things first, we have to talkabout Fallout a series because yah Boy is

officially halfway through this first season.Finished episode four last night. Obviously bad
Batch was today, so we didthat and not gonna lie. Shows really
good, I think, I thinkwhat happens is if you haven't watched it
or started it yet, the firstepisode has a lot of world building,
and so it's two and three,but it's from each character's perspectives because there's

three main characters, the Brotherhood ofSteel guy, you have Lucy, who
is your vault dweller, and thenthe Ghoul who obviously Walton Goggins. Yeah,
those are the main three stories.There's a bunch of side characters and
technically the dog c X four Ofour c X four by four is what
I would call them every time.But that's okay. But the episode four

is where it really kicks in oflike, all right, we've established everything
now here, we're going fully inwith the plot and not just our characters
are meeting. Then ships in thenight go by each other. I really
do Emma Parnell's performance really great.I think am a percel. I am

a Purcel. Sorry about that,Oh, pernow we did it. There
we go. I really think she'sbeen really good of just having that innocent
vault dweller appeal from like the firstthen the second episode, and then now
after four episodes. She's really ahardened person who's had to deal with the
wasteland, and it was really coolto have her as a foil to the

goal of like someone who's been aroundfor two hundred years after you know the
Fallout has happened, and then someonewho's fresh out of the vault, and
see how their paths could be thesame or completely diverge. JB. Perry
says, on a scale of HaloSeason one to Last of Us, how
is it? I believe I'm gonnasay a little it's weird because it's a

weird scale. It's a lot closerto the Last of Us than Halo Season
one. I think this blows Haloseason one into say what you will about
to either we didn't watch it,that the Fallout show I think has such
good world version that it isn't likea DEPRESSI show as far as I know
four episodes and as Last of Us, but it is that adventure show,

which is really nice because I thinkthat that's kind of how it's sticking out
of all the video game appeals,where Halo seems more like a soap opera
of you know, we're gonna throweverything in from Halo, and I get
that Halo is an action game anddoesn't have a lot of humor in its
quortana sometimes in the grunts, andLast of Us is pretty much devoid of

humor. You know you're gonna feeldepressed after watching the Last of Us are
playing it. This I think isvery lighthearted, which is good, but
also still has its action and it'shorror, which I think always was the
Fallout vibe, especially be as thevibe in general too is that their games
are adventure, action, a littlebit of horror in there, a lot
of comedy, and obviously the rpgeniusof their games too. Yeah, solid

Castlevania. I actually, let's lookthrough video game adaptations recently, because I
I feel like there's a lot morethat we're not realizing. I'm getting mostly
movies. Okay, here we gothe seventeen best video game movies and shows
and this was updated to include Fortniteor not Fortnite Fallout, So that's great.
I would say Arcane. I thinkArcane is a little bit better than

this. I think that's with theLast of Us too, because I think
for a lot of us Arcane,which also still starts Emma P. Purcell
as Jinx. I think took everyoneby shock of like, oh, like
that's what this Legal Legends video gameis about. No way, Like I
didn't know that at all. WhereasI think this is like, yeah,
I've heard of, I've heard aFallout. I kind of get the vibe

and like everyone kind of knows Falloutis the dirty grungey game. When it
pops out, we need to seefall Out three than four. This is
kind of seventy six. I think. I still think Arcane a little bit
better than this. Let's go,let's just let's decides it's easier. Okay,
Castlevania I've never seen, but yeah, according to J. P.

Perry, solid Castlevania, Sarah Punk, Edge Runners I think better just because
Cyberpunk in Caslvania both animes. ButI do think that's true. J.
B. Perry said Arcane brought imaginedragons back from a Dad Rock pregatory.

