Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey, it's Murphy Salmon Jody and while we were out
here is a flashback after the show podcast.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
I'm still sad about having to let go of this weekend,
my first ever mother daughter weekend get away with our girls,
Tay and Phoebes. Yeah, I was actually sad when they
left the house yesterday. It's like after we got home
on the Easter Sunday and then we went, you know,
we picked up Murph and went to Easter lunch. Then
they came back to the house and they were sitting around.

(00:28):
We were sitting around together, visiting, and I knew they
were about to leave. They were gathering up their bags
and I just looked at Murphy like, oh, you know
when you've spent.

Speaker 3 (00:35):
Some stuck with you Now, No, that's not it, And
it's just, you know, you know, that feeling.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
It's part of the empty nest thing, which is still new,
brand new to us because Phoebe's our youngest, is now
in college. So when we do spend a couple of
days with them, you missed it.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
It's like, oh yeah, and it was such a good time.
So I don't even know where to start. There's so much,
but I will start at the beginning on Friday afternoon,
when they showed up at the house, they were both
so excited. Didn't get to tell you that, Murphy. Their
energy was just fantastic. When they first showed up, they
were genuinely excited to do a little road trip with Mom.

(01:09):
And it was funny because I had just started loading
my stuff in the trunk of my car and I
knew they were on the way, so I just left
the trunk open, and they arrived and started loading their
stuff in, and they came in.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
They're like, okay, cool, are we ready excited?

Speaker 4 (01:21):
Did they know where they were going?

Speaker 3 (01:23):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (01:23):
Yes, we knew what town city we were driving to.
But I mean, and we didn't overplan it anything.

Speaker 1 (01:30):
You know.

Speaker 2 (01:30):
We didn't even have reservations for dinner that night. We
went on open table that night late and got a
late reservation somewhere, you know. But on the way, understand,
on the way, we stopped and to see my mom
and we had coffee with Nana. So it started out
as a grandma mom daughter weekend and that was.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
Really fun and sweet.

Speaker 1 (01:53):
They enjoyed that they did.

Speaker 3 (01:55):
She cracks them up per usual. She's funny.

Speaker 4 (01:57):
She didn't ask if she could come.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
No, she didn't, you know, she wouldn't have asked. She knew,
she knew we were doing it, and she thought it
was sweet. It was enough for her to walk in
and see, you know, to see them and sit down
and have coffee. I mean, there's just so much to say.
We check into the hotel, and when Taylor and Phoebe
are together, there's a certain energy that's just fabulous.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
It's infectious.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
Not every minute, but just because they live in the
same apartment doesn't mean they have the same schedule at
school and in their life, so they don't spend as
much time together as we even think Murph. So them
getting to be together for the whole weekend was you know,
they were just you know, kids have that energy sometimes
that you wish you could just capture it.

Speaker 3 (02:38):
They had it well and.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
They are really truly besties, really are, and so naturally
when they get together they do have a blast.

Speaker 2 (02:45):
So we had a late dinner that first night, and
it was just honestly, from the time we started in
the car, seeing Nana checking into the hotel the first night,
the dinner, the conversation there was there was so much
good conversation.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
I could never catalog at all my head.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
You know, I made it a point not to be
too picture take you with them. I took a few,
of course, but you know, I didn't want to make
it about that.

Speaker 3 (03:09):
I wanted just to make it.

Speaker 2 (03:10):
About the time, no expectations. That first night was the
time that Phoebe brought up the tattoo thing and wanting
to get one in my handwriting, which is cool, I thought,
you know, and of course that's completely up to her.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
You know why I was thinking about that when you
talked about it on the show this morning, The notes
that you've left them, and you did the thing with
them while they were at home where you would write
in a notebook and they would put it under their
pillow and vice versa, and back the journal, back and
forth and all that. So of course your handwriting, a
parent's handwriting is really powerful. I know when I see
my dad's handwriting still to this day, or my grandmother's handwriting, honestly,

(03:49):
it's special.

Speaker 2 (03:49):
Yeah, I mean, that was really special for her to say, yes,
I want a tattoo, but I want one. You know,
that's something in your handwriting, and I'm thinking, well, let's
do something small, something short, nothing link to lengthy in
case you don't like it, you know, but I think
she will like it anyway, I told her, I suggested,
how about love you more? Because that's a game she
and I used to play when she was little and

(04:10):
we still do to this day. When I was putting them,
we were putting them to bed, it would be like,
I love you, and she would go, I love you more,
and then I would go, I love you more than
than that and more than the most, and we would
just go back and forth until you know, I used
to find notes more than the most underneath my pillow.

