Speaker 1 (00:03):
Midway through the weekend. You know, I'm facing the same
problem today that I had two days ago.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Still married to her.

Speaker 3 (00:08):
Huh oh, we're just on a roll early, aren't we.

Speaker 1 (00:12):
Way to go, Sam, Jody and I are all good.
You know this is today is June the seventh, and
today is another day that I know is a birthday
for somebody and it's possibly one of my friends who's
not on Facebook. I'm going to have the same problem
again on June the tenth because there's a friend that
I know that has a birthday on the tenth. Can't
remember who, and I don't think this person's on Facebook,

(00:32):
driving me crazy.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
You don't have these like your phone and you know listed.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
Maybe I should write it down. Maybe they would be
a good idea.

Speaker 4 (00:38):
Now, what did you do in years past? You remembered?

Speaker 1 (00:41):
Well, I mean I remember, but I have it for
the last what ten years since Facebook hadn't had to
worry about that somebody's had a birthday. Boom, it passed
right up. Yeah, you know, Tom, I'm spoiled.

Speaker 3 (00:51):
Yeah, Sam, I want to tell you about something we've
switched to at our house.

Speaker 4 (00:55):
It's so cool. You know, we're going to Vegas this weekend.

Speaker 3 (00:57):
And one of the things about us leaving and going
out of town this weekend, as the girls are gonna
be with friends, they're older, and they're excited. They're totally excited.
Phoebe's calling it her epic sleepover with our best friend.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
But there are responsibilities that come along with this.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
For Taylor, our oldest, she's going to the house every
day and taking care of our dogs. Right, So that's
a big responsibility because it's a lot of dogs, it's
a lot to manage. YadA, YadA, YadA. What the fish,
she's doing the fish too, under Phoebe's instruction.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
I'm glad you remember that, Sam. Thanks.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
Yeah, Phoebe's already written out and after a few days, No,
that wouldn't happen. But anyway, you know, Piggy are pug
who's like ten twelve years old.

Speaker 4 (01:34):
She has special needs.

Speaker 3 (01:35):
She's mostly deaf, mostly blind, she needs to stay mostly inside,
and she I've switched her to soft food, recently canned food.
You know, Taylor has an issue with that. She's highly
sensitive sense of smell.

Speaker 1 (01:52):
No, she's not the only one that has an issue
with that. I can tell you that's so smells off.

Speaker 3 (01:56):
So I've switched and bought Taylor these this soft food
that's in the box that's individually packed are He's already
portioned out and it's so easy and I'm so happy
to have found it.

Speaker 2 (02:07):
It's like the ones in the shape of the burgers.

Speaker 1 (02:09):
No, I don't even know that they make those anymore.
Back in the day of what they call gainesburgers.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
Gainesburgers, that was it.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
It's the same concept though, right exact.

Speaker 4 (02:17):
Meaty or something is what it's called.

Speaker 3 (02:18):
But they're you know, portioned out already soft food, making
it so super easy. And for her, I'm switching to
that for the rest of her life. The more stinky food.
Aren't you happy?

Speaker 5 (02:28):
Murph?

Speaker 4 (02:28):
There no more stinky Molka.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
I've watched her though. She rocks the dry food. If
you watch her, she can get after it.

Speaker 4 (02:34):
But I worry about her teeth not rocking that. You
know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
Well, are we talking about Taylor here or the dog?

Speaker 4 (02:40):
Yeah? The dog, of course.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
Are you coming up in a little bit more of
your suggestions on inexpensive cool things that kids can do
this summer? Because there are things there, you know, you
just got to go into your mind for it coming
up next though, in your first Hollywood Outsider of the morning,
Kevin Hart gets very real in his memoir.

Speaker 6 (03:00):
Judy's Hollywood Outsider.

Speaker 3 (03:02):
You know, Kevin Hart's new memoir came out yesterday. It's available.
You can buy the book and read the book, or
you can get the audio book.

Speaker 4 (03:09):
And it's Kevin Hart like reading to your audiobook. Does
they say that?

Speaker 3 (03:13):
He also in the audio recordings went off page and
just started telling stories that might be the way to go.
It's called I can't make this up life lessons Here
he is, you know, in an interview recently talking about
writing the book.

Speaker 7 (03:26):
I can honestly say that people gonna be blown away
not only by the book, but how deep I go, Like,
I get pretty honest in his book. So I'm showing
a different level than me to who I am, to
where I am in life. So the point behind the
book is that there's a positive in any negative. So
through the negative things that have happened, I found positive outlooks.

Speaker 5 (03:46):
So through each.

Speaker 7 (03:46):
Chapter that followed by a summary of what I learned
from that particular chapter.

Speaker 3 (03:52):
I mean, there's a chapter on him not getting not
being a part of the SNL cast. He wanted that.
He tried out for it and he was denied. And
now look at him. He is one of the most
successful comedians. He reached the top of the list, passing
up Jerry Seinfeld like last year, as far as Forbes
goes highest paid comedings, and they say hardest working person
in show business came from almost enough well meek beginnings,

(04:15):
and so you're going to get some of that. And
I'm assuming some laughs in the Kevin Hart's underpants right now.
I know he's promoting that. We have friends that ran
into him recently in Las Vegas and took selfies with him.

Speaker 1 (04:27):
Oh, that's right.

Speaker 3 (04:27):
They were all in the gym though. They were hitting
the gym hard with Kevin Hart. So look for that book.
You can read it.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
No chance of you running into him this weeknd right.

Speaker 1 (04:35):
That's right.

Speaker 3 (04:36):
I'm also from Hollywood, al Pacino. It's been confirmed. I've
heard of this rumor for quite a while, but he
is going to play Penn State foot former Penn State
football coach Joe Paterno in an upcoming HBO bio pick.

Speaker 1 (04:50):
It's going to be a tough biopick how they actually
write and produce that.

Speaker 3 (04:55):
I don't want to see al Pacino do this, but honestly,
he's going to be great.

Speaker 2 (04:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (05:00):
I didn't want to see him do Phil Specter either,
and he did that and they say that was great.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
Everything he does is great.

Speaker 4 (05:05):
I want to see him as like a cop or
a gangster.

Speaker 1 (05:08):
I know, okay, he's always scarfaced to Jody, just look
for it.

Speaker 8 (05:14):
Up to date with Judy's Hollywood Outsider.

Speaker 3 (05:16):
Summertime now and if your kids are even even if
they're sleeping late, still more of your ideas of inexpensive
cool things the kids can.

Speaker 4 (05:23):
Do this summer.

Speaker 3 (05:24):
Carl's got one next eight seven seven three one zero
four msj.

