on fs ARE. Um So Uh, what's wrong. I'm just
teasing you, okay, just making sure you got your your
focus on in the morning. Just you know, I'm dialed in.
You do Saturdays, but you're you're kind of at the
(01:21):
same time, but you're not. You're still like an hour
later than what we do to not during this show,
four hours later because seven am Pacific time and we
started three am Pacific time. Yeah, you're starting when we'd
like basically an hour with death. Yeah. Do you feel
like different when you're doing the show? Yeah, people still
think it's early. I'm like, no, it ain't. When you're
(01:42):
waking up am during the week, I know, like, yeah,
I feel like I'm fully arrested. I was going to
read on this show and the words look like a
bunch of fish going in a whole bunch of different
Like at first they were all lined up and going
the right direction, and then you start to realize that
sometimes your body or your mind and your eyes aren't
(02:03):
all the way like opened up and awaken going, and
and the words start running away from you. And then
I was doing the same read on Saturday, and it
was like done right, kill three, like absolutely killed three.
And I was like I wonder like my mind is
(02:25):
is totally awake right now, and it's it's weird because
we're just talking about the professionalism of everything that you
know goes into all of it, and it's like, man,
you don't realize how much you gotta really, really, really
be doubt in and drilled down on the things that
you want to discuss and talk about because your mind
might play tricks on you at this hour during the day. Man, Yeah,
(02:48):
that's true. I mean, but listen, well you know I
don't I still don't consider this real work. Though, this
work trying to keep up with you guys is it's
definitely work. Man. I'll be I'll be reading y'all's run
down to be like, all right, this is where we're
going to damn all right, all right, Well I can
already tell you we're not going to get to a
lot of that's on here based on some of the
(03:08):
grab basstery that's gone on. So that's always but grabbing.
I like it. That's a shirt. Uh, We've had a
ton of shirts on this on this show, we're gonna
start making merch. And when we start making to merch,
I mean generally, if you have like all of those
those like infrastructures in place that stuff should resonating kind
(03:30):
of come from, you know, these types of shows just
saying yeah, there should be like there should be we
should have had a shot glass by now, I mean,
there's once we should have a beer mug. We should
have our own beer mug, you know, we should have
we should have our own coffee cups, like our own mugs.
Like there's a few things. I mean, but some of
(03:50):
the things we say on this show, Like I don't know,
I don't know. There's there's a few things that belong
on shirts for hoodies. Yeah, there's a lot. You know,
you got to create that show infrastructure we do, you know,
I mean maybe we'll call u dp UM, you know,
Colin and see how you know. Yeah, I mean I
(04:10):
feel like, you know, they could probably mentor us. Yeah,
you know, like because you know, you you think about
like some of the legends in the industry, you want
to turn to them for advice, um or sometimes they'll
just reach out to you when you don't expect. Yeah,
give me an example like his NFL to NFL. Oh,
how about the fact that Ben Roethlisberger apparently reached out
(04:32):
to Kenny Pickett. How about that he apparently reached out
to Kenny Pickett. If you don't believe me, here was
the brand new Steelers quarterback drafted number twenty by the Steelers,
but number one in your heart. Kenny p definitely, you know,
said he's always there for me if I have any
you know, questions or advice. Like, I mean, he's an
unbelievable player, Hall of Famer, So if he's a guy
that I definitely will use a you know, as a resource,
(04:52):
you know, in these coming weeks here about Big Ben,
we were all wrong. They weren't wrong, Listen, I thought
he was. He was very upset about the situation. And um,
you know that was a report that came out that
this is a passive aggressive show today. Just there's a
whole lot and and maybe, just maybe there's a possibility
(05:16):
that Picket just did Ben Roethlisberger the same exact way
Matt Rule did your boy Tepper about that? You think
you think, Kenny, it's already You just never know, man,
you know, you just never know. Yeah, I thought it
was pretty interesting the timing of everything. Yeah, it's uh,
Ben does I think lead the lead the league and
(05:37):
passive aggressiveness. Well, I mean it was never better display
of it than when he got t J. Watt resigned
and able to get back and get that defense Player
at a Year award. You know that was him? Yeah. Uh,
do do you do you buy Ben Roethlisberger really wanting
to help out Kenny Pickett and reaching out Do you
buy this all the way? Or is this uh? Is
(05:58):
this just Ben wanting to keep his name out there?
