Speaker 1 (00:00):
Wayne del Taffino was at Channel thirteen when I was
on City Council, and he was the top investigative reporter
at that station and in the city, one of the
best in the country. And we would sit around. It's
a horseshoe with an open area in the front, and
(00:22):
there's an area where the public can come up, and
the mayor's in the front of the horseshoe. And when
Wayne would come to City Council, the city councilman would
begin to get very uneasy. Who was in the crossfire today?
Who was in the crosshairs should I say? Because Wayne
(00:46):
was about to make you look foolish, because he was
going to do the research. He was going to come
loaded for bear, and he's a great storyteller, and he
puts some panache into it. He might put some funny
videos or music or whatever else. I never once worried,
(01:08):
because I knew I didn't take kickbacks, I didn't do
anything inappropriate. So I enjoyed watching people be uncomfortable. And
I'm not saying everybody was uncomfortable. There's plenty of other
people who had nothing to worry about, but there were
a few that knew this might be it dol Chaffino
(01:34):
exemplifies the point I've made again and again and again
and again. The victory goes to the storyteller. Learn to
tell stories. Storytelling is in our nature as human beings.
(01:56):
The novelist is a storyteller. The salesman is a storyteller.
The journalist is a storyteller. The boy courting the girl
is a storyteller. My grandmother would say, oh, he's telling
(02:17):
stories again. That didn't meant that didn't mean that I
or whoever else using my grandfather was reciting the parables
of the Bible. That meant exaggerating, lie in and making
stuff up. Oh he's telling you or telling stories again.
(02:39):
The ability to weave together a narrative. The reason this
is so important is that we are at a time
right now where we're about to cast votes, and we've
got to get other people to vote with us. That's
what some people don't seem to understand. They're like, I've
(02:59):
over tried, Okay, what else I'm voted for him? Yep?
And then what I'm voting for him? And then what
watch Fox News twenty three hours a day. You're not
worth any more votes than that college student. The Democrats
grab off and go over there and get to vote.
You're not worth any more than him, and you think
you are. We've got to tell the story of Trump
(03:23):
and America and get our neighbors to vote with us.
That's how we went to the barter.
Speaker 2 (03:29):
We've been to the border.
Speaker 1 (03:30):
You haven't been with the Michael Berry and I haven't
been to yet. Well, I gave all that build up
the Delta Fino by way of saying, he's doing some
very important work right now. He's doing some stuff. It
doesn't have to be everybody wants to rank everything. Who's
better than who? I can like fifty different places burgers
(03:51):
without you know, one having to be the best. What
Greg Grugan is doing at Fox twenty six right now
is very important. What what's Wallace's first name? Gosh, I
can't remember anything anymore, Randy Wallace. What he's doing is
good work. What Mario Diaz is doing it at Channel
(04:14):
two is good work. Dol Chaffino is churning out so
much content, so much good content. Anyway, here he is exposing.
This is much bigger than a guy who worked in
the Biden administration and worked for the current County judge
of Fort Ben County KP. George, who's a dumb, dumb
(04:36):
and a race baiting Indian guy and got Indians convinced
that somehow he's good for him. He's going to destroy
Fort ben County. He's going he is destroying Fort ben County.
And he had this other guy Indian descent named Terrel
Pretel who worked for him. And you heard the story earlier.
The allegation is based on them reviewing the emails that KP.
(04:56):
George knew what he was doing in all this hoax.
They're making up this hoax that people are out to
get in because he's Indian, that's how he was running.
And now it's turned out to be a fraud and
he's been indicted for impersonating another person. And dol Chafino
nailed it. Listen to this.
Speaker 3 (05:13):
I raised my kids in Fort Benk County. I had
to come in this morning to tell you how personally
offensive it is to me. You know me, I've never
been afraid to speak my piece, and that's exactly what
I was doing in Richmond at a meeting of the
Fort Benk County Commissioner's Court. Probably one of the most
horrible things that anyone can do in a very diverse community,
(05:34):
and that is to pedal fake racism.
Speaker 4 (05:37):
The day before, we.
Speaker 3 (05:38):
Were watching the guy at the heart of this widening scandal,
but it was hard to recognize him at first because
his appearance it had totally changed in recent days. For years,
Terral Patel sported a beard, as you can see in
his recent mugshot, But here he was suddenly clean shaven.
Maybe it was just a makeover for his Democrat run
(06:00):
for County commissioner Precinct three, or maybe Patel had changed
his appearance in recent days in hopes of hiding from
guys like me. I call you the peddler of fake hate.
