You, let me tell you the team.

Speaker 3 (00:21):
Okay, So he slides in my ideas, which is weird
because mind you, I met this guy back in December.
I met him at a holiday party and I did
not give him my Instagram right.

Speaker 2 (00:32):
The same holiday party went with the other guy.

Speaker 3 (00:35):
No, no, no, you didn't do a lot of holiday parties.

Speaker 4 (00:38):
You did our to You showed up an hour label
go ahead.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
Okay, So yeah, where was I at? So you met
the guy last month or in December? Yeah, but I
had ali Instagram or nothing. We did ex change information
somehow he found me like last week, slid in my DMS.
He's like, you know, happy New Year, this and that, like,
and then I go on his Instagra ram because I

(01:01):
was going to respond, and then he's like or I
see that he has.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
A family, and I'm like, but what did he say
in the DM?

Speaker 3 (01:08):
He's like, hey, happy New Year. I hope you've been well,
like something else with like you.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
Can't just check on your wellness, you gotta be you
think you're getting itchy. You're full of yourself. You are
full of yourself.

Speaker 5 (01:20):
You're just an algorithm that like you probably know the
same people and it just suggests like hey, and he
was probably like, no, that's the girl from the party.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
Because we don't have any mutual friends. So it's like,
how did I even come up on your you know,
for you page or whatever.

Speaker 6 (01:34):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (01:35):
I don't know how. I mean, maybe you remember my name.

Speaker 4 (01:37):
So he said, yeah, you've been and I'm trying to
make a light of it. Yeah, that's wrong. It is
you know, it's a trip. It's not about people. Don't
say oh he d m me, she d m me.
The bad word is he's slid. And that's when it
gets when he gets like like I set up and say,

(01:57):
oh man, I DM my homeboy QDZ And I said,
you know, you know, congratulations with the Phillies.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
Yeah, with the Eagles, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (02:05):
But but sliding, see he's sleeping.

Speaker 3 (02:09):
Yeah, And so now I'm like, what.

Speaker 7 (02:12):
What I think it would be a slide if he
said something, by the way, you look good, you look
good at one time or maybe you felt the vibe.

Speaker 3 (02:20):
Yeah, I kind of felt also, because, like I said,
I I met him in December. Why is he just
now looking me up? And then I'm like, should I did.

Speaker 2 (02:29):
You reply to him?

Speaker 6 (02:30):
No?

Speaker 2 (02:31):
I didn't, but they had a family.

Speaker 4 (02:33):
Yeah, a family, a family, So should I should you?

Speaker 2 (02:40):
What you the girl? Is that girl called?

Speaker 3 (02:44):
I feel like that's a girl cold, but that's too much.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
Do you know her?

Speaker 3 (02:47):
I don't know her, so I don't really you know, I.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
Think she gotta find that out. I get you. Yeah,
you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
It just makes me the girl would make you think it, Yeah,
a little bit like I wouldn't want to know if
my man's out here sliding another girl DMS like yes,
DM me please.

Speaker 4 (03:02):
Even if it's from like a stranger. If it's a stranger,
can you feel like you're breaking girl code.

Speaker 7 (03:06):
A little bit?

Speaker 3 (03:07):
But at the same time not really because I don't
know her right right?

Speaker 4 (03:09):
So you didn't break you just bending a little Yes, universal,
I do want to hear from people out there as well.
Man if he ever felt like somebody did break the
guy or girl code. One of my homies broke when
I was with my ex. He broke the guy called cold. Yeah,
when I stepped away, he tried to talk to my girl.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
Damn man.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
You're doing it like a Japanese speaker.

Speaker 8 (04:51):
Wait a minute, Wait a minute, I don't understand why
mister Tanaka is on the phone. First of all, mister,
you're trying to make the space.

Speaker 4 (04:57):

letting you know how serious this event is.

Speaker 4 (05:35):
I can go to si R and get the other

Speaker 2 (06:00):
My brother? Happy Tuesday? Tell you my man, happy Tuesday,

Speaker 4 (06:03):
And we're just sitting here talking about uh man, these ice,
these raids are really going down.

Speaker 2 (06:08):
Yeah, man, yeah, and quickly yeah, quickly man.

Speaker 4 (06:11):
They said they got like a couple of thousand people
in in Chicago. And then you were saying, hey, sus
said somebody that.

Speaker 7 (06:18):
That you know, an uncle, my uncle's brother, not my
uncle from my dad was right right right, married into
the family and his brother.

Speaker 6 (06:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (06:24):
Yeah, man, it's crazy. It's getting crazy. Mariana was like,
oh god, you know what's it's.

Speaker 2 (06:29):
Saying though, is that my aunt she's an immigrant.

Speaker 7 (06:31):
She works at one of these Factors in downtown, and
I asked her, you you nervous or you.

Speaker 2 (06:35):
She's like, no, no, no, he Trump loves us. You
want to do that to us? I was like, why
why do you think Trump loves you guys?

Speaker 7 (06:40):
Because we're the ones that make the hats and the
flags for Trump, like make America great again. Our factory.
I'm like, hold on your factory. Body doesn't mean that
he's gonna protect your guys. She thinks that she's helping
him out. So she's like, Okay, I'm like, that's not serious.
Owner is Asian. He's just trying to make money like
he is. Not causehs with Trump or she said. She

(07:01):
really said that. She thinks that he's like he has
her back. It's like, oh, like he's gonna come in,
like get old on. They're making flax for us. Oh
they're making the hats. Now, I've got these golden black ones.

Alrighty, we've been speaking on him.

Speaker 4 (07:38):
Man. There was a guy that jumped into Mariana's DM. Well,
he slid into her DM and when she looked at
his profile, he has a family, and she was like, man,
do I tell the girl? I'm like, dude, you don't
even know the girl, but thed she put it under,
am I breaking girl code? So we were asking in
the neighborhood, when did someone break guy or girl code?