Just try and try and let everybody know like, hey,
I'm still here. Just one just wants you to know.
If anything's gonna get done, it's gonna be done the
Ben Roethlisberger way. I'm still here. I don't know. Is
there a formula for when you retired you're gonna be
a Hall of Famer? How you go about like handling that?
Like like do you basically put out there like yeah,
I reached out to the young rook told him I'm
(06:19):
always here for him if he needs it, and uh
and also I'm kind to play it coming back to play,
So there's that too, and that way you just kind
of leverage like every people were like, wait a second,
he's there to be a mentor, but he might come
back and play. Does that mean for his former team
a new team? Is he is he trying to get
into broadcasting. He's just he's using that as leverage. Like wait,
(06:40):
wait a second, whether it's in genuine or not, it's
just it makes you look better in your post career
playing life, which is it's really all about image at
that point, because like in football, you could be an
absolute dirt bag or you could be a bad guy,
but if you win all the time, you're successful. Like
people just have to deal with it, like there's nothing
they can do about it. You know, people don't like
(07:02):
how Bill Belichick handles, you know, press conferences, but he's
been so damned successful. Samething with Nick Saban. They don't
always love how he handles press conferences, but he's so successful,
so they deal with it. You know that that's that
once you're done, you can't be a jerk anymore, Like
you gotta be viewed as this nice guys, Oh have
you met me? So nice? And he was so successful
(07:23):
that's kind of how it has to be. And and
so you can't keep that same persona up. So it's
all about image, and that's what I think this is
more about than anything else. I just think we're going
to find out the truth about Ben Roethlisberger probably when
(07:43):
the season gets going, and it's going to take seeing
what the Steelers do, what Picket does. I mean, I
can't even imagine what Ben Roethlisberger will be thinking when
the season gets underway and they start playing, because if
you keep in mind, they they were undefeated for most
(08:05):
of the year, the second to last year that he
was there, and while people will say it was unforeseeable
or that was the worst undefeated team in the history
of the game, nonetheless they were undefeated for well, I
want to say ten weeks. I think they were, might
have been closer to twelve. I think they were, Like
(08:27):
the first loss was that Wednesday game against Washington scheduled
for the COVID. I just I just think that his
last year, he could always say, look, I lost my line,
I lost my old line, I lost my receivers. I
didn't have you know, I didn't have a lot of
the things that I had when I was enjoying the
(08:47):
successes that we were enjoying as a team. And I
just wonder if he's if he if the reports are true,
he's he's but hurt over the way things ended. Then
he's probably looking for some some type of validation or
justification based upon what the Steelers do moving forward, moving
(09:10):
on without him. He's not going to another team. There's
not another team out there that would probably want him
at this point. I would assume just knowing that you've
got a few guys out there that would probably get
taken picking up before Ben Roethlisberger, unless you're just looking
for that in in you know, meeting room leader. But
then also the idea of of thinking that all right, well,
(09:33):
I'm here for you whenever you need me, like to me.
That's that's it's great to put that out there because
you do keep the door open and there is a
feeling a good will. But I don't know how true
that statement is from from Picket or what that interpretation
of what Ben said. That was probably possibly a tongue
in cheek comment from Ben Roethlisberger to Picket. I think
(09:56):
the most interesting thing about it is if you compare
like a veteran guy like that offering his services to
a rookie, Um, it's it's pretty genuine, and I don't know,
it's kind of fresh for Ben because he just left
this past year, and then as soon as he leaves,
they drove the first round quarterback, right, and a guy
who's already been loved in, which is probably what hurts
(10:19):
a little bit, right, Like you just left. You want
two super Bowls, you're a future Hall of Famer, and
yet they can't wait for the next guy to come in.
And it's the harsh reality of life, man, Like, that's
the that's the truth of playing quarterback is even when
you're the guy and you get that as successful as
you will be there a VEGGI, they can't wait to
kick you to the curb. And so that's the hard
(10:42):
part for Ben to deal with. And so I'm sure
he's saying, hey, I'll help you whatever you want. He
shouldn't feel threatened, though, Like tell me the chances. How
many quarterbacks have won two Super Bowls in their careers?
Too many? It's not, it's less. It's probably less than
too handful. Yeah, I would think so to think if
(11:02):
you're Ben, I mean, think about this, it's gonna be
hard for Kenny Pickett to replicate your type of success.
