We're going to take you all the way up until
nine am Eastern time, six o'clock Pacific. This is what
I was just thinking about this. This is really the

(01:08):
last week without football, correct because now training camps kick
off next week and then all the stories and and
fun stuff and all the uh the training camp conversations
like guys getting into fights and quarterbacks who throw interceptions
and practice start making the rounds. But this is really
the last week without football and then kicks into gear,

(01:30):
isn't it? Technically we still had football this past because,
as Lee pointed out, so meaning what for God's sakes?
I like, I can we get that guy in the show? Lely? Like,
can we please interview that guy? I want to I
want to poke holes in this story? Are you gonna
get on that this this random guy in Greece even

(01:53):
for Macedonia. Yes, I will, Yeah, good contective, Oh listen,
why not? You know it'll be Uh, there's nothing shows
not It leaves no stone unturned here. And also how
if there were like we're watching television, I wonder if
there were tall waves that were a part of this. Now,
if there were tall waves, then there's a difference that
you know, that ball might not have done the job.
But you know what's fascinating, how many hours was eighteen hours?

(02:17):
You're gonna be awake for eighteen hours like treading water,
basically holding onto that football because you let go of that,
you're you're like, you're not a DiCaprio man. Not only
there wasn't enough room, and that that dresser or whatever
the hell that woman was on. Another piece of information
that should be noted here is I wonder what his
body type was because he was Yeah, he might be

(02:38):
given that football a lot more credit than what he
should be. He might have been able to stay in
that bad boy for thirty six hours with the way
his body type was. All he had to do was
just roll over on his back. Yeah, it's a great point.
And what was his body composition? You know that body
fat percentage? I mean, I've watched enough shark weeks now
that like that's like the fear of sharks is kind

(03:01):
of unwarranted, you know. You you talked about it a
little bit like you know, they know what they want
to eat. They might take a nip out of you,
but they generally aren't going to come like like like
the Jaws movies, you know, or they're gonna come and
scoop you up and swallow you Jaws three where the
thing falls them to the Caribbean. That's not I can't
I can't say that. I can't say that. You know,

(03:23):
it's it's like that's I mean, there might be a
barracuda that might take a little bit of a chop
off of them or something like that. But I just
don't feel like, you know, you're in salt water, so
the wound, you know, to be okay, you know, and
somebody's gonna come get you. And the fact that they
saw him in the water says to me that, you know,
he might have been a bigger guy. You know, it's

(03:43):
all there, you go. I mean, I was just I
was just really trying to drag the story out because
I looked at the show, right, yeah, I looked at
the show Rundown I care. Yeah, you know, I saw
the videos of Tiger crying and we being and stuff
like that, and I was like, oh my gosh, I'm
gonna have to hear Jonas and you talk about this.

(04:05):
Loan listen, Let's let's see what we can do the
impossible here. Can we get LaVar to care about who
won the Open Championship yesterday because it was Cameron Smith
at twenty under par Yeah, he's an Australian at yeah,
I want something shrimp on the bar by he's got

(04:26):
a mullet, very thick Australian accent. Could hardly tell that
he was saying, I want to see how many beers
fitting this Claire jug because his accent was so thick.
But LaVar your thoughts and just seeing she was from Austria,
Jill Jerry said, good night, Well you want shrimp on

(04:47):
the bar bay? You see how I totally like like
shifted like you see you see what I did there? Yeah? No,
I know, I mean because you know you don't want
to make us you know, seem that movie Cary was
more interesting to go to then. Um, but what was
your thoughts on his twenty under par performance? Cameron Smith?

(05:10):
You know, I understand the scoring and that's pretty impressive.
You know, I understand to score, like how the holes
work and all that stuff. Pretty impressive. The beach he
was unbelievable. Jonas is just trying to build you up, LaVar.
Just then just take an absolute dump on the course.
What do you mean? Is that what it is? How

(05:31):
do you say? You say what you want to say?
It's easy to shoot a good well I mean that
that it just looks like vomit for on national television.
We sat there like if you wouldn't have been able
to see the listen if you're if you're gonna make
it a major and and this big to do and
talk about how St Andrews and it's St Andrews. What

(05:52):
are the grass at some point, dude, like, what are
we like? What are you doing? You're playing on bar?
Like these guys are out of sort the water shortage
my ass. There's oceans everywhere. Some guy just survived eighteen
hours in an ocean with a football. There's water everywhere
you look. Figure it out. Are there any field turf
courses like field turf? Would that be would that be offensive? Yes? Yes? Okay,

(06:16):
all right there you go. Alright, when they when they
do feel turf um courses, That's when I'll start paying attention.
I'll start paying attention. Then all field turf now no
real natural turf, all synthetic field well they use like
AstroTurf at miniputs like and I'm in, Okay, I'm in.

