Speaker 1 (00:03):
So, Jody, how did you sleep last night?
Speaker 2 (00:05):
I'm okay, although I did have some stressful dreams. Sweet
what about you, Murphy?
Speaker 1 (00:10):
I woke up a nervous record.
Speaker 3 (00:12):
Let me guess you guys were watching Ozark, were.
Speaker 2 (00:15):
Watching it at night before going to bed, which is
the problem on the steak. Yeah, Ozark on Netflix, starring
Jason Bateman.
Speaker 1 (00:22):
Hop money launderer for the second largest drug cartel in Mexico.
Speaker 4 (00:25):
Go. I mean, come on, policeman.
Speaker 1 (00:29):
Jail time or witness protection program the best if we
even get that far, if we make it.
Speaker 2 (00:33):
That far, Okay, Laura Lenny is also the wife. She's fabulous.
Have you started this season? See?
Speaker 3 (00:39):
Watched the first episode of season two. That's it.
Speaker 1 (00:42):
See Without giving you any spoilers here, this one's going
downhill the way that Bloodline did, I mean it just
and I guess it's deteriorating. I don't mean the quality
of the show.
Speaker 2 (00:51):
You mean breaking back. It's the storyline, Okay, Okay, blood Line.
Speaker 1 (00:54):
The Bloodline did the same thing, absolutely, breaking bad. Absolutely,
I mean it's the same concept. Because of the business
that they're is keep getting deeper into it. Yeah, you can't.
I guess the concept is it's a downward spiral.
Speaker 2 (01:04):
It's addictive to watch, though it is unbelievable. Got to
know what happens. The second season is better than the first,
Like there's something big that happens in every scene now,
and so we are going to finish this. I think
it's ten episodes. I think we're on seven, so we're
not that far away. But the rule is not past
eight pm. Like if we're at seven fifty nine, they're
twenty more minutes to goo in an episode, too bad.
Speaker 3 (01:25):
So like no coffee past four, no Ozark passed eight.
Speaker 1 (01:28):
I'm gonna have just stop doing that, especially since I'm
starting to talk to the dogs. Like Jason Bateman, you know,
you don't want to go outside with this Finders. You
can stay inside, you can potty in your crate.
Speaker 5 (01:40):
Mine to the dogs is the least you do.
Speaker 3 (01:42):
Because one of the things about Ozark, if you've never
seen it, is when the show starts, there's that little
graphic that has four.
Speaker 5 (01:49):
Yeah specific oh yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:50):
Producer Bailey's the first one that called that to my attention.
Is like, so I pause that immediately exactly to talk
about it.
Speaker 3 (01:56):
That's what I'm doing now. I'll look at and go okay, crowbar, lamp, yeah, bota.
Speaker 2 (02:00):
Gotcha, and all four of those things will mean something
in the episode.
Speaker 5 (02:04):
So it's this artistic little things.
Speaker 1 (02:06):
It's like bingo because the show goes on, it's like
check crowbar.
Speaker 2 (02:11):
Yeah, I think to give us the o again at
the end so we can do the checklist.
Speaker 5 (02:15):
But anyway, that's what we're binging hard.
Speaker 3 (02:17):
Not not kids, just FYI.
Speaker 2 (02:20):
Not at all for kids. In fact, we have to
turn the volume way down low. Yeah, thanks to that
girl and the trailer.
Speaker 1 (02:26):
Unless you want to teach some new language.
Speaker 3 (02:29):
Now they learned that from you dealing with podcast.
Speaker 5 (02:31):
That's right.
Speaker 4 (02:31):
Murphy coming up with Murphy's Sam and Jody My.
Speaker 2 (02:34):
Next hour, Best couple's costumes for Halloween. I know it's early,
but when you're talking about handling everybody in the family
and you you have to get on it quick.
Speaker 5 (02:43):
Guys.
Speaker 2 (02:44):
Okay, so best couple costume ideas today? Coming up next, First,
Hollywood Outsider of the Morning. It is really true. Tony
Danzas coming back to Netflix with Josh Grobin. They have
a show together, Judy's Hollywood. It's really true. It's not
some bogus headline. When you see that Josh Grobin and
(03:06):
Tony Danza have a show together. He acts too.
Speaker 3 (03:12):
Is this the first time he's been at a TV show.
Speaker 5 (03:14):
That I know of? I don't follow him.
Speaker 1 (03:16):
Okay, it's a second time he's popped.
Speaker 3 (03:19):
Up this week.
Speaker 5 (03:20):
I know it's Josh Grobin week.
Speaker 3 (03:22):
Yeah, he was the subject Katy Perry Y Perry song.
Speaker 2 (03:25):
And now he's got a murder show, a drama dy
so drama, and a little comedy thrown in with Tony
Danza on Netflix called The Good Cop.
Speaker 4 (03:34):
Hey, s mine, how's it going?
Speaker 6 (03:37):
You can't bring a civilian to an active crime scene?
Speaker 4 (03:39):
Come on, son, I mean she's not exactly a civilian.
I mean look at her.
Speaker 3 (03:42):
Yeah. Other than the m.
Speaker 2 (03:45):
This is them talking about it, doing a little interview.
They're saying it's a family show. He plays the Tony
Danza plays the dad who's an ex kind of crooked cop,
and Josh Grobin is the young new cop who's not
crooked at all. He's completely straight laced and too serious. Right,
I can see it happen. Well, I could see it,
and it's on Netflix now, huh.
Speaker 5 (04:04):
I do love me some Tony dancer.
Speaker 1 (04:05):
Now, this isn't like one of those musical TV shows
right where they break out and song.
Speaker 5 (04:09):
Oh no, but a good cop? Cool? Could they?
Speaker 3 (04:13):
They totally could sing singing the Miranda Rights.
Speaker 5 (04:15):
Apparently they do.
Speaker 2 (04:16):
They do some singing on set because you can't help
it with Josh Grovin around, they you know, to lighten
up moods when you're on a set. Apparently it's a
lot of waiting to get into production and stuff like that.
Speaker 5 (04:25):
But it's you know, Tony Dancer.
Speaker 3 (04:27):
And Josh Grove.
Speaker 5 (04:28):
Yeah, I'm Josh Grovin. It's so strange Marphy.
Speaker 3 (04:30):
Now you mentioned that what is the what is the
legal ramification of singing something? There? They were Miranda Rights.
I mean, well the judge go, okay, we're going to
throw this out.