I mean. Aaron Rodgers is the back to back m
v P largely viewed as one of the greatest talents
NFL has ever seen. He's only won won one. He's
only won one. Dan Marino never won one, and he's
(11:22):
arguably viewed as maybe the greatest talent depending on who
you talk to. So like, I kind of sit there
and go, like, what's the harm in actually helping the
kid out? Now, if you're Jim Kelly, you know, but
if you're if you're like, if you see what's going
on in Denver between Russell Wilson and Peyton Manning, that's
two veteran guys. What it's it's amazing. But what's interesting
(11:44):
about it is, you know Payton won one in Denver
and he had a record setting year in Denver. But
you know, Russell could easily with the team that they have.
I mean, it's an uphill battle, but he can win
one or two. They're like, there's no doubt he could
kind of surpass what Payton did there. And Payton has
no issue whatsoever helping him out and trying to pass
(12:06):
on that legacy for one veteran to another. I guess
if you're talking about like overall legacies, I mean Peyton
Wood should feel more threatened, at least as a Denver Bronco,
then Ben Roethlisberger should feel as a Pittsburgh Steeler if
you if you kind of catch what I'm saying. Yeah,
you know, Um, it's kind of weird. I was thinking
about this last week. Isn't it weird that Peyton Manning
(12:27):
is more connected to the Broncos and he only played
in Denver for four years? Says a lot like he
won a Super Bowl in Indianapolis, he went to Like
he did the same things that he did in Denver,
and he did it at at a higher level for
a longer time. I mean, he was great for a
couple of years in Denver, but he was only there
for four years. So is that is there still bad
(12:49):
blood between him and her? Say about the way things
you know, and I'm I'm I'm gonna put this to
both of them just super quickly. It's you know, one
thing I've learned later on in my life, And I
don't know why it took so long. Maybe I just
took it for granted because I had great parents. But
advocacy is a real thing, bro right, Like Like if
(13:11):
you think about this, like can you pick it? Puts
himself in position to have a spotlight on him that's
different if he really has the support of Ben Roethlisberger,
if Ben is there, if they're saying, oh, Ben is
with them, Ben has been talking to him. Ben has
been on the phone with them. Ben has had meetings
that a die. Now the decision makers, the writers and
(13:33):
all those people are looking at it like kenn he Pickett,
like we gotta pay attention to him, like Kenny Pickett.
Anything that Kenny Pickett does is gonna be amplified because
of that support and that advocacy of Ben Roethlisberger. Ben
Roethlisberger truly is uh an endorser of Picket. There there
will be a different level of of, you know, kind
(13:54):
of exposure and coverage of Picket during his rookie season.
The same exist for Russell Wilson and meeting with with
Peyton Manning. To have Peyton Manning's advocacy is to put
put Russell Wilson in a position that he's not been
in obviously in his entire career, which is a driver's
seat to be the m v P of this league.
(14:15):
If he does remotely anything what he needs to do
in terms of leading this team to a winning season
and making it to the postseason in a certain manner,
the advocacy of Peyton Manning gives him that endorsement that
would actually possibly be maybe that missing piece that could
help him get too closer to getting that m v
(14:36):
P bit, because that's really all that's left for for
Russell Wilson at this point is to get that m
v P. So the advocacy of it all is is
very real and be interesting to see if it truly
is something that Ben will be vocal about and make
it a thing where he's saying, listen yet, you know,
get on a weekly show in Pittsburgh and talk about
(14:58):
what's going on in his relationship up to it. That
would be a big thing for Picket. It would be
a big thing for the team too. Yeah, it's a
two pros and a cup of Joe. Fox Sports Radio

a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LaVar Arrington and
(15:42):
Jonas Knocks week days at six am Eastern, three am
Pacific on Fox Sports Radio and the I Heart Radio. Hey,
it's two Pros and a Cup of Joe. Fox Sports Radio.
Pickets got Ben Russ. Russ has got Peyton, Yeah, Lee
(16:02):
has got Yeah. That's a very sound advice. And out
of all three mentors, I guarantee you, I gave him
the most jacked up advice man, out of all of
the three of us, you know, like jacked up us.
It's jacked up. I gave him some jacked up advice.