Speaker 1 (05:32):
Apparently Sam was right about something that Jody was wrong about,
Zumbny and Zody's a surprise. She's actually saying that Sam
was right. So I'll find out what that's all about
next hour.

Speaker 4 (05:41):
I know you can't wait.

Speaker 6 (05:42):
Smirky cool or text us eight seven seven three one
oh four six seven five.

Speaker 3 (05:48):
It's summer now, and so we're all kicking around ideas
of great, inexpensive quality time things you can do with
the kids. I love these ideas because they, you know,
go back to my so so.

Speaker 1 (06:01):
You mean they're simple, Yeah, I'm not saying that's that.
I'm saying that's awesome.

Speaker 4 (06:06):
You know, everything doesn't have to be a video game.

Speaker 1 (06:09):
Okay, morning Carlo.

Speaker 9 (06:11):
Good morning. I just wanted to tell you guys about
something in my sister in law that's with her kids.
But her kids are grown now, so they're doing it
with theirs. But in the summertime, she used to paint
rocks with her children. Yeah, they had all these this
cute just different things, you know, flowers or bugs or

(06:31):
whatever they set on the rock. Then they would go
all over the city, different parks and trails, and they
would leave these pretty painted rocks. And they found as
they went back to different areas, people would take the
rocks home. Of course the rocks would be gone.

Speaker 3 (06:50):
If you find a rock that's painted like that, you
would kid especially would go, oh my gosh, it's so special.

Speaker 5 (06:55):
I'm keeping it right.

Speaker 9 (06:57):
And so they have had so much fun, and so
now hers are grown. They were all over the country,
but she started with a bench of ladies and they
just recently did a whole flew of thot of rocks
and put them in a park.

Speaker 4 (07:12):
Nice.

Speaker 9 (07:12):
So I thought it was just that is really fun
to do with your kids.

Speaker 4 (07:16):
It is fun. It's cheap.

Speaker 3 (07:18):
My Phoebe, we have some painted rocks around the house
and at the door, at the front door, because she
when she finds a really nice smooth one that's got
enough of a canvas, if you will, she paints it. Yeah,
and this all started well she was little. She's always
been really creative. But I actually bought her a Paint
your own Rocks set. They came with all these great smooth,

(07:39):
paintable rocks. So she looks for those kind of rocks
and paints.

Speaker 9 (07:42):
That's the cutest thing it is, and it's so yeah.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
It is, Thank you, Carla. It's much cheaper to find
than than it is to buy the box.

Speaker 4 (07:49):
Like we should find some of the smokies this summer.

Speaker 2 (07:51):
There's a moneymaker. Huh. Bag of rocks.

Speaker 4 (07:55):
You can buy bags of rocks, yea with paint.

Speaker 3 (07:58):
Thank you again, Carla reached us anytime eight seven seven
three one zero four six seven five.

Speaker 5 (08:03):
Yeah. Sam has music news.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
Got another music Awards show tonight the c MTS. I'll
give you the rundown and all the crazy collaborations they have.

Speaker 1 (08:15):
Good news. Jody has been bad smelling dog food from
the house. How we actually got at this point. In
case you missed it, this on the Murphy, Sam and
Jody podcast.

Speaker 5 (08:23):
Sam's Got Music News.

Speaker 2 (08:25):
The CMT Awards tonight, and they put together some kind
of weird collaborations. Always Luke Bryan will be performing with
Jason Derulo. I can only imagine.

Speaker 4 (08:38):
But you know what, I can only imagine that.

Speaker 1 (08:39):
They do this to make it mass appeal. It makes
sense to me.

Speaker 4 (08:43):
But when they do this to make it mass appeal,
do you also.

Speaker 2 (08:48):
Run off of Heurope Upset.

Speaker 4 (08:49):
Thank You, Upset the Purest. I'm just wondered. It's a
good argument think about from the entertainment.

Speaker 2 (08:53):
Now, they're gonna have Keath and Carey doing their their
song The Finer right now. Also, they're gonna have Lady
Annabellam along with birth Winning Fire.

Speaker 3 (09:01):
Oh.

Speaker 2 (09:02):
That part of the reason for this one is they
have a CMT Crossroads coming up that they're going to
be together, right.

Speaker 4 (09:07):
I forgot about that for that one sounds awesome.

Speaker 2 (09:10):
And Brothers Osbourne is going to be performing with when
this is a throwback Peter Frampton.

Speaker 4 (09:18):
Brothers Osbourne.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
Yeah, that's so it's like this is all kind of
over all over the place again.

Speaker 1 (09:24):
That actually answers the question. Is Peter Frampton still around?

Speaker 2 (09:28):
And don't forget they got the Greg Almond tribute to
Darius Rucker, Jason Eldan and Charles Kelly from Lady.

Speaker 4 (09:34):
Ale's going to Anyone Good.

Speaker 2 (09:36):
You may have heard the news already, but Hank Williams
Junior is back with Monday Night Football. I didn't realize
he was with them from eighty nine to twenty eleven.
Good really that twenty two years.

Speaker 4 (09:50):
His most consistent gig right there.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
He says he hasn't said are you ready for some
football on stage once in the last five or six years, right,
because he wasn't get it.

Speaker 4 (10:01):
So he's Monday, Carrie Underwoods.

Speaker 2 (10:03):
We'll still be on Sunday. Yeah, and his first game
will be September the eleventh, the Saints and Vikings first
Monday Night football game.

Speaker 8 (10:09):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (10:10):
So that'll be fun. And I want to give you
the rundown of the one of the top albums right
now on the Billboard Album chart, coming in at number
three from nineteen sixty seven.

Speaker 1 (10:21):
Well that's way back.

Speaker 8 (10:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (10:22):
Well, the reason for it being on the.

Speaker 2 (10:24):
Chart the big re release of the deluxe set and
the deluxe set, so it's number three on the album
chart right now, first time since nineteen sixty seven.

Speaker 5 (10:34):
Murphy seven Joy Music News.

Speaker 3 (10:36):
All right, coming up next, I took our youngest daughter
to get her first ever makeup and the cutest part
about it all happened on the way home.

Speaker 4 (10:44):
Tell you about that next.

Speaker 1 (10:48):
In Sam's high school reunion is this weekend. If you
want to see what he looked like today graduated. Yeah,
there's a retro flashback for Oh my gosh, check it
out on the Murphy SAMs Joddy Instagram.

Speaker 4 (10:59):
That hair Sam Lady killer. It gets me, that's right.

Speaker 3 (11:02):
Okay, So yesterday I took Phoebe, our twelve year old,
to this as funny it is because she knew. She
had asked me about the makeup, wanting to start playing
with a little bit of makeup so that when she
starts seventh grade she could start wearing a little.

