a personal story, Yeah, finish setting up the show, but
I'll tell I just want to let people know what

(01:01):
we are going to get into. Continue our previews. We've
got the NFC's coming out here shortly. Uh, and that's
a a division you're very familiar with the little Yeah.
So so yesterday like and speaking of coaching, and we'll
get into talking about the NFC East, so you'll appreciate
this one Q and practice we were two practices away,

(01:22):
So today and tomorrow our last two practices before we
take a break and come back and start training camp.
So I'm not even really We have a seven on
seven big tournament out in Newport this weekend. Yeah right,
we we do pretty good, but we're resting a lot
of guys, so it's football time. It's like, what I
don't I don't care if we win this one down

(01:44):
all right, So but look in practice yesterday we did this.
I don't know if you're ever if you ever saw
this that the defense does. Uh. It's a pursuit drill
and you put you put eleven cones on both sides
of the field on the sideline and it's on every
yard line for eleven yard line. So I had it

(02:06):
going all the way to the gold line, so it
goes back to like the fifty yard line we were at.
And it was the coolest thing watching guys like you
gotta you gotta run. Like it's all about running and
getting to where you need to get to, but it's
also about being able to communicate what what you need

(02:26):
to do, you know, because you you gotta runner. You
call them the rabbit. They run, and you gotta get
to a cone before the rabbit gets to the cone.
Otherwise I make you run. That's a lap, so you
get three reps. If if you can't get to the
cones and someone's at the cone ready to tackle before

(02:48):
the rabbit gets there, you gotta run a lap. So
watching them do this, we did this instead of doing
you know, everybody does. And I'll never understand this, but
everybody does. Like the pre drills, like you go over bags,
you go through bags, you do footwork, you do this,
you do that, Like I get fundamental stuff, but I

(03:09):
just feel like a lot of times an individual, you
waste time doing stuff that you just really don't do
when it gets to the game. So we did a
full thirty minutes of pursuit drills. Full thirty minutes. Now,
this story wasn't meant to be funny. It was meant
to like like create a picture of what type of culture,

(03:32):
you know, you're I'm trying to help build at the
school and to do three reps of of pursuit drills
for thirty minutes with three and a half groups pretty intense.
And I gotta tell you they were messing up really
badly for the first fifteen they got so tired of

(03:53):
running lass. By the time we got to the second half,
the second fifteen minutes, everybody was commune indicating where did
you need to go, who was the slowest guy? What what?
Which cone they needed to be looking at data dat
And by the time we got to like the last
ten minutes, everybody was getting to a cone before the

(04:13):
rabbit got to the cone. It's pretty cool, man, Like,
just just got to share because it's like to watch
like development in real time, to watch like problem solving
and adjusting and and understanding and coping because they were tired,
did tired, and they were still able to put it together,

(04:34):
communicated and pursuit. It was pretty cool to see. Man,
you guys still do how weak? Is that still a
thing at the high school level? Or no? Because they
did two or three? Are you talking about like multiple
practices and you know we don't do that. We don't
do that. There. I don't think anybody. I don't even

(04:55):
know that the prose you got a certain amount of hours.
But it was pretty cool. Man, what's awesome do? Yeah?
So I was sitting there thinking about It's like you
were talking all this football and it's like training camp
is opening and different things like that. Man, it was
like we did a pursuit drill for the entire We
didn't work on no defenses, we didn't work on no techniques.

(05:17):
It was just get to your cone. I want to
see y'all run. I want to I want you all
to get to the point of knowing that running is important.
You know. So you had three you had two groups
doing laps while one group was going so I'd have
to make it slow enough that one was finishing up
their laps by the time the group that was about
to start running laps, you know, it was was finished.