Speaker 3 (04:26):
Just the back and forth love thing. Killer.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
So the next morning, we slept in, we ate breakfast
at the hotel, and we drove downtown to this area
that we were going to hit for shops and thrifting
and all that kind of stuff. And I didn't really
even know where to park. But no kidding, it's a
Saturday morning, it's mid morning, it's late morning rather almost midday,
and we see this big bunch of activity and it's like, oh,

(04:52):
there's something here. It's kind of it's got to be
a farmer's market or something like that. So we park
in a public parking area and made sure that I
wasn't going to get toad or anything like that. But parked,
we started walking through it and we're like excited to
see it.

Speaker 3 (05:05):
And it was a children's.

Speaker 2 (05:08):
Health fare, so it was all little kids and stuff
for them. So we were like, oh, this is nice,
but we're gonna walk right through it. Yeah, So we
walked right through it, and then we found some shops,
antique shops, and we were looking for the thrift shops.
But the first few antique shops we went in, it
was that thing where too much stuff. And for Taylor,
that's a little much like this is overwhelming.

Speaker 3 (05:29):
It's too much stuff. It's small of an area.

Speaker 1 (05:32):
It's weird. The antique shops that are laid out well,
I mean it tends to be a lot of junk anyway,
but at least some places will space it up. But
the places where it's just shelves and you can't really
walk through with that fear of knocking things over.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
It's very close and we're carrying bags. You guys don't
even carry bags. Don't even if there's a china.

Speaker 3 (05:50):
Room out of a big curve, I won't even.

Speaker 1 (05:53):
Walk through it.

Speaker 3 (05:54):
I will not even walk through it.

Speaker 2 (05:57):
So anyway, we turned down the side street and Phoebe goes, ooh,
she has been to this little area before, and she's like,
that's the tea place. And I'm like, oh, the tea
room that you like to go with your friends, and
she was like, yeah, we've got to go. And so
when it was time for us to sit and stop
and eat, we went there and it was the highlight.

Speaker 3 (06:17):
Of the trip.

Speaker 4 (06:18):
For fancy high tea, you can.

Speaker 2 (06:20):
Do high tea. It's an English type tea room and
there's a Downton abbey room in here, and everything's like
inside there's pictures of the queen and everything is But anyway,
we sat down outside because we had no reservation and
it's a busy place and so we're drinking and.

Speaker 3 (06:36):
Like it's so cool.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
We each did tea for one so that we could
all have different flavors, because I wanted to start with
the manga mist, you know. And Phoebe started with one
called Here Comes the Bride, which was a very light
cameomeal almond flavored tea, and Taylor started with like an
oolong tea, which I don't even I can't even tell
you what.

Speaker 3 (06:53):
That is exactly. I don't know. I'm not up on
my tea like I should be.

Speaker 2 (06:57):
But it was all fantastic, and you know, the first
bit of it we had hot and then the waitress
comes back and we're like, we'd like another round, and
I pick strawberry sort of something, and she's like, would
you like that ice because that one's good ice.

Speaker 3 (07:12):
I'm like, yes, please, oh wow.

Speaker 2 (07:14):
Right, but the food was fantastic. In fact, we're gonna
take Murphy. We've already decided we're going to take Murphy.

Speaker 1 (07:20):
So when you're with the tea, the hot tea, they
bring in a pot, right, that's why you that's why
you ordered tea for one, so that each of you
could sample. That's they weren't passing the cup, Sam, just
so you know. They were actually pouring, you know, from
the from the pot. But I'm assuming the ice tea
isn't a cup.

Speaker 2 (07:34):
Well, they bring you ice, oh yeah, wow, okay, And
they also bring you a little thing of simple sugar
water if you want to sweeten, because on the table
the little cubes brown sugar and white sugar cubes.

Speaker 3 (07:49):
Right, but you can do that in the hot tea.

Speaker 2 (07:51):
But for the cold the ice they give you a
little sugar water so that you don't have to try
to dissolve that because you can, and they really have
it planned, they have it down. It ends up being
such an experience. We probably were there two hours or
more just talking and enjoying it all.