Speaker 4 (11:15):
Something to school.

Speaker 3 (11:16):
And I actually honestly expected this last year, so it's
been delayed by about a year. Per her, I said
absolutely because what she asked for. She wondered if she
could wear a little bit of eyeshadow because she wants
a little shimmer on the eeland.

Speaker 4 (11:29):
It's like, oh, yeah, so she play.

Speaker 3 (11:32):
She played in my makeup the other day, but she
wanted her own yesterday when I got home, I mean
I had not walked two steps in the door, and
it was like, can we go?

Speaker 4 (11:41):
Can we go? Pick out a couple of little things.

Speaker 3 (11:42):
And it's like, okay, yes, let me have a minute,
let me do you know, take care of the dogs,
Let's do this, let's do that, And so I took her.
It was just the two of us because Taylor was
with a friend, So just the two of us was
I thought was kind of special, Fanna, kind of special.

Speaker 4 (11:56):
I gave.

Speaker 3 (11:56):
I gave her a lip gloss already she had taken
one of mine, and I'm give to her. So she
set with lip gloss. She picked out a nice little
palette of shimmery shadows, and she went for a soft
black mascara. And she probably won't wear the mascara often.
She even told me she doesn't think she wants to
wear that to school. She wants to start with just

(12:17):
eyelid color, which is fine by me. But she does
look cute in it when she Anyway, my favorite part
of it, she picked that a little bag too. On
the way home in the car, she was going through
the bags, the shopping bags, and getting all of it out.

Speaker 4 (12:30):
She could not wait.

Speaker 3 (12:32):
We were not even pulled out of the parking lot
and she was opening it up and putting it on
in my.

Speaker 4 (12:36):
Driver passenger side mirror. She had what she wanted on.

Speaker 3 (12:40):
By the time we pulled into the driveway at home,
she was set, and she left the packages in my car,
just like scattered.

Speaker 1 (12:47):
She also had an exercise event that she was at
last night, so when she got home, I don't think
she had to make up on anymore.

Speaker 4 (12:53):
No, it didn't. It didn't.

Speaker 3 (12:54):
She didn't put enough on for it to last. Okay,
she just wants to start kind of playing.

Speaker 1 (12:57):
So I haven't seen it yet. Did you take a picture?

Speaker 3 (12:59):
No, wasn't going to overdo that because you know, but
it was so cute to look over at her in
that passenger seat and watch her do that, because you know,
it's something that she's wanted and dreamed of and kind
of planned for a long time, and she's not one
to overdo.

Speaker 4 (13:14):
Daddy. I want you to know, she's not asking for
much else now, but she's.

Speaker 1 (13:17):
Seen you do that a million times in the passenger sheets,
so I'm sure she's yeah and ready.

Speaker 6 (13:23):
Judy's got the Hollywood outsider.

Speaker 4 (13:26):
So much going on on.

Speaker 3 (13:26):
The Clooney twins are here, and tell you those names, Sam,
I think you'll be impressed.

Speaker 6 (13:33):
Jody's Hollywood outsider.

Speaker 3 (13:35):
The Clooney twins are here. George and Amal have welcomed
their babies. Well, the boy and a girl names Alexander
and Ella classic beautiful, right Alexander Clooney, Ella Clooney. How
do you like that? The word is everybody's healthy. Alexander,
Ella and Amal doing fine and happy. Here's the press

(13:56):
release from George's person. George is sedated and she'd recover.
You know, he probably wrote that and told him to,
you know.

Speaker 2 (14:04):
But Alexandra and Eller so non Hollywood, huh but solid.

Speaker 3 (14:11):
Talking about how classic baby names are making a comeback.
I love that, you know, I don't have the middle name.
Maybe there's a George in there, maybe it's not.

Speaker 2 (14:18):
But it's like, there's just normal. They know, your typical Hollywood.

Speaker 4 (14:21):
I like it a lot. Here's what's not typical.

Speaker 3 (14:23):
The last people to visit with the Cloonies before they
welcome their babies into the world, former President of Obama
and Michelle Obama stopped by and saw them at their
mansion just outside of London and stayed for about four
hours just a few days ago. So anyway, twins are here.
George Cluney's life is going to change forever. Somebody broke
it down. By the time these kids graduate high school,

(14:44):
he'll be seventy four.

Speaker 5 (14:46):
All right.

Speaker 3 (14:47):
Ariana Grande has been in the news so much this week,
and we were gushing over this over the rainbow cover
that she did.

Speaker 2 (15:00):
That was to wrap up the Manchester concept.

Speaker 4 (15:02):
You'll close it out.

Speaker 2 (15:03):
Well.

Speaker 3 (15:03):
The news now is that she's officially released that live
recording because her fans have been begging for it since
the end of the show. So she released that live
recording and proceeds will go to the victims and families
of the Manchester bombing.

Speaker 4 (15:17):
Oh that's smart, Yeah, very good move and beautiful.

Speaker 3 (15:19):
And by the way, that song has significance for her
for a couple of reasons, not now because of the
whole concert and doing this and the proceeds, but it
was her grandfather's favorite song and she sang it at
his funeral years ago, so she's done that one like
that many times before.

Speaker 4 (15:34):
Last night. James Corden gave the world a little Ed
Sheeran carpool karaoke.

Speaker 2 (15:38):
It's got a real sexy It was the best place
to find where.

Speaker 3 (15:48):
You just can't keep your eyes off of Ed and
how cutie is you can't do it the thirteen minute video.

Speaker 4 (15:54):
They do all kinds of things.

Speaker 3 (15:56):
They get personal carpool karaoke with Ed Sheeran and James
and it debuted last night, which means it'll be all
over your computer and devices today if you want to
enjoy it. Your next Hollywood Outsider is coming up this morning.
It's seven fifty five. I'm coming up just after seven though,
a big mistake that Murphy and I almost made right
here before leaving town.

Speaker 4 (16:17):
Leaving the kids.

Speaker 8 (16:18):
Up to date with Shody's Hollywood Outsider.

Speaker 1 (16:25):
Yeah, we're sharing some fun and inexpensive things to do
with kids over the summer. If you're kind of stuck
for it. Carl had a great idea earlier. If you
missed that, you can subscribe to the Murphy, Sam and
Jody podcast and listen to your schedule and we would
love to hear from you too. At eight seven seven
three one oh four MSJ.

Speaker 3 (16:39):
You know we're going out of town this weekend. And
while we're gone, where are you going Las Vegas?

Speaker 5 (16:44):
Big?

Speaker 1 (16:44):
Well, and you say, way, it's me and you. Sam
is staying. Actually Sam's traveling for his reunion too. Yeah,
so you've got, you know, yeah, your own thing going.
I'm back home.

