Ten years ago I was going through a very difficult
time and I started seeing a therapist. The therapist suggested
I get a pet to get out of my head
and focus on something else, something that needed me. I
got my first dog then, and it was the best
decision of my life.

Well first dog. Huh that means more than one?

Oh yeah, usually there are more to follow.

Yeah, it's fun to have a pack if you can
manage it and all that kind of stuff. I say,
pack more than one is fun.

If you have a dog and then you lose the dog,
there is definitely that emptiness is felt, that absence is big. Yeah,
And so when you're ready, I highly recommend it. There's
always dogs and cats and that need rescue anyway, and
it fills your life up.

I mean the nice thing about us having a pack,
Jody is one falls off, we've added another and it

you're gonna use on the outside, right pop tart? Yeah,
apparently they're a little skinnier, but just about as long,
and inside the ice cream is kind of geared towards

the flavor of the pop tart, and you're gonna have
frosted strawberry, frosted brown sugar, cinnamon, and frosted chocolate fudge.
Those will be the three flavors they start with.

Yeah? The pictures I've seen of it, it's like a
pop tart on the outside.

the guacamole flavored. They're hitting stores right now, so look
for those. And those are limited time only.

So I found an idea for items that you shouldn't
try to return, probably at all. But you know, I
mean this is in this case, it's Amazon from the into.

So something we can't return that we want need to.

Yeah, well, so I bought, you know, I was shopping
for a harp. Remember, not the kind you play this is.
It's the kind that goes to the lamp. Yeah, a harp,
you know that holds the lamp shade. That's good.
Speaker 2 (07:17):
I didn't know you were shopping for it.
Speaker 1 (07:19):
Yeah. Yeah, those are actually called harps, they're not called
lamp shade holders. But anyway, so but you know I
bought those those lamps I told you about that I
bought on eBay that I have paid for the extra
shipping because I felt bad for the guy.

Yeah, so buy the shades for him too. But then
you still had to get the harps.
Speaker 1 (07:39):
Yes, exactly, because well, because the shades are not like
old school shades, so they set too low on the lamps.
They looked really weird. So I needed a taller harp
so that I could actually have the shades look like
they're supposed to. Very complicated here, but anyway, so I bought.

Two different lamp Bobby, I bought two.
Speaker 1 (08:02):
Different sizes, and then one of the sizes it was
also I needed to return that, and so because it
wasn't Amazon delivered, when I went to do the return,
I had to agree to pay seventeen dollars in shipping. No, well,
here's the thing. I only paid nineteen dollars for the harp,
so I'm thinking, you know what, and I'm not doing

this for two dollars. No, I'm just going to keep
the heart. But anyway, it's just a note to self
in the future if if you buy something off of
Amazon and it doesn't ship through the Amazon trucks or
whatever for the most part itself. I don't know what
the arrangement is, but when you go through the return process,
you may wind up having to pay shipping.

So was it prime.

I think this is one of those small businesses that
does business through Amazon and so they shipped at ups.

It's funny.

I've never had this problem with a retire because I'm

Buy extra on the shipping, buying two sets of harp.

They were dealing with all kinds of difficulty debt and

lawsuits because of illegal opioid prescriptions, and they just can't
compete with chains like CBS and Walgreens.

Number two. Eleven minutes a day of exercise is enough.

To make you healthier and lower your risk of an
early death. And this does mean just walking or dancing,
playing with the kids, hopping on a bike instead of
riding down the street. Seventy five minutes a week, which
is about eleven minutes a day, is so good for you.
It makes you feel better and you can live longer.
It improves everything. So you don't without a gym membership,

without you know, a personal trainer, you don't have to
be an Olympian eleven minutes a day and number three.

sauce to make up for what Murphy says the lack
of anything in the middle.

from a can too, so you can do that. What
I'm not cheapening the moment.

when I made the brownies and the hero sticks. And

it's an alternative recipe, right, It's easy, It is easy,
and it was great. In fact, I ate so many
of them. I blew through a cartridge of insulin, so
I they were delicious. Make let me make it clear
that they were all.

Yeah, all right, so for anybody who doesn't feel like
there it's a cop out.

It's like three ingredients.

You can make these with the kids by the puff pastry,
which is frozen. The holy hard part of this is
dealing with puff pastry because it's delicate, you know, you
know that, Sam. You have to wait until the exact
right moment forty like forty minutes out of the freezer
to unroll it.

Okay. Then you slice it into little sticks.
Speaker 3 (13:03):
And you put it in the oven okay, four hundred
and four to ten for ten or fifteen minutes until
it's just getting golden. Take it out, you brush it
with butter on all sides, and then you sprinkle, sprinkle
or roll it in cinnamon sugar. Oh yeah, it is fantastic,
and then you serve it with the.

of it on the set of this movie. At one
point when they're all stopping and waiting to film another scene,
she's laying down in the grass and she laid down

Really, she said she was just trying to take a
nap while they're redoing the set, and she had one
crawl up her leg. Now it did not sting her goodness.

they're not. They wait hours and hours to do one
scene they lay on top of scorpions nests.

Well, remember she is a superhero, so it probably wouldn't

Yeah, well, so I bought, you know, I was shopping
for a harp. Remember, not the kind you play this is.
It's the kind that goes to the lamp. Yeah, a harp,
you know that holds the lamp shade. That's good.