Speaker 4 (08:06):
Was it finger sandwiches too, Their.

Speaker 3 (08:07):
Finger sandwiches on the menu.

Speaker 2 (08:09):
Course, if you do high tea, you get that tiered
thing brought to the table with the finger sandwiches and
little pastries and all that.

Speaker 3 (08:16):
We didn't do that.

Speaker 2 (08:17):
We did some other stuff and I'm gonna get to it,
but I was gonna tell you, oh, my other favorite thing.
You don't know that this is gonna delight you until
it happens. We're sitting there. Phoebe loves this place. Phoebe
loves tea and everything about it. You know, cups. She's
always since she was a little girl when we speaking
of the antique shop, she would buy tea cups and
want to drink out of real and good tea cups.

Speaker 3 (08:38):
So that's what they do.

Speaker 2 (08:39):
They bring tea cups on saucers to your and everybody's
is different. Mi mine was different than Phoebe's. And it
was so funny because Taylor's was so her. It couldn't
have been better placed in front of her, and our
server could not have known that.

Speaker 3 (08:52):
It's like, this is so you this one the design and.

Speaker 2 (08:54):
All that, and of course the saucer matches the cup
in case you guys are wondering. That was just so fun,
you know, and you don't realize how much drinking tea
will fill you up. It's like, by the time, you know,
we had our first round of tea, it was like,
I wasn't even that hungry, but we did order.

Speaker 3 (09:12):
So we ordered a cheeseboard.

Speaker 2 (09:15):
Fantastic, fantastic, and then Phoebe ordered scones.

Speaker 3 (09:21):
And I've never been much of a fan of scones.

Speaker 2 (09:26):
No, not these, not these fresh, soft warm and they
come out with like homemade lemon curd that you spread
on it. Phoebe's first round of scones was vanilla, and
Taylor was like, why would you order that when on
the menu there was also lemon lavender scones. So I
ordered lemon lavender scones at the end of our meal

(09:47):
and they were unbelievable.

Speaker 3 (09:50):
Great.

Speaker 2 (09:51):
Taylor had a soup that came with a savory scone
fantastic Everything on the menu was very England, like the
Prince William something something, the Coronation Chicken salad.

Speaker 3 (10:05):
It was really cool.

Speaker 1 (10:06):
The thing about scones, because I'm not a scone expert,
but I assume there meant like Piscatti's or some of
the others where you you dip that in. It's not
intended to be munched, right, don't you.

Speaker 2 (10:17):
We didn't because it was not hard or dry. It
was soft and warm and like a little biscuit, like
a short round biscuit that was warm and just you
have to try it. And what we did with it
was we put the lemon curd on it, which is
what the point was, like, that's for spreading.

Speaker 3 (10:35):
It was incredible.

Speaker 2 (10:36):
It's not what you It's not like a scone you
get at a corporate coffee house.

Speaker 3 (10:40):
Okay, it's not.

Speaker 4 (10:41):
Like that dry as crackers.

Speaker 3 (10:43):
It was. It was so much better than I thought.

Speaker 2 (10:45):
In fact, when she ordered scones, I was like, really,
it's like, okay, whatever you want. And I know I'm
going on about the tea and whatnot, but it was
really just the experience of being there. The conversations. We
talked about motherhood, we talked about my mother style. We
talked about you Murphy no, oh yeah, all good. We
laughed a lot, We talked about friendships, struggles with friendship,

(11:09):
all of that, you know, their plans for the future,
what they're learning about, learning let go of things and
trying to figure it a map it all out, and
just just it was just so fantastic.

Speaker 3 (11:21):
But I want to tell you, towards the end of.

Speaker 2 (11:23):
The tea, we're sitting there and we're outside. We got
seated outside under the trees that when the wind was blowing,
it was like stuff cover your cup.

Speaker 3 (11:33):
But inside of the of the place in the house,
I was like.

Speaker 2 (11:37):
Oh, a easter bunny dressed up like big guy in
an Easter bunny costume, and it's like, you know, sometimes
those Easter bunnies are creepy looking. But I was like, oh,
the Easter bunnies inside and the girls were like, please,
don't let him come out here, please, And I'm like,
if he comes out here, you know, we're getting on
that lap, we're taking a picture.

Speaker 3 (11:58):
If he comes out here.