of different with Speeding live action.This list is that one first person seen
in Doom Doom, not doune Uh. It's better than Doom for sure.
Then you got Halo, like wesaid, already better Mortal Kombat. I
think it is better. I thinkMortal Kombat it's kind of its own thing.
It still hasn't figured out what itwants to be. It wants to
be, you know, an actionhero movie, but kind of it likes

to diverge a lot from the games. And I think Fallout is for sure
out of ten adaptation, maybe likean eight or nine out of ten show.
I think it is probably how thebest to sum that up. Resident
Evil better, for sure. Saywhat you about the Miyajobovic movies. They
got wild and crazy at the endof them. But for a lot of

us, that's what we thought ResidentEvil was, and then it was a
lot better. Especially Resident Evil too. It wasn't Evil for the games at
least the movies not so much.Last of us, we Alrea talked about
Detective Pika two. That's kind ofactually no, she's not in Detective Pikachu.
That I think is different. Ifeel like that is just the joy

of Pokemon. I think Detective Pikachuwe all appreciated, say what you will
about the story, but it wascool to see live action Pokemon and it
was for the most part done prettyright. Obviously, we haven't gotten anything
since that. It'd be nice ifwe did, but wb ain't gonna tell
us lower Croff I think better thanthat, better than uncharted movies. And
then they have Sonic in here,which we'll get to. I think it's

on the same level as Sonics,like being a very good aptation, being
funny, and knowing what it isat its core. I will say Walton
Goggain's MVP bit little Baby Billy fromthe Righteous Gemstones. He's been a bunch
of other stuff. I know that, but it is cool to see him
really get the shine he deserves,and I think we can I think really
being Baby Billy from the Righteous Gemstoneskinda I'm assuming most likely got him this

role because that's what I knew fromhim last Yeah, Matt Barry's in it,
Laslow from what we do in theShadows, which is cool, and
having four more episodes ago. I'mexcited to watch it and not like,
oh, I have to finish this, Like it is cool to be in
that world and well, I guesswe'll talk about it here. We you
know, Todd Howard, Bethesda's gamedirector creative director of the modern Fallout games,

which fun fact, if you didn'tknow fall Out one and two,
well weren't made by Bethesda, theywere made by someone else. And then
Bethesa bought the rights to the Falloutfranchise that starting with fall Out three,
which was set in DC, whichis really cool because I've seen a lot
of people like, do screenshots fromthat game because they're playing it again just
because of the show, and they'relike, oh, yeah, Only is
in here. I'm like, oh, I know what Only is, Like,

I know that city, which iscool, So I might do that
just to be a little more local. I downloaded it. We'll see what
happens. But it was really coolthat Fallout seventy six has had like one
thousand percent rise in players on Steamsince this since Fallout came out, which
is great for that because I thinkFallout seventy six, the multiplayer survival version

of Fallout you know, wasn't wellwell reviewed at first, but I think
now it's in a great state forpeople to come play it. That is
a good representation of Fallout, especiallyat least that view of the game.
Obviously, you can download three newvegas, which we found Out as Canon,
which was made by a city inwhich technically wasn't made by Bethesda,

but its holding still Cannon. Andthen you have Fallout four, which we
talked about on Monday's episode that it'sgetting an update next week. All three
of those games the game of theyear editions are between five to nine bucks
right now, So if you wantto be immersed in the game even more
and kind of study up on whatmay come or what you need to know

for what is to come, nowis the perfect time to buy those games,
even if you don't play them alland play how you want. I
mean, fall Out four is gettingthe update, so maybe that's how you
want to start. But the coolthing is they don't really all intercede with
each other, so you can playthem out of order. I guess,
sort of the modernization of each gamebecause four was the most seventy six was
the most recent one, then fourwas the most like full numbered one.

That's kind of your difference is you'regoing to go back in time and having
weird, outdated game controls versus ifyou played four or seventy six. Now.

thing. The show, I thinkthis is the best thing they could have
done. Takes place after all thegames. So if you are wondering,
all right, cool, well,it mentions New Vegas. There's some things
from New Vegas. It mentions becauseNew Vegas, I think was the only
one we knew about that was onthe West coast. How canon is that.

You'll find out, play the game, watch the show, We'll see
what happens. I'm excited to watchthe next four. Then we'll probably talk
about that Monday's episode. At therate we're going watch, we watched like
three in one day, and wewatched Fromire which was an hour and a
half on the other day, soit worked out for all of us.
But we do have to talk aboutspeaking of video game adaptations, we have
to that that aren't you don't seethe button, nothing in front of you

because you're looking at you the peopleright now, the people realize that one,
you know, but we have totalk about another video game adaptation that
five finally has a dress who's playedtheir villain or antagonist for a little bit
of the film. Because Paramount andthe creators of the Sonic movie franchise,
whatever you want to say it,have officially announced that Keanu Rees will now

be the voice of One Shadow theHedgehog. It really is the Year of
Shadow because according to THHR, Keanawill be voicing the evil version of Sonic
who rides motorcycles, who has guns, literal guns, not like like with

