Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Michael Barry Show, Ramon, did you know that Donald
Trump has never drunk alcohol? No, he's not a Mormon,
you idiot, That's not why he's never drunk. You had
the dumbest responses. He credits his brother Fred. If you
do a deep dive into Donald Trump, this is actually
(00:21):
a very important issue to him. And the reason this
is important is because when you compare and contrast drunk
Kamala Harris and I do believe she's drunk a lot
of the time, it matters and Donald Trump. I don't
want a drunk president. I don't want someone who's impaired
making key decisions. But here's why he doesn't drink.
Speaker 2 (00:44):
I learned myself. I had a brother, Fred, great guy,
best looking guy, best personality, much better than mine. But
he had a problem. He had a problem with alcohol,
and he would tell me, don't drink, don't drink. He
was substantially older, and I listened to him and I
(01:06):
respect it, but he would constantly tell me don't drink.
He'd also add don't smoke, but he would say it
over and over and over again. And to this day,
I've never had a drink, and I have no longing
for it. I have no interest in it to this day.
(01:27):
I've never had a cigarette. Don't worry. Those are only
two of my good things. I don't want to tell
you about the bad things. There's plenty of bad things too.
But he really helped me. I had somebody that guided me.
And he had a very very very tough life because
of alcohol. Believe me, very very tough tough life. He
was a strong guy, but it was a tough tough
(01:48):
thing that he was going through. But I learned because
of Fred. I learned, and that's what I think is
so important. This was an idea that I had where
if we can teach young people not to take drugs,
just not to take them. When I see friends of
mine that are having difficulty with not having that drink
(02:09):
at dinner, where it's literally almost impossible for them to stop,
I say to myself, I can't even understand it. Why
would that be difficult? But we understand why it is difficult.
The fact is, if we can teach young people and
people generally not to start, it's really really easy not
to take them.
Speaker 1 (02:30):
Tulsey Gabbard asked a question as to whether she questions
Donald Trump's loyalty to this questioning to this country, and
when you hear her reasoning, I think it's a pretty
powerful statement. This is a former vice chair of the State, sorry,
former vice chair of the DNC.
Speaker 3 (02:51):
I don't question Donald Trump's loyalty to our country. The
guy has been what is it, ninety two or ninety
seven felony charges. Now he's being held up in a
court of law. Is his bank account is being cleaned
out by all of these various charges and rulings that
are coming through. The guy is losing money. He is
(03:12):
being attacked relentlessly. He has a Department of Justice being
weaponized against him. Why would a guy like him put
himself through that if not motivated by a desire to
serve our country and to save our country from the
Biden Harris administration Democrat elite who are actually destroying They
are actually taking away our freedom. They are actually going
(03:34):
after our kids. They are taking parents' rights away from them.
They are making our country less secure through open borders.
These aren't Democrat or Republican problems. There are problems that
affect every one of us.
Speaker 1 (03:46):
I think I told you earlier in the week. Tulsey
Gabbard has been brought in by the Trump campaign to
help President Trump prepare for the debate with Kamala Harris.
And we've played this a couple times, but when you
year the former congressman in during the twenty twenty campaign,
when she's debating Kamala Harris, this is what ended Kamala
(04:10):
Harris's presidential campaign. I mean, this was rough.
Speaker 3 (04:12):
She put over fifteen hundred people in jail for marijuana
violations and then laughed about it when she was asked
if she ever smoked marijuana. She blocked evidence. She blocked
evidence that would have freed an innocent man from death
row until the courts forced her to do so. She
kept people in prison beyond their sentences to use them
as cheap labor for the state of California. And she
(04:35):
fought to keep fail system in place that impacts poor
people in the worst kind of way. The bottom line is,
Senator Harris, when you were in a position to make
a difference and an impact in these people's lives, you
did not end worse. Yet, in the case of those
who were on death row, innocent people, you actually blocked
evidence from being revealed that would have freed them until
(04:58):
you were forced to do so. There is no excuse
for that. And the people who suffered under your reign
as prosecutor, oh, you owe them an apology.
Speaker 1 (05:06):
I don't think I got to this audio, and before
the week is out, I wanted to make sure I
played it. This is a Maryland congressman named Jamie Raskin,
and I want you to listen to what he says. This.
This is grotesque. These people want to murder Donald Trump
and they say it.
Speaker 4 (05:25):
Hey, jd Vance, do you understand why there was a
sudden job opening for running mate on the GOP ticket?
They tried to kill your predecessor.
Speaker 1 (05:41):
One of the more disturbing moments of the week was
Michigan State Senator Mallory McMorrow. I'd never heard of her.
She has come to be known as Lizard Tongue because
she keeps licking her lips. Jim Mudd says she appears
to have the same issue as a lady. I once
(06:02):
knew that woman was taking medications and gave her drymouth,
and she was constantly doing the same thing with her tongue. Well,
what Morrow did more than lick her lips? She also
warned the nation what would happen if Project twenty twenty
five became a reality, except what she warned about happening
(06:22):
is exactly what Kamala Harris and Joe Biden had been doing,
and that one boomeranged.
Speaker 5 (06:29):
But what it means is that under Project's twenty twenty five,
Donald Trump would be able to weaponize the Department of
Justice to go after his political opponents. He could even
turn the FBI into his own personal police force.
Speaker 1 (06:47):
You know, I wasn't sure if we were going to
play any of Hillary Clinton's speeches because she's so irritating,
and you people don't deserve that. You've been through enough already.