(06:39):
If we did a mini puts uh segment on on
a mini put championship, I'll be in. I have a
conversation about Yeah, I'm gonna hold out on this one.
I'm gonna let your handle expert the expert. You you
act like you know something about golf, got it? I
don't know that much. But I got faute, got fat faminouts.

(07:02):
Go ahead, take your time. Here's here's the only thing
I'll ask me. It's funny to me when we get
to like major events. It could be the super Bowl, right,
it could be the New England Patriots Lanta Fagon super
Bowl up three? Right? Did Atlanta lose it? Or did
New England win it? Much rather debate that topic. No,

(07:28):
that's what you're debating right now. I'm not made win
the British Open or the Open, or I'm gonna say
Cameron Smith wanted I just think because it's not like
Rory played bad. I think he had he wanted two
birdies and the rest for pars So it wasn't he
wasn't bad. He just Cameron Smith was was unbelievable. He

(07:49):
shot an eight under in the final round, which I think,
if I'm not mistaken, is tied for the Yeah, the
best score in the final round of any major. I
don't put that on Roy mclroy. This guy I just
found a groove and Rory had no answers for it.
It's just what's funny is that Roy didn't even finish
on the top two. Like that's like that's the funny
part about all this and I and Cameron Smith playing

(08:11):
the way he did. It's just, you know, it's it's
a little bit ironic that Rory McElroy shot his mouth
off and was very talkative and then melted down if
you want to call it that in the final round.
But I just think Cameron Smith outplayed him and and
got it done on that course. Well, they're just ripping
the live tour. It's the same. Like everybody's got a
comment about the live tour? Are you do you think

(08:33):
it's I would rather see if we're playing a major
and it's the final round, I would rather see these
guys struggle than go out there and shoot twenty unders,
eighteen unders, seventeen unders. Like I just feel like it
came across as maybe it was a little too easy.
I would just rather see difficult circumstances for those guys.
Still does he still wear a hat when he's on

(08:55):
on the course. I think so he got eliminated free. Okay,
did he make the cut? No he did not, Dude.
I don't think people understand like he didn't have big
calves before, but after the accident, like he has no calf,
Like what it's it's the club, buddy, I'm part of

(09:17):
that club. I have no calvet. I have the little mistlet.
I get made fun of all the time for how
little my legs are compared to my upper body. That's
like a young thing, though, who makes fun of them anymore? Um? Like,
do you have people in grocery stores walk up and
go your labs were bigger than that? I don't know. Um,

(09:38):
let's go back to golf. No, But like Philip philosophically,
I just I find it interesting because even in the
three like if going back to football, you know I've
watched and go, okay, like New England won that. Like
like like you could say Atlanta, you know, made some
poor decisions or didn't execute, but in New England won that.
Like the bottom lines, I've always viewed it that way.

(09:59):
I don't feel like, you know, you've get someone who
kind of fumbles something that there's very rare circumstances I
should say where I don't try to give credit to
the victor right as opposed to saying, well, that team
just gave it away. It's like, no, dude, like that's
that's how the game was played. Like give credit to
the team that one that came back to be able
to do that, and that's again kind of what Jonas

(10:20):
point out, like Cameron Smith just played better the final day.
I mean, the odd thing I think in golf and
I feel like this happens sometimes is and I'm trying
to think of another sport that really compares to But
it's almost like going on a trip, like when you're
when you go on a trip with someone and they're like,
you know, they're in a great mood. You're in a
great mood, like the group's vibe, and like you canna
have a good time in golf, like the guy you're