Speaker 3 (16:52):
Next time we go to Vegas, we'll just all go. Okay,
how about that, everybody.

Speaker 2 (16:56):
I don't really want to see j Low. I'd probably
got to see somebody else.

Speaker 3 (17:00):
Yeah, I can't understand you, Sam, And we're gonna have
a good little time to get.

Speaker 1 (17:04):
I'm looking forward to seeing jay Lo just the two
of us. Figure, that's the closest I'll ever get to her.

Speaker 4 (17:09):
Probably Okay.

Speaker 3 (17:13):
Anyway, while we go away, our girls are hanging out
with staying with friends. Phoebe's calling it her epic sleepover.
She's so excited because it's the longest she's ever done
a sleepover with somebody who's not family. I don't even
think they've ever stayed with family this long, this many
nights or whatever, So they're super excited. Taylor staying with
one of her besties. Also, what's interesting is that you'll
appreciate this, mister safety over here.

Speaker 4 (17:35):
Murphy also didn't think of this. My friend her name
is Meredith.

Speaker 3 (17:39):
She's the one where Phoebe's that's that's the house that
Phoebe's staying at with her friend Cassidy.

Speaker 2 (17:44):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (17:44):
Meredith's husband is an attorney and happened to mention. And
then Meredith texts me, you know, before you guys leave,
we should probably also get doctors' names and phone numbers
and stuff just in case. And I'm like, you know,
attorney everything else. But it's like, I feel dumb that
I didn't think of that. You know, I know they're

(18:06):
not any bitty anymore, and they're gonna probably be blowing
up our phones. Hey mom, what are you doing? And
we're totally going to be accessible. But if something were
to happen, yeah, so.

Speaker 1 (18:15):
Is she supplying us with forms here for authorization?

Speaker 3 (18:18):
No, I've already just typed it up. Here's the piece,
So here's the dentist. Even I did that too.

Speaker 1 (18:25):
You know, that is a good idea. Obviously they know
how to get ahold of us, but if you have
something's an emergency, and I didn't think.

Speaker 2 (18:30):
About that either, man.

Speaker 3 (18:31):
I mean, I'm just impressed with that thought so and
not unimpressed that we didn't you.

Speaker 2 (18:35):
Give them the Vets name too, just in case.

Speaker 3 (18:38):
No, because Taylor is going to be stopping by our
house every day and taking care of the dogs, and
she knows that we're leaving that for her.

Speaker 4 (18:44):
But hope that we won't need that.

Speaker 1 (18:46):
Okay, I don't think so anything that what we would
need is expected, if you know what I mean.

Speaker 4 (18:51):
Yeah, Oh wait, that's horrible. What if something happens.

Speaker 1 (18:55):
Nothing's gonna happen, Jody.

Speaker 10 (18:57):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (18:58):
Coming up with Murphy's Sam and Jody.

Speaker 2 (19:00):
Yeah, I'm a little concerned right now about my thirteen
year old jackson. The number of hobbies he's started since
he got out of school two weeks ago.

Speaker 1 (19:07):
Has he finished any of them? Not really?

Speaker 3 (19:10):
Coming up next though, your email answered and our producer's
mail bag. What's on the way, David?

Speaker 11 (19:14):
Yeah, we got some suggestions of what your youngest daughter, Phoebe,
who now wants to wear makeup, should be doing and
not doing.

Speaker 4 (19:19):
Cool.

Speaker 1 (19:23):
Some find it funny, some find it handsome and sweet.
Sam's graduation pick on the Murphy Sam and Jody Instagram
You can check it out and decide for yourself. Sam's
class reunion is coming up this weekend.

Speaker 2 (19:35):
My mom used to like it.

Speaker 4 (19:37):
She got your hair for that picture.

Speaker 2 (19:38):
Yeah, she really she was a whatever, a stylis, hairdresser,
whatever the term was back then, So she had a
professional reason for doing Yeah, right, you had a license
and everything.

Speaker 5 (19:47):
Nice.

Speaker 4 (19:48):
All right, Look, we love hearing from you most of all.

Speaker 3 (19:50):
Eight seven seven three one zero four msj or reach
out on Instagram or Facebook the producer's mail bag, David,
what's in that bag today?

Speaker 11 (19:57):
Well, Jody, let me just start by saying, there's a
lot of advice and suggestions in the comments on our
Facebook page, So you need to go back and read
because I'm a dude and I don't know much about makeup, but.

Speaker 3 (20:06):
It is graffiti our youngest daughter who just asked for
her own makeup finally this year this summer.

Speaker 11 (20:13):
Yeah, so I hope these are gonna be a little helpful,
the ones that I picked out, So Tara says, well,
with her natural beauty, I would just do a soft
shimmer eyeshadow, a light pink blush applied to the apple
of her cheeks, and clear lip gloss.

Speaker 4 (20:26):
Nice.

Speaker 1 (20:27):
That's sweet. And she as a dad and as her dad,
I love keeping it that simple.

Speaker 4 (20:31):
Yeah, weird too much?

Speaker 1 (20:32):
We would not be a good thing.

Speaker 3 (20:34):
She asked for a shimmer. She wants her eyelashes. I'm sorry,
I lids to shimmer. So we bought her some shimmer eyeshadow,
but no blush. We're not going blush. She's got clear
lipgloss too.

Speaker 11 (20:45):
Trina says, a neutral, subtle lipstick and maybe some of
the neutral eyeshadowy, but foremost instructions from mama, and that
less is.

Speaker 4 (20:53):
More so true.

Speaker 3 (20:55):
And I don't think I'm gonna have to like so
often when little girls, young girls start wearing make up,
you have to stress that don't because what's in now?

Speaker 4 (21:03):
Are those really strong? Like wing eye?

Speaker 1 (21:06):
Yeah, that's really kind of retro, but you're right, it's
big right now.

Speaker 4 (21:10):
She's not said a word about eyeliner, So I'm.

Speaker 2 (21:13):
What do you call that eyeliner?

Speaker 11 (21:15):
No?

Speaker 2 (21:15):
I thought it was like cat eyes.

Speaker 4 (21:18):
I think you call it cat eyes.

Speaker 5 (21:19):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (21:20):
It's not something I do, so I don't.

Speaker 1 (21:21):
Really call it too much. Yeah, a winehouse, Amy winehouse
is exactly who I think of when I see that.

Speaker 4 (21:28):
That's totally in.

Speaker 3 (21:29):
But she knows that we won't let her go there yet,
so she doesn't even ask.

Speaker 1 (21:34):
Is Maddie wearing makeup yet, Sam, your.

