Speaker 1 (00:00):
Well, I know you guys, if you've been on social media,
you've seen this story in the videos over the holiday
at the con Film Festival, where a security guard there
was rude to several female stars on the red carpet.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
The security guard was first brought to our.

Speaker 1 (00:16):
Attention when a video was released of her stepping on
Kelly Roland's red strapless gown as Kelly.

Speaker 2 (00:22):
Walked up the red carpet steps.

Speaker 1 (00:25):
Kelly graciously forgave her and kept walking. The security guard
then touched Kelly's back and appeared to be pushing her
quickly up the stairs. We're talking about Kelly Roland, now,
sweet Kelly Roland. At that point, Kelly turned to her
and had a few words for her, and, with her
finger pointed in the security guard's face. According to several sources,

(00:47):
Kelly told the security guard to quote, stop talking to
me like that. I am not a child. Kelly immediately
got backlash when commenters on social media labeled her as
a mean girl or the dreaded angry black woman. It
was not until later when other video surface of the
same little security guard now irritating a few other white

(01:10):
female celebrities on the red carpet. That Kelly Roland's actions
were justified. So you guys saw this.

Speaker 2 (01:16):
Right, that's good?

Speaker 3 (01:18):
Yeah, this is great.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
And Kelly Roland, we all know how she is. She's
sweetest pie.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
You got to really get on her nerves to irritate
her to make her go like that.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
So here's the question.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
Why are so many people just so quick to label
black women as mean girls or bossy when we stand
up for ourselves angry black women. Sometimes there's sometimes a
story about but sometimes there is something to be mad about.

Speaker 3 (01:44):
Why is it only justified when it happened to the
white girls?

Speaker 4 (01:47):
Right?

Speaker 2 (01:47):
Exactly that part? We know why.

Speaker 4 (01:50):
See, first of all, Kelly Rowland does not have a
reputation of being and she's one of the coolest people
in the business. Sweetheart classing Kelly Rowland. Kelly Rowland, don't
be in no mess. But see these people right here. Man,
you can't put your hand on me, pushing me, push.
You're talking to me crazy, Kelly?

Speaker 3 (02:12):
No hold on who you talking to?

Speaker 2 (02:14):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (02:14):
But see see.

Speaker 4 (02:16):
But hit the problem though, when other people who don't
have no facts, wasn't there everybody seems to be old
ready to jump on the celebrity's back about something they
do without knowing all the facts. When Kelly Rowland does
not have a reputation of being a mean girl or
a person that's difficult to work with. She got her

(02:38):
she got standards, as she should and she should be respected.

Speaker 3 (02:41):
But put your hand on me? Will you touching up?

Speaker 5 (02:46):
Why is this? Why was it even a news story
in the first place when she just stood up for
herself and corrected somebody. But now it's a news story because.

Speaker 1 (02:56):
She's Land and because she had that other incident in
New York at the TV station. Yeah, now they're trying
to label her. You know, she'sah, she's hard to get
along with, she's difficult, she's an angry black woman.

Speaker 2 (03:10):
You know.

Speaker 5 (03:11):
That's what we saw the security guard do the same
thing to an actress from the Dominican report.

Speaker 3 (03:19):
Security guards the security girl as why we left.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
Well the Dominican to get back.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
She pushed her on her everything as whooping, Well.

Speaker 2 (03:38):
What excuse? Huh? What did you just say?

Speaker 3 (03:42):
He said? Everything can't result I'm just trying to.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
But wait a minute, I'm confused.

Speaker 5 (03:50):
But you mean but tommy means woman to woman with woman?

Speaker 2 (03:56):
Yeah, oh yeah, yeah, okay, you.

Speaker 4 (04:03):
Scared for a moment I'm slapping back headed Joe jacking down.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
Yeah yeah, but yeah, yeah that was crazy. It was great,
But leave.

Speaker 5 (04:20):
Kelly the first time, so it had to other.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
Them been trying. Oh nah, she's telling the truth. Okay,
that's what Kelly was talking about. Okay, that's security.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
God, I won't be working at themore I got news.

Speaker 5 (04:33):
I can't tell. Every time you look up, she's still there.
She's still at work, all right.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
Coming up next, the Nephew and the prank phone call
for today.