Diddy Kong guns where it fires apeanut out of it. No, it's
a legit gun in the game,and it's really dope. Obviously, we
have Sonic X Shadow Generations which comesout this year, which is a video
game in addition to the movie,which is as right now still called Songs
the Hedgehog three. But I thinkthat's a cool casting. And we kind
of had Hayden Christensen as our dreamcastingjust because we wanted the Hayden Christian Hayden

this is probably the coolest thing besidesgetting Hayden Christensen because just just need to

seven Readion because Idris Elba obviously voicesknuckles. Fun fact that show comes out

from Ted Lasso, and Jorma Taconewill also be joining the cast if they
get Christian Ridder as Sonic As wroteRouge the Bat Hell. Yeah, doesn't

Obviously we're gonna trail that movie issupposed to come out this December, so

games and most animated shows happen.They do the actual scenes and then they

animated Transformers movie with Chris Hemsworth andone Brian Tyree Henry who will be voicing

a Deluxe edition for one hundred dollars. Also, the Gold Edition, which
is like one hundred and twenty dollarsgets you all the DLC gets you a

to pay for at least the DeluxeEdition because it involves a season pass,
which is weird for a single playergame, because there is missions locked behind

you pay for the Season Pass,you buy a Deluxe or the Gold edition.
Now, this isn't the first timewe've seen and heard of video games
doing this, but it is sortof a red flag warning sign of like,

behind a paywall, so we'll seewhat happens. Obviously, Ubisov has responded
to the backlash against this, saying, uh, you know, fine,

syndicates in the game, and andyou said it will be part of the
experience for everyone who purchases the game. It's an optional additional mission with the
Hut Cartel, along Key and Nixesher pets journey across the How To Rim.
The mission will be available to thosewho purchase the Season Pass and an
edition of the game which includes theseason Pass. Most of the time we
always recommend just buying the season pass. I know, kind of it is

weird, especially when we just talkedabout like buy the Fallout Game of the
Year edition because you get all theDLC for nine bucks, because it was
worth it. It is the itis that is the bane of pre ordering
and buying season passes or a game. Is I hope it's good because I'm

a lot of money, even intwenty twenty four. It's a lot of

money almost two video games to playthe DLC that may or may not be
good. I think the beauty ofStar Wars the Jedi games was the DLC

extra haircuts and Jedi Jedi Survivor,then we did that. Right Wait what

bought the Gold addition for Assassin's CreedValhalla and you're now just getting to the

streaming channels on Disney Plus. SoDisney is adding Disney channels to Disney Plus,

we go, perfect, awesome.So we know that this is the thirteenth
episode. We have two episodes leftApril twenty fourth, which is next week,
and then May one, the finalepisode. Then Hoody can say goodbye
Who's Childhood because three days later,Tales the Empire comes out. You know
what I'm saying, We're getting marriedthe same day. But will we binge
watch all of Tales the Empire beforewe actually have to go to the venue

most likely most likely in the hotel. But yeah, so like the Bad
Match, really, I think hasn'treally great. We talked about last week
was really a set up episode,kind of kind of phillery. For this
week's episode, which also was alittle bit phillery. It was get to
the thing, to get to thething, to get to the finale,
which is fine. You pat outwhat you need. But it will be

interesting to see when we get toepisode fourteen and fifteen, especially how long
those episodes will be or will theyjust be thirty minute episodes that wrap up
everything. I mean, look atClone Wars. We're down for a final
you know episode that's like an hourand ten minutes. That's what we want.
But we'll talk about that in alittle bit. Let's talk about what
happened in Into the Breach. Wefind out that we're on Tantis immediately,

and it's the first time we seelike Tantis in the daylight. It looks
kind of nice, you know,like, oh, I'd live there.
Then you find out what's inside.No, you don't want to live there.
Turns out Omega's introducing herself to allthe kids that are in the vault.
She goes, hell, I'm Amiga. Then we find out that she
talks to Eva, who's the girlthat Emory Carr gave the Tula doll like

makeshift that Omega made earlier in theseason. Turns out, you know,
Omega looks real grown compared to allthese kids because she's experienced the real world
and these kids have been in avault in a lab for their entire for
most of their lives. We findout every all the kids' names are Jack's,
Sammy, and Byron, which isthe Goat, the goat kid,
you know, And turns out,you know, Omega is trying to find