Speaker 2 (21:36):
Daughter, No, not on a regular basis. I mean she's
dabbled with playing with certain kinds, but it's like I
won't care for a couple of weeks.

Speaker 3 (21:45):
It's my favorite time in a girl's growing up life
before she's worried about what kind of clothes, everything, make up,
and where she right, because it's a more free time
for her.

Speaker 4 (21:55):
So we're starting slow and we love it.

Speaker 3 (21:57):
Thank you so much for the suggestions, Murphy Salmon, Jody
dot Com anytime you want to reach out.

Speaker 6 (22:02):
Coming up next with Murphy Salm and Jody.

Speaker 2 (22:05):
I gotta tell you what my thirteen year old jackson's
doing to beat summer boredom. He's doing too much of this.
It's actually got me concerned.

Speaker 1 (22:14):
Coming up Why Jody's proclaiming that Sam was right and
she was wrong.

Speaker 3 (22:19):
My gosh, so many topics that could cover. Will you
just sit there on the edge of your seat and
wait for it.

Speaker 2 (22:27):
My thirteen year old jackson, since he got out of school,
he hasn't started any of the camps yet.

Speaker 1 (22:33):
Got that little gap. Yeah, those are the tricky gaps,
the one at the beginning of the summer in the
one at the end.

Speaker 4 (22:37):
Yeah, I like that, though.

Speaker 3 (22:38):
They've earned that a little bit of laziness before you
ticket back in.

Speaker 2 (22:42):
He's he's gone and visited a bookstore and got himself
this circuit kit. You know how radio shock used to
make the circuit kits where he could sit there and
make the light bulb light, or make the fan spin
or the speaker.

Speaker 1 (22:54):
I didn't even know they still made those. I guess
those are like basic electronics kits.

Speaker 4 (22:58):
Yeah, I know nothing of these.

Speaker 2 (23:00):
He got that, and he was he had brought it
to my house, like check this out. Cool, and he
was playing with it, and I could tell after about
twenty minutes that this was not going to last because
the booklet that came with it had maybe like ten
or fifteen circuits you could make. And it's just like, okay, well,
once that's done. I'm thinking, once that's done, then what
do you do?

Speaker 1 (23:19):
So sure, yeah, see you. When I was a kid,
I figured I could make the radio, or I could
buy the radio. Yeah, and guess what I did.

Speaker 2 (23:26):
So what he did was he took the thing, the
circuit thing, back to the bookstore, and he traded it
for another one called Catapults and crossbows, and it was
his thing. It was kind of like a Legos and
the Erector set combined where you can make cool catapults
and stuff. And again, and I told his mom this,
it's like I looked at the booklet of that one.
It looked like there was about ten things you could

(23:46):
build with it. But then it's like maybe back then
when we were kids, that was okay, but now it's
just like it's it's like it's over an afternoon. And
so he just put that aside. He kept it. He
even said no, I could just keep doing this, bringing
it back and bringing it. I was like, no, you.

Speaker 1 (24:03):
Don't keep doing it. Eventually they're gonna catch on.

Speaker 2 (24:05):
Yeah, here comes a kid again. So now I picked
him up yesterday. He's got a full ream of paper
copy paper, and he's got a booklet on making paper airplanes.

Speaker 4 (24:16):
Oh yeah, now that I could go on.

Speaker 2 (24:18):
So he's onto that one now. And then when he
got to the house, he started making airplanes. And I
have to go out, so come see this one. You
go out there and it's like nose dive into the
grass or oh look he made a loop in that stuff.
So yeah, it's like since he's been out. It's been
two weeks. He's already got three different hobbies. He's just
blowing through that good. I mean, that's fighting the boredom.
It's better than screen time. It's better than screen time.

(24:41):
And he's got something in his hands.

Speaker 3 (24:42):
At least he's not like, we should just go go outside,
is what we were told.

Speaker 4 (24:47):
We go outside and get into whatever.

Speaker 2 (24:49):
They've been a couple of times already in just these
two weeks. I've told him go out outside. Yeah, you know,
get off of my computer and go outside.

Speaker 4 (24:55):
Coming up next with Murphy, Sam and Jody. Why Producer Bailey.

Speaker 3 (24:59):
Has to keep calling the police?

Speaker 1 (25:04):
The preparing has the eternal struggle over summer, what to
do with the kids, and how do you do it
with that crossing of fortune? So some simple, inexpensive things
at eight seven seven three one oh four MSJ. You
can share yours with us and Carla earlier if you
missed that on the Murphy Simon Jody podcast, you can
find out what she and her family are doing.

Speaker 4 (25:20):
Boy talk about cheap yeah, well inexpensive.

Speaker 2 (25:23):
Well yeah, I don't think we're in cheap Yeah, well
pretty much free.

Speaker 3 (25:26):
Producer Bailey, when we first met you, you had a motorcycle. Yeah,
like cool, he comes to work on a bike. He's
bad and he's got this long hair. Okay, so what
a weekendo us knowing you someone stole your bike?

Speaker 4 (25:39):
Yeah, in the middle of the night.

Speaker 12 (25:40):
I had come back from a band gig gig, Yeah, and.

Speaker 4 (25:45):
That bart around. We had a gig.

Speaker 1 (25:46):
Oh and you pulled up and you realize something's missing.

Speaker 3 (25:49):
Wait a second, hold on, this is what kind of
motorcycle are we talking about.

Speaker 12 (25:52):
It's just a little scooter, just a two hundred and
fifty c SE scooter.

Speaker 4 (25:55):
Oh, I didn't know. I'm picturing some big Yeah.

Speaker 1 (25:58):
I thought you were big Carley with the two wheels
on the.

Speaker 4 (26:01):
Back of Okay, so it's a scooter. Wait, this is
still important to you.

Speaker 2 (26:04):
We don't want to talk about it anymore since.

Speaker 3 (26:06):
The scooter seriously, Okay, so you've seen it around since?

Speaker 12 (26:11):
Yeah, it's it's still roaming around in the city, in
your neighborhood, at least from the same spot that it
got started.

Speaker 1 (26:18):
All right, But if you've seen it and then you know,
call the police. Is nobody been able to track it down?
Have you seen it with your own eyes or other
people going it's Bailey that's your bike.

Speaker 12 (26:27):
It's other people seeing it because I'm not on that
side of town all the time.

Speaker 4 (26:31):
Okay, so it's like a friend of yours sees it
and calls you. Yeah, I know, have you seen a
person on it or you've seen it parked? No, they
saw it parked out front.

Speaker 1 (26:41):
You know, if you're going to go approach someone.

Speaker 4 (26:44):
You don't know, do that?

Speaker 2 (26:47):
Is that my bike?

Speaker 1 (26:48):
Now my scooter on behalf of a friend? Probably not
a good idea, right law enforcement?

