is my name. Appreciate you hanging. It has been a week, to
say the least. I am drainedspell at a lot of things going on.
It's in one of those weeks whereit feels like it's been I don't

know, two months long roughly,so looking forward to hopefully doing nothing this
weekend. I felt like that duringthe week two where I would just like
go home and just nap for awhile and then nap again, which in
my life is usually a sign thatlike I am spent, because usually I

can't gnap for more than like twentyminutes because there's something else going on,
like I have other things to do. But for this week, for some
reason, like I was able topass out kind of quick. Although I'll
be honest, this morning buzzkill.How amazing is it when you wait up
in the middle of night and thenyou go and see you have like three

more hours of sleep left. Ah, it's the best. Like I wake
up at two forty five, ruh, two fifty five this morning, woke
up two thirty and I was like, oh, hopefully it's like midnight.
Nah, it was two thirty.I'm like, oh, no, I
only have twenty minutes left? DoI sleep? Do I get up early?

So instead set my alarm for threeten minutes extra sleepies here we are.
You's gonna be a busy weekend too. We're doing the The end of
Sauce's birthday is tomorrow, gonna beat an STFU in Navy Yard for that.
So that's uh, we officially wrapup Sauce's birthday, Thank goodness.

Then we got Rose's birthdays coming upin June, and then you already know
baby August Leo, my season,my birth me fun but nice to The
weather's gonna little better. The dog'sbeen not going outside, so that's been
good. But yeah, man,overall us kind of feel like a little
bit drained this week. This's gota lot a lot going on, a

lot of things that happened him.Hopefully you're going to chance to rest as
well and the take care of yourbody, take care of yourself, all
that good stuff. I feel likeit's been a good week for TV shows
as well and movies coming out,so the thing is getting back to normal.
It feels like all the man Isaw this Instagram ad, I guess

I wasn't add to. It wasjust like a video of this guy's home
theater that looks so sick, whereit seems they basically they took like the
den if you will, and theymade that the movie theater and then you
put a little like candy display inlike a popcorn not even popcorn machine is
a microwave. I'm like, oh, man, that's like, that'd be

so sick to have an actual theaterroom. Although he had it with like
twenty seats. In my mind,I'm like, when the hell you have
twenty people over and why would youyou know, or at least twenty people
over to wash the same thing,because it was like twenty individual like reclining
chairs. I'm like, man,just seems like a lot. Dude.

Yeah, I was joking with somebodyabout how I have When I first got
my place, I bought like Ishould have like ten wine glasses and ten
of these classes because I'll I'll havecompany over all the time, and that
doesn't happen. That's like once ayear Christmas party. Otherwise that's not happening.
But it's fun to pretend. It'sfun to dream that. I'm like,

oh yeah, I'll be the socialgatsby over here. I guess maybe
gas being and go to the parties. All right, he's kind of hung
out. Maybe that is me wantto get to this for year on Friday.
The signs he should be suspicious ofyour partner's behavior. Now, my
general rule for stuff like this isone or two of these things, you're

probably fine. If there is abunch of them, a pattern, probably
a sign that something is the firstthing. The experts say if they're always
on their phone, to me,this is a sign of like they're so
bored with you, they want yousomething else. Because I feel like when
you are engaged and you are payingattention and you're having fun, the phone

doesn't come out. It's only whenyour attention is somewhere else. I agree
with that. If they're shady abouttheir whereabouts, man, we have had
somebody this past week on the showwhere her Man's was being her words,
shady. You know, things weren'tadding up. She went through his phone
found out he was planning a surprisefortieth birthday for her with their best friends

coming to town, which is likeno, no, They say, if
your partner's always vague about where theybeen, who they've been with. It's
a red flag. They say apartner has nothing to high, we'll be
open and honest about their whereabouts.Makes sense if they're suddenly very protective of
their privacy, I goes sometimes Britishpeople call it privacy, my privacy.

I agree with this signed the safetypartner has always been an open book suddenly
become very guarded about the privacy.It's a sign something has changed. I
think it's because even like subconsciously,it's like your brain is preparing for the
fall, right, your brain ispreparing for things to change, and so
it's like I'm bracing for impact nowso that I don't have to worry about

down the line. If they're pickingfights over little things, Yeah, dude,
I think I've been in relationships wherethis has happened, where towards the
end it's like things that you kindof look past because it's a small,
minor detail. You kind of likego on to what Nope, let's go
on on this one one hundred andfifty per I mean, as a dude,

I've been in plenty of arguments whereI'm like, I don't even know
what we're fighting about. I'll saythis that my last relationship. We were
really good talking things through. Ireally get working things out, but in
previous relationships to that it was notgreat. Rabbits kind of sit there and
go, this is in my head. This is dumb. It's a very

dumb one. If they're suddenly verycritical of you, man, they say,
if your partner has always been supportiveand loving suddenly becomes critical of you,
it's a sign something is off.That may nitpick your appearance, your
work, your personality, traits theyonce found endearing. I think that's true.
Yeah, if it feels like youcan't do anything right, if they're

always working late h classic War ofthe Roses. Yeah, that's an obvious
one. If they're defensive about friendships, ooh, they say. If your
partner becomes defensive or secretive about theirfriendships, particularly members of the opposite sex,
it's a sign something isn't right.They may downplay the importance of these
friendships or become irritated when you askthem. Okay on bless me. Sorry,

Oh that came out of nowhere.Oh, they say, why it's
healthy for both you, uh andthe partner to have friendships outside of the
relationship. A partner is opening usabout these connections, it's less likely to
be hiding something. I've always beenaware of that. Or if like they
start to bring up a certain friendmore, I go, that's a little

bit weird, almost like they're tryingto desensitize you to it. I'm like,
why are you bringing up this personso often? What's going on?
Do a couple more of these men. If they're hiding financial information, yeah,
I think that's a big one.I mean, obviously, especially if
you live together and all of asudden they forget to mention, you know,
they got bonus at work or they'respending money on something else. Yeah.

If they always accuse you of cheating, huh, they say, it
could be a sign that projecting theirown guilt on you. They may become
obsessive about checking your phone, email, social media, so on and so
forth. I always say, witha phone check, it's like, if
you feel like you have to doit, go for it. But the
question I ask is if you don'tfind something, are you then going to

assume you were wrong? Or areyou gonna assume you just didn't find what
you were looking for? You know, because I feel like if you look
through anybody's phone for long enough,you'll eventually find something. Like if you
go through my phone for an hour, by the end of that hour,
I feel like you're gonna be reallylooking for something, like really looking for

something. So I think if youlook at anybody's phone you'll find something.
You know they're very innocent. Sofor me, it's like, can you
mentally handle if you can't find something? I don't know? If the secretive
about their past, they say,if they're evasive about their past relationships or
experiences, it's a sign they mightbe hiding something. They may become defensive

or change the subject when you askabout their history, or give inconsistent answers.
That inconsistent answer is an interesting onebecause I always like pay attention and
like listen and really pay attention.If things start to change over and over
and over, that is a signsomething is up. Listen, man,