(10:42):
playing with us and playing very well, you're not playing
very well, like Victor Hoblin him, like neither roy or
Victor of Hovlin played well. And and and then those are
two guys who go wing into I believe the last
day we're leading, and it's I almost also wonder like
does that play a big like factor into how those
guys are gonna end up playing or being able to
you like, make a run in the final day, Like
how the guy you're playing with it some impact, and

(11:04):
the guy who really has a few behind you, he
ends up sneaking up and find a way of playing
a better round. Yes, what does he have to lose
at that point, he wasn't leading coming into it. And
I think Rory missed a shot at part. I think
he was he missed a shot at a birdie on eighteen,
and I think the difference between that would have been
I think because the difference in earnings for this tournament,

(11:24):
which people look at the person, so it would have
been like two hundred fifty thousand dollars. Yeah, I think
it's about right because he ended up making a little
less than a million, and then Cameron, you made one point. Yeah,
so if you split it, it's like about two and
a half million dollars. So basically that putt right. There
was two hundred fifty thousand, two hundred fifty thousand dollars

(11:44):
for Rory McRoy that he missed. Um So, and you
just look at some of the prizes. It's just it's interesting.
Cameron Smith wins this tournament, he gets two and a
half million dollars. And you've pointed this out before, like
there's a big misconception with what these guys at actually
get because you'll see the purse and the purse is
fourteen million, but it's split all the way down for

(12:05):
whoever makes Yeah, that's why. A pretty interesting looking fella too.
About these two. The best part was so I forget
what day we have to have it on um. But
he gets dropped off at of Mercedes right at like
the player entrance and he's got like a backwards hat

(12:25):
on right. He's got the flow that let us coming out,
and he had a lanyard on and as soon as
he walks in at this point he's leading the tournament,
because I think he was leading after like the first
day or two. They have to scan his landyard like
they don't know who Cameron Smith is, the guy who's
leading the hundred and fifty Open right now at St.
Andrew's like where golf is like invented. It's like, my god,
Like do these guys really need like you think it's

(12:47):
gonna be some like fake Cameron Smith that walks in
that looks like that. I just that blew my mind.
I'm like this Tiger Woods have to get scanned into
when he goes into the Open or like his Tiger good,
we do we know Tiger at this point? Have you guys?
Did you guys play without Australian before, did you any
of you guys have a teammate was Australian? Okay, have
you ever heard of an Australian that was an a hole?

(13:11):
Like I just I just always every time you hear them,
like they're either drinking beer out of a shoe or
cracking a joke or busting somebody's balls. Like every time
I hear about an Australian prayer, they just seemed cool
and and he just seems cool, just totally relaxed, like
hey whatever, like like no care in the world. Listen.
I know they're listening on the I Heart radio app
in Australia right now. We're big in tumba womba, Yeah,

(13:34):
big time. But that that that caterpillar on his upper
lip and that mullet is I mean, that was the
most interesting aspect of it to me. Did you say
tumba womba or chumba womba tumb what's that? It's a
city in Australia. What's the make Calipilaria? Are you like
changing your voice what you're saying it? No tumba, say

(13:56):
it like it's tumba womba. Like now you're getting making
me second guess my myself. The only reason I know that,
the only reason I know that city's name is because
one of my one of my favorite boxers of all time,
Michael kitt CDs, he was from there. And I just
remember hearing who gets it worse? Is it? Is it
Jamaica or is it Australia? Who gets it? The minute

(14:16):
you say Australia, everybody goes, what I re men Jamaica Jamaica.
Someone says Australia. Good, I might. I might. By the way,
remember when we which what is it like? Which one

(14:36):
is worse it is? But you remember, do you know
how many people try to talk Jamaica when they're Jamaica.
It is the funniest as you ever seen. But I
remember a guy from Australia called in on our Sunday
night show one week. Brady was trying to play the
game show he had on and I think before he
could finish the game is call cut out and and

(14:57):
I just I think we were joking at the time
how much did it cost him to call in? And
he didn't even get the chance to finish the phone call?
Like just it was like eight dollars and fifty cents.
We have backed it up to the Yeah, so it
was eight dollars fifty cents at a cost. I gotta
call in uh, and and he just lost it all.
So maybe you can borrow some money from Cameron Smith
who knows maybe he's from Tomo wom baswell to all right,

