We appreciate you doing someone. We're gonna take you all
the way up through the end of the hour. Nine
am Eastern time, six o'clock Pacific. How are we feeling
on a third down? How we feel feeling great? I
(01:03):
think we are two weeks away from the Hall of
Fame game. If my math serves me correct, I think
the Hall of Fame game is is two weeks away.
How about that? Who's gambling on the Hall of Fame game?
Not named me? Who is that? I'm not gonna be
gambling on the Hall of Fame? Okay, so I'll do
it for all three of us. All right? Would you
(01:27):
rather watch the Hall of Fame Game or the MLB
All Star Game? Hall of Fame? What about that? What
about the Hall of Fame game or a regular season
NBA game? I agree? Well, the team one of the
teams that's going to be participating in the Hall of
Fame Game are those Las Vegas Raiders. Uh, the the
(01:49):
Raiders who are very optimistic about this upcoming season, and um,
they're also you know, they they've also got a little
bit of a problem. They play in a division in
which you've got the Chiefs, You've got the Chargers, and
you've also got the Denver Broncos who are going to
have new ownership, and the Denver Broncos who also have
a brand new quarterback in Russell Wilson. Uh. And um,
(02:12):
I don't know if Derek Carr is trying to uh
play this up in his head as bulletin board material.
I don't know if this is the old straw man
argument where where they want to talk about um, you
know how there's there's limitations on what they can do
according to the people on the outside. But Derek Carr
said via Vic Taper of the Athletics that no one
(02:33):
thinks anything of us, And I think what makes it
fun is you always have to put put the ball
down and play football games. You get frustrated when you
see other people's names on things and this and that,
and you're like, we're here too. We feel like we
got better too. I thought we made the playoffs. End quote. Dude,
isn't this just a product of the situation you're in.
It's just bad timing. You happy to be playing in
(02:55):
the same division. Who's got three generational talents at quarterback.
They're a good team team, but they might be on
the team on the outside looking in, just based on
not only the conference, but the teams. I gotta deal
with the division. I mean, look, he brings up a
lot of good points that they were a playoff team
a year ago. You do have to get him credit
for that. I think Derek Carr has not been given
(03:15):
enough credit throughout his entire career for how he's performed,
and I think too much is always placed on him
in regards to his success or lack thereof, because he's
given his team a fighting chance and he's dealt with
a rash of issues at the wide receiver spot. As
far as you know having a number one guy, he's
finally got that guy now in Davante Adams. I mean
(03:38):
maybe you could say he had a year with a
Maria Cooper where it felt like that, But outside of that,
I mean, it's just it's been a really revolving door
at that position. The defense has not played up to snuff,
but they've made additions there, so they're trying to make improvements.
It's not even so much that anyone I think is
doesn't think they're gonna be a good football team. Like
(03:59):
I said yesterday or two days ago, whatever the heck,
we're talking about the a f C West. You really
could probably have all four go to the playoffs. I
don't know mathematically how that's possible. I assume it is
somehow now with seventeen games and you know the different scenarios,
but there has to be a way in which they
could all forego because I think they're all four our
playoff teams. The only problem is they all play in
(04:22):
the same division, so it's unfortunate. Um, you know, And
I think it's more of a byproduct of what else
is happening in the division. And I also think if
you're just stacking up roster next to roster, they're up there.
But I wouldn't say they're they're, you know, better off
than some of the other teams out there, even with
the addition of Adams, even with the addition of Chandler Jones. Um,
(04:43):
there's still some more kind of proving I guess. But again,
it feels weird to say that because you look at
the Charges and why would you have any more optimism
for the Chargers? What's the difference? Right? So? Yeah, I
mean I agree, I mean outside of the g I
mean who who else? I mean, are you saying definitively
(05:05):
like yeah, like they're they're they're going to be better
than than the Raiders, Like I don't. And and to
be honest with you, even with the Chiefs, I need
to see what they're gonna be. I mean, I think
they're a team to beat. I think they've earned that.