Speaker 3 (26:53):
Are you planning to like, do you have your friends
you telling them to call you next time they see it?

Speaker 4 (26:58):
Are you going to try to go? Are you going
to call police?

Speaker 12 (27:00):
If if I'm available, I am going to be calling
the police and showing up to the area.

Speaker 4 (27:06):
I'm not really broached the bike.

Speaker 1 (27:08):
The thing is it could be you know, is it
such a unique color that it couldn't be somebody else's
bike and using.

Speaker 2 (27:14):
It can't be?

Speaker 1 (27:15):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (27:15):
Oh really bright yellow distinctive markings?

Speaker 1 (27:18):
What yeah?

Speaker 4 (27:18):
Instagram the key Ford Still.

Speaker 12 (27:20):
I got the key for it. There's stickers on the bike.
The bike is broke specific with it's a it's a
super unique.

Speaker 4 (27:28):
You see about yourself. You're going to take it back.
You want to, I really want is not a good idea,
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (27:32):
Would if you've already, you know, called the police on
this and they're on the lookout for it.

Speaker 4 (27:36):
Then you're stealing it from yourself.

Speaker 1 (27:38):
Yeah, I it would probably be a good idea just
to let them know, Okay, you spotted it somewhere.

Speaker 2 (27:42):
Yeah, and that'd be ironic. They pull him over riding
the bike. We got a report of this being stolen.

Speaker 3 (27:47):
Right coming up in the next five minutes with Sammy Julie,
we finally gets to figure out what you were right about,
Sam and I was wrong?

Speaker 4 (27:56):
Really, get ready to do your little dance.

Speaker 1 (28:01):
Coming up today after the show, which you get exclusively
when you subscribe to the Murphy Samy Jody podcast. Producer
David's going to be taking some pretty drastic measures to
his appearance.

Speaker 4 (28:09):
Yep, we'll do that after the show.

Speaker 3 (28:10):
Right now, you're ready to find out what you're right about, Sam.

Speaker 2 (28:13):
Let me get the pen and paper. Okay.

Speaker 3 (28:17):
So I was telling you about inviting Dane over my
father in law Dad. I mean I was going to
teach him how to make my red sauce that I've
made forever that he likes a lot, and he wants
to learn how to cook it, and so we're gonna
I was going to teach him how and let him
cook it with me, and I was going to write
it all down for him, because I've been making it
for years. It's not something I write down, not something

(28:38):
I'm sure I had a recipe years ago, you know.

Speaker 1 (28:41):
But most people, when they've got a dish that they're
comfortable with you, you don't look at the recipe anymore.

Speaker 3 (28:45):
The woman who taught me this long time ago, when
I first started cooking, was my former step dad's mother.

Speaker 1 (28:53):
Wait, hold on a second, taught you to red sauce.

Speaker 4 (29:01):
Yeah, okay, well I'm an Italian woman.

Speaker 1 (29:03):
At least that relationship it was something good.

Speaker 3 (29:05):
Okay, we're not going there. This is how she made it.
And you're right, Sam, when I tell somebody how to
cook something. It took me forever just to write this down.
We put it on our website. I did get it right.
It's on the website. If you want to make my whatever,
cook it all day, cook it down, red sauce. It's
not hard. It's from mostly from cans. You start with

(29:27):
three little cans of tomato paste. And you add sugar
or sugar substitute to it, and you stir that and
that's your base, and then you cook it down with
stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce and seasonings. You cook it
all day and then you add the meat an hour
or so later after it cooks.

Speaker 1 (29:41):
What was Sam right about here?

Speaker 3 (29:42):
If you Sam was saying, well, you is he was
asking all the questions about exactly what size can and
was this Jodie, Because.

Speaker 1 (29:49):
Yeah, when you say small, how many ounces? When you
say medium.

Speaker 4 (29:53):
You're right.

Speaker 3 (29:53):
I'm not a good specific recipe or when I tell
people how to cook something.

Speaker 2 (30:00):
Your creamy spaghetti too, had some of those on it.
I looked at the recipe when it was on the
website and it's like a container of this and some
of that.

Speaker 1 (30:08):
And reasonably large packet of chess.

Speaker 2 (30:11):
Full of things.

Speaker 3 (30:12):
Sorry, So what I'm what I'm telling you is that
you're making me a better whatever what.

Speaker 2 (30:19):
You're saying is true though, because if it's something you've
done forever from memory, it's hard to get down paper.
When it's good, you go back and it's like, wait,
is it a quarter cup or a third of a cup?

Speaker 7 (30:27):
Right?

Speaker 2 (30:27):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (30:29):
That's the trick. There's a difference between doing and teaching right.
Teaching takes a special expertise and very specific.

Speaker 3 (30:35):
So I really got down and specific in the recipe.
The red Sauce at Murphy Salmon, Jody dot Com.

Speaker 2 (30:41):
It size cans coming up.

Speaker 5 (30:46):
You're Hollywood.

Speaker 3 (30:47):
The Clooney twins are here. You see how everybody's doing.
And we've got their names.

Speaker 6 (30:51):
That's next, Judy's Hollywood Outsider.

Speaker 3 (30:56):
The Clooney twins are here. Not going to make you
wait though for the names. George and Themal Clooney have
had their twins, a boy and a girl. Boy's name
is Alexander Clooney. Lovely girl's name is Ella. Pretty classic names.
I love it and give them a I mean they're
already Clooney's, you know, but nice solid name. Love it

(31:18):
a lot. The word is that Amal and the twins
are doing fine. They're resting comfortably. Everybody's happy and healthy,
which is the big concern. And the word from George's
publicist is that George is sedated and should recover in
a few days.

Speaker 2 (31:35):
Then you have his own branded tequila or something.

Speaker 3 (31:37):
Does he was Casa Migo's is the name of it
or something, and he was joking about naming them Cassa
and Amiga.

Speaker 4 (31:42):
Yeah, it's just he's.

Speaker 3 (31:44):
Gonna be a fun daddy. He's gonna be a fun
Daddy'll be fun. You know, he'll be doing his first
couple of weeks. You know, this is the real night life, George.
I guess unless you have a bunch of nannies. I
want to take you to last night to James Corden's
Late Late show. He did carpool karaoke with Ed Sheeran.

Speaker 5 (32:00):
It's got a real sex circular head.

Speaker 4 (32:06):
It's the best place to find them.

Speaker 3 (32:10):
Just riding around singing the songs. I mean, I can
keep my eyes off of Belle. It's like a thirteen
minute video that's circulating now today because they debuted it
last night. They even talked about how Ed Sheeran doesn't
have a cell phone anymore and why I'd.

