Speaker 1 (00:04):
It's that time time sign Si luck and load. The
Michael Very Show is.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
On the air.

Speaker 3 (00:21):
Get into mic.

Speaker 4 (00:22):
We gotta feed a beard. I don't plan to shave.

Speaker 5 (00:26):
And it's you think, but I just gotta see I'm
doing all right.

Speaker 1 (00:33):
We'll come mixts.

Speaker 6 (00:37):
I'm beating ready. That's a true.

Speaker 4 (00:41):
See the drink or drug.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
And we put the morning show to bed.

Speaker 3 (00:47):
On Friday, all hell broke loose less than an hour
later in the White House.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
No, not because of our show. It was unrelated. A
good question. You're asking all the right questions. It was.

Speaker 3 (01:08):
It was about I don't know, it must have been.
It was just before they were to have had lunch
because the White House staff or the Trump team staffers
got to eat the lunch instead. But as you probably know,
Ukraine's Zelensky was meeting with President Trump and his cabinet. Well,

(01:33):
the way the room was situated. If you're looking at
the screen, to the left is a chair for Zelensky.
The typical setup to the right is a chair for
the President Trump, and then to their left our right
screen right can be seen sometimes and not seen sometimes

(01:53):
is a table turned perpendictu. I mean, is a couch
turned perpendicular, and it had JD. Vans on the end,
and it had Marco Rubio, and there had been about
forty minutes of a meeting before the fireworks.

Speaker 1 (02:11):
And this weekend JD.

Speaker 3 (02:13):
Vance shed some light that President Trump had not seen
what Zelensky was doing with his body language, because Trump's
looking kind of forward and talking to to Zelensky, who's
to his right our screen left. And Jdvan said he
just had enough the eye rolling and the various things

(02:36):
he did. And there's been a lot of effort put
into things that Zelensky did to give off certain body language.
There is the accusation that at some point he said
the word sikka or sukka, which is supposed to be
a Ukrainian word for bitch, that he said that in
the middle of his sentence. I've watched these things and listened.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (02:59):
I mean, they'reeople that sort of get off on these
sorts of things. I don't know that it matters. I
certainly don't think JD. Vance would have known that if
it was. But it doesn't matter because Zelenski's tone, which
he had developed a habit, I describe such things as

(03:21):
a small child.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
A toddler or a dog. They react based on how
you react.

Speaker 3 (03:31):
They develop patterns and behaviors based on how you react.
That's why when you see a dog that can't be controlled,
that's because they've never been controlled. If you control a dog,
they're fantastic. Or you see a toddler whose parents who's
typically mother doesn't know how to doesn't know how to
handle them, and so that's what they do. But you

(03:52):
institute a little discipline and everything changes. Trump and JD.
Vance gave him the what for, and Trump sent him
away and said no soup for Ukraine, and Zelensky was embarrassed,
whereupon he proceeded to rush to the UK or the

(04:13):
British Prime Minister and try to cut a deal there.
He'd already had a deal, we now know, and Zelensky's
in a world of her because if the United States
pulls out of this deal, Zelenski does not have the
money to fight this war. And I think what ends
up happening is that Zelensky overplayed his hand and made

(04:37):
a huge mistake. And with apologies to the Oakridge boys,
this is kind of where we imagine his headspace is
right now.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
I wish would have just said yes, because now I'm
all alone. Ever since US. I walked in and I
shook my head, and you knew I wasn't strong. I
wish I would have just said yes, because now I'm

(05:10):
all alone. I wish I would have just said yes,
because now I'm all alone. Ever sent a US of me,
I'm as news though I walked in and shook my
head and you knew who I wasn't strong.

Speaker 6 (05:33):
I wish I.

Speaker 2 (05:34):
Would have just said yes, because now I'm all alone.

Speaker 6 (05:41):
First few months of war went well.

Speaker 5 (05:44):
We made a bunch of bucks, peeled a couple billion,
all the tanks and toes and trugs, faith the ghost,
the key, just to keep my pockets flushed.

Speaker 2 (06:00):
But you figured out my graphs and risk, so now
I'm screwed. I wish I would have just said yes,
because now I'm all alone. Ever since a US of me,
I'm as wood as though I.

Speaker 6 (06:21):
Walked in and shop my head and you knew I
wasn't strong.

