares um he's made
so much damn money, But if he imagine if he
would have been on the Rams his entire career. I
mean imagine if he would have been in an organization
with that his entire career, at least early on set
that go to the super Bowl and win. Oh yeah,
there are super Bowl contender, maybe the best one in
(10:09):
in the NFC right now? Right now? Yeah, did you
make the case of the best team in the in
the NFL? You certainly can. That's crazy. So is Ryan
Day going to be the next head coach of the
Chicago Bears. That's interesting about that. I would love for
him to get that. Why don't you take that to
your buddies on the side, I would for him to go.
He's just gonna run from damn right. Why wouldn't you
(10:32):
leave Ohio State for you know what? The thing that
college has the NFL Chicago Bears at the great point.
The thing that Ohio State and Alabama and some of
these bigger colleges you know we can throw you know,
Penn State, some of these others into it is when
you're the head coach at one of the big program
(10:53):
there's no reason to ever leave, No, but it's I
don't know if it's there's no reason because there's a
lot of millions, is like they might be able to
pay you more in the NFL. But the thing to
me that why I would want to stay where I'm
at is you have more control. Do You really don't,
Especially when you're successful and you've got a rolling, you
(11:13):
don't answer to anyone, and when you need yeah, and
when you need something and you ask for it, it's
given to you. Like that's the difference. In an NFL franchise,
you are handcuffed. Like you could have an owner that
doesn't want to spend money on certain things that you
think are important. You might have a general manager that
(11:34):
handcuffs you as far as what you need on your
roster or guys you want to pay. I mean, there's
all of those considerations. And so that's where when you
look at like a big, big time college program, those
guys are getting paid a lot of money too, and
maybe even comparable in some cases. I was about to say,
(11:56):
they're not making more much more than than what those
guys at those schools are making. Coordinators like, if you're
an NFL coordinator, you're bigan what probably a billion plus
or something like that. Some of those big programs are
paying the coordinators a billion plus. Like, yes, it's not
that bad. I mean, recruiting is the tough part. But
I mean again, I always go harked back to like
it's n I L now, Like now, if you really
(12:17):
want a guy to say, yeah, we gotta you know, well,
introduces some people or whatever to give you an n
I L deal. We'll see how this goes. And it
feels like college coaches, the big time coaches seemingly get
raises a lot, like you know, every time there's a
rumor out there. Remember when Saban was rumored that he
was interested in the Texas job, you know a few
years back, and so you know he got it. He
(12:37):
got a paid bump out of that, and then they
went ahead and they paid off his mansion, like they
just the booster said yeah, when you we'll just pay
off your mansion as well too. It just feels like
there's more, They're willing to do more for you to
try and make sure they keep you around if you
have one of those big time jobs. The Bears would
be a demotion for Ryan Day. Correct, that's a demotion
from Ohio State. That's how bad that franchise? All diper?
(13:00):
All right, now imagine that probab me Bear? Sorry, Braid,
I know that your boyhood team just got calm out.
I believe I could. I could be wrong, but just
looking it up screw you, all right? So I do
know he grew up as a Bears fan, right, did Yeah?
(13:22):
I do. The average NFL salary for hey guy is
in between six to seven million. Alright, your boy at
at Ohio State makes five point six Why would you
leave for a matter of a million dollars? Yea? Is
it bad? If I asked you, is that it? Because
I feel like, like, for example, if you looked up
(13:44):
Brian Kelly's and granted private institutions so they won't say
much his salary and what he actually gets paid is different,
you know, because again they don't have to disclose everything.
But there's like bonuses and all this other stuff. Like
David Shaw, there was a report that came out he
got some huge bonus out at Stanford and made him
(14:05):
like the second or third highest paid coach one year,
but no one knew about it. And I forget how
it became public. But there's only sneaky ways they go
about there. Certainly are there, certainly are because in the league,
the franchise paid you, and college PEPSI, Nike, Yeah, they
pay you. The school doesn't pay the school. The school
(14:27):
might pay you five six hundred thousand. The rest of
that money's coming from companies. So who knows. But but
I wouldn't leave for eight hundred five hundred thousand more.