Speaker 5 (04:40):
I'm inspired.
Speaker 1 (04:41):
Well, there's already been one singing a cop show in
the past. That's one we ought to go back in reference.
Remember that it's like fifteen twenty years ago there was
a police show that that that's they've broken the song.
I'm not joking here. I have no idea because I
never watched it.
Speaker 5 (04:54):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (04:54):
Both of you. You're looking at me like like you're crazy.
Speaker 5 (04:57):
I don't know. I don't know it. I will tell
you this.
Speaker 2 (04:59):
Speaking of now Flix, guess what's streaming in October?
Speaker 5 (05:02):
You can look forward to it. The Shining.
Speaker 4 (05:06):
Little Pig, Little Pig, you go, let me come in.
Not bind the hair on your chiny chin chin.
Speaker 2 (05:14):
If it's time to introduce some family members to this,
if they've never seen it, that is a horror missing time.
Speaker 1 (05:19):
For a Halloween if they can handle it. So, what
is the name of the cop show?
Speaker 3 (05:23):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (05:23):
That cop show is called cop Rock and it was
ranked number eight on TV Guy's list of the fiftieth
worst TV shows.
Speaker 5 (05:33):
Something proud to not have known it?
Speaker 4 (05:35):
Murphy, Sam and Jody your Hollywood.
Speaker 3 (05:37):
I need use guys to answer a question for me
about why people make such a big deal a lot
about what month you're born in.
Speaker 1 (05:48):
Next, our best couple costumes. You know, if you want
to go together and you want to do something that's
the theme, will give you a couple of helpful ideas
if you're stuck.
Speaker 5 (05:56):
Yeah, we want yours too. In the mailbag on the way.
Speaker 3 (05:58):
Something occurred to me yesterday when I was talking to
someone about my birthday being in September. You know, I'd say, Hey,
when's the birthday os September? And the person reacted really,
oh wow, what day? And it made me think, why
do we do that?
Speaker 5 (06:15):
Yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 1 (06:17):
Well we think we're going to have something in common.
Now it's a one in thirty or thirty one chance,
I know.
Speaker 3 (06:21):
But okay, even that.
Speaker 1 (06:24):
It's like, oh my god, you're the second, I'm the second,
and then you go.
Speaker 5 (06:29):
What year where?
Speaker 7 (06:30):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (06:31):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (06:31):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (06:32):
Is it just me being you know, well you're here,
or is there like a wow thing?
Speaker 5 (06:37):
It's human nature?
Speaker 2 (06:39):
Yeah, they say that if you're on a first We
talked about this recently. Guys, if you're on a first
date with somebody or on a date period with somebody
and they end up ordering the same thing you were
about to order, you're like, wow, it's all mate, Yeah,
it could be.
Speaker 1 (06:52):
Or I mean maybe it's a zodiac sign thing. The
only problem there is half the month is going to
be one way, half the other. Yeah, Claus, the fact
that zodiac is nonsense.
Speaker 5 (07:00):
I knew you're gonna say that.
Speaker 3 (07:02):
Don't you find their strange coincidences?
Speaker 8 (07:03):
Though?
Speaker 1 (07:04):
There are people that I know that actually I am
in alignment with. Here we go, Yes, I share fire
signs with a couple of people.
Speaker 3 (07:11):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (07:12):
Unfortunately, Jodie is not one of them.
Speaker 5 (07:13):
Yeah, but just kidding, fine by me with that.
Speaker 3 (07:16):
But zodiacs and horoscopes are just like palm readers and
all that. You use the generalities.
Speaker 2 (07:22):
Anybody can you can say that, but I do, we
do know some people who really believe in that, And
if you dig deeper, there apparently really is something.
Speaker 1 (07:29):
I think there's a difference between the horoscope trying to
predict the future and they're potentially being similarities in the
zodiac sign. I don't think those are the same thing.
I mean, I do believe that, aren't. I mean, typically
Leo's are pretty similar. You know, for the most part,
we're stubborn, you know, we're ambitious. What else are we
were like, thank you, I like that.
Speaker 3 (07:50):
But see, both of you are in July, but you're
not a Leo. I'm not You're earlier in the month.
Speaker 5 (07:56):
Anyway.
Speaker 2 (07:57):
I don't know what it is what it is either
about the very close to birthday, but I can tell
you it helps you remember someone. If you end up
having a birthday close to someone, you remember that forever.
Maybe because it's you know you, it's narcissistic. Oh, it's
just like me, Yeah, you know well.
Speaker 1 (08:12):
In the case of me and producer Bailey, it's very real.
Same day, July thirty. First, you both like electronics and
you're both like Vinyl. Yeah, Harry Potter's birthday, something to
the zodiac thing.
Speaker 7 (08:23):
Sam, Yeah, Sam has music news.
Speaker 3 (08:26):
Yeah, Lady Gaga has dropped a new song on us,
possible Grammy and Oscar winner from the Star Is Born.
I'll share it with you.
Speaker 4 (08:34):
Sam's got music news, soody.
Speaker 1 (08:36):
We are just a week away from a Star is Born.
Speaker 3 (08:38):
I know not only the movie, but the soundtrack will
come out the same day. But Lady Gaga has released
about a minute long snippet of a new song that's
on the soundtrack. And this is here the critics you're
already talking about this, saying this might be the Grammy
winner or the Oscar winner for song from a movie.
It's called Is That all Right?
Speaker 9 (08:55):
Life is so simple, a little, a little cool, laughing
and love, trying to figure.
Speaker 4 (09:08):
Out the world.
Speaker 2 (09:10):
I'm so glad it ended up being Gaga for this role.
There were a lot of different people in line for it.
Speaker 3 (09:15):
Now, after you hear the song, you have to go
A song's pretty?
Speaker 1 (09:18):
Is that about me?
Speaker 5 (09:19):
That's what he sounds me Bradley.
Speaker 3 (09:22):
But I checked the soundtrack out and Bradley's on about
five or six songs on there, some by himself, some
with Gaga at.
Speaker 2 (09:28):
Least, so it's about him too. It's about his wife too,
the story and I don't.
Speaker 3 (09:31):
Know who's singing it or if it's the original version,
but somewhere over the rainbows on the soundtrack too, it
doesn't say sung by Gaga or anything. We'll see be
curious to see how anyway, that's coming out next Friday,
along same day as the movie comes out.
Speaker 5 (09:42):
The movie We're same day. We're going to the movie
Smurph okay.