Speaker 2 (06:27):
I wish I would have just said this, because how
I'm all alone. I wish I would have just said yes,
because now I'm all alone. Ever since the US left me,
I'm as good as done. I walked in and shave

(06:49):
my head, and you knew I wasn't strong. I wish
I would have just said this because now I'm all alone.

Speaker 6 (07:00):
I wish I would have.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
Just said yes, because now I'm all along. Ever sister
you has left me. I'm asked, good, that's done. I
walked in and should my head and you knew I
was in strong. I wish I would have just said this.

(07:23):
It's no why I'm all alone. I wish I would
have just said yes, because now I'm all along. Ever
sister yous left me. I asked, good, that's done. I
walked in and show my head and you knew I

(07:44):
was in strong. I wish I would have just said this,
it's how I'm all along. I wish I would have
just said yes, because now I'm all along. Ever since
you has left me, I'm as good as done. I

(08:07):
walked in and shook my head and you knew I
wasn't strong. I wish I would have just said yes,
because now I'm on.

Speaker 1 (08:21):
Alone.

Speaker 6 (08:24):
Yellow Pudding Bob's posen putting on.

Speaker 7 (08:26):
The State show Yellow brand pudding pops made with the
goodness of real jello pudding. It was February twenty eight.

(08:57):
It was a Friday. You told them to the White House,
all humming my way. It was on the table, rare
Earth and whatnot. First of quick jet, then a dinner
servant come quiet. It started great, all smiles and cordial.
Trump looking trumpy, Jake Vance looking jovial. Then something happened
in the dinner switch and the guests got grumpy, started
acting like a bitch, interrupted interceding, intercepting conversation, started showing

(09:21):
his colors didn't know who he was facing like a
peewee playing pros.

Speaker 1 (09:25):
He was out of his league.

Speaker 7 (09:26):
It was tag team wrestling.

Speaker 6 (09:27):
It was blitz Greek. It was over fo. It started
big ave.

Speaker 7 (09:31):
No quarterer, little lord Fauntleroy, get in your corner, the
fat lady saying, and the people rejoiced.

Speaker 6 (09:37):
Yo z shut it, bab you're five foot three? Is Christ?

Speaker 8 (10:03):
He broken?

Speaker 6 (10:04):
This is fire.

Speaker 8 (10:05):
He killed out white people and he didn't exchange prisoners.
We signed the exchange of prisons, but he didn't do it.
What kind of diplomacy g g Us became involved? What
what do you what do you?

Speaker 6 (10:17):
What do you mean?

Speaker 3 (10:18):
I'm talking about the kind of diplomacy that's going to
end the destruction of your country pass. But if mister President,
mister President, with respect, I think it's disrespectful for you
to come into the Oval Office to try to litigate
this in front of the American media.

Speaker 1 (10:29):
Right now, you guys are going.

Speaker 3 (10:30):
Around and forcing conscripts to the front lines because you
have manpower problems.

Speaker 9 (10:36):
It's get that kid a high chair. The warhawks you have.

Speaker 6 (10:59):
To be you don't have the car.

Speaker 9 (11:02):
You're buried there, your people that die.

Speaker 6 (11:05):
Tell you you're running low. Soldiers. Listen, you're running slow
and soldiers it would be a damn Gretna. Then contin
you tell us.

Speaker 1 (11:13):
I don't want to cease fire.

Speaker 6 (11:14):
I don't want to cease fire. I want to go
and I wanted this. Look, if you could get a
ceasefire right now, I tell you you take it. So
the bullets stopped flying, and your meant stuff courting kills.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
Course we won, just stop the war.

Speaker 6 (11:26):
But I'm saying you don't want to see that.

Speaker 8 (11:27):
I said to you, I want to see because you
get a ceasefire faster than it is.

Speaker 6 (11:37):
You're losing baby from the White House.

Speaker 5 (11:48):
You're running.

Speaker 1 (11:52):
It's that you want to lunch your ball. You're considered
this for a moment before the war began.

Speaker 3 (12:08):
In early twenty twenty two, the size of the Ukrainian
economy was two hundred billion dollars annually, making it about
the size of the state of Arkansas's economy, not nothing.
And Arkansas's actually doing some things right now. Sarah Huckabee

(12:33):
Sanders is riding a wave, is riding a wave of
goodwill toward Arkansas and what they're doing adding beyond just agriculture,
and adding beyond just agriculture, and Walmart's headquarters, tech and

(12:56):
all sorts of things, including tourism. I love Arkansas, beautiful
state that doesn't get its due. It was a two
hundred billion dollar economy before the war, and we've given
them more than that already. That's the size of their
entire economy. Let's start there, President Trump. They had been
meeting for about forty minutes before the heat that we saw,

(13:19):
and part of the deal was that Trump wants for
US interests the mineral rights, or at least a portion
of the mineral rights with Zelensky. Zelensky has made the
same deal with the British Prime Minister as well, So
you can't sell them twice.