(05:39):
You guys missed doing that as a player, No, no,
do not. But it's cool to watch guys developed though.
So anyways, I thought I share that because I was
sitting there thinking about it. It's kind of I thought
it was a cool thing. That's awesome. Yeah, that's awesome. Alright,
So we do have our NFC East Preview. We're gonna

So we have been taking a look at with training
camps right around the corner at divisions in the NFL.
We're going two at a time. This is our two

(06:22):
days here and we have started with the a f
C East last hour. Now we're going to transition over
to the NFC East and of course we kick things
off by looking at the odds. According to our friends
at DraftKings, this is a close race a top the
NFC e s. The Dallas Cowboys are the favorite right
now to win the NFC EAS two plus one thirty five,
followed by Philadelphia at plus one sixty, the Commandos at

(06:46):
a five to one underdog, and the New York Giants
eight to one. Brand new head coach bringing up the rear.
According to draft Kings. So we go to Brady Quinn,
who I'm assuming you will start with those Dallas Cowboys. Yeah,
why not? They're the betting odd favorites. Dak Prescott feeling
as good as he's ever felt. You know, Mike McCarthy,

(07:07):
I don't say he's on the hot seat, but kind
of hot too, with the uh, the success they had
this year, last year getting the playoffs, but then coming
to an end in what it can only be described
as a bone headed fashion, regardless of their justifying it.
But look no more, Marie Cooper, how does Dak Prescott
handled that. They do have Michael Gallup, they do have
Ceedee Land. They signed James Washington who did some nice

(07:30):
things during his time at Pittsburgh. Jillen Tolbert too, was
a third round pick, who may see him see a
little burn time. The biggest question is they're offensive line.
They drafted Tyler Smith that it's also in the first round.
He should help solidify some of it. And look, they've
got two of the best offensive line and maybe in
the league, and Tyron Smith and Zack Martin. It really
comes down to the right tackle and Tyler be honest

(07:50):
as center. How those guys hold up either way, they invested,
they tried to address it. We'll see what that looks like.
And then on defense, dan Quinn had this group going
by Micah Parsons who arguably could have been defensive Player
of the Year at least up for it. Um Trebon
Diggs had a phenomenal year. It's gonna be hard to
replicate that. The question becomes though their past rush to me,

(08:12):
and they drafted a kid, Dave sam Williams in the
second round at an old miss. A lot of upside,
a lot of ability. Maybe he can develop into the
guy they're hoping he was going to be. But to me,
the Dallas Cowboys are a playoff team. I think this
division is as up for grabs as any between obviously
the Washington Commandos and then looking at the Philadelphia Eagles.

(08:33):
Not an easy schedule to start off with, though, verse Tampa,
then Cincinnati, then you got the Giants, maybe since a
little more of toss up, but you're on the road
for that one on Monday Night football, and then a
no divisional game versus the Commandos defending Super Bowl champs
Rams and after at Philly. This season could could get
off to a really rough start for the Dallas Cowboys.

(08:54):
I've got them captain about ten wins, although I don't
think they'll lose any less than eight. I think they're
a I floor low ceiling type team for how the
season is gonna work out for them. They should be
the favorite because they have the perceivably the best quarterback.
They do have the best quarterback going into the season. Now,

(09:15):
will that remain? Will we continue to see it that way?
I'm not necessarily sure. Uh. There are a lot of
question marks to me on the offensive side of the ball,
which continues to be the reason why I'm not very
high on on the Dallas Cowboys. I really think the
biggest the biggest two question marks is the offensive line

(09:38):
and Ezekiel Elliott and and and if you want to
go with a top three, top five, I would say
you gotta ask yourself the question, can Dak Prescott be
more than just stats? And what I mean by that is,
I know he's got a great winning percentage and a
great winning record, But when you get into dissecting no

(10:00):
those records and dissecting those things, you start to see
that there's holes that can be punched into what has
perceived accomplishments have been so for me. When I'm looking
at Dallas, I asked myself, can this offensive line be good?
Can it? Can it be like I don't even want
to say elite anymore? Can they be good enough this year?

(10:23):
Good enough to protect Dak Prescott, good enough to open
running lanes to to have, you know, the run game
take some pressure off of them. I think the defense
will be fine. I think that they will take another
step forward and will probably most likely be the reason
why they are able to win the games that they're
able to win. But for me, I think they should

(10:46):
be considered the favorite coming in. But I think it's
hard to just make it a far and away um
decision to say that this is the team UH in
the NFC East and they're the most talented team in
the division offensively. Obviously, Michael Arsons was fantastic last year.
But the interesting part is that Jerry Jones has put
Mike McCarthy in a spot to where, even if they