Speaker 2 (11:59):
He never came out, just fine, because they were they
wouldn't have been mortified.

Speaker 3 (12:02):
They didn't like that, but.

Speaker 1 (12:04):
Because they were afraid or because they just didn't want to.

Speaker 3 (12:06):
They just didn't want it.

Speaker 2 (12:07):
They didn't, okay, they they don't like characters dressed up characters.

Speaker 3 (12:12):
They never have.

Speaker 2 (12:14):
And they have that Easter Bunny costume creep thing.

Speaker 3 (12:18):
They don't.

Speaker 2 (12:18):
They think it's kind of a creepy thing a lot
of people. Do you know something about the costumes? Really
the Easter ones?

Speaker 4 (12:28):
Oh but that's it depends on how big the eyes
and head are exactly. So anyway, I'm curious. Do they
take pictures on their own?

Speaker 2 (12:36):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (12:36):
Yeah, they took a lot of pictures.

Speaker 2 (12:39):
They have pictures and little videos on their phone that
I have not seen yet.

Speaker 3 (12:42):
Of course they did.

Speaker 2 (12:43):
I mean they live with their phones and they do
that all the time, and they keep up streaks with
their friends. You know, they were sending their boyfriend's stuff
the whole time and checking in. But it was so fabulous.
And do you know that on the way one of
my favorite moments. And I didn't mean for it to happen.
We were leaving the tea place walking down the street.
You wouldn't have liked this, Murphy because I was probably

(13:04):
in danger. I was too close to a very busy street.
We were still talking about motherhood, and I was telling
them a story about something that had happened when they
were little, or I kind of stood up for myself
with them with another mother, long long story, ago, long ago,
but they didn't know about it. And I started telling

(13:26):
them that story and they were like, oh, thank you
for that. You know, I was always so glad that
you did this for us. It didn't push us to that,
and I was like good, and I said, you know,
it was always something I tried hardest to do. And
when I said that, I got emotional. I didn't know
you ever start saying something and you speak it to
life and you get emotional. So I said they were

(13:47):
walking in front of me because we're on a sidewalk
on a busy street, and I said, yeah, of all
the things I've ever done, it's what I care most
about is being a good mother to you. And I
started to say it it's like now, and I feel
like I got I got emotional saying and they turned
around and.

Speaker 3 (14:02):
They were like, oh my god, of course we know.
They just gave me a big hug and I was like, okay, stop,
it's over. I'm not going to get emotional.

Speaker 2 (14:10):
But it was really sweet and I didn't expect that,
but we had those kind of conversations.

Speaker 1 (14:14):
Did you almost step into traffic? Is that where you
were saying it was Dane?

Speaker 2 (14:16):
Well, well it was right on the main drag and
people were like, cheer cheer going.

Speaker 3 (14:21):
Yeah. I thought to myself, don't have a moment here.

Speaker 1 (14:25):
That's not a good time to be distracted, is it not.

Speaker 4 (14:27):
Did you bring any souvenirs back for Murphy?

Speaker 2 (14:30):
I did not bring souvenirs back for Murphy, but Murphy
was thought of even before. Did you didn't tell Sam
what happened for you this year? First time ever at Easter?

Speaker 1 (14:39):
Yeah, well, when I got home, I wasn't at home
whenever the girls showed up, and then Jody's in Aftia,
so so I had a little surprise Easter basket sitting
on my dresser, which is sweet.

Speaker 2 (14:51):
Murphy got an Easter basket for the first time since
his adult he's been an adult.

Speaker 1 (14:54):
Yeah, wow, Yeah, and it's and I had a little
Easter bunny in it, which, by the way, it says
it's five servings. I've not actually eaten it yet, but
it doesn't look like five servings.

Speaker 2 (15:04):
I can tell you that anyway. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
But that made me feel nice. I mean, I knew
we were leaving you on Easter weekend, and I just
thought that was cool for you to have gotten an
Easter battle.

Speaker 1 (15:15):
She did bring me back another little gift when you
went thrifting.

Speaker 2 (15:19):
Oh that's right. I got to a shirt when we went.
I wanted to talk about the thrifting. Taylor and Phoebe
love to thrift. And so we're in a you know,
a town that we've been to before, but we've never
stayed in and done this this kind of shopping together.
So we hit the bougie boutiques, of course, but and
they tried on some dresses because Phoebe's going to a
Phoebe is going to a prom soon. But we didn't

(15:42):
buy anything bougie at all. In fact, that we hit
three thrift stores and one of them was such a score.
I had a huge bag fall of stuff because they
got stuff, I got stuff, maybe got books.