Speaker 4 (06:12):
How many people are you in personating? Daryl? What do
you say to the voter? What do you say to
the voter?
Speaker 3 (06:18):
Patel had nothing to say, but I had plenty to say.
Speaker 4 (06:23):
What's wrong with you? Dude? Why would you do that?
Why would you peddle fake hate?
Speaker 3 (06:28):
This politician is now accused of a four year long
crime spree. Who knows how many people fell victim to
his deceit. A realtor in Jamison, Pennsylvania, sure did. His
name is Greg White and his picture it was stolen
and put on a Facebook account called Jane Donnie set up.
(06:52):
Investigators say by Patel. They subpoened records from Facebook to
prove it. Look at the nasty stuff at Jane Dani,
I mean terror, Hotel said, quoting we don't need more
subhumans who smell like Korean filth in our country.
Speaker 4 (07:10):
Go back to Bombay. You are not and will never
be a true American.
Speaker 3 (07:15):
The message was posted on Patel's Facebook page. He claimed
he was an example of the heat being directed at
him just because he.
Speaker 4 (07:24):
Was running for public office.
Speaker 3 (07:26):
Look, we've all seen it post by ignorant people who
are racists, who say stupid things, But that post it
was a total faith meant to rile up fort Ben's
South Asian community to get votes of sympathy, to turn
the Indian community against Republicans to help the Democrats win.
Speaker 5 (07:47):
Welcome back to the Factor on Censor.
Speaker 3 (07:49):
Last September, Patel even went on The Factor on Fox
twenty six to talk about the heat being directed his way.
Speaker 6 (07:57):
It's from a very deeply misguided place, fear that immigrants
are coming to take people's jobs or things of that nature. Isaiah,
I'll tell you, since we expose that those hateful attacks
have only increased in the last twenty four hours, so
it's important to come back together.
Speaker 3 (08:12):
And he said he was all about preaching love and kindness.
Oh while Patel was apparently spewing fake hate online against
fellow South Asian Americans, all in other people's names using
stolen pictures.
Speaker 5 (08:27):
He made an appearance on The Isaiah Factor back in
September where he claimed he was a target of hate
and racism.
Speaker 3 (08:35):
Kudos to my buddy Isaiah for being first with his
exclusive report that Patel was getting busted after his viewers
had been totally scammed.
Speaker 5 (08:45):
The Texas Rangers are investigating if those claims of hate
and racism were totally made up by Patel, who is
still running as Democrat for the seat.
Speaker 3 (08:55):
Another of Patel's reported aliases on Facebook Paul Rose's on
a Jewish guy who had worked in the engineering department
in Fort ben County, claiming Patel was a communist. He
called him a dirty Pakistani who supports terrorists and turning
God's USA into vote myers.
Speaker 4 (09:15):
This one.
Speaker 3 (09:15):
Rad Rosenstein also sent emails to public officials and county
vendors with fake poles claiming the incumbent Republican Commissioner Andy
Myers simply couldn't win. That was apparently all part of
the diabolical plot make Fort Ben County voters think these
supposed racists were supporters of the incumbent in the precing
(09:37):
three race.
Speaker 4 (09:38):
And it gets even worse. Patel is now.
Speaker 3 (09:40):
Also accused of impersonating Judge SURRENDERN Patel on Facebook.
Speaker 4 (09:45):
That's not gutter politics, that's.
Speaker 3 (09:47):
Felony impersonation, and the grand jury is expected to indict
Patel soon, hopefully the final nail in the coffin of
this creep who refuses so far to step out of
the race. The silence of the d Ben County Democratic
Party speaks, volumes the chairman, Fred Taylor.
Speaker 4 (10:05):
He ignored repeated phone calls.
Speaker 1 (10:07):
I grew up here. The streets are my home.
Speaker 3 (10:10):
On the service, Patel's life story seems so fitting for
Fort Mann, where the South Asian population has excluded.
Speaker 4 (10:18):
He's not stupid.
Speaker 3 (10:19):
He's got a law degree and had a job in
the Biden White House. But now we knew what was
behind the curtain. As his alleged scheme is unraveled by
the Fort Benn County District Attorney, a fellow Democrat who
is doing the right thing. Detailed arrest and search. Barnes
show us it all began back in twenty twenty. That's
(10:40):
when posts started showing up by someone named Antonio Scallywag.
The picture on the page a guy who supposedly graduated
from sam Houston with a wife and two kids. Scallywag
was a vicious racist online. I'm with Meyers all the way,
he said, because he serves g Jesus, unlike Patel and
(11:01):
his followers who worship monkey and elephant. Here in Richmond,
we saw a fancy tahoe in front of the courthouse.