(15:18):
it is uh, Two Pros and a Cup of Joe.
Fox Sports Radio Talks. We could talk about how complicated
other banks make it to redeem credit card rewards, or
we could talk about how it discovered you can redeem
your rewards for cash in any amount at any time.
I mean talk about amazing learn more, discover dot com
slash redeemed rewards terms apply. All right, So we're going
to take a special preview and I look ahead to

(15:40):
one of the more enjoyable exhibition events and all of sports.
We're gonna have another edition of Over Unders. It's a
home run derby special. It's coming up next year on
fs are be sure to catch live editions of Two
Pros and a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LaVar
Arrington and Jonas Knocks week days at six am Eastern,

(16:00):
three am Pacific on Fox Sports Radio and the I
Heart Radio. Bla La La La La lamba. Oh oh,
this is Richie Valence, thank you. Unbelievable. Oh double races, oh,
three times races racist. I thought this was la bamba.

(16:32):
Oh mag By the way I tried, I thought that
was it. Two pros and a cup of Joe. Here
on fs ARE we are going to have the F
S R I R coming up in about twenty minutes
from now. I would like to uh to apologize. I
would like to correct myself. I said something incorrect. So
it's pronounced to womba, not tumble. But because I think

(16:55):
I crossed the streams, I I confused me. Are you not?
Are you not going to hit a town in Africa
versus a town in Australia. Here we go. It's take
a random but very different places, you know. So I
apologize for anybody that I offended. One is closer to

(17:15):
the equator. Well you were that far off. He was
far off. What do you mean? I'm just making stuff up,
just sitting I don't know. I don't know, all right,
So it is two pros and that cup of joe.
Here Sports Radio. We do. We do have some good

(17:36):
news for an NFL fan base. So we're gonna get
to that here shortly as well too. Well just listen,
you know, just uh hey, can we be honest here? Uh,
this is probably the slowest week in sports long. Yeah,
that's why the Tuesday or the Wednesday after the All
Star Game is the slowest betting day of the entire

(17:58):
year because there's no there's no real sporting event to betta.
What are the crappy sps? What are the the the
the bad? Did they already happen? They? God, what a
bad show that is every year? That's just garbage. It's
fun to attend, though, and the after parties and have
been asked to attend. I turned it down every time.

(18:19):
Just not my thing. It's a lot. I wouldn't say
it's fun to attend. It's it's it's long. It's not
like it's not fun to attend. But the parties of
YEA turn those down. Not not interested. I'm sure focused
on you know, focus on um yeah, you know, I

(18:39):
got so many other options. All right, So it is
a time for a special home run Derby edition of
this time to put your money where your mouth is,
your life. It's over under all, right, lead the lap.
What do we got? We got the home run Derby
coming up later on. What sort of degenerate stuff you

(19:01):
got lined up for us? That's right from our friends
at DraftKings. Most home runs by a single participant thirty
eight and a half under. It's not a course, right,
So that's that's gonna change some things. Um, wait, in
one round total? What are you talking about? Total rum?

(19:22):
I'll take the over. Somebody's gonna get hot. The problem
is like the guys that get hot in the first
and like early on, they end up swinging themselves out
and then later on they start to falter a little bit.
But I cash thirty eight and a half and it
ends up being how many rounds? Three rounds? Three rounds? Yeah,
I'll take the over. I'll take the over as well,

(19:48):
taking the why that I don't care for you? Good
for you? Well, let's go to total derby home runs
two one and a half to on that. How many
participants are there? Eight? Yeah, I'm with you on that.

(20:10):
I'll take the under on the total. About calculate, No,
I just want to make I want to make sure
that I'm I'm spot on and stuff here. We're not.
I'm not trying to mail it in. Do you calculation? Okay? Okay,
take the under Lee, all right, you guys. Last week

(20:33):
we had asked if the record oft would be broken
length of the longest derby home run at Dodger Stadium
four and a half over, by the way. So basically
what we're saying is that Lee was thirty ft off
his projections. Basically what we've determined here draft Kings Senate

(20:54):
at four ninety one. Lee had it at five, by
the way. I think that was a joint effort between
Lee and I both. So I'll take I'll take fet
of that blame. Um, I'll take the over because they're
gonna I wish, I wish they're gonna do something with

(21:18):
the baseballs, right like they're gonna doctor the balls. They're gonna,
you know, make them more aerodynamic or whatever they do
when they did it back in Boston years ago. Because
it's harder to hit a home run a Dodger Stadium
at night than it is during the day, they've they've
got to do something with the baseballs. I just feel
like they need they need monster shots, they need bombs.