(11:07):
do win the NFC East, and I think they're going to,
if he doesn't win at least a couple of games
in the playoffs, assuming they don't have the bye week,
he's probably gonna get fired, like Jerry Jones has put
him in this position where they're gonna need to make
a run because of Sean Payton sitting out there and
he's available, and all you've got to do is fire
Mike McCarthy and then transition over to Sean Payton because

(11:28):
you feel like that would be the difference. That's where
we're at. So even if they do have a successful year,
and I do think they win that division, barring a
deep playoff run, I think there's gonna be major changes.
We next go to the Philadelphia Eagles, who are sitting
at plus one sixty five to win the NFC East.
Obviously Philadelphia playoff team a year ago. Brady Quinn, how
we're feeling about the Fly Eagles Fly and year? A

(11:50):
year two for Jalen Hurts a starter. Yeah, it's your
two for him as a starter, but it's really a
huge year in the context of trying to decide what
they're gonna do with them, and literally the organization understands
that is they've invested in them. They traded for a J.
Brown to put next to Davante Smith and match with
Quez Watkins and the rest of their wide receiver group.
But this is a talented, fast group. It's gonna challenge

(12:13):
Glen Hurts to make sure he's up to stuff as
a passer from the pocket. That was the knock on
him at Alabama. That was the spot that you saw
from him. Oklahoma. He improved, but not quite to that extent.
This is a monumental year for them because remember he
was a second round pick, so they only signed a
four year deal. So after this year, they're really gonna
have to look at what they want to do with
this contract and if they want to extend him. But

(12:35):
the bulk of the draft picks were really spent and
I think will be best utilized on defense. Jordan Davis
their first round pick, now Kobe Dean their third round pick.
Those guys are gonna add to a group that I
think is gonna help solidify the interior seven. But this team, again,
I think, as the chance of being a playoff team,
I'm concerned though I feel like last year they overachieved.

(12:58):
This year it might be a kind of come to
back down the earth reality. Even with those additions, UH
may not be as as good of a season as
I think we saw. It might be another team he
sneaks up on people in the NFC East this year,
So not quite as high on the Eagles, despite the
fact that they were a playoff team just a year ago,
and they've got a pretty easy schedule at least the

(13:19):
way it looks right now, to begin with at Detroit. UH.
They do have to play Jacksonville in that time span,
a couple of divisional games in there too, but you know,
one of them is is Dallas, who they host, so
they could get off to a decent start. I just
see the second half the season getting away from them.
I'm I'm higher on them. In fact, I think they're
a team that's gonna win to the East. I'll maintain

(13:40):
that um barring any type of unforeseen you know, like
I said, injuries, major injuries to any key players. But
the one thing that I really appreciate and I like
about what the Eagles established last year is that they
they still believe in subscribe to the lost art of
running the football. They in the ball that will give

(14:01):
them the ability. I don't see them slowing down on
being able to move the ball on the ground. They
do have more talent at the receiver's position. Now there's
there's more balanced there. This is foreseeably, perceivably the first
year that you're really looking at Jalen Hurts as this
is his team and this is his opportunity to really

(14:24):
really uh cement him being a leader and being a
a starting guy UM that's believed in UM in this offense.
So to me, I think he'll do better this year.
I think he'll be a better quarterback. I think that
the running game will be present, and I certainly believe
that their defense will improve. UH Their interior line could

(14:48):
possibly be the best. It could develop into being one
of the best uh in in the entire league. So
to me, looking at what what's out there, I think
that they are imperfect pole position to be able to
get into that that that NFC championship you know discussion,

(15:10):
and ultimately win it. I think Philadelphia I don't think
they're finishing second in this division. In fact, I don't
think Philadelphia is a playoff team. I I see them
as into Brady's point. Last year, a lot of things
went their way. They were a seven seed in the playoffs,
they ran the ball really effectively. It took a tie
breaker over New Orleans to even get into the postseason.
I also not as high on Philadelphia as maybe a

(15:32):
lot of people are. And I love Jalen Hurts and
I love just everything he went through at Alabama going
to Oklahoma. What's happened there? Nick Sirianni seems like a
fun guy to play for. I just I'm not sold
on what's going on there and bringing in a J. Brown,
maybe you know that that helps develop Jalen Hurts as
a quarterback from the pocket. I just still thinking, LaVar,