Your president was almost killed. I pitched a fit a
few times. I mean, it's been a long ago and
(07:08):
we still have a long slog left. So I want
you to do me a favor. I want you to
change your attitude, and I want you to think about this.
Bill Clinton has wanted to leave Hillary Clinton for at
least thirty five years, but he's had to pretend to
still be with her, like they've gone on vacations together.
(07:34):
Bill Clinton could have most any woman he wants, but
he's stuck with Hillary. That hag just in his ear,
just letting him have it constantly. I want you to
think to yourself, how blessed you are that you don't
have to listen to Hillary. So instead of her talking
(07:54):
getting on your nerves, I want you to look at
it as you know what there but for the grace
of God, go on.
Speaker 6 (08:02):
As a prosecutor. Kamala locked up murderers and drug traffickers.
She will never rest in defense of our freedom and safety.
Donald Trump fell asleep at his own trial, and when
he woke up, he made his own kind of history,
(08:25):
the first person to run for president with thirty four
felony convictions.
Speaker 1 (08:31):
And then, and then then I want you to hear
Hillary Clinton talking about how Kamala Harris protecting children, you know,
just such a great thing out of one side of
her mouth. And then as she's talking about Kamala Harris
protecting children, she said, Kamala Harris would restore abortion rights.
(08:55):
So she will protect children and murder them.
Speaker 6 (08:59):
I know her heart and her integrity. We both got
our start as young lawyers helping children who were abused
and neglected. That kind of work changes a person. Those
kids stay with you. Kamala carries with her the hopes
(09:21):
of every child she protected, every family she helped every
community she served, so as president, she will always have
our backs and she will be a fighter for us.
She will fight to lower costs for hard working families,
(09:43):
open the doors wide for good paying jobs, and yes,
she will restore abortion rights nationwide.
Speaker 1 (09:54):
Ramone says, I never played the clip. It's clip nine
h six. I guess you would know the little introduction
of Joe Biden. What was it Monday night of Kamala Harris.
I'm sure I did. But if I didn't, the problem
is we listened to this audio all day long, listening
(10:16):
for little things. Oh stop, let's go back. We went, oh,
what wasn't? And so sometimes I hear something so many
times and we talk it through so many times that
I think I've shared it with you, but we haven't. Anyway,
here it is.
Speaker 7 (10:30):
It is so good to be with everyone this evening,
in this hall and everyone at home. This is going
to be a great week, and I want to kick
us off by celebrating our incredible President Joe Biden, who
(10:54):
will be speaking later tonight. Joe, thank you for your
his historic leadership, for your lifetime of service to our nation,
and for all you will continue to do. We are
forever grateful to you, Thank you Joe, and looking looking
(11:23):
out at everyone tonight, I see the beauty of our
great nation. People from every corner of our country and
every walk of life are here, united by our shared
vision for the future of our country. And this November
we will come together and declare with one voice, as
(11:47):
one people, we are moving forward with optimism, hope and faith,
so guid good by our love of country, knowing we
all have so much more in common than what separates us.
Let us fight for the ideals we hold dear, and
(12:10):
let us always remember when we fight.
Speaker 3 (12:14):
We When.
Speaker 1 (12:17):
Jill Biden during her speech said there had been moments
in her marriage to Joe, Remember she dumped her husband
for Joe where she falls in love with him all
over again. Wow, wouldn't you He's such a charmer. Wait
until you hear the last time she fell in love
with Joe all over again. Well, these people you got
to realize they actually think you're buying this bump.
Speaker 8 (12:40):
There are moments when I fall in love with him
all over again, like when I handed him our baby
actually for the first time and saw the smile that
lit up his face. Or on nights after an exhausting
(13:00):
working in the Senate when he would read one more
bedtime story just because the kids asked, when he stops
on a ropeline because he sees someone grieving who needs
to know that everything is going to be all right
one day, or to encourage that child with a stutter
(13:25):
to find the confidence she needs. Those moments when I'm
reminded of all he's accomplished in the name of something
bigger than himself, receiving the metal of freedom with humility,
(13:51):
placing his hand on our family Bible to take his
oath of office, and weeks ago when I saw him
dig deep into his soul and decide to no longer
seek reelection and endorse Kamala Harris.
Speaker 1 (14:17):
After the uh Alexandria Cassio Cortes audio of her speech,
it chan I think it was made the point it
made the casting call from New York. Remember this Justice
(14:39):
Democrats group was determined they were going to beat this
Democrat incumbent and they wanted a left wing progressive. So
they did a casting call. They literally had people come
in like you were casting for a movie, because that's
what they were doing, and they had this left wing
sorrows money. They were going to pick somebody who looked right,
talked right, and was crazy, and they were going to
(15:02):
fund that person so they could put their issues. This
is like an influencer. They were buying an influencer, but
they were going to put that person in congress that
that way they have influence.
Speaker 8 (15:11):
This is no.
Speaker 1 (15:12):
Different than than Nike, you know, teaming up with with
Michael Jordan and saying wear are shoes. And this is
what they did, and they chose her, and and Chad
made the point this made the casting call that much
weirder because well, anyway.
Speaker 9 (15:34):
Listen to this and I, for one, I'm tired about
of hearing about how a two big union guster thinks
of himself as more of a patriot than the woman
who fights every single day to working.
Speaker 7 (15:50):
People out the.
Speaker 9 (15:53):
Reverence what our way of life.