I wouldn't do, especially not that disaster in Chicago. By
the way, uh to two pros and a cup of Joe.

theory and I want to see whether or not you
guys are buying. There's over there. It's in regards to
Monday Night football. We will get into all of that

and a cup of Joe here on Fox Sports. Oh,
oh my god, you are so LaVar Arrington, Brady Quinn,
(15:56):
Jonas Knocks Are you here on FS? Are coming up later?
All this hour we wait one out. There's a quarterback
that's being booed and Brady Quinn as a theory. So
there's a quarterback who's being booed. Uh, LaVar has a
(16:16):
theory too, my man often never never Lane, Oh man,
that is uh. That's about Craft's favorite song. So we
(16:37):
we transition, We transition, and not the one that's on
your phone. You are fool over to to this discussion.
I watched for the first time. Now. We we were
talking about the Manning cast last week, and uh, you know,
I actually decided to watch it this time. I just
(16:58):
I ripped it last week because I hadn't seen it.
I thought it would be funny to complain about something
I didn't actually watch. But I watched it, and then,
you know, not bad. I thought there were some some
entertaining elements to it and all that. But I know, Brady,
you would asked a question that I thought was a
very fair question. Why would they do this if there's
the actual broadcast happening for ESPN? You know, it's because
(17:22):
the people who are watching this everyone I speak to. Again,
I turned it on last night. I want to see
what my wife Felicia would say. And she's like, yeah,
I'm gonna go read a book. It's like, okay. But
the reason why I do that is I want to
see someone who doesn't watch football or care for it,
if they are attracted to it, if they're curious to see,
(17:42):
like what Matt Stafford or Nick Saban, which obviously she
doesn't care. Maybe there's a college football fan right who
is going to tune in to see what Nick Saban
has to say. And then usually don't watch Monday night football,
but that's the reason why I do it. And and
so what you saw from the numbers from week one
to week two was that Manning cast doubled. It doubled,
(18:04):
and I don't have the numbers yet for this week's
but it doubled from week one a week two. But
what you saw was people who were watching the normal
broadcasts are switching over to watch the Manning broadcast. And
so you're not growing your audience, you're just fracturing it more,
which doesn't make any sense. Then why you do it
in the first place, Because the only thing you're admitting
is is, well, maybe these guys should be doing the
(18:26):
game in the first place, Like maybe they should actually
be on the broadcast the first place. They will be
well if they might be. But the problem is is
you're gonna have to pony up. You're gonna have to
pay them what they want and let them do it
how they want, which it seems like maybe ESPN didn't
want to do that because otherwise they'd be in that
position right now. And that's my best gues. I don't know.
(18:49):
I think that that's incubating there. I think you're onto
something there, I think you should stay there. And they're
off until week seven. So they worked the first couple
of weeks. Now they're gonna be off for the next
next thing, three weeks onto something. Because the idea of
it is the one conversation that has has really persisted
is that it's broken. You know that that that Monday
(19:12):
night football on television, the way it's being consumed is broken,
and they're trying to correct. Is this a conspiracy there?
You think there this is a concertative football night in
America is going to eventually? Didn't we just had this conversation.
They're gonna put Tariko and and Breeze into into the
(19:32):
booth for Colin's worth and now Michael's didn't we just
had our conversation, why would and why not change the
format all night? Why the format of how you're doing
off day, off day games right or off off time
like prime time games? Why not changing? So in the
future I do buy into that that this is them
(19:55):
maybe looking at what the next phases of Monday Night.
People consume things different exactly, so you have to you
have to entertain differently. People don't want to hear old
as people just breaking down x's and o's that stuff
that Demandings are doing. I'm just being honest, right, Like,
(20:16):
it's like all of these different old fossils that make
decisions and are doing things people don't want to hear
that those those people are dying off. Like the people
that want to hear those people are are dying off.