Speaker 4 (11:10):
It's Judge KP. George's car. He's got armed.
Speaker 3 (11:13):
Security too, claiming that all these kind of racist attacks
like posts from mister Scallywag were made against him and
his family too when he was running against Trevor Nels
for County Judge. Scally Wragg reported that Nels and the
MAGA crowd had been stealing KP. George's signs, calling the
judge a dirty Democrat who must be stopped. George then
(11:37):
says his supporters should help him respond to racist and
xenophobic attacks on him and his family by donating money
to his campaign. And remember that photo on Antonio Scallywagg's
Facebook account. It really turned out to be a guy
named Patrick Ernst who lives in Meadville.
Speaker 4 (11:57):
Mister Bateell is.
Speaker 3 (11:58):
Now accused of using that innocent ford Ben family to
help pull off his scheme that the DA says began
in twenty twenty when Skellywag's account first went active. You
know what Trall Patel did then he was chief of
stand to KP George, We're waiting on Ford Bank County
to release emails between.
Speaker 4 (12:19):
The two, but it's really the big reason we.
Speaker 3 (12:21):
Went to Commissioner's Court to ask the county judge what
did you know and when did you know? It a
chance for him to disavow what Patel has apparently done.
It was kind of like a softball, but Judge George, well,
he decided to strike out.
Speaker 4 (12:38):
I don't have anything to say this, did you?
Speaker 6 (12:41):
He was no, Absolutely, I have nothing to say.
Speaker 4 (12:44):
Why do you think people have a rites anurth Donna?
I said, I have nothing to say about that. I'm
here to conduct commissioners court meeting? Can you please excuse me?
It hasn't started.
Speaker 3 (12:52):
Get judge now, would you get the public deserves to
know whether you knew about what he was doing.
Speaker 4 (12:58):
Apparently not keepy George.
Speaker 3 (13:01):
Well, he shouldn't stay in office if he can't stand
up against.
Speaker 1 (13:05):
You're listening to the Michael Berry shoe Michael Joe Fort
Bennon County Judge KP. George that I mentioned to you.
He's a dumb dump. He's a really not smart guy.
He's he's uh, he's one of these guys that that
sadly at some point decided he wanted to be Sheila
(13:25):
Jackson Lee and like her, he's not very smart. But
it's it's even worse. It's just terrible. It's sad for
Fort Bennon County. It really is a once great county
is still a great county, just has a dumb dumb
for a county judge. Well, there's a Republican county commission
named Andy Myers. Was very well respected and he had
(13:47):
been smeared by the guy who's running against him, Tarrell Prattel,
as a racist and that his supporters were out to
kill Tarrell Patel or threatened hum or call him bad names.
It turns out that Arrell Pattel had made it all up.
He did it all online. He created is a hoax
the whole thing was a hoax. Well, it turns out
the allegations are that KP. George because remember Teryl Patel
(14:09):
was his staffer, that KP. George was in on this
whole thing. Oh, oh, dumb dumb's in trouble. Dumb, dumb,
dumb dumb. Are you in there? He's been hiding from
the media. He won't do interviews, and so he can't
(14:31):
go out in public because now the media wants him
to respond to all these allegations. Remember Jessica Willey said
the other day that he was running from her, and
she described it like it was sad. It was pitiful,
like somebody that had just pooped their pants and they
ran out of class kind of deal. Jessica Willy is gorgeous.
(14:53):
You don't run from Jessica Willy. You run to Jessica Willie.
You don't run from her. You're happy she's intervie you.
She's a beautiful lady who's running from her? What are
you afraid of? KP? Hello, dumb dumb in there? What
are you so scared of?
Speaker 4 (15:11):
You goof?
Speaker 1 (15:13):
She's gonna ask you a question that you have to answer.
You just think people are gonna just forget about this anyway.
Story from ABC thirteen for the second day in a row.
Speaker 4 (15:23):
Honey, Judge George, can you please explain those text messages?
Speaker 2 (15:25):
Fort ben County Judge KP.
Speaker 7 (15:27):
George, avoiding questions from ABC thirteen about allegations in last
week's search, warrant judge any comments about the text messages
with Patel, the second term Democrat, now being accused of
being involved in a scheme to push fake, racist social
media comments to influence his reelection in twenty twenty two.
The document's revealing incriminating text messages between the county judge
(15:50):
and thorough Patel, who was his former chief of staff.
Investigators believe Patel, who has been charged with online impersonation,
used the same tactic while running for Precinct three County
Commissioner against incumbent Andy Myers. Myers is the person who
asked the DA's office to open the investigation in the
first place.