Speaker 1 (13:38):
But to put this into perspective, There.

Speaker 3 (13:40):
Is an estimate that Trump wants five hundred billion dollars
worth of rare earth minerals. But when you dig into
these rare earth minerals, that's not an easy thing. The
Ukrainian economy, the largest assets they have is coal deposits

(14:00):
and oil and gas. Their rare earth minerals are things
like lithium, cobalt. There are neodymium, neodymium I think it is,
which is used in wind turbines and electric vehicles. The

(14:22):
demand for electric vehicles is way down, way down, and
I don't ever want to see another wind turbine, and
under Trump, I don't think you will. So I say
that to say some of their rare earth minerals have

(14:43):
wildly fluctuating values Ukraine. Forbes declared ten years ago that
there are twelve trillion with a t dollars worth of
rare earth minerals that Ukraine is sitting atop which everything
I read from every end of the spectrum and every person,
whether they wherever they be from, that is not true.

Speaker 1 (15:05):
That is just not true.

Speaker 3 (15:07):
But I also came to learn that the way you
extract these rare earth minerals is very, very difficult, because
you have to extract them with the ore or as
a component of ore, and then you have to pulverize
that ore into a powder so that you can separate
the extremely valuable rare earth minerals from the ore which

(15:32):
is not valuable. And then once you separate it, you
using chemicals, and those chemicals are very very harsh, like
biohazard harsh, and then you have to put it into
the form that it's going to be exported. Presently, none
of those rare earth minerals are being extracted, not only

(15:53):
because it's a war, but because the Lensky doesn't have
the money.

Speaker 1 (15:56):
To extract it.

Speaker 3 (15:57):
It costs more presently to extract those minerals then you
can sell them for on the open market. Well, guess
who fills the void with the neodymium and some of
the others. As it turns out you won't believe this,
but China eighty percent of the world's supply. China is

(16:24):
searching the world to find rare earth minerals to make
electric cars that they will dominate the electric car and
they now export more cars than Japan because of the
electric car.

Speaker 1 (16:37):
And what do you think China wants to do?

Speaker 3 (16:39):
Why do you think China's Democrats want this war continued.

Speaker 1 (16:43):
The Michael Barry Show.

Speaker 3 (16:45):
Simple man, a friend of mine that many of them know,
quite a few of you, was arrested a few days
ago and but at thirty hours in jail, and it

(17:05):
is quite the story to tell. And I have asked
him to join us on the air and tell that story,
which he will do in probably about forty five minutes.
You don't want to miss this story because I'll bet
you five thousand of you know him, maybe more. Yeah,

(17:29):
I'd be pretty sure of that. Former Harris County District
Attorney Kim Ogg talking about Democrat Judge Hillary Unger releasing
the thug on bond that was charged with the ambush
murder of Harris County Sheriff's deputy Fernando Escada. She has
some pretty strong words here, she was on Fox and Friends.

Speaker 10 (17:50):
Our judges, unfortunately in Harris County, have shown a pattern
of releasing repeat violent offenders. Among us right now, there
are more than eight hundred and thirty fugitives or individuals
on bond for capital murder or murder, but LJ none
for the murder of a police officer.

Speaker 1 (18:11):
This is a first for us, how did this happen.

Speaker 11 (18:14):
I just want to understand the psychology behind the thinking
from the judge that the new DA not pushed back
and say I'm representing not only in the state of Texas,
but law enforcement as well.

Speaker 1 (18:27):
This was an m bush.

Speaker 6 (18:28):
We know the ankle.

Speaker 11 (18:29):
Monitors don't work, they're the monitored by private companies. This
is just not safe for our community.

Speaker 10 (18:36):
Not safe as an understatement. With eight hundred and thirty
fugitives or individuals on bond for murder and capital murder,
we know the average person in the public is in danger.
What the thinking of the judge was. We see docket
entries where their statements that the judge had to set
a bond. That is true in certain circumstances, but she

(18:58):
could have set a bond that was high enough to
protect the public. Unfortunately, Judge Hillary Hunger is a rogue
judge and notorious for releasing repeat offenders who go out
and kill other members of our community.