(15:54):
you pointed this out a lot last year. Yeah, they
run the ball, and they run the ball a lot.
I just wonder does that carry over because it was
more of like an offensive thing. Not so much. But
I've got a dominant running back like a Derrick Henry
that I can just rely on. I'm a little skeptical
with where the Philadelphia Eagles finished this season. I'm actually
surprised that they're even as close as they are in
the odds to winning the NFC East. According to Draft Kings,

(16:17):
which brings up the Washington Commandos and live in a
yacht next to Dan Snyder's somewhere in the Mediterranean, it's
Brady Quinn. Yeah, just as as as elusive as their
owner is. They might be elusive this year too. Uh.
They add on Johan Dotson in the first for out
of stater that LaVar knows all too well, to go
with Terry McLaurin who just got the huge contract, and

(16:39):
Curtis Samuel. So I love the speed, I love the
athleticism that got Logan Thomas trafted one of the better
pass catching tight ends and cold turner two in this
year's traps. So we know they're gonna be solid there. Uh.
Their biggest questions Carson Wentz. That's what they traded for
this offseason. Can he give them a lift at the
quarterback position more so than what they had because I

(17:00):
think if he can, because you know, with this defense
when healthy, especially Chase Young coming back who missed what
you know, eight games last year, Uh, they can be
as good as anyone in the NFC. So I'm I'm
actually much more bullish on this team to surprise a
lot of people, potentially be a wild car team, but
maybe even win the division. I think when you look

(17:22):
at this division, I don't think you're gonna see multiple
teams making the playoffs. I think it's only going to
be the division winner. So to me, that's either the
Dallas Cowboys the favorite or maybe a surprise like the
Washington Commandos H and Carson Wentz leading them there and
turning get back on everyone else. Their defense grossly underachieved
last year, and it'll be interesting to see if they

(17:44):
can get back on track. It'll be interesting to see
if Chase Young King can return to dominance. It's it's
there hasn't been very much dominance from Chase Young, It's not.
It's been a small body of work so far. So
it'll be interesting to see how he reacts and and
how he comes off of that injury. But in terms

(18:05):
of defensive fronts, if if all things given, coming into
the season, this might be the most complete defensive front
in all of the NFL. UM So when you when
you think about Pain and Alan and Sweat along with
along with Chase Young, it is a very very formidable
front front group UM. Offensively speaking, they do have weapons,

(18:30):
they do have balance, um and and and I look
at this group and I say they're they're well coached,
they have shown growth, and they have shown that they
can't go in the right direction. They lost Sheriff Um
and that's a to me, that's a big loss. It
might not be talked about or discussed as much, but

(18:52):
losing that type of an offensive lineman I think is
a big, big loss. I still think there there are
some tremendous question marks, and their question marks are bigger
than the question marks of of the Eagles and of
the Cowboys. I think they will be competitive, but how
competitive they will be, I'm not sure. But because the
NFC East is always such an open division because they underachieved,

(19:17):
I think they'll be right in the hunt to try
to get an NFC's crown. Yeah. I think they're gonna
finish at least second in the NFC East, and I
think there is value on them a plus five hundred
to win the division. Carson Wentz is the second best
quarterback in the division. They've added pieces on offense that front. Again,
if they're healthy and Chase Young comes back and plays
anywhere close to what he was in his first year,

(19:38):
I think they're gonna be scary. So I think Washington
is a real dark horse in the NFC eased to
try and win that division, which leaves us to just
one team. Uh, it's Brian day Ball and the new
So don't you got a labrary? I got a labry.
It's unfortunate. Not optimistic are we on the Giants? Uh?
This upcoming season? I mean, look, I think everyone's hoping

(20:00):
that you're gonna see out Daniel Jones and what is
his final year in the contract with the Giants, almost
like that third year of Josh Allen with Brian da
Will will be able to bring the best out of them.
Just different talent, different skill sets. They do have some
talented players in this roster. Um, maybe Kenny Golladay and
certainly Shephard wal Dale Robinson their second round pick. Maybe
all those guys will come to fruition. But I just

(20:21):
don't see it. Um. You know, Thibodeau on defense. You know,
hopefully that's the impact in the past rush they're hoping for.
But a lot of things need to go right for
this team. Um, I don't see them being a playoff
team or being in contention for the division. It's timbo
those already kidding, you know, trying to get healthy and
get get the health back together. I mean I don't