I don't think you fully go away from what what
the Chiefs are without without to re kill. But I
(05:28):
will say I am curious to what they will be
without him in the fold. So outside, but outside of
Kansas City and Pat Mahomes, I'm not I'm not sitting
here saying, Okay, Derek Derek Carr is taking second fiddle
and backseat to anyone. I don't know what Russell Wilson
is going to be in Denver. I don't know what
Denver is going to be as a team. The Chargers
(05:50):
have been talented as a roster for several years and
they've underachieved. So are they gonna not underachieved this year?
I mean, they totally um screwed the pooch last season,
so this this past season, I don't. I don't know
that they've they've turned the corner that they're going to
be much different than what they were. I I'm assuming
they will be, But who's to say that they're not.
(06:14):
I look at the Raiders, and if I'm the Raiders
and I'm a Raiders fan, I'm optimistic because it seems
as a competitive as the West is going to be,
it still seems like they are in the heart of
of the race. They are in the race for the division.
I don't think that it's a foregone conclusion that anyone
(06:37):
runs away with it. I would not. I would not
air on that side. I think just that this goes
to show you how good that division potentially could be.
The fact that the Raiders are projected by you know,
a lot of bookmakers, a lot of people out there
as being the fourth best team in the division, as
we had into the season, I could you could make
a real argument that if they were in at least
(07:00):
two or three other divisions, that they would be probably
favored to win the division. If they're in the a
f C South, are you picking anybody in that division
over the Raiders to win it? Okay? If they were
in the Denver do it with Denver as well? Are
you picking Denver to win it? Probably? Okay? Keep going.
What about the NFC East if the Raiders NFC East,
(07:23):
If the Raiders are NC Broncos, Yeah, they both went
to So there's two and and look, you can make
an argument and I'll probably get my ball's broken for this,
but I would argue, I'm not sure that I would
pick the Raiders not to win the NFC West if
they were in it because I think the Rams are
going to be down, but let's stay, Let's stay a
(07:44):
f C. What about the a f C South. Yeah,
that's what I just said. Okay, I thought I heard
what about what about a f C? What the the
East in the North, I would still probably pick and
ply'd probably picked Baltimore. Okay, that's where I wanted to go.
I wanted to go to a f C where Buffalo is,
(08:04):
so I sit at the wrong one. But I mean,
you don't think that that the Raiders or or the
Broncos could compete with Buffalo to win it. They could compete.
I just think Buffalo is up there next to you know. Again,
and if you can't see different than you if you
can't city, but that the odds makers have Buffalo being
the best team. It's it's crazy when you look at
(08:25):
it because the Raiders, they've added a bunch of pieces,
not only on offense but on defense. Derek Carr, Yeah,
it doesn't get the credit he deserves. But they're just
in a a nightmare spot because you've got three potential
Hall of Fame quarterbacks too, for sure, and Justin Herbert,
who who everybody is really high on in that same division,
(08:47):
and that's not including the rest of the a f C.
Their plus money to even make the playoffs. This team,
with all that talent is significant money to make the playoffs.
It's a at A plus one sixty. There are two
to one favorite to make it. So you've got to
lay down two hundred bucks just to win back a
hunter for the Raiders to know if they don't make
the playoffs. I just think this is bad timing, just
(09:09):
bad circumstance, and it'll probably be one of those things
to where we get to a point where you're going
to see a lot of some good teams not making
in the a f C and some subpar teams making
in the NFC, and then the bad buff probably Buffalo. Yeah, yeah,
I think Buffalo is the best team. I mean I
I still give a lot of credit to Kansas City,
(09:29):
like I think Buffalo Kanna City, or I kind of
oneed to Buffalo casey uh and then Baltimore. You have
to look at it this way. Buffalo went up be
in the one seed because they're playing the easier division.