Speaker 3 (09:46):
A couple of days after that. On October the ninth,
on ABC, it's the American Music Awards and Mariah Carey
has been added to the performer's list.
Speaker 5 (09:53):
Does she know she has to show up on time?
Speaker 1 (09:58):
You could have performed classics? Or is this going to
be like your new song or what?
Speaker 3 (10:01):
She's got a new album that's going to be coming out,
So she's going to perform the debut single off it,
which hasn't been released yet, called with You Okay.
Speaker 1 (10:08):
Not without you, with you uh A long time ago.
Speaker 3 (10:11):
Yeah, Carrie Underwood's going to be on there to performing
Imagine Dragons, so it should be fun. That's CBS October
the ninth, and okay here it's quiz time. Here, put
on your ears and tell me who this is singing?
Speaker 7 (10:24):
Just bees?
Speaker 4 (10:26):
Is Kimmy sent a second?
Speaker 1 (10:32):
Jody's usually pretty good at this. I can't.
Speaker 2 (10:35):
I was gonna say Lady Antebellum, but that's.
Speaker 5 (10:38):
Very close not hearing.
Speaker 3 (10:40):
Maybe this will help you.
Speaker 1 (10:42):
Van Perry, Yes, Van Perry is out.
Speaker 3 (10:45):
They have gone away from country. They went pop for
a while. Now they've gone completely electronic.
Speaker 5 (10:50):
Wowsa.
Speaker 3 (10:51):
They have a new ep out. Uh it's called Coordinates.
They all dye their hair blonde. It's all electronic. Rick
Rubin is the producer.
Speaker 5 (11:00):
Yeah, ooh yeah, and they keep the band Perry name though.
Speaker 3 (11:03):
They keep the band Parry. So I don't know if
you go to a concert expecting to hear.
Speaker 1 (11:06):
If I die young and you don't get maybe they'll
do it. Probably do a little bit of everything. Yeah,
this certainly makes it interesting. They keep mixing it up.
Speaker 7 (11:13):
Mercy Music News.
Speaker 2 (11:16):
Would love to hear from you. Eight seven seven three
to one zero four MSJ. You can call anytime. Hope
is next with something she wants to tell us about
that her daughter does. That's super sweet. We love hearing
from you. Give us a call anytime. Eight seven seven
three one zero four ms J.
Speaker 1 (11:35):
What's up, Hope.
Speaker 8 (11:37):
I was going about the greeting cards and the birthday cards,
and I have a fifteen year old daughter that she
keeps every card she's given nice, and I think it's
just really unique and different, especially for this technology age group.
Yeah right, I just wanted to share.
Speaker 2 (11:55):
Yeah, yeah, it shows that she's sentimental and sweet. I've
always kept cards that meant something to me, but I
can't say that I keep cards if somebody just signed
their name.
Speaker 8 (12:04):
Because I agree. I'm the opposite one that likes to
throw everything away.
Speaker 2 (12:11):
Anytime anybody in our house loses anything, they assume I
threw it away.
Speaker 8 (12:16):
Yes, yes, So don't dare go in her room and
throw her cards away because yeah, he had to keep
them in a zippunk bag. So it's pretty cool.
Speaker 5 (12:24):
That's nice.
Speaker 2 (12:26):
So, Hope, does that make you as when it's time
to give her a card, you think you're more thoughtful
about it?
Speaker 1 (12:31):
Right? I am. Yes, that's cool, and you know I
actually used to do the same thing. What I used
to keep all my greeting cards from the people that
are really you know, meant a lot to me. Not
every single one, but sorry, even if they just signed
their name. Well, my grandmother always did things like guess who.
And you know, everybody called her Heidi, that was her nickname,
and so she would do guess who and then h
and then she put the blanks after it. Cute things
(12:53):
like that that makes it fun. Yeah, I kept those.
Speaker 5 (12:56):
Yeah, that's special. Yeah, different, So.
Speaker 1 (12:58):
I'm a sentimental fool like that. I guess. As time
has gone on and we've collected more stuff, I've tried
to purge more stuff.
Speaker 3 (13:05):
But yeah, car there is something you said yesterday, Murphy.
It made me think about it because I still have
a couple of cards left over from my birthday this
past month, this month, and one I'm from my mom
and it's just a simple love you, happy birthday. And
you said you saved some of the stuff. You're glad
you saved it from your mom because it gets her
handwriting right, So I think I might. I usually keep
(13:26):
it for about two weeks and then gets the trash,
so I might might keep. Yeah, yeah, stuff from my kids,
I'll toss that.
Speaker 5 (13:33):
Oh, yeah, right, all.
Speaker 3 (13:35):
Right, reach out to us anytime. We love to hear
from you.
Speaker 5 (13:37):
Eight seven seven three one zero four six seven.
Speaker 4 (13:40):
Five Coming up you're Hollywood.
Speaker 5 (13:44):
There's a big story.
Speaker 2 (13:45):
Rosie O'Donnell may be coming back to Daytime TV.
Speaker 5 (13:48):
Tell you about it.
Speaker 7 (13:49):
Next, Jody's Hollywood Outsider.
Speaker 2 (13:54):
Are Rosie O'Donnell maybe coming back to TV? And remember,
let's not forget that she had her own she was
on the Talk. I mean she was on the View
for a while first, and she made a lot of
waves there. But before then, talking had her own talk show.
Speaker 5 (14:08):
How did I get here on the West Side of Chicago?
Speaker 2 (14:12):
Back in the USC, I remember thinking she was really funny. Yeah,
and it seems to be before she became so push
your buttons kind of controversy or political. I remember it
being really funny. And then when it went away and
they got canceled, I remember her saying, you know, it
was a lot more work than I thought it was
going to be.
Speaker 5 (14:30):
She was so honest about that. So the deal is
over at the Talk at CBS, they've lost Julie Chen okay,
because she's resigned from it.
Speaker 2 (14:40):
They've been auditioning. In fact, Carrie Ann and Aba. You
know that name from Dancing with the Stars, right. She
has been guest hosting for a while. She was actually
at the table when Julie Chen announced her departure, and
so a lot of people thought, well, she's just gonna
kind of slide right in. But they're going to audition.
So I think that Carrie, Anna and Aba is sort
of being auditioned right now. But Rossi O'Donnell will officially
audition for a spot on The Talk Friday, she shared
(15:04):
in social media yesterday. This Friday, I'll be the guest.
I'll be guest hosting with the ladies of the Talk.