(20:42):
have a high game. Yeah, I don't have a high
forecast for for them at all. Um. I think that
until they show it, I think it's safe to say
that this is going to be a struggling team that's
trying to find their way. I think they'll be competitive
at times. I just don't see them being able to
finish games out of high enough clip where they're not

(21:04):
the seller dwelling team within the East. It's Two Pros

person just a couple of days ago. Hi, P, good morning.
I was exciting to meet you. I thought you were
like a much more of a radio pip squeak, or
you'd be a lot more fleshy. But Joe was growing
your What was your first impression of him? Like, I
don't know who it was. You didn't think he was
one of the villains from Superman. He looked like I thought, yeah,

(22:11):
I could see that, yeah, Neil before so uh. I
I was just shocked, he said, he came up to
me and a lot of I mean, you know people,
I see people all the time and shake their hands
and have no idea who they are, and I had
that was the case. I thought he was some soap
opera actor and it was Jonas and I was just

(22:33):
blown away. You know, I feel like we have a
good relationship and we're saying a lot there. Yeah, radio
kind of well, Brady, you know, what are you gonna
You know, it's like you guys, you just called you
just called him a soap opera storry that's appreciated a
good look like Justice League. You know, three swollen dudes

(22:56):
in a locker room looking at each other all good luck.
You know I'm not involved in that. You are, well,
thank you. I just heard your green Juice commercial. Man,
You guys are really thriving. Brady's got is now, I'm done.
Jonas looks great. I mean, identify you with it. I

(23:22):
people still think of me as a pros versus Joe's host.
But I was back, what do we bring that show back? No? Why?
Because it costs too much to put people in pads now.
Back then, no one cared. I mean, you could bring
it back and have them do soccer and basketball and
stuff like that, but football and boxing and the wrestling

(23:43):
part were what people liked, and there's just too much
liability now. I was thinking of that the other day
with watching the All Star Game yesterday. And I'm usually
really negative and I hate absolutely everything, as you guys know,
but and I hate the All Star Game. I never
watch it. I never pay attention to it. I haven't
watched the Home Run Derby in years. But because it

(24:04):
was in l A, it was kind of a once
in a lifetime thing and we were sort of and
it's periphery. I watched it and enjoyed it, and it
got me thinking about the Pro Bowl and about like
how decades ago we used to put together a college
All Star team and have them played the Super Bowl
winner believe it or not, like a real football game

(24:26):
like Jim Brown out there running around against Ray nich Key,
and we just don't do that anymore, and I would
be way more entertainment. Well, it's crazy, right, the Pro
the Pro Bowl and all that is, nobody wants to
tackle each other. And the truth is it's because there's
just way too much money to be made to risk

(24:46):
yourself in an exhibition. It's just become that lucrative. And
baseball is extremely lucrative. But you can play baseball year
round and all day and expect not to be catastropheically injured,
I suppose. And the same with basketball, even though they
don't play much of an All Star game. But you
know it's interesting. The All Star Game used to be

(25:08):
a free for all offensively, right, Jonas, I mean, and
now you have all these middle relievers. They come and
they throw a hundred four miles and over, and you know,
it's kind of a shutdown thing. But I enjoyed watching
Dodger Stadium like that. Did it bother you that? Uh?
You know, major League Baseball basically borrowed your stadium and
your backyard and limited your access. Petros No, because I

(25:32):
don't want to be there, so that makes it better.
Like I I it's a relief when you're not invited
to something, you know what I mean, you get a
little bit irked because you're not in in the in
the cool crowd, but then your relief that there's relief
that you don't have to be there. But it is
kind of funny, and Brady deals with this a lot
being part of the Big Noon, right because the Big
Noon shows up and they sit down in the town

(25:55):
and they take over. And then Aspen does the same thing.
And then we use to have we used to have
the thing where Spen even if Fox had the game,
Espen might send Game Day to that location. And now
you're fighting over access all week with the two networks.
And that's kind of what happens with the All Star

(26:17):
game because the Home Run Derby is an ESPN thing.
So they come in on Monday and kick all the
Fox people out, and everybody gets all butt hurt and snarky,
and all the production types get all freaking battle like
it's General Patton against the Nazis. I mean, it's a
real mess. And then uh, and then the next night
Fox takes over and kicks all the spen people out