(16:23):
But I meant it though, from the heart. Yeah, I
meant it from the heart. Yeah, no doubt. It's uh horrible,
It's probably horrible advice. But I might be saving him
too though. Yeah I felt it. Okay, It's I'm just
saying it. Might it might be saving you, but it
might be considered to be like conventional thinking says that
(16:46):
you know, that might be a horrible thing that that's
it to him. Yeah, just you know, make sure, there's
no there's no such thing as making sure that I
want I want to I want to know he's lost,
I know you're lost. Um, it might be attack. Just
it could be a text. I'm just saying it should
be one of them deals where we got a text
(17:06):
it to him, like we were talking about obviously the quarterbacks, um,
the mentorship and all that and relationships in the world
of sports much like you know marriage there you go
with you know marriage and um, just some sound advice
from from Labar to Lee. If he ever goes down,
ye could resist it is just do life partner. It
(17:35):
is much more socially accepted. It definitely is. Uh. It's
a more awkward conversation though after uh, you know it's
already uh become a fast about this. What you talking about?
It is? It is? Um man, Now you know what
(18:00):
coming up later on this hour, This feels like appropriate.
We are going to have the F S R I R.
We're gonna report and the injuries issues ailments for a
busy weekend. Can I report on someone who's not here today? Yes? Okay, yeah, absolutely, yeah,
good call. Okay that that is perfect? Is in here?
(18:23):
He's holding on Chris pet is it here? Is holding
right now? Perfect? You did obviously the the overnights on
the weekend and now you're here. Yeah, so yeah, you
can see it. I got the call while I was
doing the other shift too. It's like, hey, I need
you in for a bird out tonight. Yeah all right, yeah,
(18:43):
well there goes the chicken answers. Answers. You will get
some answers. I have a feeling out about twenty minutes
from now on. Was he got the weekend flew? Yeah?
I mean he's going to dominate the I R port.
I think so. Um yeah, he is sleep right now
(19:06):
all the ways not even Yeah that did to the world. Yeah,
this show doesn't exist to him right now. What were
you gonna say? Qu what are you gonna say? Get
the details on what you were going to say? No, No,
we're gonna wait for the I RNA wa. Yeah, a
whole lot of snitching going all right now. We were
just venting a little. I was venting during the break
(19:28):
for certain Um, you know I I gave I gave
Lee Lee. Just disregard anything I said. Just tell them
disregard at all. Do not apply my logic to your life, bro. Yeah,
I mean it's worked amazingly for me. I ain't gonna lie.
My logic has truly been a real asset for me.
(19:49):
But it might not play out for you the way
it did at ass for me. So you know, don't
don't have your chick coming up in this this studio
opening up the door while we're on air and airing
me out. Please, it's just uh, please, I don't know
what I'll do. I'll I'll be mortified. Please, if you're listening, girlfriend,
(20:12):
please please, I meant nothing by do you feel better? Though? Okay,
that's sorry. Well I had to make sure that I
cleared that up because I don't okay, alright, um alright. So, uh,
I was really relieved over the weekend like this, like
like just a sigh of relief because thank god Tyreek
(20:35):
Hill took to social media to to defend to Uh.
I mean, you know, like I was, I was really
concerned about this, you know, putting together like a little
bit of a highlight real like film all too Yeah,
like something like that, because you know two was getting
mocked for his arm strength in that slow motion video.
But thank god Tyreek Hill stepped up and saved the day, apparently.
(20:57):
And when people listen to our to a drop and dimes,
I mean just football cutting through the wind in South
Beach and you know, you know the wind is in
South Beach, there's like a tropical storm, and to his
arm strength just goes right through it like it just
like I I needed that, you know I I definitely
needed that. Like that made me feel better about the
(21:18):
whole situation. It's just ridiculous. He should have done he
should have put together a bunch of clips where to
is under throwing him and and throwing incomplete passes in practice,
and just play this whole thing up, this ridiculous scouting
a ten second video and a practice where guys were
(21:39):
in a bucket hat and some shorts and then just
assuming that's a that's a peek into what the future
is going to be like for the Dolphins. Can't stand it. Ridiculous.
I'm just saying, man, you got like it. But but
thank god he stepped up and he defended him on Twitter.
That's what we need say. Just put ace, you know,
highlight videos out of to a throwing the ball around
(22:00):
at all. Man, you guys are addicting. Does it make
you so mad? Because it's social media? Which and which
bothers me. It's just it's the the fake behavior on
social media. Yeah, it just run, it runs rampant every
single day and it annoys me. And then it's it's
it's it's the whole scouting a player during practice, and
(22:22):
it's gonna happen in a couple of months during training camp.