Speaker 2 (16:10):
I did not know who that was at the time.
Speaker 8 (16:13):
I did it because the racist statements and hateful statements
that being sent out across the county was causing concern
from my constituents, and they said, look, this is not right.
Speaker 7 (16:24):
In a statement to ABC thirteen yesterday, George wrote, quote
on the advice of my attorney, I neither can comment
nor answer any specific questions at this time. I have
one hundred percent faith in the legal process and trust
that once all the facts are reviewed, my name will
be cleared. George is not currently facing any charges, but
(16:44):
Myers says if George is found guilty, he'll be calling
for the judge to step down.
Speaker 8 (16:50):
That information is now basically on the internet online, and
you know the internet is forever, as they say so. Unfortunately,
the paper for Men County who been smeared as races.
Speaker 1 (17:02):
Gosh today is like a highlight reel of Indians behaving
badly in American political positions. The guy who was the
COVID Zar of New York City who was shutting down
the schools and businesses and getting people fired, it turns
out now that every night he was having these big
sex orgies. He was caught on an undercover video and audio.
(17:25):
This story is from pix eleven.
Speaker 9 (17:30):
Nobody can forget when COVID left thousands of New Yorkers
dead and also forced much of the city to shut
down and prompted mask mandates, social distancing and vaccination mandates.
Those policies were written in part by senior health advisor
doctor Jay Varmah.
Speaker 1 (17:47):
Even the most rare events.
Speaker 9 (17:49):
That's him at City Hall three years ago, the same
place where dozens of teachers, firefighters, EMTs and other city
workers who lost their jobs for not getting vaccinated or
for other COVID protocol violations gathered Monday at midday.
Speaker 2 (18:04):
I could care less what he does, but he affected
my freedom and my ability to make a living.
Speaker 4 (18:09):
Doctor J.
Speaker 7 (18:09):
Varma said he had to be involved in drug fueled.
Speaker 9 (18:12):
Sex parties, which I don't care about, but he needed that.
Speaker 10 (18:15):
To be his authentic self.
Speaker 7 (18:17):
Oh what about my authentic self as a teacher?
Speaker 9 (18:19):
They talk about undercover video of Varma released last week
by the conservative website Louder with Crowder, in which Varma
said that while the rest of the city was ordered
to socially distance, mask up and get vaccinated, he was
a group sex parties and other gatherings.
Speaker 7 (18:36):
Bring doctor Varma in yes for an oversight hearing to
hold him accountable.
Speaker 9 (18:41):
Varma did not respond to our request for comment, but
did say in a public statement after the video was released, Unfortunately,
I was targeted by an operative for an extremist right
wing organization determined to malign public health officials. I participated
in two private gatherings. I take responsibility for not using
(19:02):
the best judgment at the time. And again just within
the last half an hour, the company that doctor J.
Varma now works for, Siga Technologies, has said that it
has terminated him, effective immediately. The Adams Administration, through a spokesperson,
(19:25):
pointed out that Varma did not work for this administration,
but instead was working under the Deblasio City Hall.
Speaker 1 (19:37):
Pung Alma Michael Berry's good show Plump Whana where you
been there?
Speaker 10 (19:45):
And this is Shirley Culik a baby, Oh Lord, last
night myself to God in trouble with the police.
Speaker 1 (19:53):
She showed the.
Speaker 10 (19:55):
Shell pull over for extensive weaving. No not her her hair,
She'd be gonna put so many weave up in there.
But this is what I want to do today. I
want to give you the top five ways to deal
with these police they got around here.
Speaker 1 (20:14):
It's very very important, Okay.
Speaker 10 (20:17):
The number five way to deal with the police is
remember to memorize your Matilda rights and seen on TV,
this is the one that say you have the right
your main silent. Now it's the same wad, so you
might as well remember now and at all save time later. Okay.
Speaker 1 (20:34):
And number four, if you are charged with dr I.
Speaker 10 (20:37):
That's driving real ignorant, remember to speak very clear and
proper English to the office up.
Speaker 1 (20:45):
Do not try to play it off like you are
a actress.
Speaker 10 (20:49):
Number three, always use a seat bear, or if you
are a poverty individual, at least act your children to
hold a brick and they laugh while the car is
in motion. First, and a plastic bubble wrap paper is
not as effective as a airbag, studies showing the number
(21:09):
two way to deal with these police is always remember
to consume unfinished adult beverage before the police officer arrive
at your car window. This way, at least you will
not be charged under their open container statue. And the
number one way to deal with the police around here
remember you have a constitutional right to your choice of
(21:33):
regular lemon lime or Cajun spice pepper spray. This is
your right as a newfound pedestrian. Well all right, happy
mode in there, tell you my mind, say how she
did by her.