So this next generation of people they relate to the
stuff that Demannings are doing. Well, here's in the immediate future.
This is also what I think they're doing. I think
(20:36):
ESPN looks at it like this, if we're gonna lose
drown outscar rapid, so maybe I also ESPN might look
at it and say, if we're gonna lose viewers, we'd
rather lose viewers to ourselves and and so we can
(20:58):
drive people over to our work, and maybe we do
it that way. Well, you know, the only ones broadcasting
the game show. Who else is gonna lose them? What
I'm saying, if people want to tune out of the
game and go somewhere else, let me let me help you.
Be honest, let me let me is breaking all you.
Let me help you out here. That's what he usually does.
(21:18):
It's one thing to lose to yourself in terms of
who's watching the game. But there's another idea of I'm
okay with losing viewers to our other broadcast to to
this broadcast if we're bringing in other viewers from other shows.
So I'm taking a chance on losing viewership on our
(21:39):
other station, that is our station competing against ourselves. But
if there's something else that you would be watching, maybe
it's a Comedy Central, maybe it's a uh maybe it
might be. Here's here's where that the logic behind losing
viewers on ESPN to ESPN too goes to all right,
(22:01):
here's where it falls apart. The advertisers who are paying
for Monday night football are not gonna be pleased with
a declining viewership, right. They are spending money to be
on your air. Viewership is going down anyway. You say
what I mean, no, no, no, But but here's here's
the reality too. And that's a whole separate conversation that
(22:23):
to chord cutting. What I'm saying to you is they
have to themselves. They are lessening the amount of viewers
on ESPN and some of them are going to ESPN two.
So my my rebuttal would be, if you're an advertiser,
and you're paying X for ESPN, which is gonna cost
more money. Right, it's in more households, it's got higher viewership.
(22:47):
I'm gonna be pretty ticked off. Then if ESPN two
starts competing and those advertisements that go for cheaper. Do
you see what I'm saying? This isn't a chord cutting conversation.
This is more about what's already there. The advertise eyes
is who have already paid for this, who can't be
happy that their ads are seeing less people because they're
floating to ESPN two. So if I'm advertised, I'd say, well,
(23:09):
how about this, I'm gonna spend less and I'm not
gonna do as much with you on ESPN, but put
me on ESPN too. How significant are the numbers? Do
do we know? Well? No, no, so they're really far
apart at least if you look at week two I'm
talking about like saying, how significant are the numbers of
the viewership leaving to go there? I would be more
because that's huge. It's what you're saying is validated by
(23:32):
the numbers. Then I get it. I mean, first off,
the Manning cast had like one point two million a
week two to like ten million for the broadcast for
Monday Football in week two, So it's like a tenth
of the viewership if you will. But but that, but
think about that, that viewership doubled in a week's time.
I don't know what it will be in week three.
And if you're saying, all right, this game ends up
(23:53):
being and it's Dallas, so it probably won't. But let's
say it was eight or nine and now the Manning uh,
you know, broadcasts maybe three. Now you're saying, all right,
we might have a little bit of a problem here
with some of the people who are spending and advertising
on these particular platforms. Yeah, Brady isn't know what he's
talking about. You want to talk TV, just give it
to me here. Let's I think it's all about advertisers.
(24:17):
And I think, you know, if I'm an advertiser and
I'm paying for you know, something on ESPN and all
of a sudden they see dwindling numbers because you want
to go flirt with the Mannings on ESPN two, then
I'm gonna be really bothered by it. That's what I
think happened there. Lamar was really happy that he showed
that he had loose hips. Yeah, you know when he
was you gotta see him give the double bird. Yeah.
(24:39):
By the way, he didn't realize that. You know, on
live TV, they don't have the ability to blur out
your hands. That's that's you know, post production stuff. You know,
you gotta be I don't care. I don't think they care.
