I have been reading all about to buy chocolate. It's amazing,
and there are a couple of places around town, you know. Yeah, yeah,
we actually we went to a restaurant that specialized in
making it actually in front of you, which was because yeah,
that really was a crape style, right exactly.

Do you buy chocolate crepe.

Yeah, so they used that. You know, the the two
ingredients are well there, I guess they're multiple. There's a
pistachio mash up in a pistachio cream tahini which has
ground up sesame seeds. But the secret ingredient is the
crunchy one, which is this. You probably have seen this
on TikTok. It's the knafa. The kanafa is it's a
it's a shredded dough that's kind of finally shredded and

it's baked and it makes it crunchy. Reminds me of
this is gonna cheapen it frosted mini weedsation.

That's kind of way when you go were eating that crape.
I didn't really have any of it. I think I
tried to the end. Evan, you said it tastes like
frosted anyways, Yeah, and the girls were.

combination of all those. But they kind of took the

and I am retiring this year, and I am just
so thankful to have been blessed to be able to
do what I've done for the past thirty years. Yes,
I just think I am so thankful to have been
able to, you know, be part of their lives, you know,

just be in the position that I'm in to affect
so many of their lives.

Really thirty years times however many classes, that's hundreds of Yeah,
it is.

And I'm always thankful when they come back after they've
grown right to see me and you know, and tell
me things, and you know, just tell me about their lives.
And every year I have that happen.

have been able to do what I've done.

which is mostly science engineering technology. So it's just fun
and I just, you know, I don't feel like I work.

hard to. It's hard to explain it. It's not it's
a job, but it's not. It's so much more than that.

point eight billion annually, and of course there's opposition.

I have been reading all about to buy chocolate. It's amazing,
and there are a couple of places around town, you know. Yeah, yeah,
we actually we went to a restaurant that specialized in
making it actually in front of you, which was because yeah,
that really was a crape style, right exactly.

Do you buy chocolate crepe.

Yeah, so they used that. You know, the the two
ingredients are well there, I guess they're multiple. There's a
pistachio mash up in a pistachio cream tahini which has
ground up sesame seeds. But the secret ingredient is the
crunchy one, which is this. You probably have seen this
on TikTok. It's the knafa. The kanafa is it's a
it's a shredded dough that's kind of finally shredded and

it's baked and it makes it crunchy. Reminds me of
this is gonna cheapen it frosted mini weedsation.

That's kind of way when you go were eating that crape.
I didn't really have any of it. I think I
tried to the end. Evan, you said it tastes like
frosted anyways, Yeah, and the girls were.

Like Dad, they their take was not it was a
it was like Dubui chocolate, which I guess is that
combination of all those. But they kind of took the
new Teller route, no tell Her route, which you know
that's hazel nuts mixed with the rest of it too.
But but yeah, totally do buy chocolate, Sam. That's when
you've got to try. It's so much more than just pistache.

just be in the position that I'm in to affect
so many of their lives.

Really thirty years times however many classes, that's hundreds of Yeah,
it is.

And I'm always thankful when they come back after they've
grown right to see me and you know, and tell
me things, and you know, just tell me about their lives.

have been able to do what I've done.

which is mostly science engineering technology. So it's just fun
and I just, you know, I don't feel like I work.

hard to. It's hard to explain it. It's not it's
a job, but it's not. It's so much more than that.

Health and Human Services plans to cut around ten thousand employees,
reducing the workforce through buyout offers and early retirements. Okay,
it will consolidate the current twenty eight divisions into fifteen divisions,
and the number of regional offices would go from ten

to five. And they say the projected savings is one
point eight billion annually, and of course there's opposition.

Defy you, if they're disobedient, if they always find a
way of bending the rules, like at bedtime, wait, I
need water, you know that kind of thing. Researchers at
Harvard say, those kids who find loopholes and rules when

They demonstrate an advanced understanding of language and they know
how to use it to make it work for them.