(26:39):
and rips out all their wiring. It's a it's it's
a it's a behind the scenes kind of a strategy thing.
That's sort of funny. Of course, Brady can tell you
more about that. You know, we're in Ohio State and
Herb streets doing the interview and you know stuff like that.
You know what I'm saying, Does anybody care about the

(27:01):
media fights? No, No, let's staying in college. I'm just
curious with the interviews and stuff like that. It's should
college football fans be paying attention to what Nick Saban
is saying? Or are they getting Should they be fatigued
by all of the sound that is coming from Nick

(27:22):
Saban this off season? There is a lot, but I mean,
whenever he does an interview, it's gonna go viral and
make national news. And these college coaches do a few
interviews every off season, so that's kind of what's happening.
And now it's sec media Day, so the whole thing's
designed now is when they really want people to start
talking about it and make their their news. But everybody's

(27:45):
saying the same things, and everybody's saying the same things
as if it's some kind of revelation, Like I think
we're headed toward three super conferences. Oh my god, really
wonder It's like we've been saying that for like fifteen years,
So I don't know that. It's all the media day
chatter and it's all why didn't you go to SEC

(28:05):
media Day? Brady went to the Big twelve and paraded yourself.
I literally was there for like half the day due
to flight issues and setting up my last the radio
stuff for it. That was like it took me four
hours to be able to make sure I could do

(28:27):
radio the next morning. How's Matt Campbell? Uh, he's really tan,
by the way, speaking of head coaches and just all
the realignment everything else. Petro, So, I thought this would
be good for you. Apparently your governor in the state
of California Gavin news to punish u c l A.
What exactly is his recourse for the u c l

(28:47):
A decided to move to the Big Dead. What's Gavin
Newsom gonna do out there? Petros? Petros, I think, dude,
don't you dare? Is it it coming back? Dude? I
hope you got that subscription back up. That's a trigger
for me, like I will go on that is a trigger. Uh,

(29:12):
as far as the governor goes. I mean, he's a
politician and a lifelong and family career politician, and they
always have to have an answer for something. Yeah, we're
going to look into what happened and we were not told.
And of course he's a b area guy, so they
have an interest in UC Berkeley and Stanford just like
I do. But overall that I laughed at that too

(29:33):
because I was doing a news show in town on
the big news station and the guy who was with
the guy who broke that news broke that news on
the news show that I was hosting. Uh, Alex Michaelson
from Channel eleven Fox, who shadows Gavin Newsom basically with
everything he does. Yeah, it's really weird. They like each

(29:55):
other and they have like the same hair and he's
like news some stunt double like looks like him but anyway,
and he's like, yes, we're gonna we're gonna investigate you see,
we're gonna look into this. And it's like, well, you
know that, like by doing the Big ten deal, they
saved like five sports, the majority of which are women's sports. Right,

(30:17):
I mean I you just sounded like when you ask
a politician a question and he has nothing to say.
He goes, yes, we're going to investigate this. We don't
know what happened there. Okay, great, good luck. Yes, definitely,
mask of Petro's thoughts often a place for your mask.

(30:42):
You and you enjoy class to get together and talk
about this. I know. Look, I'm not Look, I'm not
very passionate about anything, and it's really not about me.
It's anyway, go ahead, what else do you want to do? Well,
I just just you know, I mean, anything else on
your mind before we let you go. Region movie called
The Order of Disappearance. Uh, they remade it out here

(31:03):
and it got kind of washed away with the COVID pandemic,
which is called Cold Pursuit with Liam Neeson movie. Huh,
but it's like a movie where it's kind of like
a black comedy where everybody gets killed. I'm doing one
of those. I'm good what I'm just listening. I mean,

(31:29):
sometimes you just gotta kick back and be a listener,
just like everybody else. I was gonna ask you, Patricks,
did you see top Gun? But ask you this? No,
I did not. Now are you one of those the
Tom Cruise propaganda Okay, I heard it, but I'm trying
to his puffy ass face. He wasn't in teen Wolf,

(31:54):
Wait was he? Well, if I'd say, okay, you know what, yeah, down,
it's good point. That's good point. Uh, Pe, we appreciate it.
It was great meeting you man for the first time.
It really was. I mean, you were and if you
were wearing a mask, I wouldn't know. Look, I thought
you were gonna be weird that when you went to
give me a fish bump, But I just reached what