Speaker 2 (07:59):
Just bring Mikey to the neighborhood and she has gone
down with Mikey up.

Speaker 4 (08:01):
In here, Mikey, Hello, Hello, Hello there, Mikey. When did
you are someone break guy or girl code?

Speaker 6 (08:10):
All right, So I had to break guy code one time.
So my former roommate, he was working with this girl
who he claimed to be his best friend, but he
wasn't into her at all. So we would come around.
He'd bring her to the apartment and then we started talking.
We were just cool. We were homies, and she ended
up moving to Texas. Right, So one day he's like, Yo, Mikey,
I'm buying her a plane ticket for Christmas, but for you,

(08:33):
because I know you guys have started talking. We were
doing the long distance thing, and she moved. So she
comes down to Texas from Texas, excuse me, and we're
over here hanging out, kicking it, and we go to sleep.
One night sleep, she's in my bed. I wake up
to this dude crying sobbing like and kissing her on
the forehead. And then come to find out he was

(08:56):
in love with her. He liked her the whole time,
and I was kind of like, yeah, bro, sorry, this
my girl.

Speaker 9 (09:04):
Now what you're here?

Speaker 10 (09:05):
Damn.

Speaker 4 (09:07):
So he made it seem like let me fall along here,
so y'all work together, Like what was the relationship together?
This is your roommate, okay?

Speaker 6 (09:18):
Yeah, and he moved into my apartment, right, so he
started talking to this but he wasn't talking to her.
He started talking her best friend.

Speaker 2 (09:26):
Oh gotcha.

Speaker 6 (09:28):
Then the girl the best friend was talking to another
dude left him and then he I guess he was
the type of.

Speaker 4 (09:36):
You're making it even more confusing for me. I don't know,
all right, So who broke the guy? Who broke the
guy cold?

Speaker 6 (09:43):
You know I would say him, but I went ahead
and that was my girl. I took her and now
we've been together for ten years.

Speaker 2 (09:50):
Oh well, there it is. See how God works. She's
supposed to be with you.

Speaker 6 (09:53):
Got works. Sometimes you gotta do it.

Speaker 2 (09:55):
Damn man, I didn't worth it.

Speaker 4 (09:57):
And where is he at right now?

Speaker 2 (10:00):
Crying on the couch? Okay, he's still crying on the couch?
Alright now?

Speaker 4 (10:05):
When did someone break the guy or girl cold? Y'all
hit us up? Eight six six two four six eight
nine two three Big Boys Neighborhood.

Speaker 2 (10:17):
Eighties.

Days. Chang lose what you got married.

Speaker 7 (10:27):
I noticed that women cooking for their dude is dying?

Speaker 2 (10:32):
Is not a thing anymore? Is it just me? It's
not just you?

Speaker 4 (10:35):
Bro?

Speaker 3 (10:35):
Do you not cook for yourself?

Speaker 6 (10:37):
Here?

Speaker 2 (10:38):
Here we go? Here we going?

Speaker 4 (10:40):
What's up in a canter with me? I love to cook.
I cook more at the house than my wife Veronica.
But yeah, that whole thing of cooking and you come
home in the house smells like food, Like.

Speaker 2 (10:52):
I don't know.

Speaker 7 (10:53):
I think it's because the girls are now are getting careers,
like a lot of women are big careers.

Speaker 4 (11:01):
Yes, let's be honest, somebody, I can't believe these women
are working outside of the house. Exactly, Steve, I want
to come home and have a meal.

Speaker 2 (11:10):
Thank you for listening.

Speaker 4 (11:11):
It is you're finding a big boy, big boy's neighborhood.
You can catch more of us right here on iHeartRadio.

Speaker 2 (11:17):
Bigg is up in here with a loud dollar.

Speaker 5 (11:20):
So everybody's wondering whether Kendrick Lamar is going to play
Not Like Us at the Super Bowl halftime show right well,
there's a rumors. A source reportedly told the media that
he won't back down.

Speaker 2 (11:31):
He doesn't care about what Drake says or thinks about
the song. It's a hit.

Speaker 5 (11:34):
Kendrick won't be silenced or shut down, basically saying, Kendrick
Lamar will be playing not Like who is.

Speaker 4 (11:40):
This source said, like, you know, he looked he don't
care about the loss, so he's gonna.

Speaker 2 (11:46):
Use for one.

Speaker 4 (11:47):
I don't think anyone that close to Kendrick is going
to talk like that exactly.

Speaker 2 (11:51):
You know, what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (11:52):
I mean, we can all make assumptions we have since
he annown Super Bowl, right, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (11:57):
But I can see him doing that.

Speaker 5 (11:59):
Yeah, they're all saying that's some have advised them not
to play the track just because of everything. But it's
like it's one of those situations where, now, if you
really think about it, the way, if you were to
put yourself in kendricks shoes, like.

Speaker 4 (12:09):
Of course he's not gonna back down dog. Well, for
one thing, that'd be kind of hard for me. I
wear size thirteen. Oh yeah, I don't know what size
shoes wanted to wear, but I don't think you wear thirteen,
So I can't put my you know what I mean? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
but we were talking about as some capacity. Yeah, I
feel that he will, even if it's just like how

(12:31):
Quest was saying, even if it's just a chance they're
not like us, they're not like us referencing football or
life or whatever it may be.

Speaker 2 (12:38):
Or even if they just went.

Speaker 4 (12:41):
Like in that twelve to fourteen minutes set, whatever it
may be, usually ass about the time when it comes
to halftime performances, I think so I.

Speaker 5 (12:49):
Gotta I gotta feel like you said, I gotta you know,
we see these marching bandsay this or not like us.

Speaker 2 (12:53):
I got a feeling.

Speaker 5 (12:54):
Even in the last commercial with Scissors, there's a marching
band in the background on the field they do it,
and I don't know if that's a hint, but because
get a big ass Martin and I've been saying it.

Speaker 4 (13:03):
And even before he announced with the marching band, what
did I say? I say, man, he may have a
marching band on the field, and I was like, dude,
he should stick some of us in there.