There's gonna be reports that kenn he Picket fumbled a
couple of snaps from center and they're gonna go, oh,
you know, he dropped a ball in the shotgun. It's
because his hands are too small. Like, it's just I'm
just embracing myself for that garbage. We're gonna have to
deal within a couple of months. I can't stand it, Man,
has it just bothers me? I just I don't know
(22:44):
why we make so much of it. But but thank
god he was defending him. Though responsible for the way
you just vented on this topic, Like I felt like
you were going to approach it very differently than what
you just did. I just opened Pandora's box in the
in the studio and I'm sorry, no listen, I'm so sorry,
Like everyone out there, I'm that's listening. I'm sorry. I
(23:05):
think I've I took you down that lane of of
the way you're thinking, and I just want to apologize.
Wouldn't wouldn't it bother you guys if you were playing
and somebody got ahold of some clips from practice and
all of a sudden started to run with them and say, oh,
could have some problems here, like oh this, this could
this could be an issue here. It's like we're practice,
you're working through things, and people are airing this stuff
(23:27):
out publicly and like making comments about it, like it's
just it's just it's weird do this. And it's happening
with a guy that clearly has been scrutinized, um some
would say maybe unjustly scrutinized, you know, and and just
just wondering where he's at with things. I mean, to
use practice clips to to justify one way or the other.
(23:49):
I mean, it just I think it just kind of
is what it is, is the nature of the business.
You know, you just got to accept that certain things
come with um the position and with the profession that
you're in. But you know, it is what it is.
He's he's going one way or the other, whatever people
are saying, whatever they're thinking. The one thing that is
the for certain of it all is that Toa has
(24:10):
to show that he can get it done and he
has to do it this season. That's that's the fa certain. Yeah,
I mean, that's more of my comments. All this is.
I don't care whether people want to bash to it
in the off season or you know, Tyree Kill wants
to defend him. I really don't. It's easy for both
to do what they're doing right now. It's easy for
(24:31):
the media to look at one underthrown path past excuse me,
one under thrown pass and go there it is. There's
the season preview for you. Just take a look at
what the Dolphins put out there. It is. It's easy
for anyone on social media or who claims there in
the media or a journalist to say that. It's not
(24:52):
as easy once they actually get into a game and
they have to break down film and maybe I have
an understanding of where the wide receiver is supposed to be,
where the ball was supposed to be. All that up
and no different for Tarik Kill it's easy to then
put together some passes against no defense and basically helmets
and what shorts, t shirt and shorts and go around
catching the ball. Like I mean, it's easy for him
(25:14):
to put out what are you talking about? Look at
these passes? Okay, Like none of it matters. None of
it matters right now, and beyond that, for Tyreek Kio
to come out and defend him, it's a nice vote
of confidence. But dude, right now, it's easy. You're not
frustrated about getting the football, or you're not frustrated about
the ball not being on you, or you're not getting
as many catches or targets. You know. And he's got
(25:36):
the contracts, so maybe he's not gonna care as much
at this point. But I just I don't care about
the offseason. Like Twitter, let's just try to make ourselves
relevant and keep putting stuff out there in the news cycle.
I don't because once we get in the season, that's
when as a journalist you gotta work, and that's when
you actually have to understand what's trying to be accomplished
on the field. As a player, that's when your true
(25:58):
emotions come out because all the work you're doing it now,
and everything that looks good in T shirt and shorts
and a helmet, that's all gonna look different once you
get into an actual game, and we'll see how these
two mesh and their chemistry and everything else. And when
things don't go well, when they're losing a bunch of games,
and Tyree it's something tyre Kill has an experience. Then
god knows how long, because he's they've been in Kansas
City where you're a perennial super Bowl contender. Then we'll
(26:20):
see outside Kill defends them, or then we'll see outsideree
Kill handles it. Where do you guys put them in
the a f C East? Did they have any shot
whatsoever to compete? I think the roster is so loaded
that you'd have to contemplate them. For second, they're not Buffalo.
They're not gonna beat Buffalo. But I would say as
far as New England goes, like, yeah, I could. I
(26:42):
could see them getting the best in New England because
they're just so darned talented. And it was in Melvin
Ingram they signed. He got a deal this weekend. Um,
So I don't know what the hell the Steelers were
thinking last year man because he looked good for Kansas
City and he was good in the playoffs for Kansas City.
