Speaker 1 (00:03):
It's that time, time, time.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Time, luck and load.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
Till Michael Arry Show is on the air. Three former
employees of the Harris County Tax Office have been indicted
for bribery. Houston Chronicle reports quote while the employees were

(00:35):
not named and then release, the charges stemmed from alleged
fraud within the offices Automobile and Compliance department. One employee
was terminated, while the other two had resigned a year before.
In a post on x Precinct for Constable Mark Herman
announced that deputies had arrested a former clerk on bribery charges.

(00:57):
Court documents filed with the Harris County District Clerk's office
Tuesday accused Diana Flores Cibrion of accepting cash payments between
May first of twenty two and June eighth, the twenty
three from Arnold's Title Services in exchange for processing transactions
containing false information and processing titles in violation of Harris

(01:20):
County Tax Office policy. Also listed in charging documents or
two other individuals identified only as C. Gonzalez and M. Martinez.
Why don't we get to know their names? They were
public officials. Harris County Tax Assessor Anne Harris Bennett said
Once her office became aware of the alleged fraudulent activity,

(01:43):
they immediately notified the Texas Comptroller's Office, the Harris County
Precinct one Constable's office, and the Harris County Districts Attorney's office,
who opened an investigation into the matter. Houston City government
is corrupt. Harris County government is corrupt. I just read

(02:04):
Huffman School District increasing their taxes by twenty five percent.
Just bleeding people dry. These bastards are bleeding people dry.
This is from the most local all the way up
to the national government. And I'll tell you I've seen it.

(02:24):
I've seen it again and again and again. There is
so much waste, fraud, and self dealing in government budgets.
You would not believe it because it's not their money.
You look at a public pool in the inner city
and how fast it's trashed. You look at how fast
public apartment complexes Section eight housing or public housing when

(02:51):
they build it. You look at how fast it's destroyed.
It's not theirs. This money is not these peoples. If
there's money there in a private company, there's an incentive
not to waste money because you get to keep what's
left after expenses in the government, it's grabbed all, you

(03:12):
can waste it all. How do we convert it into
our own? And that's what they do. That's why they
continue to raise their salaries, That's why they continue to
self deal. And all too often you get these people
who serve on school boards who are nice enough people,

(03:32):
but they get there. Tell I'll tell you the red flag.
Here's your red flag. If your local school board member
constantly refers to the superintendent as doctor this and doctor that.
If your local school board seems to have some sort
of a crush or at least an awe of your superintendent,

(03:55):
just know you got problems in your district. Her intendent
is not a rock star. The superintendent is not to
be worshiped, glamorized, promoted, idolized. I've seen this happen again
and again and again. This is really, more than anything,

(04:18):
a function of suburban school districts. You get a nice
mommy who runs for school board. She wants to do
the right thing, she wants her kids to have a
nice schools. Doing her part, she gets on the board,
people like her, and maybe she even talks about, you know,

(04:40):
fiscal discipline. She may even have learned some of the terms.
She might even believe she's doing something about it. And
then she gets there and immediately she falls under the
spell of the superintendent, doctor Jones or doctor Smith, and
they'll keep referring to him that way. He is a PhD. Okay,

(05:01):
calm down, he can't write you a script. You don't
have to keep calling him doctor. But they do. And
there's a whole slew of staffers around that superintendent, a
swarm around them, a posse like a boxer coming into
the ring. And what they do is they bring them

(05:22):
down when they start to have a little orientation. And
the orientation is designed to tell the school board member, hey, listen,
I know you said a lot of things out there
to get people to send you here, and I know
a lot of parents out there want you to come
in here and tear things up and start over. But
they don't really understand. So it's off of a mommy.