I just think that they do. They do them. And
when I mean they do them, they've been under like
Eli didn't go to the team that draft did him.
(25:00):
What's two birds? That's true, And on national television he said,
I will not I will Yeah, that's like four, I
will not go to your team. Like, they don't care.
They're untouchable, man, untouchable. Great schedule, they're just gonna take
off in the middle and go we'll be back a
week seven. See you guys. They're doing. You know, my
(25:21):
favorite part about their broadcast is is they're always surprised
by the commercial breaks. It's like, every time there's a
break that comes, they're just they're talking talking. Then it's
like and it just goes a break. But we do
that too. Jonas does that all the time. We take
him all the way to the brink. You know, that's
you know, but but again, you know, just talking TV here,
(25:43):
LaVar and I are TV guys, so we know more
about you know, just sort of this stuff as far
as TV goes, you know. But here's here's my thing,
right if if if because of you see how I
just kept going, because of what's taking place with with
(26:05):
two birds, two birds for you Jonas um not not
not a dirty bird or an eagle bird, but the birds. Um.
You know, the guests have to be a large part.
They're probably teasing who their guests are or whatever. Why
not just do that on my See again, if if
(26:28):
football purity isn't good enough for you, then why not
start doing no saying They've flirted with this in the past,
like bringing celebrities into the booth with them or in
the games. Why not I mean no, no, no, no, no,
please understand what I'm saying. Not as a part of
(26:48):
the entire broadcast for moments, yeah, for moments like you
brought in Lebron James. Lebron James is a big Dallas
Cowboys fan. Bring them into the booth or or or
bring them in and live Lebron like, what did you
see on what have you seen so far in this game?
What what's exciting you like? Shake it up a little bit,
(27:09):
Shake it up. Imagine being Greasy and Lewis ridden and
being an afterthought. Oh, I know, Louis real well, we
we spent a lot of time together in Washington, Uh,
him in the front office and me on as a player.
Let me make sure I clear that up because I
don't want that to be misconstrued in any type of
(27:29):
form or way. Um our time together. Uh, Lewis and
Lewis would have been all right, all right, Lewis would
have been okay with it because Louis has a professional side.
But Louis also has the Lewis Riddick who played for
pitt And and the Oakland Raiders when they were the
Oakland Raiders side, Like he's one of us, right, But
(27:51):
but going to the other side of it, where it's
like old school, like I don't know, maybe Greasy would
be okay with it too, you know what I mean?
But I just don't I don't know. I mean, but
how Michael's or or Chris Collins were I don't know
how that would play out. Probably not well, I don't
know how that one would play out. You know, Give
me what what would Chris say, I mean, I gotta
(28:13):
like what we're doing the game. They got Peyton and
Eli manning over on the other channel. They got Lebron
James Eli swinging his hips in front of a golf simulator.
How do we compete doing an inappropriate thing? I mean
it's uh, he's by throwing up double birds. I mean
(28:33):
ales like he's having sex of the air, Brady Jonas
stocks of the heir on fs are what do you
guys make of? Uh? You know, the Steelers being accused
of quitting. He got Tyler Boyd of the Bengal saying
that the Steelers quit the final plays of the of
the game. Is that that resonate with you? You buying
(28:55):
into that? Or is that just trash talk from a
I mean they would know, right Brady. I mean they
would know whether or not a team gave up towards
the end of that game. Correct. Um. I don't know
that I've ever seen it or or felt like a
team gave up. I do think, and maybe I'm just
saying this in a different way. I do recall, especially
(29:19):
when the game is out of reach, players making some
business to see that is if I say the same thing,
LaVar business decision. You're right, you got it. And if
it's a two score game down the stretch, yes, I
could see some guys being like, yeah, we're not winning
on one player. Tell the story before we go to
(29:40):
break of the offensive lineman who just refused to go
in the game. Well, no, no, no no, it wasn't. It
wasn't that he refused to go. He was already in
the game. So we had an offensive line. This is
week seventeen, right awful year, and we uh, we had
an offensive line already in the game. He was already
banged up, and we had an injury at left tackle.