Speaker 2 (13:14):
You remember what I was.

Speaker 4 (13:15):
Saying that, Yeah, well, people even if the camera passed by,
like dude, does that be right?

Speaker 2 (13:20):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (13:21):
And I'm out there like leading or just one of
the people there, I'm out.

Speaker 2 (13:25):
There like you know what I'm.

Speaker 9 (13:28):
Dude.

Speaker 2 (13:28):
He's gonna sound so good. That's the one thing with Kendrick.
He performed so well.

Speaker 4 (13:33):
Yeah man, and it's gonna be all eyes on them, bro.

Speaker 5 (13:37):
There's conversations about the playlist, like what songs do you
leave in? What songs do you leave out? There's so
many songs like Kendrick has like I don't know humble
for sure, I guarant yeah, yeah, yeah, them like they're.

Speaker 4 (13:45):
Just alright, alright? Is a super Bowl song? Yeah for sure?
You know what I'm saying, All the stars obviously with
say for sure. I wonder if they're gonna do Luther
the new song with her. It would only be right
someway somehow. But there's oh my gosh, there's so many,
so many songs. Yeah yeah, it's.

Speaker 2 (14:05):
Gonna be all those hip hop detectives too.

Speaker 4 (14:11):
When this is over, it's gonna literally get on our nerves.

Speaker 2 (14:14):
Oh yeah.

Speaker 4 (14:15):
When people say, oh, well, when he crossed his foot over,
that mean he was over to Canada taking You know
what I'm saying, Stop y'all sticking around, y'all radio, Big
Boys neighbor.

Speaker 1 (14:26):
This is Big Boys Neighborhood on demand, Big Boys Neighborhood.

Speaker 2 (14:30):
Mariana's up in here, Madi, what you got.

Speaker 3 (14:32):
Snoop Man, he's been getting all the hate. But it's
so hard to, you know, hate him like that because
I grew up listening to Snoop. I love Snoop. It's like, man,
but you know, he's getting all the hate because of
his performance that Trump's inauguration bat performance.

Speaker 2 (14:48):
Yeah, man, it makes sense. It was like a crypto.
Yeah it was during the weekend. Yeah it was. It
was during the weekend, but it was.

Speaker 4 (14:55):
It was definitely connected to the inauguration weekend.

Speaker 3 (14:59):
You know what I'm saying, Like, so people are so quick,
you know, like you.

Speaker 4 (15:03):
Like, I'm not a comment reader. But at first, man,
they was killing dog in oh.

Speaker 3 (15:08):
No, yeah yeah, but he responded back.

Speaker 2 (15:11):
Yeah, man, all I hate him asking what love? Y'all
can't hate enough for me?

Speaker 6 (15:14):
I love too much.

Speaker 2 (15:15):
At your life right, stop worrying about mine. I'm cold,
I'm together, still a black man, still one hundred percent black.

Speaker 11 (15:22):
All out to your ball out or toil your fallout.

Speaker 2 (15:26):
I ain't going nowhere.

Speaker 11 (15:27):
Come right here on crypto, Yeah, get the crypto on crypto.

Speaker 6 (15:32):
Here we go.

Speaker 11 (15:34):
We gotta learn to tick each other up instead of
putting each other down. That's what we great at as
black people. We great at tearing each other down. You
could be up one minute and they'll try to pull
you down the next. But I'm a strong black man.
I'm cut from a different cloth. You can't tear me down.
I'm on a God shot one of his children, and
I'm taking the load.

Speaker 4 (15:56):
How big was that check for you to be talking
about peace like that. Man.

Speaker 2 (16:02):
You know, it's a trip. Man.

Speaker 4 (16:03):
Like I said, I don't know what the I haven't
talked to Dog about it, you know what I'm saying.
But Dog has made so many deposits that if this
is a withdraw, I can understand what people call it
a withdraw. But Dog don't talk about all the kids
that he's sent to college, you know what I'm saying,
All the thousands of kids that went through his Snoop
youth football league.

Speaker 2 (16:22):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (16:23):
Like I told y'all, saw this dude by a bus
for his kids, you know, for the kids that play,
and it's no kid left behind if you couldn't afford
the program he paid for.

Speaker 2 (16:32):
But he never championed that.

Speaker 4 (16:34):
So it's hard for me to come out publicly and
say certain things about Dog when I haven't spoke to
him privately, you know what I'm saying. But but everybody
that's real you have an opinion, like dude, what did
he get?

Speaker 6 (16:45):
You know?

Speaker 4 (16:46):
But I don't even Dog is paid, So I don't
know what the I don't know what the the end
game is the long run, but I can benefit the
other side.

Speaker 7 (16:53):
Of like bringing in peace too. It's like, Yo, why
you were gonna have a divide? You know, it's all
be cool with each other. Man, that's a good game.

Speaker 2 (17:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (17:00):
Since it was a crypto event. You know a lot
of these crypto companies are huge and they have a
lot of money. Doctor, right, stoop. Dog's probably one of
the most endorsed celebrities in the world, right, most popular.
I think there's something there there.

Speaker 2 (17:12):
I would think about one of my guys as well too, man.

Speaker 4 (17:14):
But but Dawn, I would ask him, we do it
on another weekend, the ceremony of Region.

Speaker 2 (17:23):
Monday.

Speaker 4 (17:24):
Can we do this in Black History Month? Can we
wait a month? You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 3 (17:29):
But I did love his response because he didn't, you know,
take the time to go back and like say some
hateful stuff.

Speaker 4 (17:35):
I don't know. He did put up a thing about
followers and these nuts and all that kind of stuff.

Speaker 2 (17:38):
That was the first thing that you know what I'm saying.
So but but.

Speaker 4 (17:42):
I'm telling you, man, people have a right to any
opinion that they feel, you know what I'm saying. And
if people feel betrayed by Dog, they feel betrayed by Dog.

