for bribery. Houston Chronicle reports quote while the employees were

announced that deputies had arrested a former clerk on bribery charges.

Tuesday accused Diana Flores Cibrion of accepting cash payments between
May first of twenty two and June eighth, the twenty
three from Arnold's Title Services in exchange for processing transactions
containing false information and processing titles in violation of Harris

County Tax Office policy. Also listed in charging documents or
two other individuals identified only as C. Gonzalez and M. Martinez.

constantly refers to the superintendent as doctor this and doctor that.
If your local school board seems to have some sort
of a crush or at least an awe of your superintendent,

just know you got problems in your district. Her intendent
is not a rock star. The superintendent is not to
be worshiped, glamorized, promoted, idolized. I've seen this happen again
and again and again. This is really, more than anything,

a function of suburban school districts. You get a nice
mommy who runs for school board. She wants to do
the right thing, she wants her kids to have a
nice schools. Doing her part, she gets on the board,
people like her, and maybe she even talks about, you know,

fiscal discipline. She may even have learned some of the terms.
She might even believe she's doing something about it. And
then she gets there and immediately she falls under the
spell of the superintendent, doctor Jones or doctor Smith, and
they'll keep referring to him that way. He is a PhD. Okay,

have to keep calling him doctor. But they do. And
there's a whole slew of staffers around that superintendent, a
swarm around them, a posse like a boxer coming into
the ring. And what they do is they bring them

the orientation is designed to tell the school board member, hey, listen,
I know you said a lot of things out there
to get people to send you here, and I know
a lot of parents out there want you to come
in here and tear things up and start over. But
they don't really understand. So it's off of a mommy.

mommy says, well, can we do a zero base No, no,

impressed with doctor Lee P. Brown, Doctor Lee P. Brown,
the mayor. We couldn't come up with enough titles for
old Lee P. Now couldn't say his name without stumbling