Granted we were already on our backup left tackle, So
(30:03):
you're talking about putting someone in a position where they've
got to go up against von Miller. And this particular
player was was, you know, do you know with some
contract stuff, and he just said I was like, hey,
we're gonna move you over to left tackle. He said no,
I just say no. I said what he said no,
And so we ended up having a call time out.
I walk over and tell her, oh see, I'm like, hey,
(30:24):
he don't you don't want to get the left had him?
Said the best us he guys, let you talk to him,
so he guys talks to him. Okay, we're putting some
else in the left happ It's like all right, like
that's how we have to finish out the game. Um,
but so yeah, I mean it's in that particular situation,
it would have been a bad spot. He would have
(30:46):
been playing out a position, he had a club on
his hand. You know. It wasn't a good spot for
anyone to be in at that point, probably me the
most of anyone. But the reality was is he understood
him said no, yeah, he understood exactly what position we
were putting him in, and he was like, this is
not a recipe for success, and so no, I am
(31:09):
not going to do that to myself. I mean, it
was really enough in the game where we weren't out
of it, but it was also at a point of
season whereas the last game we weren't. We weren't going
anywhere after. I am not putting this on film exactly.
He's like, putting this on put this on film, And
(31:31):
they said, I and the sky don't lie. You're not
going to have the truth on me. I just love
how we had to burn a time out just to
have that conversation. I will I will say this though,
that's Von Miller. That's Von Miller. That's a future Hall
of Fame. We think about it. You got to think
about what you're doing. But when he was thinking that's
(31:52):
von Miller, I was thinking, also, that's von that's Von Miller.
Who are we gonna have to ply everybody sitting there
saying that's Von A man? It is Two Pros and
a Cup of Joe Here Fox Sports Radio, Lavarton, Brady Quinn,
Jonas FSR coming up next here there's a quarterback he's
(32:12):
being booed, and there's a theory behind why it's happening.

Apple podcast orherever you get your podcast. Hey, hey, I
don't I don't go into like trying to do those
words because I might mess it up, all right, and
it would come across as if I'm ignorant and prejudice
and I'm not. So I didn't want to mess that up.
Some of Shakira's octave sound a little like Kermit the Frog.
(33:20):
You ever noticed that. Yes, yes, that's a good point.
Like a muppet. Yeah, like a muppet. Just yes, yes,
but you know, looks very It kind of sounds like
a muppet too. They sound like muppets together. Yeah, I
don't know. Hanging hanging on a topic of muppets. I
(33:42):
also think that's one of the more offensive things you
can call someone a muppet. I've heard people be called
a muppet before, which is actually kind of funny. That's
that's pretty messed up. Yeah, it's pretty messed up. Yeah,
I think that's just disrespect. I thought ms Piggy was
kind of attractive personally. There was something about her. I
(34:03):
think it was her eyes. Yeah, and she had a
lot of attitude. Maybe maybe how to check your eyes
if you think she Kermit thought she was attractive, what's wrong?
Is there something wrong with Kermit's eyes? Yeah? I k
and and she always had Kermits back. Like, who doesn't
want to Miss Piggy in their life? I mean, honestly,
anybody mess with you. She coming, and she coming to
(34:26):
handle that business. I'm just saying, that's a good point,
you know, the way you put it, though I don't.
I don't know. I don't know, man, I'm just doing it.
I'm not doing it. She's like LaVar. LaVar is putting
traps out there for everybody to step in. And uh,
and I'm not doing it. I refused to do it.
(34:46):
I'm not. I'm just saying, Miss Piggy's a dope chick.
