We wrapped it up with the Queen Street Mall people
kissing the cash from early Tuesday morning right through to
the end of the show on Friday morning to try
and win the twenty thousand dollars.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
We started with ten couples, ten sets of lips on
that wall, and then by Friday morning we had got
down to just two and it came down to a game.

Speaker 1 (00:33):
Yes, Split or steel was the game. So the idea
is that we had our last two contestants both still
kissing the perspects still kissing the cash.

Speaker 4 (00:41):
So that's Kylie from the Fiery Couple who was Juji
to give birth and three three weeks sorry, and also
Percy from a Mission on a mission who don't become
a very encanter to be there.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
So the game goes like this. If they both stepped
off the glass at the exact same time, they split
the money. If one stayed on the glass, the other
step back. The person who stayed on stole basically won
the whole twenty thousand, and if they both stayed on
it was going to go to someone in the crowd,
and neither of them after a full week of kissing,
the cash was going to win. So here's the final moment.

Speaker 2 (01:13):

The boring couple and remission on a mission ten thousand
bucks each. There's so much emotions, so much person could
barely speak when Terry got to you.

Speaker 4 (01:39):
Girls had your hands tightly classed. There was the Morse Code?
Was there anything there?

Speaker 5 (01:42):

You just trust each other, You're going to do what
you're going to do.

It was just purely trust.

I knew morrally that I couldn't not come off, and
I just, you know what, hoped that.

Speaker 4 (01:58):
Percy felt the same.

It was all about morals for me.

Speaker 4 (02:04):
And that talk yeah, and that talks about you know,
we've learned Overnight there were deals of people talking about
can we split the money going down somewhere into it,
somewhere out of it, and it became really, really tense
and quite nasty in that last hour.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
Yeah. So yeah, they're twenty thousand dollars richer between.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
Them, and there's been a whole weekend to digest it.
We've got them back on the line. Hey, Kylie, Hey, Percy,

I'm feeling very happy. And it's so honored to be
a part of that moment with Kylie. So thank you
so much. We've we were just so less to be
a part of that moment. So thank you again, Kylie
for allowing me to share with you in that moment.

And Kylie, now are you are you still with Bob? Yes?

Yes, so still with Bob. We had a bit of
a well wind weekend as well. So no, I feel
exactly the same as Percy, like it was such an
incredible experience and then for it to come down to
just us too, and hoping to God that we can
both pull through that together, and for Percy to trust

me the same amount I trusted her. It was just
it was an incredible, overwhelming moment and I still thinking
about it built ear upe and I think Jesus strikes
me that together.

There was still other contestants in the area, and some
who had just come off the wall and it had
all been very very intense, and you guys were sort
of in an agreement to split the money. Was it
all amicable afterwards?

Speaker 5 (03:51):
Oh?

Yeah, look, it definitely was. We went to the pub.
Tracy and Grant had to leave pretty early, so they left,
but we the rest of us from to the pub
and had a cheeky celebratory dream.

Speaker 1 (04:08):
I felt for them because I know the Ramball Warriors.
They stepped off with a bride and they at least
got two thousand bucks for tracing brand, did the whole,
did the whole hard yards and got and walked away
with nothing but a lolly.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
Yeah, because we did into a mystery box and the
one person who picked the orange lolly, and sadly that
was Tracy. But where's the money going? Have you decided
now what you're going to spend it all on?

Speaker 4 (04:28):
What about you, Percy?

Speaker 5 (04:30):
To be honest with you, absolutely, I'm looking for a
car at the moment, so we're investing in buying a
car for our family, as we started with. So thank
you again, guys. There really means a lot to us
and the opportunity.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
And Kylie, we am literally sitting in my bedroom at
the moment next to a bathroom on suite that is
just stud work. So I'm looking at the space where
the toilet was thinking I cannot wait to get another
second toilet.

Speaker 4 (05:01):
Yeah, and it's not working.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Yeah, yeah, Okay, that's unreal. Well it sounds like I mean,
you guys were definitely both crowd favorites, and yeah, it
sounds like you we both got plenty of needs for
the money. So thank you for being part of the experience.