Speaker 2 (17:51):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (17:52):
And you and and and he or we gotta he
gotta take that, you know what I'm saying. But as
you see, it's not it's not you know, it didn't
knock him off his you know. Yeah, he's so likable.
This is gonna pass. Like yeah, I mean people forgive
you know what I'm saying that people are said by
that man hugely on his head, Yo, on his head.

Speaker 2 (18:12):
You'll stick around your radio Big Boys Neighborhood.

Big Boy.

Speaker 4 (18:23):
Hey Sue supported us up in here? Hey, Sue's hanging loose?
What you got man?

Speaker 7 (18:27):
Quick question? Is it is it bad to be cheap
on the first date? Is that a bad thing? Depends
on what it is.

Speaker 4 (18:33):
Yeah, what you're saying had to find if you're saying, yes,
I am a I'm a coupon guy.

Speaker 2 (18:39):
Yeah, you know. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (18:43):
The thing is I was, you know, when I was
going he got me back over to Winger Snitzel.

Speaker 2 (18:49):
That's what I'm talking about.

Speaker 12 (18:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (18:51):
So the thing is that, you know, when I was
struggling as a comic and I would go on dates,
you know, I was struggling. I didn't have a lot
of money, so I needed these coupons sometimes to take
a go on on the date. But the thing is
that one are those coupons backfired? Oh yeah, backfired. It
was like one of those I didn't you know, you
know me, I didn't read the fine print and I
try to use the coupon right, very smooth, and the
closed it and I sent it and then I was

(19:12):
talking to the girl and then they're like, you know,
the waiter just come back and tap me into Yes,
that coupon says you have to buy three meals in
order to get that stuff off. And I was like okay,
I just okay, no, no, no problem. And I'm thinking how
much money I got. I'm going to the bathroom. I'm checking.
I don't got enough bill Now now I'm calling people
to be like just send me can you just send
it to account? But it was one of those before

(19:35):
it was like memo, it was like you had to
go to the bank.

Speaker 2 (19:38):
It was God, it was the worst. It was the.

Speaker 7 (19:41):
Worst, Like pull out your laptop and do the whole
like wiring transfer it.

Speaker 2 (19:45):
I'm doing the numbers and this and that.

Speaker 10 (19:46):
The bathroom.

Speaker 4 (19:47):
You got some bad first date because remember you told
us the last story where you had to walk out
with old girl. Remember when he saw the bill, he
had to walk out and she didn't know that they
did a dining ditch struggles real. I was about to
say the struggle is real, man, Yeah, but then it's
like she kind.

Speaker 7 (20:06):
Of made it seem like did you really need to
goop on? And I'm like, relax, all right?

Speaker 2 (20:10):
Did you?

Speaker 4 (20:11):
Well?

Speaker 2 (20:14):
I love that you thought that it was gonna be
half off and they told you was.

Speaker 7 (20:17):
You had to have my heart sun. You know, you
just feel sweaty. You just feel like I felt naked.
I felt like looking a dude, Like should I ask her?

Speaker 2 (20:28):
You know what the mean thing on this?

Speaker 4 (20:29):
She's here with a person like I left at home,
sugar Mama.

Speaker 2 (20:34):
Like yeah, that's chee. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (20:36):
She made it seem like it was like stop judging. Wow,
do you pay for a guy if y'all go out
to eat?

Speaker 3 (20:44):
Like yeah, but not on first dates? Like if they
invite me out like they you know most of the time,
they always pay.

Speaker 7 (20:50):
But I got that, yeah, right, you have to say
like that.

Speaker 2 (20:57):
Paying like right? She was heading out and over the Haysus,
making him feel.

Speaker 4 (21:03):
That, man, I got nothing. They even get a hug
on that day. Hey man, that's when you start taking
away from the tip to like, oh man, get no tip.
I just wrote down make sure bun your teeth in
the morning.

Speaker 2 (21:14):
That's it.

Speaker 4 (21:15):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, man, Especially when you start doing the
math in your head.

Speaker 2 (21:19):
You're like, damn, okay, let me see this.

Speaker 4 (21:21):
Yeah, I'm carrying that dessert, Like, man, would you get
your ass away from here? I was like offering dessert?
Do I need lights in the apartment? And I do
want to hear from y'all? Right now, man, what is it?

Speaker 6 (21:33):
Like?

Speaker 4 (21:33):
That's a dating turnoff? So if anyone out there, what's
a dating turnoff for you? Hit us up eighty six
six two four six eight nine two three Big Boy's Neighborhood.

from Big Boys Neighborhood.

moment with us chain lose what you got man.

Speaker 7 (21:56):
I noticed that women cooking for their dude is especially
out here. I see it more here because like everybody's
stuck in traffic and like that, Now get home. And
try to cook and throw it like and you know,
like defrost the chicken and all how long it takes. Girl,
looks at your household might gonna be cooking too. But
I cook mostly because I'm picky picky, how so, because

(22:17):
if I had like a long day or special day,
I want to eat something good.

Speaker 2 (22:26):
Thank you for listening.

Speaker 4 (22:27):
It is you pointing a big Boy Big Boys Neighborhood.
You can catch more of us right here on iHeartRadio,
Big Boys Neighborhood. Alrighty, now let's go ahead and speak
on it. Hey, sus was speaking about how he went
on his first on a first date use.

Speaker 2 (22:40):
Coupons, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (22:42):
And we were just saying, hey, is that a turnoff?

Speaker 2 (22:46):
Is that a turnoff?

Speaker 4 (22:47):
So we just wanted to ask some of our neighbors
as well, what is a dating turn off to you?
Just bring Mary Belle into the neighborhood, Mary Bell, Hello, Hello.

Speaker 2 (22:58):
There, Marybelle. What is a day turned off for you?

