You had a text on a Saturday night out of nowhere.

A couple of weeks ago.

I don't give my phone number two anyone for anything
particularly involved in dating. The person said he was forty
seven cents and photos obviously looked differently.

Through a series of things of us trying.

To work out who he was, we got our PI
Dave onto it and we found out he was twenty
seven and lived real person lived here in Brisbane. But
we also discovered that the name he had given me
was not his real name. So on Friday, and kind
of desperation to try and find out why he'd done
this and how he'd achieved it, I sent a message
basically saying morning, whoever you are. I knew him as James.

He then had another number. I just want to find
what's going on. We've been trying to do this on
the radio, so if you want to catch up with
the whole thing, it is definitely on our podcast now.
None of us anticipated that he would reply. No.

I thought he'd go to ground.

That's it right, And we had a lot of people
calling through saying be careful it's probably a stalker.

So the first thing I knew is Saturday morning, nine
oh two am. I get a reply, Hi, Robin, I'm
just texting to let you know that private investigator has
come to my home and I'm texting to let you
know who I am.

He then uses a name that again I can't tell
you for legal reasons from Brisbane, not the guy who
was texting you above, and wanted to let you know
the truth. I got your number through one of these
online platforms. I'm not going to tell you what they
are at the moment because it's freaking me out and

this could actually be something quite frightening. So we've got
to get other people to sort this stuff out first.

Yeah, so he's named, but his name named.

Two platforms of which he's managed to access my private number.
I'm sorry, he goes on to I am sorry. I
have caused harm to you and made you scared. I'm
going to delete your number and not contact you again.

it turns out that PI Dave decided, with the help
of our people behind the scenes, that it was probably
better to try and contact him on the weekend because
then there was more chance of being able to get
in contact with him, and he made contact. Now there
is so much that is kind of left. There are
more questions and answers. Right, so PI Dave has had

interaction with this person, but PI Dave is currently on
a case and we can't talk to him right.

Now, so he's like undercover somewhere.

I still haven't spoken to him, but I want to
know what happened in that engagement. Based on that text message,
you would say that this guy had no idea what
he was actually doing. We also now know that there
are two platforms that potentially have my number and a
million other people's number.

approach someone who didn't ask to be accessed through a