(05:46):
Not always she falls under the sway of this and
they go and by the way, so and so the
mommy says, well, can we do a zero base No, no,
no state losses. You can't do that, oh state law, Yeah, yeah,
we run a foul of state law, they'll shut the
whole school down. Oh they will. Yeah, yeah, But you
know what, your heart's in the right place, and we're

(06:07):
gonna get you whatever information you want. We're gonna get
you the information you want. When I got elected the
Houston City Council, it was really no different. Immediately, Lee
Brown hosted a dinner for the new councilman, and we
gathered as a new city council. And there were some

(06:27):
folks who had joined the council before and then very
impressed with doctor Lee P. Brown, Doctor Lee P. Brown,
the mayor. We couldn't come up with enough titles for
old Lee P. Now couldn't say his name without stumbling
and bumbling and dumb as a box of rocks. I

(06:48):
swear to you, dumb as a box of rocks is
Lee Brown.

Speaker 3 (06:55):
Now.

Speaker 1 (06:55):
There are people that will argue with you over that,
because I've had them do it with me. They're usually
somebody that got a promotion from him, or they got
contracts from him, or is uncomfortable calling a black man dumb.
Black people can be dumb too, absolutely, And he's a
dumb dumb, a real dumb dumb as in not smart,

(07:16):
as in if he took an aptitude test, an IQ test.
You'd be shocked how dumb that man is. He fell upward.
He was a black law enforcement officer who didn't talk much,
who stood up real straight, and he fell himself up

(07:37):
to Portland sheriff and he just worked his way up.
He was a police chief here. He went to New
York where you had the Crown Heights incident. You had
people being slaughtered in the streets and they couldn't final
ly pee Brown for days. Then he became the drug czar.
That's always good. Put somebody in charge of something where
they don't have anything they actually have to do, no

(07:57):
accountability measures, no real respont fonsibilities. They just show up
at conferences and everyone introduces me. He's a former sheriff
of Portland. He's the former police chief of Houston. He's
the former police chief of New York. And now he's
here with us. By the grace of God, do we

(08:18):
have this man, doctor Lee P.

Speaker 3 (08:22):
Brown?

Speaker 1 (08:22):
Who and he gets all the while the rich white
men in Houston, we gotta have a black mayor. We're
plotting and planning. We were going to have him as
our first mayor because he's so good he's a former
police chief. He won't be some rabble rousing, crazed fool

(08:44):
turned out to be. They remained scared to death of you,
and they remain scared to death of Trump.

Speaker 4 (08:54):
Michael Show, You're not going anywhere even if Trump does,
You're not.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
If you watched any football this weekend, you saw a
very good Donald Trump campaign. And let me say something else.
I've been talking to Republican judicial candidates and Republican judges
who are on the ballot, and I have the unfortunate fact.

(09:43):
You take Dan Simon's at district Attorney, Mike Knox at sheriff.
These candidates are out there doing the best they can
to get elected, but nine of them getting elected or
not getting ac It has nothing to do with the
job they've done or how well they campaign. It's going

(10:04):
to have everything to do with do people show up
to vote for Donald Trump? And Ted Cruz for that matter,
a third of Ted Cruz getting elected is going to
be do Trump voters show up to vote? Because if
Trump's voters show up to vote and vote all the
way down, we'll win a lot of these elections, most

(10:27):
of them. The problem will be do our people show
up and secondly, do they vote for more than Trump?
And it always concerns me if they'll vote all the
way down. It makes me crazy crazy that people will

(10:47):
email me, Hey, are you going to release your endorsements?

Speaker 3 (10:49):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (10:49):
Right now? Everybody with an R after their name, Well
I don't know some of those people. All right, let
me tell you how this works out. I don't know
how many times I can say this. There's going to
be something in the news this week, next week, the
week after, every week, at least once into eternity, it's
going to be this. Somebody's going to commit a murder

(11:12):
and they're going to be released by a judge in
Harris County, and that judge is going to be a Democrat.
And these same people are gonna go, Michael, how does
this happen? I see exactly how it happens because you
didn't know that judge, right, You don't know the judge
that ran against them, right, m m. But you made

(11:34):
sure you didn't vote for the judge that wasn't a Democrat, right,
So you're the reason this happens. You and a lot
of other people. You get down the ball mom in
for Trump, Boy Trump. I'll go to the rallies. I'm
for Trump, all right, what about the local criminal court
judge it's going to be overseeing the case when your

(11:56):
daughter's raped. Well, I didn't know their names, so I
didn't vote. Well, you saw the d n R after it.
It's pretty simple. It's just that simple. Well, not all
the Republicans are great. They're better than the Democrats. The
time to get the best Republican is in the primary.

