talk in the pot about Joe Burrow not having any fun,
and you'll hear from Nick Wright where he doesn't. He
thinks it's about how cheap the football team is and
simply about performance. And like everybody has a different definition
of fun, but there is one definition of fun that

reigns supreme, and that's winning. I haven't heard anybody things
you don't hear. No one gets a second opinion on
good news, and no one says they're not having fun
when they're winning. So when I hear that Jaden Daniels
is frustrated, I he not having fun. When I hear
that Joe Burrow is not having fun, I think of

one of the same thing. Sure, they neither has been healthy.
Daniels has missed a bunch of time, and of course
Joe Burrow's miss a bunch time. But I also think,

enough other businesses, enough other teams, enough other organizations to
know what a good organization is correct. And when you
signal to the world, man, I am contemplating my football mortality,

and your organization meets that moment by forgetting to hire
someone to clean off the seats that weekend's game. That's
an embarrassment.

I actually think Nick makes h a great point at
the end. Now, in reality, they have rebuilt the offensive
line to protect him right, and then they had injuries,
They've had breakdowns, and maybe they have him been good enough,
but it did get him to a super Bowl. The

for a couple of years now. And I agree with

him on a lot of this is optics more than
reality because and this is why you don't openly complain
or opine, because we don't know what are you unhappy about?
Are you unhappy about being hurt? Are you unhappy about
the team, the city where you live, what you do?
And I don't think it's the team and the city.
He's from Ohio, he's well compensated, he has talent around him.

I just think it's not fun to lose, and not
fun to always get beat up, and not fun to
always be hurt, and yet not cleaning off the seats.

sent an email saying I'm so frustrated with the coach's

courtesy to directly respond to an email. I remember Mark
Cuban early on, at least he would always that was

respond to direct emails from a fan. It's a good gesture.
Well you know how you ruin those gestures. You fucking
post the email on Reddit, and then everybody's reporting about
the owner's private email message to a fan, and then
it escalates to Steve Kirb being asked about it after
a game because of course the fan complained about the coaching.

Joe lakeup questioned the desires of how the players are
used by the coaches, and Steve Kurriz asked about it
in a press conference.

a relative nobody. He's one of many fans of the
Golden State Warriors. Ston Dutari ruined it for everybody. So
Joe Lakeup, owner of the Warriors, made the mistake of

responding to a direct email from Justin Dutari. Justin Dutari
sent an email saying I'm so frustrated with the coach's
decisions and all this stuff. Joe Lakeup extended him the
courtesy to directly respond to an email. I remember Mark
Cuban early on, at least he would always that was
what he was kind of known for. He would actually

respond to direct emails from a fan. It's a good gesture.
Well you know how you ruin those gestures. You fucking
post the email on Reddit, and then everybody's reporting about
the owner's private email message to a fan, and then
it escalates to Steve Kirb being asked about it after
a game because of course the fan complained about the coaching.

Joe lakeup questioned the desires of how the players are
used by the coaches, and Steve Kurriz asked about it
in a press conference.
Speaker 9 (14:06):
We're all frustrated, you know, Joe is frustrated. I'm frustrated,
Steph Andre, everybody's frustrated. And this is, you know, kind
of how the league works. And you know, I hate
when people, you know, are going to post private emails
like I mean, imagine if everyone's emails were just publicly posted.
How how tough that would be to live our lives.
So Joe supports me one hundred percent. I support him.

We have a great connection, and we've had so much
continuity here in our stable environment, and our organization is
one of our strengths. And I didn't even know about it,

So if somebody extend you the courtesy, somebody who is
worth at least eight figures. I don't know what wake
ups worth is. But if somebody extends you the courtesy
and the decency to respond to an email to try
to explain to you that he's frustrated as well, and
he's on top of it, he's on the job. Don't

fucking go on Reddit, don't post emails. This is how
you end these courtesies.

When you do this, I totally agree. A DM is
a private message between you and somebody else, a text
message and email, same thing. And especially if somebody in
any level of fame messages you back, that is doing
you a courtesy. If you want to engage in a
conversation online, engage in a conversation, but sharing with other people,

that just ruins it and means that they won't respond
to anybody.

people and uh yeah, there's a guy who on on

do with anything. But the point is that's embargoed, totally embargoed,