Don't miss it. And apparently she's a front runner because
she's Rosie.
Speaker 5 (15:13):
She can do.
Speaker 2 (15:13):
They have headlines and controversy and push, you know, pushing
your buttons.
Speaker 3 (15:17):
Do they have a Rosie on the panel already?
Speaker 1 (15:20):
And you know?
Speaker 3 (15:20):
I mean, I just mean, because usually like the Talk,
in the view, they have people from different viewpoints, the
whole mix.
Speaker 2 (15:28):
I don't I can't answer that because I haven't watched
it in so long. I know Sharon's kind of running
the stuff. I mean, right, Sharon's the Barbara Walters.
Speaker 3 (15:36):
We'll see, That's what I mean.
Speaker 2 (15:38):
Yeah, I don't know if they do have a Rosie
already and can Rosie be replaced? I don't think so.
We'll see though, We'll see how it goes. Speaking of it,
you know who moving across networks? You know who Johnny
Galecki is.
Speaker 3 (15:52):
Yeah, he is the He's the actor. He's an actor,
isn't he a son on Rozanne?
Speaker 1 (15:57):
And he's also in Big Bank, Big Bang.
Speaker 5 (16:00):
He's fabulous, he said to her.
Speaker 2 (16:01):
Prizes role as David for the Roseanne spent off The Connors,
So I think that's huge.
Speaker 5 (16:07):
I want him back.
Speaker 2 (16:08):
And actress Juliette Lewis is going to join him and
play his girlfriend.
Speaker 5 (16:13):
Oh on The Connors, which is coming out.
Speaker 3 (16:15):
I've seen her in a while, love her.
Speaker 2 (16:17):
She's so edgy and raw. That's ABC. The Connors premieres
October sixteenth. Coming up in your next Hollywood Outsider This Morning,
round seven fifty five, Taylor Swift coming back to the
big screen up to date.
Speaker 7 (16:31):
With Jodie's Hollywood Outsider.
Speaker 1 (16:35):
So you can catch anything that you missed. Look, every
day is a busy day, you know, when you got
the whole family thing going. So the Murcray Sam of
Jeddie podcast is an easy way to catch up on
anything you miss on the show, and then we add
something to it every day, a new episode of After
the Show, which you only get on the podcast.
Speaker 3 (16:50):
You're kind of reminded me of mister.
Speaker 5 (16:51):
Rogers there now family thing.
Speaker 3 (16:53):
No, always like every day's a busy day.
Speaker 1 (16:56):
You know what. I loved that Google doodle a couple
of weeks go. Oh yeah, yeah, that was just the
sweetest thing in the world, you know. I mean, and
I missed and I was thinking, oh, it's his birthday. None,
and I guess they were celebrating the anniversary of the
show itself. Yeah, but what a really cool tribute.
Speaker 3 (17:11):
And I still haven't seen the new documentary.
Speaker 5 (17:12):
Though, me either. I don't know if my heart can
handle it.
Speaker 3 (17:14):
But yeah, this weekend, I'm really starting to stress out
because I haven't come up with a solution for a
homecoming weekend.
Speaker 1 (17:20):
I've got to wait, Sam, I was gonna say, you've
got to be in two places at once.
Speaker 3 (17:24):
Yeah, I need another Sam. Yeah, because I have to
be in two different cities at the same time for
two different kids who are doing homecoming. And I mean,
if worse comes to worse, I will get pictures. It's
just I won't see why.
Speaker 5 (17:37):
Don't you do pictures?
Speaker 2 (17:39):
You know, like here at home with Jackson right before homecoming,
when most you know, those parent pictures happen.
Speaker 5 (17:45):
Everybody's so shiny, you knew about to leave.
Speaker 2 (17:47):
Then get in your cars, bid him a fun night,
and then get in your car and drive to where
Mark Parker will be and you'll hit him by what
dinner time or dance time?
Speaker 3 (17:58):
Yeah, And that's because I sound like that's I've gotten
the agenda from both moms, the itinerary, and it's like, Okay,
we're going to be taking pictures at seven, so when's
he taking pictures at seven? Okay?
Speaker 1 (18:10):
Then we're going to dinner for eight Okay, dinners at
eight over here too, and then the dances at eight
thirty here and then that's at eight three, So it's
like right on top of each other. Well, here's what
you can do. You know, you can FaceTime it be
like the iPhone TV commercial. Yes, you know, here's that
moment and it's right there on the screen in front
of him.
Speaker 3 (18:26):
And I have considered, I'm trying to think of any option,
and I'm even thinking of kind of like what you said,
Jody's hitting it right when pictures start. Maybe I can
get one of the parents to start, one of the
moms to start things a little early. Yeah, and so
that I can hit somebody at a restaurant later cool
or even going into homecoming. It's still a picture of
the two of them together.
Speaker 2 (18:46):
It is, and you getting to see them on their night. Yeah,
I think that's the That's a great idea.
Speaker 3 (18:50):
I think Parker would be more surprised that I show
up for that one too, since, yeah, I mean not
my parent weekend this weekend. But you know, well, once.
Speaker 2 (18:58):
You've done the picture thing, the kids in their mind,
they're done with the parents until pick up tell you anyway,
So for.
Speaker 5 (19:04):
Him for you to pop in.
Speaker 2 (19:06):
For the dance, for you to pop up at the
dance or the restaurant, it'd be a stid.
Speaker 3 (19:10):
I could show up at the restaurant and then, you know,
start a commotion. I'm here to take pictures of my
son he's over there at that table, yeah, or you
might embarrass him. Good luck with that.
Speaker 4 (19:20):
Coming up next with Murphy's Sam and Jody.
Speaker 2 (19:22):
Susan from eight seven to seven three one zero four
MSJ We're coming to you and Apparently, guys, helicopter parents
are not the only helicopter people in kiddos lives. Been
having fun with this all week and actually hearing some
interesting stories things we had not thought of about helicopter
parenting and the new term lawnmower parenting, about mowing down
(19:43):
the problem before the kid even you know, approaches it.
So eight seven seven three one zero for ms J.
What's up, Susan Hi?
Speaker 10 (19:51):
I wanted to say about the law and war thing,
you know, we'll speaking of. Well, you have six children
in our family, and my mom had the youngest one
late night, so we are all ten to eighteen years
older than he is, so we kind of lawnmore him.
If he left his book at home, we brought it
to him, you know, the school. So we saw he
(20:14):
was going to get in trouble with mom and dad,
so we took care.