Um so, yeah, this is uh, but it's gonna it's
gonna be interesting to see how that team looks. And
(27:04):
um yeah, but I just told that position to a
different standard in Pittsburgh just might have not have been
a good fit for Oh come on, they could have
used them opposite of t J. Yeah, come on, I
could have you know, this might have not have you know,
philosophies just might have not have matched up. You know,
that's all. It's two pros and a cup of Joe. Here.
Fox Sports Radio, we are going to have an fs
(27:25):
R i R coming up here, uh in a in
about ten minutes from now. Um So, I was watching
Brady's Birmingham Stallions in the USFL yesterday. I was watching
a little bit of the game at five and over right,
I think they're on us F. Well, they're the only
home teams. So if you knew how it was all
being constructed and they're all playing there in Birmingham, you
knew that, like, not only is the name pretty dope,
(27:46):
but you might want to go with the team that
has actually some fans in the stands. Yeah there is that. Yeah,
that's true. There is that, and they all have the
same stands. That's the funny thing about it. But I mean,
you're not gonna come and supports some other city of
no affiliation with. Okay, so let me ask you guys this,
all right, what would you because I was curious about
(28:08):
this and I reached out to somebody to get the answer,
somebody who would know. What do you guys think would
be the betting line if Birmingham played the Georgia Bulldogs
on a neutral field. If the Birmingham Stallions, the best
USFL team right now, played the defending national champions on
(28:28):
a neutral field, who do you think would be favor Um?
I would say GA Georgia minus two and a half. Okay,
three and half. So on a neutral field, Georgia minus
three and a half. All right. The guy reached out
to UH said Birmingham would be a seven point favorite
(28:51):
on a neutral field. No chance, you don't think so,
because think about think about Birmingham's well, there's that, but
think about birming MP's roster. You had five first round
picks on defense or excuse me, Georgia's Georgia's roster, you
had five first round picks on defense. How many does
Birmingham have? Well, I think they chose to go to
(29:13):
the USFL. You know. The one thing that I've been noticing,
I just I can't believe you're doing this. I don't
really I don't know how in shape. And when I'm
watching the USFL, I don't know how in shape all
of these guys are in. Like some of these guys
look like they're fresh off the couch, like some of
them don't look like they are in the type of
(29:35):
physical condition like. You gotta think the conditioning regiment of
the Bulldogs is probably far and away better than what's
going on in the USFL right now. The continuity, like
the coaching staffs, the amount of time that they spend together.
If you take that championship team, all things, given all factors,
(29:56):
given the amount of time they've practiced, the time they've
been around, if they if they come together and they play,
there's no way, even with this being a pro team,
there's no way you could have them favorite, especially at
seven points, there's no way. I was surprised to know.
I didn't I didn't know that was that was Now
pro that's different. You take Jacksonville and you say, can
(30:18):
they beat uh, Georgia, you line them up. Has to
be the same thing. He said, thirty five points, they
would destroy Georgia. I wouldn't go. I wouldn't say thirty five.
But they would destroy a college team. They said, yeah,
thirty five point favorites Jacks Rus Georgia neutral field, thirty
five point favorites. Yeah, I wouldn't go thirty five. Was
(30:39):
that Jesus No? Straight away from that? No, no, no,
this is this guy is one of the best. Steve Ask,
he's one of the best. Yeah. Yeah, he worked on
straight out of Vegas. I worked with him for a
couple of years. Thirty five points. Listen, he had been
telling you that's uh he and he knows that's interesting.
Like no, and I'm really stopping because you know, in
in college, you know when it's when it is a
(31:02):
grossly disadvantaged team that that line is like large. I mean,
and you would assume that any pro team could destroy
any college team. You would think that because every single
position is a pro every let every including the backups.
(31:23):
For our pros, we had what six team players drafted
from Georgia this year, doubt it's the most most ever
ever ever, so basically six of their player and by
the way, that doesn't account for players who will be
drafted next year that started this past year, right. I mean,
(31:43):
the one glaring weakness that where you would say it
might be the case is the quarterback. Come on, I'm
just saying, like if if, if you're rolling out stetson Bennett,
that's where the biggest disadvantages between stets and Beneficus Trevor
Lawrence or stets and benneversus whatever quarterback you want to
pick on the styles roster. That's the difference. But I
think it's shortsighted and not looking at the fact that
(32:06):
when we make that conversation of well, when you're playing
an NFL team, all those guys are NFL players, Well, yeah,
guess what. All these dudes at Georgia are going to
be NFL players, Like literally literally their entire defense are
you look at them offensively, their old line, their wide receivers,
and they're running backs everyone that you know, they're tight ends.