(12:17):
It's now we're Republicans versus Democrats, and they all do
exactly what Rodney Ellis tells them to. It's not hard.
There was a vote out the Democrat judges spot that aired.
It's a fifteen second It's the best fifteen second spot

(12:37):
I've seen this entire election cycle. Whoever did it did
a great job. Great job. I think it came from
a pack, very creative, very quick, very punchy rock to
the point Democrat judges are putting criminals back out on
the street. Don't let them do it anymore. Vote out

(12:58):
the Democrat judges. That simple. There's your message. It's a
great message, President Trump. If you watch football this weekend,
you saw is running an ad. I think this is
as powerful an ad as you can possibly get because
it draws it all together.

Speaker 2 (13:16):
He murdered a father of three sentenced to life in prison.
Kamala Harris pushed to use tax dollars to pay for
his sex change.

Speaker 5 (13:23):
I made sure that they changed the policy so that
every transgender inmate.

Speaker 6 (13:28):
Would have access.

Speaker 7 (13:29):
It sounds insane because it is insane. Kamala was the
first to help pay for a prisoner's sex change.

Speaker 5 (13:35):
The power that I had, I used it in a
way that was about pushing for the movement.

Speaker 2 (13:39):
Frankly, and the agenda Kamala's agenda is they them, not you.

Speaker 1 (13:43):
I'm Donald J. Trump, and I approved this message. You've
got a violent criminal in this country, illegally sent to
prison and wasting tax dollars on them having a sex
change procedure. In her saying, I did this crazy thing

(14:12):
to move to push forward the movement? What is that movement?
What sick perverse, destroy this country, eat the very morale
out of your people. Is that movement that you're willing

(14:34):
to do That means you're willing to do literally anything
that you're willing to take money from schools, from defense,
from veterans to spend money on that. That tells all

(14:54):
of us that you're literally willing to do anything. You
are sick and praved and you cannot be helped. Play
that again. Removed five oh one, America, I have a
message for you.

Speaker 2 (15:10):
He murdered, a father of three sentenced to life in prison.
Kamala Harris pushed to use tax dollars to pay for
his sex change.

Speaker 5 (15:18):
I made sure that they changed the policy so that
every transgender inmate would have access.

Speaker 7 (15:23):
It sounds insane because it is insane. Kamala was the
first to help pay for a prisoner's sex change.

Speaker 5 (15:29):
The power that I had, I used it in a
way that was about pushing for the movement.

Speaker 2 (15:34):
Frankly, and the agenda Kamala's agenda is they them, not you.

Speaker 1 (15:38):
I'm Donald J. Trump and I approved this message. Let's
start with six' oh. Four this IS cnn with some.
News remind you CNN's For, harris so for them to
have to reveal.

Speaker 8 (15:51):
This listen, carefully all, Right so PARTY id, nationally you
go To October november of twenty, Sixteen democrats had a
three point. Advantage you go four years, Ago democrats had
a six point. Evage look at where we are, Today
Manu republicans with a one point, advantage a very different,
picture very much mirroring what we see in the party
registration numbers in those key.

Speaker 9 (16:12):
Battle found states And pennsylvania in.

Speaker 10 (16:14):
Particular it actually just shows you, too Why harris is
doing what she's trying to. Do he's trying to moderate
a little, BIT i mean, issues trying to reach those
very voters because the party registration is changing and the
demographics of the voters are.

Speaker 11 (16:27):
Changing those are the people shoed to.

Speaker 12 (16:29):
Attract, absolutely and you, know THE gop leads by a
point in party identification right, now the average when The
Republican party loses is The democrats ahead by. Eight when
The Republican party, wins the average party idea advantage For
democrats at. Three republicans right, NOW manu are doing even
better than the average when they. Win if there's one
little nugget THAT i Think republicans are really hopeful, for

(16:49):
it's this party idea in this party registration. Data it
really points in a good direction for them and For.