And I shouldn't say easier, but if we're comparing the
a f C East to the f C West. I
think we'd agree the f C East should be a
little easier. You've got the Jets, so I don't think
that are there yet. Miami's talented in some spots, but
(09:52):
big here for two up. And then you've got the Patriots, who,
like I said before, I think they're a winning football team,
but there's a ceiling that is along with that. How
many teams do you in the NFC do you think
are right now going into the season better than the Raiders,
Because I would say Green Bay, Tampa Bay for sure,
(10:13):
and then after that, I'll throw l A in there. Okay,
I think there's any Super Bowl champs they deserve some credit.
It's it's wild to think that a team that would
be up Arizona in the conversation, but it's it's wild
to think a team that would be a three or
four seed in the NFC could be a nine or
a ten in the a f C. Like it's just
(10:34):
it's so lopsided the amount of good teams in one
conference to the next. And just imagine if Tom Brady
hadn't to come back, but yet you have. You've had
an NFC team win it the last ten years. It's
just it's just there's gonna be really good teams. I
think the Raiders are one of them that are just
not going to make the a f C playoffs next year. Um,
(10:55):
and unfortunately I think they make the playoffs. Yeah, I
mean the man, I mean, they're they're good. Man, it's
against them. Um, So we get to wait to see
how that goes out. And then so, so what is
the the Broncos ownership? So they're going to vote on
approving the new Broncos owner? Is that the situation there
in Denver? Like, that's so they they've it's it's it's
(11:17):
basically done deal, right, It's just they've got a vote
to make it official. And that I believe is coming
up here with August nine, like they're doing it in Minnesota.
So which is good. I mean, I think, look, this
is a story. The Broncos are a story franchise. They've
had a ton of success, um, great history, and and
now they get to a point in time where they'll
(11:38):
get you know, more active ownership back involved again. And
I you know, obviously you get an owner who's who's
very wealthy. They put together an ownership group that is diverse,
and I think also maybe like pave the way as
far as how this is gonna look in the future.
So I think there's a lot of positives that have
come out of what was at one point time kind
(11:58):
of an ugly mess, you know, deal in regards to
what was going to happen with the Broncos Broncos ownership.
But you know, the NFL, the Broncos, they figured it
out and they've got to a much better place where
I feel like one of the story franchises in the
NFL is now in a good spot. It's two pros

on Fox Sports Radio. If you have a hard time
trusting the news, don't worry. We've got you covered a
little over twenty minutes from now. The most trusted news
source in all Atlantis b Q News, starring the face
at big new Kickoff, Rady Quinn. So so stick around
for that. Right now, we welcome in. You want to
welcome in our buddy Albert Brear, senior NFL reporter at
(13:27):
the mm QB. You can get him on Twitter at
Albert Brier. It is a Thursday tradition here. First things first,
Where are we, Albert? Because I know you've got a
Wrigley Field trip that's coming up, You've got training camp
around the corner. What's what's it looking right right now?
When near on the phone up year, Yeah, I'm at
home now. Um, I go to Chicago tomorrow back Sunday
and then Monday, I'm gonna flight to Rochester, New York.
(13:51):
Uh and uh yeah, the beautiful yeah, beautiful, yeah, fantastic
up there, and decided to get up there and uh,
that's actually with people who know where the Bills training
camp is. And yeah, then I I got a one
way rental, um which will take me from there to
Minneapolis and I'm gonna hit I think it's like ten
(14:11):
teams between Rochester and Minneapolis and then get on plane
to go out west. So, Albert, when will you start
drinking for your Chicago trip? Is it at the airport?
Do you wait till you land? What's it going to
look like there? I mean, I gotta taste myself. I
don't know. I mean, you know, when you get to
my age, I feel like you gotta kind of like,
you know, just kind of like you got to test
(14:32):
your stamina a little bit. So Mike, get a little
something on the plane there and then and then take
it from there. And I think you kind of got
to go as you go, you know what I mean.
