and get up run the stairs. Go home, get dressed,
and go right out on stage.

There's not a shower in that. I have no shower.

Go to your to your hotel room, get dressed, shower,
get dressed, and then go on stage.

I think that's all that energy.

Run up them stairs and put some more energy.

mean a chicken Philly Philly sandwich.