Speaker 1 (20:16):
Of it before you wow, siblings And this went on, Yes,
a lot more siblings went until he was almost thirty.
Speaker 10 (20:26):
You know, I mean, we take care you know, he'd
lose a job, We take care of him, you know.
But we finally all got together and said, look, this
is enough, he's got to grow up. Yeah, it's not
only the parents that will lawn more children. It's the
older siblings that will lawn more the baby of the family.
Speaker 2 (20:44):
I never thought of that, and I will say that
sounds like the classic word enabling, like enabling somebody to
not grow up.
Speaker 3 (20:52):
So how's he doing exactly, how's he doing?
Speaker 10 (20:54):
No, he is doing wonderful. He is doing wonderful. Now,
I mean he's we found. He just said, you's got
to grow up, and he did. I mean, he was
capable of doing it all on his own. We just
didn't want him to.
Speaker 5 (21:07):
Yeah, and what a good thing.
Speaker 2 (21:10):
It's really scary to do things on your own and
to know you're the one that you have to depend on.
But that's also where confidence comes from, right I think, Right, sweet.
Speaker 10 (21:19):
I just wanted to let tell him, no, it's not
always the parents that long war kids, the siblings and
a long war the babies.
Speaker 1 (21:25):
Yeah, thank you, thank you, Susan. That reminds me and
my grandmother and her sister, her younger sister, were I
think seven or eight years apart from each other, right,
and so my grandmother was in her entire life very
protective of her living, which still do things you know,
for her. Of course they're both not here anymore, but
and her sister passed away at a much younger age
than my grandmother did. Yeah, but she was there to
(21:45):
care for her literally until.
Speaker 2 (21:47):
Yeah, that's probably a very different dynamic she felt for
her little sister with that was age. You know. Span
love hearing from you anytime. Jump in at eight seven
seven three one zero four m s. J. Coming up
up next the best couple costume ideas, because sometimes you
have to think about it early Halloween. Yeah, I think
(22:10):
it's time to start thinking about costumes. And that's because
I end up planning and helping plan all the costumes
in our house.
Speaker 5 (22:15):
And I know that, Yeah for weeks now, I'm like,
it's September.
Speaker 2 (22:20):
Yeah, And this is what you do Murphy on the
thirty first, is when you go, hey, maybe I should
think of a costume.
Speaker 3 (22:26):
Murphy, I do that too. I go to the closet
and say, that's wonderful.
Speaker 5 (22:30):
And that's bliss, I know.
Speaker 2 (22:32):
But we have some engagements this year to attend together,
to plan in advance.
Speaker 5 (22:37):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (22:38):
I'm not trying to be you know, extra, as Phoebe
would say, but you do have to be ready and
you do have to plan ahead of time. So best
couple costume ideas. We'd love to hear from you on
this too. Eight seven seven three one zero for MSJ.
We're gonna go into the mailbag next about couple costume
ideas that you've seen and loved over the years, Sam,
(22:59):
you had some good ones over the years with your exes.
Speaker 3 (23:03):
I remember, let's dig that up.
Speaker 2 (23:05):
I remember the year that you both went to and
I won't name her, although she wouldn't mind. As Brittany,
it's Brittany. She was Britney Spears and you were Britney.
Speaker 3 (23:13):
Spears, was much taller.
Speaker 2 (23:15):
She didn't mind that you stealing did that show because
she was super cute.
Speaker 5 (23:19):
Well that was you were funny.
Speaker 3 (23:21):
That was the point, was Britney Spears. So we were
in that one together. I lost those two wigs in
the divorce, anyway.
Speaker 5 (23:28):
She got both U. Yeah, you could always do Brittany again.
Speaker 3 (23:31):
I didn't even get my wig. That was a fun
one though, because you got to be someone you you're not.
And I don't know that's what Halloween is, but you
really got to be somebody that you're really not. It's
not just like putting a mask on and being Jason.
It's like you've got to be completely someone else Brittany,
and nobody expects it.
Speaker 2 (23:49):
I think that there are two types of Halloween people.
And when I say that, I mean adults. Kids love
to dress up mostly. I've never met a kid who
didn't want to dress up in trick or treat. But
I feel like for adults, it's like the person who
doesn't want to think about it, doesn't want the pressure,
the creativity pressure. I have enough to think about in
my life. Why do I have to? You know that
there's that yeah, and then you see.
Speaker 1 (24:09):
Them with a KUSI in a Walmart bag, usually.
Speaker 5 (24:13):
Have a spouse going what do you want to be?
What are you going to be? And you're like stop.
Speaker 2 (24:16):
Or you have that person that you just they're so
much fun doing it, And to me, it depends on
year to year.
Speaker 1 (24:23):
And I think that there are actually two other kinds.
Those that love the gore yeah, and those that just
love the parody and the funny.
Speaker 5 (24:30):
Yeah. The parody and funny is fun to me.
Speaker 2 (24:31):
If you want to go as a couple, I want
to throw out one idea, especially for a younger. It's
instantly recognizable and you can have fun the girl and
the guy and that's Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson. So
much you could do easily recognizable. You don't have to
explain who you are. You know you you know. The
guy could be Ariana, a girl could be Pete. That's
(24:52):
even funnier fun Okay, So more ideas on the way,
including yours from our Facebook page.
Speaker 5 (24:57):
Producer's mailbag is next. We love hearing from you.
Speaker 2 (25:02):
Give us a call any time eight seven seven three
one zero four MSJ or hit us up on Facebook
or Instagram.
Speaker 4 (25:08):
It's time for the producers nailed down.
Speaker 2 (25:11):
And today we're talking best couple costumes because somebody's got
to plan all this and if you're getting a jump
on it, like I'm trying to love to hear from you,
and I do want to say my favorite years of
dressing up are when we go something together. I love
it when the whole family goes is something together.
Speaker 5 (25:28):
It's my favorite. Okay, Chad, what are we having to
mail back?
Speaker 11 (25:31):
This one from Stacy, Forrest Gump and Lieutenant Dan Oh.
Speaker 3 (25:35):
Hello, my name is Forest Gump.
Speaker 2 (25:38):
I have seen Forrest and Jenny and it's so fun really,
and there's so many forests you can do ping pong,
you can do military forest, you can do running with
the beard, forest and any Jenny works. But I've never
seen Lieutenant Dan with forest.
