really is more cheesecake than masieux. I bet it's still good, though.

We've we've picked up those from Costco for a party
and people thought it was the greatest cheesecake they've ever had,
and it was a trick.

a stash. I hide a stash of good chocolate in
the house. This is Elizabeth. If my husband knew where
it was, he would eat it quickly. This way, it
lasts and I can take my time with each piece.
I do share it with him sometimes, such as surprising
him with a couple of pieces of individually wrapped truffles,

but for the most part, it's my secret stash.

ways to cook a steak.

Gee, I don't know, it depends quick. I probably grill it, Okay, Short,
just a short time though.

Okay, and that's because you like the medium or rarest,
medium to medium rare.

Well, girl is usually the first one, but I also
like the cast iron approach.

Looking for a little bit bit of charred a different

We did have two steaks in the fridge and I
didn't want one, so Murphy had one, and then our
oldest tailor, she was like, ooh, she gets very excited
about steak. She's a foodie and she has never cooked
a steak and I've I've only rarely, so I couldn't
give her any direction. I was in the I was
doing chicken too. I was doing chicken the other day,
so and she was like, okay. She She's asked me

first what I recommended, and I did recommend the cast iron.
I said, you can use the cast iron. It's already seasoned,
it's ready to go. She was like great. She says,
hold one a moment, please, and she picked up her
phone and she looked at she said, I'm going to
consult the Google, and she looked up a couple of
different stories about how long to do it on each side,
because her.

Goal was medium rare, medium rare, or of likes a
medium rare. Yeah.

If I don't even start talking to her about anything
above medium, she thinks you're ruining a steak, you know,
So I don't eat steak with her.

Doesn't like any pink, which to me is kind of thought.

I probably don't like steak that much either.

I'm not really that much of a steak person anyway,
and I just don't want it.

And I can do I can do medium. Is my
preference is. I can't go as medium rare as Taylor doesn't.
It's easy to do medium rare because you just you
don't leave it there very long, right, I was. It
gets tricky when you're trying to get it to stay
pink without going too far.

I was watching her cook that thing, and I was
worried because she timed it each side, but the sides
were looking very charred, and I thought, she's going to
be mad at herself, because you know, she's not gonna
get a second chance at this.

I only have there's only two steaks. And when she
cut into it, she was thrilled.

if you are really introverted, let it be, you know,

You know, the most natural state of you is where
you should you know, live. If you're naturally extroverted, don't
try to stop that either.

Also I want to say this as an introvert, yes
you can pretty much do. I mean, look, I we
were sitting here entertaining, and I'm an introvert.

Yeah, only when I'm away from here. That's when the
super introverted.

You're like the only people that you talk to he
barely talks to the dog.

Yes, but just I'm just saying, accept yourself the way
you are, instead of spending your life trying to change
based on what the world tells you. It's not a
negative it's just a fact that you're either introverted or

My dad was an introvert. He was still social, but
he was introverted.

You know why they're paying attention soaking everything in ye
so smart, okay. So best jobs for introverts and these

of social interactions.

Favorite radiologist comes in number one on the list.

Really as far as money you can make and the
amount of social interactions. Now, I have a friend who's
a radiologist, and I guess that's her title. She does
the mammograms, it's radiology.

Well the radiologist interprets the Actually, oh my.

Bad, okay, because let's say she she has a lot
of interactions every single day.

He's a technician problem tech okay.

So radiologist top of the list. You get to use
your skills, you make some decent money, and you get
to be with yourself all day long. Scientists comes in
ecological especially, I don't know why that one. Computer scientists
also on a list. You can get in your head
and stay in your head and you still output some
great work. Software engineers.

Yeah, and in need that's a career that's continually correct.
Isn't your son your oldest like in software?

Next, they are testing the autopilot on Tesla's with an
old Coyote and road runner cartoon trick. Have y'all heard
about the YouTubers who are testing Tesla's self driving capabilities
using an old cartoon trick?

Murphy, you were gonna love this when you hear about it,
you know, Okay, self driving, the cars, all the different
brands of cars they have, you know, cameras, radar, light
R and ultrasonic to be able to look. But Tesla
apparently has gone back to just cameras only.

Oh really, do we know why.

I don't know why.

It's an Elon decision, sure, because they were using light
AR and cameras. Now they're just using cameras. So some
YouTubers decided to put it to the test versus you know,
the testa with the camera only versus other cars using
light R. So they tried it. You know, they put
a mannequin in the road to see which cars would stop,
and oh, they all stopped for that one.

The Tesla with the camera didn't work too well in
heavy fog or rain.

It just kept driving.

piece of wood and put it in the middle of

tunnel that was painted on the wall, and Wiley.

So they painted this big thing and put it in
the middle of the road, and the Tesla ran right
into it. Oh, because it was camera only and it
saw on the camera it'd sees a road.

basically is what it is. It shoots a beam out,
the beam comes back, the computer measures the distance and

Which is what most you know, which is what most
vehicles have. Actually, most vehicles now have a combination of
the cameras and that lightar for you know, for the
self driving. But I mean, I'm sure Tesla probably is
developing a newer technology if they're going to then when
you said the neural networks thing that is that's able
to make thousands of decisions like in a second and

so probably used in combination with light our cameras or something.
It's going to be a step forward for the future.
It would be hard to believe they're taking a step

medium to medium rare.