Speaker 1 (19:14):
We've got to stop these rogue judges.

Speaker 10 (19:16):
I was attacked as DA for fighting against this type
of activity by our local judges. Right now, we appear
to have a DA this complacent and okay with it.
He clearly wasn't an average criminal defendant. He had access
to money to make this type of bond ten percent
charged by the bonding companies's standard. But this is insult

(19:39):
upon injury to the fallen officer's family to know that
their loved one's murderer is free today in his home
under quote house arrest. We know that those GPS monitors
simply give the public a false sense of security when
in truth, they provide none.

Speaker 3 (20:01):
Meanwhile, an unhinged Deer Park man with a lengthy criminal
record post videos vowing to murder police officers. He was
arrested and freed on a PR bond. And you remember
what a PR bond person recognisance bond. That means, literally,
instead of anybody having to put up put any skin

(20:23):
in the game to assure that you'll come back, you
just sign because you're good for it, because you're clearly
a trustworthy guy, they give him a PR bond, in.

Speaker 1 (20:34):
Other words, just let him back out.

Speaker 3 (20:37):
Thanks to Democrat Associate Judge ike O Kora four, the
Deer Park Police Association is pretty pissed about it. As
you might imagine, you got another bad guy out there
openly threatening to kill cops and being arrested and just
released ABC thirteen with the story. J.

Speaker 12 (21:01):
Paul Gilliam told us today that he does not have
any intention of shooting Deer Park Police officers, despite posting
twenty five expletive laced videos within a matter of minutes
on Friday, threatening the officers and also saying that he
wanted them to die. Deer Park Police now left frustrated
that he was able to get out of jail so
quickly and return to his home. Here behind our camera,

(21:23):
just across the streets from this elementary school behind me.
If you look at the documentation that shows his violent tendencies,
his criminal.

Speaker 1 (21:32):
History, the threats he made, that doesn't read.

Speaker 12 (21:35):
Stable, which according to the Harris County pre Trial Services website,
stability is something a judge may consider when deciding if
someone is eligible for a personal bond, meaning they sign
their name and can leave jail without payment as long
as they agreed to show back up and associate. Judge
Ike okorafor granted a personal bond to this man, J.

(21:55):
Paul Gilliam less than seventy two hours after he posted
threats to Facebook look directed at Deer Park Police.

Speaker 1 (22:02):
No mo're for for you, nover for for your family. No,
we're for for anybody.

Speaker 13 (22:05):
No, you're gonna infectd because I'm gonna, in fact future
in your face.

Speaker 12 (22:09):
Police were called on Gilliam Friday morning after he started
aggressively harassing a crossing guard at Dab's Elementary across from
his home. According to court records, he wasn't arrested then,
but he was arrested that night for retaliation once police
learned about the twenty five videos he made, threatening members
of Deer Park Police, their dispatchers, and even calling one

(22:30):
sergeant out by name, wanting to kill him, saying, if
you approach me, I'm gonna shoot you.

Speaker 1 (22:35):
I'm not gonna shoot you just once. I'm going to
shoot you in the chest. I hope you all die.

Speaker 12 (22:40):
Originally, his bond was set at ten thousand dollars by
a magistrate and probable cause court, but then Associate Judge
Corps for granted him a personal bond, something the DA's
office specifically said they were opposed to. If his bond
had stayed at ten thousand dollars, he would have only
had to pay one thousand to get out, but dear
Park Police, that was still better. It gives the opportunity

(23:04):
that he is behind bars longer, he is no longer
on the streets.

Speaker 1 (23:07):
It adds one extra layer.

Speaker 12 (23:09):
Gilliam does have an extensive criminal history. His last violent
charge was in twenty twelve. Charging documents say he's a
known problem for Jab's elementary. We caught up with Gilliam
outside of his home on Wednesday afternoon. He told us
he suffers from mental illness and was off his medication
last Friday. You don't plan to do anything violent against
the crossing guard or the police department.

Speaker 13 (23:29):
Nobody, Like I said, I don't even have a gun. Lady,
who's gonna give me a gun to go hurt? Somebody found?
Oh alric mad wanted to kill that.

Speaker 12 (23:38):
We did reach out to the judge, but judges are
not allowed to comment on painting cases.

