arrested accused of stealing cheese and croissants from crashed truck.
I will remind you that Liberty County is where Colony

raised to me by members of law enforcement at multiple
levels of government regarding the Liberty County government and some
of the incestuous relationships of people in high positions and

some pretty nasty allegations of payoffs and the light. So
now you add to that an investigation by the Texas
Rangers where the Liberty County Fire Marshal's office has been
accused of committing crimes on the job, including a truck

that had crashed, stealing cheese and cryssants from there.

Court records accuse the men of a number of things,
including two of them stealing from crash scenes. In one case,
an arrest affidavit says they stole cheese, croissants, and duck
meat from the back of an overturned eighteen wheeler on
the side of fifty nine and then siphoned the diesel
out of the truck into a tank in the back

of their own vehicle. These are the men. William Hrgimeller
is the Fire Marshal in the Office of Emergency Management
Coordinator for Liberty County. Jesse McGraw is the Deputy Fire
Marshal and an assistant chief of the Highway three twenty
one Volunteer Fire Department, and Erskine Holcombe is also the
Deputy Fire Marshal and chief of the Cypress Lakes Volunteer

Fire Department. In addition to the accusations about the cheese
and diesel, court records accused hergem Miller, and Holcomb of
stealing a number of items out of a box truck
that was involved in a crash where the driver died.
All three have apparently been conducting fire investigations and signing
certificates of occupancy, according to court records, and none of
them have the proper state licenses. They've reportedly inspected the

county jail, schools, businesses, gas stations, and daycares. All three
men were booked into the Liberty County jail on Monday
and have since posted bond. We did reach out to
all three and have not heard back. We also stopped
by the Liberty County Judge's office to ask for comment,
but we're told that he was not able to comment.

in Fort ben County, claiming Patel was a communist. He

his family too when he was running against Trevor Nels
for County Judge. Scally Wragg reported that Nels and the
MAGA crowd had been stealing KP. George's signs, calling the
judge a dirty Democrat who must be stopped. George then

says his supporters should help him respond to racist and
xenophobic attacks on him and his family by donating money
to his campaign. And remember that photo on Antonio Scallywagg's
Facebook account. It really turned out to be a guy
named Patrick Ernst who lives in Meadville.

help pull off his scheme that the DA says began

He did it all online. He created is a hoax

week's search, warrant judge any comments about the text messages
with Patel, the second term Democrat, now being accused of
being involved in a scheme to push fake, racist social
media comments to influence his reelection in twenty twenty two.
The document's revealing incriminating text messages between the county judge

and thorough Patel, who was his former chief of staff.
Investigators believe Patel, who has been charged with online impersonation,
used the same tactic while running for Precinct three County
Commissioner against incumbent Andy Myers. Myers is the person who
asked the DA's office to open the investigation in the
first place.

one hundred percent faith in the legal process and trust

Myers says if George is found guilty, he'll be calling
for the judge to step down.

this next story. The headline is Liberty County Fire Marshal
arrested accused of stealing cheese and croissants from crashed truck.
I will remind you that Liberty County is where Colony

Ridge is, and there have been a lot of questions
raised to me by members of law enforcement at multiple
levels of government regarding the Liberty County government and some
of the incestuous relationships of people in high positions and
(22:38):
some pretty nasty allegations of payoffs and the light. So
now you add to that an investigation by the Texas
Rangers where the Liberty County Fire Marshal's office has been
accused of committing crimes on the job, including a truck
(22:59):
that had crashed, stealing cheese and cryssants from there.

Court records accuse the men of a number of things,
including two of them stealing from crash scenes. In one case,
an arrest affidavit says they stole cheese, croissants, and duck
meat from the back of an overturned eighteen wheeler on
the side of fifty nine and then siphoned the diesel
out of the truck into a tank in the back
(23:25):
of their own vehicle. These are the men. William Hrgimeller
is the Fire Marshal in the Office of Emergency Management
Coordinator for Liberty County. Jesse McGraw is the Deputy Fire
Marshal and an assistant chief of the Highway three twenty
one Volunteer Fire Department, and Erskine Holcombe is also the
Deputy Fire Marshal and chief of the Cypress Lakes Volunteer
(23:46):
Fire Department. In addition to the accusations about the cheese
and diesel, court records accused hergem Miller, and Holcomb of
stealing a number of items out of a box truck
that was involved in a crash where the driver died.
All three have apparently been conducting fire investigations and signing
certificates of occupancy, according to court records, and none of
them have the proper state licenses. They've reportedly inspected the

county jail, schools, businesses, gas stations, and daycares. All three
men were booked into the Liberty County jail on Monday
and have since posted bond. We did reach out to
all three and have not heard back. We also stopped
by the Liberty County Judge's office to ask for comment,
but we're told that he was not able to comment.