Like I I've got myself in trouble, like acting like
I'm twenty two again. Um, so like I just I've
learned that I that you just kind of have to
take things as they come, you know, when you're my age. Yeah,
(14:57):
I see, I see my buddy Darlington out muscling. You
got the golf course there? Yeah, the guy, Uh, the
guy hits one drive further than me because I hit
it off the toe a little bit and brags about it,
which is standard Twitter nowadays, which is actually what leads
me to this next question, because Albert, I'm not sure
if you know this, there's a lot of people on
(15:17):
Twitter who apparently should be lawyers, because they apparently better
understand what's happening in the Deshaun Watson case, um than
than most people do who actually report on it and
do this for a living. So I'm hoping you can
provide some insight to us as to where the hell
we're at with the Shawn Watson to this point, are
we ever going to get a decision? Is gonna be
eight games? Is gonna be two? We've heard kind of
(15:40):
all sorts of ranging reports help inform us better than
these these Twitter attorneys or legal experts. Yeah, I think
we're we're playing the waiting game now, Brady. And and
you know, really, um, I've said this all along. I
think because the decision right now at least this point,
at this point out of the hands the NFL, out
(16:01):
of hands the NFL p A. Um, it's a little unpredictable,
you know, because you know it's an an outside party
and in the former U. S. District Court Judge Sue
Robinson making this decision, um, you know. And like I've
said to you guys the last few weeks, I I
do think the tea leaves are you know, show that
is probably gonna be less than a year. Um. And
(16:21):
then she's not gonna work on the NFL timeline. So
the idea like that she wants to have us wrapped
up before training camp, or that it's gonna be a
Friday news dump. Maybe it will be, but I don't
think it's gonna be because anybody's telling her to do
things that way. And so um, you know, you would
think that we get a decision in the next and
then in the next week or so. Um, it's already
been since they filed the briefs, I think about ten days, um,
(16:44):
you know. And generally I think in these cases, one
thing you can look at is you can say, well,
you know, maybe the arbitrator wants to allow times for
the sides to reach some sort of settlement. Um, so
the decision would be out of her hands. I just
don't think it's happening in this case because you know,
I think you know, the NFL, even if this does
wind up being less than a year, they wanna walk
(17:06):
away from this having said, well, we insisted on a year.
So I don't think they're going to negotiate something off
of a year under a year, and they insisted on
in the previous settlement talks, and that's what you know,
causos settlement talks to breakdown. And I know that Deshaun
Watson um isn't gonna settle on a year suspension, and
so I don't think settlement talks to go much of anywhere.
(17:27):
I might be wrong on that, and maybe that's what
she's waiting on. But um, you would think that we
would get a decision in the next week or so.
Maybe they may need a quarterback. It seems like they
might not be set on Jacoby Brissette, but maybe they are.
I don't know. But it leads to the conversation, obviously
that the news has come out about Jimmy Garoppolo throwing
(17:47):
the ball and him being granted the freedom to seek
a trade. Is it is it actually feasible to think that,
I mean on no reports have said Cleveland is out,
but is Cleveland and possibility and what other teams are
you hearing that may be interested in and possibly going
after Garoppolo? Yeah, I think Cleveland if I think it
(18:12):
just sort of depends on what the discipline is for Watson, right,
so you know, if this is like a six or
an eight games expension, and I think there's a good
chance of that, then you know, that's sort of what
they brought to Kobe berset in for. You know, they
brought him in to be the placeholder for you know,
a short period of time. If Deshaun Watson's out for
the whole year, Now we're talking about something else. And
(18:34):
I think that's the point at which Cleveland resets and says, Okay,
is there something out there? Is there's someone out there
that we could bring in that would be a competitive
piece for us and help us. You know, Aldy, what
we believe is a playoff roster. So I think as
far as Cleveland goes, it sort of rides on um
(18:55):
on what you know, what what what what happens with
the Watson suspension, and you know, I think just as
far as like the Global outlook where Garoppolo stands, I
think it's why this could take two or three weeks
to play out. It's gonna be two or three weeks
until Jimmy is fully clear to practice. You know, he
can throw now, but until he's fully clear to actually
do everything, it will be two or three weeks. And
(19:18):
you know, I actually think that although all of this
is not ideal, you know, and it would have been
ideal for the Niners to offload him back in in March. Um,
you know one thing that does Albert work out? Yeah?