(21:39):
But it's gonna be a hot day though. Yeah, jeez man,
I'll take the over. I'm gonna take the over as well,
I think it's at the over last week right when
we did this. Yeah at it's like where feet off,
I'm gonna I'm gonna stay and s I'm gonna go

(22:00):
with you over. I wanna let Berto continue to my
my picks on this. Bert is the Dodgers fan. He's
got his l a Dodgers stuff on, like Berto, you
got me, you got me, I'm tagging you in yea stick.
All right, here we go, Here we go. By the way,
do you hear Berto? Uh? You know, hangs out with
Dodger players now just hanging out with v I p

(22:21):
treatment to hang out with Will Smith, the Dodgers Dodgers catcher.
I mean, how was that? Berto? Coo? It's better to
hanging out with us at four am? Three am? Of course?
Not great answer? Professional, Hell yeah, Lee? What else? Will

(22:45):
the winning better be a righty or a lefty? Berto? Go, man,
that's not over and under. But he should know the
ballpark with the sign right there we go, that's mine right,
I'm gonna say right, I'm gonna say right shoreber sod

(23:07):
I'll go lefty, of course you will. How do you know?
Because Berto went righty and Q went righty, which means
I went righty. So these are my calculations. I mean,
I don't know why my calculations. You don't even care
about this topic. I'm on social media right now. I'm

(23:32):
looking at Twitter to see if there's any haters out there.
I'm sure yeah that it's It's another day and ugly babies?
What else we got? Lee? Lastly, will it baill be
hitting out of Dodger Stadium? Yes or no? Yes? Because
I wanted to happen. What would that need to people?
So I guess if I said the over on distance,

(23:54):
I should say over on this right, yeah, over you
need to get it to the roof and have it
bounce off the roof and o out. Because gian Carlos
Stanton was the last guy to do it, Mike Piazza
and Willie Star. Yeah, Willie Star, who would he played
for Pittsburgh, I guess I should say the under them
because it's done that Offen probably won't be done that

(24:16):
that gian Carlos Stanton bomb, Oh my god, that was
That was one of those ones where people in the
stadium were like, did that really just happen? You can
watch the YouTube and he literally got every ounce of
that ball. And just mashed it. By the Lee, you
went to high school with John Carlos, stand, didn't you, Yeah,

(24:36):
Big Mike at the time, because nobody could say his name,
Juan Carlo. Yeah. And by the way, Lee drank for
free on his tab at their high school reunion, right,
we did, scumbag. Yeah, um yeah, So I'll take I'll
take the over. I just wanted to happen. I want
to see it. What do you think Berta already said
it for me. Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's going over out

(24:58):
of the part, going over over out of the park.
There you go. So I'm the only one with the
under always a contrarian, I mean not really. I have
no knowledge of that ballpark, never been there. I brought
my hope too. I mean, when you're out here for
what the big new boys, they don't the people of
Fox don't take you to to understanding. We're never out

(25:20):
in l A for the big new boys. We're always
on site somewhere. You do some studio work, like you
did studio shows last year, didn't you a couple? That
was it? And it wasn't during baseball season. And I'll
tell you what, if you're out here and the Dodgers
are playing. Maybe it's a playoff game or something. You call, uh,
you call your buddy here and uh, give me your

(25:42):
give me your credit card. We'll go. Just give me,
give me your credit card, and I'll take care of this.
You both go out, we'll go. Yeah, you and I
will go. Yeah, if you come, I'm going. I don't
want to be seen with you guys, like I got
a reputation to up hold all right, wing to ruin.
So yeah, yeah, all right, two pros and a cup

(26:02):
of Joe. Here on Fox Sports Radio, we're gonna have
another edition of the fs R I are coming up
in about ten minutes from now, as we report some
injuries issues, ailments over the course of a busy weekend
for the crew here. I want to ask you as
this do you think the Patriots have a chance at
winning the a f C East They of course, like