Speaker 3 (16:53):
Donald.

Speaker 1 (16:53):
Wow even in twenty, sixteen national party self identification numbers
were positive For. Democrats trump won because he won Enough

(17:14):
democrats over and people showed up to. Vote twenty we
know they. Cheated the thing about it is in twenty,
sixteen they didn't believe it was possible that people Wanted Donald.
Trump the inner sanctum of the political, establishment The chinese

(17:37):
And bushes And obama's And. Clinton's they didn't believe that
anybody would actually vote For. Trump the predictions from the
posters were That hillary had won because those people don't know.
You they don't know anyone like. You you, know The

(17:59):
democrats in trouble With Middle. America when they Have Kamala
harris drinking a beer on late NIGHT, tv you see
she picks it up and she clearly read the words
for the first time in her, life The champagne Of.
Beers and you Send Tim waltz out to go pheasant.

(18:24):
Hunting Elmer fudd he couldn't. Load.

Speaker 10 (18:27):
Uh the worst, president the worst vice president in the
history of our.

Speaker 12 (18:33):
Christ The Michael.

Speaker 1 (18:34):
Berry we can't afford four more years of this. House
this is the week they have to pull out the nuclear.
Weapon it's. Bad they're going to do something very. DRAMATIC
i don't know what that is, yet but it's going to.

(18:56):
Happen they cannot lose this. Race there are people who
have done very bad things that are in powerful positions
with powerful friends who are. Relentless if you watch The
Kansas City chiefs, play you know that as long as

(19:19):
there is a breath in his body and a second
on the, Clock Patrick mahomes is going to do whatever
he has to do to win the, game and the
referees in his. Pocket which you're, right ramon great analogy
because the media is in The democrats. Pocket all they
have to do is say it in the media will report.

(19:40):
It but far more than the, media they've got the deep,
state they've got cyber, hackers they've got everything they need
to execute whatever they need to, do and it will,
happen and a lot of people will, say, oh did
y'all see that, Story, oh it's gonna be. Bad a

(20:03):
lot of, people same people who ran down to get their,
shot same people who Believed january sixth was a violent
overthrow of the. Government let's go through some of the
Audio i've collected over the. Weekend let's start with SIX zho.
One this is The union Of Automotive Automotive. Workers this

(20:27):
Is Brian. Pannabecker he's been interviewed On newsmax and he's
talking about the, fact and this is partly Why trump
is Winning. Michigan he's winning the people who work in
the car manufacturing.

Speaker 13 (20:42):
Plans THE uaw Endorsed Kamala harris almost instantly after she
became the.

Speaker 1 (20:48):
Nominee why does your.

Speaker 13 (20:50):
Union leadership believe that A harris presidency would be better
for your industry and your workers than former years Of Donald?

Speaker 4 (20:59):
Trump because they'll keep lining the pockets of our corrupt union.
Bosses that's the only REASON i can think, Of. TOM
i can tell you from my own experience thirty six
years in the auto industry eleven For Chrysler cooperation and
twenty five For Ford Motor, company that the, membership the
rank and, file the people on the shop floor do

(21:20):
not Support Kamala. Harris AND i know that for a
fact BECAUSE i do rallies outside of the auto plants
every week during the election, cycle AND i talk to the.
Workers right, now the support on the shop floor For
Donald trump AND Jd vance is sixty five to seventy,
percent And i'm very confident that.

Speaker 14 (21:40):
That's an accurate.

Speaker 12 (21:41):
Number give you a quick.

Speaker 4 (21:42):
Example teamsters actually had the guts to hold a vote
of the. Membership sixty percent voted For Donald. Trump the
union leadership over, There i'll give them credit for holding the,
vote but they still didn't have the guts to do
the endorsement that their membership wants on. It they think they're,
smarter that they're, elites and they should tell the membership

(22:03):
what to, do not the other way. Around but in THE,
uaw we're facing an existential threat if we if we
Allow Kamala harris to become, president.

Speaker 12 (22:13):
We're going to lose our industry and lose our.