Can I ask you this started to start to cut
you off? I mean, did the Adult Film Store of
anything to do with maybe pushing off the potential trade.
I mean we were speculating earlier. That has to be
(19:40):
one of the things that's like, you know, holding up
this whole thing question. Yeah, but like you know, like
Atlanta might have to ask questions about what could happen
in there exactly, which we brought up Atlanta. Yeah, like
that would be a great landing spot for him for
multiple reasons. Yeah, right right, right, Like Atlanta is kind
of the hotbed I mean, you know, you didn't even
think Tampa. I mean would I mean based on fit,
(20:01):
you know, maybe he's even a better fit in that perspective,
from that perspective than Brady. It's right, I don't I
don't want to think about Tampa. Is there something down there,
Albert that I'm gonna wear up? There are a few things,
I mean, you're pretty close there, that's like, that's not
far from you. You don't need you don't need directly.
You don't need directions for some of the places by
the stadium, do you, Brady. I've only been to the
(20:24):
stadium that actually I was there during the COVID You're
Super Bowl, so that was like everything was on lockdown.
So I have no idea what you're referring to. It's
a little bit of the place, a little spaceship on
top of it. Yeah, I wish someone would fill me
in on this mean joke. I feel I feel lost.
(20:44):
I'm just laughing to be as lost as I am
listening to I do. I do think guys are the
timing sort of like the one thing that does work
out for everybody here as far as timing goes, is
that you know, Jimmy not being I fully cleared um
to practice for another two or three weeks, you know,
the very least. I think that gives teams that might
be interested a chance to look at their own quarterbacks.
(21:06):
And I think that's sort of what Jimmy and the
Niners are banking on now that I absolutely something crazy
happening over the next few days. Something could happen, you know,
over the next two or three weeks, and somebody's camp,
whether it's an injury or someone looking at their quarterbacks
and saying, we don't have quite enough here where you know,
maybe you know, we get to the first or second
(21:26):
week of August and now all of a sudden, circumstances
have changed. I don't think anybody's gonna bring him in
at the number that he's on right now. So I
think they have to negotiate down that salary number. And
that part is tricky too, because um that that money
is not guaranteed. So you know, Jimmy has got to
be careful, um as far as you know where he
is and where where where where where where he's willing
(21:47):
to go, um, you know, on the contract. But I
think the hope would be, you know, absent again, somebody
doing something crazy over the next week that he gets healthy,
and when he's healthy, some team circumstances of change and
maybe they know if the spot and want to bring
him in. Albert Brier joining us here on Fox Sports Radio,
senior NFL reporter at the mm QB. So you would
(22:09):
understand this obviously better than I would. But if they're
trying to get a deal done with Deebo Samuel and
they want to extend Nick Bosa in order to do
that to free up enough space, Garoppolo has got to
be off the roster, correct. I mean, look like, with
an NFL salary cap, you can make whatever work you
want to work. But yeah, you know they don't want
(22:29):
to start messing with people's contract and pushing money forward
and all that different stuff. Um yeah, I mean, I
I think with Nick Bosa it's at least I mean,
there's some stuff you could do with this contract to
set it up a certain way because he was the
second pick in the draft where you know you could
(22:49):
you could do a deal and not like drastically change
his cap number. Deebo would be really hard to do
because he wasn't a first round pick, so his numbers
really low. So no matter what you do, you're looking
at really increasing what his cap charge would be um
in two if you do a new deal with him.
So that's absolutely a piece of the puzzle here is
(23:11):
it's not just you know, Jimmy and you know their
ability to offload and which they would have done that
yesterday if they could have um, it's you know, like
what that's sort of done to them with the rest
of the roster and with less than five million dollars
a cap space to work with, you know, and and
and to you know, core players they'd like to take
care of in Deebo, Samuel and Nick Bosa. Getting Jimmy
(23:31):
Garoppolo's million dollars off their bus would really help. Hey, Albert,
does your Trinity Camp tour involved going to Dan Snyder's
yacht which the run from you know what? You know,
you know what, Brady like, that is a great suggestion.