I didn't know you were shopping for it.
Speaker 1 (07:19):
Yeah. Yeah, those are actually called harps, they're not called
lamp shade holders. But anyway, so but you know I
bought those those lamps I told you about that I
bought on eBay that I have paid for the extra
shipping because I felt bad for the guy.
Speaker 4 (07:34):
Yeah, so buy the shades for him too. But then
you still had to get the harps.
Speaker 1 (07:39):
Yes, exactly, because well, because the shades are not like
old school shades, so they set too low on the lamps.
They looked really weird. So I needed a taller harp
so that I could actually have the shades look like
they're supposed to. Very complicated here, but anyway, so I bought.
Speaker 2 (07:58):
Two different lamp Bobby, I bought two.
Speaker 1 (08:02):
Different sizes, and then one of the sizes it was
also I needed to return that, and so because it
wasn't Amazon delivered, when I went to do the return,
I had to agree to pay seventeen dollars in shipping. No, well,
here's the thing. I only paid nineteen dollars for the harp,
so I'm thinking, you know what, and I'm not doing

this for two dollars. No, I'm just going to keep
the heart. But anyway, it's just a note to self
in the future if if you buy something off of
Amazon and it doesn't ship through the Amazon trucks or
whatever for the most part itself. I don't know what
the arrangement is, but when you go through the return process,
you may wind up having to pay shipping.

So was it prime.
Speaker 1 (08:42):
I think this is one of those small businesses that
does business through Amazon and so they shipped at ups.

It's funny.

I've never had this problem with a retire because I'm
not shipping back weird things.

Buy extra on the shipping, buying two sets of harp.

in two years. They just got out of the first
one when they first filed in twenty twenty three, and
they're struggling with two point five billion in debt and
just can't keep going. They're going to keep the stores
open for now and move customers prescriptions to other pharmacies.
They were dealing with all kinds of difficulty debt and

lawsuits because of illegal opioid prescriptions, and they just can't
compete with chains like CBS and Walgreens.

Number two. Eleven minutes a day of exercise is enough.
Speaker 3 (10:00):
To make you healthier and lower your risk of an
early death. And this does mean just walking or dancing,
playing with the kids, hopping on a bike instead of
riding down the street. Seventy five minutes a week, which
is about eleven minutes a day, is so good for you.
It makes you feel better and you can live longer.
It improves everything. So you don't without a gym membership,

without you know, a personal trainer, you don't have to
be an Olympian eleven minutes a day and number three.

National Teacher's Day yay, kicking off National Teacher Appreciation Week

to you have to manage expectations apart. Yeah, and it's awesome,
I mean really, it's a great cheat.

I brought it the other night with pastry yes, they're
turro sticks made with puff pastry and cream cheese dipping
sauce to make up for what Murphy says the lack
of anything in the middle.

The cream cheese dipping sauce is actually cream cheese icing
from a can too, so you can do that. What
I'm not cheapening the moment.
Speaker 2 (12:00):
Let me just I'm gonna throw this out.

Have a cream cheese dip. All it is is cream cheese.

I took a picture of this dessert board I made
when I made the brownies and the hero sticks. And
you know who's napping in the background, mister critic over here.

And I thought, let me crop him out, because you know,
I don't like to post pictures of people who are asleep.

not knocking it. I was just clarifying, you know, because
it's an alternative recipe, right, It's easy, It is easy,
and it was great. In fact, I ate so many
of them. I blew through a cartridge of insulin, so
I they were delicious. Make let me make it clear
that they were all.

Yeah, all right, so for anybody who doesn't feel like
there it's a cop out.
Speaker 2 (12:45):
It's like three ingredients.
Speaker 3 (12:46):
You can make these with the kids by the puff pastry,
which is frozen. The holy hard part of this is
dealing with puff pastry because it's delicate, you know, you
know that, Sam. You have to wait until the exact
right moment forty like forty minutes out of the freezer
to unroll it.
Speaker 2 (13:00):
Okay. Then you slice it into little sticks.
Speaker 3 (13:03):
And you put it in the oven okay, four hundred
and four to ten for ten or fifteen minutes until
it's just getting golden. Take it out, you brush it
with butter on all sides, and then you sprinkle, sprinkle
or roll it in cinnamon sugar. Oh yeah, it is fantastic,
and then you serve it with the.

so sixties old school.

has an opinion about it because sometimes you know that
you love someone right away and other times, but even

front gate of her property, her home in California.

into custody. He was taken to the hospital first. He's

He doesn't think he's married.

Along with LAPD, they're digging into that. It doesn't It
wasn't an accident. He meant to do it. But it's
not like he has some sort of major history of
stalking her. He only has a minor criminal history. So
everybody's investigating. She's fine. It made her nervous moving on
to this movie Underbolts.

We have all done bad things.

So the question for fans is why does it have
the asterisk at the end of it?

Because that it's there, and so the word is.

Marvel has revealed it's it's an added meaning because the
actual subtitle is Thunderbolts the New Avengers. But maybe you
don't know that until you see the movie. And by
the way, all these Avengers or all these Thunderbolts are
expected to be a part of Avengers Doomsday.