Speaker 1 (22:14):
Livelihoods union membership is For. Trump union leadership is For.
Harris that's all you need to. Know that's all you
need to. Know clip six oh.

Speaker 15 (22:31):
Two, ramon we do not need four more years a
bluster and bubbling and. Chaos I'm DONALD.

Speaker 1 (22:40):
J trump AND i improved this. Message we can't afford
four more years of. It I'm DONALD. J, trump AND
i improved this.

Speaker 7 (22:47):
Message we just need to move past the failed policies
that we have proven don't.

Speaker 1 (22:55):
Work I'm DONALD. J, trump AND i improve this. Message
we can only re Elect. Trump Like DONALD. J trump
AND i approved this. Message there is a split within
the party within the. Leadership The biden people are much.
Older they want common law tucked away in a, basement
which is what they did For biden in twenty. Twenty

(23:16):
by the, way that's what they're doing For colin already In.
Texas he's not making, appearances he's not doing. Interviews they're
keeping him tucked away and throwing a bunch of money
at ads that comes From, california because if he gets out,
there he has to answer for. Why he said that
if you build that wall in between us In, mexico
if you close the, border will be the ones that

(23:38):
tear it. Down he said that he voted for boys
in the girl's. Bathroom he did. That he's voted for
lenient sentences for violent. Criminals he did. That he can't
answer for, that so he hides. Out so the younger
people that they brought in on The harris campaign have,
said we got to get her out. There we got

(23:59):
to get her on the. Podcast that's where the people,
are that's where our drinking buddies. Are we got to
get her out. There as it turned, out getting her out,
there CNN's David urban points out made hit bad for the.
Campaign she had a terrible.

Speaker 3 (24:14):
Week it was a terrible week for The Harris this.
Campaign you Had Gretchen whitmer having to apologize to The
catholics Across america for mocking them with Some Dorriedo bizarro
dorito thing on. On, there you Had Governor Elmer fudd
out hunting and not knowing how to load his shotgun
using the wrong. Gun at the same, Time Governor watz

(24:36):
is out, there look Like Elmer, fudd you, know be
very very, quiet, well hunting for webits go, Right so
he doesn't he can't load his. Shotgun he's trying to
appeal to, hunters you can't load the gun using the wrong.
Gun at the same, time you Have Barack obama In
pennsylvania deriding where he derided people who owned, guns remember
cleaning people In pennsylvania were bitter and they cling the
guns in, religion remember that in two thousand and. Eight

(24:58):
so you're trying to peel those folks at the same,
time while he alienates blackmail voters by. Chastising so they
had a really tough.

Speaker 1 (25:04):
Week, meanwhile the polls are showing That kamala is losing black,
men so they, thought, well we'll Send barack out. There
he'll tell the black men they got to vote For.
Kamala harris that didn't. Work old Sassy barack did not

(25:28):
work with black. Men Here's James, cliburn who was the
black congressman In South carolina who Stole South carolina For
biden and put him back on track ON cnn With
Dana bash admitting exactly WHAT i just.

Speaker 15 (25:41):
Said we just Heard Donald trump making his appeal to
black men quite. Explicit your, Friend Congresswoman Debbie, dingle who
you campaigned with In, michigan says that the message she's
hearing from black men is, Quote democrats take us for.
Granted Donald trump talks to us. Directly are you concerned
about black men voting For trump or staying?

Speaker 1 (26:04):
Home, well thank you very much for having. Me, YES
i am concerned about the black men staying home or
voted For.

Speaker 16 (26:11):
Trump how hard is inflatient that you imagine a mother
who's making minimum ways trying to.

Speaker 1 (26:17):
Feed children The Michael Berry, show how about feed my?

Speaker 16 (26:20):
Children AND i Don't they're killing us without killing us
stood king.

Speaker 1 (26:30):
With my big black boots in a little. Foodchare EVEN
cnn is talking About trump. Winning EVEN cnn is pointing
Out camalist failures and how the country has changed as
a result of these awful awful. Policies this is CNN's Harry,

(26:52):
inton their senior political data, reporter with the bad.