And if you want to like just kind of you know,
write something up like that, would you know, get me
(23:51):
a trip to the Mediterranean over the next few weeks.
I'm off for it. I'll take whatever you got for
I mean, I'll turn it over to the boss and say, well,
what does that mean to mean quarterback here who thinks
this would be a good idea. I mean you, I
assume you get like a budget to do all this.
I mean I could try to slap something together. You
and I go over the French privieria or wherever the
hell he is. Yeah, I mean we definitely we we
(24:12):
definitely need some sort of boat travel, right like, because
that's how we have to find him. And I mean
I mean we're not I mean we're not animals here.
We need some accommodations on that boat, right like. So right,
so we have to put together some sort of package
where maybe we'd fly into I don't know, accommodations or
what are we talking about here? Huh? Yeah, you know, Albert,
(24:34):
maybe we can hire some people from Tampa to come
with us. Yeah, yeah, those sorts of accommodations. By the
way I'm looking at it now, two thousand one Odyssey
is that we're referring to. With the spaceship on top
of it, it looks like a fine play. Yeah yeah,
that's right, that's right, great great appetizers from what I hear.
So yeah, yeah, the wings. Maybe let me let me
(24:57):
throw this one out at you because I'm curious. Um,
What has the reactions been to the Carl nasst Uh interview,
Um that's taken place. I mean obviously for there to
only have been for him to be the first at
this point to come out and and openly, um, you know,
let everyone know what what his um, you know, his
(25:19):
orientation is in terms of you know, being gay. What
has the what, what has the feedback been around the league?
I mean it seems like it's been received pretty positively. Yeah, yeah,
I think honestly, like this has sort of become a
generational thing. And I, um, I remember talking to some
(25:39):
of the Raiders people, you know when when when he
came out, and you know, one of the things that
you kind of keep getting reminded of is that like
maybe thirteen, maybe maybe like fifteen, twenty five years ago,
this looks different. Um, but like now, like the four
year old has grown up in a much different environment,
(26:02):
you know, where he maybe went to school with kids
who are gay, or he's got an uncle who it's
just it's way more an accepted part of the society
that these kids grew up in that maybe players from
twenty or thirty years ago. And so I do think
that there's been some real progress there and um, you know,
and I think, like, you know, one of the things
(26:23):
that I took away from a full disclosed I I
didn't see the full interview, but but one of the
things that sort of I I noticed that he said
that I think was kind of powerful was that, you know,
he was he wanted to do this for kids out
there who might be struggling, or for the next player who, um,
you know, is sort of debating whether or not they
want to come out. You know. I I think that
(26:44):
that's sort of the impact here is like the way
that this affects, you know, the teenager you know who's
struggling with something like this, or the next football player
who's afraid to say something about who they are. Um,
you know, that's sort of my take away from it
is that, like A I do think in general, um
football was way more ready for this than people really
(27:08):
may have realized a year ago. And then number two,
like his own motivations I think, you know, called Nasset's
own motivations for doing it. We're pretty cool. Albert Bart
joining us here on Fox Sports Radio bed Brady no
I was gonna say, I did not see our our
conversation about Jimmy Garoppolo and his dating life going too.
Carl Nassa, that was quite the Yeah, that was that
(27:29):
was That was That was a hard I mean, I
just want to make sure I get my questions. I mean,
you know, someone called a U turn all right, well listen,
I mean it's a serious matter and we need to
keep it serious here. Albert, will you throw up in
Chicago from drinking? Do you think that will happen at
some point? I'm not I'm not gonna I'm not gonna
make any predictions here, guys. I just want to I mean,
(27:53):
if I if I get if I get started before
the clock started strikes noon, you know, I think all
bets are off. So we'll see what happened. Honestly, outlook
for the Bears this season. We're just saying about the
NFC North. It can't be good, right, it just it
can't be good. Oh We're gone. Justin Fields is in
(28:18):
a in a terrible spot? Is he? Not? So? Like?
I I like, I think that this is a why
I I can't even tell if you guys are being serious.