Speaker 9 (23:01):
A dating turnoff for me is someone that's constantly on
their phone, yeah, or or like if they have a
watch and they're like checking their watch every like five minutes,
like they have to be somewhere else. To me, I'm
just like if you have to go or you got
somewhere to be, go like you have this time with me,

(23:24):
and it's just it's it's annoying, Like if you have
somewhere to go, then just go. You don't have to
be like, you know, looking at your phone. I get
it if you have kids or whatever, you know, just
checking on them, But if you're constantly looking at your
watch every five minutes, like okay, when is this over?
Is it me?

Speaker 6 (23:42):
Or what is it? Like the door is right there.

Speaker 4 (23:45):
Amen, and the phone thing is is something? You know
what I'm saying. And even with the watch, either looking
at your time or if you have that Apple watch,
you know you're reading messages.

Speaker 2 (23:56):
But yeah, man, like that that is or now are
you dating now mayor.

Speaker 9 (24:00):
No I'm not dating, okay, but I mean I've had dating,
like you know, some people have that as like we
put our phones away. Not to be rude, but even
when you have like a time watching, you're just like
kind of something they're looking at it. To me, it's
just really annoying and rude, Like it's it's you know,
your time was set to be here. You have somewhere

(24:20):
else to go, then there's no reason for you to
be looking at your.

Speaker 2 (24:23):
Phone, Amen, and Marabell.

Speaker 4 (24:26):
I've heard that many times before where people are like, dude,
like the phone, Like how mighty, how Mariana's on her
phone now? Yeah during the live show. You know what
I'm saying, email right, so like who are we speaking to?
But yeah, that is a dating turn off, Marrabel, And
thank you for sharing that with us.

Speaker 9 (24:48):
Thank you.

Speaker 4 (24:48):
Okay, she had a little pause right there. I was like, man,
I was like, I was like, is she looking at
her phone or what? Like what's going on now? And Marybelle,
are you in a relation now?

Speaker 9 (25:01):
No, I'm just focusing on myself and my kid.

Speaker 2 (25:04):
To be honest, I heard that.

Speaker 4 (25:07):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (25:08):
For me to give the best to anyone, I have
to be the best for myself.

Speaker 4 (25:12):
I heard that, Hey man, yeah, because I was gonna
do a whole I'm focusing on myself lap dance for you.
But since it's all good, you know what I'm saying,
Hey man, what if that's what.

Speaker 2 (25:21):
I did with all the all the listeners that called
us up. I put them on hole like, hey, what's
happening with you know?

Speaker 4 (25:27):
You know I ain't gonna look at my phone if
I'm hanging with you, alrighty y'all hit us so, what's
a dating turn off?

Speaker 2 (25:32):
Hit us up?

Speaker 4 (25:33):
Eight sixty six two four six eight nine two three
Big Boys Neighborhood.

Speaker 1 (25:37):
You're checking out another full show episode a Big Boy's
Neighborhood on demand, Big Boys Neighborhood.

Speaker 2 (25:43):
Luig is up in here with a blue doll.

Speaker 5 (25:45):
Everybody's talking about this Selena Gomez video. Yeah, man, and
it's her crying. She did an IG story and when
she put it up, she's crying. She's crying because of
the mass deportation that's happening. And you know she's Mexican
American and that situation right there. It's very uh, it's
very personal to me, Doug, So I can kind of
relate to what she was going through. A lot of

(26:05):
people are telling her why she put it up on
social media? Why did she you know? So they're asking her,
they're asking her. I could see all they hate on
the comments and stuff like that. To me, dog is
one of those things like I never see Selena put
up any videos that are, you know, talking about what
she's going through, or never seen any crying videos other
than this one.

Speaker 4 (26:23):
So for her, this is very like, this is a standalone.

Speaker 5 (26:28):
So for me to be like okay, I'm like, okay, well,
why are people hating on her? I'm like, well, if
this really touches her and I love that she did it, Bro,
that's what people do.

Speaker 2 (26:35):
They hate say that.

Speaker 10 (26:36):
I'm so sorry, Honybe. People are getting tugged children. They
don't understand. I'm so sorry. I wish I could do
something that I can't. I don't know what to do.

Speaker 4 (26:55):
I'll try everything I've That's a really emotion though, Bro, Yeah,
one hundred percent.

Speaker 5 (27:01):
Dog Like a lot of people are going through that
right now, seeing these mass deportations, family members being taken away,
stuff like that. Now she's a celebrity. Did she do
it for cloud That's what everyone's talking about. But I personally,
she's one of the.

Speaker 4 (27:13):
Most followed people on Instagram cloud sitting in cloud Cloud.

Speaker 5 (27:20):
She could put anything she wants up. But for her
to put something like that, it's like.

Speaker 2 (27:24):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (27:24):
It seems like when she was saying she don't know
what to do, she don't know how to help.

Speaker 2 (27:27):
I think that she did something.

Speaker 4 (27:29):
I think she did help and maybe now she gets
some outside influence as well, where you know, people could
put a plan together.

Speaker 2 (27:36):
Yeah, and hopefully she does do something like that and
get some people together. Everybody. There was somebody.

Speaker 5 (27:41):
His name is Sam Parker, US Senate candidate, right, and
he put a deport Selena Gomez due thought he was
funny about it. She replied with like, aha, thanks for
the live situation, and then he replayed with.

Speaker 2 (27:51):
Like, oh my gosh. Selena Gomez respond.

Speaker 4 (27:56):
Yeah, dog, hey man, I'm telling you, man, there's some
people that may feel very empowered right now. Oh yeah,
you know what I'm saying, Like when you see the
DEI stuff being dropped and it's like, okay, well you
can't be a person of color, you can't be female,
So who's the one that benefit from this?

Speaker 2 (28:13):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (28:14):
Like, it's just so wild what we've seen in less
than a month, you know what I'm saying. And now
you see that Google is calling the Golf of Mexico
the Golf of America.

Speaker 2 (28:23):
Oh yeah, they change up. That's crazy, right, it's official.
That is that wild. Man.