Speaker 9 (26:57):
NEWS i, mean the bottom line is, this if this parte,
hour if you believe the, Polling Donald trump's going to
put up the best performance With black voters Since Richard
nixon back in nineteen hundred and, sixty not sixty, eight
since nineteen hundred and, sixty that's sixty four years. Ago
Among hispanic, Voters Donald trump's going to put up the
best performance For republicans since two thousand and.

Speaker 12 (27:14):
Four In GEORGE. W.

Speaker 1 (27:15):
Bush Scott jennings is A republican who has been serving
as The Juan williams FOR, cnn the alternative to their,
Narrative and, boy has he had a? Showing has he
had a? Season this is this is perhaps his greatest

(27:41):
moment where he says a lot of working class men
think The democrats care more about dudes who want to
be women than dudes who just want to be dudes
and be left.

Speaker 14 (27:55):
Alone it was a rough. WEEK i, mean her phase are,
down are struggling WITH i mean the front page of
The New York times this, Morning democrats struggling With African american.
Voters Particularly African american. Men this gender gap issue is.
Real it's a real, problem and you see The democrats
reacting to, it AND i think what they are now
finally In october the election coming to realize is that

(28:18):
a lot of men Think democrats care more about dudes
who want to become women than dudes who just want
to Be and no, hunting costplay or cringey videos is
going to change. It the bet is. Made working, classmen
whether You're, Black, hispanic or, white persistently consistently do not
believe The Democratic party and Specifically Kamala harris are going

(28:38):
to do a thing for. Them they've been told that
they're the, problem AND i suspect they're going to rise
up on Election day until the elites who told them
that you're.

Speaker 1 (28:45):
Wrong video after video across, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter instagram of
black men, saying who is that Sissy obama to tell
us as black men that we have to vote For

(29:05):
Kamala harris because he says she's. Black by the, Way
Barack obama's blackness has always been questioned by, blacks not
just that he has a black father and a white.
Mother he went To Punaho High school well over one

(29:29):
hundred thousand dollars a year one of the three or
four most exclusive private schools in the. Country he has
lived a life where he was hand picked for everything
he's ever had and got wealthy off the. Process so

(29:51):
for him to be down with a, struggle you black
laws need to go ahead and. Vote LIKE i tell y'all,
too y'all got to vote for, us. Sister it's not
going over well at. All and this is the kind
of talk that doesn't make it out of the. Hood
this is the kind of talk that people have at the.
Barbershop this kind of talk that people have that is

(30:15):
very as they would, say, real and most people wouldn't.
Hear clips six, fourteen. Ramon this Is Scott jennings again
talking about the fact that Sending obama out to lecture
black men did not, work and then Sending Tim waltz
out on his pheasant, hunt Sending Bill clinton out in

(30:40):
A camo. Cat did you hear what he? Said they
didn't let me go to the. Cities i'm out here
in the. Country they KNEW i was a country. Boy oh,
really Mister New York, City we going back to Our arkansas.
Roots that's.

Speaker 14 (30:56):
Cute Democratic party elites Like obama and like others have
been viciously Attacking Donald trump since twenty. Sixteen and everything
they've said about him is what they have always said about,
him AND i don't think it's particularly effective right. NOW
i think their problem isn't Attacking. Trump their problem is
finding reasons to give people to Support Kamala. Harris the

(31:17):
stop he made in this plea he's making The African american,
MEN i, mean he said today he insulted. THEM i,
mean he first of all admits that they're not enthusiastic about.
Her he, said you just aren't feeling the idea of
having a woman as, president and you're coming up with
other alternatives and reasons for. That AND i think one
thing we've seen About democrats over the years is that
when they can't convince you to do, something they begin

(31:38):
to insult. You obama, specifically when he was having trouble
with rural voters In, pennsylvania go back all the way
into his, campaigns he insulted them about their culture and.
VALUES i don't think it's helpful to insult a group
of people who are already not enthusiastic about your. Campaign
BUT i think that's what he did. Today the story
tonight is they're struggling with, Men obama's insulting, men and