Speaker 1 (21:52):
I'm not sure how much introduction I need to give
this next story. The headline is Liberty County Fire Marshal
arrested accused of stealing cheese and croissants from crashed truck.
I will remind you that Liberty County is where Colony
(22:15):
Ridge is, and there have been a lot of questions
raised to me by members of law enforcement at multiple
levels of government regarding the Liberty County government and some
of the incestuous relationships of people in high positions and
(22:38):
some pretty nasty allegations of payoffs and the light. So
now you add to that an investigation by the Texas
Rangers where the Liberty County Fire Marshal's office has been
accused of committing crimes on the job, including a truck
(22:59):
that had crashed, stealing cheese and cryssants from there.
Speaker 2 (23:03):
Court records accuse the men of a number of things,
including two of them stealing from crash scenes. In one case,
an arrest affidavit says they stole cheese, croissants, and duck
meat from the back of an overturned eighteen wheeler on
the side of fifty nine and then siphoned the diesel
out of the truck into a tank in the back
(23:25):
of their own vehicle. These are the men. William Hrgimeller
is the Fire Marshal in the Office of Emergency Management
Coordinator for Liberty County. Jesse McGraw is the Deputy Fire
Marshal and an assistant chief of the Highway three twenty
one Volunteer Fire Department, and Erskine Holcombe is also the
Deputy Fire Marshal and chief of the Cypress Lakes Volunteer
(23:46):
Fire Department. In addition to the accusations about the cheese
and diesel, court records accused hergem Miller, and Holcomb of
stealing a number of items out of a box truck
that was involved in a crash where the driver died.
All three have apparently been conducting fire investigations and signing
certificates of occupancy, according to court records, and none of
them have the proper state licenses. They've reportedly inspected the
(24:09):
county jail, schools, businesses, gas stations, and daycares. All three
men were booked into the Liberty County jail on Monday
and have since posted bond. We did reach out to
all three and have not heard back. We also stopped
by the Liberty County Judge's office to ask for comment,
but we're told that he was not able to comment.
While this investigation is ongoing.
Speaker 1 (24:28):
That is dirty.
Speaker 11 (24:31):
The driver died in a crash where he's driving a
box truck and there's cheese and duck meat in the back,
and he's like, I guess you won't be he's dead.
Speaker 1 (24:45):
He's dead. You sure he's dead? Urscot and you sure
he's dead? Okay, Well long, guys, you won't be needing it.
We're good. Hey, uh harkameller come over here and take
me just good? Just what they call that grass? As
far gra are you, dumb ass?
Speaker 4 (25:03):
Was good?
Speaker 1 (25:04):
It's pretty good. I wonder where he was headed with dead. Well,
he not gonna need it. Think I'll take this home.
He's got oh oh, looks like he's got a full
tank of diesel. I tell you what, gas done got
the high Now, you know, I don't see any problem
you and me. If we was to I got a
(25:25):
tank in the back of my truck. Let's we siphon
that that diesel out. Take that deedel. He not, He
not going anywhere with it, you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (25:34):
He not.
Speaker 1 (25:34):
They're gonna end up rolling up here. They gonna end
up hauling this truck away anyway. He not driving anywhere.
Not like that. Diesels gonna do him any good. Don't
see why we couldn't use it at the house. I
can sure use it go. I'll tell you what Diesel's got.
The price got sa high.
Speaker 5 (25:52):
Now.
Speaker 1 (25:53):
Sometimes I show up over here at the crash out,
I think to myself, I'm gonna siphon everybody's gas out.
You know, you gotta be careful of boy. I tell
you what you get to. You get to pushing on
there and then it starts coming. You gotta listen careful,
just quiet, Randy, because that when it starts coming down
that hose man, it'll you get that that shoots down
your throat. I had that to happen. Boy, you do
(26:13):
get some old get some white cheese and this crackers
with this matter, no crackers, dunck Who gonna eat duck
meat and cheese? And no, I could use a ritz cracker.
Speaker 9 (26:23):
I like it.
Speaker 1 (26:24):
You like a ritz crack? Really do? Yeah? You know
this job, I tell you what it. Job's a lot
better than I've gotten the word now, you know you
when I did I did it straight first couple of years,
and then I started thinking, you need to get yours.
You know what I'm saying you need to get yours,
and uh so I started. Now, if I show up,
I'm walking out with some things. You know what I'm saying.
(26:46):
I don't see why I don't, by God, by God,