(32:15):
was this? What did you guys? Monday? Monday? I was
it the first time? Jonas, I don't know. We just
never cops. I haven't met him. You haven't met Petros?
Petros the best? Yeah? No, good man, No, maybe one day.
I'm like the fan of the opera. I kind of
like dropped through the ceiling. Things dropped through the ceiling

(32:43):
around here in this studio. Lets you will you will
not have better conversation than when you have the chance
to speak, especially privately, with Petros and just get the
full details. It's fantastic. The uncensored version. Yes, yes, I
I I said to him, all yeah, Patricks, you're gonna
be at the home run derby later Dodger Stadium, and

(33:04):
he gave me a look like I stole something out
of his backpack. Everybody went there though, and David Vasse
all my colleagues and everybody said it was great. Everybody
had a great time at the All Star stuff, you know,
except for the guy the cops slammed down on his head. Happened?
Did that happen? And there was another There was a
home run derby fight too. It was like fat Kershaw

(33:26):
versus Walker bueler Um. We'll be listening later on today

main event. Let's go to the news test. What news?

(34:55):
Here's Brady Quinn. Yeah, Well, today's news is brought to
you by the great State of Florida. Right there we go,
right sheriff's off. This was trying to serve and arrest
warrant to a forty year old man and they found
him on the more in the backyard. What do you
think he did. He didn't take off on foot. No,

(35:15):
he went for a little joy ride as the cops
tried to apprehend him while trying to get away on
a riding lawnmower. He wouldn't go on nowhere real fast.
What what's top speed on a riding law? I think
it's it's rabbit. No, it's rabbit. Like do you know
how you have like the they're like rabbit and turtle
and there's like not much in between. Remember those like
they don't give you a mile pro or do they

(35:36):
just have like animal figures? Really? Yeah, I remember the
one we had when I was young. That was what
it always had. I usually have to cut mine by
habit and yeah, hard had lunch pill guys, just the
loping shears and take it to Yeah, I just see
a little garden cutters. But again, I mean that's just

(35:57):
you know, I want to put the time and really
get it. People people like fail to realize, like you
don't have any grasp. It is a good point he was.
He was facing charges of grand grand theft of a vehicle,
uh feloy, criminal mischief, two counts of resisting an officer,

(36:17):
possession of a concealed weapon as once they actually caught
up to the individual. He did have a revolver and
also sum up some method bettermans. Yeah, he was feeling
good while he was taking his right out. Yeah, yeah
he was. Maybe that was why he thought he could
get away fast. Started rotting lawnmower as opposed to trying

(36:39):
to flee on foot. Oh man, oh hey, listen, you
know you gotta have somewhere to store those items? Why not?
Why not? Are you know? How about this one? What
would you do? And this actually could be a realistic
scenario for you too, given where you guys live. Um.
A man caught a very large bear rating as refrigerator. Yeah,
he was on the phone. He walks out into a

(37:01):
garage only to be surprised by a gigantic bear who's
opened up his refrigerators trying to grab stuff from the inside.
After trying to get the bear and startling the bear
and getting him to walk outside his garage, he closed
the garage door, but followed the bear. The bear proceeded

(37:21):
to raid another Absolutely. Yeah, I've walked out on bears
multiple so they go house to house. Yes, no, it's
so hold on, Like I remember when I was young,
Like people who were like kids who were looking for
booze in high school with like garage hopping bears, sping
bears apparently, well trash can hopping. Really. Yes, this came outside,

(37:44):
told the bear get out of my get out of
my trash. He looked at me, pushed the trash can down,
walked across the street to the to the other trash.
So they're like giant raccoons, I mean basically yeah. And
they don't have any like deal towards people. So it's
like it's like they you know, I don't have a problem,
which you like, I'll walk right by you. You look

(38:04):
at me. We're good. Well, if you've seen the great outdoors,
you just shoot it in the shoot it in the button. Yeah,
right in the app That is one of the money.
That's one of the funniest scenes in the movie. Oh man,
when that when I first came off his button and
there was his bare button went running. That jump was
super funny. That is a great movie. By the way.