Speaker 10 (32:25):
Wake up every morning they'd be like fifty messages and
none of them would say, hey, how are you. It'd
be like can I have this?

Speaker 5 (32:29):
Can you let me this? Can you do this?

Speaker 10 (32:31):
Can I get this? And it's it was fine at
the beginning, and it just got really really draining by
by the end of it. So getting rid of that,
going travel and get expective, making an album that I love.
Everything's Everything's great.

Speaker 2 (32:44):
If I can do that.

Speaker 4 (32:45):
I mean, he's got people to tell him fifteen.

Speaker 2 (32:48):
Years ago, I lived that way. I works for Ed.
I get him a big, big way, right though. He's
got people.

Speaker 4 (32:56):
They had a really good time.

Speaker 3 (32:58):
They sang a bunch of good songs. Anyway, it's circulating today.
You can catch the whole thing. I'lso have a quick
little arion a piece of news. Alriana Grande heading back
to the stage tonight in Paris, but she has released
at her fans requests that live recording of Over the Rainbow.

Speaker 2 (33:28):
That's how she closed out the Manchester One Love Manchester.

Speaker 3 (33:32):
Sheeds will go to victims and families of the Manchester bombing.
Lovely that she's doing that and everybody was requesting it.
Your next Hollywood Outsider is coming up this morning at
eight thirty. I'm coming up just after eight though. We
have to brag a little bit on Chivalrous Sam.

Speaker 8 (33:47):
Up to date with Jdi's Hollywood Outsider.

Speaker 1 (33:53):
So have you already follow us on Facebook? But you're
not following us on Instagram Instagram yet, go ahead and
do that, but you're waiting for There are some different
things that we want to posting their different pictures, like
Sam's graduation photo.

Speaker 4 (34:05):
Ladies, contain yourself.

Speaker 1 (34:07):
It looks like it's from a slightly different era, that's
all we'll say.

Speaker 2 (34:10):
And I had hair.

Speaker 1 (34:10):
His reunion is this weekend anyway. And look, if you
don't follow us on either, we should have liked us
on Facebook today. That way you'll always know when we
go Facebook Live.

Speaker 3 (34:17):
We love to hear from you there as well. I
want to give a little shout out to the gentlemen.
One of the gentlemen in this room.

Speaker 4 (34:22):
Ha ha.

Speaker 1 (34:23):
Okay, are we all gentlemen?

Speaker 4 (34:26):
Yes, actually four of us and you.

Speaker 3 (34:28):
It's true. But yesterday when I was leaving where you
don't know this, shep Murphy. I forgot to tell you,
But yesterday when I was leaving, it was starting to
rain and I was parked really close. I didn't have
that long, but I was in heels and I didn't
want to run in the rain and heels. Okay, guess
who happens to be leaving at the same time as me,
mister Sam, who's standing there with an umbrella who walked

(34:49):
me to my car with an umbrella.

Speaker 1 (34:51):
That's awesome speech.

Speaker 3 (34:53):
Put that on your dating profile. That he I didn't
really have to ask. I looked at you with some
puppy eyes, but you.

Speaker 2 (35:00):
There was a split second where it's like, well, I
could just walk away. I mean she's only part ten
feet away and it's really not raining that hard.

Speaker 3 (35:08):
I know, I really I really could have. If it
weren't for the heels, I would have just run.

Speaker 1 (35:14):
But oh yeah, I'm glad you didn't. I know, you
know what I should do there, Sam, I can help you,
just like Jody help you with your dating profile the
last time. I could, you know, kind of chime in
from the friend part and show the photo. You know,
here's Sam walking my wife to the car in the rain.
You know what a guy?

Speaker 4 (35:33):
Sam?

Speaker 3 (35:33):
Also opens doors. I mean you do too, Murphy, But
I noticed that over the years I got to get
out no no, no opens doors for ladies. Always does
that too, So I just thought that was nice.

Speaker 2 (35:45):
You know, there's a few redeeming qualities still left a
lot of redeeming quality.

Speaker 1 (35:50):
Do you do you let women get out of the
elevator first?

Speaker 2 (35:52):
Yeah? Do the hand gesture if they stand there and
it's like a face off. I do the hand gesture anyway.

Speaker 4 (35:58):
I like that and appreciate that.

Speaker 2 (35:59):
By the way, hand gesture is please you first, it's
not the other hand gesture.

Speaker 4 (36:03):
Oh ha ha, All right, coming up, all right, coming up.

Speaker 3 (36:08):
The sweetest thing that happened when I took our Phoebe
to get her first makeup ever of her own.

Speaker 4 (36:14):
We'll do that.

Speaker 3 (36:15):
Also, Carla wants to let us know one of the inexpensive,
cool things that you can do with your kids in
the summertime at.

Speaker 1 (36:22):
Your next eight seven seven three one oh four ms.

Speaker 6 (36:25):
J cool or texts eight seven seven three one oh
four six seven five.

Speaker 3 (36:35):
It's summer now, and so we're all kicking around ideas
of great, inexpensive quality time things you can do with
the kids. I love these ideas because they, you know,
go back to my country soul.

Speaker 1 (36:47):
So so you mean they're simple. Yeah, I'm not saying
that's bad. I'm saying that's awesome.

Speaker 4 (36:53):
Oh you know, everything doesn't have to be a video game.

Speaker 1 (36:55):
Okayod morning, Carla.

Speaker 9 (36:58):
Good morning. I just wanted to you guys, thought something
to my sister in law that's with her kids, but
her kids are grown now, so they're doing it with theirs.
But in the summertime, she used to paint rocks with
her children. Yes, they had all these this cute just
different things, you know, flowers or bugs or whatever they

(37:19):
set on their rocks. Then they would go all over
the city, different parks and trails, and they would leave
these pretty painted rocks. And they found as they went
back to different areas, people would take the rocks home.
Of course, times the rocks would be gone.

Speaker 3 (37:37):
If you find a rock that's painted like that, you
would kid especially would go, oh my gosh, it's so special.

Speaker 4 (37:42):
I'm keeping it right.

Speaker 9 (37:44):
And so they have had so much fun. And so
now her children are grown. They were all over the country.
But he started with a bunch of ladies and they
just recently did a whole flew oft of rocks and
put them in a park nice. So I thought it
was just that is really fun to do with your kids.

Speaker 4 (38:02):
It is fun. It's cheap.

Speaker 3 (38:04):
My Phoebe, we have some painted rocks around the house
and at the door, at the front door because she
when she finds a really nice smooth one that's got
enough of a canvas if you will, she paints it yeah,
and this all started well.

Speaker 4 (38:18):
She was little. She's always been really creative.