Speaker 3 (15:55):
It was a heavy bag. And I got Murphy a
really cool shirt.

Speaker 4 (15:58):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (15:58):
I put it on, and I'm gonna tell you, I
looked in the mirror and I'm like, wow, I look
like three dollars.

Speaker 3 (16:04):
You put it on yet, and that was six dollars.

Speaker 4 (16:08):
Wow, it doesn't even look like I don't know you
put it on yet.

Speaker 1 (16:13):
It is a good looking shirt though it's a total
summer shirts.

Speaker 2 (16:18):
Like brand new, Like this is my score of the
I've got some stuff, but my score was a six
dollars pair of jeans n W T new with tags.
They are brand new. They still have the tags on them.
They just must not have worked for somebody else, but
they are new to me.

Speaker 3 (16:35):
Six dollars. That is exciting, it's impressive.

Speaker 2 (16:39):
Got this really cool long sleeved deaf leopard shirt Hiromania,
and it's got deaf leopard on the sleeves and it
just fits her perfectly.

Speaker 3 (16:48):
She loves the band. She was so thrilled with that. Yeah,
that was three dollars.

Speaker 2 (16:52):
I said, please don't ever get rid of that, like
you're gonna want to hold onto that.

Speaker 3 (16:55):
She's got, love it, I love it. Taylor did the same.

Speaker 2 (16:58):
Found some really cool very tailor type tops that was
just fun, you know, to sort of thrift together without
like we didn't have to watch our time. We had
to watch what time the stores closed. Then after thrifting
we found we walked right past it and the smell
was like, what this ice cream shop where they do

(17:19):
their own fresh waffle cones.

Speaker 3 (17:22):
That was the smell that got us.

Speaker 2 (17:24):
Yeah, and I couldn't eat it.

Speaker 3 (17:27):
They both got a big waffle cone. I just couldn't.

Speaker 2 (17:30):
I mean I tasted a little bit of each, but
I was just too full from all the tea, from
all the stones.

Speaker 3 (17:36):
And the tea.

Speaker 2 (17:38):
But then we walked across the street to a record
store and Phoebe bought some vinyl. Of course, it was
a really cool sort of record store. It was just so,
you know, so up her alley and the music was blaring.
So if we go back there, and because we planned
to bring Murphy back to bring him to High Team, Yeah,
and we want they're gonna want to take.

Speaker 3 (17:57):
You into that record store. The music store I love.

Speaker 1 (18:00):
That is such an old soul. She bought the best
of Sly and the Family Stone on Vobe.

Speaker 3 (18:06):
And then when we got back to the hotel, she
was like, I forgot to look at it. She said.

Speaker 2 (18:09):
The guy who was running the store was watching me
very closely, and so I just I felt bad about
taking it out and looking at it.

Speaker 3 (18:16):
I said, we always should.

Speaker 2 (18:17):
So she took that out and to look for scratches,
and she said, has one. But I'm still glad I
bought it. She says, one scratch is not a big deal.
She's an old soul in every way. In this way too.
After we got back to the hotel for a little while,
we were still going to get ready and go out
to dinner that night.

Speaker 3 (18:34):
Too, she took a nap.

Speaker 2 (18:36):
Taylor and I were just sitting there going, Okay, we're
ready to go again, Let's go out again, and she
took a nap.

Speaker 1 (18:41):
You know, all of those a napper that you described, though,
are what is awesome about not having structured time, just
getting away and enjoying. The reason the conversation was so great, obviously,
it's because it was with the girls, but no time constraints,
take your time visit, really enjoy yourself, the shopping and
all of that. That really makes all that makes it
super special.

Speaker 2 (19:01):
It was at one point on that first day when
we were driving to that downtown area on the side
of the road, there was a guy selling Bonzeie trees
and I saw it and I was I was like, look, Tay,
because I know she's always loved them. She goes Bonzeye trees,
and I'm like, we can turn around and go.

Speaker 1 (19:16):
Look.

Speaker 2 (19:17):
I said, seriously, when are you ever going to see this?
And we've got no schedule. I almost turned around, but
she was like, nah, there are a lot to take
care of and I don't want to deal with one today.