(38:55):
a plan to get them out ofhere. While she's getting her blood drawn
from r cars, she steals oneof her surgical tools, realizing that she
can kind of break into the sortof vile tubes that they kind of take
their blood and take them somewhere wedon't know, and they could break into
that hatch and get out that way, kind of like Shawshank redemption a little

(39:16):
bit, as long as they justcover it up, but she did at
one point do While that's going on, we find out that the Batch itself
are hanging out on Borovo, whichis an old floating clone facility. It's
where kat Bane and Fenix shand hadOmiga back in the first season, and
it is cool kind of going fullcircle there of like hey, we're back

(39:37):
here again, and it's cool becauselike it's a floating version of Camino.
Essentially turns out Echoes back on theBatch finally again because he brings a stolen
shuttle to pick up the batch togo to Corroussant Imperial Station zero zero three
floating above it, to get ona ship. They'll take them to Tantis.

(39:57):
It's very reminiscent of re on theJedi, which they do, you
know when they get to end orthey steal perial codes. It's an older
model, but it checks out Sirto fly by Vader and it kind of
got the same vibes here. Theystill have Rampart and Custody from last week's
episode. The Rampart goes, doyou guys think I'm lying to you about
the codes? They'd give him acollective yes, we do, which is

(40:21):
fun. But the plan is they'regonna go sneak into this imperial station,
hop on the ship, get theTantis. Uh. They give Rampart a
captain's uniform even though he was avice admiral. They tell him he've been
demoted. At the same time,they kind of shave off their armor plating
and painting to look kind of likebasic form, but it looked very like

(40:42):
out of touch because it's still notthe Stormtrooper outfits that they had. It
is interesting that I don't think anyone'sreally done that besides Rex and obviously it
was a Rebels move. Always sneakinto stormtrooper outfits batch obviously with wrecker can't
really and obviously kind of echo tubewith with ed implant. But it is
what it is. Turns out,like you said, Omiga gets intel about

(41:06):
the vault, she figures out howshe's gonna break out of it. She
attempts to do it immediately, butshe finds out that doctor Scalder, who's
like the number two doctor in thevault, catching on, but not not
quick enough apparently, because Amiga doesfind a way out of the lab through
those tubes, wondering where those tubeswill lead to. Maybe that's kind of

(41:27):
our final conflict we'll I have todeal with, because the tubes don't go
out, they go somewhere else inthat facility. So that's what happens in
the lab. Turns out, uh, you know, the batch they get
into, I also want to shoutout. Omiga really takes kind of ownership
of the group, kind of becomesthat hunter of the group of like,
I'm the leader, this is howwe're gonna get out here. Don't worry,

(41:49):
they got me in here. I'mgonna get out of here. But
the Batch sneak into the Imperial station. Uh Rampart says, you guys are
gonna stand out like overheated Gamorians.The Gamorian guards from Jaba, the Java's
Palace and from Mando book a Bobafet Record knocks the guard out with the
kind of very shades of a newhope of like hey, I need your
help here, come over here,close the door, knocks them out snow

(42:12):
and sees them. Echo uses hisarm to look for the encryption key to
get onto the shuttle. Turns outthey have to get on the shuttle.
Well Echo does quick as you canget in through sort of the droid slide
up the poop shoop as I liketo call it. All the droids go
into It was weird to see Rtwo units for the Empire because we're so
closely associate them with, you know, the rebels. Obviously they were with

(42:36):
the Republic, but it's weird tosee not like completely black painted R two
units working for them, and likewhat they don't know either. They also
had an Order sixty six, youknow what I'm saying. But Echo does
get on their ship, which allowsthe Batch to kind of suck on or
attached to the ship going to Tantisright before it takes off in the hyper
hyper speed and they're going to Tantis. Will it be interesting that we have

(43:00):
kind of that Umbrella Academy gift wherethey're kind of driving by and see each
other and realize, oh, wait, where are you going? Where am
I going? Well, we havethat with Omega in the batch. Hopefully
not, but we'll find out,Andy Dragon said, Omega gave Ezra vibes.
If don't worry, I've been arrestedbefore, I know how to escape,