Speaker 1 (25:55):
But yeah, I mean you can do it. I'm sure
you need a ponytail. Well yeah, do you do him
later on? Is that what it is?
Speaker 5 (26:01):
You can do him later on with the cane or
you can do I don't.
Speaker 11 (26:04):
Stacy included a picture and she's got Lieutenant Dan in
a wheelchair. Yeah, in foresting starting behind.
Speaker 3 (26:12):
Well, you could do Babba and forrest.
Speaker 5 (26:14):
Yeah, you can walk.
Speaker 3 (26:15):
Around on I go on tramp.
Speaker 2 (26:17):
So that was shorter lived than the Lieutenant Dan relationship.
I know.
Speaker 6 (26:21):
Look, i'd go his forest in the box of chocolates.
Speaker 9 (26:25):
That's right.
Speaker 2 (26:26):
I have a friend whose kid did that and they
took a picture of him on the bench. That's another
forest in the suit. Oh my gosh, so sweet. Thank
you for that, Stacy.
Speaker 5 (26:35):
I'm in love with it.
Speaker 11 (26:36):
Stacy's got another really good one, Katy Perry and left shark.
Speaker 5 (26:41):
Oh yeah, I.
Speaker 1 (26:43):
Forgot about that. And you can do with the spinning
peppermints and then the shark. Right, is that all right?
Speaker 5 (26:49):
There's a million day with me. There's a million different katies.
Speaker 2 (26:53):
Yeah, that's fun left shark, you'd have to find just
a shark costume, which you.
Speaker 1 (26:58):
Might have to remind a few people who like shark
wise right, but it's still funny. Yeah, very funny.
Speaker 11 (27:02):
A couple of Super Bowls ago. Yeah, and here's one
from Shirley. It's a throwback, but they're actually remaking this.
Mary Poppins and Burta, there's.
Speaker 2 (27:13):
A couple of there. You could do him as the
sweep or you could do him dressed up in the
stripe thing a. Yeah, ye, Marry Poppins was always fine,
and it doesn't have to be all the way. You
don't have to wear the long skirt if you don't
want to. Just get the hat right, you know, in
the bag right, and.
Speaker 5 (27:29):
An umbrella super important.
Speaker 2 (27:31):
We love hearing from you. Jump in any time on
Facebook or Instagram.
Speaker 4 (27:35):
Coming up with Murphy's Sam and Jody.
Speaker 1 (27:37):
You'll find out what Jody can't do that other parents
can do at our daughter's softball game. Notice the other
night that there's something that Jody can't really do at
our daughter's softball game. The other parents seem to be
able to do this with no problem whatsoever. Jody, however, can't.
Speaker 2 (27:53):
I can't do it when I want to do it,
when I try to do it. Okay, So you guys,
remember when I had the foot surgery a couple of
years ago and they put a what do you call
that thing down your throat?
Speaker 1 (28:04):
It was well, it was just you were intated, yes,
because you went under general interscusion.
Speaker 5 (28:10):
And so after that my voice changed. It was very different.
Speaker 2 (28:14):
I've struggled with my voice since then, and I guess
that's just the side effect of it or whatever.
Speaker 1 (28:19):
I have taken care of that if you'd gone to
voice lessons, But yeah, you never finished those, did you
w the wine?
Speaker 5 (28:25):
I went to one and I learned some exercises. Anyway,
point not the point.
Speaker 2 (28:32):
So we're at the softball game the other night, and
I know this because I've been to concerts and sporting events,
other big sporting events since the foot surgery. I can't
yell anymore, Like yelling is done for me in my life.
Speaker 1 (28:45):
But that's a good thing. You don't really, even under
the best circumstances. You probably don't need to do that,
considering what we do for a living here, right.
Speaker 5 (28:53):
But you know, I've accepted and.
Speaker 2 (28:56):
One of like, so when she goes up to bad
and all the other parents around me are like, you know,
that's the best I could do. You know, they're throwing
out fiebes and number four and all this. And actually
a friend of ours who's the cheer coach at the school,
she's got the best one. She's always so like, let's
go big Blues. I'm so glad when she's there.
Speaker 1 (29:18):
Oh you know what, Jody and I are the perfect
combination there too. Because she can't yell and I can't whistle.
Speaker 5 (29:24):
I'm like waving at her two quiet people.
Speaker 2 (29:28):
I just I know it's not it's just in that
one moment i'd like to I when I want to
try to, I can't.
Speaker 1 (29:34):
I'm a little bit confused because you did. There was
one hit that she did do the other night, and
you actually did scream. I think it's here.
Speaker 2 (29:42):
That was you, that's surprised. Like she walked up, I
didn't even have time to get my camera set and
she had hit that ball the first one that came
at her.
Speaker 5 (29:52):
So that was once in a lifetime.
Speaker 3 (29:55):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (29:56):
No, if I try to do it, I just can't.
Isn't it lovely home?
Speaker 1 (30:02):
She does try across the house.
Speaker 4 (30:04):
Coming out Hollywood.
Speaker 2 (30:07):
Apparently Taylor Swift is going to be a part of
the big screen movie and musical Cats.
Speaker 5 (30:12):
But which cat will she be?
Speaker 3 (30:14):
Probably gonna be a perfect.
Speaker 4 (30:15):
Role, Jody's Hollywood outsider.
Speaker 2 (30:21):
So you remember that Andrew Lloyd Webber is bringing the
world a movie version of Cats, which I don't know
anything about cats except that it's a musical all about cats.
Speaker 3 (30:33):
It's so funny because it's true the biggest musical probably
of all times. Wait, I don't know anything about it either.
Speaker 2 (30:40):
It was the biggest musical time. I think Hamilton might
be the biggest one now. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (30:44):
Okay, but you know, everybody seemed to have seen it,
and I never saw it either.
Speaker 5 (30:48):
Okay, my description.
Speaker 3 (30:50):
Would be the exact same as yours, Jody. It's a
musical about.
Speaker 5 (30:53):
Cats starring a bunch of cats. Okay.
Speaker 2 (30:56):
So the deal is though, they're making it for the
big screen, and they're going to get some big names involved.
And yes, you know who is going to play one
of the cats, Miss Taylor Swift.
Speaker 3 (31:08):
She's a cat lover too.
Speaker 5 (31:09):
Yeah, she really does. I don't think that's the only
tie in.