Speaker 1 (23:43):
That rewind that.

Speaker 3 (23:47):
You know, you've said that you're gonna kill the cops,
and you're posting about it constantly, But you're not gonna
kill the cops.

Speaker 1 (23:53):
Sorry, no, no, I wouldn't. Who's gonna give me a gun?

Speaker 3 (23:56):
That that's not the best defense.

Speaker 1 (24:03):
No, no, I don't kill who gomember? That'd be crazy.
You got it.

Speaker 12 (24:10):
Medication last Friday. You don't plan to do anything violent
against the crossing guard or the police department.

Speaker 13 (24:14):
Nobody. I'm nover like I said, I don't even have
a gun. Lady, who's gonna give me a gunna go hurt?

Speaker 1 (24:19):
Somebody? From oh I rate mad?

Speaker 6 (24:21):
Wanted to kill that.

Speaker 12 (24:23):
We did reach out to the judge, but judge it.

Speaker 3 (24:27):
Hey, you're not gonna kill any cops, are you? No,
I've never uh no, I don't have a gun because
he knows. He can't say I've never hurt anybody because
it'll be easy. He knows he has a record, and
he probably figures being a reporter, she knows that as well.

Speaker 1 (24:45):
You would, you're not gonna hurt anybody. No, I'm uh
uh Now, who how would I get a gun? I'm
not hurt? Because how would I get a gun?

Speaker 13 (24:53):
I'm never like I said, I don't even have a gun. Lady,
who's gonna give me a gunna go hurt?

Speaker 1 (24:58):
Somebody? From oh I rate mad?

Speaker 6 (25:00):
I wanted to kill that.

Speaker 1 (25:02):
Yeah, I'm over here.

Speaker 8 (25:03):
I want him to die.

Speaker 1 (25:04):
Nobody's gonna give me a gun. That doesn't happen. People
can't get a gun when they want to kill somebody.
That Come on, y'all, y'all being crazy.

Speaker 6 (25:11):
Y'all crazy.

Speaker 10 (25:12):
You can need to make informed decisions, and you're giving
them the into Michael Berry because you're a public Paul
Revere had to ring in the warning though.

Speaker 9 (25:24):
You time.

Speaker 3 (25:34):
And sometimes it's better, especially a song like this, Well
you don't know what it's about. I'm sure many of
you do. Elton John was engaged to be married and
beautiful woman, by the way, not surprising gay dudes. When
they get married, it's always beautiful. You ever noticed that?

Speaker 1 (25:55):
And they'll marry an ugly woman.

Speaker 3 (25:59):
And he's out drinking with his dear friend, Big John,
or a long time I think's Big John. I think
they call him Big John. In fact, that's why when
he created his stage name he used Elton John. The
john was from Big John, his buddy. So he's out
drinking with Big John and Bernie Taupin, who wrote the

(26:21):
lyrics to most of his early and big stuff. And
he does not want to get married. Of course we
now know he's homo, but I don't know if that
part was discussed or he just didn't want to get married.
And I read that his Beyonce. He comes home, he's

(26:45):
drunk and he says I'm not marrying you. I'm not
doing it, and so she moves to the US. They're
living in London. She moved to the US, gets married,
has three children, moves on with her life, and said
she had no hard feelings because well, he's home.

Speaker 1 (27:02):
It wasn't gonna work out anyway.

Speaker 3 (27:05):
But she did say that she had a problem with
this line. You almost had your hooks in me, didn't you,
Dear You nearly had me roped and tied, alter bound
hypnotized sweet Freedom. Now what's interesting about that is Bernie

(27:26):
topin Poppin'. I've heard it pronounced both ways. It's Tau
wrote those lyrics, but most of his lyrics Elton John
would develop the music and he would put the music.

Speaker 1 (27:36):
He put the lyrics behind it.

Speaker 3 (27:38):
And I'm sorry reverse order, but he It would often
be based on stories that Elton John would tell it.
Bernie Topham would just would just write the lyrics around that.
But that would kind of hurt man. You went and
wrote a song about it. Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez
says violent juvenile crime is becoming a serious challenge in

(28:03):
Harris County. This after a thirteen year old girl is
arrested for stabbing a man and a fifteen.

Speaker 1 (28:11):
Year old boy for three armed robberies in the Humble area.