(43:20):
which is so true. And Ithink that's really cool to see her
character kind of grow a little bitof not having to be the one that's
always rescued or protected, but beingthe one that knows how to rescue people
and how to protect people, whichis cool. And that was the episode.
You know, it really was anothersetup tea up for our finale too.
I'm assuming I'm gonna predict it nowfourteen gonna be sad, and the

fourteen's gonna be sad because something's gonnahappen to someone and it's gonna hurt.
You know. The rumor still iswe might get a Captain Rex show that
deals with maybe what happens to Echospecifically because he's so close to Rex with
that will be with Commander Wolf,because I do think that's not a thing
that will be quickly resolved of youknow, Rex convinces Wolf to join them.

I think that is something that couldbe a season one of the show
of how does you know Wolf endup with Rex on that atst or that
that lat transport with them in thedesert before Ezra in the Ghost Crew find
him. I think would be perfectfor that show. I mean, we'll

still watch it. We're watching Talesof the Empire, which is I think
a one to two punch of havingthe finale for this series being on May
first and May fourth, properly allepisodes of Tales of the Empire comes out,
and it's still that Clone Wars animationthat we really love. We'll see
how much longer it deals with Wetalked about earlier this year that the studio
behind it closed down, So dependson is it something that can be replicated

easy or you need that specific studioto do so. But for finale for
bad Batch, I'm still thinking Batchget to the end. It depends if
that Rex show happens, because theycould pop up in that. But it
is cool because we are pretty muchin the four year anniversary of the final
like four episodes of the Clone Wars. I think pretty much it would like

would have lined up perfectly with whenthis show ends, and so it's really
cool. Star Wars always does reallywell with having its show anniversaries always happening
like the premieres and the finale isalways kind of like lining up Star Wars
rhymes, which is really cool.It's also easy to always end around May
fourth or start on May fourth twoat the same time. But it would

be interesting to see if the badbatch goes for you know, the Clone
Wars vibes of how it ended,of you know, it was sad.
We kind of knew where Ahsoka wasgoing at that point already. Invader is

it is maybe Omega escapes and wesee what happens some you know, ten
years later when she gets a liveaction here it's looking at you, Ezra

with the Ahsoka show full of possibilities, and I'm excited to get the right
because I really think for the mostpart, this show has been really cool
to kind of like address the fallout of the Clone Wars before it gets
the Rebels, and I think padsout that timeline and now that with Tails
the Empire kind of giving us thatnext jump, which we kind of were

talking about with what is her Name? Cast? What is her Name?
With Morgan Elsbeth being Entails the Empiremost likely kind of how Tales the Jedi
Worker, it was half of itwas Douku, half it was Ahsoka.
In this we know half of itwill be bears Offie, which kind of
gives us, you know, thatinquisitor view of everything, which I think

is dope as hell because I wasthinking about this during the Bad Batch episode,
is that we know the Empire isreally evil, but they don't really
do like super evil things because weare in the perspective of the Euros and
the heroes. We want to winat the end of the day. But
it'll be interest to see with Talesof the Empire, how does that work

when we're from the perspective of thevillains of Bearisafi trying to become a quisitor,
to trying to survive Vader to eventuallyhaving Jedi met her master Luminara piping
up in rebels in like the Coffinand being dead for like years. So
being to see that kind of that'slike the last remnant I think really of
the Clone Wars that never really wasaddressed. Then to go, finally,

what we've kind of been wanting isMorgan Ellisbeth being our first kind of real
I know we've had Star Wars Resistance. It's kind of very low on the
total pull on Star Wars animated shows. For sure, that's in between the
New Quols. But to have ananimated show that's set takes place before that,
I know part of it takes place, you know when kind of before

a new Hope, but to seehow that relationship with her and Thron starts.
It's that way when you watch Ahsokaagain in Aska season two. Everything
makes sense a little bit when wesee how our character dies at the end
of that. So let's see howour character starts. We've seen kind of
our middle too with the Mandalorian allelse. At the end of the day,
Star Wars still going strong, youknow, we get Tales of the

Empire and at the end we gotthe finale of this. Then a month
later by to being a boy theBoom. We got the Acolyte, so