Speaker 5 (28:27):
Man, it's so many changes. Even you know, my parents
are whether of Meico right now. They go over there,
they come over here, they spend time over there and
over there because I have a house over there. But
like now, with everything that's going on, they've been calling
me more than ever. Oh yeah, every single day just
to check on you. Me has everything almost likesa Hols
Mayra got a baby.

Yeah man, yeah, hey U.

Speaker 4 (29:25):
And I'm gonna ask, but this isn't This is just
a broad question.

Speaker 2 (29:29):
Why is that a turnoff?

Speaker 13 (29:30):
Because that usually associates with something else and I'm more
of a fun person like I want to go out
and do stuff and vibe with you in person and
something fun before we do that.

Speaker 2 (29:38):
I heard that.

Speaker 4 (29:39):
So what what is the first day for you when
you say you want to go somewhere you want to vibe,
have fun, like what would be a first date?

Speaker 13 (29:45):
Like mini golf? The movie something like that.

Speaker 4 (29:49):
Okay, alrighty, let me ask you this because when you
said it, Steph, I thought mini golf?

Speaker 6 (29:54):
Right?

Speaker 2 (29:55):
Do people really go mini golf?

Speaker 5 (29:56):
And Jesse y bro I always go, I'm gon take
some girl out to mini golfers like for what dogs like, Oh,
it's actually fun Brook.

Speaker 2 (30:04):
At the first.

Speaker 4 (30:04):
Day he could And Stephanie, you you've been.

Speaker 2 (30:07):
Mini golfing before on on a on a date.

Speaker 13 (30:10):
Yes, I'm competitive.

Speaker 5 (30:11):
Okay, that could be a turnoff doc being competitive like
that and win? Yeah, Hey, Stephanie, when you go out
on a first date, like say Francis, you go and
do mini golf?

Speaker 2 (30:22):
Right, do you win?

Speaker 4 (30:24):
Do you make sure you win or do you give
it to the guy to let him win by a
little bit.

Speaker 13 (30:28):
I'm gonna win there, it is right there.

Speaker 2 (30:31):
You know what I'm saying. No need to send a
representative or you know, be fake with the guy.

Speaker 4 (30:35):
But you say a dating turnoff if somebody say, hey,
you know Netflix and chill or I want to come
by the house and kick you with you?

Speaker 13 (30:41):
Yeah, yeah, no we're not Netflix.

Speaker 4 (30:44):
I heard that. What about if he invites you over
to his house? Okay, because he was, she said, when
a guy want to come over?

Speaker 2 (30:51):
I heard that. Now are you are you dating?

Speaker 6 (30:54):
Now?

Speaker 2 (30:55):
Are you in a relationship?

Speaker 13 (30:56):
I'm in a relationship actually right now?

Speaker 2 (30:58):
And how long have you been in your relationship?

Speaker 13 (31:00):
Two years?

Speaker 2 (31:01):
All right? Does the guy that that.

Speaker 4 (31:02):
You're in the relationship with now did he go to
manage your golfing with you?

Speaker 2 (31:07):
Right? Did you skate better than him?

Speaker 10 (31:09):
No?

Speaker 13 (31:10):
Better than.

Speaker 6 (31:13):
Man?

Speaker 4 (31:13):

Right, so it's a girls night out.

Speaker 5 (32:01):

And we have a babysitter. Can I do a guys
night out to say nights? I would think so. I
don't think so at all. Babysitter is going to be there. Yeah,
my's mom's going to be there.

Speaker 3 (32:20):
Yeah, Myri's mom was there probably just to help you out.
And now you want to take advantage and go out
with your boys because she wanted to go out with
her girls.

Speaker 4 (32:31):
Is that bad now that she put it that way?
Thank you for listening. It is you put a big

Speaker 5 (32:51):
This one's going to Philly, going to Philly. Man, I
understand the Philly. The Eagles won, They're going to the
super Bowl. There's a lot of excitement after that game.
Flooded this street to look like a full on parade.
But this idiot in the middle of the parade decides
to pull out a gun up in the air and
shoot in the air in front of everybody.

Speaker 2 (33:15):
It is Mexico. Believe that was a that was in
the camera? Got idiot?

Speaker 5 (33:35):
Yeah, Like a couple of people behind this dude, and
all they do is keep filming.

Speaker 2 (33:41):
Bro, dude just busted a gun. Someone has a gun
in the crowd.

Speaker 4 (33:43):
What are you doing? What's wild about that is you
see the guy? Yes, like like the part that I saw.
If I knew, I'd be like, dude, that's Jonathan. You
know what I'm saying. Like everybody's recording, everybody's out there
on the street.

Speaker 2 (33:58):
How do you not? No, Yeah, that's somebody.

Speaker 6 (34:02):
You think.

Speaker 2 (34:02):
It's so stupid, Bro, this guy's gonna get arrested.

Speaker 5 (34:05):
It's like it's he's not going to see super Bowl
at his house, going to be in jail.

Speaker 4 (34:12):
Always trip off of the celebration.

Speaker 2 (34:15):
Yeah, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (34:17):
Like even here, we'll tell people like, man, don't get
out there, don't tear the city up. But it happens anyway,
you know what I'm saying. And it's wild because you're
tearing your city up.

Speaker 9 (34:26):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (34:27):
There's so much stuff that happens. Bro burning car, Oh yeah, man, accidents.

Speaker 4 (34:31):
I trip off of how they bust the windows and
burn cars and then they walk and drive home in
their car.

Speaker 2 (34:36):
Yeah. You know what I'm saying, bust the windows out
your car.

Speaker 5 (34:41):
That's the reason some cities like put vacoline on poles
so people want to climb upright because you know sometimes
you see.

Speaker 4 (34:47):
Yeah, like I put it like an oil on the blankets,
you don't climb up like they could just be the
lights or anything like that.

Speaker 2 (34:53):
Cut it up. Come on, hey man, did she say
that's what he had on the oil for.