It actually was a serious question. Okay, okay, well I
will answer it then. Yeah, I think that the spot. Justin,
Justin Fields is in a really tough spot because and
(28:41):
and somebody asked me this a couple of weeks ago
about you know, Fields versus Wilson, Fields versus Lawrence, And
you know, I think one of the issues that Justin
is going to face now is that the guys that
drafted him are gone and like you look at like
where Zach Wilson is, for example with the Jets, and
that we could go in another direction with that one too,
I guess, but um, you know, Zach Wilson, like the
(29:03):
guy who drafted him, said that the coaching drafts Hims there,
the GM who drafted Hims there, the they've invested in
the offensive line they started building before he got there.
And then you look at that versus where Justin Fields is.
Coach who drafted him is gone, GM who drafted him
is gone, and they started conducting a tear down going
(29:23):
into his second year, which I think is a pretty
critical point for any quarterbacks development. And so Justin Fields
is going to have to overcome a lot, you know,
and I think a big piece of that is if
things don't go right, you know, this year, next year,
does there come a point where to save themselves. The
coach and GM say, well, you know, part of the
(29:44):
reason why we've struggled as the quarterback wasn't right. It's
just it's an awkward position for a quarterback to be
in UM. And I'm not saying it's never worked out.
I mean, like you know, Sean McVeigh came in in
two thousands and seventeen and turned Jerry Goff around UM
after a gothic gone through his rookie year with Jeff
Fisher as his coach. I'm not saying these can't work
(30:04):
with a second year coach coming in, but I would
say there are some challenges justin field, you know, it's
facing now that are way different than the other four
guys who went in the first round along with them.
Get him on Twitter at Albert Breer, senior NFL reporter
at the mm QB. He'll be in Chicago and then
he starts making his training camp. To Albert, we appreciate
a man half fun, good time a year to be
(30:27):
out there, and we will talk soon. Yeah, Brady, be
sure to check out Tampa. Okay, Yeah, you know what,
Kyl Rudolph just signed there. So I literally texted Cal
this morning. So congrats. I'll try to make it over
for a game. So looking forward to heading over to
Tampa for a game. Fun the way it really does.
There's that. I mean, there might be some pregame activities
(30:49):
that are convenient to the stadium there we'll I'll be working.
I'll be like a slew of Ohio State games this
year to get back a Saturday. It really he does
have a spaceship on top of it. That's amazing. I
was unaware. Alright, Albert, we appreciate we're not trying to
get anybody in trouble here. So I have a good
rest of the day and we'll talk to you soon.

a damn football Friday. A football Friday here on fs ARE.
So that'll be a lot of fun. But speaking of fun,
it's time for the main event turn. Let's go to
the news desk. Here's Brady Quinn. Oh my god, yea well,
(32:40):
one of the one of the stars, Uh, stars of
the I guess I know what do you even know
how to describe him? Um? Kylie Jenner? Um, I'm not
sure how you describe the family anymore. But I guess
you call him some Hollywood royalty influencers, right, Is that
what you call him? I guess I mean there aren't
they more than influencers at this point. Okay, that's one
(33:05):
one way of describing them. That's beside the point though. Okay,
Kylie Jenner, who's a billionaire's gonna get a lot of
flak right now. And reason pink is and you guys
need to help me with this. She took a private
plane from Camarillo, California. Excuse me, aunt right going to
(33:29):
Van Ey's. It's a three minute flight. It seems like
an egregious waste of money. That's just you know what, though,
and pretty awesome. You don't have to deal with they
need to crap on the one oh one you from
going a helicopter, That's what I was. Everybody goes around
there probably a little better for the environment helicopter versus ship. Um,
(33:52):
and by way, it's about a forty minute car ride,
is what my research has led me to that depending
on traffic traffic, so that a lot of people are
are hammering her, um for just being completely unaware of
obviously difficult circumstances out there with gas prices, etcetera, etcetera,
(34:12):
but even the environment and just how you know, private
planes tend to be terrible for the environment as well.