Well, girl is usually the first one, but I also
like the cast iron approach.

We did have two steaks in the fridge and I
didn't want one, so Murphy had one, and then our
oldest tailor, she was like, ooh, she gets very excited
about steak. She's a foodie and she has never cooked
a steak and I've I've only rarely, so I couldn't
give her any direction. I was in the I was
doing chicken too. I was doing chicken the other day,
so and she was like, okay. She She's asked me

first what I recommended, and I did recommend the cast iron.
I said, you can use the cast iron. It's already seasoned,
it's ready to go. She was like great. She says,
hold one a moment, please, and she picked up her
phone and she looked at she said, I'm going to
consult the Google, and she looked up a couple of
different stories about how long to do it on each side,
because her.

Goal was medium rare, medium rare, or of likes a
medium rare. Yeah.

If I don't even start talking to her about anything
above medium, she thinks you're ruining a steak, you know,
So I don't eat steak with her.

Doesn't like any pink, which to me is kind of thought.

I probably don't like steak that much either.

I'm not really that much of a steak person anyway,
and I just don't want it.

And I can do I can do medium. Is my
preference is. I can't go as medium rare as Taylor doesn't.
It's easy to do medium rare because you just you
don't leave it there very long, right, I was. It
gets tricky when you're trying to get it to stay
pink without going too far.

I was watching her cook that thing, and I was
worried because she timed it each side, but the sides
were looking very charred, and I thought, she's going to
be mad at herself, because you know, she's not gonna
get a second chance at this.

I didn't.

I only have there's only two steaks. And when she
cut into it, she was thrilled.

You know, the most natural state of you is where
you should you know, live. If you're naturally extroverted, don't

Also I want to say this as an introvert, yes
you can pretty much do. I mean, look, I we
were sitting here entertaining, and I'm an introvert.

Yeah, only when I'm away from here. That's when the
super introverted.

You're like the only people that you talk to he
barely talks to the dog.

you are, instead of spending your life trying to change
based on what the world tells you. It's not a
negative it's just a fact that you're either introverted or

My dad was an introvert. He was still social, but
he was introverted.

of social interactions.

Favorite radiologist comes in number one on the list.

Really as far as money you can make and the
amount of social interactions. Now, I have a friend who's
a radiologist, and I guess that's her title. She does
the mammograms, it's radiology.

Well the radiologist interprets the Actually, oh my.

Bad, okay, because let's say she she has a lot
of interactions every single day.
Speaker 1 (12:43):
He's a technician problem tech okay.

So radiologist top of the list. You get to use
your skills, you make some decent money, and you get
to be with yourself all day long. Scientists comes in
ecological especially, I don't know why that one. Computer scientists
also on a list. You can get in your head
and stay in your head and you still output some
great work. Software engineers.

Yeah, and in need that's a career that's continually correct.
Isn't your son your oldest like in software?

Yeah, he is not an introvert, I know, but it's.

Next, they are testing the autopilot on Tesla's with an
old Coyote and road runner cartoon trick. Have y'all heard
about the YouTubers who are testing Tesla's self driving capabilities
using an old cartoon trick?

I saw a headline and I did not read for.

Murphy, you were gonna love this when you hear about it,
you know, Okay, self driving, the cars, all the different
brands of cars they have, you know, cameras, radar, light
R and ultrasonic to be able to look. But Tesla
apparently has gone back to just cameras only.

Oh really, do we know why.
Speaker 6 (14:22):
I don't know why.
Speaker 5 (14:22):
It's an Elon decision, sure, because they were using light
AR and cameras. Now they're just using cameras. So some
YouTubers decided to put it to the test versus you know,
the testa with the camera only versus other cars using
light R. So they tried it. You know, they put
a mannequin in the road to see which cars would stop,
and oh, they all stopped for that one.

The Tesla with the camera didn't work too well in
heavy fog or rain.
Speaker 6 (14:45):
It just kept driving.
Speaker 4 (14:46):
Not good.

But the one that's really cool is.

They put out a they painted a roadway on a
piece of wood and put it in the middle of
the road to see if the car would see it,
you know, kind of like Looney Tunes.

Yeah, Wiley would smash into the right.

The road runner would come and fly right down the
tunnel that was painted on the wall, and Wiley.

Coyote would go smash. Yeah. Right.

So they painted this big thing and put it in
the middle of the road, and the Tesla ran right
into it. Oh, because it was camera only and it
saw on the camera it'd sees a road.

Yeah, so it didn't light R.

Didn't see the Oh okay, it didn't fool it.

Right after I had a radar something else, it would
have bounced back off that thing that was sitting in.

Well, this doesn't make any sense. And these are the
newer models that they're testing. This model why it's an
older model.

Why but it's a Model Y and its opponent was
an Alexis SUV with light R.

So yeah, so basically for light ar's just radar, Jody
basically is what it is. It shoots a beam out,
the beam comes back, the computer measures the distance and
all that kind of.

Stuff interesting, and Alexis stops.

Which is what most you know, which is what most
vehicles have. Actually, most vehicles now have a combination of
the cameras and that lightar for you know, for the
self driving. But I mean, I'm sure Tesla probably is
developing a newer technology if they're going to then when
you said the neural networks thing that is that's able
to make thousands of decisions like in a second and

so probably used in combination with light our cameras or something.
It's going to be a step forward for the future.
It would be hard to believe they're taking a step
backwards temporarily.