Speaker 4 (35:01):
Jum Like hey, you know, hey, playboy, I was getting
together to sell it to the city. When you know,
when the Lakers won, he pulled us on the light
post and nobody climb.

Speaker 2 (35:10):
Up, playboy.

Speaker 12 (35:11):
Ah could be oh my god, Oh yeah, man, So
to the guy that pulled out the gun, that shot
the gun, and there's video of you right now.

Speaker 2 (35:21):
This is for you. Hold on, wait, what was that
a gun?

Speaker 6 (35:31):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (35:33):
And like Luigi said, there's a strong possibility you will
not be watching the super Bowl.

Big Boys Neighborhood, Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood, Mariana's up
in here, Madi, what you got?

Speaker 2 (35:56):
Man?

Speaker 3 (35:56):
I did not know that. Back in twenty fourteen, Mac
More and Ryan Lewis beat Kendrick Lamar for Best Rap Album.

Speaker 2 (36:03):
Oh yeah, it was. It was a thing. It was
a thing, man, Dude.

Speaker 7 (36:08):
That was bull byes. That was like a political move.
I hate that and I hit all of that. They
didn't deserve that a Grammy kid, Mad City. Are you
kidding me?

Speaker 3 (36:16):
I know I did.

Speaker 14 (36:17):
I don't like Yeah, man, you're talking about look and yeah, and.

Speaker 4 (36:32):
Granted Maclamore they had a huge year when this was
going on.

Speaker 2 (36:37):
Yeah, you know what I'm saying. And Maclamore. You know,
he do his rhymes.

Speaker 4 (36:41):
You know what I'm saying, right, But over Kendrick that year,
we were like what over Ken?

Speaker 3 (36:47):
Yeah, man, I mean the whole album. It's just good kid,
Mad City.

Speaker 2 (36:52):
Oh my god, my life.

Speaker 4 (36:54):
I won't respect my mind knowing that from last shot.

Speaker 2 (36:59):
I prayed, my man. You know what's crazy?

Speaker 4 (37:01):
From what I remember, you heard all the outrage from
everyone but Kendrick. Yeah, I don't remember Kendrick like coming
out and saying anything like you know, kend and Kanye
a situation.

Speaker 3 (37:14):
Yeah, Kendrick is a very you know, quiet person.

Speaker 2 (37:19):
But we had the better album.

Speaker 7 (37:20):
I know he did.

Speaker 3 (37:21):
But Maclamore did text him and he said, you got robbed.
I wanted you to win. You should have. You should have.
It's weird that it sucks that I robbed you. I
was going to say that during the speech, but my
music started playing during the speech and I froze. Anyway,
you know what it is, congrats on this year and
your music. Appreciate you as an artist and as a friend.

Speaker 4 (37:41):
Much love, right, and you know, and I f for Maclamore,
you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (37:45):
But I was just like, damn, I thought that was
Kendrick here we too.

Speaker 7 (37:48):
He said that text that the the Grandmar.

Speaker 4 (37:51):
Yeah to Kendrick, I mean, but he acknowledged that he
shouldn't have won that he ignowed.

Speaker 2 (38:00):
His dadled quickly.

Speaker 7 (38:02):
Yeah he did, because if you're guilty, if you're guilty.
Didn't feel like like mad, that's so mad.

Speaker 2 (38:10):
There's no way. The said the album was too like
perfect was. It's a great album. For him not to win,
that was That's when he knew everything was rid. I
start watching the Grammar, to be honest with you, because
of that. Really forget this.

Speaker 7 (38:21):
Yeah, that was crazy for him to win like that.

Speaker 3 (38:24):
Yeah, that was against Drake jay Z and Kanye West.

Speaker 6 (38:27):
They do.

Speaker 2 (38:27):
Yeah, just that I remember that. Oh my god, it
was the category that we were tripping off. Yeah, it
was the category. Yeah, now I remember that.

Speaker 4 (38:37):
I remember it was best Rap Album, but I didn't
remember who was in the category category.

Speaker 2 (38:43):
So maybe he did say something there because I do
remember that.

Speaker 3 (38:51):
Fourteen.

Speaker 4 (38:51):
Yeah, man, that that was one of those albums that,
Oh my god, the category.

Speaker 2 (38:55):
Yeah, category was huge.

Speaker 4 (38:57):
Man did Maclamore is and everybody attacks right? Should have right,
But I'm thinking too, and I'm looking at it. You
don't feel my vibe, backseat freestyle. Everything is on that
poetic justice the whole album, Women Pools from start to
finish Bangers.

Speaker 2 (39:13):
Hey, dude, we acting this. We look how man we
are living here.

Speaker 4 (39:17):
I am in neighbor y'all, stick around y'all radios, Big
Boys Neighbor.

do without your significant other?

Speaker 2 (39:36):
Go to brunch with my friends.

Speaker 12 (39:38):
So I don't want my man to be there because I.

Speaker 2 (39:40):
Can't have my girl talk. I can't sit there and
talk to my man. Wait, that's what girls do.

Speaker 7 (39:47):
Yes, we run our mouth about them.

Speaker 2 (39:49):
Yes, that's all we do.

Speaker 6 (39:51):
Is it like?

Speaker 2 (39:51):
Wait? Wait wait? Is this is it a rule?

Speaker 4 (39:53):
It's not a rule, but I mean, all of us
girls get together.

Speaker 12 (39:56):
We know we have nothing else to talk about, but
the things that are mended us off.

Speaker 2 (40:01):
Was that considered brunch or just like an angry meeting.
It's brunch. We're drinking champagne and talking. Thank you for listening.
It is you're foind a big boy, big Boys Neighborhood.

Speaker 4 (40:11):
You can catch more of us right here on iHeartRadio,
Big Boy Neighborhood. Hay susupported us up in here. Hey,
suit's what you got, man.

Speaker 7 (40:18):
Man, I'm talking to like my little my sister, we're kids,
and my little nephews and stuff. She's like explaining to
me about like what's going on in the school and stuff.
And I noticed, like I feel like middle school in
high school now is like a lot more peaceful when
it comes to your emotional like feelings and.