(26:25):
you think there's about to make a more you know,
broader you know question there. Okay, Well, I'm just do
you think that the Do you think the Patriots are
playoff team? Yes? Really in the a f C. I
think they have the potential to be. But but I
think look when you asked if they can they win
the division, of course, like you give Bill Belichick um

(26:47):
all the credit now, I think this year, if he
was able to accomplish it this year, not even a
super Bowl, but winning the division, it would be as
great ast division win since he's been the head coach there.
He doesn't have Tom Brady anymore, he's got Mac Jones,
and year two doesn't have his assistance, like Dante Scardekia

(27:09):
retires his old old line coach who coached forever, Josh McDaniels,
who has served two stints now he's the head coach
with the Raiders. In fact, like at this point it
might be that Patricia Joe Judge Colin plays. We don't
even know, so I think when you look at it
from that standpoint and how how much turnover their staff
has has had, even though I do believe they have

(27:32):
the second best roster in that well maybe next to Miami.
Those two are both pretty good, but you'd have to
say it's the greatest division win he's had. All things considered,
I think they can win the division, and and not
because there a great team. I think they can win
the division because it's a division that has to be

(27:55):
taken from them and and I think that that's the
biggest thing sometimes, the fair factor, the big brother factor
as they say in the a f C North with
with the Steelers, um, it just has to be taken away.
And and yes, there are a lot of subtractions, and
they are a very different team than what they have
been during the course of their their time of being dominant.

(28:16):
But they're still the Patriots, and that's still Bill Belichick.
And and until that changes, then you know, for me,
I'm just gonna go off of the mystique of it
all and just say because it's not the strongest of divisions.
I mean, you're looking at Miami, are you confident that
Miami is going to be the okay? You're looking at

(28:39):
the Jets, are they gonna be okay? Then who's the
last one? Buffalo? I mean, yeah, now they can't win
by not a week away. You know, football starts today
for some rookies going to training camp as rookie Bills,
the Buffalo Bills. Rookies report today because the yeah, and

(29:05):
the Raiders as well, which I don't miss that at all.
I mean it's rookies, it's not the veterans. But still
it starts, man, that I feel like it's gotten early
in earlier. Well, you know, when I we did the
universal thing, I told you guys, And it's funny that
you say that because when we went to eat, so
we did the like the the v I P tours,

(29:27):
so they take you to the place you're gonna eat.
And when we walked into the place we were going
to eat, it was a buffet. It was buffet. It
was buffet style. Uh. The food was bombed though, right,
and it smelled like the dining hall of training camp.
So it's kind of weird. Like my mind immediately went

(29:48):
to training camp. I was like, God, I do not
miss training camp, man, I don't miss it at all.
So when I hear people say checking in for training camp,
I get like this weird sick feeling anxiety. Bro, I
get this weird sick feeling man um. So the reason

(30:11):
I asked the Patriots question because I thought this is
kind of interesting. Mac Jones is talking about how you know,
he's slim and trim and in shape and he worked
on his diet, etcetera. Okay, they're not even they're not
even coming close, but they could be a wild card team.
So Miami's picked to finish ahead of New England according
to draft Kings and to even make the playoffs, Like

(30:34):
there are two to one underdog to make the playoffs.
So so you've got to lay two hundred dollars to
win a hundred for them to miss the playoffs. You know,
it's crazy though. The interesting thing the scenario that you're
explaining right now, somebody's got to lose. And when I
mean by that, if Miami doesn't at least finished second,

(30:58):
then you gotta assume that to out right. If if
and if New England gets in as a wild card
team and and they you know, or maybe if they
don't make it in I don't know, maybe there's no
because the a f C West, you're gonna get at
least two teams in, I would, I would say from

(31:18):
the a f C West, like those teams are loaded,
and who knows, maybe you get three in Like the NFC,
the divisional winner is going to get in from from that,
I just think it's gonna be really hard. Like look
at the a f C North. I mean, Baltimore is
gonna bounce back. I mean, you know, who knows what
with the Sean, but Cincinnati was just in the Super
Bowl Pittsburgh could could get you know good again. Possibly.

