We had to leave at the theater. Really, But I've

I was driving to go pick up my kids from
my grid from my mother's and my parents had just
filled the car up. It had plenty of gas. I
was approaching a stoplight and it beats, so I looked
down to see what was going on, because it beat
like it was out of gas. And I heard my

grandfather's voice yell, look out.

I looked up in time to turn my wheel enough,
so whenever I did end up pitting the car in
front of me, it wasn't completely head on. My seat
belt came undone, my airbag never went off. If I
hadn't heard my grandfather say look out, I would have
gone through my windshield.

Police officers and paramedics all even said that they don't
know how I didn't my god. Wow.

And the next morning, my mom called to tell me
that Dobby had passed away in his sleep.

me that every room not only looked different, but felt
different and smelled different. And she said, one of the

Then she said another room this like little little rats
scurrying around, or they make you think that the rats
are scurry. You feel things touch your ankles, and you

you know, or yeah, string in the air that come
across your head. They feel like spiders.

there how you light them? Yeah, yeah, The number one

So you don't want like people touching people. That's never
a good idea.

You know, I mean, your ability to balance just says
a lot about your health, even more so than a
strong grip about your physical health. Being able to balance
has a lot to do with it. I remember after
I had the foot surgery, my doctor said, you need
to build up your strength in this leg again because
you were on a knee scooter and you in a
cast for such a long time. And what she had

me do every day, several times a day, was just
stand on that one foot, learned and build that the
whole leg back up, and it was a balancing thing.

grandfather's voice yell, look out.

I looked up in time to turn my wheel enough,
so whenever I did end up pitting the car in
front of me, it wasn't completely head on. My seat
belt came undone, my airbag never went off. If I
hadn't heard my grandfather say look out, I would have
gone through my windshield.

Police officers and paramedics all even said that they don't
know how I didn't my god. Wow.

year after his passing. He did not allow cats in

he was sitting in his recliner in his living room
and he was holding my cat, Dobby, my fat boy,
and he was petting him and saying don't worry. I

And the next morning, my mom called to tell me
that Dobby had passed away in his sleep.

Him, especially when I really need it. I'll just I

get out of whatever, and I just feel him right
there right so many times. It's wonderful.

And animals in general about this. And my cat just

Yeah, and they hosted it online. And she borrowed that jacket,

that they've identified the source. It was the onions. Those

Yes, so important to you on that and number three research,
New research tells us that playing in the mud and
dirt is good for our immune systems when we're really Yes,
if you expose children to these micro organisms, it builds
their immune training. So if you're not exposed to that

immune system. Playing in the dirt is also great sensory play.

your health is by standing on one foot. Can you
balance on one foot? It's apparently a quick and inexpensive

way to tell how well you are aging, because if
you can balance yourself on one foot like a flamingo,
and you can hold that for a solid fuse as
long as No, maybe not as long. But if you
can do that, apparently it means that you're in good health,
good circulation, good muscle control, strong legs.

I just you know what the thing is. If somebody's
trying it for the first time, I'm not sure they
can do it though. You need to make sure you've
got something you can hold on to.

want to live a long time, work your legs out,
walk walking, and have strong legs. Don't skip leg day
because if you have strong legs, you're more balanced than

you're less likely to fall.

I can do that good for how long? I don't know.
I mean, my core strength is pretty good because I'm
working out really good.

Yeah.

I also wonder if it has something to do with
your neurological health, because I have been to a neurologist
before and they make you walk across the floor to
make sure you're walking in a straight line or correct.
So I'm wondering if that's another thing they can check
it by standing up straight.

It's like, okay, so tell tell thing.
Speaker 3 (24:23):
You know.
Speaker 2 (24:23):
If you can't do that, then you might want to
go see your doctor.
Speaker 3 (24:27):
Yeah, but there's so many things with that. Some of
it could be like the way that your body is
just angled, if you're bow legged, or if you're not
need like I am, or.
Speaker 1 (24:36):
You know, I mean, your ability to balance just says
a lot about your health, even more so than a
strong grip about your physical health. Being able to balance
has a lot to do with it. I remember after
I had the foot surgery, my doctor said, you need
to build up your strength in this leg again because
you were on a knee scooter and you in a
cast for such a long time. And what she had
(24:56):
me do every day, several times a day, was just
stand on that one foot, learned and build that the
whole leg back up, and it was a balancing thing.

She says there's just no room to fit her in.

This seems like you weren't the only one because apparently

a live album. Okay, So you'll have a studio one
and a live one and Jimmy Fallon you know, he's
got that Holiday seasoning album coming out. One of the

going to drop a special on US, a TV special

on December fourth. This is going to be the same
night as Rockefeller Center on NBC where they like Tree,
so it'll be right after that, and he's going to

said that in a People magazine interview. She called him
the perfect gentleman. He even kept her warm, giving her

Judy is doing your mom. After working all three nights
of the Era's tour New Orleans at the Superdome.

I talked to her after working two nights, and there
was an issue with the last night show.

To like, for anybody who doesn't know she's she does.

She she's one of the ushers. She works all the
things at the Superdome, Saints Games, concerts, that kind of stuff.

Oh and by the way, she's like eighty five.

She's eighty five. And so the way it worked is
she put in for all three concerts, assuming everybody, all
the ushers would be putting in, and she'd wind up
getting one maybe two. Okay, she got all three. And
she told me the first two nights she wasn't getting
home and in bed till two am in the morning,
of course, but the problem would be on the last
night because she gets home and sleeps at two, she

has to get up for work at five point thirty.

And so regular work is what a.

Daycare see preschool.
Speaker 2 (30:17):
Pistol indeed working two jobs.
Speaker 4 (30:19):
Yeah, so she says, I really want to Murphy, You're
gonna love this. I really want to text them and
tell them I'm sick. For some reason, I just can't
come in on Sunday, because she said she was really
worried about, you know, today getting.

Up for work. Yeah, it makes sense to me.
Speaker 4 (30:33):
She was like, well, here's what you do. You tell them,
you know, you went to you woke up with a
sore throat and a cough, and you went to the
aftercare and you know you can't make it.

Wait, you told her to tell that lie?
Speaker 4 (30:45):
Yeah, oh and did what do you think Murphy? Oh,
I can't do that because the last time I did
that nineteen sixty something, I told them at work I
had a toothache, and you know what happened. I got
a real time, I got a real toothache and had
to have a tooth taken out.

You know what she's talking about, Karma at eighty five.
You don't want to mess around with that.

Sweet So she.

Wound up doing it. She wound up going and working.

her today. I mean I can't function on that little sleep.

a hold of her on the phone speaking because she
was in between naps and working and naps and working.

go to bed.