The only spots gonna be the quarterback. But in this
(32:28):
whole hypothetical scenario, I still think that is bonkers. I
would say it's not Stallions, it's definitely George, and then
it won't be thirty five points. It's Two Pros and
a Cup of Joe. Here Fox Sports Radio, it is

up top of the next hour, We're going to take
a look back at a at an eventful Sunday in
(33:52):
the world of sports and a great comment post game
by one player in the National Basketball Association. But when
we get to the FS with prices soaring at the pump,
Discover has your bag with cash back. He was discovered
earned five percent cash back a gas stations and Target
now through June on up and purchases when you activate
(34:15):
learn more Discover dot com. Slash rewards limitations apply after
your sports recapt happens. So it's time to get the
FS are I R Report all right, and away we go.
Who wants to start? Let's start with here and that's
roperto Dodger sat a nice comeback yesterday. I believe what
(34:39):
in the past couple of innings, and it seemed like
there was a correlation between the timing of his text
message that he would not be working today and the
ending of the Dodgers win. So I would say, Roberto
after hitting the over from one of our prop bets.
Um as far as what it consumption was at that game, Yeah,
(35:01):
there's a reason why it's not. Well, here's what's interesting.
So the game he went to was the Saturday night game,
So something tells me that he, you know, got probably
got a little bit looped up, um, you know, and
maybe picked up the Modelo flu but fought through the
Modelo flu with more Modelo on the medicine on Sunday.
(35:21):
And that would lead to, uh, why he's not here now?
So I'll speculate. Interesting, did the Dodger stopp playing home
lest site? Uh? They did, but I don't think he
went to the game. Well that's where you could be wrong. Okay, Well,
I mean I'm just saying it might have been a
back to back up. See that's insider information is and
that and I forgot the pairing, the Brady Roberto pairing. Yeah,
(35:45):
that's his person, so he would know that's unfair. That's interesting.
Um what else anybody else got the anything? They want
to report? Any issues that weekend? No? I came through
relatively unscathed. Yeah, no issues. Lead Oh boy, leave's got something. Well.
(36:06):
I was moving and my buddy didn't show up with
the truck, so we got moving people. But my girlfriend
wanted to keep them under the three hour limit, so
she had me helping the moving guys, which I was
kind of upset about you're already in trouble, and then
I was just I didn't realize how upset I was
because I was just stacking heavy furniture. And then later
in the evening when I had cooled down, I couldn't
even move with the furniture, realizing how how upset I
(36:30):
was earlier that I was able to move all the
heavy furniture by myself. So you were only able to
move it because you're a bit of rage. Yeah, really,
all right, I'll move this. Did you did your body
tell you that you were, um, not in the correct
frame of mind for for your body to be okay
after you came down off of that adrenaline rush. Yeah,
(36:53):
I'm feeling it today. I'm so sure. Elite, what's the
point to happen? Movers? And you've got to do the
work exactly what we had to keep under three hours.
Otherwise it's an extra you know, rate all come on, man, Yeah,
but but here's the thing, like you're paying them to
keep it under three hours. So you know what you do, Lee,
you coach them up. Yeah they were slow, they were
(37:14):
of course they're slow. You got two and a half
by the way, yeah, with a bad back. Come on,
that's the whole point of pain for movies, so you
don't have to do it. Moving is the most miserable
thing in the world. Like, that's the point of pain
for moving. You learned the valuable lessonly my son, that's
little way. Come on, just foul it away. That's just
(37:34):
the start. I was hot, man. You said, my girlfriend,
wait till you say w I F I mean all right,
just wait till you gotta deal with it. From that,
from that side of it, you know he's looking forward
to it. She's already got you like that as girlfriend,
you have no hope. The most negative work out. You
(38:00):
just gotta give up me. If you're a quitter, can
work out. If you're a quitterly that's the that's on yourself.
That's the only way you're gonna survive. You got a
quit on yourself, It will be good quite. Fox Sports