Speaker 3 (28:17):
Gonzalez wrote on social media, juvenile crime is a serious challenge.
We continue to see juveniles committing serious crimes and or
becoming victims themselves. Now we're seeing juveniles pulled into adult conflicts.

Speaker 1 (28:33):
That lead to violence.

Speaker 3 (28:35):
While the adult criminal justice system garners the most attention,
how do judges in the juvenile justice system determine whether
a youth requires incarceration or could be rehabilitated within their community.
Make no mistakes, some of these juveniles are dangerous offenders.
A thirteen year old girl stabbing a man, a fifteen

(28:57):
year old boy, not one armed robbery, not two armed robberies,
three armed robberies. Yeah, I think we have a problem.
I think we have a real problem. And I wonder
to what extent we've got some law enforcement focused on

(29:19):
things that aren't related to the real problem, like a
case of mistaken identity where you send somebody to jail
for thirty hours, and even when it's brought to your attention,
you still refuse to withdraw the arrest report. You got
a story for you coming up. You can't believe this
would happen. You cannot believe this would happen. And I

(29:39):
don't believe there are many deputies, police officers, or any
other law enforcement officers who would do what this guy did.
But what this guy did, oh my is it is
inexplicable and inexcusable. Meanwhile, dumb dumb Fortman County k P. George,
the Fort Bean County Judge k P. George, says he

(30:00):
received inappropriate treatment when he was booked in jail in
an open letter he sent to the media last week.
So kprctv's Mario Diaz investigated dumb Dumb's claim. Fort Ben
County Democrat Sheriff Eric Fagan calls out KP. George's last saying,
I'm just shocked and surprised that he would make a
statement that I feel.

Speaker 1 (30:18):
Like he knows isn't true. KPRC TV with the story.

Speaker 14 (30:23):
Thank you for coming to find out the true fast
of what happened on that day.

Speaker 4 (30:27):
Fort Ben County Sheriff Eric Fagan, expressing gratitude for what
KPRC two investigates first reported on clickto Houston on Tuesday.
If you recall County judge k P.

Speaker 1 (30:39):
George made a.

Speaker 4 (30:39):
Personal statement, including claims made by his office of an
unnecessary hold by ice.

Speaker 1 (30:46):
His statement was false.

Speaker 4 (30:48):
Fagan taking me inside his jail to show exactly what
George went through.

Speaker 1 (30:52):
Does Fagan sound like I was young ambitious? Doesn't he? Doesn't?
He sound just like no, no, no, don't worry. We'll give
that to Jim. Jim's amaster of this. Just tell him
which audio clip that is.

Speaker 3 (31:05):
The guy who was at family court.

Speaker 1 (31:08):
I think it was in Tennessee.

Speaker 3 (31:09):
He had over thirty children by as many women and
they asked him about it, and he said I was young, ambitious,
and the women behind him were just chuckeding away.

Speaker 1 (31:19):
All right, finish up with shy.

Speaker 4 (31:20):
Exactly what George went through last September. You know where
are we right now?

Speaker 1 (31:24):
You're at the solid port.

Speaker 14 (31:26):
This is where inmates come in when they first get arrested.

Speaker 4 (31:29):
We saw the X ray machine that checks for weapons,
the screening area, the windows section where Judge George had
to divulge personal information, and where he was fingerprinted, even
where his mugshot was taken. Sheriff Fagan dismissing George's characterizations
that his deputies placed an unnecessary icehold on him. So

(31:51):
every person who is not a naturally born citizen, a
call goes to ICE.

Speaker 14 (31:55):
Yes, is that a hold? No, that is not a hole.
That's a check. We've notified ICE at twenty fifteen, eight
fifteen at night, eight fifteen at night, at eight twenty five.
It came back no action. That means no.

Speaker 4 (32:14):
Hold George, and a personal letter to the residents of
Fort ben County made it clear he was held for
almost three hours. Sheriff Fagan says, that's not true.

Speaker 14 (32:26):
He was here for an hour and thirteen minutes.

Speaker 4 (32:30):
No hold, no hold. How much faith do you have
in the county judge right now?

Speaker 14 (32:35):
I'm just socked and surprised that he would make a
statement that I feel like he knew wasn't true.

Speaker 4 (32:43):
Fagin says that the only thing that may have been
done different for George was that he did not have
to take off his pants and put on a full jumpsuit.
They only had him put on the standard shirt. Since
he turned himself in and his attorney was with him,
he also was set to bond down quickly. So what