Speaker 2 (31:13):
Maybe she understands the movements really well, but a lot
of people could do that. They just want her for sure,
and they think it's a really good idea. The director says,
it's a really good idea. This is his quote. And
of course she loves cats. See the word is she's
going to play one of the macavity girls that's a
(31:33):
flirty either a flirty feeline or a very shy feeline.
Speaker 4 (31:38):
Use on the street. He's cold.
Speaker 5 (31:42):
Uhuh, So this would be a song that she'd need
to work on. Probably.
Speaker 2 (31:48):
I'm going to say this, picture her face, Taylor Swift's face,
and then picture it dressed up as a cat.
Speaker 5 (31:54):
Awesome meow.
Speaker 3 (31:55):
But she's also going to get the moves down because
the elips I've seen obviously the Broadway that they move
like cats.
Speaker 5 (32:01):
Have you seen her on stage?
Speaker 2 (32:03):
She's got this down for the movie version, Okay, and
I'm sure she's she's super excited. I have some more
news about A Star is Born with Bradley Cooper and
Lady Gaga.
Speaker 3 (32:13):
Me see he was right then.
Speaker 2 (32:17):
Now, can't wait for this next week at the box office.
Do you know that Andrew dice Clay is in this movie?
Oh no, he plays No. Dave Chappelle's in the movie.
Speaker 5 (32:27):
He plays Lady g Guy's father. Oh and the word is.
Speaker 2 (32:31):
He had to beat out a lot of heavy hitters
in Hollywood. Robert de Niro might have wanted the role.
John Travolta may have read for the role, but Andrew
dice Clay got the part, and he said when he
was asked about acts.
Speaker 1 (32:43):
He doesn't do the Dice Man, does he?
Speaker 5 (32:45):
He acts?
Speaker 2 (32:45):
WHOA My daughter is a star? Come your next Hollywood
outside This morning around eight thirty, Rosie O'Donnell may be
coming back to TV.
Speaker 7 (32:58):
Up to date Shony's Holly Wait Outsider.
Speaker 1 (33:04):
Thanks for waking up with a starting your day with us,
and be sure to come hang out with us after
the show. We do that exclusively on the Murphy Salmon
Jody podcast. Is brand new episode every day. Sometimes we
do more than one today. I don't know what this is.
This is something that happened to me that I don't know.
Even my wife Jody over here knows. There's a reason
that I refuse to accept a job, actually something I
refuse to do before a job offer was even made
(33:26):
to me a couple.
Speaker 3 (33:26):
Of years ago.
Speaker 1 (33:28):
That is coming up in the after the show podcast.
Speaker 6 (33:29):
Yeah, so you know, every now and again we'll talk
about how we talk about things, and then eventually they'll
show up on our social media pages.
Speaker 2 (33:38):
As ever, Producer, Bailey, you are preaching to the Preacher's
why you over here? Everything that I talk about shows
up for purchase in my feed.
Speaker 1 (33:46):
Yeah, I understand what you. Conspiracy theorists are change Jody.
Speaker 3 (33:49):
Thanks, everything's listening.
Speaker 6 (33:50):
All right, So I'd like to extend the conspiracy for
you felos today.
Speaker 2 (33:53):
I don't like the way conspiracy, but I know, I
know they're listening, big brother, somebody is.
Speaker 6 (33:58):
So now that I'm an adult, I can buy whatever
I want. Yeah, it's wonder.
Speaker 8 (34:07):
So.
Speaker 6 (34:07):
And something that I've been wanting to buy is vanilla
milkshake pop tarts. It's very weird, it's very niche. But
there was something that I had a long time ago,
and I haven't seen them in the store recently, I
would say within the past month. I've been talking to
my friends about like, oh my gosh, where are they closest?
Speaker 5 (34:27):
Talking about them? Now they're going to show up on
my phone.
Speaker 6 (34:30):
Well, yeah, what's weird is that, Like the closest I
could get was the chocolate milkshake stuff, So I bought those,
and yet again I was complaining to my friends I
just I want the vanilla milkshake ones. I go to
the store two days ago and they are sitting there
on the shelf with the big old label It's back.
Speaker 5 (34:49):
That's your phone. Is universe lining up for you?
Speaker 4 (34:53):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (34:53):
And it was the strangest thing because I, you know,
it's it's hard to convey this, but I have not
thought about them at all until this month, and then
I talk about it to all my friends and the
next time I go to the store, there they are. There,
They're sitting on the shelf.
Speaker 1 (35:10):
Well you know, I mean kell Ogg's has been secretly conducting.
Speaker 3 (35:13):
Yeah, while you're sleep, they're finding exactly from Google search.
And next thing, you know, super good?
Speaker 5 (35:18):
Is that the deal?
Speaker 3 (35:19):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (35:19):
I think they're good. I haven't had one yet.
Speaker 5 (35:22):
You bought it that?
Speaker 6 (35:22):
Yeah, I did buy it. It's sitting in my house.
Speaker 3 (35:24):
This is a complete coincidence. But I bought a box
of those about two or three weeks ago. Really nothing
to do with Bailey at the store.
Speaker 1 (35:32):
And we see how this works. Yeah, but you know what, Bailey,
I really do like the concept of being able to
think about pop tarts that I want and then suddenly
have them up here.
Speaker 3 (35:41):
Yeah, how's that working for you not good? Yeah, you know.
Hope Uh called in earlier and was telling us about
her daughter saving basically every greeting cards, every birthday card,
Christmas whatever that she's ever gotten.
Speaker 1 (35:54):
Sweet. I love that, and she's right, you know, in
a day where everything is digital, it's kind of on
you to have. But I mean our daughter Phebe saves
a lot of stuff.
Speaker 5 (36:03):
Like that too, So he saves everything.
Speaker 1 (36:04):
Maybe it's not that unusual.
Speaker 3 (36:05):
And it made me start thinking, I need to really
start saving the ones from my mom. Yeah, because you know,
she's seventy nine and she doesn't really write me anything anymore,
you know, like oh you have the treasure of my
life or any of that stuff. It's always just happy
Birthday or Merry Christmas xx, I love you. Yeah. But
like you said, Murphy, it's her signature, it's her handwriting.
(36:26):
It's nice to keep that for whenever.
Speaker 2 (36:28):
Well.
Speaker 1 (36:28):
I came across a few of those after my mother
passed and it was like, wow, I still have her handwriting.
I mean, it's just it's one of those things and
it captured you off guards kind of like my dad,
you know, when he passed away, and I have some
of his recipes that were handwritten, and I'll never get
rid of them. Yeah, but it made me also think
my mom, and I don't think she's ever given me
a funny card as long as I've been alive.