But um, it does sound like kind of a boss move,
but definitely out of touch. Let me tell you something, man,
as somebody who has been somebody who's been driving on
the the Camerio Grade in southern California my entire life,
(34:33):
it's a pain in the ash, all right. And if
and if you can hop in a plane and get
to Van Eyes, a forty five minute drive in in
three minutes, why not? I mean, who we're worried about
the environment? Man, kiss even saying I didn't even bring
up environment. I just think that that's kind of that's
three minute flight as whack. I'm with you kind of
(34:55):
is that, Kylie Jenner that I'm with you? Kylie, Hey,
I hear you would move on your part. Yeah, does
does seem like a tremendous waste of money, although not
a waste of time, because you got a little bit faster,
waste time a valuable as you know she should have
done she should have dropped a hundred dollar bills out
the window at the same time too, Like this is
(35:15):
how much I care about money? Just drop in her
little makeup kids that she Was it a jet or
was it a propeller plane? No? No, no, no, that's it.
That's where it doesn't even make sense, Like you look
into the private charter industry, like a short flight rather
being a prop is literally in a jet you go up,
come right back down. Get a propeller. Just awesome. Let's
(35:37):
move on though, because talking about not wanting to waste time. Uh,
Jordan's Simmy, Who's a social media influence series trying to
win back his ex girlfriend Sammy Robinson. And I'll send
you a photo you can see why. But that's not
that's beside the point he's doing so by venturing into
the boxing world. He just had his professional boxing debut
(36:01):
last night. Actually now he did lose in a unanimous
decision to national rugby player national rugby league player Justin Hodges.
But the the X did come to sit ringside to
be a part of it. And this is kind of
like about to win her heart back if you will.
I'm not sure if the the loss will really do
much to help out he lost. I mean, but sometimes
(36:24):
you can win by losing. I mean, if he's professing
his love by showing his his love in the ring
to his his his lady and she was there, she's
going to console him and and and be there for him,
you know, and that loss, I mean, you know, I see,
I see his motivations. There's innate love to you know.
(36:47):
I can understand his motivation to a certain extent. I
don't I don't get it. I mean, there would be
a whole bunch of other ways to try to get
your girl back. Well, he's claiming that his commitment to
boxing has changed his life, and he hopes to proved
to her he's a changed man. And that's why he
was stepping into the ring for the toughest challenge of
his life, the challenged that he did not win against
(37:08):
the Well, he was a professional lathlete. Remember Brady taught
me one time, he said, listen, man, everybody's got a
plan until they get hit. I was like, yeah, totally, yeah.
I think Mike Tyson, I think Mike Tyson stole from
Brady punched in the face. Yeah, I think Mike Tyson
stole from Brady so again, Yeah, how dare he? You know?
(37:30):
But to his face? Now they they That is a
good fair point all the way through. Now are they
did this work? Are they back together or still still
up in the air. It's still up in the air. Yeah,
it looks like it's all for not yea, Yeah, well
bumber that that loss is a loss. Then start hitting
on her friends. It's a pretty big hell. You know,
(37:51):
you want to make some noise, Start hitting on her friends,
all right. I saved this last one for last because
I figured LaVar would really wouldn't be into it. But
Henrik stents Sin no longer the captain of the European
Writer Cup team, kind of some big news because he's
decided to join the Live Tour. Well, Charles Howell and
Jason co Crack have also decided to jump for the
(38:11):
PGA to the Live Tour. It seems like every week
you're getting more more golfers leading leaving. This is a
real problem for the world of golf, and others are
are starting to think, hey, could this happen to the NFL?
We talked about a little bit, but I don't I
don't know that could happen in the NFL, but it's
definitely hurt the p G. A by the way, with
the last with the last name like co crack. He's
(38:31):
got to live in Miami, right crack? Yeah, has to.
I'm pretty sure he's got a condo down there. Yeah,
like has to live in Miami. You know what's what
co crack? Yeah? Yeah, I think Jonnas, Sam Cote, rack crack,
now Coke rack. You know nothing. Fox Sports Radio has