Speaker 3 (19:26):
Like okay, I totally would have.

Speaker 2 (19:28):
I thought we were gonna come home with a Bonzie
tree as soon as we saw it, but she changed
her mind about that. That night, we let I let
the girls pick, like the you know, Friday night we
had gone to eat. Some were nice and that I
had tried before with you, and they really enjoyed it.
But I let them pick. I didn't care what it
was going to be, like hamburgers. They wanted Mexican food.
We found this great restaurant. It was way too much

(19:50):
food and we were like, after all the tea, we still.

Speaker 3 (19:52):
Can't eat very much. And so it was fabulous.

Speaker 2 (19:55):
But they both said the same thing when we got
back to the hotel. Took our hours, took our bats
and got into the bed and we're just laying there talking.
It was two queens, so they were in a bed
and I was in a bed. It went so fast
it flew and they're like, we don't want to check
out tomorrow. We want to see Dad and we want
to go to Easter lunch, but we don't. We don't
want to check out, you know, we don't want to

(20:17):
get back to life. And I felt the same. I
felt the same.

Speaker 1 (20:21):
Another indication that you know, it was a blast and
the right thing to do. Yeah, they're never going to
forget that.

Speaker 3 (20:27):
We talked about everything.

Speaker 2 (20:28):
When I tell you, although there was no forced conversation
like let's talk about life or let's talk about our
bodies or boys, we didn't. There was no forced conversation,
but we did talk about our bodies, and they, you know,
kind of helped me accept myself the way the way
I am in things that I've struggled with my whole

(20:48):
life that they already at their ages, they're young women
already are accepting of themselves. Of it's really beautiful. I'll
go into that sung on a Facebook live this week.
But there are awesome and I highly recommend that you
just don't overstructure it or make plans for it to
be anything more than just time together. Because there was laughter,

(21:09):
there were a few serious moments, but mostly just fun
you know. And on the way home, I introduced them
to some Prince music that they had never heard before,
because they were like, I've only ever heard the hits.
I'm like, oh, well, there's some more you need to hear,
and so we listen to prints all the way home.

Speaker 4 (21:24):
When's the next trip?

Speaker 2 (21:26):
Whenever I schedule it, whenever they both have a free weekend,
which that's the trick. Oh yeah, right, but a day
trip will be with Murphy to the tea place, for sure.

Speaker 1 (21:36):
But I think it is really good to share that
with anybody who you're so familiar with your family and
those who are around you that sometimes you don't take
the moment to actually pick a date and do this
sort of thing deliberately. Yeah, and it's just going to
be something they will remember forever.

Speaker 2 (21:52):
Be deliberate about it, but don't expect anything of it.

Speaker 3 (21:55):
Don't overplan it.

Speaker 2 (21:56):
Everything that we stumbled into was the best part everything,
you know. So I missed them. I've already sent them
a text today like I missed you so much because.

Speaker 3 (22:06):
I had so much of you this weekend.

Speaker 1 (22:08):
This is Purfey, Salm and Jody After the Show podcast
is brought to you by Factor Yeah.

Speaker 4 (22:12):
Murphy, you got to use Factor this weekend. I could
have without having to prepare any meals or anything because
Factor comes to you chef prepared and all you have
to do is heat it up and eat it. It's
the easiest meal prep service I think I've ever come across.

Speaker 3 (22:27):
So did you have some other stuff this weekend too? Sam?

Speaker 4 (22:29):
Yeah, I had a chicken dish this weekend. I had
the Halipennio lime cheddar chicken.

Speaker 3 (22:35):
That sounds really good and it was.

Speaker 4 (22:39):
I don't know how they do it at Factor because
the flavors, it tastes like you're eating out a four
star restaurant. The flavors all work together.

Speaker 3 (22:46):
It's really prepared. You know what they're doing.

Speaker 4 (22:49):
You get thirty five choices a week to make your
meal plan. You can go with one of their pre
made plans. If you're doing Keto or your you know protein,
you need all that stuff. The meals change every week,
so you're ordering new stuff every week. And of course,
if you have your favorites, you can order those two
and right now you get fifty percent off if you
go to Factor meals dot com slash MSJ fifty or

(23:10):
just use that code MSJA fifty when you're checking out,
and you will get fifty percent off at factor meals
dot Com.

Speaker 3 (23:16):