Speaker 2 (40:33):
Then with your wellness, your wellness.

Speaker 7 (40:35):
Yeah, they have a safe space like if they if
the like a kid is not feeling he can have
the right to get out from class and just leave
if he's not feeling it that day, if he's just having.

Speaker 2 (40:45):
A mental.

Speaker 7 (40:48):
Panic or something like that, Like I can't do this today,
I can't do math, I cannot do all the rog
just gotta go.

Speaker 2 (40:53):
And they have a room for him to rely and
calm down.

Speaker 7 (40:56):
I'm like we did we didn't have I don't feel
like we had that now, definitely did.

Speaker 14 (40:59):
I remember.

Speaker 7 (41:00):
I remember going to the restroom and having to go
bodies with somebody and bodies man, like you were punching
each other, and you can only punch in the body,
in the body part.

Speaker 4 (41:07):
But you know what I think also, man, I think
that these teens nowadays, they're dealing with different things too, though,
like social media. Like bullying used to be like, oh,
he probably got bullied from eight o'clock to three o'clock
at school.

Speaker 2 (41:21):
Now bullying is twenty.

Speaker 4 (41:22):
Four hours, man, where his group chats about you. And
you know what I'm saying, you don't disappear. It's like
I remember do when I was in middle school, elementary everything,
there were people. Once you left for the summer, you
didn't see nobody. I guess you're I guess you're saying
the certain extent.

Speaker 7 (41:38):
But they're like, I don't know, dude, because when I
got bullied, I remember that left even when we left
school like it. You know, when I go to the neighborhood,
like everybody was, I'm living with these people like school
getting bullied.

Speaker 2 (41:50):
He was bullied on the block.

Speaker 7 (41:51):
Yeah, something if you got the worst was if you
ever got pasts, got past I ever got pants when
they pulled down my shorts.

Speaker 2 (41:58):
And pet and then everything's out.

Speaker 7 (42:01):
Now the thing that they're talking about, everybody's doing the
whole pinky thing, which.

Speaker 2 (42:04):
Is not true. But you gotta think though too.

Speaker 4 (42:07):
That was before people were taking pictures now that now
the person in middle school that get pants they may
have now now there's a video that probably supports them.

Speaker 2 (42:17):
So yeah, you probably do need to go get a
little wellness. I guess, you know what.

Speaker 4 (42:20):
And I'm not saying that we were tougher, you know
what I'm saying, but there were just some things we
just dealt with. Now.

Speaker 5 (42:26):
Yeah, I remember getting arrested on campus bro one of
the police officers for no damn reason, handcuffs and everything
to walk to the principal's office. They can't do that
anymore walking in seventh grade, man, But get.

Speaker 2 (42:39):
Arrested kind of would feel cool because everybody's like, you
got arrested, you.

Speaker 6 (42:43):
Know what I mean?

Speaker 2 (42:45):
I mean, that's what I you know what I mean?

Speaker 4 (42:46):
They got slanging them now laters in twigs and bar
You're lucky he got me.

Speaker 2 (42:51):
You know, you get away? Yeah, I was on the run.

Speaker 4 (42:54):
I almost got away with it, almost got away with
you felt like you were tupacket got a red school campus.

Speaker 2 (43:00):
What'd you get arrested at school for? I didn't go
to that school.

Speaker 5 (43:04):
So I popped into another campus after school middle school,
went to high school to go hang out with.

Speaker 2 (43:08):
Some friends, and the guy got arrested. Man, tough guy.

Speaker 4 (43:13):
You got a very checkered past, this guy. This guy
got this job right. If you didn't have that, you
know that beard and a little month, you could tell
you shade, you probably can walk on a campus still.

About this, like the fact that I think that girls
nowadays are just assuming things like oh my god, he's
hitting on me.

Speaker 2 (44:33):
He's like relaxed. That guy was probably networking.

Speaker 7 (44:36):
That guy was probably trying to be like, yo, he
make sure a company, and I hope you know, he's
trying to get in. Maybe he's trying to get in
the radio or something networking and assumed.

Speaker 4 (44:50):
Maybe he wanted you to get you know, his book,
his wife's book to me.

Speaker 2 (44:55):

Speaker 4 (44:58):
Every time somebody slide into a d M, you know,

out and be like, you know, hey, I got this
life insurance.

Speaker 2 (45:16):
Joined my team.

Speaker 4 (45:17):
Maybe'tris, and he saw your glasses and was like, oh,
I can get you a better pair, Like we don't
we don't know that's true.

Speaker 3 (45:25):
You know, it's crazy because I went straight to conclusions.

Speaker 2 (45:29):
Yeah, man, this guy has.

Speaker 7 (45:30):
A family, breaking girl, break girl, girl, I don't know
I'm breaking girl.

Speaker 2 (45:38):
When I tell her, I was like relaxed.

Speaker 3 (45:40):
Dude, dude, But I feel like you should have said
that from the beginning, you know, if he was trying
to like if he was networks networking why by the way.

Speaker 2 (45:48):
By the way, I just want to let you know
this networking. But you know networking. This is networking.

Speaker 4 (45:54):
So you're saying sit and put in there like, hey,
you know I met you at the party. My wife
has a book, can you get it to big boy
kind of thing. Had a problem with that too.

Speaker 3 (46:03):
No, I would have been like, absolutely, give me the book.

Speaker 4 (46:05):
Girl boy day and now now now see now I
got a compliment like, oh, there's a sick outfit is working.

Speaker 2 (46:12):

Like you're like, this is a sick.

Speaker 2 (46:17):

you can read it like I can literally write something.

Speaker 2 (46:23):
The little good morning or good morning.

Speaker 7 (46:25):
It's all how you read it and how you can
and it's your thing.

Speaker 3 (46:29):

that way. My god, you didn't. I guess that you're
the problem.