(31:39):
I was with Charlie batts Um at the barbershop on
when I was there on Friday after I was with
you guys, and he says, the offensive line is still
very very suspect. So that didn't it didn't sound well,
it didn't sound like super positive. Well you know what
that means, Mit Drobisky over rushing yards. If you want

(32:03):
to hammer that, he's gotta get gotta get mobile. It
sounds like Mr r Bisky is gonna be the guy
to yeah, gotta get mobile. He's gonna have to st
the bit for for uh the other kid pick it
to get in. Yeah. Yeah, so how about that? It
is Two Pros and a Cup of Joe. Fox Sports Radio.
We've got the fs R I they miss it though

(32:24):
they miss playoffs. Yeah, they're in to maybe maybe Miami too.

two pros and a cup of Joe. Fox Sports Radio,
LaVar Rington, Brady Quinn Jonas knocks with the here on
fs ARE coming up top the next hour a little
over ten minutes from now, there's a team in the
NFL there's looking for an alternative option. There's they're looking
for some options out there. We will investigate what those

(33:28):
options could be at the quarterback position. That will be
happening here at ten minutes from now. Right now, though,
it is time for something we do every single Monday,
and it's called this after your sports weeke apt happens.
So it's time to get the fs ARE I R
Report Al right, it's time to report some injuries issues

(33:51):
ailments over a long weekend. Who wants to go first? Well,
I didn't get injured. I mean it was a long weekend.
But my my little nephew. So last night we're at
dinner and my little nephew he fell and he gashed
open the side of his head like pretty pretty good
gash had to go to the emergency room, needed stitches.

(34:15):
But I do find it ironic that he was baptized
earlier that day with holy water out of the Stanley Cup,
and it's like soon after. It's a very similar that
you would think from hockey like. It was a very
like you were like, oh, this is like a hockey gash.
I think it's prophetic and I think it's pointing into

(34:37):
the future. He should be a hockey player. Can I
Can I ask you a question though about this baptism
in the Stanley Cup. Bait been baptized before, No, so,
so he called his shot. He said, I will baptize
them when I went a Stanley Cup, just assuming he
was going to win the Stanley Cup. Jack Johnson or

(34:58):
I don't think it worked out that way. It just
happened to work out where you know, there was a
bunch of people. They had already set the day for
the baptism. They then happened to win the Stanley Cup
and it worked out because there's gonna be a lot
of people in town for the baptism now slash Stanley Cup.
So that's awesome. That is awesome. What do you got sticks?
I tried this uh liquor called absinthe. Absinthe. Yeah, of

(35:25):
course you probably don't remember what happened. Dude. Okay, there
you go. You gotta be careful there you go. Yeah,
very small, very small amount there. No, it wasn't a
very small amount that's the problem. They dripped it over
thing sugar. They put some water in it to to
to dilute it down, and um, yeah, you woke up

(35:48):
the next day. I do recall. I to recall running
down the hallway and um using to to trash can
in the hallway, just off of wondering you too, trash
kid peel the way down? Yeah, oh man, it made
it made my stomach turned in a way that you

(36:12):
got to eat. I did eat, but it made my
stomach just feel have you would be thrown up on booze.
Two weeks in a row, or is it not not
two weeks in a row, two in three weeks something
like that, two and four cheese. Yeah, man, yeah, it was.
It was. You know, it was pretty intense. Now. I
will say I did have a few before that. I

(36:34):
didn't have a few. I had some tequila before that,
and I had a blue moon or two. I was
having a good time. No, not a blue moon that
that would happen to be a Servisa blue moon is like,
that's like a different, different type of right, Yes, you're
talking like Corona's Corona. Yeah, yeah, something like that. Yeah, yeah,

(36:59):
I know, there you go. Yeah. I made the mistake
of sitting next to a water slide at a kid's
birthday party, and I didn't think the kids were actually
gonna because they weren't big kids. And I didn't realize
one of the kids looked like a linebacker compared to
the other ones. And I got yeah, basically, and I got.
I got absolutely destroyed, wiped out, phone, wet, everything, just

(37:23):
so yeah, poor planning on my part, that's all I got. Yeah,
it's terrible. Which are still here. Fox Sports Radio has