Speaker 5 (36:50):
Oh wow.
Speaker 3 (36:51):
And the thing is, I don't think I've ever given
a straight card to anybody.
Speaker 1 (36:55):
It's always been you know, on the front of the
punchline in the middle.
Speaker 3 (36:58):
Yeah. And I would even the kids when they were
five years old, I was giving them, you know, fart cards,
you know. And I just don't know why. Maybe that's
just her makeup. Well, I never think, you know, Sammy's funny.
I mean, give them a funny cad.
Speaker 2 (37:15):
No, maybe it's the way she wants to take that
one opportunity because everything else with you is funny.
Speaker 5 (37:21):
Yeah, maybe she.
Speaker 2 (37:22):
Wants that one opportunity to go. Really, son, I love ya.
Speaker 1 (37:25):
I just keep waiting, you know, when I open them
up at Christmas and Birthday or whatever in Father's Day,
you just keep waiting and you open it up and
there's flowers or you know, it's.
Speaker 5 (37:34):
Like again, the son is a treasure.
Speaker 1 (37:37):
Yeah, I treasure, open it up, love you always.
Speaker 2 (37:40):
Well, what I'm saying is, maybe she wants you to
cut the I mean, she wants you to cut this
nonsense every once in a great while and a.
Speaker 3 (37:47):
Couple of times a year. Sure, right, why not.
Speaker 5 (37:49):
She's the one buying the card.
Speaker 1 (37:51):
Yeah, I think that's a good mom perspective.
Speaker 3 (37:53):
My mom used to give me far side cards though.
Speaker 1 (37:56):
Yeah, it's fun.
Speaker 3 (37:57):
I can't get one of those.
Speaker 1 (37:59):
So I first covered the boneless chicken.
Speaker 4 (38:03):
Good stuff coming up Hollywood.
Speaker 5 (38:07):
It's a big story.
Speaker 2 (38:08):
Rosie o'donald may be coming back to daytime TV. Tell
you all about it next.
Speaker 4 (38:14):
Jodie's Hollywood Outside.
Speaker 2 (38:16):
It looks like ros O donald has a chance to
come back to daytime at television.
Speaker 5 (38:20):
So over at the Talk at CBS.
Speaker 2 (38:22):
You know, they lost Julie Chin because she announced her departure,
and so Carrie Ann and Abba has been sitting in
for her as a guest host for a while and
they were actually friendly. So the world comings Dancing with
the Stars, Carrie An and Abba must be up for
the gig. Well, they're still auditioning people, and Rosie tweeted
yesterday this is a quote on social media. This Friday,
(38:43):
I will be guest hosting with the ladies of the Talk.
Speaker 5 (38:45):
Don't miss it.
Speaker 2 (38:46):
And apparently according to insiders over at CBS, she's the
front runner because Rosie, remember has such a history in television.
Speaker 5 (38:53):
She had her own show.
Speaker 2 (38:55):
She certainly knows how to do it, and she was
on she had her own show, and then she was
on the View and she certainly made waves. So I
guess it depends on what they are looking for in
replacing Julie Chin. She will guest host Rosie O'Donnell on
The Talk tomorrow.
Speaker 7 (39:09):
Up to date with Judy's Hollywood Outsider.
Speaker 3 (39:14):
You can now have an exact replica, a replica of
the engagement ring that Megan Markle.
Speaker 1 (39:20):
Has really from Prince Harry.
Speaker 3 (39:23):
From Prince Harry. Yeah, apparently there's an official Royal Gift
shop at Buckingham Palace.
Speaker 5 (39:29):
I know, I've heard. I'm going one day.
Speaker 1 (39:33):
And the Royal Gift Shop is. Now they've had a
ring made.
Speaker 3 (39:36):
It's using three large crystals instead of diamonds, Royal diamonds. Yeah,
a palladium plated metal and blah blah blah. It's only
forty bucks though. Yeah, so if you want to have
the ring that Megan has, an engagement ring, you can actually.
Speaker 1 (39:49):
Really get you any closer to Harry, but they're probably
selling a lot of them. Oh yeah, so can you
buy scepters and tiaras in this place too? Man?
Speaker 3 (39:57):
I would hope. So yeah, if I ever go, I
want to go to this place to see if you
can buy it.
Speaker 5 (40:03):
You want to go so you can go to the
gift shop, not the actual palace.
Speaker 3 (40:06):
You can buy some junk.
Speaker 5 (40:07):
Yeah, don't forget.
Speaker 2 (40:12):
For those who love to read and you just want
a book you can't put down, we added in the
Necessarious Book Club the new book by Robert Gallbraith, also
known as JK. Rowling. That's her pen name when she
writes these detective novels. This is the fourth in this series,
and boy is it good.
Speaker 1 (40:30):
You can't put it down, can you?
Speaker 5 (40:31):
I can't put it down. I'm loving it now.
Speaker 2 (40:33):
I'm only reading a chapter at a time because I'm
reading carpool until this time.
Speaker 3 (40:36):
For you knows that's good. Just stretch it out.
Speaker 2 (40:39):
Yeah, And it's it's not just because it's JK. Rowling,
this series of books. It's not what do you call it, wizards.
It's not Harry Potter at all.
Speaker 1 (40:49):
And that's probably why she chose a pseudonym to write
under right, the main character is not named Larry Trotter.
Speaker 5 (40:55):
No, ha ha. You would like these Sam, and guess
who's got them all?
Speaker 4 (41:00):
Me?
Speaker 3 (41:01):
Jody?
Speaker 2 (41:01):
Would you like to borrow when a book you can't
put down? Or we just want to keep Netflix in
your life?
Speaker 4 (41:05):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (41:05):
I got a Netflix right now. I've got to get
through Ozark first. Okay, so we have to take a
Nozark break at least for tonight. Jody, you can read
this evening.
Speaker 5 (41:12):
Oh thanks? Yeah. Anyway, this one's called Lethal White.
Speaker 2 (41:16):
But I do suggest you read them in order, obviously,
because it builds on you know, there's a relationship here
that's important.
Speaker 3 (41:22):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (41:22):
It's a private detective and the crimes he's trying to solve.
Very interesting, set in London, beautiful and written by a
master writer JK. Rowling. Get the link to these books
at Murphysaman Jody dot com.
Speaker 1 (41:39):

Speaker 2 (41:47):

on a job interview long ago.