Speaker 3 (38:20):
But I actually bought her a paint your own Rocks
set that came with all these great smooth, paintable rocks.

Speaker 4 (38:27):
So she looks for those kind of rocks and paints.

Speaker 9 (38:29):
That's the cutest thing it is, and it's so yeah.

Speaker 1 (38:32):
It is, Thank you, Carla. It's much cheaper to find
than than it is to buy the box like that.

Speaker 4 (38:36):
We should find some of the smoky's this summer.

Speaker 2 (38:38):
There's a money maker.

Speaker 10 (38:39):
Huh.

Speaker 2 (38:40):
Bag of rocks.

Speaker 4 (38:41):
You can buy bags of rocks, yea with paint.

Speaker 3 (38:44):
Thank you again, Carla reached us anytime eight seven seven,
three one zero four six seven five Coming.

Speaker 5 (38:50):
Up next with Murphy Salmon.

Speaker 3 (38:52):
Jokey, what our Phoebe picked out is her first ever
makeup because I took her yesterday and the cutest part
of the whole thing on the way, took our Phoebe
girl to get her first ever makeup of her very own.

Speaker 4 (39:05):
Now, she's played in makeup for years.

Speaker 3 (39:06):
She used to sit at my mom's vanity when she
was a little bitty and put on a ton of
makeup and play dress up and walk around on your
mom or her grandmother's house on herself.

Speaker 2 (39:16):
Okay, but that's different when.

Speaker 1 (39:18):
They're a little on there playing like that, that's one thing.
But so you know now our youngest daughter is the
real deal interested in missing Yeah, And.

Speaker 3 (39:24):
I thought she was going to ask last year because
a lot of her friends at school in sixth grade
started wearing little bits here and there.

Speaker 4 (39:29):
But she never asked.

Speaker 3 (39:31):
And I was like, oh, I love that, you know,
I love that spot that she's saying. No way, But
she did ask this summer to start getting a few
little things and start dabbling, like absolutely. And so I
got home yesterday and as soon as I hit the door,
she was on me, can we go to the door?

Speaker 4 (39:47):
Can we go? I want to get a little bag,
and may I get some shimmer shadow?

Speaker 2 (39:50):
So like, okay, what is shimmer shadow? I don't know,
but I kind of like the name of that shimmer shadow.

Speaker 3 (39:55):
She means eyeshadow that's not just flat color that shimmers
a little bit that looks like full tarkole. Yeah, not full,
not full glitter, but just shimmers. And she picked out
exactly what I thought she would, a beautiful little palette.

Speaker 2 (40:07):
So you didn't have to the counter and have a professional.

Speaker 4 (40:10):
No, we didn't.

Speaker 3 (40:10):
She has been watching me at the regular store for
years by this and that and the other thing, and
so she's had her eye on a few things, which
is great because it was financially easy, Murphy. If I
took her to the counter, might be a different story.

Speaker 1 (40:22):
Oh is that what happens? You get up sold there.

Speaker 4 (40:25):
And the department store. The makeup is not cheap, okay, right?

Speaker 2 (40:28):
Remember when Jodie's mom when she was little, took her
to Dollar General the counter, not Dollar General.

Speaker 4 (40:33):
We did not. We went to a makeup store.

Speaker 1 (40:35):
Yeah, for the longest time, she thought she was supposed
to wear two different colored eye shadow, different eyes.

Speaker 3 (40:40):
What's up, Dolly, I went to an actual cosmetic store
for the first time, So stop anyway. I do love makeup,
and and you know, she asked, and she's totally it's fine.

Speaker 4 (40:52):
She The cutest part of it though.

Speaker 3 (40:54):
She picked out a little bag and the shimmer shadow,
and I did get her a soft black masscara one
she wanted that, although she's not interested in wearing mascara often.
The cutest part is on the way home, we're backing out,
We're we're not even on the road yet. We're still
in the parking lot. She's ripping that stuff out of
the bags and starting to put it on in the
passenger seat in the mirror. It was so precious she
couldn't wait to start playing with it. It's really cute

(41:17):
and I love so that is what she started with
her first thing, shimmer Shadow. She already had lip gloss,
and when she does finally want to cover those little freckles,
it's going to kill me inside.

Speaker 4 (41:27):
She doesn't no coverage.

Speaker 6 (41:29):
Next, Jody's got the Hollywood Outsider.

Speaker 3 (41:32):
The Clooney twins are here and everybody's mostly resting comfortably,
and tell you their names.

Speaker 6 (41:37):
Next, Jody's Hollywood Outsider.

Speaker 3 (41:42):
The Clooney twins are here. George Clooney's a daddy. Are
you ready to the names? First of all, the mall
and the twins are fine and resting comfortably and everybody's healthy.
Their names are Ella and Alexander Nice Alexander Clooney and
Ella Clooney Alexander. We'll see, we'll see what George, what
George decides. L Any Mall's resting comfortably and everybody's healthy,

(42:05):
which is the biggest, you know, concern, And the statement
from their pr person is, George is sedated and the
troop recover in a few days. Don't you like those names?
The word is that President Obama and Michelle Obama visited.
Were the last people to see Amala and George before
they became parents. They popped by their London mansion out
in the mansion just outside of London and hung out
with them the other day for about four hours before leaving.

Speaker 8 (42:28):
Up to date with Shdie's Hollywood Outside.

Speaker 3 (42:31):
Her some really cool news from Ariana Grunde and the
music world today. You know, she did that one love
Manchester concert just the other night. The next time she
takes the stage is tonight in Paris. But as soon
as I mean before the lights were even down and
that show was over, fans were asking, for begging for

(42:52):
her to release that live recording of Somewhere Over the
Rainbow that she ended the show with, And every time
we played it, we were saying, man, she needs to
do a whole album of standards. It would be lovely,

(43:14):
very different than what we hear her do. Well, anyway,
she's released it. They've released it, the live recording. You
can get it now from this performance and the proceeds
will go to the victims and families of the Manchester bombing.

Speaker 2 (43:27):
I saw that most of the artists who before, actually
all the artists who perform, they had a bump in
sales over the weekend.

Speaker 4 (43:32):
Yeah, they sure did, being on the show.

Speaker 3 (43:35):
That song actually has more significance to her than just this. Now,
I guess it's just added to the significance. It was
her grandfather's favorite song. Oh, and she was very close
to him, and she performed it at his funeral years ago.
And now she's performed it and it's you know.

Speaker 2 (43:52):
So we can get it now, all change this.

Speaker 3 (43:53):
Yeah, her fans are loving it and it benefits those
bombing victims.

Speaker 5 (43:58):
Yeah, Sam has me.

Speaker 2 (44:00):

to be a big change. Yeah, all of us