Tell you right now, this is a dream job. I'm
not gonna lose it. Don't lose your dream for ripping
on a stuffed animal. It's not happening here. That means
you're safe. It's not even a real person. I'm not
not attracted to Miss Peggy. I'll just put it that way,
all right. Yeah. I enjoyed the movies. It's head and
(35:12):
on rewind and everything you know to pros and a
cup of Joey. Well, this guy is always on top o.
Come on, I'm not going to go that. Let's not
go there. What do we do it here? I liked
Miss Piggy, That's all I mean, come on, it's nothing
wrong with that. I had a crush. I did have
a crush. By the way, can we uh, Spencer Rattler?
(35:33):
Why I never show her? Did they ever show her? Like? Not?
Go ahead? Go ahead, sorry, just go ahead. And I'm
not going to touch it and say it's good. Yeah
wait wait, I mean I'm going to stay away from it. Okay, alright,
um so Spencer Rattler the quarterback for Oklahoma. We saw
(35:54):
a quarterback on Monday Night football from Oklahoma last night
and Jalen Hurts and now we've got Spencer Rattler. And
I know what you want to say, LaVar other day.
Fact that nobody even responded and laughed at it. I
thought it was really funny personally. So he's you know,
(36:17):
there are some people Oklahoma fans are are complaining a
little bit. There was chance for his backup on on
Saturday Oklahoma who struggled, and they have not looked like
the dynamic and you know, a dominating team that they've
looked like in the years past. And so there's some conversations.
This guy was supposed to be the next big thing
in Oklahoma, Heisman Trophy favorite coming into the season, and
(36:40):
uh and and Brady fans in Oklahoma not happy with
with old Spencer Rattler. He's got the greatest name in
the world. I had all this potential, all this hype built.
I don't know if it's the greatest name gets a
strong last I mean it's pretty solid first name. Yeah,
I was. I was more interested to hear take things.
Why do you think I just don't think people are
(37:05):
into them all like that, you know, I don't know.
Appearances are everything, man. I think he was set up
to fail in a couple of ways, right, Like, when
you're the favorite coming into the season, there's obviously high expectations.
And when you're a quarterback at Oklahoma based on their
(37:27):
track record, and from Baker Mayfield to Kyler Murray to
Jalen Hurts, all they know is watching the Heisman and
either their guy hoisting it or their guys sitting there
to see if he has a chance of hoisting it
up like that, that's all they know. And so he
comes in as a fresh when a young player. Last year,
(37:47):
he goes through some growing pains early and then really
finishes the season strong. And then now this year he's
the favorite. He's the guy. He's supposed to get back
to New York. He's supposed to get this team back
to the top of the Big Twelve, which they are,
and a shot of winning a national championship. And it's
been rough, but like I think they're they'd be understanding
(38:08):
of some of those expectations. The difference now with him
and other players are they're getting paid. There's name, image
and likeness that's attached to it. I think when you
talk to sports fans tour in the pros, they feel like, well, hey,
these guys are getting paid. I deserve to be able
to to boothe them if I want if they're not
putting up the production they need to. Now it's it's
(38:30):
not a direct correlation with paying for tickets and how
that ends up, you know, helping these players. Right, These
n I L deals are different, But I do feel
like there's a different feel now to some of these
players because they are making money, they are viewed as
kind of a pro in a way, and I think
it makes fans more like, this guy ain't worth what
he's making. Did you did you see him on the
(38:53):
Quarterback series on Netflix? There's a QB one q QB?
All right, he's just not I mean, he did not
come across as a personable person. He didn't come across
as likable. My opinion, one man's opinion. I think when
you're not a a sympathetic figure, or when your your
(39:14):
confidence level is so high and your belief in yourself
is so high, you just have to always protect that
because if if you come up short when you're as
seemingly now I don't know if he's that person in
real life, never met him, But when you come across
as arrogant as he did in that show, I don't
think that he's not that arrogant now. So I think
(39:35):
that if you're not a sympathetic or likable figure in
that manner, you better compensate for it by being the
best that you can be and not giving people the
opportunity to boo you. It is two pros and a
