Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's coming, you know, for lottery winners to wear this
guy's when claiming their massive prizes. So you know why
they do that, So they don't have to worry about
people robbing them or trying to extort them or anything.
But that's not exactly why one lottery winner in China
did it. He was his name. He's just identified as
A Lee. Just call him Lee, and I'm talking about

(00:24):
l I Lee. Okay. The lottery winner showed up to
claim his prize dressed in a costume so he wouldn't
be recognized. This sounds like you, Tommy by his own family.
Got to do what you got to do. Lee told
reporters he didn't want his own wife and children to

(00:46):
know that he won about thirty million dollars. His reason
for it is not what you expect, though he wasn't
planning to take the money and run away from his family.
He says he didn't want his kids to feel superior
to anyone else and not work. He adds that he
didn't want them to become arrogant or lazy, and while
some people have applauded his decision, others think he's horrible

(01:10):
for keeping his family in the dark. And then there's
some who look at Lee from a legal perspective and
say he is violating martial law, which considers all assets
marital property. So here's the question, guys, would you tell
your family if you won the lottery? Would you show
up in costume to collect your winning Oh no, I'm

(01:32):
going down there as me. Steve coming up with thirty
three minutes after, we'll play a round of would you rather?
